Experiencia fantástica: I want to thank the ladies at front reception area and to the vet who took great care of our Diamond. She passed away today and they were so great! Gave us a room to say goodbye and let us have as much time as needed. Highly recommend. Thank you all at ABC for your kindness .

Experiencia fantástica: My Bentley is an 11 year old Boxer. Ever since his brother passed he would not do vets, nails, exams. Anyone outside of our household could not touch him. Well Dr Scott and tech Matthew were phenomenal!!!! I will never take any pet any where else again! I can thank you all from reception to Doctor enough!!

Experiencia fantástica: ABC was great. I had to put my 13 year old boxer to sleep and ABC staff were so kind to us and our boxer. No rush and let us say goodbye and we were right next to our doggy when she fell asleep with us giving her hugs and pets as she dozed off. The staff were great.

Experiencia negativa: Initial visit in April, 2025, was very positive. I left appointment feeling my dog would receive compassionate and professional care for his valley fever. However, when I returned for the scheduled follow up in Jan 2026, it was like entering an alternate universe. I don’t know what happened to change the atmosphere, but the staff was stressed, the tech didn’t even try establish rapport with my dog before lunging at him with the thermometer and the Vet was down right hostile. Will never go to ABC again.

Experiencia fantástica: I cannot say enough wonderful things about our experience at ABC. My handsome boy, Huck, had Valley Fever—and I didn’t even know it. From the moment we walked in, we were met with kindness and professionalism. Christina greeted us right away and helped me with the paperwork, and before I even finished filling it out, we were already being taken back to a cozy exam room. The technician was amazing and treated Huck with so much love and compassion while taking him back for bloodwork. It was incredibly reassuring to see how gentle and caring the entire team was with him. The doctor was thorough, knowledgeable, and compassionate, and promptly started Huck on Fluconazole. Thanks to their excellent care, my little guy is back to his happy, spunky self. I am beyond grateful to the entire staff at ABC for taking such great care of Huck and for giving me peace of mind during a stressful time. This was truly a five-star experience, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

Experiencia negativa: This place is not recommended. The current vet, Ms Carlotta Groves, did not correctly diagnose my precious Cocker Spaniel. In addition to this, she has a gruff pesonality, The owner of this business seemingly has no background in veterinarian science. She got awarded the business in her divorce settlement. She never responded to my request for an explanation as to how her employee, Ms. Groves, so misdiagnosed my dog's heart failure as an orthopedic issue. This place might be OK for vaccinations but not for complex health issues. This place also filled and sold me the wrong prescription and when confronted with this error wanted to disavow its mistake until the med was taken back and they had to admit filling the prescription incorrectly. The label on the bottle referenced capsules but the bottle contained white pills.Giving the wrong med to my dog could have resulted in death. This location has a hard time hiring and retaining vets. In the few years I went to this location, it went through seven vets. The one vet that was good, Dr. Michael Rice quit this office and went to Vail which was too far. The only positive that came from the debacle at this place is that I found a caring compétent vet. The horrible inadesuate care resulted in an emergency vet bill of over 3,000 dollars and an early demise of my precious Elizabeth. Their marketing of full vet services at low costs falls directly into the saying "you get what you pay for". It should be replace with "low cost low care".

Experiencia fantástica: This is my regular place to take my dogs and cats to the vet. Always am so greatful to know that Dr. Groves will be taking care of my furr babies. All the staff here are wonderful.

Experiencia negativa: Thought I found a really caring vet but then the clinic changed their computer system and the office fell apart. The front and back staff are disorganized and chaotic and clinic rooms are filthy. I was told I "care too much" about my animal companion when I asked questions about ongoing condition management. The staff and vet both told me the failures to pull up my pet's records or follow through on what they said they would do was their computer system's fault and I shouldn't blame them for things they failed to do because they don't understand their own computer system....in response to neglecting to relay information to me for a living being. The gaslighting that it's my fault I didn't get the information I needed because I should have hounded them when they didn't follow through was a stark contrast to the care and concern my companion was treated with the first time I was there. I have cancer and my entire world is my companion animal, to be treated like I was a bad person because I was growing impatient with all the clinic screw ups really made me feel like we weren't welcome. I would recommend a different location or possibly a different clinic altogether.

Experiencia fantástica: Went to ABC Pet Care for some last minute Bordatella vaccinations for our dogs. There were a lot of people but they got us in within a reasonable amount of time and the staff was very friendly! Highly recommend!

Experiencia fantástica: I had a real pleasant experience at this clinic. Probably more than my dog, who had his annual checkup and vaccinations. They were super sweet to him, he was super nervous, but everything came out fine. They were effective and efficient and great at communicating. As a bonus, they saved me like $160 over the quote I got from another vet that was close by my house. I must have called five veterinarian clinics to see what a wellness checkup and vaccines would be. These guys were the least expensive of all of them but far.I had already talked to several people who had been to ABC and had a good experience also. I will not seek any other vet in this town, because I think I've found the one I need! Thank you guys!

Experiencia negativa: I've been going to this Clinic for a while my dog has a chronic seizure condition and has been getting checkups and refills on the prescription through this clinic at a low cost however now with the retirement of the male vet the new vet is requiring $180 blood work to renew a prescription for anti-seizure medication which is required for my dog to live this place is no longer pet or people friendly and is no longer a low-cost Clinic. Edit: Dutch is an online vet service that cost me 87 for the whole year and recieved a years worth of Keppra for my pup and covers my other animals as well. Highly recommend Dutch. BTW Keppra is an anticonvulsive medication that does not require blood tests.

Experiencia negativa: Left very disappointed and overwhelmed with the way my older dog was handled. My sweet 6lb rescue was not handled with care by the attending Dr. She was extremely rough and does not know how to relate well with pet owners. My dog was clearly in pain and the entire situation was stressful. The ladies in the from desk and the vet tech tried their best to manage the situation and I’m very grateful for that. Unfortunately, I will never feel comfortable going back to the Craycroft location ever again.

Experiencia fantástica: While this place stays busy and can be a bit of a 3 ring circus, the staff handle the place with grace and professionalism. The system they have in place from arrival to check out runs so well. We had an hour and a half wait time but were given the option to get a call when it was our turn. So we went and had breakfast next door. The option to sit outside is nice too depending on the weather. Once it’s your turn you have a section outside a room. You’re in and get the vaccines and put to checkout you go. All of this is done with friendly staff the whole time. Very impressive. I have been there for an incident with egressive dogs getting loose too. The staff stay calm and handled the situation very well bringing order back. No one was made to feel bad and everyone and dogs were fine. They have a customer for life as long as I have a fur baby.

Experiencia fantástica: I love this place and I hope my puppy did too. The staff is amazing the doctor took care of my pup when it was needed the most. The manager Samantha helped me every step of the way with all/any questions I had about the procedures. The check in was easy and fast as the front desk gals were patient with me. The back staff or technicians as they’re called were also very gentle w my baby and were knowledgeable about the services they were providing. Thank you ABC def would recommend anyone to come here for your animals medical needs. Craycroft location is where I was seen and again if you’re looking for services for your puppies or cats this is a great place.

Artoria was professionally taken care of and even some health tips were given since she's having allergies. Employees are very respectful, considerate and friendly. Artoria and I will definitely be back again.

Experiencia positiva: Web site shows walk-ins welcome for the Saturday shot clinic. Arrived at 1:30 they close at 3. They said they were all booked up and I should come early in the morning next time, put my name on the list and come back around at my "appointment time". Nothing on their website says anything about this. So I drove across town from West of the freeway to be turned away. If you live close I could suggest you go early put your name in and go back later. Otherwise find another way to get the vaccine.

Staff said my appointment was for 1115 but my appointment card says 11am. It's nearly 1145. Still haven't been seen so I'm canceling now after wasting my time. Horrible customer service.

Experiencia positiva: Their mistake is now our problem? Usually we have had good service and experiences with ABC, but our cat has TMJ and needs constant meds. We called for a refill and they refused to fill without doing blood work. We made an appointment for a follow-up per their instructions but that's not soon enough all of a sudden. They admitted they were supposed to mention blood work was needed when we picked up his last meds and now our cat has to suffer or we have to scramble to be able to bring him in today or tomorrow. Do Better ABC.

Experiencia fantástica: I had to put my cat down of 16 years yesterday. They managed to fit us in and I was scared cause my baby hates the vet but they had a little room with couches and it didn't look or smell like a vets office. They told us everything to expect and gave us time to say goodbye to her and I got to hold her while she passed. It was very peaceful and I really feel like our experience has jumpstarted our healing process. I can think about her life without it being overshadowed by the end. I cannot thank them enough for giving her the end she deserved ❤️ Editing to mention how compassionate and kind everyone was to us. I really felt like they loved my baby too

He was actually very kind and made me feel like he actually had time to sit and listen to my concerns. He offered suggestions without being rude, judgemental or giving me useless advice. Unfortunately that is how I had been treated by a different vet here before. Luckily I was told he has moved to the Vail location.

After months of a persistent ear infection with little to no progress, the staff here took a thorough approach to help our sweet pup. We paid nearly triple for the same services at our last vet… Again, very happy to now be established here.

Experiencia fantástica: Very compassionate. I had to euthanize my elderly cat and they let me hold him as he laid to rest. They were very good with him and my husband and I.

Experiencia negativa: I just took my dog in for an exam b/c she had Valley Fever in the past and it appeared the same symptoms came back. I had my dogs labs done at the craycroft location before and the vet, Dr Groves was pleasant before. Today she was unbelievably condescending and spoke to me and asking me questions like I was stupid. I confronted her and told her she was speaking to me like I was dumb. She said she was not BUT it continued. I also explained that my dog has been coughing and she snapped and said “she’s not coughing now” I told her she coughs at night and then told her she was unprofessional with terrible bedside manner. She said “no I’m not, I’m sorry”. She contradicted her self 3 more times saying no I’m not, I’m sorry when I confronted her on her behavior. I’m a nurse and rarely see doctors act like this. I’ve been to several vets in town and never been treated like this. the manager came in to see what was going on and I told her. I asked if they had classes to help correct this type of behavior and the manager said yes Dr Groves has taken them. I said so I guess this is a problem with her, I’m sure I’m not the first one to have this issue with her. The prices are better here but I will pay more elsewhere rather than being talk to like I’m some idiot. It was ridiculous!

Experiencia fantástica: We recently switched our pets Vet to ABC. All of our animals have been fixed at ABC. The staff is so kind, friendly, and knowledgeable. One of our dogs has a chronic condition and has to have daily meds. Our last vet used to be the most amazing and affordable place for us. Since being bought out by a big corporation, our previous Vet pricing has gone up a ridiculous amount. Our dog has to be seen yearly to continue to get her refills. We have no problem with that, we understand the reasons. However, when I called to make her appointment the fee just to walk in was so surprising because of how much it had increased. I called ABC and their price, even as technically a new patient, was way more reasonable for our pockets. Our dog was given a shot to boost her allergy treatment because she had been off her daily meds for a little bit. Our visit to ABC- Office visit/ checkup Steroid shot Ear infection drops (she had double ear infections) 3-month daily med Rx All of these were about the same price at ABC vs just walking in the door at the old Vet. Also, she has to go back in 2 weeks to see how her ears are and see how the meds are working, and there are no additional fees for that visit! Absolutely would recommend ABC even before this visit. Now we would recommend them even more!

Experiencia negativa: I took my dog to the ABC Low-Cost Pet Care Clinic on Craycroft and was deeply disappointed. Previously, I had gone to the ABC vaccination clinic on Broadway and had a positive experience, which is why I chose to try this particular clinic. The office visit/exam fee was $45. Normally, with any vet clinic, this would include palpation of the dog’s body to assess organs and muscles. Normally, they also look in the pet’s ears and eyes. Not so at ABC clinic. The vet assistant (the person who led me to the exam room) looked in one of my dog’s ears as an afterthought just as she was leaving the room. I can’t even say she looked. She pointed a device in the general direction of one ear and exited the room. The concerns I had listed on the form included dental, occasional limping, sensitivity when being picked up, occasional cough, paw-licking, etc, so I think a brief general physical exam was warranted. I also had asked for his nails to be clipped, but when they told me it was $25, I changed my mind. At the ABC vaccination clinic it was $20, and groomers usually charge $10. The vet looked in his mouth and listened to his heart with a stethoscope. She said he had a heart murmur. When I asked “What’s that?” she shrugged and repeated “A heart murmur!” (like, duh, any idiot knows what a heart murmur is!) She then said that if his heart is enlarged, they would put him on meds, and if not, they could use anesthesia for dental surgery. I was consoling and holding my dog to keep him from jumping off the table and bolting, because he is terrified of vets and groomers. Therefore, I couldn’t look up ‘heart murmur’ to determine its definition and implications until I got home. I know he had a very rapid heartbeat, because he was panicked just by being there.

Experiencia negativa: Heads up; AT LEAST 60 - 90 minute wait no matter when or what day you go. I asked for shots for a stray cat. I was thinking he'd get the standard leukemia, distempter, parvo. After sitting in the tiny waiting room with screaming children (God Bless the front end staff!), barking and growling dogs, loud conversations for the elderly folks with HUGE dogs they can't control, we finally were placed in yet another room. A staff member (very nice) came and took the cat to "the doctor" for the shots in yet another room. 7 minutes later, a different staff member came out and handed me the cat in the crate. When asked how old the cat was, the staff member stated "anywhere from 6 months to 1.5 years. Our old vet would have no problem estimating the age of the cat. The woman at the check out regisiter stated 6 months to 2 years without ever laying eyes on him!! I laughed out loud. Literally. In addition, I have no idea if the cat really got all the shots I just paid 140.00 for because they don't let you in the room with the "doctor". This is an assembly line format in which the 'services' are conducted outside the customers view and participation. In the end, they gave this cat every shot they could think of without my knowledge until AFTER it was done. I even (supposedly) paid for an Aids test for this stray cat! Not only will I NOT go back, I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

Experiencia negativa: Staff is never friendly, in fact when I brought my puppy in they grilled me on where I got him. Asked intrusive questions and really didn't believe my responses. They scanned him for a micro chip, twice. Then when I asked general questions they have major attitudes, and even hung up on me once. When my dog had loose and bloody stool I brought in a sample for the doctor and pretty much got yelled at stating it was solid, nothing was wrong with him. Then I when to UofA clinic on Tucson BLVD and they diagnosed him with Gastroenteritis disease and gave him meds, he's been great since. I will never recommend this place. Go to a real clinic with experienced and friendly people.

They explained everything but most importantly they were caring and loving as I was putting my dog down...when I walked into the room they had a couch and she promptly got down but ended up falling in trash can head first since she couldn't walk anymore they said that's fine. Then when vet came in he asked to put her up there and I explained what had happened and he was like Oh OK and sat on the floor with me and her...Great vet!! Highly recommended

Experiencia fantástica: We took our youngest baby for a dental cleaning at the Abc clinic on Graycroft. They were very cheerful and professional upon checking our baby in. We also requested a sanitary shave because the fur on her backside was long and she was having trouble keeping herself clean. We did request for them to shave it down all the way, they did such a fabulous job. Every time our baby turns away from us and walks away and we see her naked butt , and just roar with laughter. She is so cute. Thanks to the staff…fabulous people. Highly recommend their clinic.

Experiencia fantástica: Took my Sophie in today because of a luxating patella on her left rear leg. The x-ray showed the problem was actually on both sides. I was so pleased and impressed with Dr. Grove, Christopher and the receptionist. All very friendly and accommodating. They were even able to give Sophie her shots and ordered her some pain medicine. Dr. Grove took the time to explain everything in detail and even print me out literature. Christopher was very gentle with my dog. All in all a great experience.

Experiencia negativa: They are always running very late. Be prepared to wait a long time. They do not communicate they are running late and always have some reason because they are overwhelmed with their current scheduling when you ask. They avoid eye contact and don't want to answer. The staff is nice just overworked and stressed. If you like to hurry up and wait, want lower cost vet care, and a late schedule doesn't bother you, this is the place for you.

Experiencia negativa: Horrible horrible horrible! No communication between office staff and the actual vets. Vet tells you one thing, staff tells you another. I was told my dog wouldn’t need to be seen for a year for all of his lab work. Then I’m told he needs to be seen 4 times a year, ($180 bucks worth each time) then I get told twice a year. Which is it? Their “chill” protocol doesn’t do anything for my pupp. Get different answers every time I have a question. Then I get told by the emergency clinic that they have no record at all of my vet working there Please if you love your animals, go somewhere else.

Experiencia positiva: I think you gave me the wrong cat back. I took Teri into your office on Friday to be spayed. I found it funny that you all found her both loving and skittish at the same time. However when I got her back she was really weak, which I was expecting. After a few days of being confined I let her out and she has been so sweet and loving. I think you gave me the wrong cat back. The surgery went great and the price is great. Will make appointments for my other cat to get his shots.

Experiencia fantástica: Our visit was nothing short of excellent. All staff were courteous, professional, and were mindful of all pets. On a busy Saturday, was told the wait would be between 1.5 - 2 hours. I was seen within the hour. While waiting in the reserve area, staff cleared the waiting room to bring in a reactive dog to ensure of everyone’s safety. The set up from entry, to the waiting area, to exiting was well thought out. Excellent service and prices are reasonable. Thank You ABC Pet Care‼️

Experiencia fantástica: Defenetly outstanding service, strongly recomend ABC clinic at craycroft location for your fur babies, my baby Amethyst had the best attention and care after requiring emergency surgery. All staff were nice and respectful, specially Dr. Helene Wayt, she is amazing and caring. Most important, she has great communication. So happy with the service, she made me feel very comfortable to leave my baby, in good hands. Thank you all, my baby girl is recuperating well at home.

Everything was explained in an a way that didn't make us feel stupid, or ashamed like a lot of us pet parents have probably experienced at other places. I will take all our babies there forever because of that. Ask questions if you have them. The staff will answer honestly, and to the best of their ability. If they don't know, they will find an answer, and share it with you with grace. So lucky to have such great care for our babes!

Experiencia negativa: Would never recommend. I went into this establishment in panic with my sick dog in the car. I went to the receptionist and told her my dog has had a cluster of seizures and that he needed to be seen right away i asked her if there were anyway they could see him as a emergency visit.. she looked at the schedule and said, "Um yeah, we are booked 3 weeks out." I understand that there are emergency vets for this reason, but we are new to the area, and ABC was the first place I came across in hopes they could help or point us in the right direction. I would not recommend due to the fact that there was no care or compassion for an animal that was very sick, it was a response I would of expected from a robot not from a person who works at a animal clinic. This is for the old vail location...

Experiencia fantástica: I brought my dog here to get his teeth cleaning and some extractions. The staff was great! It was my third time going there and as always, they are fast, friendly and affordable! I do not mind making the hour drive for those reasons!

Experiencia negativa: I'm very thankful that Dr. Groves was able to treat my cats lymphocytes. However, the reception was rude when providing results and I was scolded for going to previous vet to get labs. If you would open on Saturday I would gladly get labs done at your facility. Please improve your customer service.

Experiencia fantástica: What a great experience. Other vets wanted nearly $1000 to spay our pup, and ABC was much more affordable and completely professional. Their process of drop off and pickup is quick and easy. I highly recommend them!

Experiencia positiva: There was one girl I really liked there that works in the front but when I picked up my dog (from being fixed) I got almost a little attitude from the girl that brought my pup out cause we opted out in getting pain meds and a cone. She seemed annoyed until I told her I ordered a soft donut cone so she would be more comfortable and I already had carprofen for her then she was like oh. By that time I was already like wow. I've had 5 dogs/ cats spayed in the last 10 years and maybe I'm wrong but this incision site didn't look right to me and it wasn't even really cleaned up. We use this clinic cause they use to be cheaper but it was close to $300 to spay our pup. Humane society is about $100 dollars cheaper but was booking out to January 31st and my daughter wanted it done as soon as possible. We will probably just use our regular vet and pay the extra just because she's amazing and knows our animals and I feel they won't be just an assembly line surgery. My own opinion so don't hate.

Experiencia positiva: This place has given great care to my animals, but this clinic ABC as a whole should seriously consider having a sole location to serve those with emergencies or same day appointments. When in true need there is always a 5 week wait for an appointment. Some cases cannot wait that long and then we are turned around. This is a low income clinic and the community really needs affordable care for their pets. So much talk about helping and adopting, fostering. Help us so we can help them.

Experiencia positiva: The services were affordable compared to other veterinary clinics we visited, and the staff was helpful and polite. However, given that we waited for about a 1.5-2 months for the appointment, because that's how far booked out there, we still ended up having to wait about 45 minutes in the lobby for a 2 p.m. appointment. It was also a little concerning when the staff asked us to wait in the lobby while our cat got his vaccinations, and then as a side note we were told we could check out while we waited. There was no notifications of possible side effects, or a sheet directing to potential side effects. We had to look them up when our cat was slightly lethargic and not eating. However, they did give that described in detail about allergic reactions and exactly how critical recognizing an allergic reaction and acting on it is.

Experiencia fantástica: Took my big boy in for a walk-in nail trim. He won't let me do it. IDK what magic they pulled in the back room, but he reappeared all trimmed and still happy. We'll be back! Note: Remember to take their rabies certificate.

Experiencia fantástica: Yesterday was devastating for me. I had to make the decision to let my 17 year old fur baby cross the rainbow bridge. It was the hardest decision I have ever made. Leaving without her was horrible, and I am heartbroken. However, the staff was very kind and compassionate and took good care of my baby girl. Thank you all. I will be back for regular prevetative care for my cats. You are my new vet clinic.

Experiencia fantástica: This is a great clinic for you dog BUT the number one thing is you must get there as soon as they Open. There will be a wait. Due to the fact that they don't make appointments. If you have a small dog, then the bigger dogs will scare/bark at the small ones. So make sure that you are ready for a wait but the Vet's will treat you animal well and with care.

They took special card of both of my kitties, giving them their shots and trimming their nails. The prices were so very affordable and the staff was wonderful. I will be coming back.

Experiencia negativa: We took our beloved canine fur-baby to be put down. They took her back to place a catheter to provide the medication to pur her down. Almost an hour goes by and we have heard nothing and have not seen our dog. We ask what's happening. They finally tell us they were having trouble finding a vein. We ask for them to give us our dog back so we could leave. They then tell us that there is another way but we can not be in the room when she goes but we can have time with her before. We say ok. They bring her back into the room and advise us she was given a sedative. We are to press a button when we are ready to have her put down. After some time, we press the button and we are asked to leave. Then, again, we wait. 15 minutes goes by, then 30, then 45. We ask what's going on. She goes back and returns to tell us they still can't find a vein. When we ask why they are still looking for a vein, as this was supposed to be easier and faster, we got no real answer. Another 30 minutes goes by and we ask, again. We are told they are still trying. We ask for our dog to be returned to us. This time a tech comes out and tells us she has finally past. The part that makes us so angry is, she was surrounded by strangers during this whole ordeal. Was she awake. Was she scared? Did she think we abandoned her to have thos done to her? She was part of our lives for 12 years. She did not deserve to leave this earth that way.

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Carlotta Groves was very attentive and thorough. Brought my dog in to check up on his degenerative joints in his hind quarters as he has been slowing down on walks and hesitating going up stairs. DR. Groves strongly recommended x rays and glad she did as she found spondylosis. Hopefully the pain medication will help along with weigh loss. She also recommended some supplements and dog food. Staff was also great. More than my budget but I'm sure considerably less than most Vet offices. Well worth it.

Experiencia negativa: ABC is a good place to get affordable care at the expense of the employees who work there. As a family run business, ABC is quick to fire with no reason or consideration to how it may affect the person's life. If you want services like tail docking on puppies - sometimes with dull tools- ABC is the best place for that! Also- they refused to fire an employee who tested positive for alcohol while on the job. So your pet may be monitored under anesthesia by someone who is drunk.

Experiencia fantástica: I am so very impressed with this place. Both my dogs needed dental work done, and when I dropped them off, we were greeted by Tammy, who checked us in. She was so nice and professional. All the employees seemed to have great customer service. Of course I cried dropping them off because it was there first time having surgery, there just like my kids. And they are doing amazingly great.

Experiencia fantástica: Wonderful! Very, VERY compassionate. I’ve been taking my dogs here for several years as they have only needed annual vaccines, but recently, my girl Abby got sick. I cannot express my gratitude enough to the staff! All the tests were done but the next day she was worse, I called to bring her back in but apparently the Dr wasn’t in that day & Liz just helped me so much to calm down & set me up for the next morning. Tammy certainly shines in that office also! I saw them in Vail & I’m so happy that staff moved over to the Craycroft office!

Experiencia fantástica: This is for the clinic on Broadway. Wait time was roughly an hour. Not bad for a walk in place. I’ve been to other places where you wait HOURS! Plenty of spaced out sitting areas outside to keep fearful or reactive dogs separated. The bathroom was clean. The facility was spotless and no dog smells. The staff, especially Nicole, was seriously the sweetest and most helpful person. I had lots of questions and some issues with my previous vet with retrieving my dog’s records but she was able to handle it for me. They were all super conscientious about reactive dogs walking through Main walkways and letting people know to keep your dog close to you as they entered or left the building. There was a customer who had the loudest yappy dogs I’ve ever seen and after about 20 minutes of nonstop barking, growling and lunging at people, a staff member came out and very politely asked her to please wait in her car. Everyone seemed to really appreciate that! (I think people went in and were complaining.) The vet also seemed pretty nice but only saw him for like 4 minutes. Our dog was due for everything so she got all the vaccines, deworming, glands expressed, heartworm test and 1 dose of Heartgard plus for $182. The money you save here is amazing! I definitely will keep bringing Luna here., Thank you guys so much for offering low prices and for the positive experience!

Experiencia negativa: I’ve had my fair share of bad experiences at vet clinics but I didn’t expect for this one to be as stressful as it was. I first take my pet to the location on broadway (because they decide to close the one near me) to get her vaccines and they tell me that my pet has an ulcer on her cornea. I ask what I should do and they said she needs antibiotics, for some reason a vet clinic is unable to give my pet antibiotics when she obviously needs them so they tell me to make an appointment at their farther clinic so that she can get antibiotics. The soonest appointment they’re able to give me is 20 days later. So here I am 20 days later going to the clinic and I show up 15 minutes early just for them to take me back almost 30 minutes PAST my appointment time. My pet gets very anxious and tends to overheat when excited so she obviously had a high temperature when they decided it was a good time to take her back for her appointment. They try to make it seem almost as if it’s my fault that she’s overheated and I can overhear the vet techs saying “was she outside or something why does she have such a high temp” and only god knows why she would’ve came to that conclusion considering we live in Arizona. In what logical sense could you think I would be waiting OUTSIDE. Anyways the vet comes talks over me and does not let me ask questions and try’s to shame me for coming 20 days later to get antibiotics and wouldn’t hear me out when I tried to explain that I called multiple times to get her in sooner. And here comes the worst part. They tell me okay it’ll be $30 for the exam $30 for the eye stain that basically just confirms that she does indeed need antibiotics however we cannot give you antibiotics because we sold out. HOW DOES A VET CLINIC RUN OUT OF ANTIBIOTICS. I am BEYOND upset and unsatisfied with the services I received and treatment my pet got. If I would’ve known I was just going to waste TIME, MONEY, GAS, And honestly speaking BRAINCELLS TRYING TO COMPREHEND THE PEOPLE WHO CLAIM THEYRE there to HELP your pet. I would have NEVER came in the first place. Please DO NOT bring your pets here.

Experiencia negativa: Great front office staff and great prices, but the Veterinarian we saw was incredibly rude. He walked into the room, no hello or eye contact. I asked him if I would need to booster my kitten again because I was a week late on getting her back in, and he did not even acknowledge my question. I was right in front of him! It made for an awkward few minutes as he finished, and just walked out of the room.

Experiencia fantástica: Our cat widget was struck by a car this morning we put her in the car and ran her straight down to ABC pet care and they did everything they could to save her to no avail. The people were fantastic and understanding. We highly recommend ABC pet care and the staff on 22nd Street

Experiencia negativa: Nothing good to say about this place, if you’re needing or wanting to put your dog down peacefully this is not the place to go to. The nurse assisting with the catheter and our time with our dog was very important to her. The doctor on the other hand is the complete opposite, he came rushing into the room, demanding us to all move of the way so he could hurry up and get the procedure over with because it’s his “lunch hour” very rude and unprofessional. He has no sympathy whatsoever. After having to give him some attitude back he still was rude and was like well how much longer then. He proceeds to go on about how he constantly has to miss his lunches like it was our fault our dog was dying and mentioned that if it happens again he’s just going to quit. We wouldn’t mind it.

Experiencia negativa: If I could give this place a -0 I would. They have nasty attitudes they do not belong in the pet business. They do not care about your animal. My dog was in a dire emergency and they decide to refuse him and ban him from ever coming there because we were advocating for him but then we called Civano and they got us in the next week because they care. this place does not care about your animal they also miss a diagnosis for my cats heart murmur. The manager from the Vail location is a very nasty lady very disgusting woman who does NOT care about your animal and then Lindsay had the nerve to call us and tell us that the owner banned us from bringing our pet. you would never have to worry about us letting you touch our pets!

The staff is super friendly and knowledgeable. I didn't know which vaccines my cats needed and they were able to help me that. Also, you really can't beat the pricing for the quality of service. My POKY little puppy went for an introductory visit with Dr. McDole (he jokes that to remember his name just think: Irish Pineapple). I'm not sure who was charmed more -- Poky or me. He took the time to give her the once-over and to talk to me about her shark teeth (I swear she has a double row on top and bottom), about her upcoming spay, and about life with a puppy in general. Dr. McDole knows that I think MY frisky little Poky is the most wonderful puppy this side of the Mississippi River and humored me by nodding his head in agreement. I don't see a lick of difference between the care Poky received here and a place that charges up the yin-yang. Thanks to ABC Pet Care, folks can afford to take good care of their pets! FROM A YEAR AGO ABC Pet Care Clinic has earned every one of those gold stars, and if I could add a couple more, I would. Dr. Tami Mares performed the surgery to neuter my little rascal pup. He's had absolutely no trouble at all since his surgery and in no time at all was back to being his old spunky self. The scheduling for the surgery was seamless, and I received a reminder call the day before. Questions were answered professionally, and everyone did his or her part in a stellar manner. Even the man who came to the car to take Sam into the surgery knew exactly what to do: instead of heightening Sam's nervousness by using the leash, he picked him up and carried him into the building. I knew Sam was in good hands. ABC Pet Care Clinic gives us a substantially reduced rate for the surgery, but there is no reduction in service and expertise. All that they provide is top-notch!

One of my cats (cat is 16-17 yrs old) has had two surgeries here and any issues that came up post surgery were handled right away. My other two cats just need regular vaccines and check ups. Any surgeries, vaccinations, etc you get a print out of the price with price break down. Really awesome place.

I live in Rita Ranch & don’t mind the drive !The assistant was very kind , and Dr.Rice was very informative explaining my dogs condition , the clinic was clean & was larger area ( not cramped ) . The price was very affordable as well . Would recommend this clinic to anyone looking for excellent pet care with an affordable price !

They take it seriously and everyone was so nice. This is going to be my new clinic for my dogs as well. I have never been so impressed with the entire staff at a vet clinic before. Experiencia fantástica: ABC Pet Care has one office strictly for vaccinations (not for medical workup such as labs, X-rays, IV fluids, etc.) which is the one I have gone to multiple times. This new location does not have an outside waiting area for the dogs which my reactive dog needs. However, for great vaccination prices and an efficiently run clinic, this is the place to go to. Their clinic manager is knowledgeable, organized and extremely efficient and keeps things moving. Truly a great place to go to!
