Experiencia fantástica: We have used Dr Kelly’s services twice now to have our dogs spayed and chipped and the service is always great! They have great communication and reasonable prices! The staff was friendly and everything went great with our pups! I always recommend them!

Experiencia fantástica: I was very happy with the services rendered from this clinic. The appointment availability was great. Many days and times to choose from. My kitty was well cared for. We didn’t have any complications. My only advice is if this is your first time coming to the clinic- make sure you sign in. I saw a few people just coming in and sitting down and then signing in later after one of the other patrons told them to sign in. There isn’t a person at a desk welcoming you in. You sign in, take a seat and one of the vet techs will come out and go down the list in order to meet you. The lobby is clean, the staff seemed very knowledgeable. I’d go back to this clinic.

She is recovering perfectly from her surgery and her incision site is hardly noticeable, like the surgeon was very good! Experiencia fantástica: From the beginning, I made my call to Kelly’s vet clinic. The service was very good. They gave me all the details of what would happen and what the cost would be. I like the ease of which making the appointment and the text messages I received with the details. The day I arrived everything went smoothly for Jack. He is now fully healthy and recovering from his dental surgery, they are very kind staff. My only complaint is that no one was able to inform me for the entire day. He was left with Mobile Vet. I tried to reach out, but there was no one to take my call or give me an update on how his surgery was going. They were extremely busy, but I am not happy that they don’t have a staff member that can call to assure the customers that everything is going well.

Experiencia fantástica: We had used Dr. Kelly’s mobile clinic for two of our dogs that had teeth issues, and that is why we chose them again. We adopted a cat, and he needed to be neutered. Since using them previously, they are in a stationary building. They are still easy to contact and very efficient. The staff is so friendly and reassuring. The time in and out was great, and Thor healed very quickly.. We just followed their instructions and he was his feisty self within 24 hours. I also appreciated the follow up call to check on how Thor was doing the next day. The cost was half the price we were quoted in North Carolina, and less than most of the quotes we got in Tucson, and they have many options to help with payment. will continue to use Dr. Kelley’s for my pets health needs.

Experiencia fantástica: This team was so amazing. Other places wanted $250 for the exam only, and another $700 on top of that. Dr. Kelly’s was very transparent with their prices. They took amazing care of our Roberta. The vet tech came out and explained everything Roberta was going to go through. After, she came out and explained how to give her meds and what to do for her during recovery. She was in and out in a couple of hours and on her road to recovery. Thank you very much.

Experiencia fantástica: So happy with my (dog’s) experience at Dr. Kelly’s. She had a dental cleaning done and the whole process was super smooth. During the procedure, while she was under anesthesia, they called to tell me everything was going well which calmed my nerves. Upon pickup, Adrian, was super informative, explained aftercare with great detail, and patiently answered all my questions. My dog’s teeth look so white and her breath smells so much better. Having the dental cleaning done at Dr. Kelly’s cost me half of what her normal vet quoted me for the same services. I definitely recommend Dr. Kelly’s!

Experiencia fantástica: Dr.Kellys office is amazing. First off, the staff is so friendly. I dropped my cat off for dental and there were a few animals ahead of him. My cat has really bad anxiety (he literally trembles at the vet.) and they offered to sedate him while he waited for his appointment and I was so grateful for that. They called him a little sweetie! While my cat was in surgery they called me two or three times to let me know how he was doing which was also really great! They also called me this morning to see how he was doing. It just feels like they really care. Second, Dr. Kelly was really affordable. Other extractions could cost upwards of 1000-2000 and my visit with taxes and everything was a little over 600. That included cleaning as well! A few years ago he also fixed our cat, and again he was way cheaper than anywhere else. Again, the staff are very kind If any animals aren't feeling well, take them to Dr. Kelly. I'm not going to go anywhere else if I can help it.

Experiencia fantástica: My cat recently got hurt and had to have his front leg amputated. Dr Kelly’s helped my boy with compassion and humility. Let alone at a reasonable cost!!! When I became concerned a week after his procedure they allowed me to bring him in just for a check and discussed medications thoroughly and adjusted everything so that he would be comfortable. They are very knowledgeable and caring. They took the time to not only make me feel comfortable and informed but made sure my kitty was well taken care of. Thank you so much!!! Highly recommend!!

Experiencia fantástica: I took my 3yo Frenchie in to be spayed. We also got vaccines and microchip. I opted for the pain meds but didn’t get the collar since she can’t lick her belly. I spent 406 which I believe is completely reasonable for all those services! It was also done in about an hour which blew my mind. Everyone was so nice! The lobby was full but they were operating well! I am quite satisfied with my choice and my little baby is doing really great!

Experiencia positiva: The price seemed fair for a 80 pound dog to be spayed, At first, but then there were some add-ons and not very descriptive as to what they were. Including some type of IV that I missed I don’t know how the treatment of my dog was because I was not back there So I can’t give up four or five star rating. If I sound bitter, I may be a little tainted, because my dog passed away four days later. Of a perforated ulcer. No clear reason why that happened. I would say that you need to put the whole price together and not the cafeteria plan because pet owners don’t understand all that and it wasn’t clearly explained obviously because I didn’t know what I turned down.

Surgery went well with my dog, now it's recovery time. I cannot remember the name of the two ladies who take care of my dog but both of them handle my dog well. I am so happy that my coworker recommend this place and now I can recommend it too. They also reach out the day after the surgery to ask how was the surgery and the dog's recovery. Again, this is a great place to bring your dogs.

Experiencia fantástica: I rescued one year-old pitbull named HannaH With a goal of getting her rehomed because I already have two dogs. Anybody who has A pitbull could've probably told me they had sensitive stomachs, but I had to learn that one the Hard Way, Dr. Kelly's was wonderful the day after Hannah Had her surgery she became very nauseous even after having a shot so back we went she got a better shot and I got a prescription for her and she's doing much better. She also had some breakthrough bleeding not from the incision, but from another part of her. And Dr. Kelly's Group help me take care of her I really appreciate the care they take with all the animals not that I'm never gonna have another one but if I do, I know where I'm bringing them to get spayed or neutered

Experiencia positiva: The experience was good. The service was fast and my kitten was in and out for his surgery in no time. The only thing I have to say is if you offer a take home sedative, and the pet parent asks and is willing to pay for the sedative to take home. Please do not tell them the pain meds are a mild sedative. They told me this so and said a sedative wasn't needed. The "mild sedative" it has only made my guy more crazy and hyper and has almost hurt himself multiple times. Even in his small space. Thankfully I am home and can keep an eye on him. But please if a pet parent is asking for something and is willing to pay for it to make their life easier and ensure their animals heals properly, don't tell them they don't need it. Don't have it on your surgery paper if you don't want people asking for it for their pets.

I called 3 times to make sure Dr Kelly accepts 3rd party payments, got different answers ea time. Also, the procedure was delayed a month because the Phone rep wanted to make sure they could so the procedure. After answering several questions I was told no they can't do it. I found this weird, called other places, went back to Dr kelly & pushed to have a consultations appt. Turns out they were able to do it but 2 month to get my cats teeth done & he stopped eating for a week which was scary. Great team in the clinic but the phone people have no clue. Do not trust the info they give you over the phone.

Experiencia fantástica: I was nervous getting my nearly 2yr old Golden Retriever neutered here because I didn’t know the vets and I wasn’t sure what would go wrong. I’m so happy to report I had a great experience. We were lucky enough to get an appointment for the day after we called in. When we got to the clinic we were a bit early but someone came and took Henry back, they had us fill out a form indicating what add-ons we would like (shots, nail trim etc). They told me he’d be ready in about 3-4 hours and he was ready 3 hours after we dropped him off. I was really pleased they gave us a heads up when he was recovering from surgery and that things had gone well which eased my anxiety. When we picked Henry up we were given detailed post-op instructions and a giant cone for him to wear. And the cost of the procedure with pain meds ended up being even less than I was quoted. Henry has been recovering well at home ever since. Thank you Dr. Kelly’s for all that you do!

Experiencia fantástica: From start to finish, the staff and doctor provided exceptional service. My 20 lb dog had two masses removed and her teeth cleaned. It was discovered that Izzy had an abscess and needed one tooth pulled. Both incisions are healing nicely and the staff worked with me to get more medicine for her to prevent infection due to one incision being too close to her butt and a poop mess causing contamination. If you want top notch service, this is the place for you.

Also about 80$ for meds!!*gasp* I spent less than 300$ here for ALL THOSE things here at Dr. Kellys and they took amazing care of my pet! You can tell they truly care about all the animals. No problems whatsoever afterwards with healing. Would definitely recommend to anyone! They do really amazing priced teeth cleaning as well. This place blows everywhere else out the water ! Experiencia fantástica: My dog needed a small mass removed from her foot and after reading the amazing reviews about Dr Kelly’s I made an appointment. No initial consultation was needed and I was easily able to send pictures of the mass over text. They were extremely responsive. On the day of her surgery, the mass had gotten even smaller and the vet recommended we do a dental at the same time. I agreed and they gave me an estimated time as to when they would call to pick her up. She wound up getting discharged 2 hours earlier than expected which was I was thrilled to hear. The next morning, they called to check in on my dog and see if I had any questions. I just received my call that the small mass was benign, yay! The staff is wonderful, and the prices are fantastic. I would definitely recommend Dr Kelly’s for your animal’s surgical needs.

I setup the appointment on line, dropped Monty off, during which I met with a vet tech who explained the entire process, checked to make sure I knew what to expect and was very sweet to our fur baby. My only "negatives" were with getting a human on the phone prior to booking and the lack of management of a pet owner (with a big uncontrolled dog) who was seated on the bench just inside the door. No one should be permitted to sit at that bench while handling an animal. Period. The surgery went well. The cost was very affordable and Monty recovered beautifully. I highly recommend Dr Kelly Tucson!

We took our 11 month old dachshund in to get spayed and the entire process took 3 hours tops. Check in and check out was a breeze, the staff showed genuine care and made sure to go through all of the pre- and post-op procedures (and optional add-on medications to help recovery), and even called us a day later to check in.

Experiencia fantástica: After taking my dog to a vet for his annual vaccinations, I was told he had a broken tooth that needed to be pulled. I was quoted a cost to remove it of $1200-$2300. Thankfully, I found Dr Kelly’s website. I booked an appointment online and took him in. The staff was friendly and informative. After X-rays and examining my dog, I was told that they recommended pulling two teeth and cleaning the others. Total cost was $770! Overall, I had a wonderful experience at Dr. Kelly’s. I was pleased with the price, professionalism and procedure. My pup was given two prescription pain meds and antibiotics. He recovered quickly and fully within a few days. I highly recommend Dr. Kelly’s to all and will continue to take my pets there.

Experiencia fantástica: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Highly Recommend Dr. Kelly’s Veterinarian Services (Broadway location) I’ve now taken three different dogs to Dr. Kelly’s Veterinarian Services on Broadway, multiple times, for dental cleanings and extractions, and I cannot recommend them enough. They are caring, professional, and thorough. The facility is always clean, the staff is kind and patient, and every time I’m there I meet other pet owners who have had equally positive experiences. That speaks volumes. I’ve heard some negativity directed at Dr. Kelly’s over the years—and almost without exception, it’s coming from other veterinarians, not clients. The reality is this: every quote I’ve ever received from our vet for dental work has been double (or more) what Dr. Kelly’s charges. I understand that veterinary care is expensive, and I respect that everyone has bills and student loans—but pet care should not be a luxury item. For many families, the choice is not between “high-end vet” and “low-cost vet.” The choice is getting care vs. not getting care at all. Dr. Kelly’s makes responsible, needed veterinary services accessible, and that matters—especially in our community. Their follow-up is excellent, they work with pet insurance, and I’ve never had a single concern about the care my dogs received. None. Zero. If you’re on the fence because your vet told you, “Whatever you do, don’t go to Dr. Kelly’s,” I’d encourage you to consider who actually benefits from that advice. Spoiler: it’s not your wallet, and it’s not your pet. Dr. Kelly’s is a fantastic option for Tucson/Vail families who want quality care without financial stress, and I highly, highly recommend them. (Your pets will thank you. Your bank account might send flowers.)

Experiencia fantástica: It was both straightforward and cost-effective to schedule the spay, vaccinations and microchip through Dr. Kelly’s Surgical Clinic for Miku, our 3.5 month old kitten. The procedure was performed in a timely manner with no complications. Dr. Kelly’s staff was professional, articulate, and informative. Thorough aftercare instructions were given both verbally and written by staff and were administered at home with no issues. Staff followed up via phone and text in case we had any questions or concerns. The toughest part of the healing process was preventing Miku from running and jumping, and playing with her sisters and keeping them separated during the recovery period! I would highly recommend Dr. Kelly’s Surgical Clinic and plan to take our other 3 cats there for teeth cleanings next.

Experiencia positiva: Update: one of the doctors called me after I left my initial review to help alleviate my concerns and hesitation by providing more information on the surgical process. I was still very apprehensive, but after speaking with the doctor for almost 20 minutes she let me know that with X-rays, the surgeon would have a better visual of the teeth and be able to make an even better determination of which teeth should come out or be monitored for the future. I was very upfront in asking how do I know this place won’t pull dirty teeth to make money since canines cost the most to pull. It’s not like we’re not all used to bad doctors/ vets who have more of an interest in money rather than our/ our pets health. So I have my reservations with everything. Longer story short, I agreed to reschedule my cat for surgery. Day of, after I dropped Appa off, the surgeon called me to let me know my she was under anesthesia and they took X-rays. She explained, in depth, which teeth needed to come out. (The one canine which was cracked and rotting, and the other upper canine that had periodontal disease/ nerve issues. She told me which teeth needed to be monitored. We talked for almost 10 minutes. I wasn’t sure if she needed to get back into tend to Appa so I said I didn’t want to keep her. The surgeon assured me Appa was fine and she didn’t mind speaking with me longer if it meant I understood everything and I had no other concerns. I could ask more questions if I needed. She told me when they’d start the procedure, how long it would take and when I could pick her up. Post op- I had all the care introductions and meds. They called me the day after surgery to ask how Appa was doing and if I had any questions. Appa had no complications. I was most concerned that she wouldn’t eat wet food since it’s not her favorite. Since the canines were removed she eats all her food in one sitting which is not something she’s ever done in 9 years. It makes me feel bad. Maybe she was in pain and could only stand to eat in short increments. I’m grateful to Dr Kelly’s for taking care of Appa and taking the time to provide me peace of mind. 10/10 would recommend. ________________\\\ Strange experience. I did not end up keeping the surgery appointment for my pet. Since there is not a charge for the appointment, customers are kept in the waiting room. Techs come out to relay info between the pet owner and doctor. This is weird because there will always be I go that does not get replayed word for word. I made an appointment for my cat’s broken tooth that was clearly rotting. It was obvious at least one tooth needed to be removed. During the appointment, I assumed the doc would look at her mouth and confirm the one tooth needed to come out and any other teeth that may need to come out. Instead, they tell me, they wouldn’t check her other teeth until the day of surgery and they would pull however many teeth they thought were necessary. The tech said every day people take their pets in for one or two teeth to be pulled, then find the surgeon took 6 or more teeth. Any other vet or human dentist would tell you which teeth are being pulled beforeahand. Then, if more teeth need to be pulled, a future appointment is easily made. Imaging going in to get a tooth pulled and then you wake up with 4 extra teeth gone? There are many great reviews for this vet. But there is no way to tell if they’re pulling extra teeth to make an extra buck unless they show you and give you the teeth they pulled after surgery. It’s unsettling to hear that the surgeon doesn’t do a full exam prior to surgery. They’ll call you during the surgery to tell you which teeth they’re taking even if you tell them to only take the ones the pet was taken into have removed. I explained why I decided to cancel the surgery and they refunded my money so that was nice.

Their prices are very fair and getting your dog spayed is or any surgery is something you don’t want to cut Costs too much on. It’s been almost 10 days and she’s all healed up! I would bring my dog here again if necessary thank you so much to all the staff!

Not only that, they asked for my dogs medical records to the vet that I usually take them at, to take a load off of my hands and so that they could get exactly what they needed. That made planning for the surgery super easy. Not only that, it made me feel like they cared for my dogs well being first and foremost. They needed to make sure my puppy had the ok from his normal vet before performing surgery. All in all, I def recommend and any future pets are definitely coming here

The price of the surgery was very important to me because I am not able to spend a lot. The price they quoted me on the phone I didn’t believe it because of the price quotes I was getting from others. It actually shocked me the huge difference. I had googled Dr. Kelly’s office and the reviews were very good so I made an appointment and they got me right in. I received a video of what to expect and they were very friendly. When I dropped my doggy off they said it would be about 3-4 hours and I left and they called me and said they were done. It was so quickly and I went back and got him. He did so wonderful! They were amazing with me and my doggy. I used my CareCredit to pay for the surgery and they checked on us the very next day. I am very happy with Dr. Kelly’s office and the staff and will definitely go back for more needs my Doggy might need in the future .

Experiencia fantástica: We had a GREAT Experience with our semi feral cat Tigger. He was seen promptly and the staff was amazing. He was car sick after his surgery and ride home but that soon passed. He was back out in a day because he doesn't want to be inside being feral. He has done GREAT and thankfully he's not roaming like he used to do before he was neutered. He sticks closer to home. They even had a cap on the amount they would charge! And that was a fraction of the cost that we were quoted by other vets. Our girl’s recovery was Overall amazing with no issues. So I would say vet services I would highly recommend. Very pleased.

Experiencia fantástica: I HIGHLY recommend Dr. Kelly's Surgical Unit for helping me with a Feral Kitten who I caught in a trap. I had planned on another location across town and things didn't work out. My Friend suggested I go to Dr. Kelly's on East Broadway in Tucson. I spoke with a really nice professional lady named Erica, who went back to tell the staff my situation. The kitten needed to be Spayed and I knew that she would never go in that scary cage again. The atmosphere was positive and packed on a Monday with many Families and their Pets. Erica told me yes!!! I was soooooo relieved and went home to get her. I picked my kitten up in the afternoon and was given and sent every detail about the kitten and the cost was very reasonable! Chloe was set up in the garage since she had ticks and fleas and was too young to treat. I had everything set up for Chloe to heal up. To my surprise, Chloe was a totally different kitten once I let her out of the cage. That tells me that she had an excellent experience at Dr. Kelly's and she is an amazing socialized kitten due to how they treated her. I am so pleased and grateful for the experience and Highly recommend you giving them your trust as they are wonderful!!! Thanks so much Dr. Kelly's and all your Staff for saving us both.

Experiencia fantástica: My recent senior dog adoption required a 6 month follow-up teeth cleaning on his 9 remaining teeth. I knew my current vet would be expensive ( from a previous pet and similar issue). Dog friends suggested Nogales (nope, not me!) or, Dr Kelly. Their facility was close to home. My dog, unfortunately, needed 3 extractions and was pretty miserable. I'm so very glad for both our sakes to NOT have a 2 hour drive back home. Kelly's office did several follow-up calls. It eased and satisfied both of our minds. Dr. Kelly's Surgery exists because they ONLY do surgery. Efficiency keeps the price reasonable, and offers the pet owner the opportunity to do the right and humane thing. Thanks.

Experiencia fantástica: I have never had a netter experience via veterinarian or regular medical service. Their web site is user friendly, and easy to arrange a surgical appointment. Follow up communications are helpful with plenty of reminders and what to expect instructions especially nice for nervous puppy parents like me. Day of surgery was a breeze, minimal wait. Surgical release time was clearly stated and my pup came through like a champ. On top of the excellent care, their prices were very reasonable. Great experience all around!

Experiencia positiva: The staff was friendly and caring but no one ever called us to check on our dog after surgery even though multiple different people said it was standard process. It's been 3 weeks since his surgery and no one called. I also did not like how we couldn't be with our pet. They took him back 3 hrs before his surgery and he sat in a kennel terrified. He now has some kind of trauma from that and is terrified when other dogs start barking. It would have been so much safer if they allowed us to be with our pets. His surgery went well, we're assuming. Very little communication and it was much more extreme than it needed to be for our scared little guy. We will be looking for somewhere less extreme for his future needs.

Experiencia fantástica: I was given an appt within 1 week for my chihuahua and chi-weenie to get spayed. They did a great job. Thorough with the information when I picked them up. The only thing is I was quoted $592 but of course it ended up closer to $800.
