Experiencia fantástica: It's all very fresh still, but they, for sure, saved my sweet dog's life today. My baby wasn't delivering her first and only litter as she should. I live in Dade City and had been alienated and terrified by my own vet's team during her visit a few days prior. So, on a SUNDAY, as a NEW patient, Dr. Pierson saw her and leapt into action with her incredible team to give her an exam, resulting in an emergency C-Section and spay/hysterectomy. They did this on a non-surgery day, staying many hours passed their 4PM closing time. The front desk team gently and without judgement, helped me through the financial aid process that I needed. With each move, this group of compassionate pros made for us, we felt cared about and accepted. There was no judgement, only genuine kindness. This kindness lasted all the way until the end (many hours after closing time) and there was no rushing or indication that they were going out of their way. They just prioritized my baby's life! Thank you, Dr. Pierson and the entire Sunday team that worked so hard for my girl today. You will now be stuck with us! The commute is well worth it!

The staff here is truly outstanding and Dr Jose and her tech were especially caring and thorough. Despite being fully booked, my wait was very reasonable. Dr. Jose explained her findings and prescribed medication. I was pleased with both the service and the fees. Highly recommend North Bay Animal Hospital

Experiencia fantástica: I had to bring my little guy in on a Friday morning as he woke up and slide down his ramp as he always does but this morning he did something to his shoulder and was screaming in pain. Desperately looking for a place close this was the Vet Google listed close by and I called as soon as they open and they were so kind and understanding and scheduled me in right away and accommodated me with the way my little guy is with strangers. I cannot thank the entire staff for their kindness while doing the exam. The doctor was amazing and for the first time my dog had a great experience at a vet. The technician was reassuring while I had to leave him to get his X-rays. Thank you to everyone for such kindness and a big thank you from Moose as he continues to get better.

Experiencia fantástica: Highly recommend!!! After getting a referral from a friend, I have been taking my two Rhodesian Ridgebacks (8yr. old female and 3yr. old male) here for two years. My appointments are always quick and easy. The Dr.'s and staff are friendly, helpful, and gentle with my pups. I love that the Dr.'s talk to me during the appointment about what they're doing and explain my dogs health every step of the way. They also do a great job making recommendations and explaining my options. I have never felt pressured or judged about making decisions, especially when finances are tight. They also send me friendly reminders and make me feel like a great dog mom! Highly recommend!!!

Experiencia negativa: North Bay Animal Hospital is owned by Tampa Bay Veterinary Medical Group, Incorporated. This is a FOR PROFIT Corporation. Take your business to another vet. These people only care about your money (we've bought them some beautiful multi million dollar homes!!!) I regularly brought my dog to this Veterinary Clinic for years, until I found out that there was a more affordable version of the medication I give her daily, online through Chewy. Not only did North Bay never tell me about this (mind you, I was paying $250/month for brand name through them vs $75/month for generic), when I found out on my own and tried to switch, they BLOCKED my prescription fill. After calling the office and explaining that my dog has a chronic autoimmune condition (that they diagnosed) and that she'll need treatment until she passes, they were kind enough to fill ONE (1) month of her medication. I have since called back and prompted them to fix this issue, which they thankfully did. However, I find it absurdly ironic that ever since taking my business elsewhere, North Bay has made it a point to let me know that I can obtain my pup's generic medication through them! Why they let me pay 4x as much as I needed to for years is anyone's guess (we know why).

When we arrived, they immediately provided us with a private room to say our goodbyes no rush, no pressure just a quiet, respectful space to be with our dog for as long as we needed. Every single person we encountered was kind, gentle, and empathetic. The two front office ladies were outstanding, and the veterinarian was just as compassionate and professional. It’s clear that everyone there truly cares about the animals and the families who love them. Though I wish this wasn’t the way I came to know this wonderful place, they made a lasting impression on my heart. I will recommend North Bay Animal Hospital to everyone I know. Experiencia negativa: I rarely write bad reviews, but I feel obligated to share our experience to protect other pet owners. We took our dog to this veterinary clinic and spent $1,448 expecting professional care and timely communication—especially since it involved lab work and the health of our beloved pet. The appointment was on July 25, and we waited nearly two weeks to get lab results. During this time, no one contacted us, and every time we called, we were given the same excuse: a doctor would call us back. That call never came. We were told there was an "issue" with how our dog’s account was set up, which somehow prevented them from contacting us—yet they had no problem billing us immediately. My husband had to refuse to hang up today just to finally get someone to send us the results via email—accompanied by the same excuse once again. This delay and lack of communication caused unnecessary stress and anxiety for our family. It’s unacceptable to treat people—and more importantly, their pets—this way, especially after charging such a high fee. Please think twice before trusting this clinic with your fur babies. Our pets deserve better care and basic respect from veterinary professionals.

Experiencia negativa: Brought our cat Lola in because she was having issues breathing and wasn’t eating. They proceeded to do a few tests, charge me SEVEN HUNDRED AND FIFTY dollars… to tell us she was stressed and shot her up with an antibiotic and sent her home. Not even 24hrs later we found ourselves at the emergency vet and she was diagnosed with heart failure. When I called and expressed my frustration that they sent us home with “no concern” for her health, there was no apology there was no how can we rectify this mistake, they simply said they didn’t mind transferring her info to a new vet. Super disappointed in the service and will not be going to this vet with any of my animals ever again. They care more about how much they can get you to pay rather than the health of your pet. Truly disgusted.

Experiencia fantástica: I have been taking my dogs to NorthBay Animal Hospital for years. The vet techs are all amazing and so welcoming on each and every visit. I have always tried to keep my dogs with their primary Dr which used to be Dr Smart and is now Dr Medil (spelling is probably wrong). Dr Medil is awesome! She truly cares about your fur babies and I’m always bummed if she is off when my pups need to be seen. I wish I remembered the name of the vet tech who has been at NorthBay for years and saw my two pups for vaccinations (Ava had Vaccinations Wednesday June 18th, 2025) and Alex got his Labrela injection same day. She is the Best! You can’t go wrong with North Bay Animal Hospital if you need a vet! The best part is they’re open Saturdays and Sundays, which most of events are not that’s the added bonus that makes it great that you know if there’s an emergency more often than not you’ll be able to get them in on a weekend even if it’s for an emergency visit, Which doesn’t cost near as much as an emergency hospital does.

Experiencia negativa: Don’t take your animals here if you want them to live a long live. Incompetent surgeons. Edit: just to clarify, they had to try to fix my dog three times. She had to undergo surgery three times because they failed to remove the necessary tissue for a spay, and then they tried to refuse to pay for the additional surgeries when she was still going into heat. THEN when I have to flip out and finally get them to do the right thing, they assigned a TRAINING vet to do the surgery. Wth is wrong with you people?! She was formerly abused and this was so traumatic for her. And then you can’t even put someone competent to do the job right the third time. We just got to give you a training opportunity to poke around in, you still tried to stick us with costs for this, and then told us “well all the trauma here puts her at an increased risk of cancer so watch out for that.” I repeat: do not go here. Go somewhere else. My sister switched after what happened to us.

Experiencia fantástica: I have to take the time to say that I’m sooo grateful for this whole team!! My Lexii had dental surgery yesterday and Dr Larkin/team did an awesome job! Dr Larkin called me before, during, after surgery and explained everything each time and I’m soo grateful for that!! Lexii was a rough case and they did amazing! Thank you to the technician who called me today (sorry I forgot his name) to ask about Lexii. She’s doing great! And a shout out to Dr Madill who took care of my Papo a few weeks ago! These doctors, techs, front desk all amazing!!

She is so good with our fur pups, especially our rescue doodle who came to us super timid and weary of everything. She is great with treatment, explanations, and does not push product or services unless they absolutely benefit the patient. We’ve been coming here for 25+ years and all 8 pups (boxers, shelties, , shepherd terrier mixes, fiddle) have been treated with love, dignity and lived long healthy lives!! Even our 12 yr old goldfish were out to rest in the most humane manner!

Experiencia fantástica: I have 2 Cane Corsos, one who loves the vet and one that is very skeptical, I want to take the time to express how absolutely AMAZING the ladies here were! They took the time to allow my dogs to get comfortable with them, showed them love, and worked with me to get all their needs taken care of while keeping them both comfortable! By the end of the visit my typical anxious skeptical girl was laying down calmly and I’m so appreciative for everything they did to allow her to not be scared of the vet, as well as not being scared of her and requiring a muzzle!! It means so much to have a vet that truly cares and will take the time while they are so busy to make sure they were both comfortable and happy!

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Larkin and staff were wonderful taking care of our cat Ms. Grey. She had cancer, and we opted to treat her, but unfortunately she was not strong enough. The entire staff helped us through that hard time and Ms. Grey passed peacefully in our arms. At the time, I could not say much, but we really appreciate Dr. Larkin explaining everything, being patient, and really taking care of our baby. Thank you very much for everything you all did for us.

Every single staff member went above and beyond to expedite the intake process and my dog was being examined by Dr. Caspary within minutes of my arrival! She put my mind at ease and gave me multiple options of care that would help my pup heal quickly and comfortably! Experiencia negativa: I will not be returning to this clinic. I mistakenly booked an appointment here instead of my regular vet and decided to go through with it—a mistake I won’t make again. I brought my cat in for a straightforward UTI, yet the proposed treatment plan was excessive, deceptive, and predatory. Without performing any preliminary diagnostics, they immediately pushed for cystocentesis (an invasive procedure to extract urine via needle) and included a series of vaccines I never requested in the bill. For a fixed female cat, the risk of FLUTD (bladder crystals) is significantly lower, and cystocentesis is not required to diagnose or treat a simple UTI. A standard first-line treatment would be a course of antibiotics, followed by further testing only if symptoms persist. Instead, they pushed unnecessary procedures and attempted to charge me $750, only revealing the hidden charges when I scrutinized the bill. This is a predatory practice, not ethical veterinary care. Transparency matters—if you want to recommend additional services, ask, don’t sneak them onto the bill. To make matters worse, my cat had an adverse reaction to a rabies vaccine from this clinic in 2021. At the time, they agreed she shouldn’t receive another one—yet here they were, trying to sell me another rabies shot, disregarding both medical history and their own prior advice. For an indoor cat. I took my cat to Avalon Veterinary Clinic instead. $150 later, I had antibiotics in hand and was told I could bring in a urine sample without subjecting her to unnecessary procedures. For the record, I paid the $75 consultation fee—for which they did nothing except tell me my cat is overweight (which I already knew, and she’s on a diet). I consider it a $75 lesson in never setting foot in this clinic again. To the clinic: Stop prioritizing sales over animal care. Be transparent with pricing. Respect your clients. The doctor was polite, but the staff that followed were pushy and dismissive. Tighten up.

Experiencia negativa: They’re kind, but I’ve had a different vet each time I come here. They are expensive and up charge for everything. The plus side is being able to get an appointment when needed, but I paid $73 for them to check my dogs ears and heart rate only for them to tell me to wait another month to see how he’s doing. I’ve spent thousands of dollars on mediocre treatment. Looking for a different vet that is consistent and not money gouging for every little thing.

Experiencia fantástica: North Bay Animal Hospital did a great job the other day with our cats. We had a vet that works there occasionally, Dr. Sullivan, who was great! Dr. Sullivan and her staff were very knowledgeable and helpful in answering any questions we had concerning our cats and spent a good deal of time explaining all of it to us. I also didn't feel like they were trying to charge or take advantage of us financially when it came to our cats' healthcare. Overall, it was a wonderful experience and would highly recommend this vet hospital to anyone!

Experiencia fantástica: I had an emergency with my 13-year-old dog but had not yet established a vet in the area. Other vets turned him away, but North Bay Animal Hospital accepted him. They did X-rays and blood tests, and they determined he had cancer and pancreatitis and was near end of life. The vet and other staff were so professional and compassionate. They gave me as much time as I needed to make my decision and to be with my dog before and during his passing. They handled my order of his ashes and clay paw print. They even sent me a sympathy card that all the staff personally signed. Their knowledge and kindness impressed me, so I took my next dog to them as well.

Experiencia fantástica: Update 11/13/2024 - took our Pitbull to Northbay as a 3rd opinion and to get specific testing recommended by his "previous" vet. Saw Dr. Lassett and oh my God! Dr. Lasset is how ALL vetinerians should practice and treat! Amazing. The entire practice is exceptional. Our baby has Cancer which God willing he will receive treatment for at Northbay and get better! And he will remain a patient of Northbay... will not take him anywhere else ever again! Recommend Northbay Animal Hospital with complete confidence and trust! I was a customer of a less pricey vetenary clinic but they are now so busy that I can never get an appointment for a sick pet. I'm a new customer to North Bay Animal Hospital so my experience with them is not extensive but what I have experienced so far is wonderful. Yes, a little bit more expensive but being able to get my pet seen practically the same day I call is priceless and worth paying extra!!! Dr. Mora is simply wonderful...patient, caring and explains everything thoroughly. The staff is just out of this world. Professional, courteous and kind. I found a new vet and I'm very happy.

Experiencia negativa: Do not trust this clinic if your dog needs care. I took my dog ​​to this clinic and he had an allergic reaction, he was not treated with priority or with the necessary care. I took my dog ​​to Notth Bay Animal Hospital for two days in a row, I had to take my dog ​​to the emergency room on the same day he was seen at the clinic, at 9 pm, because everything he had when he was admitted to this clinic got worse after two consecutive days of going to the clinic. This is not a trustworthy place to take your animals.

They don’t try to force you to get extra things done just to have you spend money. My dog is a bit anxious and not too easy to work with, and they are always so patient and caring. Experiencia negativa: Horrible customer service. They gave me absolutely zero notice of canceling my cat’s prescription medication TWICE despite having my email and phone number. They have no problem reaching out when they want to sell you something or offer services that you did not request, but when it comes to something like canceling a prescription medication that is needed twice daily to keep your pet alive and healthy, they suddenly forget how to use a phone. No apology was offered in any way, nor was the situation rectified. I will never return to this office.

Experiencia negativa: My partner and I had our dog and 2 cats boarded here for 8 nights while we went on vacation. We typically only trust immediate family to watch our fur babies but since those family members would be joining us on vacation we had no other option. Since this is also our vet’s office, we thought we were making the best decision. Unfortunately, we were mistaken. Upon picking them up, we noticed the paperwork on the cat’s cages contained incorrect feeding information. All week, they had been under feeding one cat by half the proper amount and feeding our other cat double the amount of his very expensive prescription diet. So much so that the underfed cat has lost weight and the overfed cat vomited during the stay. Other important care instructions were overlooked, as well. Our youngest cat eats very fast so we asked that they use his slow feeder dish to prevent hiccups and nausea. We know this request was ignored because they sent us pictures of him eating out of a regular dish that we had not provided. Also, 4 days into their stay, we were messaged questions regarding our senior dog’s vitamin/joint supplement, which told us that he had not been given any up to that point. In addition, several staff members assured us they would apply Revolution Flea & Tick Treatment for us during their stay. However, the product was just tossed in a bag for us to take home and apply ourselves instead. When we spoke to a supervisor about our concerns, her response felt robotic. We paid $1500 for all of this and her first resolution was to offer one night free for a future visit. Only after we told her we wouldn’t be boarding them there again did she offer a small $100 discount. To say we are incredibly disappointed and saddened by this is an understatement. This review is here to give pet owners considering boarding their animals here an account of our experience. We hope that they tighten up their operation so oversights of this magnitude do not happen again.

I was so overwhelmed by the bed side manner, kindness and sensitive/compassionate communication. I was blessed to not only have the expertise of one Dr. but two. I was treated like we were the only patients there. So grateful to Corinne at Maxx and Me Pet Rescue for this awesome referral.

Experiencia negativa: Brought my cat in to have his cyst drained and was advised there was also an infection. The vet gave me a topical spray for the wound. About 24 hours later noticed he had some swelling and called the office about an antibiotic. I called several times throughout the day while the clinic was open and never received a call back. I was told the vet would be notified and that if he had further questions they would call me back or a prescription would be sent over to my pharmacy. No prescription was ever sent. No callback was received. I was also told that after 4 when they closed, I could still speak to a technician in reference to the situation, but was advised when I called back again after 4 that the technician worked for an urgent care facility who had no idea about the message I left or why they would tell me, north bay would say I could speak to a technician. In addition to all this, when my cats cyst was drained, it was done in the patient room and I was asked if I would be ok with holding my cat while he drained the cyst. My cats cyst was previously drained at the cat doctors in Tampa where he was taken by the vet and brought to another room to have his cyst drained. It was a more professional experience with the Cat Doctors than what I have dealt with at this facility. I would not recommend anyone to bring their pet here because clearly they don’t make your pet a priority. They did make sure to collect my office visit payment before I left, but they can’t call me back, and to me that says a lot. I will not be returning to this location for any reason.

Not only are they personal, knowledgeable, and compassionate, but they actually remember what you say to a T. My cat Apollo's report card contained every thing that I actually said, which shows that I was truly listened to. Not overpriced, and not pressuring you to get unneeded test, etc. Absolutely take your beautiful children there. You won't be disappointed.

Experiencia positiva: My dog got soap in his eyes that burned his cornea in which it made it almost impossiblefor him to see. When he got inside the body he was able to open his eyes a little. Although i thought it was from hearing other pets. The doctor explained to me why he was able to do so. I didn't know you need a n appointment to be seen for what I felt was an emergency. This clinic ended up seeing me anyway and I was very appreciative. Although being in the military I hate to wait but it was worth it. My dog was appreciative and very friendly to the staff and doctor due to the care, friendliness and concern they showed him. He left happy even when he couldn't see well but squinting made it okay to enjoy his first doctor visit. The doctor and staff explained to me how to give him his meds and other care products and they gave me what I needed Instead of me having to go other places to get his medicine.

Experiencia fantástica: We are fostering to adopt a dog through Rags to Riches and this is the veterinary clinic they sent us to. I can not say enough good things about the staff and Dr. Larkin . The care and compassion was so obvious. Dr. Larkin is professional and compassionate. She had our fosters best interest at heart and took great care of her. The fact that this practice does so much for neglected and abused animals is just amazing! I would highly recommend them.

Experiencia negativa: The “exam” is $75 for them to feel your dogs belly and stick a light in their eye. This isn’t my primary vet- just brought my dog here due to a concern and they would not let me bring her without the exam fee. They then proceeded to try and charge me $300 for a test that I’ve had done at my primary vet several times for $150. Place is an absolute rip off. Prices on shots, exams, and test are minimum 10% higher than any other vet I have been to.

Experiencia fantástica: The care that this place gives is like no other vet that I’ve t been too before. The very first time I had to use them, we were new to Florida and hadn’t yet got our dogs into a new vet and we had an emergency. I called them up. I was just a few minutes away they said not to worry, bring my dog there and they would take care of them and that’s exactly what they did. We’ve been using them for the past seven years. We are now on our third puppy, and I would not trust him anywhere else. They may be more expensive than other places but the care attention and love that your pet receives from them is like no other. I won’t go anywhere else.

Experiencia negativa: We were just there a few minutes ago and all i can say is we had the WORST experience in all of our lifetime this last time we visited there. We only went in to get our 2 puppies a rabies vaccine done and i told the lady this over the phone and that we didnt need any dumb exams that they charge 64$ for a 2 minute checkup. Doctor Chelsea Larkin came in, said no hi gave no smiles, didnt try to bond with our puppies which were already freaking out cause like most dogs they hate vets. Then they proceeded to do the checkup (there goes 64$) my wife was holding our puppy down and she was freaking out cause the doctor tried putting her hands on her and decided it would be best if they put a muzzle on my chihuahua(YUP) She started shaking around and started panicking and probably almost had a heart attack and then i was able to put the muzzle on her. They traumatized our dogs and my wife which was in tears while she was at the clinic seeing all that our puppy was going through just because the doctor didnt even try to approach her like any person should approach a dog and try to bond with her before going in straight to the exam ( WHICH WAS NOT SUPPOSED TO HAVE HAPPENED CAUSE WE WERE IN ONLY FOR THE RABIES VACCINE) I was supposed to have spent only 160$ for the 2 puppies but ended up paying 234$ because of the exam that was not requested. Ive been there before a couple times but never with this doctor and so far i had good experiences with the clinic (UNTIL NOW). As for Doctor Chelsea Larkin, Please do some classes on how to interact with people and SPECIALLY animals since you are a vet.

They take great care of our Cat, Sheba, & they always work with us to make sure we can get what we need done for her within our budget. The place is great, super clean and remodeled. They have beverages in the lobby & lots of extra touches to make you comfortable. I really appreciate how they take time to make Sheba comfortable each visit before they start their exam. They even put out cat nip for her once to help her relax and let her chill a while before the exam so she wasn’t stressed. I literally can’t say enough good things. We’re just very grateful to have found them a few years back.

Ally was the person I dealt with the most and she was amazing. Everyday I got lots of pics of my feline. I am very particular about my precious fur baby and trust their boarding team to take good care of her when I am out of town!

Experiencia negativa: My husband brought our new pup in here a few weeks ago to get shots, dewormed, etc. we had a family emergency in which he had to leave, and I was going to come pick him up. When I got there to pick up our pup, the technician Alyssa was so rude and had such an attitude which made our already tough day so much worse. We really wanted to like it here being it is so close to our home! Because of this we will never be back. Bayshore Animal clinic is now our new home!!

I brought my dog in for the first time today for an annual check-up, vaccines, and blood work - and my only regret is not coming here sooner! My dog has extreme anxiety towards vet care and can become very reactive. Dr. Larkin and her team made this the most stress-free experience ever! They really customized their care to my dog to make sure all of the necessary procedures could be completed, the whole while keeping him comfortable and calm. Kudos also to the front desk staff who stayed in touch with me by phone and text for days leading up to the appointment to make sure I had everything I needed to make the appointment stress-free for my dog and everyone else involved. Thank you, North Bay Animal Hospital! I will be recommending to friends and family!

Experiencia fantástica: Was referred by The Cat Doctors for my cat straining in the litter box since they were booked up for the day. We went in as an urgent standby walk-in. My cat had chewed through her carrier on the way so they put us in a room as soon as we arrived, and they were able to see us not long after. Amazing experience. Was about $330 for UTI diagnosis and treatment- very reasonable for the care she got. Every employee really seemed to care and want the best for her. Very in depth questions about her behavior and health, advice on prevention, and a clear plan for treatment. She’s a difficult cat but they handled her expertly and prescribed a sedative for the next time she needs to go in. Thank you North Bay!

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. G is wonderful and very good at handling my difficult cat. Explained her blood work in detail, showed me how to easily administer medication. He is very thorough and patient. I took my 17-1/2 year old in because she wasn't eating and losing weight. In less than a week she has gained quarter of a pound.. With that being said all the staff are kind and considerate and caring.

Experiencia fantástica: I have been bringing my dogs to this clinic for years and I cannot express enough how amazing Dr. Mora is!! He is so thorough, patient, and understanding. Between puppy check-ups to losing our elderly dog earlier this year, he continues to display the most caring and compassionate care. Because of Dr. Mora, as well as the rest of the amazing staff at this clinic, we drive 45 minutes each way and would never consider switching.

Experiencia fantástica: I needed to fly with my service dog and the airlines require you to have a current rabies certification. Well I couldnt locate a copy of mine and my dog was like due anyways. This Veterinarian was the only one that would take me out olf 6 phone calls to other vets new the Tampa airport. Not only that but they were caring, kind, considerate and down right awesome people. Oh and it was closing time on a Sunday evening. If you are in Tampa West of the airport you really should take your pet to these people. They truly care about people. Thank you for helping me catch the flight ( I made it back to Cali) and Thank you Doctor for the encouragement to not give up. He's been with this facility for almost 9 years and I couldn't imagine taking him anywhere else. I know live over 45 minutes away and still make the trip to them. Always recommend them.

Experiencia fantástica: I first started going to North Bay Animal Hospital in 2021 when we got our German shepherd as a pup. Dr Madill was extremely thorough, gave us all the recommendations for milestones, food etc. We ended up moving to Lakeland so we go to Pebble creek now but just took our German shepherd back to North Bay for Dr Madill to do his neuter and hernia repair because we trust her. It went great and she sent us home with plenty of medication for him and took the time to explain every detail of the procedure to me so we could take over his care. Also shoutout to Dr Lassett for coming to the rescue when I had a few questions regarding our new puppy. He was very informative and extremely helpful. I was so appreciative of him answering the phone to explain some things to me. Highly recommended North Bay for all animal needs everyone is great!

He has been dry coughing for the last day or two and decided to check it out. *We just moved from Wisconsin and have went to Banfield for his check up and they were going to be his primary vet* when i called to get him in the said it would be $1,200. Which was not something I was willing to do without confirmation of anything actually wrong. I called North Bay and they said bring him ASAP and it would be $60 bucks. Long story short, this was the best vet experience I have had. Not only were we able to walk in 20 minutes after calling, but only waited 5 min to get everything accomplished. The team asked my mom and I (over 5 times) if we needed water, soda, or coffee. I have so much wonderful things to say about this vet and the team!!!! *now scheduled him getting fixed and another preventative surgery in 4 months* Thank you to the North Bay team!!!

He brought in a board-certified surgeon Cody Burns, between the two of them he was immediately operated on after he was diagnosed with an intussusception at 13 weeks old. All of the staff that took care of him were exceptional. I highly recommend this clinic for your pet needs.
