Fantastic experience: The whole staff at the Center for Animal Wellness are very friendly, and the attention and care our two dogs got there was always excellent. We had two medium sized mutts (collie and hunting dog mixes) who went here for ~7 years. Our older pup passed away a couple years ago but more recently Dr. Llewy and the rest of the team there helped us move our remaining dog to New Zealand with us, which requires many steps and lots of attentive care. We worked with several doctors throughout our years there and we always felt like our dogs were treated well and were happier and healthier for it.

Fantastic experience: This is the first time I’ve left a review for a vet. I really trust the efforts from the team especially Dr. Andy for taking such great care of our cat. Our cat is not the easiest to deal with at the vet and despite that, they really dedicate the best care and comfort for her. I highly recommend Dr. Andy, he has the best bedside manners and talks in detail to soothe our anxieties as well as focus on the necessities to prioritize the comfort of our cat. I also appreciate the staff at the front desk and the medical assistants during an emergency situation with our cat, they made sure we were taken in immediately. Really could not be any more grateful!

Fantastic experience: I am so grateful to have found The Center for Animal Wellness. We originally chose them because of their AAHA accreditation, and they quickly met and exceeded all of our expectations. While all of their staff is extremely talented, we have especially appreciated working with Dr. Llewy over the years. Her love for animals, genuine concern for their wellbeing, attention to detail, and informed, thoughtful approach have meant the world to us. Two of our dogs have had complex medical needs. We lost our 15.5 year old dog last year, who lived 3.5 years longer than expected, and our 15 year old dog’s conditions continue to be well managed under her care. I give full credit to Dr. Llewy for extending their lives, and I will never be able to thank her enough for giving us more time with our precious girls.

Negative experience: I cannot find the vet’s name who we met with on my invoice, but she was a middle aged female. She listened very long and intently to my dog’s heart and determined she has a heart murmur. I didn’t bring the dog in with any concerns heart related. Vet offered very expensive further testing around $600 to determine if the dog could tolerate a permanent medication. We declined as she’s a large breed and 8 years old. Too expensive for our budget. Since then, we’ve taken our dog to two different vets who have said there is no heart murmur. Dog has allergic prone ear infections and itchy skin that we’ve had a heck of a time managing. This vet offered expensive shots, and care that was forever and costly. We declined bc that just was not affordable. Since then one of the other vets recommended Essential 6 - we order it online with chewy. This was life changing. Her coat is beautiful, not a single ear infection and stopped the obsessive licking. In summary, I would not recommend this facility, it’s a money pit and not competent or affordable assessments. The vet was not particularly nice and even said we spayed the dog too early so her vagina looked weird, NEVER had anyone said this before, and she was spayed in Parker by a very credible vet. I found her to be rude and insulting. Even if that were true, why mention it at 8 yrs old and make me feel bad? Our dog is healthy and active. When I left this office, I felt as though I should be preparing for the end of her life. Very strange experience compared to what I’ve experienced with a couple other vets who tells us the dog is doing great and offered an affordable option to help her allergies. This product has a 4.5 rating out of 371 reviews. It’s a natural plant based treatment, easy to apply. Natural defense against yeast, bacteria, fungi and external parasites.

Fantastic experience: Everyone who works here is genuinely so incredibly wonderful and helpful. I recently found out my 7 month old kitten is having some major issues that will require a specialist and they made sure to answer any questions and concerns and really walk me through next steps and even helped guide me to a specialist. My kitten is also a gremlin who is very mean to them and they always try their best to not stress him out even though he’s the worst to them lol. Shout out to Dr Courtney and Dr. Andy who have both helped my little guy through his journey.

Fantastic experience: So far, we’ve had a wonderful experience with our new puppy. Easy to get an appointment, and so much care and love for our little one. Patient with all of our questions, and quickly helped me through an emergency when our pup ate something she shouldn’t. Super LGBTQIA+ friendly - would absolutely recommend

Fantastic experience: Dr. Andy is wonderful. He always takes the time to answer my questions and makes my shy pup Finn as comfortable as possible. All the staff are incredibly friendly!

Fantastic experience: I’ve now seen Dr. Bleakley and Lewy(sp.) and they both have exceeded my expectations! My pup is going through a lot, and with all the tears, they have been there to walk me through everything. I don’t feel like another number to them. They both have taken their time to fully break things down and come up with a plan. My dog is 13 and I’ve been to many vets trying to find the best, and this office is absolutely amazing!

Fantastic experience: The best vet I have ever been to. They explain the care your animal needs in layman's terms and will help you not overspend on extras. Extremely friendly people work here: both techs and front staff. Shout out to Dr. Andy for an awesome checkup for our dog- he is a rock star. Great communication and people skills! If I could give 10 stars I would. Who knew going to the vet would be the highlight of my day?

Fantastic experience: Really great service. Edit: I have 2 cats and 2 dogs now and they are still great vet. Was my first time taking my cats to a hospital in Denver and decided to go here because of their reviews. Was not disappointed. Dr. Courtney was really nice and asked a lot of questions about what we were concerned about and then she answered all of our questions. Both the cats were obese so she told us to call her back and tell her what food they were on so she can give us a diet plan. 11/10 recommend this place. PS. They have a nice follow-up too. ;)

Fantastic experience: These folks are THE BEST! Always super considerate and take fantastic care of my big bear (Great Pyrenees). They let my other pup come as emotional support as well each time, just a great group all around.

Fantastic experience: I love the center for animal wellness. All of the staff I’ve ever interacted with are kind, helpful, and respectful. Appointments are easy to make, and very reasonably priced. When I have needed a last-minute appointment in the past and they have not had availability in their schedule, they have directed me to some fantastic alternative vets, but I will keep coming back to them. if I have a pressing concern, I know I can email them a picture and they will let me know swiftly if I should bring my pet in, but won’t pressure me too if it is not needed. I have a lot of gratitude and respect for this team.

Fantastic experience: I’d drive hours to bring my dog here. The level of knowledge and care is unparalleled. Dr. Andy does an excellent job educating us about our dog’s health so we can make informed decisions as she ages, and he never makes us feel pressured into anything unnecessary. When we ask for additional tests to ease our concerns, he’s always supportive and never makes us feel like we’re overreacting. The staff’s care goes well beyond the animals they treat. Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: We are so grateful to Dr. Jeanne and The Center staff. We’ve been with Dr. Jeanne for about 15 years and she really is the best. We have a now 12 year old border collie who was born with hip dysplasia and had hip surgeries as a puppy. Doc has seen us through all the ups and downs of life with our pup, and I feel incredibly blessed to have her. I would follow her to the end of the earth! The staff is responsive and supportive, and they handle my anxious and reactive pup so well. She really doesn't like going to the vet (who does), but the team at this office make it as smooth of an experience as it can be, and they have a ton of empathy in stressful times. Thanks all!

Fantastic experience: Dr. Jeanne and Dr. Llewy are the best! I always recommend this place. I also love the front staff, especially Kim. Everyone is so kind and my dogs have always gotten the best care. Dr. Jeanne supported us through a really rough time with our senior lab and we are forever grateful. Dr. Llewy sees our younger lab and he loves her!! We definitely look forward to going and I love seeing the team. Thanks for excellent care and peace of mind!

Fantastic experience: I’ve been bringing my pets here for over 6 years now and I could not be happier with Dr Andy. He is very thorough and explains things in detail. Fantastic experience: Center for Animal Well was is amazing. We see Dr. Andy for my dog and cat, and he always spends a good amount of time with us, both giving love to the animals and giving explanations for us humans. Multiple times, he has spent a substantial amount of time on the phone with us reviewing & explaining results for our “trouble” fur-child. We couldn’t ask for anything more in a vet! He even said our cat was beautiful and awesome, but I bet he says that to all the kitties ;) Haha. The girls up front are wonderful as well—nice, friendly, and always prompt when answering phones or returning calls. Always helpful! Love them, A+, always recommended! UPDATE: My pup had an emergency vet visit over the weekend. They faxed the report to Center For Animal Wellness on Monday, and Dr. Andy called right away to check on her. I wasn’t expecting that, but it was so wonderful of him!

Fantastic experience: Our pup Ellie has been going to TCAM since she was a puppy. Recently at 3 years old they were able to diagnose her with a rare auto immune condition. Dr Llewy specifically has been so kind, supportive and informative in helping determine the best course of action to treat our girl. We are so thankful to have her as Ellie’s vet as she truly cares about the “kiddos” she works with and loves her job. ❤️

Fantastic experience: It's so hard finding people that you can trust. My dog is a rescue, she was severely abused and pretty terrified of people and enclosed areas. The center for animal wellness staff accommodated her needs to make sure she was as comfortable as possible. The staff is so very patient and unintimidating, I didn't even put a muzzle on her during her visits and she trusted them enough to allow an exam and eventually surgery. They called to check on her recovery as well as sent her home with treats. Not to mention, the estimate for her surgery was approximately $500 more than the actual bill. They are not here to take your money, they genuinely care about our pets. I recommend then to any and everybody. Thank you from Brandi and Baby. We won't go anywhere else going forward. ‍

Fantastic experience: We could not recommend TCAW more! During my dog's recent ear exam, Dr. Buckley gave me the space to advocate for my pup by telling me I could stop the exam at any point if I felt she was uncomfortable (which I really appreciated). No surprise here, her team was so gentle, I never needed to intervene!

Fantastic experience: I can’t say enough wonderful things about Dr. Turner and the entire staff at The Center for Animal Wellness. They are truly the definition of compassionate, knowledgeable care. Every visit feels personal — they remember my pet, take time to explain everything, and always go above and beyond to make sure we both feel comfortable and cared for. Whether it’s a routine checkup or something more serious, I always feel confident knowing we’re in the best hands. The front desk team is friendly and efficient, the techs are gentle and patient, and Dr. Turner has the perfect mix of skill and heart.

Fantastic experience: Though meeting under unfortunate circumstances, I was met with nothing but kindness for the end or life/euthanasia care of a cat they hadn’t even met. The vet and vet tech were compassionate and understanding. Not having this at other vets, this meant the world to us. My baby got to pass in a home- like space with people who loved her, I was given space and time, and they even have an exit door so you don’t have to walk through their waiting room afterwards. They went above and beyond in all ways, sending a card for me and including a paw print memorial peice for free. I could tell both the vet and vet tech both cared a lot. I would highly recommend. Fantastic experience: Absolutely love everyone here!! Amazing doctors, techs, and staff in general. Everyone is so caring and patient with every animal that comes in and treated my baby Cheddar like their own every time we came in. We will miss them now that we’ve left Denver!!

Fantastic experience: I’ve recently moved to Denver and brought my 13 year old min pin to The center for animal wellness for her annual checkup. She’s recently developed cataracts which have contributed to her anxiety. Dr. Andy was wonderful, throughly listened to my pups history and had some great recommendations. Fantastic experience: Dr. Llewellyn is absolutely phenomenal! I went to her for a USDA health certificate for my dog Charli and we was not only incredibly sweet, but made sure to get it sent out over the weekend so I could make my flight! What an absolutely gem of a person!!!

Fantastic experience: This has been my downtown vet for 2 consecutive dogs now and they are always attentive and caring. The location is convenient for downtown residents and it’s easy to book appointments.

Positive experience: I love this vet clinic! But, I’m leaving four stars because on my last visit I mentioned a concern about my dog. Nothing major, and I’m so grateful the vet took it seriously. However, the test she did was $120 and that cost was not disclosed. Nonetheless, the doctors, technicians and staff are so professional and amazing. I will absolutely keep bringing my dog here for veterinary care.

They are thorough in examining and addressing any issues my dog might have. Fantastic experience: Words cannot express how much I appreciate this place. I’ve been going here for the past 4 years or so since I moved to Denver for my cat, Moira. Having to navigate through making decisions over her health was difficult, but Dr. Lewy made it all easier. She was incredibly patient and understanding, and informative about all the different options I could take to help treat her. I never felt pressured to make decisions right away. Since I hadn’t been in the best place financially, it was important for me to be mindful about what treatments and procedures to take, and she understood that. From the beginning of Moira’s care until her end of life care, everyone here has been incredibly kind throughout it all. To Dr. Lewy, to every one at the front desk, to every vet technician that gave her monthly injections, to everyone that interacted with her and gave care to her, thank you so very much. She was so very special to me. In the future, whenever I feel ready to adopt another cat, I will be coming back here.

Fantastic experience: I feel so comfortable taking my needy senior dog here- they take care of him well. They are very professional, they don’t overcharge for weird things, everyone is kind, and they’re great at explaining what’s going on with your pet. Trying to think of something negative but can’t!

Fantastic experience: The entire staff loves your fur baby as much as you do. They respect your time but most importantly they respect a dog's short attention span. They make you wait for your appointment. They also explain and fully discuss all the options for treatment. I sincerely appreciate their care.

Negative experience: This vet let me down at my most recent appointment and I won’t be returning. With previously great care at my most recent appointment I was met with Dr Bleakley and her demeaning attitude, rushed demeanor, and salty presence. Was charged for things I felt I was never consulted on and unfortunately ruined this vet for me. Beware of Dr. Bleakley if you are scheduling with them. Refrain from using your recap to accuse my accuracy and and appropriateness of this response, written “from the owner”, solidifies my point that you weren’t in the exam room nor in control or your rampant staff and how their action make me feel as an owner. Added Clarification: Prior to my late arrival I communicated with your front desk who assured me that my tardiness wasn’t reason to reschedule my appointment. Never was it disclosed that the care provided would be rushed. I was actually assured of the opposite since my preference and purpose of my original call was to reschedule due to my late arrival. Upon check out added to my bill was a late fee not disclosed while discussing repercussions of my late arrival. My other pup also seen by this vet has received ear cytology’s which has never been charged for. Unfortunately setting a standard of free care is convoluted since Dr. Bleakley did ask to do an ear swab but never referenced price or that I would be charged for the service. Scam like and shady practices to nickel and dime your already above average cost of vet services. The Owners Recap was missing valuable information pertinent to anyone making a decision on choosing care from this provider. In the photos added to this review I have included some invoices I have from completed services and an estimate for an anticipated Spay. You can see for yourself their above average pricing and you can even see the ear cytology with a $0 price invoiced on one and $41 another time. Your inconsistent pricing strategies, whether to oversight or discretion, is confusing for owners. Pick a standard of care.

Fantastic experience: We have been with TCAW for ten years through surgeries, general care, and end of life care for our dogs. It’s the best veterinary office I’ve ever worked with. They’re kind, responsive, flexible, and every team member is fantastic!

Fantastic experience: I have taken my pets here for about 20 years. They have been very understanding as my pets start aging and having health issues, spending additional time on my questions. Sometimes even following up just to check on my little guys.

Fantastic experience: I have been coming to the center for animal wellness for years. A few weeks ago we had to say goodbye to our beautiful kitty Poe. When having to make some of the most challenging decisions of our lives we were met with compassion and understanding. All of the vets here are wonderful, but Dr. Courtney specifically is amazing. Fantastic experience: From Franci Greenberg - These professionals are the best and kindest I could ever be so fortunate to have for my precious cat who is now 17 1/2 years old, Cherne. They have helped him thrive and feel much better ,as a few years ago another clinic suggested I put him down!! I love him with all my heart and Center for Animal Wellness knows this and treats Cherne, and all of their animals and pet parents with so much respect and care ( and a good dose of laughter when applicable!) I LOVE this place and I wouldn't consider anywhere else for Cherne. In fact, I'm envious of his excellent healthcare and I wonder how I was able to get him such amazing care and I wonder if they would take me as a patient because they are just that good!! Yes, I'm envious of my Cherne! I am so THANKFUL FOR THIS PLACE

Fantastic experience: I have been an animal lover and owner all my life and this Center is by far the best veterinarian I have ever had! It doesn’t matter which doctor you get when you go in, which technician you get, or who is even working the front of office on a given day, EVERYONE is so caring, so knowledgeable and so good at what they do. I feel so fortunate to have found them.

Fantastic experience: I love this clinic. Have only been coming here for a few months, but every time we bring either of our dogs, everyone is so friendly and knowledgeable. Dr Hannah is amazing, I know she knows what she's doing and will do the best things for my dogs. Andrew is also amazing. They both take the time to really talk to you and answer any questions, and I can tell they genuinely care about my pets. So thankful I found this clinic!

Fantastic experience: I’ve never had such caring, considerate, and trust worthy visits for my dogs like I did at this place. To have your vet play ball with your dog, tell you what their plan is for care and to truly take the time to educate us and make sure my babies feel safe is priceless. Every veterinarian and vet tech we’ve worked with has been exceptional—knowledgeable, responsive, communicative, and deeply compassionate. They are incredibly thorough and take the time to explain options clearly, always helping us make informed decisions for our pets. When needed, they don’t hesitate to consult with specialists, which gives us even more confidence in the care we’re getting. It’s clear that their priority is the well-being of our animals. We always feel supported, and we know we can call with questions or concerns anytime. I truly feel like our pets are in excellent hands here. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: I cannot say enough great things about this office and Dr. Andy. I took my dog in for an initial wellness exam and I’ve never had a vet who was so thorough and caring. He went over every question and concern I had in detail. Their communication regarding next steps has been wonderful as well. I’m very grateful I found this office and I highly recommend them!

Fantastic experience: The last few months have been difficult for my two cats, my husband and me, as Gracie, our 19 year old cat was dying of old age and Claire, the other cat, was suffering from a cancerous growth in her nose. During this time, Dr. Andy, Dr. Courtney, and the entire staff have offered unwavering support and practical help. Sometimes the treatments seemed expensive, but these veterinarians made sure to choose the (least costly) options that would ensure our cats received the optimal care. When we had to make difficult choices, such as whether to consult a specialist about Claire’s cancer, Dr. Andy always explained the options thoroughly and made it clear that the choices such as radiation therapy or palliative treatment were ours to make. Claire is making a fine recovery, by the way. I would recommend Dr. Andy and his staff unconditionally.

Fantastic experience: We just switched to CfAW after being dissatisfied with the level of care from our previous vet. We are so happy we made the switch. I have felt my concerns were heard and taken seriously and they took the best care of my aging dog and have great patience with my young crazy one as well. They have a deep love for all animals that come through their doors.

Fantastic experience: The Center for Animal Wellness has been Cyrus’ vet ever since Rez Dawg Rescue brought him up from the Navajo Nation as a pandemic puppy in the spring of 2020. The Center’s staff are professional, experienced, knowledgable and friendly. I strongly recommend the Center.

Fantastic experience: Highly recommend The Center for Animal Wellness. The experience compared to our last provider was night and day. Dr. Kristin Bleakley and her staff are open, caring and honest. They spend the time to get to know you, your family and pet. They asked lots of questions. We never felt like they were in a hurry. Dr. Bleakley realized our daughter was getting antsy and she brought her Play-Doh to keep her occupied while they took blood and readings from our senior cat. Avoid the corporate vet chains and seek out a place like this!

Fantastic experience: We’ve been part of the center for animal wellness family for years. They’ve taken care of our schnauzer in the best way possible. We always get reminders about needed check ups. He needed teeth pulled in his old age and they were so kind and assured us that he was well taken care of and that we had everything we needed. Each check up he is greeted warmly and we feel very happy with the service that’s provided. Recommend to anyone who loves their furry friend. We’ve seen multiple doctors there and had great experiences with everyone.

Fantastic experience: Everyone at the Center took such loving, sweet care of our kitty cat last week when she had her dental cleaning. We are so grateful! And so relieved to have found an excellent vet clinic so close to home.

Fantastic experience: Very grateful for Dr. Llewy and the team here! We were in town for work and noticed our super senior cat having hind end sensitivity. They were able to assess her and get her on a good plan. They also helped us very last minute with removing some masses of concern on our cat before traveling again. Dr. Llewy made it work on her lunch to perform the procedure before we had time leave which was so kind! Truly grateful !

Fantastic experience: This review is long over due. My husband and I have been taking our little ones to Dr. Andy for years. He is incredibly kind, knowledgeable, empathetic and caring. You can tell he loves what he does and that he takes what he does with extreme seriousness and thoughtfulness. Dr. Andy has been a constant for our family over the years. Always there through all the ups, downs and everything in between. I have fostered, rescued and cared for animals for 20 years and I have never found a veterinarian like Dr. Andy. Dr. Andy goes above and beyond regular veterinary care. You can tell that he continues to educate himself and grow as a veterinarian to be the best possible source for you and your fur kiddos needs. Without the care of Dr. Andy we would not have gotten the time we did with our four kids over the years. Recently we had to say goodbye to our last beloved family member, our cat, Honey Pie. It was devastating. She was with us for 15 years. Having Dr. Andy there for Honey Pie and ourselves during that time was and is absolutely priceless. Dr. Andy truly loves and cares for his patients and it comes through in how he shows up for families and their sweet, furry family members. He is beyond knowledgable within his field and he truly listens and respects his patients. He is also incredibly gentle and kind with your fur kids, allowing them to feel safe and in trusted hands. Fantastic experience: We couldn’t have more positive things to say about center for animal wellness. From the receptionists, to the techs, to docs, we have only had a great experience! We are always greeted with such kindness and warmth. I’m our pup Oka is a very VERY nervous gal at the vet and everyone is so sweet to her. She’s always greeted by name and offered treats. We have been fortunate enough to work with Dr. Andy, Dr. Courtney, and Dr. Derrick and every one of them is patient and considerate of Oka and her nerves. We have had a range of care from routine, to urgent, to phone concerns and again, can’t give anything but great reviews! Love this place!

Fantastic experience: The Center for Animal Wellness is one of the best finds we ever made. The doctors and staff have taken care of all of our animal companions over the past 22 years. Any concerns about the animals’ health and happiness is always addressed thoroughly and every option is explained clearly. We are never rushed and we know we and our pets are cared for and valued.

Positive experience: They are nice to the animals, but all the staff think they are reality show celebrities in Denver, especially front desk. That part is quite comical. But if you can get past that, the care is decent.

Fantastic experience: The staff here are so kind and knowledgeable. My 12-year-old cat Kiki has gotten excellent care every time I've taken her. Dr. Courtney, Preston, and Dr. Bleakley have all been excellent, answering all my questions and treating Kiki with such care and patience. I have even been able to schedule same-day emergency visits twice, which is amazing rather than taking her somewhere new in an emergency. Highly recommend :)

Fantastic experience: 12/10 experience! I’ve been looking for a new vet after feeling like my previous vets always rushed me and couldn’t be bothered to answer my questions. The vet and tech were so knowledgeable and told me things about my Ginger girl that had never been brought up to me in the 6 years of her life! They answered all of my questions and took their time with me. I’d never had a vet spend so much time with us. Everything was normally priced and I knew we were in good hands from the moment we walked in being greeted with big smiles. Highly recommend this vet and wish I found them sooner.

Fantastic experience: This is long overdue. We’ve been taking our pup Henry here for years now and absolutely cannot recommend TCfAW more. They’re always kind and so helpful and truly care about people’s pets (kids). Couldn’t recommend Dr. Courtney more— she is beyond wonderful! She’s thoughtful and takes the time and care to ask questions, with no rush. Preston also helped us and was awesome. Fantastic experience: i absolutely love hearing that mateo does well at his examinations in the back with the staff here. He is a protective and timid dog around his momma but with trust and patience he is the sweetest dog! Thank you guys for taking care of my little chicken nugget <3

Fantastic experience: This has been the best vet experience I’ve had. We’ve moved a few times and this was our first visit to a vet since moving Denver. We saw Dr. Andy for an annual visit. He was very knowledgeable and thorough in answering all of my questions. Our annual visit at our last vet in Fort Collins lasted 5-10 minutes, whereas Dr. Andy really took the time to get to know us and talked us through the whole exam. The vet tech was nice as well. I thought the pricing was fair and reasonable. I would recommend this clinic!

Fantastic experience: My kitten was throwing up and acting pretty lethargic. I was obviously freaking out, so I took him to the Center for Animal Wellness, and I feel so much better now. The staff has been incredibly friendly, and the doctor has taken her time explaining everything to me to make sure I feel comfortable with everything going on. I recently switched vets, and I am so very grateful that I did. I could not imagine a better place than this to take your babies to!! I would recommend them 1,000 times over!

Fantastic experience: Made an emergency appt. to address my dogs limp. They offered excellent medical care and compassionate communication when the appt. resulted in a terminal diagnosis. They have been available and supportive as I have navigated his hospice care. So grateful for this incredible crew through one of the worst experiences.

Fantastic experience: We saw Dr. Andy after seeing some behavioral changes in my cat. I found Dr. Andy to be very thorough with his examination all the while being very honest and compassionate with us. I can get anxious and ask a lot of questions when it comes to my lil guy and Dr. Andy did a great job of putting me at ease and making me feel like he really cared about me and my cat. He was very knowledgeable and personable, I felt he did a great job balancing his responsibilities to my pet as his medical voice as well as his responsibilities to me, the human. The techs and people at the front desk were also amazing, every single person I talked to was very compassionate and did amazing jobs. We’ve found our vet!

Fantastic experience: I am picky when it comes to vets and I tried many across the Denver area for years until I found CAW 2.5 years ago. They are responsive, answer their phone and emails and everyone is great from the front desk, techs and vets. The vets really take their time and go over all questions and concerns thoroughly. I have dogs and a cat that have been seen here and they are all treated so well that it's not stressful for them to come. Affordable vet care, with stellar people who you can tell love their patients.

Fantastic experience: This is without question the best vet I have ever been too. I have seen 3 vets with 2 dogs here. Dr Andy is so kind and compassionate I can’t even put it into words. My 14 year old Yorkie is a very complicated case and Dr Andy took so much time and patience to hear us out and come up with an action plan my wife and I were blown away. My dachshund has seen Dr Llewy and Dr Jeannie both multiple times and they are both outstanding. I will never go anywhere else

Fantastic experience: My doctor Andy was amazing! He was very friendly, very thorough and took his time. He didn’t treat us like a number. I felt very welcome there and I trust that he will be great at cleaning my dog’s teeth. Their prices are also extremely affordable in comparison to other vets in the area. I highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: The Center for Animal Wellness has been offering exceptional care for Caspian over the past 7 years since he was just an 8 week old puppy. Dr. Andy has helped us through a number of complex situations; he is extremely thorough and caring, and there’s no one I’d trust more with my dogs care.

Negative experience: The TCAW called me at 7:00 a.m. the morning of my appointment- 8:45 a.m. They let me know that Dr. Courtney was not available for our scheduled appointment, because she had to take an "important phone call". Super inconvenient. My dogs already took their sedative for the appointment. Nail trim, wellness exam. I was happy to reschedule with Dr. Hannah an hour later same day. Charlie's exam was super rushed. The Dr. made no attempt to even to get to know Charlie. I spent over 500.00 for that Vet Visit.

Fantastic experience: The Center for Animal Wellness is the best of the best! I've been a client of this practice, (Dr. Andy specifically) for over 11 years and they are nothing short of amazing. From scheduling, checking out and everything in between, I have always felt we are getting the absolute best care possible. Dr. Andy always takes the time to make sure he's covering all bases during exams, addressing any and all concerns as comprehensively as possible. When there is a specific medical issue to address, he's extremely detail-oriented and makes sure that all the treatment options/diagnostics are thoroughly explained. In a time where customer service and attention to detail might be at an all-time low, this practice continues to excel in all areas. No matter where I live in Denver metro, TCAW will always be my choice for veterinary care!

Fantastic experience: I have been going to this vet for almost 10 years now and cannot stress enough how amazing they are! Dr. Courtney is one of the most important people in my dogs’ lives, having actually saved their lives multiple times, and I drive across town to continue to see her. One of my dogs once had to stay overnight in an ER and when I went to pick him up, they told me that Dr. Courtney had called in the middle of the night to check on him. She’s so caring and knowledgeable, as is the whole staff, and I don’t know that I would trust many others with their care. Very thankful for this team!

Fantastic experience: We are so grateful for CAW! They have taken great care of our 11-years-young pup, Mac, for the past 4 years. Dr. Courtney is always been thorough and offered helpful guidance on managing things as they come up. When she was out of town and her colleague was covering (Dr. Andy), he called me after-hours with non-urgent lab results and walked me through the results and what the follow-up plan would be. It was not expected but deeply appreciated. Everyone from their front desk to the vet techs and on are great with our cantankerous canine!

Fantastic experience: The CAW team took great care of my 15-yr old dog on her recent visit. I switched to this vet after my dog's last dental when she was left in terrible distress in a kennel in a chaotic waiting room. So, when she needed another dental, I was really worried about how she would do with this new vet. Dr. Andy and team were awesome. They listened carefully to my concerns and reviewed all the issues that could arise with my senior dog. They called me immediately following the surgery to let me know how she did. They kept her quiet and comfortable until I could pick her up. I was so relieved when I got her. She was not feeling great but she was not in severe distress like she had been at our former vet. As the night wore on she settled down. She was low energy the next day, but fully bounced back the following day. Her mouth looks great and the places where she had teeth removed plus a couple of lumps removed from her eyelid, are all healing really well. I'm so happy to have found Dr. Andy and the caring team at CAW. I feel like my dog is in good hands that I can trust.

Fantastic experience: Doctor Andy and everyone at TCAW is so wonderful, I truly cannot recommend them enough. I’ve been bringing my 7 year old dog here since he was 1, and the team has helped us navigate every challenge from puppyhood to adulthood with care and compassion. Never once have I felt dismissed or confused about my dogs care, and he is always excited to see Dr. Andy and the team. If I could give 10 stars I would.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Sarah Llewellyn is amazing! When several other vets shrugged their shoulders at our quandary and sent us away, Dr Lewy stuck with us and figured out a solution. We are certain our pup would not be alive without her excellent care. Her dedication to her craft and her ability to connect with pet and people is inspiring. The office staff is professional, kind and helpful. They have been patient with us as we try to satisfy our pet insurance requirements. We appreciate the hard work from them all.

They have cared for all ten of our dogs and cats over the past 16 years, even after we moved up to Gilpin County six years ago. No judgement. We trust in their advice and they always present all treatment options available. The fees are fair and reasonable.

Fantastic experience: I have taken my cat here for 4 years, and now my pup too. I typically see Dr. Andy & Dr. Bleakeley, but all the vets there are kind & wonderful. They have done multiple surgeries for both pets (dental, tumor removal & spay) and my pets are always treated with so much love & care. We even get followup calls just to see how they are doing. Highly recommend this clinic!

Fantastic experience: I’ve been to a lot of vets and the center for animal wellness is hands down the best I’ve found. The administrative staff is always courteous and keep excellent records. The vets always take the time to answer all of my questions and are so thorough. I’ve never felt rushed and they are pretty holistic in their approach and so so knowledgeable. The entire staff is extremely kind and handle my super reactive dogs with respect and patience. The prices are also very reasonable and when money is tight they help me prioritize the best care for my boys.
