Experiencia negativa: Asking for 25.00 deposit to schedule an appointment and I’ve used them 3x times in the past. The receptionist said I needed pre surgical blood work for a rabies shot. I hung up thinking I made a mistake calling the wrong place and called the number on Google. As it did seem you were squeezing me for more money. They answered knew it was I who hung up and were rude and hung up on me to get even I guess lol. I called back and they hung up on me again.

Experiencia negativa: Dr. Harmon consulted with us prior to surgery. She was quite condescending and unprofessional. Her disposition actually provoked our cat to hiss and snap at her which isn't normal for her at all. Our understanding is that she only does the surgeries for the cats not the dogs. We didn't disclose that we are medical doctors but she made it apparent that she knew this. This is the first such experience. We have had with a veterinary doctor. Most unpleasant.

After reviewing our records, we are unable to locate a dog under the name provided. We do have a client with this name who brought in two cats this month, but no dogs are associated with that account. For clarity, our canine surgical procedures include intradermal (internal) sutures, which are placed beneath the skin and are not externally visible. Surgical tissue adhesive is applied over the incision to support healing and protect the area during the initial recovery period. This adhesive typically lasts several days and can be removed prematurely if a pet licks the incision site. We always encourage clients to contact us directly with any post-operative concerns, as we offer complimentary recheck exams to ensure proper healing and address any issues promptly. We take surgical standards and patient care very seriously and are always available to discuss any concerns directly. Thank you.

Experiencia negativa: I’ve been withholding writing this review for a couple months, but I had taken one of my foster kitties here that I was eventually to give to a shelter for adoption. Because he was a feral, he was brought in a trap cage to get fixed, as indications were provided. I was not advised his ear would be clipped. There was no need for that since he was not going back into the wild. I called to complain about the situation because it was not discussed. And like most receptionists at the location, her tone was rude and condescending stating, “That’s the policy, if they come in a trap cage they’re to get their ear clipped even though you’re keeping them”. No apology or anything, just that it was “policy” doing the unnecessary. That if I didn’t want his ear clipped, I should’ve brought him in a normal carrier, though the site + written indications in emails specifically mention ferals in trap cages not, “ferals to be kept are welcome in carriers so they don’t get their ears clipped”. It sounded more like an excuse when the issue was brought up. I looked for many other clinics to get other cats fixed and all said clipping ears is only done if requested. This really disappointed me that the vet I trusted my cats did this without consent or informing me of the unnecessary procedure. Edit: No consent form was provided and the procedure was not discussed. As the response mentioned, all friendly cats to be kept are to be placed in a carrier not trap cage was also not specified as I mentioned. The cat I brought, was feral, not friendly, and was brought in a trap cage to be better managed as specified in the indications before the surgery in the email. It was not challenging to ask, “will you be keeping the cat?” and mentioning the ear clipping part and bring in carrier instead during the phone call to schedule the appt. Instead of assuming he was to be released back into the wild and removing half of his ear. Hopefully that clarifies the response.

Experiencia fantástica: I have used this place over 20 times. I take all my trap and release cats there, my rescue dogs, and my personal animals. The veterinarians and staff are wonderful. I actually have future appointments already scheduled with them and I will continue to take all of my animal needs to them for what they can provide for me. I feel very fortunate and thankful that there are spay and neuter clinics like this to help people like me with multiple animals and to help my rescue missions, their price points for out of pocket expenses, to do the right things with neighborhood animals, they make it possible for me to stop unnecessary multiplying of unwanted or neglected animals.

Experiencia negativa: This was one of the worst experience that I experienced I had My cat Kitty spay on new year eve I had to bring her back twice because her stitches kept opening up yesterday I had to put to sleep this was one of the hardest decisions I had to do my cat was painfully struggling I won't recommend anyone to experience the same what I experienced.

We are truly sorry for the loss of Kitty Kitty. Losing a pet is incredibly difficult, and our hearts go out to you during this time. For clarity, Kitty Kitty’s incision became infected due to post-operative interference. An Elizabethan collar (E-collar) was recommended, but a surgery suit was used instead, which does not reliably prevent licking of the incision. When complications arose, our clinic performed a second corrective surgery at no charge to address the infection. When the incision reopened again, additional treatment options were discussed, but due to financial limitations, further care was declined, and humane euthanasia was elected. We remain committed to compassionate, ethical care and clear post-operative guidance to help prevent outcomes like this.

I’ve gotten all 5 of my animals fixed here . 2 dogs (1 male, 1 female) and 3 cats (2 males, 1 female) . Very low cost ! I hope they never raise their prices cause it’s perfect for anyone who’s struggling with funds to ensure they can get their animals fixed which is so important to do !

Experiencia negativa: I took two cats in to be spayed. When I arrived to pick them up, one was fine. The other I was told had internal bleeding and they had to operate again. An hour later I left with both cats, only one arrived home alive. 50 percent mortality rate! The first surgeon was Dr Duca Cora a graduate of Ross University in the Carribean! The second surgeon was Dr Harmon. The plus was that they didn’t charge me for the surgery on the cat that died. If you love your pet, you may want to select a different location.

Experiencia fantástica: This place was great!! They accommodated services for me and my dog due to his reactivity and excitement around other dogs. They had a great package deal gor shots which my dog needed so he could go to doggy daycare. The staff there was very friendly and knew what they were doing, the whole visit once it was our turn was very quick and we were in and out within 25 mins. VERY afforadble vaccines packages for both fogs and cats. Would highly reccomend taking your fur baby here for shots, check ups or getting altered because your 4 legged family member will be in great hands!!

Experiencia negativa: They did their job to spay/neuter our 2 kittens.. However was led to believe we needed the E-Collars and the gabapentin to keep the kittens calm. Neither worked on these small kittens. Waste of another $60. Tbh we weren't forced to buy them, but from talking with other people afterwards are being told with as little as they were most doctor's would have given us the information they are available but maybe see if you actually need them and can come back if you do but most small kittens won't keep them on and the gabapentin won't keep them calm.

Experiencia fantástica: Honestly, this clinic is a blessing from God. They are so kind and friendly and I want them to understand is how grateful the community is for their services. I was able to get my fur baby neutered, two of his teeth pulled, his anal glands checked, and a vaccine, pain meds and sedatives all for $200. Anywhere else, his tooth alone would have started at $200. I got there at 6:30, the clinic opens at 7, He was checked in and ready to go at 8:30. Thank you all for being a resource for those who want to provide the best life for their fur babies while on a budget.

Experiencia fantástica: Staff was great, loved my boy, answered all questions and very affordable. We checked in and got an exam within 30 mins. The only thing is that I paid for the cone and they gave my dog a ridiculously huge one that we couldn’t even use. It wore his head down and he couldn’t even lift his head up, and it didn’t fit. Please make sure your cone fits your dogs head before you leave! My little guy looked like a pixar lamp(see pic) and I had to go get him a new one. It’s just quite ridiculous looking and inconvenient

Experiencia fantástica: This clinic was amazing, I took my 1.5 yr old dog in to be neutered. They told me upfront upon scheduling that I could arrive for check-in anywhere between 7am-9am but that I needed to expect to wait anywhere from an hour to two hours for check in to be completed. There’s a walmart right next door and plenty of things to do, they call your name in the lobby and text your phone when it’s your turn. I arrived at 7:40am and was called back around 8:50am. Everything went so well, they weighed him, took his temps, and made sure everything was perfect. They listened to all of my concerns and questions without making me feel rushed despite there being a full lobby still. I left feeling very comfortable and confident about everything. I received a text at about 3:30pm saying that my dog will be ready for pickup at 4:30pm and that he’s doing well! I arrived at 4:35pm, checked in, waited approximately 30 minutes for my turn. They called me up, I paid for a small dog neuter, microchip, an e-collar, and a week of sedative meds. My total was $193 and they provided 3 days of a pain medication for my pup. (I’m SO glad I opted to get the sedatives, my dog is rambunctious as is. I thought the procedure would slow him down a bit but no. Without the sedatives, he acts like absolutely nothing happened They just make him a little sleepy and calm him down a bit to ensure he’s not his usual 1.5yr old self) On the morning after the procedure, my pup was incredibly vocal. Even while he was sleeping he was constantly whining so I called the clinic and they informed me that it’s a common side effect of the opioid pain meds they give the dogs there. They assured me it would settle down soon. I was grateful to have the reassurance and they were completely correct, by noon that day the whining was over. We are now two days post op and my dogs incision area looks fantastic. Minimal swelling, a little redness and bruising, but overall, it looks really good. I’ve never taken an animal to get neutered, i’ve always adopted from a shelter or they were spayed/neutered well before I adopted them. I wasn’t sure what to expect but this clinic was so wonderful and patient with me. I could not be happier with my experience thus far. Photo of my dog post-op ❤️

We’re sorry to hear that your experience didn’t meet your expectations. We understand that waiting can be frustrating, especially when you're concerned about your pet’s health. To clarify, you checked in at 7:51 AM and were #18 in line for cat check-ins that morning. As outlined in our confirmation email, appointments are first-come, first-served between 7:00–9:00 AM and wait times can range from 1 to 2 hours depending on the day’s volume. Once it was your turn, our nurse brought Siri to the doctor for a full exam and then returned to the room to go over the estimate and next steps with you—including the expected afternoon pick-up. We always aim to provide clear communication in advance, which is why our confirmation email includes this check-in and wait time information. Thank you for your feedback.

Experiencia fantástica: BEST PRICE IN TOWN !!!! We had a wait about 2 hours in total for the initial check up.So that way, our cat could be neutered , but it was totally worth it.Every other place we called. They wanted $500 or $600.They did it for $61 dollars i would absolutely recommend it. It's not like it was that bad. It was early in the morning. I would definitely recommend getting there at like 630. So that way, you're first in line then there is an awake. We got there at 7 and like I said, there was already a bunch of people there, but I would do it again and again because of how much money I saved and the people are very friendly.

Experiencia negativa: They were very rude didn't want to hear anything I had to say I wouldn't ever recommend anyone to take there animals to a place like this they shouldn't be rude as they were and all I wanted want to know if my dog was in there hands that he would be 100% percent safe but sense they didn't want to hear what I had to say now it's probably going to cost me 200.00 or more dollars to get my dog neutered this place shouldn't have rude people working there and they need to give back the money they were payed because of the fact my dog didn't even get fixed so they rip people off sense my dog didn't get fixed that's not ok.

Experiencia negativa: The staff is very friendly. Their vaccine prices are fair also. However, pet care is definitely priority for any pet owner. My puppy Aitana is slightly an anxious dog in general. I brought her in near the end of March for spaying and the hardest part was calming her down as she seemed very traumatized after the surgery. I’m sure a surgery like this on a puppy can cause her to act out of character. About 2-3 weeks ago I noticed her vulva was swollen, she was trying to get my male dog’s attention and she was also getting what seems to have been her period. I contacted the Spay and Neuter clinic to ask if it was something I should be worried about and they offered to see her the same day for a free re-check and I left work early. When I took her in for a re-check, she was scared and extremely anxious, more than she’d been in the past. They took her back to examine her and brought her back out in seconds after claiming she’d bit one of the ladies inside and they asked that I help put a muzzle on her. My dog is not a biter. She’s never bitten anyone before. They took her back once again for what seemed like five minutes and they brought her back out just to say the doctor check her and that it was not related to the surgery. They told me she’d like had a urinary infection and they recommended that I contact a full-service vet. I’d like to add that I never once spoke to Dr. Harmon face-to-face to address my concerns or to even to reassure me that it was not related to the surgery. I was worried and ended up taking another two days off of work to get her seen by another vet who later confirmed that it was in fact related to the surgery and likely was due to an Ovary Remnant. This also added additional stress to her and she stopped eating and drinking water, she was also pooping blood. I had to go back in with the other vet and they were very helpful. Aitana was at first nervous when going in but was quick to warm up to the new vet. She was never once aggressive or hard to handle with this vet. They ended up giving her some fluids and thankfully she is back to her normal energetic and happy self. I tried asking via email for a full refund as the service I paid for was not completed and therefore had to pay for the surgery to be redone. All they offered was 1) complete the surgery (but I no longer trust them with my dog) or 2) have another vet take a look and have their insurance company “possibly” reimburse me for expenses but Dr. Harmon made a point to emphasize that it likely would not happen. They have since asked that I direct contact with their insurance company only. Dr. Harmon has not taken any accountability even after I sent them the tests results from the other vet. I’ve spent close to $800 total for the original surgery plus the exams after the surgery and now I have to pay for a whole new surgery and put my puppy through this whole thing again. I’ve taken time off of work and likely will need to take a couple more days off for the surgery again. I will say their customer service is great. However, their doctor is not to be trusted. Take your pet somewhere else even if it’s more expensive. It’s not worth the stress and trauma my dog was put through plus the additional expenses.

Thank you for your review. We appreciate your kind words about our team and that you found value in our pricing. We're truly sorry to hear about Aitana’s recent issues — we know how stressful it can be when a beloved pet isn’t feeling well. Dr. Harmon did not perform the original surgery but stepped in to assist during a colleague’s absence and made multiple attempts to speak with you directly to help resolve your concerns. We offered a free recheck, no-cost exploratory surgery, and ultimately submitted a claim to our insurance company when you chose to proceed with your regular vet. While a diagnosis of ovarian remnant requires specific testing that wasn’t completed, we respect your decision and wish Aitana continued good health. Thank you.

Experiencia positiva: Pretty good. I really liked the system they have where they provide you with an online link, where you're given an estimated waiting time and the actual waiting list for the day updated in real time. So you can actually leave the store and come back only when your the next on the queue, without having to wait in the lobby for hours, you can just wait it out doing your own thing and just show up when you're next which they will let you know via text so it's so much more optimal for everyone involved. Usual waiting time is anywhere from 1:30 hours to 3:25 hours. But like I said, you don't have to wait there. They'll text you when you're the next in the queue. Experiencia fantástica: Every single member of staff at this location is so amazingly kind and supportive! I had about a million questions taking my first dog in for a spay and these wonderful individuals never once seemed annoyed, and took the time to answer every single question with patience and respect. Even when I cried as I was dropping her off, all of the staff were incredibly understanding and that’s the best I could ask for. I called twice during my dog’s procedure to check in on her, and again the patience, compassion, and empathy was astounding. THANK YOU DOCTORS AND NURSES/STAFF OF SPAY NEUTER CLINIC!!! UPDATE: My dog ended up starting a mild infection, and I worriedly took her in for a recheck. Upon confirmation of the infection, I was given the price for the antibiotics as well as a sedative. Unfortunately I wasn’t able to afford it, but the Veterinarian ended up comping the cost of the medications so that my pup would remain safe and healthy. If you’re on the fence about taking your pet here for any reason, rest assured that the Vets here genuinely and truly have you and your pet’s best interest in mind. Thank you endlessly for resorting my faith in humanity!!!

Experiencia negativa: I will not come back and wish I had known the following info before registering all three of my cats and placing deposits for all of them. This clinic will make every excuse to tack on another fee. Waits are extremely long (expect 2 hours) and not worth it considering the cost is not what you expect to pay with all the added fees. If there is any possibility that your cat is pregnant they will assume she is, prior to the procedure and charge you for it, as they are not keeping track or providing any evidence of the pregnancy. They raised their base price once already in the past couple months so that was another surprise. I couldn't get my deposit back anyway so I followed through. All around, I can't recommend this place for spay/neuter and wish I had not taken my own.

Experiencia fantástica: When we were gifted our little orphan Annie (yorkie) she was 14 months old and we knew she needed to be spayed and chipped. Didn’t know about anal glands however, the team educated us to her needs, and we felt confident they would take great care of her! I have to say they exceeded our expectations! The organization Of checking in, a short waiting period, the kindness and patience of their staff was amazing from the get-go! When we returned that late afternoon to pick Annie up and she called our name, she immediately talked about how absolutely precious of a little girl she was, and however, every time they walked by her crate to get another doggy, she would look up and want to reach out to them and lick them! When she brought her out, it was very carefully and kindly when she handed her off to us boasting about how beautiful she was! We Took her little wrap off of her daily to let her incision air out and would massage her gently then 12 days later, we took off her wrap we had put on her and she is maneuvering around with 100% ease! Starting day three, she was walking a block with us slowly, but carefully and honestly, she’s just about back to normal! Thank you again for the team at Glendale spay and neuter clinic! We will recommend you to anyone who ask! I wish I could post a photo ever her incision healed perfectly

Experiencia fantástica: Phenomenal clinic, no hidden fees to really speak of. We took in my fuzzy baby, Hornet (pictured below) and they were absolutely magnificent with her. They identified a fractured tooth, something we were curious about as she was eating a little funny, and took care of it for shockingly cheap. They're fast, they care, and my God are they affordable. They may be a bit out of the way, but they're genuinely kind and caring. If you're low on funds and need animal care, they've got you covered without any of the shame. Experiencia fantástica: Took my pet here to get spayed. It was a pleasant experience. They got me in and out quick even though they were packed. I left my dog for the day. They did the surgery and I picked her up around five. I would definitely recommend this place to other pet owners Also cost wise. It was about $300 cheaper than my vet.

Experiencia negativa: If you have 2-3 hours to spare for vaccines on a Friday then I guess it’s worth it..understand it’s a high volume clinic but seems incredibly inefficient. Had to leave because it was just taking way too long, and I just needed a bordatella update.

Spay Neuter Clinic: Glendale
Spay Neuter Clinic: Glendale

Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry to hear that your experience with our vaccine clinic was frustrating due to the wait time. Friday was an exceptionally busy day for us—we had a record turnout of 118 pets between 8 a.m. and 3 p.m. for our low-cost vaccine clinic. While we do our best to serve everyone as efficiently as possible, such high volume can occasionally lead to longer-than-usual wait times. Our team is continually working to improve efficiency, and we’ve recently added more staff to help reduce wait times during these high-demand events. We truly appreciate your patience and hope you’ll consider giving us another try in the future.

Experiencia negativa: Front desk lady is extremely rude. I was disappointed that after leaving a one-star review based on my interaction with the front desk clerk, the clinic decided to refuse me service. I believed providing honest feedback through a review would be a way for them to improve, but instead, they chose to dismiss me as a customer. Consequently, I will be taking my business to Petco.

Experiencia negativa: I scheduled a spay appointment for my cat with Arizona Spay-Neuter and was extremely disappointed with the experience. After arriving on time and waiting over an hour, I was finally seen--only to be told that my cat could not be spayed “until she was treated” due to mild nasal and ocular discharge from her controlled feline herpesvirus infection. At no point before the appointment was I informed that this would be a disqualifying factor. To make matters worse, when I contacted my primary vet as advised by Arizona spay neuter, they confirmed that antibiotics are only used in the case of a secondary bacterial infection, which my cat, by all indications, does not have. I called Arizona Spay-Neuter back for clarification and was simply told she couldn't be spayed until treated--but they couldn't even explain what that treatment would entail, "since they don't offer it". There is no cure for feline herpesvirus, and my cat is already being managed with supplements. The lack of clear communication and the complete disregard for my time were frustrating and unprofessional. I won’t be returning and wouldn’t recommend this clinic.

Experiencia fantástica: I do have my regular vets I use for my kitties, but looked into this low cost clinic for spaying. Not only was it low cost for spay and microchip, the clinic and staff were very friendly, professional and on the ball! This is one busy place, and they handle it quite well from pre check in evaluation, pick up and follow up. Even if you have an appointment for your fur baby's spay or neuter, get there to line up at 6 am, doors open at 6:45 and I promise you, the line will be very long. First come first serve. Ferral cat check in is at 9 am, and vaccines are a different time I believe. I highly recommend Spay and Neuter Clinic!

Experiencia fantástica: They have a great staff that really try to help as much as possible and really care about animals. They do there best to get there patients in and out as quickly as possible but with giving them the proper care and attention and they are always good at making sure they provide you with all information and answers any and all questions no matter how long it may take. They are also great at sending out reminders when your pet is due for a visit to a vet. Prices are also very reasonable and low cost.

Experiencia fantástica: Great prices for spay and neutering and the vaccines seem to be the cheapest around. Brought in a found kitten and they determined age and gender and helped me schedule neutering when he was old enough and send me reminders for vaccines. Book your pets surgery asap cause the schedule is pretty packed.

Experiencia fantástica: Recently took my cat in to be spayed. She had never been to a vet before, so I was nervous about how she would react. Holly did her pre exam and I was extremely impressed with how she handled my cat. She was patient, moved slow, calm and kind. She made sure my cat was comfortable before doing anything and I really appreciated that! Although my cat was unable to receive services (health issues) The staff was AMAZING and I would highly recommend this place! Thanks, Holly, for giving both of us an awesome experience!

Experiencia fantástica: This went way better than I expected! You show up and sign in. Doors open at 6:46. You are then put on a wait list that you can track on your phone. They text you when it’s your turn and you go into an exam room. The Vet Tech asks questions and you tell them exactly what you want done. They then give you a quote and if you agree that’s it, they take your animal back. You leave the animal there until 5pm when pick up time starts. Again, you show up and sign in and they call you up in order. You pay, they give you your animal and that’s it. $240 for a neuter of a 49lb dog with a microchip, pain medication, collar, and one dose of bravecto. The only thing I wish is that you could talk to the Dr. or nurse after, but I understand why, and I’m sure if anything had been abnormal they would have talked to me.

Experiencia fantástica: I took my cat to get neutered. I got there about 30 minutes before they opened and was the 5th in line. It was a very streamed lined process, dogs to the right and cats to the left. The vet assistant that examined my cat was very caring and thorough. She listened to my comments and concerns about my cat's health and followed through with passing them on to the doctor and returning with answers. Later in the day when it was time for pickup, that process was also streamlined and did not take as long as I had expected. The only thing that I would suggest is that they get a better surface cleaner. Opening the door to their suite, I was smacked in the face with the animal odor.

Spay Neuter Clinic: Glendale
Spay Neuter Clinic: Glendale

We understand that waiting for pickup can be frustrating, and we truly appreciate your patience. Our team prioritizes each pet’s safety and care, and part of the pickup process includes reviewing post-operative instructions, medications, and answering any questions to ensure a smooth recovery at home. To keep our services affordable, we schedule all discharges in the evening, which means our team is working hard to safely check out 40-60 pets during that time. While we do our best to keep the process as efficient as possible, our top priority is making sure each pet parent leaves with the information they need. Thank you for trusting us with your pet!

Experiencia fantástica: I cannot tell you how great my experience was with getting my dog neutered here. I was so full of anxiety because obviously he’s my baby, and he was takien care of better than I could ever imagined. I was sent pictures of him in recovery, and his Vet assistant, Jessica, was so kind and wonderful to me. She explained everything in detail to me and kept me informed the entire time he was there about his recovery. If I had questions I was able to reach out and I will bring my dogs here Forever for their shots and well care because I have never experienced the love and compassion at any vet that I have gone to that compares to my experience here. The place is clean, everyone that works there is friendly, and my pup had great care. When you hear the word “clinic” You can think low care, but my experience was just the opposite. I originally had an appointment at my vet which was going to cost me close to $2000 for everything I had done at the clinic. It honestly makes me sad to think how people are financially taken advantage of at the vets office. If you want great care for your Cat or dog this is the place you want to go. I had my pet neutered, chipped, heartworm tested, and he had to have Cryptorchidism surgery and the total cost was under $300 and they care that he got outweighs any vet office I’ve ever been to. Thank you for taking care of my Winston!

Experiencia positiva: Took 2 kittens in to be Spayed. I was disappointed to learn they do not have any reduced rates for stray/feral animals. They said their rate was the lowest, I found they charged about what other clinics do. I was disappointed not to see the doctor, who preformed the Spays. One kitten was very active upon release, the other kitten was quite lethargic for a couple of days. Our last Mama cat Spayed at the west Indian School location never came out of sedation and died later that night. So I was waiting to write this review to see about these. I don't plan on taking my kittens back, for their follow up shots, I'll go to my Vet, at least I'll see the Doctor there.

Experiencia negativa: Worst customer service ever. i went in to take my dog for booster shots and they turned him down for his allergy issue which I understand but the lady in the FRONT was SUPER RUDE. She came to tell me in front of everybody while I was waiting that she couldn’t do the shots or treat him for his allergies because he was so severe that I needed to take him where he was already getting treatment to ask what they did to him because they couldn’t even treat him there which I don’t understand isn’t it a clinic? While everybody in the lobby could hear her discussing my dogs health issues and being super rude about it and super loud. the first time I went for his shots I was able to go in back with him and everything was private being it is a clinic and this time I was told i couldn’t go to the back with him and instead of being called to side or in the back I was told in front of everybody ,which is very UNPROFESSIONAL. she was working in the Cat section in the front and switched to taking dogs in the back. if I could leave zero stars I would. UPDATE: I took my dog back to the original vet he was getting treatment from and they said it was not that severe and the way they handled his case was very unprofessional. They also called AZ Humane to come to my house to check on suede after they couldn’t help him at this clinic. Even az humane said they are sorry for the way they handled my dogs case. They don’t care about your dog here. Also , this is no discretion what so ever , you guys are literally writing charts on here for everyone to see. Like I said unprofessional .I’m still going to wait for the manager to call me on Monday.

Eidrianna Stewart Publicada en Google 1 year ago

Experiencia negativa: Brought my 1 year old husky in to be nurtured, he does seem to be doing just fine. What I’m more concerned about is how unprofessional it’s seems everyone working there is, we were told during consultation that if there were any issues during or after surgery that they’d give us a call, but while being given our dog back we were very rudely told “he tried to bite someone back there, you might want to work on desensitization” which already upset us enough because your job is to inform not judge, and considering you work with animals you should understand the stress surgery can put on them, but after we got home we noticed how crusted his fur was, only to realize he had poop all down his side, and it seemed as though someone did a very poor job of trying to clean it up and then didn’t even think to tell us so we could clean it before letting him lay down in his bed… extremely unprofessional, then upon calling to complain I was met with and equally as unprofessional manager who was apologetic until I said my dog was handled poorly, then instead of being professional and apologizing she proceeded to go on saying he was handled just fine continued to try to defend their case to an already upset customer. And besides the unprofessionalism we were met with id like to add that upon coming in right as they opened, the office reeked of cat and dog urine as if the place hadn’t been cleaned the night prior, absolutely disgusting, while understanding its a pet clinic the fact that I’ve been to two other clinics that didn’t even come close to smelling even half as bad as this place just goes to show how unprofessional and nasty this place is, do better.

Experiencia fantástica: I had a wonderful time here. They were so sweet to my dog and asked many questions to ensure he got the best care. They were up front with the cost, which was very affordable, ensuring that I knew exactly what I would be paying later in the day. I arrived at around 6:45 am and we were seen very quickly. I brought toys to keep him occupied while waiting, which was a lifesaver for both me but also for another owner whose dog was anxious. He was seen last Thursday and he seems to be healing very well! Overall I had a wonderful experience and would recommend this place to anyone.

Brad Knapp Publicada en Google 1 year ago

Experiencia positiva: By far one of the cheapest places in town to get your pets or strays spayed/neutered. The tradeoff is just how busy they are, this place is an absolute neuter factory. They do a TON of spays and neuters every day, so you need to call and schedule an appointment. The way it works is that you call and make an appointment for a specific date, but on that date, the order that the reservations get done in are first come, first serve. They open the doors at 7 am, I recommend arriving at 6:30 at the latest and getting in line in front of the door. It will be crowded, so make sure you have a decent carrier if you're bringing a small pet, as there can be a few rowdy dogs in a small crowd. Showing up at 6:30 could save you a lot of waiting. It can often take 1-2 hours to wait if you arrive at 7 am. From there, you will sign your name on a list and then wait. The vaccinations are also first come first serve, but they don't do reservations for that, and that starts later. We paid around $130 total for a kitten to neutered, buy a cone, and be sent home with sedatives. Our kitten came out just fine, no infection or complication from the surgery, and he's now fully healed up and back to bouncing off the walls. If you'd rather pay more to not have to wait in line and deal with stress, that's always an option, but many vets charge $200-500 for a spay/neuter package. All in all, I would recommend it.

Experiencia fantástica: We've gotten and are getting multiple cats spayed through this clinic and they really care about their patients. Our cat wouldn't stop jumping around and popping her collar off and this resulted in her spay incision opening. We were seen within 30 minutes of calling. She was stapled up and made a little harness for her cone (which she hasn't been able to pop off). They were so kind to her and she didn't even get scared.

Experiencia fantástica: I recently had my dog spayed at the Spay and Neuter Clinic in Glendale, AZ, and I couldn't be happier with my experience! From start to finish, everything was top-notch. Scheduling the appointment was a breeze, and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. On the day of the surgery, the clinic was clean and efficient, and I felt confident that my dog was in good hands. The veterinarian staff provided clear and concise post-operative instructions, and they were always available to answer any questions I had. One of the best things about this clinic is that it's much more affordable than my regular vet. The “low cost price” doesn’t affect or sacrifice the quality of care. Overall, I highly recommend the Spay and Neuter Clinic in Glendale to anyone looking for a reliable and affordable option for their pet's spay or neuter procedure.

Experiencia negativa: The wait time for one rabies shot was ridiculous! Had to wait over 2 hours and we could clearly see that they were intentionally making people wait. Spay Neuter Clinic: Glendale

We’re sorry to hear that you were disappointed with your visit to our clinic. The patient, Buzzy, was brought in for a rabies vaccine which requires an exam to be performed by the Doctor. Due to the type of service, you were checked in as the 12th client in line; all clients are seen on a first come, first served basis. Our team is extremely efficient and works in a very swift manner to ensure all clients and patients are seen in promptly while providing the upmost care and attention. It is never our intention to make anyone wait for long periods of time. Different wait times do apply depending on the type of appointment and/ or service the patient is being seen for. Since Buzzy’s temperature was too high to administer the vaccinations, our team offered to keep in the back to cool down however this was declined as you did not want to wait. We thank you for your feedback and hope Buzzy is doing well.

Experiencia negativa: I'm not sure what changed in the last year but it's for the worse. I took my dog in to get his yearly shots as I had been there the year prior. Dr. Ashley, or the name they gave me, refused to see my dog claiming he was too stressed to go back there. She was very condescending and rude telling me that if I didn't like her "professional" opinion I could go elsewhere. She would rather risk my dogs safety by not getting him vaccinated. On top of that she smugly said "good luck getting an appointment for one elsewhere". He is the biggest baby and not aggressive in anyway. He was the exact same the prior year and was seen without issue. I have never once heard of or seen this type denial. The rest of the staff was very accommodating and friendly and I'm sorry they have to deal with someone like that. Make sure you drug your dog before taking them in or you will be waiting for over 3 hours just to get sent home. Update: I took him to PetSmart the next day and got him vaccinated within 15 min. They were appalled that he was turned away at all. $40 more for less stress and nonsense.

Experiencia negativa: Today I didn't have a great experience I waited 4 hrs for vaccines. Line up procces to check in need implemented (customer short cutting) Check out process 30 min waiting. This was my experience and I won't come back to this place. Reviews were good for this clinics, but it wasn't just me that was the only customer disappointment for the long wait. Some customers walk out for that long wait and established patients were first to be serve. Reading Reviews I can see clinic gets defense on bad reviews. I'm sharing my experience and straff can go back to my history and see check in was around 8:15am left clinic at 12:05pm. If anyone going planning to go on Fridays plan ahead it could be a long wait.

Spay Neuter Clinic: Glendale
Spay Neuter Clinic: Glendale

We’re sorry to hear that you were dissatisfied with your visit to our clinic. We are a high-volume spay and neuter clinic and Fridays is our walk-in vaccine clinic which is when we see typically around 100 clients during the vaccine clinic. Spay Neuter Clinic operates on a first come, first serve basis. All clients are notified of this prior to them coming to our clinic. We strive to provide a smooth and swift check-in process while providing each client and patient with our undivided attention when in our care. Different services aren’t offered for “established patients” – what you are referring to are the clients who were in for their three-week boosters; they are not required to be seen in an exam room. On the specific day you were seen, you and Lola did have a four hour wait time. Although this is not standard, it can possibly occur during Friday’s vaccine clinic. We thank you for your feedback and hope that Lola is doing well. Thank you.

Experiencia negativa: I first want to say there are so many positive reviews and I'm glad for those people's experiences. But there are always the few of us that can't say the same for ours. If this was a review about my neuter experience, it would get five stars. This clinic is clean and the staff is friendly both to the pet owner and the pets. In general its a positive place until you express your frustration. You must know that if you are going to the vaccine clinic it can take up to two hours or more. It is walk-in only for vaccines and first-come first-serve. Mon-Thur it's 8-9; you must be in line by 9 or you won't be seen. I had NO idea it would take as long as it did. I got there at 7:40 and waited outside until 8. I did not leave until 9:50. They did not inform me when I checked in nor did the agency I adopted my pet from know how long it could take. They have likely lost business as far as vaccines are concerned as my agency indicated they would not continue sending clients there - I hope they don't. After expressing my frustration to the front office staff it was not received well and unbeknownst to me it was exaggerated to the Vet. The young lady told the Vet I yelled/raised my voice which did not happen - I expressed my frustration with a degree of firmness. My dog was getting anxious and I had to cancel a work meeting. I was not rude, I was frustrated after having been there an hour and a half at that point and still had not been seen. When the Vet came into the waiting room she spoke quite condescending to me and offered no apology for how long I had to wait. She essentially said in not so many words with a condescending smile on her face - that's the way it is, deal with it; people that come here are fine with it. The positive? The tech that helped was WONDERFUL. I wish I could remember her name. And, one of the young ladies at the desk - after I called out the other one for basically lying to the Vet, said "I understand". And you know what, sometimes that's all you need. A little kindness goes a long way. I'm just one client, my review will have no consequence to this clinic's business - but just be forewarned, if you don't have time to wait and if your pet could potentially get anxious after waiting so long, this is not the clinic for you for vaccines. Go somewhere where you can make an appt!

Experiencia positiva: I’ve been here a few times for spay and vaccines. The cat distribution system drooped a semi-feral kitten on my door and after some time inside for socializing I brought her to this clinic for a spay, vaccines and a microchip. Surgery day went well, it was a drop off/ pick up situation and I got all the necessary medication. My cat didn’t seem to notice she had surgery! The vaccine clinic is just that, a clinic. I’ve gotten in quickly or waited several hours depending on the day and time. For the prices, I expected to wait. I didn’t get clear instructions about the vaccine schedule, I didn’t realize it was so tight a turn around so we had to go back for extra shots. My only complaint has been with the other pet owners. Many didn’t have dogs well controlled and one person let her dog nose at my cat’s carrier until I said something. The cat/ dog division of space isn’t really followed!

Experiencia fantástica: They got the job done! It is very admirable to provide such an essential service to the community at an affordable price. Additionally, the administrative staff was very kind and helpful. That being said, the vet is a bit rude, and while I had no problem interactions other than her just being a bit curt, while waiting for my turn, I witnessed an almost screaming match between people and the vet. It is a very high stress environment, especially near the end when the cut off time came, so I do understand her frustrations. So make sure to treat the staff with kindness because they’re trying their best! Only concern to keep in mind is my cat and carrier were drenched in pee and smelled atrocious, and I was unable to wash him after the surgery per instructions. While I used baby wipes to help clean him up, it only helps so much. Another important thing to note is you will drop off your pet and they will call you to come pick it up. My cat was not ready until minutes until their closing time, so don’t worry about the wait. One last note, getting a female animal fixed has a longer wait period. For females, it’s a few weeks to get an appointment and my male cat was seen 2 days after I called. Hard-plastic pet carrier are needed for cats. All in all, huge thanks to the wonderful staff for helping make the world a better place!

Experiencia negativa: This place is wildly unprofessional. We had our cat neutered yesterday and when we arrived to pick him up they let us know he had peed in his carrier prior to surgery which we assumed was no big deal. When we arrived home he was COVERED in urine that was clearly fresh and the carrier was dry. When we called and asked they said they weren’t sure what happened and we would need to call or come in the next day to speak to the manager who also happens to be the owner and the surgeon. She was so rude. She told us that we were “making things up” and our cat was aggressive and peed and there’s nothing she can do. She also told us “good luck” with moving forward in reporting this. While we fully understand he was under a lot of stress and might have urinated or been more anxious there is no reason for the extreme disrespect we encountered. If you want your animal to be treated with care and compassion look elsewhere. Dr. Harmon is rude and will not take any responsibility for mistakes her staff makes.

Spay Neuter Clinic: Glendale

We do apologize that you were dissatisfied with your visit to our clinic and the care we provided Gus. After reviewing your chart, we would like to address the claims outlined in your review. Gus was brought in for a neuter surgery and was already displaying aggressive behavior during the exam, prior to surgery. You advised our team that he was part feral. He was sedated for the exam and subsequently the surgery. Prior to the surgery being performed, his bladder was in fact emptied by the nurse. He then was recovering in a surgery kennel. When Gus was alert and coming off the anesthesia, he was put back in his carrier. Gus did urinate prior to going home at 5:30PM . Due to his behavior, the nursers could not properly clean him or his carrier before discharging him. You were instructed to clean him and his carrier when going home. Dr. Harmon discussed this, along with our standard procedures and protocols, with you and two other people that came into the clinic to question the condition Gus was sent home in. Dr. Harmon and her team rarely have any issues handling the numerous cats and dogs they treat daily. Again, caution must be taken when the patient is displaying any signs of aggression – for both the patient and our staff. Dr. Harmon is extremely compassionate about the care she provides each animal. Our community has been entrusting her with caring for their pets for over twenty years. Please be advised that aggressive conduct will not be tolerated against our staff. Thank you.

Experiencia fantástica: I love this place! I just had my first experience with my puppy Molly about a week ago. She went in to be spay and everyone there was so nice! They made her feel comfortable and relaxed. I was also able to get her microchipped and her shots too. I love how they educated me on things like Molly's aftercare and her shots too because I had no idea about those things. They even came out and said goodbye to her when I came to pick her up! Experiencia positiva: I've come into this facility for (3) of my pets, my first two was for a cat and my female German Shepard and never had any issues. Coming in for a third time with my male German Shepard I was left very uneasy leaving him in their care. The vet & vet tech were making judgement calls about my dog before even knowing him and labeling him as an aggressive dog, even though he was the most well behaved larger dog in the waiting room. While other dogs were showing way more aggressive behavior. Was my dog scare being in a vets office, yes, just as most dogs, animals are. But my female German Shepard didn't act any different then my male. Again, I just left the facility feeling very uneasy as the vet was labeling ME as a bad bet owner, and that my male is an aggressive dog. Even though, my dog didn't show any aggression towards any dogs, he may have been scared with the vet & vet tech as most dogs who are loyal to their owners aren't going to be comfortable with strangers. We were making process when the vet tech got to his level and I sat next to her and he started licking but as young German Shepard's sometimes get mouthy, he was never purposely trying to bite but that's just how he tries to lick. Though I think the vet tech got scared. If you are scared of being around dogs, don't be a vet tech.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with us. Bruno was brought in to be neutered. During check-in, the very experienced nurse left the room to get the doctor because she was sensing some agression in Bruno. He showed no signs of aggression to dogs in the lobby but was fearful with people and did not want to be restrained for the exam. Being fearful and aggressive is a common trait of German Shepherds. Dr. Harmon did explain this may be a result of not properly socializing him. Even with the sedative on board, he continued to growl at anyone that came close to his kennel. Our team is extremely experienced at assessing dog behavior as we see and treat over twenty dogs a day. The safety of our staff and clients is the primary concern with a dog that displays this type of behavior. We recommend training at Partners Dog training as they specialize in fear aggression. We wish you and Bruno all the best.

Experiencia negativa: My pup recently got spayed here, the process of checking in went very smooth, although there was an hour and a half wait before surgery. Once I picked her up I was given pain medication I purchased as well as the sedative. The post op instructed me to start the sedative the same night. I did so, the following day I followed the instructions giving my pup her pain medication and later in the day the sedative to heels relax her. I called to ask the Vet questions because I was concerned about my pup crying and whining still. They reported it was “normal”. They told me to call tomorrow if she continued but they are not open on the weekends. Saturday comes my pup is crying in pain to use the bathroom, she is not able to get comfortable so I give her her pain medication. 30 mins later my pup is projectile vomiting and having diarrhea. I called the office of course they were not open so I took it upon myself to take her to blue pearl ER a facility they recommend. Turns out my pup was having a severe reaction to the medication prescribed. I was told to contact the spay clinic when they opened. I did so they told me there was nothing they could do to assist with the $500 fee I had to pay for at the ER because there could have been several reasons why my pup was sick. Clearly on the paperwork it says it’s from the spay. They preceded to tell me the medication they prescribed has a risk of vomiting and diarrhea as a side effect. But there’s nothing else they can do. I feel that they should assist in some way, if you’re not open was I supposed to keep my pup sick for 3 days until they opened again on Monday!? Makes no sense.

We are sincerely sorry to hear that Evee experienced this. Dr. Harmon did review the records from the emergency clinic on Monday morning to discuss with you what occurred after we performed the surgery. The ER doctor did advise that decreased in appetite, vomiting, and diarrhea were reported to start on Saturday. No definite ruling can be made that these were the side effects from the pain medicated given since diagnostics were not actually performed. Vomiting and diarrhea are possible complications of NSAIDs, although very rare. NSAIDs are used in dogs every day for surgical pain and arthritis; seldom are the side effects seen. A reimbursement was requested by you however Dr. Harmon did advise we do not compensate for treatment performed at other clinics. This is stated in our after-care instructions, along with our operating hours and an emergency referral veterinarian. We are very happy to hear Evee is doing much better now and wish her all the best. Thank you.

Experiencia fantástica: I wanted to share my experience with the spay and neuter clinic in glendale! They are inexpensive first. My Leia was $189 for spay, chip, and pain meds. (My vet quoted me about $600) It was very well organized. About an hour at drop off and another hour at pick up but they took great care of my girl! When I picked her up of course she was a little loopy. By 8 am the next day she was back to her normal self. She really doesn't even need the pain meds but I gave them to her to make sure she was not miserable. For an inexpensive clinic I really was nervous but I think they did great!

Experiencia fantástica: Dr Harmon and her amazing team are the absolute best. They truly care about every single animal they see and it shows. When it comes to affordable veterinary care for your dog (or cat) you simply won’t find better prices in town!

Experiencia fantástica: Loved this place for getting my dog shots. Very affordable and the staff is very nice! On Fridays it's first come first serve.. So you sign in and wait. We waited approximately 2 hours for shots. They text you when your appointment is ready so you can wait in your car or drive back to the clinic if you're really close. They see dogs and cats. They do spay and neuter upon appointments. Great place!

Experiencia fantástica: Came to this location to get my trio of cats neutered and fully vaccinated, and I was tight on money, so this clinic was a huge help for being on a budget!!! Prices start and range in the double digits, which is awesome, but do plan to pay in the triples . Vaccines are first come, first serve when they open doors (and it may be a bit of a wait), and any other procedures (ex: neutering/spaying) are by appointment only. They accept a certain amount of ferals too (PLEASE read their website for more necessary details), which is amazing for anybody who's also looking to find professional care for any feral cats! All of my cats were cared for very well, and I would most definitely recommend this clinic to anyone who's working with a lower budget like I was, and looking to find proper and kind care for their pooch/kitten. Dr. Harmond and Dr. Bernard were both very kind, patient, and wonderful human beings who I would entrust my pets to again, and I will be returning for all of my cat's annual vaccine appointments!

Experiencia fantástica: I brought my son’s cat to get neutered last June, 2023. Everyone was so kind and helpful, and the cat came through the procedure with no problems. When I got my pup, Bella, this year and needed to get her spayed, the first place I thought of was this clinic, and I am not disappointed!! Again, extremely friendly and thoughtful staff, and Bella is doing fantastic!

Experiencia fantástica: This team is great! It requires up to a few hours of waiting in the morning when you bring them in, so I recommend you get there within the earliest window. Overall they handled the TNR cats I brought in with respect and good care. All of them recovered and healed up well post surgery.
