Fantastic experience: My first interaction with WSVC was in 2013 when I had to euthanize my boxer because of cancer. They weren’t my home vet, and I’d never brought Romeo there. Everyone was so kind and compassionate. Like most, Romeo was a member of my family. It’s a very challenging and emotional moment to go through. Because of their compassion and kindness during a very vulnerable time, I have brought my current dog Bruce to their office all these years later. I’m sure there have been changes to staff and etc. but the same courtesy and compassion is conveyed to this day. The staff is incredibly kind, quick to help and solve the problems. They treat Bruce as though he is their own fur baby. And for that I am grateful.

Fantastic experience: I am convinced they are the best vet ever. I initially went here because after calling around they had the lowest prices. I took my dog here for 3 years and I loved them. She’s extremely anxious and they were always so amazing, patient, and kind with her spending that bit of extra time giving her treats and trying to make her feel safe. Whenever I had any issue they always explained everything very well to me. I moved a year ago to another state and I have tried 3 vets and none of them are half as good as winter springs, I truly wish I could’ve packed them up and moved them here with me.

Negative experience: I have been a client for over 10 years. Used to recommend this vet to anyone that was looking for a vet. I’ve fostered dogs and brought them all here for care over the years. Since the Dr. Retired this place has completely gone downhill. Today I found out when I ordered a refill of medication for my dog on 7/4 through chewy the vet denied the refill for an allergy medication my dog has been on for over 5 years. A medication they wrote the prescription for. Denied for who knows what reason. No courtesy call, no notification. I find out today on a Saturday they’re not open. Can’t leave a message, BUT I can pay $150 exam fee at the emergency vet for an active prescription they just decided to deny. So now I’m stuck over the weekend without medication needed for my dog. Awesome service! Thanks for showing how much you care for my dog and my 10 years of business. Total scam.

Fantastic experience: I have been going to winter springs vet for years. They have always taken care of my yorkie cookie until she passed away on June 30 2022. I now have two pets that I take to winter springs vet and Dr walker takes care of my dog Luna very well. Lucy was seen by Dr Holly and I am also very pleased with the care that Dr Holly provides for Lucy. Dr sims was the first Dr caring for cookie years ago and I was Also very pleased with the care cookie received. The staff is wonderful and very caring of all the pets that go there. I recommended winter springs vet to my daughter Lisa Joy and will definitely keep recommending this vet to everyone that I know has a pet. Thank you to everyone at Winter Springs' vet for being so kind and caring so much for the well-being and health of our pets. I highly recommend this vet to anyone who wanted very good care for their pets.

Fantastic experience: Dr Holly was amazing and thorough when my little Genie was very sick.

Fantastic experience: Came in today for the first time to get some vaccines for my dog and I was very pleased with my visit. The two ladies at the front were extremely friendly and sweet to us the second we walked in. Everyone in the back was so loving towards Teddy when he wiggled his way to them. Made him extremely comfortable during the actual process and the dr. answered every question that I had for her and even sent me home with some more information. On the way out the practice manager introduced herself and gave some love to Teddy. All around a really great experience and I will be coming back for all my vet needs!

Once my dog was injured and I called and they had me come in immediately, the receptionist took the time to look for an appointment so I wouldn’t get charged for an emergency visit and there was one! I was so frantic, that was the last thing on my mind, but I am still thankful for her kindness.

Fantastic experience: As a college student I find thier services reasonably priced. The staff are professional and empathetic to pets, willing to do their best to help clients. My cat was showing signs of tapeworms this morning and when I called, I was able to get an appointment in later that day. I recommend their services and respect their level of kindness and professionalism.

Fantastic experience: All of our pets (5) have gone to Winter Springs Veterinary Clinic over the past 25 years we’ve lived in Central Florida. We find the vets & staff to be considerate, knowledgeable & fair dealing with our pets. They help make tough decisions when needed but thankfully all our pets are healthy. Never a bad experience. Highly recommend them.

Negative experience: My dog name is champ Alderson, he's under mycsisters name. I had a very bad experience, the doctors showed no interest for my puppies well-being. Im very dissapointed with your bad service.

Fantastic experience: Always personable and professional. It is never a stress visiting. We always leave feeling we received the best care, and that our feelings are taken into consideration.

Fantastic experience: I got to come in with my dog wearing a mask, because she was very nervous. Vaccines and a wellness check found a skin irritation got an antibiotic and out quickly with a very kind and caring staff.

Negative experience: This vet office has declined in every aspect. I would advise Cornerstone or whichever vet you decide. I just told Winter Springs Vet that we were changing to Cornerstone and they didn't even ask why. They were completely indifferent. They are also more expensive than the veterinarians that friends and family use and they have quality vet offices. Not Winter Springs Veterinarian.

Fantastic experience: Everyone is nice and caring. Dr. Walker is kind and caring, just like Dr. Sims. They have to be detectives in finding causes and treatments for our precious furry babies and they do it with care and God's love. My cat Bobi has issues that aren't always easy to diagnose and Dr. Walker is loving and kind in helping her. Bobi is skittish and doesn't like car rides, but she is always in good hands with Dr. Walker. Thank you and the entire team for working to restore her health

Positive experience: I have mixed feelings about this clinic... The staff is very friendly, but the doctors are not very interested and seem like they give you antibiotics for every occasion. My little puppy has had diarrhea for the last few months. At first, the vet said that maybe it was the food and gave us some pills, we changed the food just like he said, and the following month it all started again...The third time that we went, they gave our puppy antibiotics because it didn't show anything on the only exam that they did. And it's just not that every time we have a concern about our puppy and try to make a sick appointment is frustrating because they say that they don't have availability in a timely manner or don’t take that type of appointment. We would like to have a veterinary clinic that can be careful and be interested in the well being of our fur babies

Fantastic experience: There is nothing that you could've done to improve your service...except let me be right in there when our little girl was being treated. And,yes, I mean while she was having her teeth cleaned. I would've liked that but I know that's not feasible. Dr. Christopher Sims is an excellent veterinarian. He is skilled and knowledgeable AND he listens to what his client says. His staff has taken on the same traits.

Positive experience: I've gone here for almost 18 years and I love them. But lately I've been frustrated because I can't get a "sick" appointment in a timely manner. They keep referring me to other places, which is kind of them to do so, but I feel like I should be able to see the vets who know my dogs when they are sick. Prices have gone up a lot lately too. I don't want to leave the practice, but I confess I'm starting to look around a little.

They are punctual and really spend the right amount of time each visit to ensure your pets needs are taken care of. They listen and offer options for your pet. I trust them with my fur babies needs.

Fantastic experience: I always feel like my cats are in good hands when I bring them to see Dr. Walker. She is so sweet and patient and the staff is very informative and helpful. My questions are always answered professionally and in a respectful manner. We had a lot of concerns and questions when it came to our cat, Zilla, who recently passed due to stomach cancer. Dr. Walker and her staff were always willing to help me out and before we found out what was ailing her, she worked with me to find out what was wrong with my kitty and how to help her, and even after we found out it was cancer, she has always showed genuine concern over her well being, even asking about how she was doing when I had another kitty in for a checkup. I really appreciate that Dr. Walker and the staff seem to really care about my pets as patients and remember who they are. While I'm very sad that my kitty is gone, I feel secure knowing that her vet did everything she could to try and help her. I will always feel that my pets are safe in her hands.

Fantastic experience: I absolutely love bringing my cats here. Every single person there is kind and professional and welcoming. They are also super informative. There have been times that I have called them in a panic thinking my cat was having an emergency, and they always speak calmly to me and really listen. They always offer to get him in as soon as they can if I want to, but they usually are able to help me understand that it's not an emergency. That has ended up saving me time and money. I definitely would have brought my cat in each and every time, but so far every time my cat has ended up being just fine. That lets me know that they really care about the animals and their well-being, and are not just trying to push for appointments. My most recent visit was today, and after the visit, Dr Walker came out to discuss some concerns I had. She really spent time explaining things and making recommendations. She was reassuring and informative. I felt like all my concerns were addressed, as they always are here. I will definitely keep bringing my cats here happily.

Fantastic experience: I have been taking my animals here since 2007. They have always been caring, kind and considerate here. Most importantly to me, I have never and I mean never felt taken advantage of, which I know happens a lot, since you're kind of at the mercy of the dr. to fix the problem with your animal. I love this vet and it's not right around the corner for me either anymore. But I don't mind bc I know my animals are going to be well taken care of. Thank you Winter Springs Vet Clinic.

Fantastic experience: We have been going to Winter Springs Vet for about 11yrs. We moved to Oviedo so we tried another vet on this side of town, closer to home. Just wasn’t the same all the way around. So we went back to Winter Springs years ago. I would rather drive 35 mins one way and know that my cutter boy is being treated like he’s #1. And the doctors and staff are amazing. Cutter does have a special friend there that’s he has know for at least 8 yrs. Justine is wonderful with cutter. Thank you for being loving and caring ❤️

I was so nervous to have my 3lb dog’s teeth cleaned but the professionalism of the staff made me feel so comfortable and I know I can trust them to take the best care of my pet. I will 100% recommend this place and will only let them treat my pets. Wish every place was like this place and I wish I could of found them sooner ! Very affordable prices!

Fantastic experience: I started coming here when during the pandemic my previous vet didn't take any precautions for the human owners. I couldn't be happier. Winter Springs Vet identified and resolved the source of an issue I'd raised with the last vet but got ignored, and they take COVID precautions seriously.

Negative experience: We have been a patient since my dog was a puppy. So sad. My family has been having financial difficulties. I called to get some flee medication and they refused unless I brought my dog in because they said it had be awhile since we had been in. So my pup just had to suffer because then I tried Walmart flee meds and they didn't work.
