Fantastic experience: This clinic is further from our home than our previous clinic but they are worth it. We followed our favorite Vet, Dr. Natalie Adams and fortunately a few other staff members followed her as well. The staff knowing us and our pets personally means everything to us.

Fantastic experience: I would give 6 stars if I could! My sweet kitty became suddenly ill but Arrowhead got her in fast and treated even faster. She had not been a patient there before, but when I called and explained our emergency situation they told me to come in and we were seen within minutes. My cat needed an overnight stay and all the staff kept me informed with every change and update in real time. Thank you thank you thank you for taking such great care of my baby!

Fantastic experience: Arrowhead animal hospital is a lifesaver for us. We started seeing their vets with our previous dog and they were so patient and caring with her tricky medical case. When she passed, they were so kind and even wrote us a card. We had to bring in our young dog for an injury on a Sunday night and they were able to treat him right away and get him on the path to healing. All of the vets and staff here are so kind and we highly recommend them!

Fantastic experience: I truly believe everyone at Arrowhead Animal Hospital is an angel disguised as a veterinarian. The level of care they provide is unmatched. They have cared for our two dogs for years — our 125-pound Cane Corso, Marty, and our rescue, Goose. Marty can be protective and intimidating, and Goose struggles with handling due to his past, yet they meet both of them with calm confidence, patience, and genuine love every single time. In January 2025, Marty became critically ill with an obstruction in his small intestine and needed emergency surgery. It was one of the hardest things we have ever gone through — not knowing if we had waited too long, not knowing if he would make it. The team didn’t just promise updates — they called, they answered when we called, they made themselves available, they communicated constantly. We never once felt like we were navigating that alone. Years before that, when Marty broke a weight-bearing toe as a puppy, they went above and beyond to figure out how to properly cast a dog his size. We were there weekly for bandage changes, adjustments, follow-ups — and every single time the care was consistent, patient, and thorough. They don’t cut corners. They don’t rush. They treat every situation with seriousness and compassion. We have seen them handle routine visits, emergencies, heartbreak, and joy. We have sat in their waiting room for hours. We have watched how they speak to families in their best and worst moments. The warmth you feel walking through their doors is real. We drive an hour to see them when there are closer options because trust like this is rare. They have earned our loyalty completely. They saved our dog’s life. They have cared for our family in ways we will never forget. We are forever grateful.

Fantastic experience: My first time here was for a minor emergency. My dog broke her dewclaw. Shes very fearful of the vet and the staff did everything they could to make her feel comfortable. I was a hot mess myself and the way they treated her and the situation made me feel more at ease. She ended up needing to be sedated due to her fear and anxiety but she did great and is doing better now. Still healing but thankful she’s okay. Especially thankful for the staff! Their patience, kindness, and gentle genuine presence was much appreciated.

Fantastic experience: Arrowhead was wonderful helping us with our pug who has passed in the middle of the night. Caring and loving! Then our other pug I had seen something that I thought might need checked out. They had a cancellation and were able to see her that afternoon. She did need a procedure done and sent her home with antibiotics. Very caring doctors and entire team!❤️

Fantastic experience: I have received great care here for multiple dogs. They are very good with the pets and the parents. They do a great job of laying out options for treatment. Laser therapy worked wonders for the pain my dog was experiencing. A 15 minute treatment gave immediate relief for back and neck pain!

Positive experience: If youre going for something relatively simple but need to go urgently without an appointment, just know its an extra $60, and it is an animal hospital so they will push for xrays, just hold strong if you know you dont need them, even if they bring up the scary "C" word. $84 exam fee and they had my dog in the back for, no joke, maybe 2 minutes. I also question the cleanliness of this place. The smell of urine -smelled like potent cat urine- was so strong throughout the whole place that I went home smelling like cat pee. And it was right when they opened at 7 am. Front desk staff seemed nice enough. Vet tech was iffy. Doctor was nice enough. I dont think I will return, but I appreciate the hours for people with emergencies, 7am-10pm.

Fantastic experience: I moved to Broomfield from Denver last November. I have 2 Goldendoodles and a Bernedoodle. I was concerned about switching vets but I am happy to report that I love everything about Arrowhead Animal Hospital. The front desk staff are personable and welcoming. The space is spotless and the Vet and Vet techs made our first visit so comforting. They genuinely care and have a passion for exemplary animal care. The transition to a new vet was effortless! I’m so happy I found Arrowhead Animal Hospital. I’m grateful!

Fantastic experience: I had called my veterinarian to get a same day appointment for my 15-year-old beagle. No appointments were available, so I called Arrowhead Animal Hospital and got in the same day. Dr. Thornton, and the staff were awesome!

Fantastic experience: I brought my cat Frank in on a holiday Monday as a walk-in. Even though his vitals were good, they immediately knew something was wrong and took him back right away. They handled him with such calm, skill, and compassion that he was completely at ease, which meant everything to me in such a scary moment. He was facing what could have been emergency surgery, but thanks to their quick action and care, they stabilized him with fluids and treatment without needing invasive procedures. What I expected to be a multi-day stay turned into just overnight, and I’m now bringing him home. Every single person—from the front desk to the techs to the doctors—was incredible. They were kind, efficient, and genuinely cared about Frank and about me. Because of this experience, I won’t just use them for emergencies—I’ll be trusting them with all of Frank’s veterinary care going forward. I’m deeply grateful for what they did for him.

Negative experience: Refused to tell me if they had an appointment till I prepaid for appointment then said its illigal to tell me prices of testing u till its done. Feb 2016 2026 absolutely did not care about my pet only demanded money to even talk about it wanted my debit card info before wouod tell me if they could even treat my cat with a xray or bloodtest

Fantastic experience: Check in was extremely easy, front desk staff were friendly and efficient. Vet tech was very friendly and really cared about my dog, and the vet tech staff were efficient and explained everything very well, booking future appointments and pre-paying was a breeze as well. Great service and great care as always. On a scale of 1 to 10 - they are easily an 11.

Negative experience: You gave us a medication for allergies for dogs (Apoquel). You should know how tempting the drug is to cats, and asked us if we had one or just warned us. Like the reports over the past year all well known by veterinarians. Well, my cat found it, popped open the jar, ate it, and died.

Fantastic experience: AAH has always been a great vet for regular visits but when we had several issues with our dog who had Addison's they went above and beyond to be supportive and understanding while providing humane care. I will always be grateful to have them as our regular and urgent care vets.

Negative experience: I took my dog in because he’s been acting not himself and having trouble walking this past week. We had a vet tech give us a pain reliever that almost but killed my dog. He is not the same dog he was before we took him to this vet, I am terrified he will never be the same fun dog I am used to. My dog is a senior dog and I have been frightened that this is going to kill him. These vets are not knowledgeable on medicine or how to take care of a scared senior dog. Do NOT take your animals here if you want them to live. I am disgusted and terrified. You should be lucky I don’t sue.

Fantastic experience: My dog was limping when I came home on Saturday, so I took him in to Arrowhead on Sunday for an Urgent Care visit. The doctor and vet techs were all very friendly and handled my pup with love and care! Explanations for what was going on with him were very clear as well as suggestions for next steps. They also gave me paperwork that described his injury as well as the recommended surgery. We had a very good visit!

Negative experience: They insisted on nuzzling our dog, a sweet one year old rottweiler who absolutely loves people saying that she "growled at them when they were going to get her heartrate" but they hadn't even begun the examination. She had been nuzzling up against them wanting head scratches and her tail was wagging the whole time. Then they took her into a back room which we were not allowed into to give her shots, which no vet I've been to has done that before. And then they brought her back saying they couldn't give her the shots without muzzling her because she was growling again. Which I do not believe as she has never growled at any vet before. We opted out of getting blood work done because it was going to be an extra 250 dollars onto our bill which at that point was already over 300 dollars just to get her looked at and get some fluids and an anti nausea shot.

Negative experience: they said out 1 year old puppy was growing at them! she loves people and loves other animals. I dont like how they had to muzzle our poor girl for no reason and take her to the back when she clearly was scared. why not do the shots here in the room. it scares the dogs more taking them away from there loveing family. I will not be comming here again. they also wanted to charge us 200$ for blood work when it wasnt needed. I hate vets like this. 1 star will never come back here.

Fantastic experience: Take your animal to this vet. It's as simple as that. Great pricing, incredible staff, clean facility, and excellent doctors truly invested in the health and well being of your animal. Financing options available too. It's hard to occasionally get an appointment for a reason, you wouldn't want to trust your loved one to a vet that is always free because no one else goes there. If you love your animal and want the best care possible for them, this is where you want to take them.

Fantastic experience: My baby Poppy was super sick. The staff was genuine in their care for her. The staff walked me through every option and helped me make the best decision for my Poppy. We are grateful for the service and care we received. We came back to Arrowhead Animal Hospital because of the care we received when my other dog was sick.

Fantastic experience: We went in because our dog chewed up a pill on the floor. Everyone was nice, both on the phone and in person. We got right into a treatment room, 9am. The doc talked with us for 5-10 minutes and reviewed the pills. Said the dose was safe and offered to make our dog vomit it up anyway if it would make us feel better. we declined. No charge for the visit. They are awesome!

Fantastic experience: Dr. Sullivan and Dr. Fisher are amazing. Both have been willing to treat my elderly cat and look for solutions instead of dismissing her due to her age. Recently, I brought her in because her breathing was raspy and I was convinced we were going to need to put her to sleep. Dr. Fisher was willing to look for causes for her lung issues and administer drugs. I took my cat home the same day and she is breathing fine two days later! Also, when I thought I was going to need to put her down, the staff was very understanding and kind and helpful when I was upset.

Fantastic experience: Our dog Rocky was treated like family and very promptly. Arrowhead Animal Hospital stitched our dog up very well and without a crazy high price tag. I would highly recommend Arrowhead Animal Hospital to anyone who is wondering. Also, if you have a yard with edging, make sure y’all put rubber the metal edge!!! It got our doggies paw.

Fantastic experience: Dr Sullivan is very compassionate and LISTENS to your pets history and concerns before making a treatment plan. Some other vet offices we have been to would ask about the pet's history but it didn't feel like they actually listened like Dr Sullivan does. I am very happy with Arrowhead and take all our pets there.

They approached him with understanding and compassion, and spent a lot of time figuring out what was going with him and answering our questions. The experience was so positive that we decided to continue using Arrowhead for his regular checkups and care, and we've been with them for two years now.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been going to AAH (Dr Jenco) since i had my CKD, 10+ year old siamese. i strictly go here for the comfort of having more tools and supplies available than a clinic would have (i got referred here from my clinic). the extra costs are worth it. i got a very comfortable amount of patience from staff when saying goodbye they treated me and her with respect, listening to all my worries and reassuring the good. you can tell everyone genuinely cares about pets and their owners. i’m now continuing to go with my new cat! i love them <3

Fantastic experience: We started coming to Arrowhead Animal Hospital about 4 yrs ago. The staff is always polite at the front desk along with the nurses & doctors. Our dogs have always been treated with kindness. We are thankful that they are open until 10pm and were able to get our fur baby in for an emergency last night. She had torn her dew claw mostly off and it had to be removed. They went over the cost and are very reasonable in price. We are very grateful they could take her in for the surgery. Fantastic experience: My dog had torn his nail - they were able to get me in to see him when I got off work. They were so kind and friendly! They explained everything very well and made an otherwise unpleasant situation a good experience. They fixed him up in a very timely manner and gave me clear discharge instructions. 10/10 would recommend. I had an old dog with behavioral issues (VERY anxious guy...) that I used to bring here many years ago - the service/knowledge/care was stellar back then, and still is today!

Fantastic experience: I’ve brought my dog here for years, but never felt compelled to write a review until now. TL;DR: this office is exceptional (but I hope you read the whole thing). Beau is 14, and we’ve been coming here since he was a puppy. Through multiple moves, we never once considered switching clinics because the care here has always been that good. He’s a geriatric boy now and needs a little extra effort and attention. He’s the love of my life, and everyone here treats him like he’s the love of theirs, too. Every fourth Wednesday, like clockwork, we come in for his Librela injection. He’s greeted by name by whoever is at reception, and then we see his regular tech Alia,who is truly an angel to both of us. Even with a great vet office, Beau still gets stressed, and she is endlessly patient, gentle, and kind with him. Recently, Beau has had a few health challenges that led to a procedure on Monday and a couple of urgent visits since. His procedure was with Dr. Jenko, who spent weeks beforehand communicating openly and honestly with me about risks, options, and how to give him the best quality of life in his old age. On the day of the procedure, she called multiple times to keep me updated and took such good care of him. Since then, a few episodes have brought us back in, and every single time we’ve been met with compassion. Tyler at reception has fielded several stressed-out calls from me this week and has been nothing but empathetic and helpful. Last night we had to make an emergency visit and met Dr. Adams, who continued the same level of excellence we’ve always experienced. She listened carefully, took detailed notes, asked thoughtful questions, and helped me understand what happened, what likely led to it, and how to hopefully prevent it in the future. She didn’t send us home until she was confident Beau was okay, all while reassuring me, too. She even followed up with an incredibly thorough email outlining everything we discussed, the updated medication plan, and next steps. This team treats you and your pets like family. I truly can’t imagine going anywhere else.

Fantastic experience: It was our first time there and they did great with koda. it's hard to find a good vet that will give my german shepherd the attention he needs without being afraid of the stereotype . He's just a big baby.

Fantastic experience: Arrowhead has been taking care of my English bully for a few years now. All of the staff there have been amazing to work with. It is a very friendly and welcoming environment and they have saved my dog’s life at least once! Would highly recommend!!

Fantastic experience: We brought our pup in after an injury at doggy daycare, and the tech and vet were wonderful. They did a great job of soothing our worries and were so sweet to our scared little pup. The wait was a bit long, but I know keeping a small staff at night probably helps keep prices reasonable (and what we paid was certainly reasonable). We feel good knowing we have a dependable place to count on it we have after-hours needsin the future!

Fantastic experience: The staff and this vet practice as a whole is incredible! Dr Jenco and everyone have taken care of my older dog other vets refused and they have had a positive impact on his life that wouldn’t have been there so I’m extremely grateful for this practice!

Fantastic experience: I've been going to Arrowhead for about a year now, their front staff is always super friendly in person and over the phone, their vets are very knowledgeable, and you can tell they really care about helping animals. My cat needed 8 teeth removed around 6 months ago, and recently has had vomiting episodes. They've consistently been super helpful and kind.

Fantastic experience: We had a dog lacerate his tongue and crack some teeth that needed immediate attention on a Sunday. Thank goodness arrowhead was open! All of the staff were incredibly polite, attentive, professional, knowledgeable, and generally a pleasure to work with! Our dog was able to be put into surgery that day to give us all peace of mind and stop the bleeding. While our dog was under they also took advantage of the moment and gave him a teeth cleaning and trimmed his nails. Everyone was fantastic at communicating during the process. I greatly appreciated everything about my experience with arrowhead and I will definitely be going back! ALSO for being an emergency service, the pricing was incredibly reasonable. Thanks so much to the team at arrowhead!

Fantastic experience: I had to take my puppy in for emergency visit as she had a bladder infection. The staff was extremely accommodating, And they got me in very quickly to see the doctor. The visit was very thorough. They explained things in detail. Sent my puppy home with some antibiotics. She has another follow up visit next week. I'm going to be taking my animals to arrow head veterinarian clinic from here on out. And I would recommend them very highly. Their prices were much more reasonable than the current vet that I had been seeing.

Fantastic experience: I hardly write reviews even if I have a phenomenal experience, however, it's been a year since I utilized Arrowhead for help for my sick puppy and I constantly think about how warm and helpful the staff were. We took Roxy Pug, our new 7 week old pug puppy in after she began experience severe vomiting episodes a few days after she came home. Dr. Adams was the one to see her and suggested a parvo test if we were open to it, which we accepted. Unfortunately, she was then diagnosed with parvo. We immediately hospitalized her by the suggestion of Dr. Adams and she was on intensive care for two days before she unfortunately passed due to succumbing to her illness. In spite of the tragedy that occurred, the staff were all extremely friendly, empathetic, caring, and loving. It was the most devastating event for me as I haven't dealt with much death in my life, but Dr. Adams especially was very empathetic and reassuring that we were doing the right thing by putting her to sleep. She showed me kindness to my family that many do not show to me. Because she hadn't been the one to discuss the option to take Roxy home on tons of medications vs keeping her hospitalized and it was another staff member (who was still great), she was generous enough to waive the euthanasia fee for us. The price is honestly such a steal for the services they provide. We only paid around $2k for 2 days of hospitalization and intensive care, and we received a lovely note from the whole staff with her two ceramic paw prints to take home. A few months after, my husband took our senior pug mix Andy in for an anal fissure and she was just as pleasant as she was with Roxy, as were the rest of the staff. They were busy but she managed to squeeze in Andy's treatment procedure before it got too late and he was in tip top shape the next few days. We would love to make Arrowhead our primary veterinarian but we are waiting for our current wellness plan at a corporate to end. I cannot recommend Arrowhead Animal Hospital enough for their attitude, prices, knowledgeable and kind staff, and their genuine love for what they do.

Fantastic experience: We had such a humbling experience when we took our dog to the urgent care at Arrowhead Animal Hospital. She had a limp that was concerning us and decided to bring her into the vet. Anticipating a terrible and expensive experience, we were actually quite surprised by the clear communication provided by the front desk staff. They provided us pricing when we called and when we arrived, they were all very helpful and kind to us during this stressful time. When we met with Dr. Thornton, she was amazing - she was able to quickly identify the problem and presented us with possible solutions and pricing to help us determine how best to care for our dog without having to go bankrupt - when we checked out, it was actually less than the quoted amount. Colin who assisted, was also very thorough and compassionate with us, as we had to witness our dog getting sedated for x-rays, which was a whole other experience. In the end, we left the hospital with hope and gratitude that our dog would get better with some meds and rest - thankfully, nothing abnormal was seen from the x-ray. The whole experience helped reaffirm our trust in this hospital because of the care and kindness from the team at Arrowhead. Thank you!

Positive experience: I have no complaints with the doctors , vet techs or front desk services. I feel my pet always gets good care but the prices are exorbitant! For that reason I only go there in an emergency when my vet is not open. You can’t claim it is the emergency fee that causes the high price. Fees here are 10% - 20% higher than elsewhere even for a regular vet visit. It’s getting impossible to afford vet care and may well cause me to not get another pet when this one dies. (She is 16.5 years old) It’s no wonder the rescue community is overwhelmed with abandoned animals. Coorporate profits seem to be more important to these places than offering affordable vet care.

Fantastic experience: Urgent visit for ear laceration. My regular Vet wouldn’t or couldn’t perform the procedure. I dropped in Arrowhead on my way back from my Vet and they took me right in. Explained the procedure and took him in for his laceration repair. He was home in a couple of hours. I’m very happy and will continue coming to Arrowhead Animal Hospital for my three dogs needs from now on! Thank you so much!

Positive experience: My Vet and technician were amazing!! loved taking my puppy here. They were very sweet and efficient and were so kind. Only thing about arrowhead is that it gets booked pretty far out so book in advance!!

Fantastic experience: My experience attending this veterinary is excellent. I have an older poodle who is sixteen and they were able to remove his stones in his bladder. He is spry and healing well. They are now my veterinary.

We came here because the wait was too long at Northside and have decided to make this our general care provider

Fantastic experience: I have absolutely nothing but good things to say about Arrowhead Animal Hospital!! Recently my service dog/sport dog/love of my life went in for her laparoscopic spay procedure. From the very beginning they listened to me and was amazing at explaining what my sweet girl will go through. Fast forward to the day of the procedure they made sure she was getting the highest care and back to her anxious mom as quick as they could. Absolutely wonderful staff and incredible team of doctors I had to switch all my other dogs primary care to Arrowhead.. steller all around and I’m so thankful for them! Thank you Arrowhead Animal Hospital!!!

Negative experience: I have been taking my dog here for over 2 years, for his allergies the Vet that was seeing him, would refuse to see him unless he was sedated to the point that he couldn't walk. I mentioned this to my friend who takes her cat there, and she has had the same experience with same Vet, she ended up switching to another Vet, so I did the same thing couple of months ago. The other Vet did blood work and few other things done which cost $730, by blood work they still cant tell me what his allergies from, she prescribed him medication, that was actually working for his allergies. I was able get refill twice ,and when I requested refill yesterday I received a text not from Vet but a nurse, saying Vet will not refill his prescription and that I need to find dermatologist. Im so disappointed with this place and both Vets, so now I need to find him a different veterinary clinic and the fact that he has allergies, there is no care or consideration for my pet. Very overpriced as well. I would not recommend.

Fantastic experience: We had a great experience with our beloved fur baby, precious. The staff was top notch in assisting us and keeping us updated with our fur baby's prognosis. We had to attain their service unexpectedly on a weekend and they explained everything in a breakdown with price. We were not pressured with the service that we needed. They were friendly in every aspect of our visit. I choose them after reading their reviews, they were not our regular vet...After the great service we received they have gained our trust and respect with being able to care for our dog. They listened to our concern and explained everything that we were able to understand, we even asked questions which they took the time to answer. We did not feel rushed to make a decision or pressured to pick the higher option over the lower price. You get what you pay for, if you value your fur babies as children like we do this is definitely the place to go. They have gained a new customer and will be taking our other pets to their location going forward. The reception area was welcoming and clean, the vet's were superb in their knowledge of condition that our baby was suffering from. I do not write many reviews but I felt this needed to be written for information. We had a vet we went to for 30 years but I did not get a warm fuzzy feeling anymore, this place is clean and understandable to your situation. I really can not say enough how appreciative we are at the attention that was given to our fur baby. They are a little farther from home but well worth the time to make sure that our babies get the best care.

Fantastic experience: They were so incredibly kind and force free, for as long as I live in Colorado I will be taking my dogs here. I've never been more comfortable in a dog-tors office that I was at Arrowhead.

Fantastic experience: We were there with our dog for an emergency on a Sunday morning. They did everything very quickly. He needed hospitalization and to see a cardiologist. They made all the arrangements and made the process very easy. Which was very much appreciated due to the stress we were under.

Fantastic experience: Dr. And staff was very gentle with my cat who was scared. Procedure options were discussed as well as pricing and necessity. Very easy and positive appointment.

Negative experience: I found a stray dog and waited till they were open. We wanted to see if she was chipped and they weren't very helpful when we called to ask about the process. Then we came in and didn't get an explanation about how the chipping process worked. I wish we could've been explained to what was going to happen and how the process worked to have better peace of mind that the dog was going to go to the appropriate owner and to ensure the dog wasn't being poorly taken care of. They wanted us to just hand over the poor dog and leave after we had bonded with her. Im glad they found her owner, I just believe more explanation and understanding of the situation would've gone a long way.

Fantastic experience: Our cat, Sheldon just wasn't feeling himself. We called and got in the same day. It was a wait, but that was just fine. Looking at the results nothing very conclusive. Antibiotics and pain killers and hopefully Sheldon will be eating and drinking and back to his old self again.
