Fantastic experience: My cat,, Callie’s issue is as somewhat urgent but not an emergency but when I called they got me in very quickly. The exam was thorough and careful. They answered all my questions and got back to me quickly when I had a follow up question.

Fantastic experience: They treated my two kitties, professionally, and gently. They answered all my questions. When one of my kitties had a reaction to the vaccine. Two different vets called the next day to make sure my cat was OK.

Fantastic experience: We love using Indian Tree. Everyone is so nice and helpful. Duke doesn't do well with getting his nails trimmed but they take their time and love on him to make sure he is comfortable.

Fantastic experience: Indian Tree Animal Hospital is the only vet office that has treated my two pups. Dr. Farrell is a wonderful Dr. She is very knowledgeable, friendly and most of all, approachable and easy to talk to, unlike other Dr.'s. The pups love her, especially my little rescue pup, Bella Rose. All of the vet techs are amazing, and genuinely appear to love their jobs, and the front desk staff always greet us with a smile when we come in. Definitely 5 stars!!

Fantastic experience: Absolutely love this practice. Dr Farrell and all the vet techs are exceedingly kind and took such good care of my cat. When my cat had a health scare, Dr. Farrell called me directly at 8pm to give me the good news that it was benign because she knew that I'd been so worried. She always takes as much time as I want to answer all of my (many) questions without ever making me feel rushed. They take plenty of time to make my cat feel comfortable before and during the exam to keep him calm. The extra level of genuine care just radiates from this whole practice. Having been to several other vet practices that left my cat traumatized, the difference is night and day. Would absolutely recommend.

Fantastic experience: My daughter and I have been going here for years. They take good care of our kitty Cat Onyx. We're in there all the time because of her and all the staff is friendly and extremely kind. Dr. Wang and Dr. Hein take really good care of her. We would really recommend coming here for check ups and personalized care for your pet.

Every single staff member is wonderful, and the vets and vet techs are knowledgeable, friendly, and take the time to address any questions and concerns. They thoughtfully follow up after exams/procedures to ensure everything is going well, and are easily reachable. They are also very upfront about pricing for treatment, tests, meds, etc., which is much appreciated. They’ve helped us navigate dental cleanings, an arthritis diagnosis, medication changes and acute injuries. I can always count on receiving the best care from Indian Tree.

Fantastic experience: Everyone is so caring and gentle with both both our pup and kitties. One is a special needs kitty and they are so helpful. We also recently had to put asleep our dog of 19 years and they made a traumatic situation so gentle and personal that our last few moments were beautiful and we could never thank them more. Highly recommend. Our babies don't even mind going to see Dr.Howard. She's awesome!

Positive experience: I am posting this review only because I have received numerous prompts from the clinic. The service I have received at Indian Tree Veterinary Hospital has been fine. Certainly nothing exceptional, but my visits were only routine. I cannot respond to any critical care issues. However, what I will say is that ITVH feels like a huge machine. I've had three visits so far and each were with a different Vet. I am a bit old school when it comes to Veterinary services and prefer a smaller office. To me it just feels like an enormous machine that needs a lot of funds (passed on to the clients) to continue rolling. Sorry IDVH, I will not be returning.

Fantastic experience: We've brought our cats to Indian Tree Animal Hospital, since their opening in 1990. The doctors and staff are well-trained, kind and compassionate. We feel like family, when we are there.

Fantastic experience: Cat dental surgery went well. Dr Howard and staff kept us informed, and followed up with phone calls post-surgery. We appreciated their competence and caring.

Negative experience: Twice I have been gaslit by these vets about my cat causing him undue harm and resulting in expensive additional visits to the vet that could have been avoided if we were listened to and taken seriously the first time we came in. Go elsewhere, my cat almost died last night after bringing him in that morning to Indian Tree and receiving improper care, we had to rush him to an emergency vet at 1030 pm.

Fantastic experience: Indian Tree has be phenomenal. The entire staff has treated our fur baby with so much love and kindness. We couldn't have asked for a better experience.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Hein has been taking of my pets for 14 years. She’s wonderful, such a kind person. She takes time to interact with your pet and gives a thorough explanation of their health. There is so much more to say. And the staff are really friendly.

Fantastic experience: My dog' s eyes started looking and acting very strange I was really worried about him . The staff at Indian tree got him in that same day ,they Diagnosed the problem, consulted with a vet that specializes in animal opthamology and went above and beyond to get him the proper medicine and care that he needed. They stayed in contact all through the entire process . The vet and all the staff have been wonderful. I really feel that they actually care about my dog as a patient and me as a customer.

Positive experience: Great place to bring your pets. I have been going here for over 10 years. The last few years we see Dr Howard. She is compassionate and caring. She tells you what is going on and walks me through it all. The staff is very friendly and the costs are not that bad.

I adore Dr. Hein, who is as caring as one can get About the health of your animal. My Husky and cocker spaniel both love her.

Negative experience: TLDR; I would not trust your animals care or even life here personally I thought I really liked this place but am now disappointed, after taking both my animals here for 2 years. My older dog has heart problems & needed a dental cleaning. They said they’d talk to his heart vet about if anesthesia is okay & when they hadn’t contacted me the afternoon before his cleaning — I found out myself. The heart vet said the anesthesia would be too dangerous, Indian Tree Animal Hospital had just forgot to check. Good thing I asked instead of trusting them with the cleaning the following morning. Then, my cat had some issues. The vet gave me a few options.. I tried one at home for awhile & when I called back to ask for a reminder about the other options, that vet had quit & didn’t document any of our appointment/her recommendations. Indian Tree Animal Hospital then told me I could PAY for another vet to look at her again — even tho they dropped the ball on that one. A complimentary new visit would make a lot more sense. Lastly, my dog went in for a check up after hurting his toe & a trip to the emergency vet. Doctor Poon was the discharge doctor, she had zero bedside manner. After thumping my hurt & scared dog in his plastic cone twice to say he needs to wear it longer, she smiled & laughed when she felt his heart saying “that’s quite the heart murmur!!” His heart is very enlarged, you can feel it beating in his chest.. it breaks my heart. He has to take medicine twice a day & will eventually go into heart failure. This was all diagnosed by another vet several years ago & in his chart. I don’t exactly see what’s so funny about that

Negative experience: My dog could use X-rays ultra sound for his pain and even blood work but $3000 is not possible It shouldn’t cost that much to heal my baby we were only able to afford the $300(about) for meds and consultation. He hurts.

Fantastic experience: I have a French bulldog that has a slew of health problems that come with unique solutions and ongoing treatments. Every single Vet and Vet Tech at Indian Tree Animal Hospital has been amazing, with a special shoutout to Dr. Sarah Payne. Everyone is so kind, gentle and truly sympathetic to what my dog is going through, so much so, that even though my dog is there almost a couple times a month, my dog is happy to see everyone. They have also been great at fitting me in last minute when something unexpected, but urgent pops up. I wouldn’t take my dog anywhere else!

She was recently spayed and microchipped, and the entire experience was handled with such professionalism, compassion, and attention to detail. Dr. Emilee Weiblen, DVM, is truly exceptional. Her skill in soft tissue surgery, depth of medical knowledge, and calm, caring approach immediately put me at ease. It’s clear she’s deeply passionate about her work and dedicated to giving every animal the best possible care. Stella’s surgery was performed using advanced laser technology, which made her recovery much smoother and more comfortable. She’s still in her rest and recovery period, but she’s doing wonderfully — healing well, comfortable, and clearly benefiting from the gentle precision of the procedure. Every member of the staff was kind, communicative, and genuinely caring. I can’t thank Dr. Weiblen and the team enough for their skill, compassion, and dedication. I wholeheartedly recommend Indian Tree Animal Hospital to anyone looking for a veterinary team that combines advanced medicine with true heart. ❤️

Fantastic experience: Dr Ferrell is always terrific, has great follow-up, and a great relationship with my dog. Her sidekick Sarah is fabulous my dog loves her she loves my dog it's a terrific experience when we go there.

Fantastic experience: Dixie s appointment went quickly and I received a call the same day about her test results and they explained really well so we're going to take her back for more tests.

Fantastic experience: Our dog just had her second dental cleaning (requiring anesthesia) after several years. Her recovery was exactly as the staff predicted and she is doing very well. The vets have always seemed competent and the care good. Front desk staff are friendly but there appears to be turnover.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Wang and Alli addressed all my concerns about my Labrador Mix, Rula. Her ears were examined and a medication provided. Rula's anxiety was addressed and suggestions made to improve her condition. Dr. Wang and the entire staff were professional, personable, and provided an entire examination for my relatively new adoption and treated Rula in a very kind manner.

Positive experience: I've been using ITAH for the past 5 years. The staff is always very friendly and attentive, but I've experienced a frustrating lack of communication here in the past few months. For example, a heart worm test was not conducted during the annual wellness exam in August, so I had to go back again to have that done. Shortly afterwards (mid September) I scheduled a dental cleaning at which time I asked that ITAH confirm they had the necessary blood panel required within 90 days of the dental cleaning scheduled for Oct 8th. The dental cleaning appointment was confirmed twice only to receive a call the day before the appointment telling me the blood work was not done. Very frustrating! Now I am seeking a new vet clinic for my dogs and finding ITAH is overpriced compared to other vet clinics in the area. Hopefully, I don't encounter the same communication hurdles elsewhere.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Anjuli Hein has been our caretaker and friend of all three of our Aussies; we are so greatful for her expertise and kind pet-side manner! Wr love her and recommend Indian Tree to all you CO pet owners out there!

Fantastic experience: We went here after a terrible visit to vetco. The staff greeted us and signed us in as soon as we walked in. We saw our vet within 5 minutes and he was great. They didn't push anything on us they gave us options and explained things thoroughly. I feel much better going here than I did at the vetco across the street. Update We have since seen 2 other vets here with our cats and puppy. Once again they are exceptional. Everyone here is friendly and seems to genuinely care about every animal they see. We feel very lucky to live near such a great vet office.

Fantastic experience: I love this hospital. They've been caring for my dogs for several years and every visit been great. One of the most striking aspects that sets it apart from hospitals I've dealt with in the past is the front desk and how courteous and efficient everyone at the front desk is. It's clear that everyone who works there is respected and valued by their co-workers and vets. Every doctor I've seen there takes the time to explain everything in detail and answer any questions I have.

Positive experience: Good service but very expensive and always trying to upsell. Took my dog in for a very minor cut on his paw and walked out with $310 dollar bill for bandage and honey treatment. Just called to schedule a vaccine and the they told me they would not do the vaccine without a wellness exam which is almost $100. They see my dog like three times a year. Great service once again, just don't care for their business practices.

Negative experience: I am extremely disappointed with my recent visit. Britney, who I was told is a supervisor, was shockingly rude and unprofessional when I brought my doggies in. Her tone was snappy and condescending, not only toward me but also toward the staff at the front desk. It was very uncomfortable to witness. I stood at the front for 30 minutes waiting for someone to help me, and instead of assisting customers, Britney and another (chubby) girl spent the entire time gossiping and laughing about other clients. It was appalling behavior, especially coming from someone in a supervisory role. Which is sad because my friends recommended me to this vet.

Fantastic experience: Dr Ferrel is amazing. She helped us focus on quality of life and palliative care for our 14 year old canine daughter. Dr Ferrel has excellent bedside and phone manner. She was so thoughtful to call us with results and spend the time answering questions. She was reassuring that we were making choices in alignment with our quality of life goals. The office staff are always kind and helpful on the phone and in person. We are grateful to have found a great vet clinic.

Fantastic experience: We have been taking my dog Gibson to Indian Tree for the past 8yrs. We love the staff. The front desk, Tech and Vets are all great. I would highly recommend them to anyone with fur babies.
