Experiencia fantástica: Staff were very attentive. Check-in was fast and the communication was timely. They found a small hernia and text me right away to let me know and cost was not crazy like a lot of other places. Def recommend to all my friends.

Experiencia negativa: I would strongly caution anyone considering this veterinary clinic. Our experience following what should have been a routine neuter procedure for our cat was extremely alarming and unacceptable. After the surgery, our cat was discharged to us and we were sent home. We were charged for an Elizabethan collar (neck cone), but the staff did not place it on him before we left the clinic. When we asked when the collar should be put on, we were told to wait until we got home. During the drive home, our cat's stitches came apart and he began bleeding profusely. There was blood everywhere and our cat was clearly in severe pain and distress. What should have been a simple post-surgery recovery immediately turned into a medical emergency. We had no choice but to rush him to an emergency veterinary hospital for urgent treatment. It is extremely concerning that an animal would be discharged after surgery without basic postoperative protection already in place. If the collar had been properly placed before leaving the clinic, this situation may have been prevented. Instead, our cat suffered unnecessarily and we were left dealing with a traumatic event. Pet owners trust veterinary clinics with the health and safety of their animals. In this case, that trust was completely undermined. I hope the clinic seriously reevaluates their surgical discharge procedures so no other pet owner has to experience something like this.

They did a great job and when I went to pickup my dog he was scared to walk, the nice man their carried him to my car, that was very much appreciated. Their prices are very reasonable compared to the other vet offices. I will definitely bring my pets to Dr. Kelly's for all of their medical needs.

Experiencia positiva: I wasn't going to review but since they have sent several requests now let me tell you about my experience at Dr Kelley's. They don't call to confirm appointments. No one is in the lobby you have to find a clipboard and wait i get it cut down expenses.. A tech will come super rushed and take your animal back. There is no privacy ... they literally told a lady in the lobby her fur baby was dying and there's nothing more they can do. Is there no such thing as a privacy room for situations such as those? I felt sooo bad for her. As far as the appointments .. I booked and paid a deposit. Then they were going to charge me full so I had to remind them of the deposit which is quit silly since they require a deposit for all appointments. I decided to give it a second shot because despite the rushed service they are friendly and do seem to get everyone in and out which I respect. I paid a deposit after being quoted 167 for nueter, chip and 2nd round of shots. Then they sent me a link saying a higher deposit is required for surgery so i paid that to. When I went in the price was 247 after the deposit for the 3 quoted for a 5 pound dog so not thrilled about that as i paid $307. Not bad compared to others but when quoted I'd like it to be somewhat close for budgeting vs a $140 increase.

Experiencia negativa: This veterinary office refused to see my pet or provide even a basic price estimate for a mass removal surgery unless I first went to another clinic to get bloodwork done. The issue is that they don't offer bloodwork themselves yet still require it before discussing care or costs. Requiring clients to pay another vet examination fee, transport results, and only then receive an estimate makes no sense and is a completely unnecessary barrier to care. When I questioned this, it was dismissed as "policy" rather than being handled with common sense. I understand medical precautions, but refusing to even discuss treatment or pricing without jumping through hoops elsewhere is unreasonable. I would not recommend this clinic to anyone seeking transparent, compassionate care for their pet. The advertised "low cost" is likely not the case once having to visit an additional vet. So disappointed.

Communication was great, I was able to reach someone quickly for questions, they were informative and I knew what to expect throughout the process. They were less than half the price quoted by my vet but I felt like we were dealing with a specialist in terms of quality. We are 2 weeks post op and im so grateful we trusted Dr Kelly.

They gave me lots of information and were understanding. I would recommend! My cats have come from feral/abandoned cats and if I find one in the future that claims me, I will get them spayed/neutered here, the price was very affordable.

The only thing I would request is that when your dog is having a surgery, perhaps you’re actually able to speak to the veterinarian performing the surgery even if just for a few minutes. It felt relatively transactional that you only met someone for a couple minutes who takes your dog to the back and brings them out afterward. That being said, I was impressed with the ease of scheduling and the friendliness of the staff, this is definitely a well staffed and efficiently run business.

The office is run efficiently and compassionately by all staff we encountered. The price estimate was quick and reasonable and they were able to schedule our dog's surgery quickly. The day of surgery was equally quick and efficient and they made handling payment easy. Then they called with a pickup time and he was ready when we arrived. They scheduled suture removal and it was as smooth as everything else and we would definitely recommend Dr. Kelly's. They treated us and our dog with kindness and respect.

Experiencia positiva: Dr Kelley 's Surgical Unit was ok. We did have a problem that we were told to bring our little schnauzer in at 10:30. They said that someone would call in the middle of surgery to let us know how it was going but he should be ready about 2:00. We ran errands and got to the facility around 2 but they hadn't even started on him yet. We have a problem in that he had to be scared and caged all day. They started around 3:00 and he wasn't ready til after 5:00. He recovered well and is fine but communication was very lax.

Experiencia negativa: Horrible experience had taken my 7 year old dog in to get fixed. They asked questions before booking and give me, which included the dogs age. Once the had the dog all checked in called me and kept adding on prices including almost doubling the price because of dogs age which they knew from beginning. They also left her IV in which we did not notice until we removed bandage on the weekend. The service was not very friendly as well

Experiencia negativa: Worst service ever, (Queen Creek location) called for appointment to get my cats teeth cleaned and looked at for possible problems as recommended by my primary vet. Kelly's texted me back the next day (no call) to inform me that after reviewing his chart from the vet, that they feel like they can not help me. There was no consultation, did not even look at his teeth but yet decided they couldn't even clean his teeth. Wow! I would not go there even if they did the thing for free. Thank you Kelly's for letting me know you are not up to the job. I will find another place that can handle a cats teeth cleaning. For the experience & wast of my time I'm sorry I can't give you less than 1 star. Sincerely disappointed!

My small female Doberman how to have emergency surgery after eating a small ace bandage that got stuck in her stomach and small intestine. I was quite worried about it but the staff are so caring and happy to explain anything you're curious about. It was also about $400-$600 cheaper than it would have been if I had gone to my main veterinarian. They even called the day after her surgery to make sure she was recovering well and answered a couple of questions I had forgotten to ask prior. All in all, I would definitely recommend Dr Kelly's.

I’ve had it done at our regular vet office and it was crazy expensive. Dr. Kelly is about half the price. The staff is very kind, they run on time and they are so efficient. Really appreciate this office.

I think because they are more privately owned maybe with partners and not a huge corporation that takes all the cuts, they are able to give excellent care at excellent prices. They also explained they are cheaper because they don't have payment plans which would inherently raise costs to cover people who pay in installments.

My boy came through like nothing happened despite his age. I cannot say enough about how great they were to me dog and I!!!

Experiencia fantástica: As a human, my experience with the facility was minimal and pretty seamless. Their online payment system is pretty simple. My K9, while pretty doped up from her surgery and teeth cleaning, came out the office door happy and prancing around. The incision was clean and healed fast. We took her cone off because she wasn't going to stop messing with it, and she couldn't get out of her door to the backyard. She didn't mess with her incision. We'll look to Dr Kelly's Vet for any future surgeries for my animals.

Dr kelly quoted 1.8k, which was by far the best we could ever hoped for. My 14 yr old dog did so well, and after 5 days of recovery, she was back to normal

She was bleeding bad and we had a horrific experience with North Phoenix Animal clinic on 16th st/ Bell (never go there they are awful) who took over 17 days to not schedule her!! Thank goodness chat gbt mentioned Dr kellys.. process is simple, they explain everything, check up and she’s now recovering. Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Kelly got my pup in next day for a surgery on his bladder. It turned out to be a good thing because my pup had stones in him cutting him up inside. They got his lab work to me, they checked up on him quite a bit. Not the least expensive, not the most. My pups life has changed. He is happier, feels spunkier than ever before. Thanks Doc!
