3 months ago Experiencia fantástica: I am so happy that I found this place! My dog, Jake, hated the vet I had taken him to for a few years (not wanting to get out of the car, shaking the minute I pulled into the parking lot,, clinging to me and terrified going in the door. They had me getting medication before taking him in to calm him down. I am so sorry it took me so long to really listen to what he was trying to say to me. When i called Power Road Animal Hospital they were do friendly over the phone (even getting me in the day I called) and was hoping the positive attitude would be true. And it was! The minute we walked in the door the girl at the desk immediately acknowledged Jake with a smile. The staff was amazing, even playing with him. We have been back there now 3 times and it is always a positive environment. The entire staff is amazing. Dr Lexi is wonderful and she really cares. Jake still gets anxious but nothing like he did before. and I do not need to give him drugs just to get him there. Dr. Lexi said "Well, this is all about him" and it shows! Thank you for being there! Jake and I are both happy!

4 months ago Experiencia fantástica: Our 1 year old Rhodesian Ridgeback was not acting like himself…he was lethargic and had loss vision in one eye. Dr. Emily Ozmun was our doc when we first brought him in to Power Ranch. Our boy is very anxious and not a fan of the vet. She and the other techs were very patient and did all the could to slow down and assess him accurately. We had a concern after leaving and Dr. Emily called us back that day. It was identified after tests our dog had Valley Fever. Dr. Emily called us after each blood test to talk with us and make a plan, and even emailed a summary of our conversation so I could properly reiterate it to my partner. She has been truly empathetic and genuine in her care. We’ve all never had to wait more than 5-10 minutes to be seen and all the techs have been amazing. Itll be a journey for us with our pup, but it’s a little less difficult knowing we have a great vet on our side.

4 months ago Experiencia fantástica: Updated-Still love the care my dogs get here. The staff is great on the phones, and meds get refilled quickly. Sierra has been our vet tech the last two visits. She’s so friendly and cheerful, and she was so patient as she demonstrated a treatment technique to me so that I could do it at home. Each of the vets here are fantastic. All the staff clearly love animals. I love the care they give my dogs, both my healthy service dog, and my senior dog who has diabetes and thyroid problems.

I would like to thank the staff for making this experience as peaceful as they could for the situation. The nurse and the doctor could not have been more compassionate, kind, helpful and empathetic. Awesome place! We will be taking our other dog there from now on. The Rupards

5 months ago Experiencia fantástica: My dogs have been patients here for years. The staff are always incredibly nice, informative and quick. The prices are also fair/reasonable. My dogs’ tech for today’s appointments (JJ) was able to get all three of my dogs in and out in under an hour and kept me completely up to speed as I waited in my car!! Shout out to her and the rest of the staff for making the visits quick and comfortable for my fur babies!!!

5 months ago Experiencia positiva: I love working with Dr.Landreth and the support staff is great. However, my recent experience with the pharmacy was quite unpleasant. The price shown for the prescription food I ordered was shown as $42.99 per case. I ordered 2 cases. When I went to checkout the price in my cart was now $62.89 per case. I ordered the food as a subscription item to get the $42.99 discounted price but what I got at checkout was a rude surprise. I'm hoping to get a refund to correct this overcharge issue but don't have resolution on that yet.

6 months ago Experiencia fantástica: Our dog was in great distress upon returning from an extended road trip on the Monday before a holiday and our usual vet was in the Urgent Care for humans! PRAH was extremely busy but made time to see our pooch. If they had not been so accommodating, it is very likely our 5 year old poodle would not have survived.

6 months ago Experiencia negativa: They missed diagnosed the issue with my cat. Cost me over $800 and an extra month of pain for my cat. Every one makes mistakes, but no follow up, nothing. Taken my dogs somewhere else

7 months ago Experiencia positiva: I was given a same-day appointment for a very sick pug. The vet and vet tech were friendly and caring. I always have been treated well whenever I’ve taken my dogs for any services. Unfortunately, this visit still seems to have not taken care of the issue for my dog. I do admit, I was limited on funds for all the different tests options outlined by the veterinarian. I opted for the testing of the most likely issue, which was confirmed and medications purchased. But there seems to be more problems that were not discovered. Just praying for healing until more funds are available.

7 months ago Experiencia negativa: They care about nothing but money! Never told me about generic brand of medication option. Couldn't afford medication for my dog. He ended up dying. Might have been a different situation if I would have known about my options!

7 months ago Experiencia fantástica: It was my first visit at this clinic. My regular vet never arranges a rapid visit but here, I called the morning and get an appointment in the afternoon. It was a wonderful experience. The staff was friendly, attentive, professional and making both me and my dog in good hands. The Doctor Danielle Landreth took the time to answer all of my questions. I appreciate that after she takes care of my baby in the back, she came back with him in her arms and relate me the intervention. Highly recommend this clinic!

7 months ago Experiencia fantástica: Everyone here was amazing. Our puppy got into something he wasn’t supposed to and was having scary symptoms. We had to rush him to the closest vet, which happened to be Power Road Animal Hospital, that is just outside of our neighborhood. They were getting ready to close, but they didn’t even blink an eye to help us out. They were immediately attentive to get our sweet pup back & hooked up to a IV. Due to them closing, we did have to transfer to an animal emergency hospital that was about 10 minutes away. This team was so helpful in preparing our pup safely and getting his vitals stable so we could take him for continued care at the ER. He ended up being okay and he has made a full recovery. We couldn’t be more grateful for each of these team members to help our sweet boy and pretty much save his life.

8 months ago Experiencia fantástica: We brought our 5 yr old dog in on an emergency visit. She got poked in her eye by a bush. From the moment we walked in she was a totally different dog than at our previous vet! We were in shock because she has always fought us so hard. She was scared of course but she let Dr. Emily do what she needed to do to ck her eyes. This is an amazing office. The staff and Dr. are great. 100% recommend!!

9 months ago Experiencia fantástica: We have been taking our dogs to Power Road Animal Hospital for a few years now. From the person you talk to to make an appointment to the Veterinarians, all are pleasant and professional. They always give options and pricing before any procedure is preformed. My dogs don't ever mind going, which is a nice change. When we had the unfortunate experience of having to put one of our pups down due to suffering from cancer, everyone treated her and us with compassion.

11 months ago Experiencia fantástica: Power Road Animal has been our choice since 2004 when we took our sweet Sammy in for his visits. He was a miniature Dachshund. He passed in 2016 at the age of 17. The staff and physicians at Power Road are compassionate and love each animal in their care. We have had Max who is a 6 year old Dachshund since he was 8 weeks old. We would never think of taking him anywhere but Power Road Animal Hospital. Keep up the wonderful care.

The doctors are amazing, the staff members are amazing, the office is beautiful and I have never been happier with a veterinarian establishment in my entire life! Please take your fur babies there!!! You will not be disappointed!! My baby girl Daisy had an ear infection and she was expertly treated by the PRAH staff and she’s on the road to recovery as you can see by her huge smile!!! 1 year ago Experiencia fantástica: I had an emergency with my fur baby and started looking everywhere for a vet place. The minute the girl answered my call, I felt better and got a same day appt. This place cares for the animals and they love what they do-it shows. The examination was very thorough and detailed. They provided an itemized of work to be performed on my dog with pricing. I was sent home with medicines and how to administer them. Dr Stephen's and their staff are amazing. This is a MUST vet if you don't have one.

Was having nothing but problems with Banner, found Power Road Animal Hospital by luck and they have been beyond wonderful with all 5 of our fur babies! 1 year ago Experiencia fantástica: This hospital has been good to us and our animals upon any contact. They are thorough, kind, respectful and understanding. We lost a beloved pet in an emergency situation a few years back. While they were unable to save her, they absolutely did their best. They even gave us time in a private room to grieve our pet. I would definitely recommend this hospital. I always leave there knowing they truly care.

We’ve brought our new mini weenie dog pup in for shots and our sweet old Maltese poodle went to heaven with them. Even though we were heartbroken they made it the best experience possible. I went to have Max‘s ears looked at and she told me I didn’t need to spend the money on the antibiotic that he was good so great experience his nurse was wonderful. Everyone always is very pleasant and professional from the time you walk in to the time you leave! I would highly recommend Power Road Animal hospital!!

I have a 190llb Old English Mastiff 6 years old and she had Pyromentra after her last heat cycle It Is. 1 year ago Experiencia fantástica: Dr Landreth spent 30 minutes just talking and learning about Oliver. He was relaxed during the exam. Emily, assistant, was also super nice and he seemed to enjoy her too. The facility was very clean and front staff professional yet friendly! Highly recommend to anyone looking for a great, compassionate animal vet/hospital.

1 year ago Experiencia fantástica: They have great staff, our dogs are always treated so well and taken good care of! I’ve never felt pressure to spend or do more for my dogs than needed. On-line booking is so convenient and they can always get us in pretty quickly. I have many vets closer to where I live but I choose to make the drive to this hospital instead.

1 year ago Experiencia positiva: Great hospital for our three doggies. Overall great facility. Breakdown: Quality of care: 5/5 Service: 5/5 - excellent, professional, friendly, and people-oriented staff. Pet care anywhere is expensive, so we really appreciate how thorough the team is with everything they’ve done for us. Cost: 4/5 - Cost is reasonable on most things. We get our dogs’ anal glands expressed frequently though, and this is the most we’ve spent on glands at any veterinary clinic by ~25%. It would be nice to get a little break on that since our dogs need it every 4/5 weeks. It was a little jarring when we learned how much the price recently increased. They get pretty dang close to 5/5 in my book and for sure earn it. Definitely recommend them!

I am extremely particular about veterinarians that care for my animals and Dr. Batty is superb. He always devoted the time my dog and I needed. He is thorough, resourceful, caring and compassionate. The same is true of his technicians and the rest of his staff. Sadly my little dog recently passed away from lung cancer. Dr. Batty was very supportive and patient with me and my dog through this very heart wrenching experience. If you value your animal and are as particular as I am about their quality of service and care, you will be happy to have chosen Dr. Batty.

1 year ago Experiencia fantástica: My darling Goliath of a dog can be intimidating not only in size but in sound, as well. He's actually very timid when around humans. He immediately took to the nurse that led us in through the side door. He allowed her to take initial vitals with no issue. With me, she was thorough in going over his medical history and costs of immunizations required him to be up-to-date... as well as the extras requested! Successful vet visit!! Kudos!

1 year ago Experiencia fantástica: Staff and Dr. Batty were great. I was able to get a same day appointment for my cat’s eye abrasion . Dr batty is friendly, knowledgeable and caring. Only suggestion: have a towel placed in the exam tables. Plain metal a bit cold for our furbabies.

1 year ago Experiencia fantástica: Pepper couldn’t urinate and was in pain. I was distraught because my husband just passed. Power animal clinic got her right in and with compassion and kindness handled both of us. She had surgery right away and is feeling much better!

They were able to save the life of my loved one. I am beyond thankful with them. The surgical procedure was done very professionally. Outstanding team and clinic. Highly recommended!

After her appointment which included shots, my little Yorkie had a really stiff and sore leg, I brought her back in later that day and after a little manipulation she came running back out. No charge for the second visit and had s nice visit with the vet. Totally recommend them. Great with animals and also with their owners ❤️
