Fantastic experience: Easy to get an appointment, friendly staff. The Dr came up with solutions and follow up for my dogs issue that were really reasonable.

Fantastic experience: Excellent service. Wonderful staff. And best of all they didn’t try to bend me over and tell me I need to pay for a bunch of crap. The doctor made his recommendations, I told him what I wanted, he got it done and then I left. Simple and easy. Highly recommend this clinic. And can’t beat the prices either. Very budget friendly. I love this place.

Negative experience: I explained them about my dog problem and they made a big wound to my dog.

Negative experience: I have been coming to this place for a long time to just get my dog their shots. I brought my dog in for a follow up for a really extensive dog attack. & Everything was fine until I came to pick my boy up and felt rushed out the door, the next day I call because they failed to give my dog their sedation medication. They sent me home with 3 pills, when he’s suppose to have 2 every 8-12 hours so that he wouldn’t become irritated and he can properly heal. They told me he should be fine for 3-4 days until the medication comes for his script they sent home. Mind you my boy was severely attacked! With the conversation of possibly having to put him down… Why would they think that 3-4 days without his sedation medication even be sensible? Yeah I won’t be returning here. In this time they showed NO SUPPORT OVER THE PHONE AND NO CARE FOR MY PETS SAFETY OR COMFORTABILITY! Some vet. DO NOT COME HERE if you want a VET who cares for you and your pet in really traumatic incidents this is not the place for you. Ps. He’s been uncomfortable and shaking all morning. Again, They did not care.

Fantastic experience: Friendly, thorough, never have I felt they were in a rush to see my little furry friend. I have been going to the Downtown Animal Care Center for years including taking two of my furry family members who were ready to cross over the bridge. They were very compassionate bc we all know that is the hardest part about owning a pet

Fantastic experience: My Auntie and my cousin found this place. Mainly because we have a new edition to our family. I brought a baby kitten to them recently and he was going to need a vet to care for him. His name is Ozzy and he is the most adorable kitten I've ever seen. Now this place is in no other words a wonderful veterinarian sanctuary. It's very suitable for all dogs and cats. The staff are very educated and absolutely amazing with the animals that come through there. They even have a home Cat that hangs around the clinic and a doggie too I think? We had to take Ozzy in to the clinic several times already. He got seen fir his vaccinations, regular check up, got seen for mites in his ears and than he fell ill all of a sudden so we took him in on an emergency visit. They gave him fluids and a prescription plus some special kind of food to feed him. He got better right away. Who knows what he got into. He's a very curious kitten and extremely busy. One back draw to this place is it is the busiest animal clinic I've ever seen. I think I saw four to six different breeds of dogs and a couple cats were seen while we were there. The rooms are fairly small, so I waited in the lobby. It made you feel very welcomed and cozy to a point. It had beautiful oil paintings of dogs and cats and the art was truly unique. All the dogs and cats that were beening seen there were right at home and were well behaved as if they were comfortable being there. Ozzy was a good Kitty himself while he was there. I think my Aunt and cousin picked a perfect place for Ozzy to be looked after and cared for many years to come. Thank you DACC for all your love you give to your furry friends including us.

Fantastic experience: The friendly, knowledgeable team helped us navigate a tough diagnosis for our puppy, reasonable pricing, would highly recommend.

Negative experience: Awful communication from here. They tell you where to contact them and they never reach out or give a call back either phone or text message. Same goes for appointments. This place is cheap, sure. But if possible go elsewhere unless you love no communication.

Negative experience: Not a good place to take your fur babies. They just want your money and could careless how your pet is doing. My poor kitty.

Negative experience: I take my two cats yesterday for vaccines n The lady in the room it’s so dramatic she’s making faces and rolling the eyes if she don’t like pets, what is she doing there? Very disgusting

Fantastic experience: We had our cats' annual exams and vaccines. Staff was great, very friendly and easy to talk to. We had an appointment and there was no wait when we got there. They also handled our pets with great care. Fees were affordable. Definitely a good place for pets.

Fantastic experience: I appreciate how much time and effort was put in to making sure my fur baby was happy and healthy. The vet was amazing, the staff was kind and helpful, and the prices are much more affordable than their competitors. I’ll definitely keep coming back and would highly recommend!

Negative experience: I’m switching vets because they never informed their existing patients about the new $90 deposit fee. If you don’t pay it, they’ll cancel your appointment or push it aside. And honestly, they’ve been rude the few times I’ve gone.

Fantastic experience: I had a health emergency with my cat and Downtown Animal Care Center was there for me in every way. I visited three times in a week and every time I was roomed immediately in a room that was perfectly set up for a cat. The assistants were so kind and Dr. Malloy was so communicative and efficient. They gave me a price estimate for every procedure they even mentioned as they took me through every step of her care. In 45 minutes they gave my cat an MRI and XRays with minimal stress and expense. I felt informed and at ease and am so glad I was able to trust them with my baby.

Negative experience: I can’t tell you how their veterinary care is, but I can tell you they don’t answer the phone, and they don’t return phone calls in a timely manner (or maybe not at all, time will tell). Trying to get records for my pet that I adopted and was seen by this clinic for his rabies vaccination. I will update this review when/if they actually get back to me.

Fantastic experience: Downtown Animal Care Center did an amazing job with my puppy’s spay surgery. I received clear instructions and reminders beforehand, and even though I arrived 40 minutes late due to a time mix-up, the staff were so kind and still took her in! They kept me informed throughout the day and gave me detailed aftercare instructions for her recovery. The cost was very affordable, about 1/3 of what was being quoted by veterinarians around the area, and the care was exceptional. My puppy is healing great and almost back to her normal, high energy playfulness. I’m grateful for their compassion and professionalism—highly recommend them for anyone looking for quality, affordable pet care!

Every tech was so kind to me and my fur baby and every issue I had was solved. My appointment began at 3:30 and I was finished by 4:00. The visit and meds were affordable and helpful. Fantastic experience: I love taking my pup here. I always get great service at the front desk, the staff is amazing. I HIGHLY recommend Dr. Donald Moloy, he was very patient and gentle with my dog when he was very stressed out.

Fantastic experience: Our experience with the front desk staff and veterinarian woman was just exceptional. We had made a quality of life appointment for our elderly dog who we love deeply, and to have people who are kind and empathetic and willing to help us....made my heart feel so encouraged. One lady at the front desk helped carry our dog out to my van to help us load him since he was so dizzy he could barely walk. Another woman (vet tech) cleaned the bowl of water that my dog stepped on and spilled in the room. The vet herself was beyond helpful and empathetic. I would recommend this place to anyone....and worth the drive we had to make downtown when we do not live near there. It was also affordable.

Fantastic experience: Everyone at DACC is caring and competent. Dr. Molloy treated our Lucky with gentle kindness. We will return. Good prices too.

Negative experience: Always inexpensive, quality care. Have been going for 12 years, 2 dogs; they have spaced out appointments much better in recent years. But very difficult to get an appointment. I do not think they actually do the tests you pay for. I'm not sure I trust the Dr from Purdue..They said benign lumps for my dog's stomach/bladder but now she's peeing blood and antibiotics are not working. To update, she died of bladder cancer this month. Do not trust anything without seeing the test results yourself because treatment or surgery was DEFINITELY an option at that time, but later when we found out she had cancer, because of their weak inaccurate diagnosis, she was too old for surgery. You get what you pay for.

Fantastic experience: We had a great experience having our little guy neutered at Downtown Animal Clinic. They were great checking him in and in the home care instructions and checkout. All good with our guy!

Negative experience: Went in for my cats teeth turning a bit black. Wanted to make sure they were okay and if they could clean them. They didn’t do anything about his teeth, vaccinated him without my consent (he was already vaccinated) proceeded to charge me for it. I did not have the funding for that nor did I need it done mind you. Then tried threatening me to collections before even leaving the office on that visit. It felt like a hustle they do often. It was such a scummy feeling. It put my cats health at risk because then I couldn’t afford actually dealing with his teeth. Be better. Don’t just do stuff and then try to bully people into paying for something we didn’t ask for or need. They don’t intend on fixing anything. I never got money back and no resolution for the initial booked appointment. It’s just a faux I’ll fix it behind the scenes review response but doubles down on the manipulation

Fantastic experience: I’ve been going here for years for my dogs and cats. The vets and techs have always been kind and compassionate. It’s a judgement free zone focused on getting pets the care they need without charging an arm and leg or pressuring you to do unnecessary tests and procedures. Everyone is friendly from reception to the people treating your pets. I love DACC!

Negative experience: Affordable for the care I’ve gotten previously, but they refuse to provide even basic pricing information without first bringing the animals in… I understand range of care varies, but a price scale seems like a pretty basic request.

Negative experience: DONT GO HERE. they gave me a false positive for heart worms for my dog. How awful it would have been if I had trusted them and allowed them to treat him when he didn’t even have it. Thank goodness I went somewhere else instead. Take your loved ones somewhere that isn’t so focused on profits

Fantastic experience: I found out about DACC through my groomer and I couldn't be happier. I took my puppy in for a neuter and baby canine extraction. I found the staff to be very friendly, professional, and extremely helpful. The prices are incredibly reasonable as well. We'll done DACC!

Positive experience: Can't clip my dogs naild he has bad anxiey took him in they had to sedate him. I Was so worried returned a couple hours recieved a phone call from dr. Assured me he was still under but would be waking up. I was very scared and worried. Also got 10% of beacause im senior.very kind staff I would take him back i felt very blessed to have taken him here.

Fantastic experience: We took our kitty Grumble there on an urgent basis for a bowel obstruction and they were patient and persistent with his treatment and recommended effective at home care once they treated him and saw positive results. Also they have been communicative since the appointment about follow-up questions, which they didn't have to be. We were paid up, their job was done, but they were very helpful with our questions and concerns.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been going here since I got my dog, Nina, 4 years ago. The staff is consistently kind from the techs to the doctors. They are very efficient in getting back to you and very affordable. Ex) My sweet girl was bitten by a dog and I was so worried about infection, they got me in as soon as possible (literally 30 minutes after I called) and treated her very sweetly (she can be quite nervous). They even went ahead and did her vaccinations so I didn’t have to come in again just a few days later for an appointment I had. These are really good and caring people,

Positive experience: Great place to take your pets for affordable care! I have 3 pets and I can confidently say I love it here. They have appointments you can schedule online but calling to confirm the 1st one can sometimes be a challenge. Then it’s a breeze after that. They also have a vaccine clinic on the weekends which I would recommend if you can’t get an appointment but try and get there very very early because it can be a wait. Every one is super friendly and helpful

Negative experience: Took my dog here to get spayed. Surgery overall went good. I booked in march due to a promotion they had. Save 30$ when booking in march. That wasn’t honored. Also the price includes the cost of the procedure, pain medications and the cone. But they will charge you additional for the pain medication.

Fantastic experience: We have always had positive experiences at Downtown Animal Care Center. Knowledgeable receptionists and technicians with friendly care. Plus my pup, who can be a bit nervous, is always happy with a wagging tail when she is there! Would absolutely recommend to anyone in the downtown area.

Negative experience: Really disappointed in the clinic and the staff I went to take my puppy for her first time shots/Pavo shots. They gave her shots and they didn't let me know that she was not able to be outside for at least two more weeks or until she got her full vaccinations and boost Shots now my dog is sick with Pavo and they said they didn't have to disclose that information Because it's a low-cost clinic and there's a lot of patience and they don't have the time! Also they refused to help me with any other test or offer any help at all! Do not recommend you to bring your fur babies here because now mine is really sick for careless and neglectful staff

Negative experience: I took a rescue puppy in for parvo testing, it came back positive and I was given medication sent home and was charged for two injections the puppy never received. I later called and they argued with me that they did one being an antibiotic which was later confirmed it was a mistake on their part “forgetting to due so” the puppy later passed. This was an appointment at 10am which I wasn’t attended til 11am they came in 3 times, once for the test, then an estimate cost and lastly to weigh and give me the medication. Then when going in to test my other puppy due to contact they denied saying they do not test for parvo nor have medication to treat parvo.

Fantastic experience: I always enjoy meeting the Vets at Downtown Animal Care Center. They are extremely knowledgeable, compassionate, interested in each case and each pet! Their entire staff and especially the Vets are all very friendly and thorough. I highly recommend DACC!

Fantastic experience: Its been a few yearssince I've been here and the last visit was less than ideal. However, this is the cheapest place to care for our fur babies and I decided to give them another chance, especially after going to 3 different places and paying so much money just to not be listened to by the staff and now one of my babies is having issues that definitely would have been avoided if I'd been listened to from the start. I am so sick of doctors not listening to the people DEALING WITH THE STUFF ON A DAILY BASIS. Just because I'm not a "professional" doesn't mean I don't know if something is actually bothering my pup!! Anyway, everyone that we saw today really listened to my concerns and I really feel like my puppy is in good hands again and now we can start what I'm assuming will be a long and expensive road to getting him all better. I was able to get him checked out, and got him all his shots for about $125 when I've been quoted almost $400 at a couple places and one place almost $500! (Just for a checkup and 3 shots!!) This is definitely the cheapest place you're going to find and they really seem to care about our fur babies so I am so thankful for the great team we saw! We will definitely be back with our other pup. Just because warned, you do have to pay a deposit in order to schedule, but if you're like myself who is always on time and never misses an appt once scheduled, then you have absolutely nothing to worry about as it goes towards your visit once you come in. So all in all I'm very happy with our experience this time.

Fantastic experience: I took my cat Fiona here and was so grateful, pleased, and appreciative of the care, facility, and staff. It was our first vet appointment together and I was not sure how she would react as she is a very outgoing cat but is in a new environment. The staff was incredibly kind and patient with her. She was clearly in pain and they handled her so gently. As for parking, there is a little lot with about 10 spaces but there is plenty of street parking. The process of booking an appointment was very easy on their website. I did call to ask questions and received a call back as well as text communication, which is deeply appreciated. I highly highly recommend Downtown Animal Care Center for your babies!!

Negative experience: Post your correct hours please. We just drove 20 minutes because it shows you’re open and we arrived to a closed center. Don’t waste people’s time with something that could be easily updated.

Fantastic experience: So this is a special review for a a very special vet clinic that contains extremely beautiful, intelligent and kind hearted vets. These are the real example of vets and not just carry that title. My beautiful thic boy has been getting care here for a while actually. His case was very severe and the vets here, i will not name a specific because its every vet is absolutely amazing in there, have been not only extremely patient with me and my boy, but they have also provided the absolute most outstanding care. I do not feel worried and im gonna be honest i never trust with blind eye and try to always also do some research but ever since i started working with this clinic I have not worried or had issues or even needed to double check if what is given to my boy or what is going to happen was concerning. Not at all, they are the reason my baby is where he is. He deserves this care just as we humans do, and to provide it so efficiently where i do not have to worry, especially a doggo with this much issues, yeah i can never ever be thankful enough. You guys do more for this world than you think. And because of how genuine and kind hearted this clinic’s vets are, good karma will always come back to those people and always be blessed. Thank you for saving the life constantly of not just a pet, but my best friend. Thank you guys again!

Negative experience: I went to this place to get my cat cremated! They got my phone number incorrect! They also lost my cats fur! DO NOT TAKE YOUR ANIMAL TO GET CREMATED HERE THEY MESSED UP TO MUCH BEYOND REPAIR! When I got my cats paw prints it doesn’t even look like her paw and they didn’t even put her nails in her paw prints that I got, so it looks like dog paw print I’m very upset with the careless ness that this company has for grieving customers. They also didn’t put her name right in the paper! You guys suck!

Negative experience: They did a wonderful job with her spayed, but i'm not giving them one star because of this. Once I got back Mika from her appointment, i only transferred her from the door to the car, which is one foot away, i took her directly to her room, and kept her in quarantine to limit her physical activity. Within the next two days, I seen that she was balding, and her skin was red and irritated. I'm am 100% confident she got something from this clinic, i google, it's easily identified as ringworm. how do I know because she could have never gotten this from our backyard, and we haven't been going out to the park lately because i've been resting at home from being sick. And We never had this problem before. On top of my dog suffering from their clinic, they said that they would need to pay a checkup bill $82 + THE RINGWORM TESTS ($152). Now that I have 4 pets, they all got it. Including myself. Explain to me how I'm going to afford all of that. Fantastic experience: Downtown Animal Care Center is the best. It is definitely not the closest vet to where we live but is always worth the drive. The staff is incredibly friendly and the facility is clean, warm and inviting. I highly recommend this to anyone looking for a great veterinary clinic.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been taking my puppy to them and they are very nice, friendly and helpful with everything, I will give this guys a 10 + and definitely recomend them

Negative experience: I don't know why this place is rated so high. The vet techs were "okay" (I expect them to be friendly but nothing out of the ordinary.) The first problem is that this place is not ADA compliant. I am in a wheelchair and there are two huge steps to get inside. Thankfully I was with someone who lifted me, but he is a driver, he shouldn't have to. The next problem was that the vet (Dr. Odon? I can't remember his name because I'm never going back.) looked at my cat like he was from outer space or it was his first day on the job, I honestly couldn't tell. I told the receptionists at two different times that I wanted to a Solensia© shot for my cat who is 18 years old and I'm sure the Cosequin I've been giving him for years is not enough. I also told them I wanted a geriatric (super-senior) blood panel. The last time he had blood drawn and x-rays was a year ago, at VEG on E. Colfax. It's a nice place, but I'd expect that for $2100 worth of tests. He had nothing wrong at the time except that he wouldn't eat. After I gave him a dose of Mirtazapine© (Remeron for humans, transdermal for cats it's an appetite stimulant), he ate enthusiastically which is why I took him to an emergency-vet (he wouldn't eat for 4 days). They told me he either had lymphoma or a "gas bubble." I took my chances with gas because an endoscopy would have been an additional $600.00. Anyway, for the first time in 18 years, the vet came back and said, "We couldn't get blood because 'Baci didn't like it.'" Well, I don't LIKE having blood drawn, but it's not the end of the world. No vet has ever been unable to draw blood from the cat, and when this doctor said, "maybe you can bring him back and have him sedated," I said, "I won't be back." They were also out of Solensia©. So I know that he weighs the same amount he has for years, and that's about it. I did get reasonably priced Mirtazapine for $50 instead of $100 for a tiny tube at the e-vet. (That seems to be the going rate.) I would give this place a minus 1 if I could. I guess if you have a dog and live in West Denver, they're fine. Lots of dogs in and out. But I've never been to a worse place, and paid them $60 to waste my afternoon. The receptionist I paid mumbled, two other girls sat at the front desk and laughed hysterically at something, and it was a pretty shabby office. Definitely a horrible experience, and it's inexcusable for any public building to be non-ADA compliant in the 21st century. That would move it down to a minus two stars.

Fantastic experience: Maria, Lynn, and Doctor Julie were our heroes today. They were the only veterinarian clinic to help our corgie who was attacked by a dog 10x his size. They took him in the second I walked in and got him checked in and out for the cheapest price possible. They were very knowledgeable and compassionate about our situation. Thank you guys!

Negative experience: My animals have been going here for about 7 years give or take. Usually the price is right, I ask questions, staff answers and I know what my visits going to cost me before procedure is done. I paid almost $300 today to find out how many puppies my dogs going to have!!! When the vet mentioned to me about an x-ray during a normal vaccination visit, I thought yeah that would be cool to know how many puppies she'll have!!!! There was NO communication on pricing what so ever. I had to pay deposit (new owners) of $86. Ok fine. I believed that all I would owe is the remaining from a single x-ray. I knew it would cost extra for a 2nd view, but didn't ask for a 2nd view nor was I told they were taking a 2nd view. Then on top of that there was a drop off exam fee!!!!! Really? Why couldn't they have told me this when I made the appt or when I dropped her off? Plus they wanted to put her under Anastasia to take that x-ray but decided against it. Which is good cause I was gunna refuse that service anyway. I would have just let nature take its course and guessed the number of puppies. A $118.50 visit was ok with me but not $300. Thanks for rocking my world financially Downtown Animal Care Center. Now the staff was really nice as always. They're a really great group of people as far as I can tell. But maybe they should have more direction on pricing and being upfront on ALL charges.

Fantastic experience: DACC is a gem among animal care in Denver. Our female dog was fixed here & we have used their weekend vaccine clinic, our dogs love the staff. We had an appointment for both our dogs today & Dr. Jeremy Hardy was very attentive, informative & kind. Our car battery died after the appointment & Triple A couldn’t get our car to start. DACC came to the rescue! The staff was nice enough to help us - one of the doctors moved her car so that Lynn, the amazing vet tech, could jump our car for us. It goes to show there are genuinely wonderful people working here. DACC has helped us in so many ways & we appreciate them dearly!

Fantastic experience: This is my favorite Vet ever honestly, I loveeee the girls! They’re the sweetest and so attentive even last minute emergencies !!They have taken such good care for my Kenji and since he had surgery and cancer, it’s been so stressful but I’m so thankful for them!! Give them a raise!! Jeje

Positive experience: I give 3 stars because their vet techs are usually super nice, informative, and helpful. On the other hand you have this really sour front desk (Caucasian) lady who never seems to be in a good or helpful mood, besides being occasionally snappy at my wife and i. We've witnessed her be mean and inpatient with the staff that come to her for assistance that apparently only her mean self can give. Oh and they NEVER answer their phone (so good luck.) Other than that it's a really great place for quick vaccinations.

Fantastic experience: Great location and staff! Needed vaccinations asap and they were friendly and prompt. Keep it up team! Definitely recommend the walk-in hours for quick things like shots and nail trimming.

Fantastic experience: Where to start, so we had called all other vets, and none could fit us in, Then we called Downtown animal care center and immediately got us on the list for a neuter. From start to finish, they answered all our questions and concerns, let us know all the fax of aftercare, and even answered my questions long after the surgery. I have always gotten a quick response. I highly recommend Downtown animal care center friendly staff and great prices. Thank you to everyone at Downtown animal care center God bless much love.

Negative experience: I've been going here for over 10 years. And usually all has been well. But today was just awful. I took my dad there to get his dogs appointment set up and the woman working was so rude. My dad was trying to express to her that he set the appointment up by phone and they sent him a text canceling the appointment almost instantly because he didn't pay in advance. When he proceeded to tell her that he was working and didn't know how to pay on line. She got really loud and told him to just calm down. I was standing right there. He wasn't excited, he wasn't being loud. He was trying to explain that he's 73 years old and doesn't know how to pay online right away. And she had the nerve to tell him to calm down and treat him like a damn child. Ridiculous customer service. After leaving there I had made the decision to start taking my pets elsewhere. This place used to be so good and the staff used to be so nice and down to earth. Now its not that way at all.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely amazing staff they care and you can tell. They were able to get my rescue dog on a leash, and he had never been on one, I was absolutely amazed. Thank you for taking such good care of him

Fantastic experience: My American bulldog, absolutely enjoys his time at the Downtown Animal Care Center. The vets and staff are wonderful people, the place is always clean and well kept. I've moved from downtown, to the city of Glendale but I still make the commute. I highly recommend Downtown Animal Care Center.

Negative experience: Under staffed, under funded and quite rude.. I don’t think it is any one person’s fault, but I’ve never had a worse experience with animal care. I walked out and went next door to MaxFund and it was night and day. Go to MaxFund if you have low budget animal needs, being low income in a bad economy shouldn’t mean you sacrifice quality of care for your animals. The people in this place will not treat you as a human, how do you think they would treat your animals?

Negative experience: Have reached out numerous times now to ask why my dog's heartworm medication order was canceled, despite my never being asked for his veterinary clearance. I spent half an hour ordering this on their website, was never asked for the paperwork, was never contact, and STILL haven't been contacted lol. If it's this hard to shop with them, how could I trust them with my dog's care?

Fantastic experience: My mom and I went to get my dog's shots updated and the doctors and nurses were so sweet and kind. They gave her 4 shots and even gave us preventative and supplement care for only 300! But they gave us a discount too! This vet is very affordable. We are excited to get my dog spayed for an affordable prince! 10/10 would recommend!

Negative experience: I’ve been taking my 3 dogs here for years but last week I took my pregnant dog to check how many puppies we would have and DR. LAURA JIMENEZ if you can even call her a doctor was very rude from the start. She said the puppies weren’t developed enough for X-rays but that she could do an ultrasound and give me an estimate of how many puppies we were gonna have. I said fine let’s do that she took my dog to do the “ultrasound” which at this point I’m not even sure if it was done as I wasn’t allowed to go see it for my self, she comes back and says “well she’s definitely pregnant I saw some heads in there” uhhh yeah I knew that I knew this from the beginning. The reason for this visit was not to confirm that she was pregnant but to know how many puppies she was expecting anyway they charged me $130 for this and still wanted to charge $160 for X-rays. Laura pulls me aside and tells me she’s gonna give me a credit (which wasn’t applied) and walks away without letting me know if she was gonna give me a receipt or anything. She’s very rude very unprofessional. This place is definitely NOT what it was before with the new staff. All they care for is MONEY they rather lose a customer that been coming for years than to reach out and fix this problem that could have been avoided if they had listed to what I originally made the appointment for.

Fantastic experience: Very quick and helpful staff! I am thankful they offer low cost animal services. After falling on some challenging times, I would never want my pets care to fall short and these folks are here to help!!
