Experiencia negativa: Took cat in for swollen outside cheek in December. Cat healed from abcess being lanced. Then had problems in her ear then moved to eye. After a month time with never seeing the same vet. They didn't answer when I would send email or text pictures. They are hard to get in to without an appointment but told me I could drop by. They are not a hospital so shouldn't be in title. After sending update picture and not hearing back I finally called, had to leave a message at mid afternoon didn't get a call back until 2 hours later to say I need to go to an emergency vet. Cats eye was bulging. Urgent care explained it was likely cancer and didn't know if she was well enough to make it through surgery. Had cat put down & your office later concurred it was probably cancer behind her eye as no elevated bacteria showed up in culture. Felt her critical condition warranted more timely care. Can not return with my other cat.

She made the experience of me sadly having to have my poor cat put down Less painful. It’s very hard to find veterinarians and doctors that truly truly care about their patients. She showed this in the care that she gave to my Annie in her last day. The office staff at the front desk and the assistance are just absolutely wonderful. They’re so happy to be there and do their jobs. Their customer service is top notch. Thank you again for your care to my Annie and being so upfront with me

Experiencia fantástica: Excellent Care for our little Honeybee. She was spayed and also needed a few baby teeth removed. We met with Dr. Laural Casler in the morning. She went through the process of the procedure and answered all our questions. We received a update just before Honeybee went into surgery, and received a call after from the Dr. telling us how Honeybee did during surgery and when we could come pick her up. Communication is Fantastic! ALL the staff are wonderful, caring and informative. I highly recommend Lovet if you need care for your fur Babies. ♥️

They called me a few days later with her test results and they even emailed me the results. There was no pressure, and they offer in house payment plans, which I did not need, but was glad to know that was an option incase my cats care required more. Friendly staff. It was a good experience. I will go here again in the future.

Maecee Grey has been going to them since I got her when she was 3 months old (my third rescue) . The moment you walk into the door you're greeted with a smile and a kind face with a voice of concern and helplessness. Maecee Grey, loves Dr. Hummel and Dr. Johnson and the Staff just happens to be the very best of the best. After your pets procedure you can rest assured that someone from the Hospital will check on your pets condition and the day after they do the same. They've been a rock for me because I'm a worry wart but, they have managed to keep me from going crazy and I love them all for their comfort, concern and caring about your pet and the owner. If I was able to I would have loved to give them as many stars as there are in the sky !!!

Experiencia negativa: My dog Cleo has been a patient at Westbrook Animal Hospital since the day I got her. She was a patient for 12 years. When Dr Hummel was there it was a top notch veterinary clinic. Unfortunately when he retired and sold the practice it went downhill. It seems like a franchise now and the employees do not seem to care the way Dr. Hummel did. My dog is ill and needs to be looked at but they cannot see her until Monday. She is a very small dog and Im concerned that she could get dehydrated very quickly. Unfortunately, they cannot find 15 minutes to take a look at her. When she was injured a few years ago I just brought her in to see Dr. Hummel and he took really good care of her. He stayed late to do a surgery to fix her dislocated shoulder. He was the best vet you could imagine. He so obviously loved the animals that he took care of. When she was injured I took her to an urgent care vet, who cost me 1100 dollars and they didn't do anything that helped my little one. As of now I am looking for a new doctor for my sweet little girl and if you know of a good and decent vet please post it here. If you haven't been here before, think about how you want your pet to be treated. I'm sure there are many much better places.

Experiencia negativa: If I could give this location negative stars I would. My family and I are absolutely devastated. We took our two 4 month old kittens in to be vaccinated and get an ear check. The vet and vet tech were both very nice. One kitten was brought out back for her vaccines. Hours after coming home she was limping. I figured it was the vaccines, she got two booster and the rabies vaccine. Within 48 hours she was completely paralyzed from the neck down and we found her laying in a pool or her own urine. I called this location, concerned that this was a reaction to the vaccines. I was told to bring her into an emergency vet clinic. Within 2 hours the vet at the clinic told us that recovery was slim to none and that euthanasia was the humane way to let her go. As the day went on she became more and more unresponsive, just laying there unable to move. Before going to Lovet she was a vibrant, active, agile, kitten. Loved to play and have treats. Loved to play and cuddle with her brother and now she's dead! My family and I are absolutely lost and don't understand what happened. The vet at the ER asked if she had a recent injury. We said no, and now all I can think is that she was mishandled while getting the vaccines, or the vaccines were given improperly. We just want answers, this whole experience was so traumatizing for us all, especially my 15 year old daughter.

Experiencia positiva: Very nice people and good vets. The one downfall is that they are very expensive but you get what you pay for. I've been taking my daughter there for a long time and I'm satisfied. I would say the best part is that they send a reminder just before your appointment and I've never had a problem with them answering the phone. Sometimes there's an emergency and they'll ask if you can hold but they're usually pretty attentive.

Experiencia negativa: We started at Westbrook Animal Hospital before it changed to Lovet. Always had excellent care for our mini Aussie Doodle. When I made this most recent appointment, all the doctors we had seen in the past were no longer there and we were told they only had one veterinarian on staff and that she was leaving in December. I don’t know what’s going on at the clinic but it concerns me that all the vets are leaving. Kind of concerning.

Experiencia negativa: Well, after 850.00 bill I have no answers, my dog is still in pain. I can’t get a call back for medication refills after 3 calls between here and the arrow location. If anyone knows of a better place please let me know! I really miss how it was before Lovet took over. They even wanted money to run my credit! Cruel really. I’ve paid off a surgery before… and the prices have totally changed.

Experiencia fantástica: Lovet Pet Health Care Westbrook is AMAZING. A COMPLETE breath of fresh air. My family and I had been bringing our pets to my previous vet since the mid 1980s and they were wonderful. Then about early 2010s something happened and it just kept getting worse and worse until the last straw broke around 2021-ish. I was desperate and westbrook took me in as a new patient immediately...they helped my baby (10 yr old blue nose pitbull) get better from her allergies and kept her better. The previous vet had me going once every 3 months. Westbrook got it down to twice a year. I was scared to go somewhere you didnt have 1 single dr. But they proved that was not an issue, every dr I had/have was/is amazing, kind to my dog, very personable, the front office staff is AMAZING, when I was running late from traffic once and called, they said that was fine and to just bring my baby in... when the last place would have canceled the appointment LITERALLY if you walked in 30 seconds late and I am not exaggerating. I experienced that exact scenario. Not only all of this but if your bill is over 400 they allow payment plans. I could not be happier with this veterinary hospital and I HIGHLY recommend them.

Experiencia negativa: The only reason why I even gave one star is because that's the only way to rate or review these guys otherwise they would get zero. It started out when we first went to Westbrook before they turned into Lovet ,the people there were wonderful. They had techs that were kind and we really liked taking our dog there. But then when Lovet took over we didn't see the young and kind techs there anymore. But now there's an older woman that is extremely nasty and angry and Lovet is all about making money and not caring about your pet. You can't even get a toe clipping unless you do an exam .Absolutely horrid the way they started treating people and the animals. I called Lovet ahead of time and they agreed to give me the pill for the dog for the heartworm so when the dog was brought in by my boyfriend they shot my dog up with a shot without my approval and they were not nice about it. Horrible don't go here people there's too many other places to go. Lovet loves your money not your pet.

If I could give them 200 stars I would, our family has used this vet for years and recently had to bring a family member's pet in for an emergency service. Every single person from the front desk to the vet handles the situation in a way that they would want their own pet and people to be treated. Absolutely love the staff here, and the new staff fits in perfectly with the cohesive dynamic. Everyone is so wonderful and I can't say enough good things, when it comes to cost, they are extremely fair and reasonable and don't try to push services that are unnecessary.

Experiencia negativa: Doctor barely spent any time in room with me and my dog. Gave 2 options for my dog's issue and then left. Never to be seen again. Vet assistant found out they were out of one option. She couldn't answer my questions. Had to go and keep asking someone. The straw that finally got me was she was going to charge me for showing me how to do the procedure at home on my dog. If they would have had the other option...it was done there in office. I wanted them to do it there. Was there almost an hour and left frustrated.

Now (as Lovet) between the seemingly non-stop staff changes and the care quality decline we can't even get a nail trim done correctly. I guess we'll be looking for a new vet.

Clearly felt I was taken advantage of because my other vet was not open on a Saturday. Got two other quotes from two independent vets and because this is a chain store this is why they charge so much. Got nothing in return but a snarky response from the manager and the doctor was very passive aggressive as well. Because they were not thorough after an unblocking of my cat and an x-ray was not performed after the unblocking I had to take my cat back in and get it checked out by my regular vet who found Stones right away. Don't piss on me and tell me it's raining! Clearly had you done the X-ray and not just an ultrasound after an unblocking a second surgery could have been prevented. Clearly you did not because two days later I had to bring him back and express his bladder. I will be contacting the vet board. The overcharging is predatory at best! The lying saying certain things were performed when they were clearly missed is unethical. But hey if you have thousands just to throw away just come here. Could have saved myself almost $3,000 going somewhere else! Your fee schedule that you so rudely said to me is beyond unfair and utterly expensive. Other than that the vet tech was very nice to my cat. You would think with the double amount of money I had to pay here versus everywhere else they would have got the job done the first time and now an unnecessary surgery had to be performed! Now my poor cat is suffering mentally and physically. And also after a serious procedure why was not my cat not offered a cone on his head and if they didn't offer to give me one why didn't they suggest I get one so he wouldn't lick the incision area and get it infected!!! Never in my life have I been to a vet where they didn't offer an e-collar after a procedure! Run don't walk here! Greedy corporate chain and rip off prices! Update: Refilled medication at my regular vet today. Same mg/ml, and was of course charged $50 more for the one at Lovet! Not only are you price gouging on your services performed your price gouging on the medications as well which is totally unethical! Shame on you!!

Experiencia fantástica: We recently lost our sweet Aussie. We had seen Dr Ullman who took blood to see if anything was up. Our girl didn’t make it through the night. Blood work showed cancer was in her spleen, liver and was very fast spreading. We are thankful she went fast. The staff was wonderful when my husband took her in for cremation. Dr Ullman talked with him and sent me a text voicing her condolences. Very pleased with the staff every time I took her in.

They diagnosed and scheduled the surgery immediately. The cost ended up less than the initial estimate, which was honest and kind. I had to return for a followup when one of the stitches were torn out post op. Dr. COHEN repaired with staples and the surgery scar has healed without issue. Thank you very much Lovet for your hard work on Betty! We are very thankful we found you!

Experiencia fantástica: If it wasn't for Lovet and their payment plan my wonderful dog wouldn't have been able to get a surgery he needed after getting hit by a car. They took us in immediately and took care of us like family. They offered really good payment plans that I wasn't offered at other places. Peewee is now home and resting (currently 6 days post op) and his personality is coming back!

Experiencia negativa: This office has changed drastically! They want to overcharge for various testing, I didn’t learn anything new about what was going on with my dog and charged $75 for an exam, not solution oriented and when I complained about the service they made up all kinds of things that never were discussed in the appointment including allegations. I would not recommend anyone to go there. Thankfully I was referred to another vet by a friend who has an extremely ethical practice and actually cares about my dog’s health not just charging various fees.

Experiencia fantástica: Everyone in the office is very friendly and caring. The doctors always give you the time needed to answer quetions and address concerns. A visit is always followed up the next day with a call to see how my pet is doing. I recently informed the office that we had had to euthanize our 17 year old miniature dachshund. Dr. Stewart gave me a personal phone call to express her condolences and I received a card with a handwritten note from the each of the staff members. It was very touching and showed that they really care.

Experiencia negativa: LOVE Dr. Cohen! But the pricing is outrageous! Dental cleaning and two extractions=Over 3000!!!! Sad to leave, but have to find a vet facility that cares more about the animal and people, than filling their pockets.

We had a conversation directly with the Dr. (Veterinarian) concerning the reason for our visit and received from that a very detailed explanation of our puppy's problem and several options for care... A wonderful experience all the way around!

Experiencia fantástica: After 5 vets including OSU Vet school tried to kill my Roscoe and an insane coward idiot at the Oklahoma State Vet board mouthing off saying " Your Dog is to old anyway he's 13 years old?? I left Oklahoma City and brought Roscoe (The miracle Dog) to this group of veterinarians after a desperate search on Google while in Prescott last July. Roscoe and I were treated very good this time and proper explanation and testing were done. I opted for a surgery to remove Roscoe's spleen with a tumor. I was also given their fantastic plan that allowed me to put 25% t down and make interest free payments. Roscoe had a successful surgery and recovered well at a hotel for 3 weeks at which time the test came back that he was Benign!!!(Another miracle). (Continued)
