Experiencia negativa: I will never take an animal to get spayed. The vet was rude and angry because there were multiple pregnant cats. You shouldn't hear what's wrong with people and how did you get knocked up from a medical professional. Could you imagine an OB saying that?

Experiencia negativa: Front desk staff were nice but this is about the practices there. Was told 105 for spay and $15 more if she's pregnant. She checked her belly upon check in and stated she really didn't think she was pregnant. HOWEVER, upon pick up in the afternoon I found out my baby was pregnant with kittens and they killed them and did NOT even call to to ask if I was okay with it and NO where in the paperwork or our conversation did they say they don't call and just do it. That's complete BS and unethical. Even one of the front desk girls had no idea they do this and seemed shocked they didn't call me. Then they tried to charge me $214 instead of the 105 and had the nerve after they terminated her kittens. I never would have went through with it if I had known she was pregnant. Do not trust this clinic. They just try and see as many possible animals in one day for the money. I am beyond PISSED. Do NOT leave your animals with these people!

I have nothing but nice things to say and I just found out since moving back to the valley, they have a clinic in Mesa, so now I don't have to go all the way to Scottsdale. I would drive 3 hours from out of town before moving back, just to go to this place. Also, my daughters have cats and they go to the clinic as well. That's where I first learned about this clinic.

Experiencia negativa: Never in my life would I come back here I made an appointment to get my cat neutered dropped him off at 6am, pick up time was 2pm-4pm and as I was on my way to pick up my cat at 1:30 I get a call saying they never neutered him because they “didn’t have oxygen tanks” but never called me to pick him up? Make it make sense. If they knew they couldn’t do the neutering why bother having everyone bring there pets then wait to call them to get there pets hours later! Absolutely disgusting! They didn’t even give him water or let him use the restroom or feed him. This place needs to be shut down immediately. For the people who support this place are mental. I SHOULD'VE GOTTEN A CALL ASAP!!! Knowing they let my cat starve and without water or the restroom for hours is honestly the worst thing I could ever imagine.

Experiencia negativa: I scheduled my puppy’s neuter appointment for my puppy on December 10th. I was explicitly instructed to withhold food after 6:00 PM the night before and to arrive when the clinic opened at 6:00 AM. I arrived at 5:45 AM and was the first to check in. I called twice during the day to check on my puppy’s status. On my second call at 3:00 PM, I was told the procedure still hadn’t been performed. This meant my puppy had been confined in a kennel, without food since the previous evening, for over nine hours with no updates. I was extremely upset that no one thought to call me earlier so I could have kept him comfortable at home until they were actually ready to perform the surgery. When I asked to speak with a manager, I was told there wasn’t one available. I then requested that the veterinarian call me personally—no one ever did. It is unacceptable that animals are left hungry and crated all day without communication or basic consideration. Because of this experience, I will be reporting this clinic to the appropriate veterinary oversight authorities and strongly caution others against using this facility

I will never use them again and will inform the place I found the flyer on this clinic that is bad advertisement. Also charged me 3% credit card fee. Money hungry clinic above customer and pet service RESPONSE TO OWNER'S REPLY: 1) VISIT WAS NOT FOR A DOG PACK C!! Services were for heartworm test, anal gland expression and 6 month supply of Heartguard (NO VACCINATIONS NEEDED) 2) Total bill $164 ($94 for Heartworm medicine) 3) You own a business and CAN'T EVEN STATE THE CORRECT SERVICES??? Not only GREEDY but INCOMPETENT on the service provided And customers are suppose to trust you with their pets? Do not use this clinic

When she is fired I'll come back with the rest of my pets. That girl needs to learn some respect. Experiencia positiva: We had caught a stray that was having babies in our yard (second litter). We had to catch her when the timing was right which didn’t line directly up with a free grant option. (We tried free grant option with last litter but it was a month out and didn’t catch anything the night before) so nothing was fixed. So when she had them again and we saw them and saw they were about 6 weeks we caught all of them over the course of 3 days. This was over the weekend and this time I could get an available appointment for free for Tuesday but a friend told me I could bring here and they do a discount for tnr maybe $60. I had my husband drop off the cat as I have a nursing baby at home I wasn’t able to leave. I figured for $60 we could afford to pay vs making the mama cat wait another day trapped. My husband had to wait an hour and a half to 2 hours. So at this point he had to cancel his work appointment which would have been okay at $60 but then when filling out paperwork it was gonna cost about $100-200 total he said ‍. It was $170.00 when he picked her up and he did vaccinate/pain meds as he said someone else doing tnr did the same? My friend said vaccinations aren’t normal for tnr. Also we were charged more because he had an enlarged uterus. She just had babies a month or two ago and they said she was in heat so I mean I guess but idk. I thought there would be a discount if it was a stray. Next time we will just tnr through the free programs city of Chandler has. As I’m not sure how anyone is affording to tnr random strays at close to $200 each. Now I know but I’m shocked no one else has complained about this which makes me wonder if others are getting a better deal or I’m just cheap. I just would expect a better deal for tnr and this cat was obviously not friendly and was thrashing around and hissing in the lobby. Had I known up front the cost of tnr at this clinic I would have went elsewhere but I only saw something that said they had walk in appts for tnr but it didn’t state the price. Not necessarily their fault. We aren’t regular trappers and were just trying to solve an issue in our yard and this was the second litter we have had to find homes for/get fixed. It was worth it to hopefully not have an issue anymore and in a situation where it’s not so dire (young kittens who could scatter and get injured or pregnant again) like with dad who strolls through sometimes we will just try out the free grant option once a month and no skin off if we don’t catch anything ‍♀️. This would have been a great resource if they offered discounts for tnr but we won’t be utilizing them again.

Experiencia fantástica: There are so many places to take your pet to receive services, but this is by far the best choice in the valley. I have been to this clinic for many of my animals and I have been impressed every time. Their services are offered at an incredibly low cost where quality is not sacrificed. The doctor will meet with you for every appointment, in person, face to face. They take the time to talk to you, listen to you, learn about your pet, and Dr Archuleta performs meticulous surgeries that hardly leave a mark.

I have to say from the moment I called to get information until the time I picked up my kittens from their surgery and checked out everyone was so nice and helpful! I had so many questions and they took their time to have a conversation with me and make sure every questioned was answered and also educated me more about the process. I would highly recommend this clinic to any cat owner that is looking for a lower cost spay/neuter option~they even have vaccinations, microchipping, nail trimming and other options as well.

He did not receive a physical check-up, but I later found notes in his file claiming he had fleas, skin/ear issues, and was obese — none of which were explained to me during the visit. As a new pet owner trying to learn and do right by my dog, I asked about his teeth and expected open guidance, not quiet judgment. These kinds of undocumented notes, especially without proper evaluation or discussion, can give the wrong impression to future vets and reflect poorly on responsible owners. I’m sharing this so others know to ask questions and advocate for themselves. Trusting your vet means expecting honest, respectful communication — not silent side notes that tell a different story.

Experiencia negativa: I called to see about getting my dog spayed, and they said yes, so I stopped by to talk to someone about setting up an appointment. One of the male vet techs told me to wait because he was dealing with customers. A half hour later, he says, Can I help you? I say, Yes, I want to set an appointment to get my dog spayed. His replied with a short tone in his voice, saying, This place doesn't do spayed surgeries for dogs, we don't have a tech het for dogs. When this place has both dogs and cats posted on the window front. The appearance and cleanliness of the lobby is nice, but the customer service needs a serious overhaul.

Experiencia fantástica: Absolutely the BEST! Over 20 cats in a period of three years, we have been bringing both feral and domestic cats to be fixed. Dr. A and her team are consistently professional and give top notch service no matter how busy the clinic is. We drive close to 100 miles one way due to living in a rural area that does not provide these services. The best perk is that we are able to pick up the animals once they are ready (noonish) to make the drive home. We are highly appreciated to receive this accommodation. Without it, we may not have been able to achieve what we have. Highly recommend!

Experiencia fantástica: I worked veterinary for over a decade and I was impressed with the service I received today as a client at Spay Neuter Clinic in Mesa. I brought 7 puppies in for their exam with vaccines and they were given a very thorough exam. I've been to some vaccine clinics who barely look at the dog. But today, the vet took her time listening to their hearts/lungs, looking for hernias (both umbilical and inguinal), checking eyes, ears and skin etc. she obviously cares about the health of the dogs/cats she sees and not just about moving them through as quickly as possible. I will definitely continue to use them for vaccines and to neuter my animals.

From the moment I called to make an appointment to walking in and filling out the paperwork, the staff was incredibly friendly and kind. I arrived right as they opened and was in and out in less than 30 minutes. They took such great care of my two kittens, who were spayed and neutered. My regular vet was going to charge around $1,800 just for the procedures, but here, I spent just under $500 for everything—including the spay/neuter, FIV/Leukemia testing, vaccinations, microchips, and even a nail trim. One of my kittens was also in heat, and they handled everything so well. The vet and technicians were absolutely wonderful, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. My kittens are recovering so quickly—within an hour of bringing them home, they were already eating, drinking water, and back to their usual mischievous selves. I’m so grateful for the amazing care they received!

Experiencia fantástica: We had our Maltipoo neutered here on February 22, and they did a phenomenal job! His incision was incredibly clean, with minimal bruising and swelling. They provided clear home-care instructions along with pain medication. The total cost was $150, which included a $35 distemper shot we requested (making the neuter itself around $115). They also offered a cone for under $20, but we already had one at home, so we declined. One thing I really appreciate is that their pricing is completely straightforward. They explain all fees clearly before the appointment, so there are no surprises. If you’re on a tight budget and only have exactly what you need to pay, I would stress that to them—they are upfront and transparent, which gives peace of mind. From start to finish, the entire experience was seamless. The staff and doctors were kind, and professional, and truly cared about our pet’s well-being. We arrived at 7 AM, completed the paperwork, and waited for the pre-op appointment to meet the doctor. The assistant and doctor explained everything and were singing the same exact song. They took our pup back after this appt for surgery and monitored him until 3:30 PM, ensuring he was stable before sending him home (routine practice for them). They also emphasized that we could call or email with any concerns—whether about redness, swelling, or infection—and the vet would promptly address them. I’ve seen some negative reviews, but honestly, I question whether all the facts are being presented. When we visited, the office was packed with well-cared-for pets, and it looked like a full-on dog show with all the purebred animals—tiny Chihuahuas, Yorkies, Golden Retrievers, Blue Heelers, and Poodles of all sizes, from Teacup to Giant Poodles. Like with any procedure, complications can happen, but I wonder how many of those reviewers followed up with the vet right away versus waiting too long. For the quality of care and affordability, this place is unbeatable—our regular vet quoted $1,000–$1,200 for the same procedure! We fully trust them and will be bringing our Mini Schnauzer and Teacup Poodle here as well. Highly recommend!

Experiencia negativa: I brought in three healthy and thriving male cats to get neutered and micro chipped. I now have two of the three cats going to my emergency vet who are on the brink of death. They clearly caught something while they were at this clinic. I will keep everyone posted but if I loose one of my babies, I absolutely will raise hell! I am truly beside myself right now!

Experiencia negativa: CONTENT WARNING I brought my cat here to be neutered, and what happened next was beyond unacceptable. I followed every single post-op instruction, yet his wound became severely infected, emitting a foul smell and filling with pus. Alarmed, I rushed him to an emergency vet, only to receive horrifying news—his wound was badly infected, full of pus, and shockingly, it appeared as if he hadn’t even been neutered at all. Because of their negligence, my poor cat had to be sedated just to have the wound properly cleaned and drained. Now, he's on antibiotics, pain meds, and suffering through something that never should have happened in the first place. This is inexcusable and could have cost my cat his life. I will never, under any circumstances, trust this place with an animal again. If you love your pets, stay far away.

Also, their surgery skills are top tier, i was surprised how small the incisions were compared to when we got our housecats fixed elsewhere 10 years ago. Very easy healing process. So glad this clinic enables us with our budget to help out our local cats!

Experiencia fantástica: The cat distribution system distributed us a cat. S/he showed up in the backyard in Jan and we back to the desert so we trapped it and brought it inside. We were not sure sure if it was feral or just afraid and Dr. Archuleta and her staff were very understanding and wonderful. No microchip was found so he was fully vetted, his neuter went well and will now live a happy indoor only life.

It is so convenient and the staff is wonderful. Dr Archuleta always comes in to look at each cat to assess each situation and is so knowledgeable and friendly. Experiencia positiva: The staff is nice and they handle the animals very well. The fact of not having a bathroom for the guests is the reason why I'm giving only 3 stars. For your cat/dog needs of neuter/spay surgery, vaccinations, or microchip, they are great. The facility is clean and well maintained, and there is quite a lot of room to sit and wait. Their process is to tell you to come between 6 AM and 8 AM to see the doctor, and then pick up your cat/dog between 1 PM and 4 PM. It takes some serious planning skills to make it happen and have a very short night before.

It was my first time putting an animal through surgery, and was so nervous. Everyone was so kind and understanding from the front desk to the vet and the tech. You can tell these people care about what they do, and want to take care of these animals. Its wonderful to have such an accessible resource in my community. The prices are very reasonable, they spell everything out for you simply and thoroughly. I highly recommend them and will be using them again in the future with both of my cats.

Experiencia negativa: A note to all considering this clinic for spay/neuter: they will not work with you if you have a financial difficulty .. like services cost more than intended. Instead it is their practice to call/notify the police, they cannot or wont allow you to pick up the animal and list you as abandoning the animal. Wow!, trying to do the right thing with your own funds and this is the 'thanks you get'. Unbelievable, they call the cops on you. Isn't that a bit extreme - smh. In response to clinic: the threat to call the police was during a call from the clinic. They called to notify me of additional costs of a procedure they preformed and I Did Not agree to .. yes, they did the procedure then told me about it afterwards. That followed by "we will call the police and list you as abandoning the animal". Shame on you for trying to down play your actions/what was said.

Their website clearly states dog spay under 40 pounds is $112 and dog pay between 40 pounds and 70 pounds is $163 I called in and my dog weighs 57 pounds and I was told that my dog weighs too much and they would not be able to do the procedure And I was also informed that the doctor Doesn’t feel comfortable, performing a spay on a dog that size. If that is the case, they should not have. an option for dog spaying up to 70 pounds

Experiencia negativa: I made an appointment for my puppy to get neutered on Friday, January 10th. I got a call back later saying that I had to reschedule to the 17th since their office was doing a training for the office on the 10th. I showed up to my appointment only to be turned away because my pup is 50lbs. I told them over the phone that I think he was 35-40lbs. They didn't say anything over the phone about the vet only taking animals 30lbs and under. Nope, they waited for me to drive an hour to show up to my appointment to tell me that they can't take him because he's over 30lbs. That is something that should have been told to me during my first, second or even third phone conversations with staff!! Now I have to make ANOTHER appointment somewhere else and take ANOTHER day off of work. I will not come back here and will be sure to tell everyone to find another place to take their pets. This was a HUGE waste of time. The only positive thing I can say is that the lady at the front desk was very apologetic, understanding and kind.

Experiencia negativa: I called the day before to see if there was anything that I needed to bring or do to prepare for my dog to be spayed. They didn’t tell me that I needed to show proof of her rabies shot. I arrive without it and get stuck paying an additional $14 for a rabies shot I didn’t need. I live 30 minutes away. When I went to pick her up I had to use the bathroom. They said they had none for their customers. They sent me to the sushi restaurant next door. The restaurant wouldn’t let me use it because I was not a customer. So the clinic told me to go to Burger King across the street. I said I am dropping $200 here and you can’t let me use your bathroom. According to international building code they should have a bathroom for their customers. I plan to report them to the City of Mesa. Don’t be fooled by the cheap spaying price. They nickel and dime you. You have to buy a collar to keep the dog from chewing the incision, and if the dog is in heat they charge you an extra fee of $29-90. Lastly, they charge a 3% fee if you use a credit card. The lady made a mistake on the bill, it was a 10 cent mistake so she changed the total and added another 10 cents. They never let me use their bathroom. I will not be back.

Experiencia negativa: I thought this place was okay to be honest. I made a schedule to have my dog neutered. They told me that it was first come first serve, however that was only for reception. I brought him in bright and early at 6 am and he wasn’t able to be neutered till 3:24 pm. Also, they failed to mention documentation that was necessary for him to even be processed. To top it off, their pickup time was off. Overall the experience at this institution was unsatisfactory.

Experiencia fantástica: I’ve had 2 of my cats neutered here, it was quick, easy to set up the appointment and very friendly staff. Highly recommended for you’re cats and dogs.

Experiencia negativa: The one star is just because the Spanish young lady who explained me clear and slow about dogs vaccinations appointments. The rest of no stars is because the pink scrubs old lady was rude: “May I help you?” -Of course you can. That’s what you’re here- I thought. -“We don setting appointments for vaccinations” she said. Even if the website clearly says “Appointment required for dog vaccinations”. Ok. Never mind.

Experiencia positiva: I love this place it’s convenient and friendly. I just didn’t appreciate the vet tech asking me 4 times if I can afford diabetes medication. My cat was 14 pounds and is now a little over 12. I mentioned he does see a regular vet this was just because they had no appointments for vaccinations. Otherwise I do love this place. I understand the concern, but as someone who went to vet assisting school, this was pushy, rude, and can be offensive to the wrong person. Keep up the great work guys! Love the new office!

Experiencia fantástica: This place is awesome. Decent prices. They micro chipped my cat n fixed her..gave her all her shots. The really cool thing about this place is if u can catch a stray cat and take it in to them then they will fix the strays for free. I'm working on one stray that lives under my house right now that's been knocking up all the other stray cats here. He is super friendly I just need to buy a cage then take him in. Really great staff here as well. God bless and thank you all for everything.

Experiencia positiva: GIVE CONE TO NURSE!! IF YOU BRING YOUR OWN THEY WILL LEAVE KITTEN WITHOUT CONE IN KENNEL UNTIL YOU ARRIVE. I brought my kitten here to get spayed and everyone was really nice. We even had another kitten spayed here which is when we got our first cone to keep kitten from messing with incision. When we brought our second kitten the nurse asked if we had a cone already and we said yes. She didn't ask for it then and we didn't think of it either. We left and came back to see our kitten in the kennel with no cone and although she was slow from the surgery she had been awake. Upon arriving home we took a closer look at her incision and immediately we were worried. It looked wet and lumpy with a small hole in the center. We sent the clinic a picture and asked if it was ok, they said it looked a little loose but it should be ok and to keep an eye on the incision. The very next day there was more discharge and a slightly wider hole. It was a Saturday so we ended up having to take our kitten to a Vet ER to get everything cleaned and closed up. I'm not sure if they were supposed to get the cone before and forgot to ask but even if that was the case I am still disappointed they would leave a kitten without a cone while waiting for pick up. Either put one on in the meantime and take off before pick up or put one on and charge me for it and say you had to because we forgot to provide the cone prior. ***So just a heads up for whomever gets their cat spayed here make sure to buy cone from them or give cone before surgery. ***

Experiencia fantástica: I have nothing but great things to say about this clinic and all the staff I interacted with. I felt very comfortable leaving my puppy in their hands. This clinic is very affordable compared to a Vet office. We saved $600.00 getting our puppy neutered & chipped here. When I picked up my little guy, he was being spoiled by the staff. It made me feel good knowing that they enjoy what they're doing. Dr Archaleta is very down to earth and easy to talk to. Thank you for what you offer the community.

Experiencia fantástica: Was first come first serve, get there early. Dr. Archuleta, was wonderful. She, made me feel like my baby was gonna be in the best hands, and he was. He came home to me. In one piece no issues. The stitching were done nice, he was neutered. I would recommend this place to anyone. The staff was also very, very friendly and patient.

Experiencia fantástica: So good I'm taking my second abandoned baby to get spayed this week! They are in it to make it reasonable and to help. They are very inexpensive, they provided additional care when my first baby had a rough recovery (not their fault, abscesses happen), and very caring. If you have a new kitty that needs it's fixing/shots/chip, bring them here!

Experiencia fantástica: The staff and veterinarian, Dr. Archuleta, at this Spay Neuter Clinic: Mesa are excellent. This is a reliable place to go when you find a feral cat. We brought a stray cat to this clinic for spay/neuter surgery on the recommendation of a rescue organization. The doctor and vet assistants were very skilled at handling the cat, quickly determining that she was “examinable” (not overly aggressive). They safely removed her from the carrier and made her comfortable for an examination without causing too much stress. The doctor informed us that the cat was a nursing mother (lactating cat). The cat can't have surgery right away. The doctor was very patient in offering suggestions and answering our questions. If you want to help stray cats (either through TNR or trap & adoption), take action only after confirming that the cat is not caring for kittens. Observe for a while to see if the cat returns to the same place or is carrying kittens. This way, you may avoid trapping a mommy cat currently nursing kittens. Cats often hide their young, making them hard to find. The best time to bring in a feral or stray to the clinic is during weekdays when the clinic is open (Feral cats do not need appointment but must be in a TNR trap.) so that you may free the mommy cat immediately when necessary, minimizing the time the kittens are left alone. Newborn kittens need milk every few hours. Avoid trapping the cat if you are unsure whether it is a lactating mother.

Experiencia negativa: So this happened on 2/28. I have really been struggling with this because I thought MAYBE I was overreacting so I have kept it to myself, but after getting the opinion on well over 50 amazing people on the Pit Bull lovers group page on Facebook, I decided it is time I say something about what happened. So I took the luv of my life, Rocky, into the AZ Spay and Neuter Clinic in Mesa on 2/28/2024 @ 8:00am to get him neutered. The staff was very kind and attentive when we first arrived. They administered his anesthesia and I got to stay with him through that whole part of it. I informed them when he fell asleep and two of them had to carry him into the back (operating area I am assuming?) because he is a big boy. Not really a one man job. This part wasn’t as big of a deal but neither of the staff members supported his head so it just hung down. Like I said, that’s not THAT awful I suppose, however, my advice would be to just be mindful of that for other animals in the future even if it is a short walk.. it would help ease a little stress for the owners I’m sure. Anyways, so they carried him to the back and said that he would be ready by 12pm or 1pm and they would call me as soon as he was ready. So I left at about 9am. They called me around 11:45am saying that he was ready to be picked up. When we arrived, we paid the amount due which was I think like 300 or 350 then they brought us to where he was in the way back. I couldn’t believe what I saw. Rocky was all alone, whimpering in some cold kennel. He had a bunch of vomit in his cone and he was laying in a huge pile of his own urine. There was a blanket in the kennel with him but he was no where near it. The entire scene broke my heart to pieces. Then we were expected to walk him out of there but he was still heavily sedated and he kept slipping on the cold tile. It was more than apparent that we were struggling but not a single staff member offered assistance. They just watched. Finally my husband had to carry him out of there which was hard since he is big. The male staff member didn’t even offer to help carry him. Nothing. It was just awful. We thought Rocky would receive better care if we paid instead of taking him to one of the free neutering places. I have so much guilt and will still start to cry whenever I think about how long my poor baby was in that back kennel alone and scared and in the awful condition he was in. Had I seen it before we paid, I would have refused to pay the full amount if not the whole thing. It was absolute negligence. It is a shame too because with such a great start, I thought it was gonna be an awesome experience and we would have brought our other two dogs there as well. I should have said something at the time but all I could think about was getting my poor Rocky home to safety, warmth, and love. We basically paid them $300 to neglect my poor baby Rocky. I am just sick over this.

Experiencia positiva: was a decent experience but drop off time took forever. came around 7:15 and didn't leave until around 10 i believe. super sweet to my babies but got sassy when i didn't want to vaccinate them there.. when i got my fur babies back from getting neutered, they looked absolutely traumatized. (poor guys) and unfortunately this place closes earlier, so when my cats incision started bleeding i had to drive 20 minutes to another vet clinic.. which i'm fine with but i need to get ahold of them abt medications but i dont think they'll be getting back to me anytime soon. overall, my experience was just stressful and it honestly took a toll on me mentally. i dont do well with these kinds of things

Experiencia negativa: I don't recommend this place at all, their after your money and want to get you out the door as fast as they can. They don't care about your pets and good luck in trying to ask any questions, they lie and say the vet is in surgery when surgeries ended, the cats are already in recovery by the time you get there to pick them up. They gave a lady the wrong cat, after finally locating her cat told her they trimmed it's claw too far down it bled. They gave me my cat back with a wound to its nose, I saw it when they handed him to me, and knew then that they weren't going to answer my question. I got home, and it was very noticable when he came out of his carrier☹️. I called looking for information as to what happened to my cat while he was there, left a voicemail since it was after hours and of course NO callback. I've noticed by looking at other reviews where people have had a similar experience with no call back that whomever is writing back, their excuse Is "our records show you didn't call" (what a cop out.) Just trying to make it look like they did nothing wrong. I will find a new place if ever in the future, I need to get a cat spayed or neutered. See the attached photo of the mark or wound.

Make sure you pick up the form a day before you are planning to go because is first come first serve. And be early if you need services. Lines sometimes in summer stared at 4:30 am and in winter 5:30 am…

Experiencia fantástica: This clinic really cares and makes a difference in the community! After trapping 3 feral cats, my usual TNR clinic was unexpectedly closed for the day. I was desperately trying to find a low-cost clinic who take an immediate walk in for neutering. They made an exception for me even though they were at capacity! This clinic really helped me out and the poor cats that had been in a cage for over 14 hours. Thank you!!!!

Experiencia positiva: Ok vet seemed pleasant with assistant. Fast talkers, act concerned for the animal,but no concern with communication just telling you prices very fast. And if you miss the last statement on pick up then you are in for a surprise. I and my bf heard 3-4 pick up. Ok so I'm running late get there at 317. No one is there except receptionist. Hands my bill to me for 197.00. What? Starting with a 74.00 spay. Now I understand all the extras. That they speak of so quickly. But to then find out , my cat was in heat, that cost 30.00. And I was late at 317 and had to pay 1$ a minute after 3pm. I feel hurt that my compassion for my animal was used as a money maker, and wonder how many other animal lovers felt this way.

Experiencia fantástica: You must make an appointment for spay and neuter. It was quick and easy to check in. The employees are kind and explain the process well. The goal is definitely to get people in and out like a well-oiled machine. There are a lot of upcharges, so dont count on the internet price list.

Experiencia fantástica: Took my kitten to get his first round of shots and brought him back for his neuter surgery a few weeks later. Also took his sister cat to get her annual shots. They are very friendly to us and the kiddos. Waiting times can vary as it is first come, first serve. But the care is time efficient once you get back. Very reasonably priced. Highly recommend!

Experiencia fantástica: Our furbaby came in to get his surgery, when we got there for drop off we did have to wait a bit to get taken back but no issue. The staff where so amazing, kind and helpful to answer all of our questions and pickup went great too! A couple days later our furbaby ripped his stitches so we called and they where absolutely amazing and worked so well with us to get him some medicine. Highly recommend but try to get there a bit earlier as it is first come first serve basis to get your furbabies registered. Thank you!! K,Lyrik and Reaper

Experiencia fantástica: A wonderful, caring and compassionate crew lead by the wonderful Dr. Archuleta. It's a very convenient vaccine administration set up (set hours/days with no appointment needed). We have had five feral cats taken care of here (vaxes, spay/neuter) and have taken two of our own for vax updates. We are fortunate to have such a wonderful clinic in the East Valley.

Experiencia fantástica: Went to the Spay Neuter Clinic for the first time a few weeks ago with a TNR. The Doctor was so nice and very informative. The spay went great, she explained everything so well and overall was a wonderful experience. I will absolutely return when needed and won't hesitate to bring my own animals here!

Experiencia negativa: I tried calling this location a couple times before I took my cat in to no avail. I should have took this as a red flag. I had my kitten vaccinated and a couple days later he got sick. For 48 hours he wouldn't eat, was throwing up, and had diarrhea. I tried to call them to ask questions and even left a voicemail. I never received any calls back. I took him to my vet and they had told me it was a cause of the vaccine. Ethically, I understand what they are trying to do, but in retrospect, I don't believe a "walk-in" clinic is best for your pet. 2* because they were nice.

Experiencia negativa: They don't answer the phone, return calls, or even reply to email. Even after multiple attempts to contact them. Better off calling anyone else and not wasting time waiting on a response. After getting through the reviews it seems not only is it a common thing for them to ignore calls, but lack of professionalism, rudeness, and a general disregard for their customers and the well-being of their pets seems to come up far too frequently for comfort. Whoever they allow to type up the clinic owner's responses should be supervised better or have their keyboard taken away. I definitely dodged a bullet here. I'd rather pay more and actually have my cats come home healthy and alive. Saving $20 isn't worth the risk or hassle.

Experiencia fantástica: Great and professional service. The lady on the front desk was really good explaining how everything works. I brought my Dog Snowy for her vaccines. I told them that my Snowy also need her nails to be trim. And the offer that service at the moment without need to make an appointment for another day. Everything inside were very patient and supper nice to her.

Experiencia negativa: I would give less than a 1 star if I could. The second my husband and I walked in, she looked us up and down almost rolled her eyes then rudely asked, can I help you?? And we mentioned what we needed then realized on our end we were late for check in, which is fine but the whole time she spoke it was just very rude and unprofessional, I’d much rather take my fur baby somewhere else. And now after that I wouldn’t trust them with my pets. DO NOT RECOMMEND GOING THERE!

Experiencia fantástica: What a God send! The DR. was great! She was to the point, sincere and professional. I brought in a feral which will now be my little baby. I had the whole enchilada done. It was so quick. As recommended I got there early around 6:15. I hate crowds and at that time there was only about 10 people. After looking over our new little purr baby she said to come back at 1:30. I did! Everything was taken care of at a reasonable cost. I would highly recommend. I will be going back for check ups! Thank you Easter bunny! Update: I still think this place is great however don't go with a pure breed. This place is looking to help strays and feral animals. I can appreciate that. For Xmas we bought an 8 week old Maltese for our 9 yr old daughter. We were looking for a specific dog that would get along with our skittish cat(was feral). We were looking for a petite dog and she kept asking for the Malti. When we brought our little Malti into get his shots my daughter being a kid kept saying to the people in the waiting room that we have a full breed. Needless to say that is frowned upon at this place because there are so many animals in need. Again I get it but I felt shamed when I left and feel a little uneasy about going back. In particular when we told her we bough the dog she said we dont like the "B" word at this place. It just sucks! No good deed goes unpunished:(
