Fantastic experience: I can't say enough good things about Seminole Trail. I have four animals I bring there and they have always been awesome. This last time, one of my dogs really wasn't doing well when I woke up one morning. I called them, they got him in same day, scheduled to have a specialist come in and take some imaging and diagnosed him with pneumonia. They hospitalized him and got him stable enough for me to take home overnight. They asked for daily call updates throughout his recovery to make sure all was going in the right direction. They remembered me when I called or came into the office. Just so wonderful in every way and my baby boy is recovered and feeling so much better thanks to their hard work. If they weren't willing to squeeze me into full schedules I would have ended up at the emergency vet or even up to Florida University and spending a LOT more money! Thank you Seminole Trail! I wouldn't take my kids anywhere else!

Fantastic experience: They were able to get me in as a new client with an appointment and less than a week and we’re super friendly and clear and concise throughout the entire appointment making process as well as the appointment itself. I had Dr. Walker and she was so honest and thorough, as well as all of the vet technicians. In comparison to numerous competitors, You get a fantastic quality of service for the price you pay. They answered any and all questions I had without any issues and were able to educate me as well as provide itemized estimates for future care.

Fantastic experience: Love it here! Sadly leaving in a few weeks to move to another state and I will most definitely miss bringing my dog here for care. If you want the best of the best and real love and care this is the place! Christina at the front desk is a gem! Doctor Williams and Doctor walker are my absolute favorites. I’ve had one not the best experience here and that was with Doctor Palumbo. My dog I had last year (2023) was dying and she gave off more it’s about money then it was to take care of my dog and then when the day came to put my dog down we got to spend sometime with her but she rushed us out for them to have a meeting. That’s VERY WRONG! when your saying goodbye to your whole world of almost 14 years that is unacceptable! I just don’t have my current dog seen by her because of that. Otherwise everyone is great and don’t have any complaints about Doc Williams and Doc walker and the front office staff. Whole heartedly love this place! Thank you so much for everything!

Fantastic experience: Way better than loch haven! Will be back to get the babies their shots, but so far so good. Only complaint is that they gave a script with no brick and mortar to get it at…. Just online only either through Amazon or chewy. Ugh. Brena was nice on the phone when I wasn’t, already having a seriously bad day and over an hour away from home trying to secure this prescription….i’m going bonkers & the babies have no food at home. So far Dr. Palumbo gave a run down on how to proceed and had a clear plan on tackling the issues my babies were having. Loch Haven didn’t do that at all, just took my $$ and didn’t do much of anything to help their condition. Blood in feces isn’t good, Dr. Palumbo and her staff took it very seriously while loch haven paraded in and out of the exam room trying to look at the babies. I get it, they are tiny and cute….. but the constant opening and closing of the door was obnoxious and unprofessional. Don’t go to loch haven, come here.

Fantastic experience: I've been to a couple of vets that were cold and inconsiderate to me and my pets. Not the case at Seminole Trail Animal hospital. Everyone is kind and treated my cat gently. They thoroughly explained the procedure and what to expect post-op and provided a booklet with all the pertinent information.

Dr. West was very kind, thorough, and patient as she examined my puppy. Vet tech Trisha was also outstanding as she assisted Dr. West. My puppy and I had a very positive experience due to their kindness and professionalism. I highly recommend Seminole Trail Animal Hospital.

With my own senior dog, a family members’ 2 senior dog’s, and another family members cats, we have ALL loved the team here. They are always friendly, kind, thorough, and empathetic to our concerns. Everyone ALWAYS takes the time to listen. The entire team are obvious animal lovers and both doctors we have experienced are simply wonderful; taking the time to explain situations and answering questions without seeming ‘bothered’ like other vets around. They breakdown and estimate costs (pretty accurately) without us even asking. My entire family couldn’t ask for a better veterinarian- we have all tried and they don’t exist! My S/O even suggests them to her training clients! We will always suggest Seminole Trail Animal Hospital!

Fantastic experience: Dr. Walker and the vet techs are so amazing. We were referred to come here by some family members, and we are so grateful that we did. Our pup Rao was recently neutered and Dr. Walker did an excellent job. Due to a special issue that he had, the vet office was able to accommodate us and our pup. Everyone at the office was incredibly helpful when it came to the prep and we really felt like our dog was in great hands. He has since healed and is back to himself. We are so grateful to Dr. Walker and her assistants, and we always feel secure and sure when using their services. My fiance says the services can be a little pricey, but you MOST definitely get what you pay for. We can't imagine going anywhere else. Thank you all for all you do!

Fantastic experience: Seminole Trail Animal Hospital is fantastic. I have been going there for over 20 years and don't think of going anywhere else

Negative experience: On Thursday I was told by x rays that my dog had enlarged thyroids, heart and his lungs looked busy. I was told it could be cancer. They said an ultrasound was needed to confirm everything. We stated it was expensive and would talk it over. When we agreed we wanted it done we were told the lady had left. First mistake. You have someone that comes ONCE a week to do these procedures and while someone is in the office discussing this option you just leave?? The following day I called to schedule an ultrasound for the following Thursday (which I was advised to do) when I called the lady at the front desk kept stating what was said the day before and giving me the run around. I simply asked her if I needed to make an appointment for Thursday or not. She said the lady only comes if needed. Needless to say I was put on a 5 minute hold and had to hang up. A lady by the name of April called my husband back and basically told us to find another doctor. Who ever April is, she must have been on a power trip because she was extremely rude and lacked in type of customer service. She showed NO empathy or care for our dog that could have cancer. She lied and talked down to me throughout the entire call. I have now spent my weekend at emergency clinics with my dog and have not gotten any type of apology from the manager or “owner” Dr. Williams regarding the poor customer service and neglect his team provided while he was not in the office.

Fantastic experience: Our fur babies have been with Dr. Williams for the last 18 years. We can't say enough about him and his staff. Everyone is knowledgeable and friendly. Pet Lovers 4 sure.

The staff is amazing and Dr Walker takes the time to explain and give options. Could not be happier with them even after we lost our Chewy to his condition.

The vet we had this time was Dr. Walker who was very kind and informative but prior to covid I brought him in for another reason and met with Dr. Williams who was also very caring and informative. I would highly recommend this vet office :)

Fantastic experience: I didn’t have a good experience at the last animal hospital I took my dogs to. They needed a lot of work done, mostly due to our negligence. And because of that they made multiple hurtful comments that made us feel even worse than we already did. On top of that we didn’t even get to speak to the actual doctor just different techs. When I came here and told them the story they were sympathetic to our previous experience and were so much nicer and patient. Their passion for animals is so obvious and wonderful. The doctor himself came outside to explain everything to me. And he was able to let me know what we’d done wrong or could do better without being rude which we really appreciate because we already know we messed up. Fantastic experience: After being disappointed with our last vet, we decided to try Seminole Trail since it had gotten very good reviews. We were extremely happy with the quality of service we received. The receptionist, Kathryn, was very accommodating and explained their COVID protocols to me prior to going on site. Dr. Walker is simply a delight. She asked me questions about my pet's history and thoroughly explained her diagnosis, as well as listened to my concerns. Overall, I HIGHLY recommend this animal hospital. They took excellent care of our pet, we are so impressed by this facility! A++++

I have, obviously, been to other practices and the staff was just going through the motions - and my guy looks at me as if to say "Are you kidding me?" That's not the case here. My boy "visits" with and shamelessly kisses (sorry Dr. Walker) everyone he can. He enjoys his visits here and I leave feeling comfortable and confident in the information I was given to give my dog the best quality of life that I can. So, yeah. Fantastic experience: If you need a doctor that loves your pets as much as you do, this is the place to be. We have a Frenchie and a Shepard rescue and both of them actually get excited to go to the vet because they love the entire staff so much!

Negative experience: A colleague and myself took a rescued, severely injured cat, who was neutered and vaccinated couple of years before his injury, to our well respected Dr Williams, Unfortunately Williams was off that day, Dr Summer Walker was there and she agreed to see the injured cat. The cat was taken to the back and we waited in the exam room for a LONG time, to be surprised by the return of Dr Walker with an animal services officer; Dr Walker informed us that the cat bit the technician and since we don’t have the proof of the cat rabies vaccine, Dr Walker wants the cat head cut to test the cat for rabies by animal services. Animal services officer was very professional and explained that we have the option to quarantine the cat in our home or in another vet clinic but Dr Walker refused to even discuss that option. She insisted on killing the cat although we were informed the technician will take the rabies shot the very next day regardless. My colleague a PhD holder in biology explained tobDr Walker that the cat can’t be rabbit, that the cat was drinking water before bringing him to the clinic, we offered to transfer the cat to a cat hospital in town in vain. Dr Summer Walker refused to discuss any other alternative than killing the cat. Braveheart was taken by animal services as Dr Walker wished, he was killed and proved he was not rabbit. I will never forget that sad day , and could not understand years later how a vet treated a pet life that way.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Williams and his staff have taken care of our dogs since 2006 when we relocated to the area. Absolutely love the care & attention given to them in their care. It's a comfort knowing your dog not only enjoys their visits to the Dr but also is happy and cared for when boarded. Awesome team!!

From the moment you enter their spotless office, you can feel this is a group of people who truly love animals and, to them, it is not just a job. I have had to take more than one of my pets to them when an unusual illness or injury needed attention and was always pleased with the results.
