Experiencia negativa: Lovet Roadrunner misdiagnosed my baby girl Nala for months treating IBD letting her suffer while she was actively dying of a very common and very aggressive GI cancer. They never even mentioned or suggested testing for it or to be worried about it. Any tests came with long excruciating wait times for results and zero communication. I’d have to call them after weeks of not hearing simple blood test results, ultrasound results, anything while watching her in pain and waiting for answers. With every time I left being left with a shoulder shrug approach by them on waiting for special IBD food to work for her. Thy saw bad inflammation on her ultrasound.. but didn’t even suggest prednisone to help it? Every-time I went in (which was every week with how sick she was) I never saw the same person, so zero continuity of care. No one ever answers the phone. Because I was in so often, they suggested their membership. I was told at sign up that I could cancel at ANY TIME for any reason. However, when my baby was properly diagnosed ELSEWHERE by getting an endoscopy, biopsies, cultures and then giving me the results and her prognosis (all within THREE days of when I called this other place for the record) and given only weeks to live, I called Roadrunner to cancel their useless membership. Only to be told I couldn’t and would have to prove she died to cancel. How absurd and evil and insensitive. My advice, if you need basic care, this place might be fine. But you might as well get established somewhere else from the start because as soon as your baby is truly actually sick, and needs real investigating and diagnosis, they’ll take months and send you in circles and not help you or educate you because they don’t even educate themselves. They’ll just run a bunch of tests instead of knowing what to even look for. IBD and this cancer look very similar, but after that long of nothing working and her clearly actively dying, something should’ve given them a light bulb moment. **read other negative 1 star reviews because they are true, after some buy out where they became Lovet this place has been terrible and became a money grab**

Experiencia negativa: Too corporate and less pet friendly focused minded for me. I feel like they are only there because they have a job. If your animal is sick they want to throw a panel of suggestions that are over $600 to $1500. I took a few cats there for preventive care. The first time my cat was sent home with a suggestion of eye drops for her conjunctivitis. Then it got worse overtime into a full blown infection. So now i am back over there with a bill at $700 for fecal & blood testing, then expensive antibiotics that only lasts for a week cause they expire. Mind you the staff is pretty friendly there however i feel they aren't interested in actually helping the issue with your animals. They get on the computer and make all of these pricey suggestions. Just an examination is fee alone is $75.

Experiencia fantástica: The staff and veterinarian here are amazing. They make appointments easy and informative. I've also had to have two of my beloved pets put down here now, my dog Bluey and one of my cats, Thelma. The staff is very caring, respectf, and sensitive to needs. I've experienced two of the hardest moments I've been through here, and I hear such awful, traumatic stories from others whove had to have their animals put down at other places.

Experiencia fantástica: Great 1st visit here! My pitbull has been itching really bad and they gave her an injection that has completely eliminated the itching. Staff is very friendly and the visit didn't take long at all.

Experiencia fantástica: Hey, I'll be the first to say the service is pretty darn good. We were previously at Dove Valley in Carefree for at least 30 years with the same doctor due to being a high school friend. They set the standard for all who follows. So great service from the front desk to the phone call to the appointment set up and the doctor. I am shocked at the pricing of everything anymore so don't take it bad. In a year I have seen the price of an injection of fluids increase over a hundred bucks. I am fine with the doctors fee and the price of examinations. They didn't increase as much. It's worrisome to see increases of that amount but my little guy is 20+ years old and an injection of fluids helps with his pancreatitis. He's moving around like a 10 year old. So thank y'all for the care. I do see how sincere you are and that type of care makes me come back no matter how much you charge. He's worth it to get the care you're giving him. I do appreciate the comfort you give him when he needs his nail trim and his glands expressed. I'm thankful for the soft spoken doctors recommendations. Jack has been my lifeline companion since becoming disabled over 10 years ago, so thank you for your attention when we come in. Oh, you keep the place looking clean but if there's a night crew cleaner they should focus a bit more on surfaces.

Experiencia fantástica: I have been going to this vet for a while. Before it was called Roadrunner vet. Everybody there is absolutely amazing. I take my two dogs there and they're always so good with them. However after new management a lot of the prices have went up. I have to spay my dog other places are about to $300 they quoted me about $1,000. They used to have a shots for life that we had purchased a while back. They have honored it so far but I had heard that they wanted to get rid of that. That would be horrible considering we already paid for it in the past. I hope if your grandfather in they will keep that and continue to let you do it as an act of good faith. My dogs love it here they are not afraid of anybody like I said the girls are amazing here.

Experiencia negativa: 20 calls in 2 days to finally get someone to answer just for them too tell me I can't access my pets records because they are under my partners name who isn't in state anymore. My dogs have gone here for nearly 6 years and I now can't obtain any of there records or anything. What a fun situation to put a owner in. Don't recommend trust them.

Experiencia positiva: I would have given 5-stars but for one reason. I was 100% satisfied with everything with the care and attention my cat received, the people were amazing. Once I got home, I asked for the SOAP report to send to my pet insurance, and they sent it to me right away. There was one major mistake on the form, and I asked them to fix it and to send me a revised email which they said they would the next day. It has been over a week, and I never received it. Since then, I have sent 2 more emails, both were ignored. The question was "Does Krystal go outside?" I told the young girl, "She never goes outside". The girl wrote in the SOAP report "Yes, lives outside most of the time." MY CATS NEVER EVER GO OUTSIDE!!! All I asked was for them to correct the mistake their employee made because I did not want my insurance to think that Krystal was an outdoor cat, which she is not. This is the only thing that will make me think twice before taking a pet back there. I was hoping that I had found a new vet home for both of my cats. But how can I trust them now if they cannot keep their word?

Experiencia negativa: I took my cat in there to be helped and you threw me a suggested bill at $5,000 my friend asked if an antibiotic shot would help no was the answer I left went to my vet was going to put my cat down and he did pee cuz that's why I brought him in cuz he couldn't pee he got a shot of antibiotics and he still here with me and I am so distraught on the care that I got from you guys it was like all about the money I would have never went if it was an on a payment plan but I only paid the $79 for the office visit I was not happy about the interaction Serenity was very sweet I liked her a lot the girl that took me to the room wanted me to sign something in case there was an emergency while they examine my cat without me there which I will never do again I'm going to be in there when you examine my animal. So I wasn't happy with Roadrunner I'll never go back

Experiencia fantástica: My bunny was having GI statis issues and the rabbit vet was so great, he's doing much better now! She took x-rays and went over a couple of options, even gave her opinion and didn't sway mine. She was wonderful. I highly recommend Lovet for your pets needs, they've never disappointed.

Experiencia fantástica: So I can't say enough good thing about lovet and the people that work there they go completely above and beyond my wife and I recently had to make the very very hard decision to put our dog Tyson down due to deteriorating health the Vet and vet tech that helped us were kind and patient gave us all the time we needed to make the decision and be with our tyson the compassion they showed was unmatched they even stayed after hours for us to say our goodbyes but they didn't stop there the front office people called and texted us to make sure we were OK and a few weeks later we received a flower arrangement for them for our lose and when I called to thank them they repeat that they were there if we needed to talk. Im blown away by that level of care and compassion from the individuals that work there to the company as a whole thank you again from Jody and Alex and thanks for the way you cared for Tyson

Experiencia negativa: Today was the absolute worst experience we have had at any Vet thank to Dr Dahlquist. She was absolutely horrible. Treated us and our dog terribly. I have never had to walk out of a vet before, but today was a first. She was very demeaning, accusatory, and dismissive of anything we had to say. Not to mention telling us that this is going to be a "whole wormhole of testing and treatment". She also kept repeating to keep our dog(who is a pitbull )on a tight leash (which my husband had him on already) because he growled. Our dog would not hurt anyone, and I'm sure he could tell she was not a good person. She should not be dealing with people let alone animals. I'm afraid of how my dog was treated when she examined him in the back. I will never go to the roadrunner location again. If you ever receive Dr Dahlquist as your vet, I highly recommend you don't let her near your animals.

Experiencia fantástica: The experience I had at Lovet was exceptional. Our family vet was unavailable so it was a last minute appointment that needed to be made for the health and urgency of my fur baby. As soon as we walked in the door we were greeted promptly and kindly and taken back to a room immediately which was nice considering what we had experienced previously at another facility days pior. The staff was so kind and gentle with my baby and Dr. Weirich was thorough about all my options and what would be best for us. She was so sweet sitting on the floor to make my baby feel calm as she assessed her, talking to her as though she was one of her own, without giving her more anxiety. Ultimately it came down to having to say goodbye to my love and although it was the hardest decision of my life the lovet team made it a little easier with their support and care. They gave us all of the time we wanted to spend with our baby in her last moments even waiting for another family member to arrive to be present. They made my fur baby comfortable with no pain which is more than what I could have asked for. She went peacefully with all of her family by her side. It was such a beautiful experience and it was all thanks to Lovet. I will always continue to bring my babies here in the future no question about it!

Experiencia negativa: Overall the staff was very friendly and attentive. Considering the issue with my dog, we were offered a tests which we were willing to pay for but at the last minute the vet changed her mind because she wasn't comfortable providing the results of the test we felt forced to have sample sent to a lab for an additional fee. Secondly, to be charged $150.00 which believe is excessive, to take a vile of blood, then have to pay an additional $75 for the lab to provide results was a bit upsetting. I understand as a business you need to make money but that was off-putting. I believe if you provide a high quality service and have reasonable rates you customer base will grow. Don't make it impossible for people obtain medical form their family pets

Experiencia fantástica: We took my 12 year old jack russel turbo in for a dental as I was kind of concerned about the procedure staff explained and made me feel sure about the decision and I’m glad they did because he had 5 extractions! His breath smells so much better and he just overall seems sooo much more happier , the doctor and staff who did his procedure did an amazing job! This will now be his primary vet care location!!!! A+++++ would recommend!

Very upfront and clear about cost, friendly employees, clean facility, etc. They even held our anxious boy after his dental procedure to make him feel comfortable. Couldn't be a happier pet owner! Experiencia fantástica: The amount of love and support we got from the staff here has been impeccable. They checked on our Delilah after each time we had to bring her in. She unfortunately left us and crossed the rainbow bridge a few days later. They sent a card but what really made my heart full was the note from the veterinarian Dr Klein who had been personally calling to check in on her. I will always bring my pets here for the love they receive just walking in the door. Thank you staff of Lovet, you made my experience a lot less painful.

Everyone was so kind and thoughtful, and they even messaged the next day to check on my little dog. 10/10 would recommend! Update********** I cannot tell you how incredibly kind and thoughtful the entire staff was to me and to my sweet baby in her last hours. Sadly, to avoid continuing with severe back pain, I had to let her go. They offered me kind words, space and time to grieve, along with thoughtful solutions for making final arrangements. When picking her up for the last time, they treated her remains and the situation with a gentle reverence that made my aching heart smile. Thanks again for taking care of us.

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Glicksman Is the best vet we have ever had. Our dog is rather difficult and she is always compassionate and understanding. She is warm and loving and simply the best. We recommend everyone we can to her. EDIT: Our dog passed away a week ago and I have never felt more love and compassion from a vet practice in my life. Dr. Glicksman truly is an angel and all of the staff was and is so so amazing. The day after our dog crossed the rainbow bridge Roadrunner had flowers delivered to our home. Then, they sent us two cards with all of their kind words. Not only did one have a hand drawn photo of our dog but the other had a stamp of his nose. All of these things mean so much to us and we are so GRATEFUL for the love this vet practice has given us in our time of immense grief. Thank you so much for loving Biggie as much as we did ♥️

Experiencia negativa: This location sees farm pets. Unfortunately, they do not have the ability to provide medication for said pets in a timely manner. Baby goats can die very quickly of pneumonia, so quick treatment is essential. I was given misinformation on how to obtain meds for my pet and ended up googling, calling, and securing meds through an online source. Staff sure loved taking pics with my baby goat but was then rude when I attempted to get someone to approve the online order of the antibiotic my pet needed [only way to get it]. The antibiotic prescribed did nothing for my pet, and she ended up having to see another vet to be treated effectively. A supervisor (Justin) called and I was hopeful there would be some sort of understanding, due to his kind demeanor, and then I spoke to the Office Manager who dashed that hope and clearly just wanted me off the phone. It is very frustrating that they had me drive an hour to them, had no qualms about charging me for a visit they knew would need antibiotics because I told them so [knowing they couldnt get me any], and then had the gall to inform me they would get to the online prescription request later because they were busy. If patient care is the center of what you do....then there is NO reason for that type of response OR delay in care. Your patient should matter even after you get paid. ***I have pets that are seen at other locations and have never encountered this type of issue. Quite the opposite. *** Follow Up: Clearly, the business response below is automated. No one called me or sent me a message. I just had to unsubscribe from emails soliciting me to buy meds from them.. I have no idea how I ended up on their marketing list to begin with, as I understood my information to be used for business purposes only [specific to my pet] .

I even received a hand written card in the mail after all of the unfortunate events from the vet that was with us, and the staff. They have earned a client for life. Experiencia fantástica: After being involved in the Dog Grooming field for approximately 37yrs., being an ex- Veterinary Technician and being 2 yrs. away from actually being able to be a Veterinarian, I have NEVER been more IMPRESSED in all of my life with the Professionalism, Extreme Critical Care, Urgency and Compassionate Treatment than what my Baby “ROO” and I received at LOVET - ROADRUNNER ANIMAL HOSPITAL. This staff is absolutely outstanding. The care they gave to my tiny baby was unreal. They never gave up trying to save her precious life. She was so sick and as long as she would fight, we ALL fought valiantly with her. We became like a FAMILY…..fighting, praying and loving her. She wasn’t just a dog, she became part of everyone’s heart and soul, just like she was to me. I want to give a special thank you to Dr. Elizabeth Glickman for coming in on her days off to take care of her. For going the extra distance with us and never giving up , until we absolutely had to. For being there for me when I completely broke down, and crying with me when she died. Dr. Glickman was truly sent from the HEAVENS above to do this type of work, because to her it is NOT a job. It is just what she does. I will forever in the future refer this HOSPITAL to everyone I know, ALL of my clients and anyone I meet. Although this experience of losing “ROO” has been extremely traumatic and painful. This Staff has been incredibly empathetic and ready to console the entire time. They have reached out to me a number of times and have made themselves available just to talk through the loss of her and the pain. “ROO” and I couldn’t have ask for better. I want to thank you for allowing me the privilege of giving my Baby Girl the best care and love she could possibly get for her last few days. I appreciate you all more than you will ever know. You definitely will see me again. Hopefully, the circumstances will be better, but even if they are not…….my “ KIDS” are Fighters with HUGE HEARTS and they don’t want to give up……BIG LOVE TO YOU ALL and again, THANK YOU ♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️

Experiencia fantástica: I brought Whiskey to Roadrunner Animal Hospital for his vaccinations and a check up. Having gone there for close to 18 years with my previous dogs, they did a great job, and I expected nothing different. Although the doctors and staff have changed in that time frame, their services remain “top dog.” After Whiskey’s vet appointment, he was groomed by Bonnie. She always does a great job and seems to love all the animals she interacts with.

Experiencia negativa: The biggest problem we have today is people wanting to do their jobs. This vet clinic is struggling to say the least about it. We used the vet for years and had wonderful results. However, after the new buy out they do not have the same stance on pet care. First off we have had several bad experiences with the staff not the doctors. But since the new buyout the vet clinic is not the same and most likely will never be customer and pet oriented again. When someone owns a vet clinic they take pride in it and make sure they are providing the all around best care they can provide. Not anymore. Lovet is a money pit now. They are facing several issues. They are so disorganized that they can't get new people to work there. There under staffed and over worked. They are not going to give you their best just the best they have in them at the time and it is spotty at best. These big corporations keep buying all these smaller practices and running their reputation and standards of care. If you have an appointment then you have a appointment and if the doctor really cares about you then they would not try and bump you off the docet and not place you back on the schedule for days after. There must be people who are more important then others. Because you can lose your appointment time and be told they can get you in for weeks there after. Do not trust the online appointment setting because they will make up an excuse saying they were accidentally over booked. There was no accident they over book on purpose and if they cared about you they would keep your appointment. Just like many of you when the work day is over but the task at hand is not finished then the work day is not over. Not here if the appointments have run long then they bump the end of day appointments. You would think that you would be next up for priority because you were supposed to be seen but you get pushed to back of the line and have to reschedule based on there availability. I was already on the schedule but now I am not! I wish there was a way to only deal with the vets and cut the office staff out of it, but that's not the way it works. You have to deal with the front staff before you can see a vet or a vet tech. The front staff is running this clinic and Noone can do anything about it because it is a corporation now. We just need to stay away so that they go out of business and a small vet clinic come back into play. Your pets health should not be dictated by minimum wage employees who could care less about your pet.

Experiencia fantástica: They are simply magical I was a reck taking my dog there because she’s a lot to handle and she is very temperamental and very agile around anybody that’s not our family on top of that, it’s kind of gotten worse with her age but everybody that worked there, including the Doctor that worked on her knew exactly what had to be done and executed it with perfection. They made her feel safe and comfortable when they brought her back into the room without her muzzle I was utterly shocked. She was happy and even wagging her tail last time we took her anywhere she wouldn’t look at us for weeks But when we took her here, she was a whole brand new puppy give them a shot. They will be my lifelong vet.

Experiencia fantástica: We’ve been taking all of our pets here for about a year and a half now. Ever since we moved here from out of state. The location off 75th and Cactus has been nothing short of incredible to us. All the techs (especially Dakota) are wonderful. I never feel rushed, they let me ask all my questions no matter how silly, and they treat my pets like their own. We’ve seen multiple veterinarians from this location and they all went above my expectations. The receptions are also very nice and help me find appointments in my tight schedule and they are always willing to work with us on payments. I can’t recommend this place enough.

Experiencia fantástica: I have been taking my Duck Retreiver to Audrey their groomer for years. Sadly Lovet at Madison Animal hospital discontinued their grooming services which was unfortunate and a huge mistake I feel. The groomers are that awesome and brought alot of $$$ to them....oh well. I travel from North Central Phoenix because she is that awesome! My dog has a spinal injury and Audrey is so sweet and gentle with her. She just adores my Mads and I never worry that she will not take the best care of her. Besides she is so.beautiful with Audrey's magic. Audrey is not just a groomer to me. She is someone that truly develops a relationship with her clients and their pets. I truly consider her a friend. I am so blessed to have found her!

Experiencia fantástica: My cat (Mia) had an emergency that needed immediate attention. I had called the Roadrunner office to see if I could bring her in. The receptionist checked with a vet and informed me that my cat could be seen if I brought her in ASAP. Mia was seen promptly by Dr. Riley and a vet tech. I really wish I could remember the vet tech's name, because he was so attentive once the Dr. completed the emergency exam of Mia. Both the doctor and the tech showed great care, and genuine concern for Mia's health. A medical treatment plan was drafted by Dr. Riley and explained to me by the vet tech. All of my questions and concerns were answered. Attention to detail was a priority the entire visit. I truly appreciate all of the staff that worked together to make this a less stressful visit for Mia. They were all very wonderful. I will recommend them to anyone looking for vet services. Mia has been doing very well thanks to the vet staff here.

Experiencia negativa: We had a 750am appointment to drop off my puppy for a post surgery check up and x-ray. We tried multiple times to contact the office in the week prior to the appointment to discuss the amount for the visit (wanted to be prepared for the charges prior to arrival to the office). Finally got through late last night and they advise that the bill would be $750ish. (mind you we have already committed to over $5k in bills from the clinic for surgery and we were not given any info on the cost associated with the post surgical appointment right after the surgery was complete and we were setting this appointment). This morning I arrived around 730am ( a full 20 min early). At around 8 am, the tech at the desk put us in a room and told us the doctor will be with us shortly. At 835 I went to the front desk to check on the timeline for the doctor to arrive, as my wife an I have to get to work etc...The receptionist did not even check us in at all, she just did not do the most basic of tasks and main task for her position..so the doctor had no clue we were waiting. After the tech / doc (not entirely sure) got to the room we were advised that the bill for today would now be $578.00. I requested an itemized list of all charged and a breakdown of all costs involved. They printed off an appointment screenshot with the total, not itemized at all. I then asked why it was impossible to communicate with them, (no prudent reason provided) I then asked for compensation for my wasted time by the front desk staff, as we have work and obligations we missed due to this appointment running late because their staff failed to check us in or do her job. The supervisor advised us that he would consult with the medical director to see if there was anything they could do to compensate for our time and that he was able to remove the office visit fee of $64.00, but no more, unless directed by medical director. We told the staff that we will reschedule and wait for a call from the medical director to see if they would be compensating us by reducing the bill to a reasonable amount. I refused to leave my dog in the care of the facility that cannot track patrons arriving, and a new appointment was set. The utter incompetence of this business, along with their exorbitant predatory financial charges to pet owners is disgusting and they cannot justify the charges if pressed. I understand that Lovpet is a franchise, and due to that, it restricts the franchisee from conducting business with some approach to common sense and compassion for the patients it serves (to include the owners of the pets). but there are steps to take inside each franchised businesses that can make the overall experience with the clinic staff and a little more tolerable, starting with understanding consumer rights, reverse the predatory financial policies, and some attentiveness to the customers that are fueling your paychecks. Any other business that was practicing like Lovet - Roadrunner, would have their business closed and charges filed against the ownership with the state. But again, the liability is removed at the level of the office because of the franchise, the owners of the company, and the individual LLC's that cover the capitol investment firms that own Lovet. Just in case anyone wants to know who really owns this business...Lovet Pet Health Care, which rebranded from AZPetVet, is owned by The Aspen Group (TAG), a healthcare support organization that also owns Aspen Dental, ClearChoice Dental Implant Centers, WellNow Urgent Care, and Chapter Aesthetic Studio. TAG is owned by private equity firms Ares Management, L.P. (NYSE: ARES), Leonard Green & Partners, L.P and American Securities, LLC (google). Do better, Be better. After a call from the medical director, we were advised that the puppy did not even require a visit today. THIS IS GRIFTING!!!! first it wat $750ish, then it was $580., and now it was all not even required to bring the animal in. THE MEDICAL DIRECTOR ADMITTED TO GRIFTING PATIENTS FOR FINANCIAL GAIN! Choose your vet carefully!

Experiencia negativa: I have been taking my pets to Roadrunner animal hospital for well over 20 years. I'm on my 5th dog with them, but no more. Since Dr Livermore left and the practice was sold it has gone straight down the toilet. They got greedy and lazy. They will charge you $180 for a heartworm shot but when you have a real emergancy, like an attack at the dog park and our dog is bleeding profusely they refer you to the emergancy vet. I used to see other medical emergencies come in to the Roadrunner animal hospital and be treated. I find it sad that the care of sick and injured animals comes secondary to ease and profit margin. I will find a vet who can be there when I need them and not just when it's convenient.

Experiencia negativa: This place is an absolute scam. We took our puppy in here for an ear infection and paid $178. They put some stuff in his ears and a week later he still has the same symptoms. We come back in again and they want to charge us over $300 and say that we need more antibiotics and more treatment. This dog has never had an ear infection and it shouldn't cost $500 to treat a simple ear infection. They're either incompetent or dishonest and neither is okay.

Experiencia fantástica: I had a glowing review here for the "Roadrunner" clinic some years ago. Then they switched to AZPetVet and I had to seriously think of switching to a non AZPetVet clinic because prices dramatically rose, no more zero interest on time payments, and pushing for additional appointments that were unnecessary. It made me feel I will no longer be able to have a pet and care for it properly. And the cheapest pet insurance is $50 a MONTH and you dont really get much for it. So a $600 annual charge in case your pet needs care? C'mon. More details but not relevant to my review. Was going to amend my stars to 1 star because of this money grubbing company. Then they switched to Lovet Health Care and my dog needed seen so went back to "Roadrunner". My vet is Dr. Strautman and my initial glowing review of her remains same. She's the best. Very detailed. Excellent, intelligent care. Thank you, Dr. S.! I also noticed my bill seemed a little lower in cost. The vibe I got there was calmer, less stressful, than before. So 4 stars for Dr. S. and my great visit yesterday with the new company. Withholding 1 star because I will need to see with new company if they're really better. I am cautiously optimistic!

Experiencia positiva: The staff were wonderful and helpful. I got an appointment right away which was great! Although I ended up paying $800 for my kitten to be neutered. My fault that I waited and needed it done right away, but $800‽

Experiencia fantástica: Love pet healthcare was a lifesaver for us when my midnight got sick. I wasn't sure where to go but I'm glad I went to them because they all helped and they were able to put me on a payment plan. She is doing very well now. I would recommend them for your pet's health they are very good at what they do and very patient and explain things for you to understand, thank you love Pet.... Sincerely Susan...

Experiencia fantástica: Our little guy Chuck Norris has a prolonged reaction to his vaccination that has become very worrisome. We took him in and they had a room ready for us just in case he was contagious and I was so pleased with how cautious they were and didn't keep us out sitting in the waiting room. They were very gentle and thurough in their examination and listened to all of our concerns. We are very pleased with the care Chuck received at Lovet Pet Health Care.

Experiencia fantástica: I've been taking my pets here since I was a kid(previously across the street) they are always professional and care about your pets. Like every vet clinic, they can be pricey but they do have a payment option, unfortunately, it's not an in-house payment plan so have to apply for a type of CC but that's beside the point, I have always and will always choose Roadrunner when my pets are in need.

Experiencia fantástica: Unfortunately my family’s first time visiting this location was to put down our dog. In a completely devastating situation the staff remained professional and compassionate. Two things that are super important given the situation. From that experience alone I would recommend this location.

Experiencia fantástica: I’ve brought my pets here for many years, Peanut here has been the most challenging with health but with the support of the doctors and techs he’s truly thriving. He is a very shy and anxious boy but I can tell he really likes everyone he interacts with here and everyone is very gentle and sweet with him. Thank you to everyone who is handling his health journey. The changes I see in him are amazing, he has become a happier boy as he’s regaining health.

Experiencia fantástica: I would like to thank Dr. Jose and his staff for taking care of our staffy 2nd ACL surgery. These guys are great, I can honestly say this facility and there their staff are one of the best veterinary services in Arizona. Mercy's recovery time was a lot faster this time around. Thanks again for fixing our baby.
