They help me and my cat beat ring worm, spayed my dogs, and were extremely compassionate when it was time to put one down. The staff here is azingly friendly and they care for your animals health just as much as you do. These guys kick ass.

Experiencia positiva: They treat my 2 service Corsos great! Moved here from other vet that my drug didn't like, and he made her wear a muzzle without even giving her a chance... It's in her DNA to protect from large men getting over us to comfortably. And he didn't even take her individual personality into consideration, and after 5 corrections, they still almost fixed my 9 month old paperd male!! ‍♀️ I couldn't even trust them to take him back for shots. So I had to find a better option, and this place is great and they actually listen to you and treat your animals as individuals. And guess what??? My female has not even postured it made a peep at anyone here...

Experiencia positiva: An honest review My dog was scheduled for surgery with our normal vet (queen creek ). We just moved to the area (Waddell). So I was looking for a vet closer to our new home . A few days before her scheduled surgery in QC, she started having UTI symptoms, so I called off the surgery contacted this establishment figured I would check them out to see if I could switch her from our long term QC vet. Upon arrival, a man was in the lobby with his sick Chihuahua. They told him for walking service. It's $220, or he could wait till tomorrow. Afternoon, I understand needing to pay more for an immediate appointment. But the overall vibe was this did not feel like a friendly Family Personable veterinarian clinic. Seemed more like the clients are just a number which as a business owner ( grooming salon ) my self Immediately set the vibe. They Came in asked some questions. I told them she was taking allergy shots (4yrs) and i just took her off because she was still having issues on them and i was trying a new approach one that fights fungal growth in the stomach. I supplied a sample of her urine. Then they came back with the estimate wanting to do radio graphs, and lots of other stuff that I felt was unnecessary seeing on how it's most likely a uti I get that no one knows a 100% whats going on it could be anything. So they want to throw the book at the situation, but I think it's excessive and they clearly did not care i said i didn't want to give her allergy shots because they quoted me for them so they either heard me and didn't care or they didn't actually listen to me. I gave 4 stars because they do what they're supposed to as a veterinarian clinic, but as far as being personable / LISTENING & me being return client , I would give one star.. as some one who works with animals and has done the vet tech program I definitely got the vibe, It was more "What all can we charge them for" versus Let's see if she has uti and go from there.... Like , I said before , this is most definitely a veterinarian clinic And they do give those services Which is why they got the four stars but they didnt show I could trust them to have my pups and my best interests At the forefront over what all could we potentially charger for and seeing on how I waited 4 days for this appointment with a pup that was constantly peeing and uncomfortable who already had blood work and was set to have her eyelids relocated to keep her eye lashes from dragging on her eyeballs you can safely say I spare no expense with my pup... This wasn't just an interview appointment to see if I wanted to switch to this place it was can I trust them to guide me in giving " molly munchkin " the best life I can give her.......fyi she is 11yo

They treat my fur baby like their own, and that level of genuine care means everything to me. Experiencia fantástica: This office is very organized and has good customer service as far as I have seen over the past couple years. They have gotten my pups in same day urgently when they’ve been sick. This past Sunday 10/12/25, one of my babies was having a bad allergic reaction and broke out into hives all over. I called when they opened and they got me an appointment for 2 hours later. I was so thankful. The vet we saw was great, didn’t make us feel rushed or unimportant, and the vet tech was so sweet with our girl. I recommend this place to anyone looking for a vet for their fur babies.

Experiencia fantástica: First time and took my baby here an hour after I found she had a cut on her side - didn’t realize I had made the appt for the next day but they had a cancellation and got me in same time no problem! The whole staff from front desk ladies to techs and Dr took great care of my girl. They were quick, efficient, patient, and right to the point. Prices were also reasonable. Thanks girls & team!! Experiencia fantástica: Could not get into our regular vet so called here. So glad we did. Spoke with Client Care rep Jordan (very pleasant to speak with) and explained our situation of needed an appointment quickly for our dog. She put me on hold for about 90 seconds and said to come in at 11:30a. I was calling at 10:15a! Met by RN Emily A. and explained situation. Had Dr. Riley in room a few moments later. She was professional and calming manner to us as we were a little anxious. Did some diagnostic tests, after Emily explained the cost of each. No surprises for later. Were done in about 20 minutes and results explained to us so we could understand. Plan moving forward explained and we were happily on our way. Everyone was very professional and pleasant. We will now switch to this clinic.

Experiencia negativa: I went to this place about 2 years ago when I adopted my puppy and she ended up getting kennel cough, they told us she was going to be paralyzed??? she was able to walk ??? I gave them the benefit of the doubt and then took my 13 year old chihuahua to them when she started having seizures, the first lady to come in said it was heart murmur. another gentleman said she was in heart failure . prescribed her 3 different types of meds which i believe completely overworked her and she passed away 2 days later. they gained money and i lost my everything.

Experiencia fantástica: We've been bringing Lola to AMC since we got the old girl in 2022. They've taken great care of her. We've seen Dr. Allen the past few times, but honestly have received excellent service from all of the staff. Dr. Allen is so kind and patient. He answers all of my million questions without judgement even when I'm sure he thinks they're probably silly. I appreciate that they are open on Sundays and are willing to clear the waiting room of other animals for my anxious, loud, disruptive goofball. Again, without judgement. They're a bit pricey, but then, what vet isn't? 10/10 would recommend.

Experiencia fantástica: I brought my Jack Russel/chihuahua mix in for a stomach problem. They got me in super fast, listened to my concerns and answered all my questions. My dog is super scared at the vet and puts up a fight but they were patient and kind. He’s all healed now and has his life back after the medication/ food plan they put him on. Thank you guys again!!! 10/10

Our dog was very sick and needed to be put down immediately. They fit us in as a priority which is not always the case. Experiencia fantástica: I took my dog Jax into here and he was a but nervous at first but they took care of him right away. He had an ear infection and it took us about an hour to get in and out of there so pretty quick! It was a really good price as well especially for the medication they were giving us in my opinion and now his ears look squeaky clean and hopefully after a couple weeks of the medication he will be all set to live his happy puppy life without shaking his head constantly.

Experiencia positiva: Made an emergency appt. They were right on time taking us in. Our Sammy boy was told he has vestibular disease (doggy vertigo). But there was mention that he could also maybe have a brain tumor. Although I understand that aren't gonna sugarcoat it. I wish the vet would have been a little more empathetic. The assistant was amazing, appreciated her compassion. If there is an emergency again and a regular vet is not open. I would consider going back here.

They are always so nice and they go over the best treatments for your animals and explain everything in detail. I have had a few emergencies and they have always gotten me in right away. Experiencia fantástica: We had an emergency situation with our Zeus-kitty. He was vomiting and not able to relieve himself. They got us in right away and were able to get us help quickly. He’s in surgery right now, so hopefully everything goes well. The facility is super clean - the team was cleaning everything each time an animal walked through the lobby. Very nice, clean office with friendly staff.

Experiencia fantástica: We’ve been coming here for a few months now with our MAS puppy. I am so far very pleased with the service and quality of care our dog receives. Overall, staff is very friendly. We have seen Dr. Berriman and Dr. Sweeney, and both were great. I find it’s pretty easy to get an appointment and made even easier by the app, but most importantly, I don’t feel like I’m kept waiting excessively, which seems to be the norm with most hospitals. Their prices are very fair and are in line with what I expect in this field (and I have worked in this field, so to see what some places are trying to charge clients for is absurd). I appreciate that they offer military discount as well. Overall, I think AMC in Surprise is a great choice for your veterinary needs and we will absolutely continue to bring our little Rocket

We did not have to wait and we were done in a very short time. There was no fee because I used my Paw Points.My sweet dog felt much better.

Experiencia fantástica: This was our 1st visit for our Spanish Water Dog, Eli, who developed conjunctivitis in both eyes. Our dog has anxiety issues so as soon as we arrived, we were ushered into a private examination room. Both the technician and vet handled our anxious boy with great care and gentleness. All staff were friendly and courteous and we were impressed by the clean, tidy office area and exam room. There initially was a bit of "sticker shock" for the suggested services for our dog, but it turned out Eli did not require all services suggested, so the final bill was really not unreasonable. Overall, a very good experience and would definitely take our anxious furry baby there again if need be.

Experiencia negativa: We have been taking our animals here for around 5 years but we won’t be back. This office has always been competent and friendly, but they will shamelessly try to milk you for every dollar you have. We brought our cat in for an urgent appointment for what appeared to be a textbook case of cat diabetes. After examination, the vet recommended an in-house blood test, urine test, x-rays, and a separate blood test that would go to a lab. I was smart enough to decline the x-rays and lab blood test, which would have been an additional $300-ish. Blood and urine tests come back. Diabetes. Dr. explains it’s a twice a day shot, easy deal, and they’re going to put him on kitty insulin. Cool, except they neglected to tell me, who knows nothing about diabetes in cats, that most cats use regular human insulin and it’s much cheaper. The vet tech comes back in to show me how to give the shot, and I ask them if we can do regular insulin instead to keep the costs down. The vet tech replies that this medicine is what the dr wants my cat on, but she was willing to go get him so he could “explain it to me again.” She comes back in, and the dr isn’t available but this is what they want him on. Of course they do. The vet tech told me the Glagine insulin actually costs MORE than the Prozinc they had sold me. I told them everything I was seeing showed I could get human insulin for about $30-80 a vial, compared to the $186 for the special cat insulin. I was on my phone at this point because I was onto them. I told the vet tech that if I got home and called a pharmacy and found I could get human insulin that much cheaper that we would be finding another vet. The vet tech’s response, verbatim was “OK sounds good.” She then kindly showed me how to administer the shot and sent me on my way with my golden insulin. Of course, I got home and looked on goodRX, $35 for human insulin. To be clear, this place outright lied to me TWICE in one visit. First, after diagnosis, when the doctor neglected to give me a full consultation by purposely omitting that I could get insulin much cheaper elsewhere. And second, when the vet tech came back in after I raised my concerns and told me human insulin was more expensive. These actions are pure greed and corporate tactics to generate as much revenue as they possibly can from each patient. They will provide adequate care, but they will smile at you while they try to raid your wallet while praying on your emotions and lack of medical training.

Experiencia positiva: My dog was recently neutered. Everything went well. The only complaint was i was given a plastic ecollar which was too big and was charged $28. I went and bought a doughnut blowup collar which worked much better. A choice of collars would have been nice.

Experiencia negativa: They say the practice of veterinary medicine and that’s all they do is practice. The veterinary staff is not knowledgeable and are only there to push overpriced tests and have no idea what they are doing. Treated my dog for valley fever and he had cancer . They don’t call you back. The office manager calls you and says she is a vet nurse. she is a nobody. My two dogs died within a month of each other and both were given the wrong diagnosis. You leave a message for the owner and no call back. What kind of office when a veterinarian can’t even call you back. If you love your pet don’t go here. A medicine at their office is three times the normal price anywhere else. My dogs suffered because of this office. I spent close to 11,000 dollars there and they don’t even send a sympathy card. Don’t go there!

The techs are all great with our pup & the vets listen to our concerns, take their time during the exam & we never feel rushed. They are very helpful and friendly. Love that they’re open 7 days a week too!!

Experiencia positiva: We thought our dog broke her tail - it ended up being a small fracture although I was extremely grateful they got her in to see a dr. Upon arrival they told me she weighed 7.2 lbs - when they were giving me her 3 medications - dosage for a 7.2lb dog - I questioned her weight and asked them to re-weigh her. I just knew it had to be wrong - and it was - she re-weighed at 12 lbs which required them to adjust the dosage of medication she was to receive. Very scary mistake - had I not questioned it - they would have given her a wrong dose if meds. Which would not have been an overdose but would not have been enough to help her pain either. What made them different from other vets we’ve been to is the way they presented those options. They did not try to push the most expensive treatment or unnecessary treatments…but made us aware that they were available if we so desired. We would highly recommend this office for honest and caring treatment for your pets.
