Experiencia negativa: Took my Itzy here to get her nails trimmed. She figits a lot but does not bite just will pull when you touch her paw. This is the second time they have trimmed her nails. She had this experience last time. It breaks my heart she is now limping again. I will do them myself from now on. When the technian brought her back to me she said " we cut them fast ". They can do the vaccines but that's it. I feel like they push labs and certain vaccines that are not always necessary. Now this morning a bruise has manifested on the upper joint of the left leg. We entrust our pets to vet healthcare workers just as in nursing family entrust their love one to the care taker .

Experiencia negativa: Since this location changed to Lovet, and it’s just not the same anymore. Not sure why they took over but the care seems friendly but transactional and less personable. Starting to lose trust in the care when they push a monthly plan and also pushing more follow ups than necessary. Also, always trust if your animal suddenly responds differently. My dog LOVES the vet (he just loves people) and for the first time since the change he seemed spooked for some reason. I’ll unfortunately will make the sad decision to start looking elsewhere because something just seems off, I really loved white tanks before the switch. Thank you for those who cared for my babies before ❤️

I can’t say enough good things about the team there—they have been absolutely fantastic with my dogs. ​Why I Trust Them: ​Life-Changing Diagnosis: They were the ones who finally figured out my dog had Cushing’s disease. Since getting him on the right meds, he is doing fantastic and is like a whole new dog. ​Expert Surgery: They also handled a ligament surgery for him and did a fantastic job. I always have peace of mind after each visit knowing that everything is well explained and that I can always contact them with concerns and not feel like a burden. I appreciate them so much!

Experiencia fantástica: I cannot recommend this veterinary clinic enough. From the moment I walked in, the staff was incredibly friendly and took the time to truly listen to my concerns. They were so gentle and caring with my cat, which put both of us at ease immediately. I especially appreciated how they explained every part of the process step-by-step, ensuring I was fully informed about my cat's care. To my surprise, they even followed up with a phone call the next day just to check in and see how my cat was doing. That level of patient care is rare and deeply appreciated. The only downside is that the location is a bit of a hidden gem—it’s tucked away and hard to spot unless you live right nearby. I’d love to see them invest in more advertisement or better signage because more pet owners should know about this amazing team!

Experiencia fantástica: I cannot praise this Vet clinic high enough, it is one of the most professional businesses I have dealt h with in many years. Caring, compassionate staff, clean office and treatment facilities, and excellent Doctors and Vet Techs. Dr. Kaul performed a very difficult surgery on my four month kitten two weeks ago and literally saved his life. It is five stars plus, plus!!!

Experiencia fantástica: Today we took our second cat to Lovet. On both visits we found the vet to be extremely gentle and knowledgeable about cats. She was gentle and calming to our 12 year old Smokey who is usually very stressed around strangers. It is unfortunate that he has to be euthanized, but we have taken him home with some pain meds to have a few more days with him. The vet was as gentle with us as she was with him. She gave us options and we had to make a difficult decision. I highly recommend Levet Pet Health Care for your pets!

Due to our Doberman's, Major's, poor quality of life and cognitive decline, we made the incredibly difficult decision to end our beloved Major's suffering. Dr. Riley and her staff were warm, informative, and exceptionally supportive. White Tanks helped make our experience as comfortable as possible. Dr. Riley and her team also provided great communication throughout the entire process. We will always be grateful for their empathy. Xia was also very understanding and professional during the process. We will always remember how they made us feel, and we smile when we think of their grace.

Experiencia negativa: I took my pets here 3 or 4 years ago when I lived in Surprise. Bailey, Pepper, Marley and Annie, for reference. I have since moved out of state. We stopped taking our pets here and switched to VCA in El Mirage. Here is why. I felt as though customer service was lacking. Often follow up calls weren't made and I would have to call for follow up. I do understand how busy as it can get, but there was a lack of care and compassion towards me and my pets. All In all, I switched! My elderly in-laws' dog, Maggie, was misdiagnosed at White Tanks, leading to unnecessary suffering. They diagnosed her with a "soft tissue injury" sent her home with pain meds and told "not to let her jump on furniture ".....According to my inlaws they spent a couple of thousand dollars to get this run around. After a month of my in laws at their wits end because Maggie was getting worse, I told them to go to my old vet, VCA where they quickly diagnosed Valley Fever and a spinal mass! This is unacceptable that I paid another 1,000 to have another vet do that White Tanks didn't. Please, look at Maggie's file, White Tanks. Someone let something slip by. I don't want another animal to be misdiagnosed due to malpractice. NOTE: Valley Fever is EXTREMELY common in Arizona. I want to know how a vet, in Arizona, can over look a Valley Fever Diagnosis!!!

Experiencia negativa: DON'T TAKE YOUR PETS HERE! After adopting a new puppy I took her here for her shots. The first appointment went fine and we scheduled to come back 3 weeks later for her booster shots. I informed them we wanted to be present when they administered the shots and the lady at the desk asked me to wait. After a while in the back she came back out and attempted to take my dog from me. I said no I wanted to remain with her. The woman then became very snippy and rude asking why I didn't want to allow her to take my dog and said I don't have the right kind of appointment to stay with my dog. I've never in my life had someone so adamantly want to hide what they are doing to my pet. I told her that was extremely shady and I wouldn't be allowing her to take my dog. I asked why can't we be placed in the room as we had with the first appointment. She said "don't worry she will see the doctor it will just be behind closed doors" she said " this appointment wasn't the kind where I could stay with my dog that it was a tech appointment but she would still see a vet."I asked to change it to one where im in the room as I have watched them place multiple people in rooms since I arrived. She refused so I took my puppy and left. On my way home they texted me and attempted to scare and intimidate me into returning saying "if she doesn't get her shots today "she will get a disease or infection " when I told them I wouldn't be threated or intimidated they began texting me complete lies like the following "expressed your concern about not being present with Amora after we explained our policy to you, we offered you our next appointment which was approximately 45 minutes after your original appointment time. You refused and left with Amora, which is why we sent a quick message advising you that Amora is not fully protected. If you would like to bring Amora back for a vaccine appointment with the doctor, we have some availability this week. Please be advised that as of 7/1/2025, we will be rolling out a price increase, so whatever services you agree to will be charged at our new price. If you have further questions, concerns, please feel free to give us a call." Don't trust them with your pet and don't allow them to overcharge you with their "new prices". I will be reporting them to the state veterinary board as I truly believe they won't allow you to see what they do to your pets for a reason.

Experiencia negativa: If I could leave less then one star I would. This place killed my perfectly healthy 5.5 year old cat, who was not only my cat but my best lil buddy. We went in to get him checked for valley fever bc he had a small limp, they administered a very strong pain pill even after I told them he was not in pain. After the pain pill was administered and we went home he wouldn’t eat or drink anything, I called to let them know and they told me to come back and they would give me a food stimulant and offered my MORE PAIN PILLS which I declined. Day 3 of him not eating or drinking I took him to urgent care where it was discovered that he was in renal failure due to the onsior pill they gave him at their clinic. He passed away due to this. His kidneys were perfect. He had lab work done the same day they gave him that pill. And three days later he was in kidney failure. Don’t take your pets there. I lost mine due to their negligence.

It’s been roughly 6 weeks since the day of injury and the paw pad is almost completely healed! I can’t say enough how good of an experience we had coming here. As an anxious pet parent, I want to give a huge thank you to all of the staff who were so patient and always willing to help. Unfortunately, we had to make the difficult decision to lay Lord Vader to rest recently but he knew how beloved he was with the staff at Lovet White Tanks. Experiencia negativa: I was excited when "White Tanks" was able to finally get my dog in for an appointment for an infected ear. The first visit was good and unfortunately I didn't take an aggressive enough option they provided. Then LOVET took over. I went back in for the ear infection, I went with a more aggressive treatment option to get the ear irrigated and even the other ear. The vet(didn't seem confident or experienced) decided to do the less critical ear first and my dog did not like it. Then without asking decided to not cause my dog more anxiety and not do the more critical infection, because my dogs emotional state is more important than the physical discomfort. $400 dollars later they tell me they want me to come back after taking a bunch of drugs and ointments to do it for another $200-300. Now I'm looking for a real vet not involved with that will actually take care of the issues. It too bad, they heard such great things about white tanks, now it's a money grab place that doesn't produce results.

Experiencia fantástica: This was our first time into this clinic with our 5 year old little girl. I have to say that I was blown away by our experience! From the minute we walked in to the time that we left, we had nothing but the best experience. The front office greeted us with bright smiles and quickly took us back into an exam room. The doctor we saw (I am so bummed I cannot recall her name) was gentle, knowledgeable, and reassuring. She listened to our concerns and explained in great detail her thoughts and treatment options. Our dog is not fond of men which we informed them, but when they came back, they giggled that she actually loved the male techs and even went as far as to only sit on their feet during the examination. It was so heartwarming to know she was comfortable with everyone she encountered there! Also, it was the quickest visit I've ever had at a veterinary office and I highly suggest you consider this office to care for your little loved ones. If I could give them more than 5 stars I absolutely would!

Or I'll be getting a New Veterinarian office. Fast.... Fast Foward...... I came back. Foolish Me. $167.00 later I remembered how we felt before. I'll Never Return Again !!! They Tried to Charge me $2,200.00 to remove a very small benign mass on my kritters butt. The Vet our friend recommended charge $700.00 to remove it and Clean his teeth. That's literally 4 times more to remove the mass. If you feel like paying Tariffs go to these Guys. If You don't like Your Money Go Here. Be real Try someone else. Save your Money. Get Better Care For You Fur Baby. Peace

We appreciate the kind personnel at AZPetVet White Tanks Animal Hospital very much. Brownie is in good hands, both at home and those who take care of his health needs... Thank You very much.

We were treated with nothing but understanding , compassion and kindness from the team as we said our goodbyes to our furry friend. We unfortunately had to make the extremely hard decision to have our family dog behaviorally euthanized after an extremely unfortunate attack on my nephew . We called while we were still at the hospital , they got us in right away and assured us we were making the right choice with the safety of everyone around us in mind. She really was the best dog but unfortunately unpredictably reactive and on one of the most traumatic days of our lives , the team here showed us nothing but support. Although we had to say goodbye so soon, the team gave us all the time we needed to love on our baby one last time. Thank you all so much for being there for us, I will never forget the kindness and compassion we were shown from all of you.

Yes, veterinary care is pretty expensive, including here, but what isn't these days? We have always been treated very well and I feel my pets are lucky to have them! I refer them quite often to people too.

On a positive note, the procedure that was scheduled went well. The unexpected pressure and unneeded procedure following are the reasons I won’t return.

Experiencia negativa: I’m not sure why this place has such good reviews. I took my dog here for smelly urine and was worried because she has a history of bladder stones. They did an xray and a urine sample that they sent off to see if they could find a UTI. They charged me $700 for that. For them to be in the back with her for 10mins to do the X-ray and urine sample and actually examined her in the room with me for another 5mins. $700!!!! I called another vet after I left because I had a feeling it wasn’t right and they said that price is outrageous. Other than waiting on the results for my dog and getting the meds she may need because I already paid for the UTI screening, We won’t be back.

Experiencia fantástica: I got a new puppy, and he had picked up kennel cough from the shelter he came from. I called this place they got me in to see them. My older chihuahua is terrified of everything but they wanted her there as well so they could proactively treat her because the cough is very contagious. My nervous little chi actually liked this place. Legitimately a bunch of adorable smart ladies who love animals in puppy print scrubs and crocs baby talking your dogs while they treat them. Who wouldnt love them?! Both of my dogs did. Thanks for helping my family and not scaring the crap out of my chi who has a history of being abused before I adopted her. They were able to get me in the same day, do bloodwork, give her medication and fluids all in one day. They called me the next day to go over the labs. Dr.Rivera is so kind and I felt like she really listened to my concerns and cared about maple. Maple left feeling better and they followed up to see how she was doing the next day. This place is really amazing and helped calm my stress about maples health and I left feeling calm and confident that maple was okay because they took great care of her. They were so kind and helpful from check in to check out! All the staff is so sweet and caring. Thanks white tank animal hospital!

I’ll never forget all that they do, especially for my Beau who has some ongoing medical issues. Dr Athavale and Foster are the BEST. Groomer Annalee is amazing with Beau. He’s usually really shy with new people but quickly warmed up to her. I will never forget how they accommodated me and Beau when I was in tears, driving from different ER vets who said they couldn’t do anything else for us even if Beau was still in so much pain. They put us in a room when we got there and squeezed us in their schedule, which I’ll say 99% of vet clinics won’t even consider if you just walk in like we did. I know it’s not an every time thing but it speaks volumes on how much they genuinely care about their furry clients.

Experiencia fantástica: I can’t thank you guys enough for taking care of our Nala girl! We called yesterday with some concerns of our baby and they were able to get us in same day as a new patient. The vet we saw and vet tech were so kind and loving. They took our concerns to heart and listened to every detail about what’s been going on. They obtained her records from the hospital promptly and thoroughly examined our dog in the back room. To our surprise, Nala needed surgery. They did not have availability, but the vet called around to other locations and got us in same day. They were very honest and helped assure us they have many different payment options we could utilize and gave us a rough estimate on how much the surgery could cost vs other places. Our vet was spot on! Our baby girl had surgery same day and was well taken care of and is now home resting. This office will now be our forever vets office. Experiencia fantástica: At a time when my cat was in distress, I was able to get an appointment quickly. Once at White Tanks, the staff had me in a room almost immediately. Doctor Rivera and her team were clear about how we would proceed, kept me informed along the way, and showed real compassion and care for my cat. There were new medications to purchase and I received a text from Dr. Rivera shortly after arriving home with information and links for the website and the specific meds needed. I have nothing but great things to say about White Tanks Animal Hospital!

Experiencia negativa: We had a two star experience when we had to euthanize our 10 year old (baby) dog due to cancer. This was such a traumatic time for us and although I know the clinic meant well but inexperience was evident during this process. The vet gave her the twilight meds and then sent in two vet techs come in and draw the IV which took over 20 minutes, several pokes and both arms. I was so stressed I couldn’t even speak. Then the tech struggled to get a terrible paw impression while she was still alive and medicated, other vets do this after they are gone. The print is barely on the mold and way off centered. We regret not going to our normal vet but this was the closest to our house and they had decent reviews. I hope they change their procedures going forward and no other pet parent has to have a last memory like ours.

They work to identify issues and an appropriate treatment plan. The hardest part of owning a pet is saying goodbye and for a second time in two years they have been so supportive and thoughtful. Experiencia fantástica: We had to put our dog down and I would say the White Tanks Animal Hospital was the best experience we could have had considering the circumstances. We had only taken our dog there once before, but they got us in quickly, were extremely kind and explained procedure and costs upfront. Very reasonable for above and beyond care from the moment we walked in the door. They put us in a quiet, clean room with a blanket for our dog to lay on. Barbara and the veterinarian were amazing. They took time to explain everything, pet her, gave her treats, and it never felt rushed. It was extremely peaceful. If you are in the unfortunate situation that you need to put your pet down, this is the place to go.

Experiencia fantástica: A big thank you to Kyle and Dr. Rivera for taking care of my precious fur baby. I took my chihuahua in for a clogged anal gland and they immediately took care of her to ease her pain and discomfort. I loved the fact that they were hands on since I got there, Dr. Rivera was so informative regarding my fur baby’s health issues and I was in and out of the clinic in 1 hr. Also, Kyle was absolutely amazing and went above and beyond to help me feel taken care of. Even my chihuahua, who is usually grumpy with strangers, was so calm and cooperative with Kyle. Thank you, I can’t recommend this clinic enough.

Experiencia negativa: Nothing like paying for vaccines for life, yet having a Veterinarian business that somehow cannot manage to update an animals vaccines in less than 3 months from when you call them. If they are incapable of accomplishing a vaccine (literally the easiest procedure that can be accomplished) in anything close to a timely manner (humans can get elective procedures done significantly faster) then why would you trust them with anything pet related. But they sure took my $99 happily. I absolutely recommend anywhere but this place. I live right beside the place. When they just told me three + months for an appointment there was 2 cars total in front of the place and they had been open over an hour. This tells me they are not looking for anything that people pre-paid for years ago, and they surely don't want your business unless you willing to spend thousands on a surgery. Absolutely ridiculous.

Experiencia fantástica: They not only care about your companions, they care about you, as well. The compassion they have shown with losing my sick furbaby recently as well as our other furbaby having a very rare unexpected health issue, has been so stressful, upsetting, and overwhelming to myself and my family. White Tanks staff went above and beyond to comfort us and help my best friend crossover to the Rainbow Bridge with dignity, compassion, empathy, and heartfelt love. This meant the world to us, especially to me since he was my personal emotional support, 100% ride or die companion who has been through it all with me and by my side. So thank you White Tanks, for making this loss a tad bit easier knowing you cared for not just us our sweet boy, but for all of us.

Experiencia fantástica: From the initial phone call to the scheduled up coming return appointment for a surgical procedure for the dog we took in to see the Vet, every single person who we (me & doggy) interacted with, they all deserve a 10 STAR Rating. Glad they are now part of the care team for our family of pets.

Experiencia negativa: My dog has never had seizures but he got 5 in two days after they prescribed Gabapentin. They left out the part where this medication's side effect is seizures when you stop taking it. The day after we ran out he got the seizures. Now my dog has mild brain damage, bumps into things like he's drunk and he's not the same. I brought him there for a tooth infection, now he's crippled.

Experiencia fantástica: They were very nice and pleasant here at this location. Albeit, the hubby came here by accident, rather than the one he was supposed to go to. Wish they could've taken him here! Because of the one we went to, our furbaby of nearly 6 years, never made it to see the next day. Always check the Vets background and experience! We regret ever taking him where we did. It's in Goodyear.

Experiencia fantástica: My French is cream had literally just passed away 2 hours ago at another hospital, I was advised to bring him in but the place wasn’t letting me without an appointment. Concerned for my deceased dogs brother and wanting to make sure he wouldn’t meet the same fate, I found this place, they were hesitant at first but when they heard what had happened they moved mountains and the doctor was very knowledgeable and sympathetic, they made me feel better in a time that was traumatic. THANK YOU!

Experiencia fantástica: 10/10 experience Dr Rivera (I believe that was the doctors name) and her assistant were gems! very friendly receptionist also. over all everyone was so comforting, got us in last minute for an emergency thought my dog had ivdd or whatever the spinal thing is they started out with just doing steroids and pain meds didn't rush straight to costly x rays which I appreciated. Cost was very affordable given being seen last min. very clean and organized facility and convenient location. saw other good reviews which is why I decided to come here and they got us in no hesitation within an hour of my call. It was definitely a big relief as I was frantic when my dog was not moving much this morning. Hopefully the steroids and pain meds help him and nothing more serious going on. Will definitely be back for all my dogs needs and highly recommend.

Experiencia fantástica: We LOVE White Tanks Animal Hospital and the care they provide our fur babies! I've gone to a few different Vets around the Goodyear and Avondale area but have not found any that provide the same level of care White Tank does. The little extra drive time is more than worth it!

Experiencia fantástica: I’m going to give them five stars because they are knowledgeable they are caring and I think the vet was very smart. I’ve been to a lot of vets around the country as a truck driver. But they are very, very expensive actually the most expensive vet I have seen anywhere in the country. I would recommendfor they lower the prices especially in this market where people don’t have money. I understand you’ve gotta make a living at the veterinarian place, but you gotta cut cost somewhere. Maybe the building rent I don’t know, but that was an outrageous ridiculous price that they had quoted us, but if you want a qualified veterinarian, this is the place to go if you have the money.

Experiencia negativa: We have recently moved to the area. When our baby got sick a couple of months ago, we had to find a new vet quickly. We called White Tanks and they were able to work us in. We've been there three times now. Once just for a nail trim. (Our boy is older and has a delicate system.) Dr. Foster has a phenomenal bedside manor! She's a hoot. You can tell how much she loves her patients! She gets down in the floor with them, on their level. Our baby responds very well to this kind of interaction. We left a wonderful Dr. back in Virginia. Of course, we'd been worried about finding a good vet here. We have been very, very happy with the service and staff here. *update* I took our baby in a few days before Thanksgiving. He had developed a limp out of nowhere. We saw a different doctor, not Dr. Foster. He was diagnosed with bone cancer. As it turns out, he had cancer, but not bone cancer. He had a lesion around the upper right leg. As well as a small protusion visible on the exterior. Also, his lungs were opaque. My problem is this, the Dr. made the diagnosis from an x-ray. She offered no advice except pain meds. She made no suggestion to have the x-rays read by a radiologist. Or, to do an ultrasound, or to take an aspirate. I walked out of the office numb and in shock. After a few days, I came to my senses and sought a second opinion. We went to two other veterinarians. The first was only looking at a picture of the x-rays on my phone. This doctor said the odds were that it was cancer, though not bone cancer. It didn't look to her to be in the bone. (It wasn't.) However, it could possibly be valley fever. (We were hoping.) The second doctor we saw, that she sent me to, did an ultrasound of his abdomen and an aspirate. HSA was confirmed. We had him with us for three more months. My real issue is the diagnosis was wrong because an x-ray was misred by a non expert. We could have gone down the wrong path with a survivable illness. I should have, at minimum, been offered further tests. I also had his nails trimmed that day to the tune of $30. Anything above $20. when I'm already there for other services, is outrageous. These are the reasons for amending my review. One other thing I will add. We did have a few appointments before the cancer diagnosis. It seems as though every time I went to the office, or called, I saw or spoke with, someone different. I would prefer to see and speak with the same people. It just makes the process seem more comfortable.

Experiencia fantástica: The staff went above and beyond to care for my Frenchie, They were so calmn, gentle, kind and patient and took every precaution to keep him calmn and comfortable. We had a scare with an injury to his neck and then a terrifying breathing episode and I cannot thank the staff enough for the amazing follow-up care they gave my fur baby.

Experiencia fantástica: Dr Rivera was absolutely wonderful, the techs and office staff we saw and interacted with were all so sweet. My little Josie (10yr cat) wasn’t feeling the best, and she had a very stinky back side, was a little covered in urine and diarrhea, and Dr Rivera and the tech cuddled and loved on her the whole time. You could tell they genuinely loved animals and werent avoiding touching her despite the smell they comforted and loved her. She is perking up and starting to behave more like her goofy self again. Thank you thank you thank you.

Experiencia fantástica: I can’t even begin to express how wonderful this vet is. From the front office to the doctors and everyone in between, they were all great. We were seen quickly and our boy got the most compassionate care. They take their time to get to know your pet and get to the core of what’s going on. We did have to say goodbye to our good boy, but as hard as it was I’m very grateful to the whole staff for making the experience as comfortable as they could for all of us and treating our pet with love every step of the way.

Experiencia negativa: WAS a customer for 3+years...and the service was pretty good. No major complaints. Not sure what's happened...but this place seems to care more about the dollar than the customers....nickel and diming you or the only way to get something complimentary is have a fit or get upset. Our 1 dog became diabetic. The office recommended using the libre 3, prescribed it to Costco pharmacy....awesome. going off what seemed to be good advise, we got 2 at about 65/pc. What nobody told us was the libre 3, if you look at reviews, the product itself is a POS. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't....not able to work with iPhone 17.+, Android 14+(latest galaxy as example). Ok, not the officer's fault on the product, but it would have been great to inform the patient of potential issues or maybe do some research on something before telling ppl. About it. But alas, I guess we should have done the research as well....ok, I'll own this one. Wait times are ridiculous for an appt. 3 weeks plus out (in fairness a lot of places are this)... Lack of communication on charges. My wife was told we could do a spot check on sugar levels anytime...not once indicating it would be a charge. Super disappointed with this place. Perhaps someone else will have or positive experience...but all of this info share isn't to invite ridicule, rather awareness and do your homework...get a second opinion if it's something that can wait or is not emergent.

Experiencia fantástica: I love their entire facility!!! The staff for both the vet and grooming are very kind and understanding. They are very good with over protective pet parents and pets that can be difficult. I've taken both cats and dogs and they are equal good with both. They have reasonable prices as well payment plans. I would highly recommend this place to anyone with an animal!!! *Update- Still won't take my pets anywhere else!!! They are the BEST!! *Update 2- I really appreciate the knowledge and kindness that encompasses the entire White Tank Veterinarian staff. I have always felt like the have the best interests of my pets and helping me become a better pet parent when ever we come in or call.

We are so happy we brought our dog here. She is an older gal (11 years old) and we just moved to Arizona, so we definitely need the right vet in our life.

Experiencia fantástica: We had to put our babies down and I never knew a place that could be so compassionate and caring. They offered so many choices and I could feel the care! They tried my pet as if it were their own. I’m not a millionaire and they are understanding of the loss of our family member with a payment plan. Afterward we received a sympathy card in the mail and were able to have a few memories they provided with his cremation the staff and all the team there have big hearts and you got to love them for all they do and did for us. I will never take my pets to anyone else!

As we are here in buckeye for the winter we wanted to be established with a vet in case we needed anything for our 9.5 year old boxer. I was greeted by friendly staff; they were very punctual, and thorough, I’m very glad I made this appointment!

Experiencia fantástica: I have been to a few vets around Arizona and surprise has the best. They actually care about my dog and what my concerns are as the parent. They do everything they can to find an answer and provide solutions and even what may need to be done down the road. I never feel rushed or unheard when visiting.

Experiencia positiva: Great service but the prices are ridiculous. I took my cat in because he had been howling at night and it seems mad. He needed to get labs because something's wrong with him and he's 17 years old so they ran a full panel for an elderly test and it cost $650 for the labs and cost of the visit and that doesn't even include the medication. Then they said they want to retest in a month but "it should be a lot cheaper" because it's not going to be everything it's only going to be the thyroid and turns out that test is $400! Which also doesn't include the medication which is $60 a month and the medication for his pain is $100 a month. I love him but he's getting old It's almost like instead can we put him down? I don't want to do it but you can't be dropping money like that. Why can't they do a payment plan. Are the labs really that expensive?

Experiencia fantástica: Dr Foster is an absolute angel. We brought our dog in because we knew it was his time as he had been battling cancer for a long time and it was the end. Dr Foster made a horribly traumatic experience much better. She handled us and our sweet boy with so much love and compassion. Again, absolute angel.

Experiencia fantástica: Unfortunately I found this place in a very difficult time. I had just adopted a puppy from the pound and over the weekend he got very sick. The entire staff, from the receptionist to the veterinarian, were kind and personable about the entire situation. They gave us several options, spoke honestly about the prognosis and gave us updates as we did a half day inpatient to see if his condition improved. When we got the call we knew they did everything in their power to help. The compassion we received was palpable. They checked in on us and were extremely respectful while we had to make one of the hardest decisions we've been faced with. They made sure to have the arrangements taken care of and sent us a personal card for his loss, signed by the people who cared for our fur-baby in his last moments. The silver lining to a horrible situation is finding this veterinarians office. Since then, they've helped us diagnose and be confident in administering ongoing home treatment to my elderly dog for his heart condition and given us so much peace of mind. I've recommended them to so many of our family and friends who all have had the best experiences here. If you're looking for people who honestly care, who you can trust with your furry best friends, you can stop searching. This is it. Thank you White Tanks ❤️
