Experiencia positiva: Great care from the vet. But then tech gave different instructions at discharge. And still tried to charge me over 200.00 for a test the vet said to take in two weeks if there was no improvement. I don't know if the tech wasn't paying attention or it was a financial trick because I was worried about my dog

Experiencia positiva: The vet/doctor was very nice but I didn't feel welcomed by staff or the other tecks, and either did my dog (Doberman Pinscher). My dogs behavior was off - she seemed uncomfortable and noticing that, I become uncomfortable too. Thats very unlikely my dog. She has never behaved like that where we usally take her. Lovet staff was not able to clip my dogs nails. I've never had an issue with getting her nails clipped before where I usually go. Lovet suggested I give her sedatives before I bring her back there. But I've never had to do that in the 4 years she has been alive. I wanted to give it a try because its much closer to me but we'll stay at Animal Wellness center in Queen Creek.

Experiencia fantástica: This place is awesome they help me out with payment plan very good prices better than everybody else in town and they're so caring I started to have a bad experience but then they helped me out I really appreciate it I just moved up here from Kansas didn't have much money these guys were awesome my dog jumped over a piece of metal and sliced your belly wide open and they help me stitch her up and then when the stitches came out cuz she swelled up they were quick to let me bring it back in so they can restitch her up these guys are awesome you couldn't find a better veterinarian in town

Experiencia fantástica: We have had ongoing ear issues with my Lab Sadie. This was our first visit at this office and the Dr was very informative and gave alternative options. I like how they outline a plan, give you the details and show you the prices so you can pick from a menu what you think makes since within your budget. Very pleased with the service, prompt office time and pleasant vet techs!

Experiencia fantástica: Really great experience. Cats were well cared for. They gave powdered dewormer to sprinkle in food but I asked for liquid for ease of administering. Can't fool a cat twice with granules in their treats. Had to go to another vet and get liquid kind for squirting on their mouths. Much better results. Otherwise I really liked the staff, facility and convenience of walk in appointments. It costs more but understandable.

Experiencia positiva: This is a truly great vet office but the recent changes seem to have resulted in sky-high fees. It was over $600 just to do blood tests for my dog. Had to do it, no choice if I wanted to find out what was wrong with him (turned out to be nothing) but that $600 really hurt and I’m lucky I’m in a position that I can put that on a credit card now & pay it off but there was a time when I wouldn’t have been able to afford to keep a dog healthy. Just seems to me that the prices are really getting out of control.

Experiencia negativa: I’m honestly so frustrated with Lovet Pet Health Care right now. They just stopped grooming dogs out of nowhere, and it makes zero sense. This place was right by my house, super convenient, and now suddenly they don’t offer grooming anymore? Really? It feels like they don’t even think about the people who rely on their services. Now I have to waste time looking for a new groomer and driving way farther because they decided to drop the one service I actually needed. I’m seriously upset about this. It’s disappointing and honestly just annoying. They should’ve handled this way better — or at least cared enough to keep a basic service that so many of us depended on.

Experiencia negativa: I cannot believe Lovet Pet Health Care just decided to stop grooming dogs. Seriously? This was the ONLY convenient place nearby, and now suddenly they “don’t do grooming anymore” with zero warning. Absolutely unbelievable. I’ve been coming here because they were close and reliable, and now I have to drive all over town to find someone else. Honestly, this is incredibly inconvenient and disappointing. You would think a pet care place would actually care about pet owners’ needs. I am NOT happy about this change, and they should really reconsider bringing grooming back. This is not the level of service I expect.

Experiencia negativa: Disappointed They Stopped Grooming Dogs I’m really disappointed with Lovet Pet Health Care. They used to offer dog grooming, and it was one of the main reasons I went there. Now they suddenly stopped grooming altogether, and it’s frustrating because they were so close and convenient. It feels like they just dropped the service without considering how many people relied on it. I really liked taking my dog there, but now I have to drive farther to find another groomer. It’s honestly a letdown, and I wish they would bring the grooming service back or at least communicate better with their customers.

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Garner and the Vet Techs are all so wonderful. I had to put my cat down last year and they made the experience extremely compassionate and accommodating. Fast forward to a little over a year later and I brought my new cat in. They were friendly and made her feel very comfortable. The vaccines were painless for her, and she was able to diagnose her allergy and ear infection (which I had no idea she had!) quickly. The medications she prescribed helped quickly. I can’t thank this team enough.

Experiencia fantástica: Our normal vet couldn’t fit us in for same day euthanasia for our very senior cat. The staff here was so wonderful. They made this terrible experience peaceful and showed us that they really truly cared. I’m a nurse and my husband is a firefighter so we know what it means to have tough days with loss with patients. I’m sure it’s so hard for them but they truly brought peace to my family as we said goodbye to our sweet boy. I appreciate them so very much.

Experiencia fantástica: I’ve taken my pets to several veterinarians over the past 11 years, and this clinic is truly top-notch. From the friendly, caring team at the front desk to the knowledgeable and compassionate staff in the back, every visit has been a wonderful experience. When our beloved girl Britney went to be with Jesus due to stomach cancer, the entire team showed us such kindness and compassion during one of the hardest moments of our lives. That meant more than words can say. This is truly our forever veterinary home. Thank you to the entire staff for your love and dedication.

Experiencia fantástica: My tiny Yorkie had an emergency and I was almost to the parking lot when they opened. I called from the parking lot and they took her right in. They have taken my doggies in on short notice a few times before. They are always kind and understand my concerns.

Experiencia negativa: I had to leave work early for this appointment as I was very concerned about my senior dog’s health. After rushing home in 100°F+ heat, grabbing him, and arriving at clinic, I was informed my appointment wasn’t in the system. While mistakes can happen, what was most concerning was the response I received from the front desk team. They came across as apathetic, rude, and dismissive. When I mentioned that I would simply rebook online or consider another clinic, I was met with silence rather than any attempt to assist, apologize, or retain me as a client. As a pet owner, I value compassionate and professional care. Not just for my pet, but also in how clients are treated. Unfortunately, this experience left me questioning whether your clinic is the right place for us moving forward. I will absolutely not be returning to Lovet and will suggest to others they steer clear as well.

Experiencia negativa: My Labrador had an ear infection and was really uncomfortable. This place has been her vet provider since she was a puppy. Anytime we have to go in, we have major financial setbacks as a result. We had to pay $350 for the visit and meds for her ear infection, after turning down 1/3 of the recommended treatment options! The appointment took two hours. Not my favorite place in the world. If anyone loves their dog’s veterinarian and is fair price-wise, please let me know.

I had just taken him to VETCO the day before and they denied to vaccinate him due to 'Behavior issues' but this place got down to business and got it done which im so grateful for! Experiencia fantástica: Don't let my screen name fool you, I'm a real person who just hates spam messages. I'm leaving a review because my dog received excellent care at this vet. I recently moved due to a breakup (I kept our K9 child) and needed a new vet so I brought her here for extreme itchiness that was so bad her regular prescription wasn't working. I also knew she needed to renew her heartworm meds so I was prepared for blood work costs for that. I was able to make a same-day appointment (due to the level of itchiness I wasn't willing to wait longer) so I chose this location. The visit was quick in terms of getting to my turn, and thorough. Both the tech and the doctor were knowledgeable and caring and explained everything in detail. There was no attempt to upsell me on anything I/she didn't need, her itchiness was so bad she needed a course of steroids & antibiotics which were filled on location so I didn't have to stop on the way home and wait for meds. Just overall a really great experience. Then it got even better. The doctor herself called the next mowing to check on my baby, and an email follow-up was received later that day. As a busy professional, I appreciate other businesses with the same professionalism, particularly in this era where many seem to consider it optional. Will definitely use this vet as long as I live in East Mesa.

Experiencia fantástica: Signal Butte has been our vet for about 5 years and I can't imagine going anywhere else. My old cat is on her last months and they have been nothing but caring. They have given us the information we need and the meds to keep the cat comfortable as she has aged.
We are honored to be part of your furry loved ones care, especially at the stage in their life. We are always just a phone call away, no concern or question is too big or too small.

Experiencia negativa: If there was a way to give 0 or NEGATIVE stars, I would make sure to do so. It’s been almost 2 weeks without our sweet baby girl, Paisley. Lovet Signal Butte couldn’t have cared less. BTW, it took less than 24 hours for our girl to be gone, from the time she was taken to her “vet,” and the time my mom came home from work the next day, to find her no longer living. This isn’t the 1st post I have seen with people experiencing similar issues, which is super unfortunate, as some dogs were only babies that weren’t helped by the people that vow to help animals. Signal Butte Animal Hospital took AMAZING care of our babies for almost 8 years. This new company (obviously corporate) doesn’t care about your pets wellbeing, the pain the animals are in or the pain it will cause you to lose them. If it was their pet, they’d be doing everything for them, I am sure, but why not anyone else’s pets? Since we are strangers to you, our pets don’t matter? To them it is all about money and how much they can get you for, to even look at your pet. I’m sure if the pet is there for a simple check up, their reviews will be beaming with 5 stars (that is probably the easiest part of their day). If you are in any emergency or concerning situations, STAY AWAY!!!!! (All the replies are automated anyways, so they don’t actually read or care about complaints lol) I thought our experience would benefit some of you avid review readers. Now that our sweet baby girl has now passed on, due to their carelessness, it was only right to share. No condolences, no sympathy, just more money talk when my dad called to let them know. SHAME ON YOU ALL!!!!!

Experiencia negativa: It is unfortunate that Lovet, Signal Butte location is more concerned about money than taking care of our fur babies. We have taken all of our pets to Signal Butte Animal Hospital. No issues. Our pets were always treated for whatever ailed them, then we were given treatment options for further testing. These people gave a treatment plan for $1,188 and sent us on our way, no treatment options unless we opted for all of the testing, etc. I came home from work the next day to find my sweet baby deceased. We then called to see if we could take her there to be taken care of. We were told, no condolences, that there would be a charge to euthanize her. My husband said, "She's freaking DEAD!" Still no words of sympathy, just that there would be a charge to creamate her! Needless to say, we didn't take her to those heartless folks, we opted to handle it in our own way. Stay clear of this place!!

Experiencia negativa: Would have been 5 stars, but now a Warning. Scammy and Adversarial. We helped temporarily foster a kitten that was off the street. We got the package for all of her shots, and went through 2 rounds, with 2 rounds to go. We re-adopted the kitten out to an elderly lady who couldn't drive, who was 60 miles away. Luckely she is next to multiple Lovets Vets within a few miles of her. She went to get the shots and was told that the package was incompatible with that Lovet location. They also said that we cannot transfer the credits to her account. Customer service then said they are notating in our accounts that someone needs to check the ID, or they will be refused. I never had them check my ID before. Do not get shots here if you are rescuing pets, or intend on moving. I have done this before at other vets and had no trouble transferring shots to the new owner. As for the actual vet care it was really great and the staff at the locations are nice and empathetic. Update: the below reply is empty because they still haven't changed policy.

Experiencia fantástica: We took our dog Charlie there when he was having an urgent medical concern and we saw Dr. Garner. She was patient , gentle, and really took her time caring for him. And, even though he was being seen for something completely different, she spent time talking with me about other concerns and ended up taking over his care. She is super responsive and I appreciate how thorough she’s been! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ all around!

Experiencia negativa: I recently took my cat Teddy to love that on signal Butte Road for his first exam examination. The website said that they would give me a free wellness examination. Of course I know I had to pay for anything else that was needed, but they did say free wellness on the app. When the bill was done and I asked them about the free wellness they said oh no I am sorry that is just for the opening of the Queen Creek love Vet. I didn’t tell them that was not mentioned in the website and they said oh we’re sorry but it’s only for new openings so I said OK thanks. Now I told them I wanted his nails trimmed, rabies shot upper respiratory vaccination and check for a microchip since I got him out of a stray colony. he had no microchip so I told him I wanted him micro chipped as well and please check to see if he was neutered which they did and he was the visit was $266 and that was after taking off an awful lot of other stuff that they said he would need that I said no I don’t think so. When I called the microchip place which was called a KC reunite org I thought it was a little strange because I had a cat so I called them because the website told me that he was already registered as Jasper. Jasper was my first cat and he was at another vet over on market Street well I asked them I called the market and asked them about it and they said that’s very strange. We don’t normally give the AKC tags to anyone but breeders and people who bring in the red dogs and I said they also asked me to pay them $22 on the site for the registration and she said that hours are free so I said thank you and I called the signal place and told them what I have been told. They said oh I’m sorry our registrations registration is normally asked for a fee and I said well you didn’t tell me there was a fee plus this registration is for a dog not for a cat. She said oh well that’s the one we use I said, but I’ve already paid for the microchip so tell me if you’re gonna put another one in. Are you gonna take the first one out and they said oh no, we don’t do that and I told him I said well yeah why should I have to pay for you to take it out when you put it anywhere and they said maybe humane Society can help you with that as well who have them bill you and she said oh no no no no we don’t do that so I said thank you. I must say if you take your animals to that signal love it. Be sure you ask every possible imaginable question about whatever it is. You’re getting done because they will charge you overcharge you and charge you again. I will not take any of my animals back there getting a new Vet as I am writing this. So please, when you make or choose your vets be sure you don’t go to that particular Vet on signal Road they are terrible and they don’t seem to really answer questions completely because when I ask about all this throwing up and hairball and that’s normal for a long-haired cat well I know that, but I have had long-haired cats and they never threw up as much as he does so I’ll be taking him to another Vet.

Experiencia negativa: Used to love this place before it went corporate. Now you're lucky if someone picks up the phone after a 10 minute wait. And if they don't pick up, you're prompted to leave a message. I left a message and 5hrs later still hadn't received a call back. They used to do anal gland expressions on my dogs for free, or at most $15. Last time there, June 2025, they wanted $49 for the same thing. Time to find a new Vet. Corporate greed sucks.

Experiencia negativa: We have taken our dog to this vet, and I will NEVER be using this service again. We have helplessly watched my sons 1 and a half year old (otherwise healthy) pit bull slowly die over the last week because you refused to even treat or try anything whatsoever to help him. No x-rays, no tests. he is in dire need of emergency surgery, Instead you told us to euthanize him and couldn't be bothered with him due to the simple fact that we did not have $1,000 up front in cash to give you. And that's only 20% of the cost. Y'all are greedy, and in the wrong business if you can't put saving a life first.

Experiencia positiva: I was told my almost 15 year old dog needed her Pavo and rabies shot to be able to get an itch blocker shot. she received this shot in the past and never was told that. I refuse to give her a bunch of vaccines at her age otherwise everything was fine.

Experiencia negativa: They NEVER answer their phone. Sometimes it does not work. You get 7 seconds of the message and then the system hangs up. If you are a little lucky you can get into the cue, but then after 5 + min it hangs up. The vet did not follow-up about the estimate she was supposed to do. I emailed, NO RESPONSE (remember you can't call). I had to go in person to get it. The on-line system kept trying to give me an appointment in Glendale which is VERY far from East Mesa. Everything has gone downhill since they changed to LOVIT from AZVET. The place was really good when they were Signal Butte Animal Hospital, independent.

I feel like we work as a team, when it comes to the health, and well being of my dogs! So important! The office staff is so kind and professional. One nice aspect, they are always well staffed. So many places these days aren’t, and I appreciate their professionalism! My pup Bentleys is dog reactive, so they always clear the waiting room, and call me when his room is ready! Experiencia fantástica: Just took my dog here for a follow up after taking her overnight to an emergency vet and the experience was like night and day! The emergency place did not care about my dog and simply wanted my money but Lovet? The second they came in they were doing everything to make sure my dog was comfortable and actually acknowledging her as well as making sure all our questions were answered. Just all around a great experience and will gladly continue to bring my dogs here. They also offer payment plans! Thank you so much for your help, Lovet!

Experiencia negativa: This vet came highly recommended but the staff can’t get the instructions right. Had to reschedule a blood draw because no one told me the current medicine should not be taken 4-6 hours before the blood draw. I came back two days later and after waiting 25 minutes after my appointment time, the staff asked when the last dose of medicine was, I said last night because if she took it that morning, it would have been within the 6 hour range. They said no, the blood had to be taken within a two hour window, 4 to six hours after taken. That was not how it was explained during the first appointment. Plus, I’ve never in 9 years had my vet at home be this specific about a blood draw time. My dog’s medicine will run out before I’m back home so needed a new prescription to make it home. I wish I had had a positive experience here like everyone else. Advice: if you decided to go here, ask them to write or text explicit instructions and you might have a positive experience. But one last “I can’t believe it,” $37 for a nail trim! I spent over $300 for the first appointment. I’ve seen $10, $20 at the most, but never $37 and a lot of vets will do complementary nail trims. Nothing complementary here, at least not at $300 worth of services.

One of the good parts coming here is that they are not afraid to say that you don't have to spend all that. They give choices and information to allow you to make a decision on treatment. Both times we came in, they fit us in and showed TRUE care for our fur kids.

Experiencia fantástica: Just had to get my dog his shots. They were free because we paid for vacations for life last year. They are very good with my dogs. Businesses change their names that's not so bad the people that are here are still pretty darn nice. I miss having the handy grooming here but it's just up the road. They are excellent with animals. I just left my new puppy there she's getting spayed today and to be honest I was not concerned when I left they gave me a sense of common peace and explained everything very thoroughly.

Experiencia negativa: I hate making phone calls. However, I needed to schedule my cat's surgery, so I wanted to make sure his appointment was scheduled on a day when the doctor would be able to perform the surgery. First try calling, the lady picked up and hung up after I said hello. On the second try, they put me on hold only to pick it back up and hang up again. At that point, I gave up and scheduled online because that was clearly the only way I would be able to make this appointment. Hopefully scheduling it that way will still allow his surgery to be performed because I honestly do not know what else I could've done. Please get better with this. I get customer service is rough and you deal with all likes of people but in the end, you are helping potentially sick pets who might need urgent help. Work on your professionalism or get training because this is not how you should run things.

Experiencia negativa: I feel like prices are outrageous, and not all staff is friendly or competent. This office quoted us $6,900 to $8,000 for our cats surgery, but we were able to get it done at Dr. Kelly's for only $1,500... I just don't understand how the price can be so significantly different!!!!

Experiencia fantástica: I was pleasantly surprised, greeted by the most friendly front counter staff I have ever interacted with at a vet. They started baby talking my dog right when we walked in and made me feel at home. Place is clean and neat and the doctor was great. I hate going to the vet, I have had accidents where vets accidentally killed one of my pets, so I take caution for this kind of thing. I'm not gonna lie, they cost a ton of money but you get what you pay for. My dog is dealing with a hematoma in his ear and previous vet did not really do much and made me feel like I was a burden for even walking through the door. Left my dog in pain for a week due to refusal of service until I paid for surgery, would not drain the ear. AZ pet vet drained it, injected meds, updated shots, gave a no flap ear cap and take home meds. I hope this works, if not, they already provided a plan for surgery. They even have payment plans if you need help in a pinch. I look at the extra cost as a conveniens fee for peace of mind that they are actually doing something and actually care. I would recommend all day.

Experiencia positiva: The staff are really sweet but this is truly a "business". After a $4000 surgery bill, they informed me that my 7 year old boxer has cancer but weren't sure what type. A week later they told me a brain tumor and they didn't get all of the mass behind her eye and she has 3 months to live (maybe). A couple of weeks later, I called with some concerns (not sure all the signs of when it's time) and told me to bring her in again. Not only will I be paying a surgery bill for a dog I will no longer have, but they want more money to see a dog that is dying. Thank you for the compassion.
Experiencia fantástica: Unfortunately had to come in to get my poor baby cremated and they were so sweet and understanding even thought it was less then 30 minutes till close. The tec was super sweet and I got back my baby’s ashes in a week or few days with a small back and velvet bags with the temp case. I was just happy I was able to get my baby cremated since everything was closed
Experiencia negativa: We have taken our pets there in the past. However, this las visit was very unpleasant. We went there because our puppy had a broken bone on his paw. As soon as I got there, I explained the situation to the receptionist who was this white chick with horrible limp dirty blond hair and an attitude just as bad. She told me the Dr. was busy and I could wait till he was finished and then he could tell me if he could help. We ended up leaving but her service was extremely poor and zero compassion.
