Fantastic experience: We have been coming to LVC since our first dog 4 years ago. We trust them with our animals care so much, even though we moved an hour away we still have kept them as our primary care. They are patient, honest, kind and genuinely care about both our animals and our well-being. We even brought a stray kitten we found to them and they provided the best care as possible during that time as well. We recently have had an issue with our cat, had to bring her back several times and by the third it was the doctors recommendation we go to the emergency room. I am so grateful for all the time and energy they put into her care, and if it wasn't for the recommendation we would not have had a vital surgery that saved her life. They continue to help us with her care and our other two dogs, and we are extremely grateful to everyone who works there. I recommend anyone who is looking for a vet clinic to choose LVC, it was the best decision we have made for our animals and ourselves.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Marble and Dr. Evans have always taken such great care of my animals. They are so patient and make sure to answer all of my questions. The front desk staff are always so friendly and helpful! LVC is the best!

Fantastic experience: I love the VET. They are super friendly, do all of the exams and most of the treatments in the same private room for less stressful visit. The doctor and techs sit on the floor to make my dog more comfortable. The pricing is lower than my last vet and they really listen to you. I feel like they care about my pet and her well being. Positive experience: First I would like to say the staff and the vets are amazing. I give them 5 stars on that. I gave them a 3 because I don’t think it is ever a good policy to charge double for your pets medications than what you can pay for them at any other vet pharmacy. I always try to give the business the opportunity to make it right but I was told it is our policy to charge those prices and we are not willing to price match like other vet clinics. I don’t mind a few bucks more but $25 vs $50 is insulting. I made a suggestion to change this policy but not sure it will be received.

Fantastic experience: LVS takes such good care of my pets, that even when we moved a few towns over, we still go there. Great vets.

Negative experience: I was a loyal customer for 4 years, but one of the veterinarians did not catch an oral tumor in my pet. I even brough her in several times for evaluation only to be told that we would "monitor" it. Then when my husband ended up taking her again, (the second time within a month for the same thing), he was told she needs palliative care. We go from monitor to palliative in two weeks. After thousands of dollars at other veterinarian offices, I am now told that it is too late to do anything curative or even close to it because it has been going on too long. I trusted this clinic with my pet. Assumed they were doing everything that they could to keep my pets healthy. I always take all of my animals in for their annual visits, give them their medications, and never spare a dime on them. Not once have I ever indicated that money was a problem. In hindsight, the MD should have biopsied my dog's "epulis" a year ago, which I would have gladly paid for had it been offered. By removing it and not biopsying it, most likely just ticked off the tumor and then it started growing like crazy. And then the times I took her back for evaluation to only be told to "monitor it". It is my fault for trusting them and my fault for not getting another opinion sooner. I will never be able to get over that guilt. So, now I am planning my beloved pet's hospice care instead of her next birthday party.

Fantastic experience: This vet was absolutely amazing. Brought my elderly dog to get checked out (I wanted to make sure he still has good quality of life) and was treated with such compassion. I didn’t feel pressured to get a bunch of testing done or spend a ton of money. The goal is to keep my dog comfortable with whatever time he has left on this earth and Dr. Umbaugh completely understood and was so kind and caring. Thank you for being a safe space for people in such a vulnerable state. I would recommend this vet to anyone and everyone.

Fantastic experience: They are always friendly and courteous. And if there's an emergency they try to get you in as soon as possible. With my other dog Roxie Dr. Connely took such good care of her to the the very end. And when it was time to put her to sleep they were so gentle. And she loved coming to Longwood Vets. My little girl Bailey who is a rescue is starting to get used to Longwood and she loves Dr. Franco.

Fantastic experience: My dog has never willingly walked into a veterinary practice. Today, she eagerly walked in and snooped around! I couldn't be happier after my first visit to LVC. Dr. Umbaugh and her technician were gentle and encouraging. They even let me love on my senior dog during her exam, vaccines and procedures. I left knowing I'll never take her to another vet.

Fantastic experience: We recently switched to this vet due to many recent bad experiences at our last vet of over 10 years. This place is exceptionally clean even in the back (they gave me an impromptu tour) and they treat your pets like they are their own. I like their estimates if you have follow up work that need to be done on the pet. Their prices are much better than the last vet. Great staff!

Fantastic experience: We have been bringing our dogs here for a couple years. I love their fear free approach. The staff truly cares about your furry family members, and not just the $$. Just an all around great team here!! I have also always found the cost reasonable for any thing we have had to see them for which is a great plus.

Negative experience: This place has no love for animals they love money. I spent over 3000 dollars with them to try and help my dog just to be told he has allergies and he will be dealing with them his whole life. They recommend giving your dog countless shots and anytime you deal with them they want to book an appointment so they can charge you for that as well. The final straw was when I attempted to get bravecto for my dog it's a chewable that kills fleas something I have gotten him twice before when it was an issue and they refused unless I bring him in for a checkup. This wasnt something he had never had before. It wasnt a steroid. It wasnt an antibiotic cause he was sick it was something for fleas and they refused i guess because they werent able to verify he has fleas.I highly recommend finding a vet that's more interested in treating your animal then finding out how much money you have.

Fantastic experience: I switched from banfield to this vet shortly after my sister started coming here. I have a Rottweiler and when I took him to banfield they were always so terrible to him and I’ve always had an awful experience. The techs here always are so kind to me and my dog and always let me know everything and prices before I agree to anything and are honest with me when I ask questions. I love this place and I will never go to another vet.

Fantastic experience: My husband and I LOVE Longwood Vet. We've been taking our boys Brutus and Biggie since we moved to Orlando. Every employee is beyond nice and welcoming, always making sure they give our pups attention and love from the moment we walk in to the moment we walk out. We actually moved to Davenport, about an hour away, and I still haven't found a new vet in our new area because I love and trust Longwood Vet so much! Both my boys LOVE Dr. Marble! Thank you all!

Fantastic experience: This clinic has changed my view of care for animals, they’ve been extremely compensating, and open about treatments and prices, and downsides. wether your animal is a normal dog that loves to go out, or a dog that is scared of their own shadow (which happens to be what i have) i have no doubt your animal will be taken care of well, this is an invaluable place to have nearby! the building is kept clean and appears to be managed well, i am excited to continue to care for my pet here.

Fantastic experience: I can not say enough about them! I was frantic trying to find some place to bring my pup Azula on an emergency on the weekend and I called them, explained what was going on and they told me to bring her right in and they would have her seen. Everyone in there was so sweet and caring. My pup Azula was an almost 80lb American Bully and they treated her like gold. They did the best they could with the info I gave them and gave me their best advice. They even called me a few days later to check up on Azula. Unfortunately what we all thought was Pyometra ended up being Cancer and my sweet girl had to be put down. I will forever be grateful for their kindness in such a heartbreaking time for me.

Fantastic experience: I am relatively new to Longwood Veterinarians. I was at a local veterinarian for over thirteen years. However it was a place I did not feel comfortable there anymore taking my babies. Making the switch to a new vet was hard. However, I am so glad that I did because Longwood Veterinary Clinic is the best. You can see that they truly care about their furry patience, from the time you walk in to the time you walk out. They make the pets feel so comfortable and loved. When you call with a concern you get a call back within minutes. Fantastic experience: Dr. Franco and staff have been absolutely wonderful to Kona. I take Kona for regular check ups, they check over things I find on Kona (she's a 12 year old 60lb rot/pit mix?), and give me quick results. Fantastic experience: I went to LVC for 6 years with my dog Freckles. Saturday I had to say goodbye. Dr. Marble and the rest of the team did everything they could to make the experience as easy as possible.

Fantastic experience: In December 2022 we welcomed 2 new puppies into our home. This week we interviewed three veterinary clinics, two in person and one over the phone. It was a hard choice, but hands down, the Longwood Veterinary Clinic was our top choice, for these reasons. Their prices are in the middle range, they have been around for years, all the staff is extremely friendly and efficient, they are very well organized. Dr. Conley was exactly as depicted on the website. When she came into the room, she smiled at us, she introduced herself to us and greeted the dogs. She was also very easy to talk to. She looked at all the records, examined the dogs thoroughly, recommended a different heartworm treatment and explained why. She had a calm demeanor, and a friendly attitude. She is also a UF veterinary school graduate and her staff is efficient and a complement to her, including the front office staff. We totally trust the care of our puppies to her and her team.

Fantastic experience: My wife had to make the difficult decision to lay her childhood dog, Reesey, to rest after 16 years & LVC assisted with so much compassion and support. They were able to fit us in quickly and during the appointment the vet and techs made sure Reesey was comfortable and not anxious. Her ashes were returned in less than a week and they also included some sweet items that we weren’t expecting. I highly recommend LVC & will continue using their services for our other fur baby!

Fantastic experience: I called the office just for some advice on what may be wrong with my cat. Most vet offices are not helpful and just say bring them in no matter what and don’t want to hear you out. However this office was so kind and compassionate and listened to my whole explanation before saying anything and they seem like they truly care about animals. They gave me very solid advice and asked for a follow up and what I should do. They made me feel so much better and I will be coming to this office from now on! Thank you!!!!

Fantastic experience: I had used LVC consistently over two decades ago for many years; but had moved too far away to continue to use them. I was utterly thrilled to move back closer to their location. And as of today, my two senior rescue dogs had overwhelmingly positive and happy "new patient" appointments with Dr. Marble and Kristy. I want to convey a sincere "thank you" to the staff, and to say that this clinic has flourished even more in the past two decades. Fantastic experience: I'm a new client here and I took my cat that was really sick as a walk in and they are the absolute best. The Service was excellent. The staff was attentive and kind to my animal. It was awesome and they made me feel so much better cause I though my cat was literally going to die. Fantastic experience: The best veterinarian’s office I’ve ever used. The price is higher but the quality of care is absolutely worth it. When my dog had a strange eye issue that turned into a strange skin issue, Dr. Marble was incredible in helping us find out what it was. It was months long process but she didn’t give up and genuinely cared about my dog and her wellbeing. They spend time with you and your pets and aren’t just going through the motions, trying to rush off to the next patient. Dr. Marrinson did two of my dog’s surgeries, did a beautiful job, and called me himself to update me afterwards. The front staff and techs were always friendly. Even when they were busy and overwhelmed, they were never rude. (I was a pretty frequent caller at one point at the beginning and probably pretty annoying.) Now, being in a different state, and at the mercy of convenience with an old vet’s office, the difference in care is night and day. My dog recently had another surgery at this new/old place but had none of the care or follow-up or even pain meds (dogs do feel pain!) that were the norm at LVC. If you want your pets to get the quality medical attention they deserve, LVC is the best place for it.

Fantastic experience: My 1yo baby was diagnosed with a rare but treatable disease this week. As a young mom to my fur baby I was terrified but I knew something needed to be done. With the help of Dr. Evans & Dr. Marble they successfully found the disease and treated him immediately. Lots of tests and treatment later and he’s getting back to his normal self. Dr. Evans especially turned such a scary moment into ease for me as she sat and described to me what Addisons disease is and how they are helping and will continue to help us on this journey. I’m so thankful they were able to find this quickly! If you’re looking for the best care for your pet, look no further, LVC is the place to go

Fantastic experience: THE BEST VET!!!!!!! Dr. Umbaugh is AMAZING!!!! LOVE HER! I had to bring my kiddos with me to the appointment with my dog and she was so kind to all of my babies. The office is SO nice and when you walk in there’s a little sign welcoming your pet BY NAME! How cute is that!? The front desk and assistants were all soooooooooo wonderful and kind!!!!! Negative experience: I have been to a few veterinary offices because I have lived in quite a few states and my dog and I did not like the vibes here, my dog told me right away with her actions as she’s been fine at all the other clinics I have been to but she did not like this one. It felt very insincere and like they just wanted my money. They are also over priced.

Fantastic experience: This place is awesome! My vet is out on medical leave They were able to get me in same day and the whole staff was wonderful! Roo was extra kind and very caring of my dogs needs! Dr. Umbaugh was kind and very good at explaining everything to me I may have found a new Veterinarian family ..especially not knowing when my vet is coming back.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Evans took care of my cat Max. I am so very grateful to Longwood Veterinary Clinic for seeing Max as this was his first visit and he needed help. So did I as I was a wreck! Those that love pets know what I mean. My cat Bella had been there for care a couple years ago. Unfortunately Bella is a cat Angel now. Had 16 glorious years with her. Fantastic experience: Usually dont review unless amazing or terrible. This place is great! Ive been to a couple other vets since I moved to FL and I kind of felt like they were just going through the motions. My dog is very nervous about goong to the vet and they did a lot to help her relax, actually looked at the issue, and what they prescribed is helping her tremendousley!

Fantastic experience: The are the best. They helped me in an emergency situation when my regular vet could not take more than one emergency at a time. This will be our new vets office. Fantastic experience: Just started going to this vet clinic, after my last vet kept getting my animals confused and missing surgery dates. I’m SO glad I switched they are amazing.. my cat was noted to be aggressive at last vet, but here they give the animals warm blankets on arrival and do all simple exam and procedures in front of you, to keep the pet less anxious. My dog has had allergies for YEARS and Dr Umbaugh (who is amazing and SO knowledgable) gave one injection that completely cleared up her allergies. She also recommended all natural medications for my ten year old dog for her arthritis and can now jump in and out of my SUV without signs of pain. They are also super straight forward with pricing and work with you on affordability per visit. Thanks guys! My animals Lumpy, Frodo, and Cricket approve of this message and appreciate your TLC

Fantastic experience: I have had a wonderful experience with Longwood Veterinary Clinic for the last 4 years. The vets and support staff at this practice are reliable, knowledgeable and extremely compassionate. I have had several severe medical issues with my dog and cats and they have always gone above and beyond to provide the best care for my beloved furrbabies. The front office is very organized and helpful and the staff of veterinary doctors always go the extra mile to do their best to help their patients. A+++++ for this practice.

Fantastic experience: If you want a place to be able to take your fur babies that they will be treated like they're family this is the place to come. My sisters daughters dog stepped on a fish hook. It was stuck bad in her paw and we needed a vet and fast. I called here and explained the situation and of course it was near closing time. Mind you just recently moved in the area and hadn't found a family vet yet. They told us to come right in and they would take care of it. The Dr and all the staff were awesome. Made us feel at ease and that we knew our fur baby was in great hands. So again if you are looking for an amazing vet to take your babies look no further. They treat your baby is if they were their babies.

Fantastic experience: They are awesome, they were closed on labor day, had a medical problem with one of my dogs. I got a call back the same day from Christina who got me in early the next day. The whole staff really cares about helping you with your pets. Can't say enough good things about there service. I would highly recommend Longwood veterinary.

Positive experience: 11/30/2020 Any other time I would say they were pretty good but Saturday I received a postcard reminder to vaccine my dog on 12/9/2020 although their facility just put him to rest on 11/21/2020. I spoke with Chrissy who tried to tell me the post card went out before 11/21/2020 which made absolutely no sense, everyone knows local mail doesn't take that long. She didn't even apologize which made the situation worse and her tone was very uncaring about the sensitive situation. 12/01/2020 I received a call from Monica to very sincerely express how sorry she was for my experience. Monica explain their procedure on how reminder cards are handled but also made sure I didn't view it as an excuse for what happened. I thank you Monica for your diligence in making sure you got a hold of me to express your concerns. If I ever was to get another pet, Monica would be the reason I would continue with this vet office. Thank you.

Fantastic experience: The staff was amazing and very communicative they entire time our cat was there. They gave us multiple updates and were always available with instructions. After our cat came home they still made sure to follow up and be a resource for help if we need it!

Fantastic experience: After a disappointing experience at my usual vet office (a temporary doctor is in residence and has a poor bedside manner when speaking with pet owners), I made an appointment at Longwood Vet Clinic for a second opinion on my cat's health. From the first phone call to the end of the appointment, LVC has made it apparent the health and happiness of your pet is their foremost concern. Even with being a brand new patient/client, they called 2 days later to see how my cat was doing on her meds and stated the doctor would call me later in the week to speak with me about my cat. I really like LVC, and will be using them at my default vet clinic from now on.

Fantastic experience: They always take great care of my cats and everyone there is so nice. I feel comfortable bringing my pets here and have never questioned any of the veterinarians decisions, I know that the pets best interest is in their hearts!

Positive experience: Both of my dogs have been going here for years and overall it’s a great clinic. Reason they don’t get 5 stars is because they are very concerned about always making money. I called them a few days ago for medicine due to my puppy’s nail being split down the middle. They asked first to send a picture to see if it warranted a emergency visit. I was told ABSOLUTELY the nail is really bad and it must be removed IMMEDIATELY. Same day left work to take him and as soon as I leave the parking lot they call me to tell me they looked at it and it’s best to just let it fall Off on its own as long as he’s not licking it. That little Dilemma costed me work hours and $90 to tell me what they could have told me when they saw the picture versus lying to us.

Fantastic experience: These are the nicest people I have ever talked to. They took great care of my kitty who needed to be seen last minute. They were so helpful and friendly. Definitely making this my cat's new vet clinic!

Negative experience: They were very nice and took an emergency same day visit which is why they get 2 stars. However, we visited twice to figure out what sickness my puppy had. Numerous tests were done blood work, viral tests, urinalysis, x-rays all adding up to over $800. With all that testing they still couldn’t figure out was wrong with him. They just prescribed generic antibiotics and a NSAID for what they assumed was the problem. The second time we visited they forgot to give us the medication for our puppy. Had to call them and ask again if we were supposed to get medication as we were charged and they said “Oh you didn’t get it?” and had to drive back for the third time in a week. Also told us to come back in a week for blood work to try and figure it out the problem. No thank you, would not like to be charged another $350 for you to tell me he has low white blood cells again.

Negative experience: I brought my two Rottweilers in for their yearly shots and one of them was due for bloodwoork. I took time off to accommodate their first available appointment on a Tuesday. We came at 9am and were done at 11am. I paid $700+ for this visit. No problem, I know how much dogs cost. I get call from the clinic at around 2pm on that same day telling me they have lost my dogs blood. They don't know what happened but if I didn't need the bloodwork they will just adjust the cost but if I did need it they will fit me in when convenient for me and will credit the cost of the bloodwork for the inconvenience. Well, if I didn't need the bloodwork I wouldn't have asked it be drawn in the first place, so this was an odd question on their part. I went there on Saturday, got the blood drawn again and asked about the credit I was promised and they acted completely shocked by me asking about the credit. After a little back and forth with a Vet Tech on Saturday and with the Office Manager on Monday, it turns out they lied about crediting me and really didn't care about the inconvenience they cause by loosing my dogs blood. My dog got poked twice, I drove 20 miles round trip twice, took time off work twice and I didn't get what they promised. I initially gave them the benefit of doubt when they called super apologetic about the loss of blood but, while this isn't about the $108, it is about the principle and their lack of value for others time. In addition the invoice I received proudly boasts a complimentary manicure, a $16 value, for both of my dogs and neither of my dogs nails were touched. This office also does not work with online pharmacies like Chewy, 1-800-PetMeds, etc. which is super inconvenient for busy professionals. Who has time to go to their vet on a monthly, or a more frequent, basis to pick up medicine? Typically overpriced meds at that.

Fantastic experience: I love this place. I used to go to VCA and it was fine but after moving and going a new VCA location, the vet wasn't as nice and she looked very lazy. So I decided to try LVC and I'm sooo glad I did. The vet explained everything that was going on with my my baby (kitty) and she even printed out some more info to read over in case I had questions. The front staff is also really nice and they always pick up the phone. I like it when I can trust where I'm taking my pets. :)

Fantastic experience: The vets and the techs are very patient and loving towards my pets. I have one dog who is very anxious and can be aggressive with strangers. They have the expertise to make Mulligan’s visit pleasant and peaceful. I highly recommend them!

Fantastic experience: Though there are local Veterinary clinics nearby we prefer to travel to Longwood Veterinary Clinic which is located 35 minutes from our home because we LOVE the care they provide. They love on our dogs as though they belong to them. Professional folks with downhome hearts. And, with constant training and education they provide to their staff they have the expertise of providing quality care. - Sincerely Number one fan for 34 years

Fantastic experience: I was really impressed with the service at this Vet. Dr. Conley was thorough and enthusiastic and gave us many options. She explained everything in a way that I could understand about procedures and medications. I was also surprised at how upfront they are about pricing which I appreciate very much. Our previous vet just kind of gave us stuff without explaining what it does and how much it would cost. We were given a nice discount for being referred by a friend and I'm so glad we switched.

Negative experience: The techs are great, but it’s very expensive and often feels more like your anxiety is being exploited for as much money as possible rather than the care of your animal being provided. The best service I’ve had was via phone calls when they for better or worse explained that things work themselves out most of the time rather than coming in to spend upwards of 300$ for meds that I don’t even end up using. If you can afford to throw money away, then this is a great location but if you have actual concerns about your pet, find another location that will treat them for far less money.

Fantastic experience: I brought my rat terrier/chihuahua rescue in for a check up. She is a sweet pup, but very nervous and can be a little growly when afraid. She is always afraid of dogs larger than her, but they carried her, to help her feel safer. She also gets nervous about being examined, or prodded. She struggles with getting her nails trimmed, and overall just a little afraid. The doctor was very thorough, very kind. I loved the way I got her lab results. Overall, I am very content and will keep my little Sasha with this vet!

Fantastic experience: The staff at the clinic truly cares about your pet. From the minute they pick up the phone they treat you as you are their only patient when you walk in for your appointment they personalize your visit by welcoming your pet in a message board. The wait is minimal and the care the staff gives you and your pet is amazing. They guide you through every step of what might be going on with your pet and make you feel comfortable about the procedures. They communicate well and check back after a few days making sure your pet responded well to their treatments. They have also been very helpful through emergencies, nothing but great things to say.

Fantastic experience: I had previously brought my dogs to Banfield since it was the only vet that was open in Miami. Whenever I would bring them in because of my dogs joint problems or constant vomiting, they would charge me $200+ for a SINGULAR pill that didn’t even work. Once I moved to Orlando, I immediately scheduled an appointment with longwood Vet and they addressed my dogs problems instantly. I have never seen my dog be so happy to run in her life whenever we come back home. It truly makes me happy to see how well my dog is doing within the first month I brought my dog to the vet compared to the 2 years with my previous vet. I’m so grateful for the team at Longwood Vet and I HIGHLY recommend them!!

Fantastic experience: As always, a caring and compassionate staff. Dr Evans saw my little special needs cat today. Although there are still Covid restrictions keeping us out of the office, I felt like I was right there. Dr Evans was very thorough with her treatment plan and gave me all the time I needed to ask questions. I love this place!!

Fantastic experience: I mean- this place is just exceptional. They continue to impress me with every visit. My current financial situation is slightly difficult and upon communicating that to them- they made a treatment plan that suited my pets needs along with my financial needs. They have called me a total of 5 times since my visit to check in on Mylo and have not given up on checking in regardless of my failure to answer the phone. All of my questions are always answered in a timely manner and the doctor is very logical in exhausting all options to ensure Mylos well-being. He has a very unique case and the doctor went out of her way to consult with her other colleagues and ensure we were acting in his best interest. I truly love this place and Dr Umbaugh is the doctor I work with. She's super amazing! If you care about your pets like children- this is the place to bring them.

Fantastic experience: Can't say enough wonderful things about them!! They were able to fit me in immediately without scheduled appointments, on two separate occasions in one day for each of our cats that were extremely sick and needed immediate attention. 3 other local vets, including the one we usually went to, weren't able to fit us in or would have had me wait 5 hours to bring in a cat that was struggling to breathe. LVC's staff are so kind and compassionate. Extremely grateful for everything they did to help our family through such a difficult experience losing 2 pets.

Fantastic experience: I moved here from another state with 2 senior cats who both had health conditions. I loved my previous vet and didn't think I would find the same quality care and service here. I tried a few other clinics in the area and was so discouraged before I went to Longwood Veterinary. LVC rates above any vet I've been to anywhere--professional, organized, responsive. We see Dr. Marble, and she is awesome--knowledgeable, experienced, compassionate, and communicates everything clearly. Their entire staff is wonderful. 5 stars!

Fantastic experience: My fur-son started to feel ill this morning and I could not get him into my regular vet. Longwood Vet was so polite, professional, and accommodating. They were able to get my baby in to be seen as a work in, the vet called me and explained everything in detail and my baby is coming home. I’m so thrilled and thankful for their service and will be making them my new regular vet. The Saturday hours are perfect for me as well. Thanks so much for taking such good care of my baby!

Fantastic experience: I have been bringing my dog, Riley to LVC for a long time now and they have always provided the utmost care. I recently had his teeth cleaned and Dr. Conley did an excellent job considering Riley is 13 years old now. They always do an excellent job of explaining all treatments and cost range prior to engaging in any particular service. I trust their expertise, knowledge and overall professional opinions when providing all health related diagnosis regarding Riley. I highly recommend their services if you are looking for a veterinarian that truly cares about your pets health.

Fantastic experience: I came to Longwood Vet clinic because my dog was itching terribly, I really thought he wasn't going to make it. I was very concern about him. I was very pleased by the way Dr. Conley and the staff handle the situation and understood how important my dog was for me, they make us feel important. I was impress by the fact that the Vet took her time to call me and explained to me everything regarding the issue with Max. Dr. Conley was very informative and she care for my dog health. Max is a 4yrs old dog and I have taken him to see other vets, but this is the very first time that someone took the time to explained what was going on with Max. I was very impress by the service provided by all staff member I spoke to and by their professionalism. We were treated with respect and they took it very seriously. Fantastic experience: Best veterinary clinic ever! My husband and I have moved around and have experienced several vets. None can compare to Longwood Vet Clinic! Dr. Marble and the entire staff are so attentive, compassionate, and knowledgeable. Our little Winston was diagnosed with congestive heart failure. Dr. Marble and her staff bought us additional time with our little guy and were constantly calling and checking in on him. I always felt so comfortable with them and their plan of care. They truly are the best! I would highly recommend this vet!

Fantastic experience: WOW!! Am I completely blown away by Longwood Veterinary Clinic! It was my puppy's first visit and I could not believe how sincere and attentive the staff at LVC was. It was hard enough not being able to go into the appointment due to COVID but Dr. Janae Umbaugh called me the second she walked in the room with my pup and talked me through the ENTIRE appointment. She was so compassionate and patient - considering I had a million questions! They sent me home with a free bag of puppy food and a goodie bag filled with informative paperwork etc. A couple of days went by and Longwood Veterinary Clinic called me to check on how my puppy was doing. This clinic cares and makes each patient feel important and feel like they are the only patient they have! I am still blown away by the customer service, the amazing staff and how sweet everyone is that answers the phone! Fantastic experience: I called in the morning and explained the issue my dog was having, they were able to get him the same day. The vet and staff examined my dog and put him on meds and some special food. We saw immediate results that he was feeling better. He loved the new food and it wasn't a fight to get him to eat it. We were worried about cost, but they were very reasonable! The staff and vet have called to check on him multiple times. You can tell this staff and vet truly care about your pet. I recommend anyone looking for cost effective vet, that is friendly, caring, and loves your animals as much as you do.

Fantastic experience: Dr Rick Marinson and the team at LVC are leaps and bounds above the rest. Professional, courteous, honest and fair. They saved one of our dogs lives and have been treating all of our fur babies ever since. Rick explaines everything in a way that you understand completely, without talking "over your head", he is kind, funny and just a joy to converse with. I am not a young man, have had pets my entire life and i can honestly say..... none compare.
