Experiencia negativa: I went there because my dog was attacked by another dog and they did not find all their injuries nor was I given any photos on paperwork cost me almost $300, and I had to end app going to a different veterinarian to have a second opinion. And paying 300.00 more dollars and still have a balance of 170.00 according to them. Very unhappy with their service the one lady very heavy set was rude to my wife and I as well.

After reviewing the records from your visit, we can confirm the visit did not cost $300, and we provided the best care possible with limited financial resources available. Additionally, our doctor paid for part of the procedure herself so that Raven could have the best care possible within our hospital. We know that our care can cost more than other vets, but that is due to the fact that we are a 24/7 facility with highly skilled and highly trained staff. In the future, we also would kindly ask that you not comment on our staff members weight or physical appearance as that does not define our care.

Experiencia negativa: I didn’t like how the vet guy said, “it’s an easy surgery I can do it in under an hour” but continued to charge us over thousands of dollars. It felt like he was just trying to make money and didn’t really care about my pet.

Experiencia positiva: Did a great job with my kitty. I suggest though that you keep the family in the loop, I didn't hear anything for 4 hours, which was scary. But all the staff were kind.

Experiencia fantástica: Had to bring our cat here for an emegency in the middle of the night. The facility was busy and it is triage based, not arrival based, so she ended up staying overnight. The staff was thorough and kind to my old girl and the pricing was exceptionally fair, especially compared to our last vet ER visit with our primary provider. Experiencia fantástica: Southern Rockies saved my beloved cat, Dobby’s life and I’ll be forever grateful to the entire care team. He had a suspected bowl obstruction, and the amazing team here took incredible care of him, kept him safe and comfortable overnight, and managed to clear the obstruction. Throughout the entire event, we were met with warm and compassionate team members who showed how much they truly care about animals. They were very communicative about the treatment plan and kept us informed and relieved throughout everything. I am forever grateful that my baby Dobby is safe and thriving today. They also helped to recommend a special diet for him to help keep things in check in the future. I cannot recommend them enough and I wouldn’t take my fur babies anywhere else for emergency care.

Experiencia fantástica: If I could give more then 5 stars I would. They went above and beyond for us. Our Pomeranian consumed a lethal dose of chocolate. They were able to take him straight back and check vitals. The vet talked to us promptly and told us exactly what was going on, what we could expect, and how much it would cost. They were not pushy in any way but really took the time to explain what each med would be used for if he was to need it. He had to stay the night to get stabilized. They sent a text about 1a to let us know his heart rate was stable and he was resting, I really appreciated that text. They called about 730a and said he was good to be discharged. They had taken Valentines Day pictures and sent them to me also. Everyone was so nice and understanding, there was no judgement, no pressure, and we are very thankful for the team here.

Experiencia fantástica: My 8-month old puppy chewed up a Brillo pad - Ugh! I rushed him to the ER, and he was admitted quickly with concern and compassion. After X-rays were taken, the Vet showed me the images, and thankfully, he didn't ingest much/if any steel wool. Discharge instructions were clear, and the cleanliness of the hospital was impressive. I'm so thankful for this business!

They will not answer common questions so there’s a lot of good vets are around the Colorado Springs area. But avoid this one at all cost, even if your dog breaks the leg Do not take them here

Experiencia fantástica: Every staff person I encountered was very caring, understanding and attentive. They not only put me at ease, but also my pet. Staff listened to me, answered all my questions and provided a thorough evaluation of my pet. They quickly determined what was causing my pet discomfort and made him feel better before we left. All staff were amazing - from the front desk - tech's, assistants and the Doctor! They truly appeared to care for my pet.< br />One thing that did stand out - as I was checking out, a dog in the lobby became rather aggressive. One of the front desk staff immediately stepped in to assist both me and the other dog owner. Thank you!!! What I appreciated most is how all staff treated my pet. My dog was in pain and all staff treated him so kindly. They really put him at ease and I feel he fell in love with each staff that interacted with him. I also appreciated the cost of the ER visit. It was much less than I anticipated.

Experiencia negativa: This place is an absolute joke and the other negative reviews tell exactly why. Brought my dog in with a puncture wound and waited for an hour before being brought into a room where I waited another hour. Doctor never even came to check on my dog. Heard them chatting and laughing in the back so “more critical cases” seemed like a lousy excuse. I’m headed somewhere that has at least some level of professionalism. I advise anyone reading this do the same.

We apologize for the extended wait time you experienced. Pet patients are triaged upon arrival to ensure they are stable while they wait and sometimes that wait can be extensive based upon the volume of critical patients in the ER and ICU. We also are sorry our staff were speaking loudly in the hallway outside of your room; that is where our lab is located and sometimes staff and doctors are there reviewing lab results; but we will ask our staff to be more mindful when working in that hallway. Experiencia negativa: My dog got into something we went there they took the 180$ payment (my dog is lethargic he’s shaking his eyes are twitching he’s throwing up n EVERTHING else) SOMETHING IS WRONG. they said it would then be 700$ to get his treatment but they won’t take payment plans so they sent him home WITH NOTHING. on top of the staff is really unprofessional when I called in the phone she was giggling and laughing we sat there for hours to be told OOOP can’t do nothing while getting laughed at in the process. It’s just funny to me how people can get away with stuff like this THIS IS MY DOG MY PUPPY and theses people don’t seem to get that a puppy he’s not even 15 pounds dude I don’t know maybe I’m at a loss taking my dog here. Tell me they can’t do nothing orrrrrr it’s 700$ for them to do something isn’t this an emergency clinic idk it’s not there dog right? So it doesn’t really matter if he’s ok or not.

Experiencia negativa: These people are horrible. They kept my cat in a chamber where his litter box was dirty and soaked in urine. He was clearly neglected, and he ended up dying anyway after they charged me over $10,000+. When they brought my cat back in, he didn’t even have his oxygen tank. He was visibly suffering. There was no urgency, no compassion, and no remorse. It was obvious they didn’t care about my cat’s well-being only about money. They also put me on CareCredit and told me I wouldn’t have to pay, which turned out not to be true. I’m now stuck with $450 in interest charges because of their misinformation. These people do not care about animals. If you love your pet, think very carefully before trusting them.

Experiencia fantástica: Excellent care! Dr. Maybach was beyond incredible, fantastic, compassionate, caring, gracious - there are not enough positive words in the dictionary to describe this vet! I have had many animals and still do ( 68 horses, five dogs, two cats, one pig, four mules) and I have met more vets than I can remember. I have never met a better one in my life. I could not be more grateful that Dr.Maybach was there to treat my dog. The entire staff was also amazing! What I appreciated most is the compassion, understanding and overall caring of the entire staff. Every time i have come it has been a life or death emergency and i have had the best care i could ask for!

Experiencia fantástica: Over the last 10 years we have been here many times for many reasons with many different animals. Some with happy endings and some not so happy. Each time the staff and Doctors have been accommodating, kind and knowledgeable. The facility is kept clean too. It's not a place you want to find yourself but when emergencies happen I am very thankful they are here.

From our intake, progress reports and care for Zeus was incredible! My dog was attacked by another dog and had a chunk of his skin taken off his face! Experiencia fantástica: All the staff made an amazing effort to keep me updated and helped my dog as much as possible. Each doctor was amazing and all the techs and assistants. I brought my dog in after having multiple seizures and they immediately brought my dog back and began doing everything they could. Experiencia fantástica: The staff and dr's were nice, caring, and took the time to explain to us what was happening with our dog, Loki. Gave us the treatment options and discussed with us the outcome of each. When we decided on surgery, we were able to see Loki before he went in, and then they called us as soon as he came out to give us an update. We received follow up update calls the next day as well until we could bring him home. Would definitely use Southern Rockies again. Everyone from the front desk to the vet techs to the doctors, hey were all great! What I appreciated most is the time each person took with us to explain what was going on and how much they care about their patients.

She is not just our vet in moments of crisis, she is family. Four years ago today, we experienced one of the most terrifying days of our lives. The light of my life was attacked by a neighbor’s dog, and in that moment I was certain I was about to lose him. He was gravely injured, with a gaping wound in his side, an ear torn apart, and multiple puncture wounds. I was overwhelmed with fear and heartbreak. Dr. Murrane and her team worked tirelessly and selflessly to keep him alive. Their skill, determination, and compassion never wavered. They walked with us through every step, explaining, reassuring, and fighting just as hard as we were for our dog. Thanks to their expert care and his incredible resilience, he pulled through. Experiencia fantástica: I think reviews for a service like this are polarized because clients are under distress and are more likely to have hard outcomes than at a normal vet. I have taken one pet to this facility that passed away despite extraordinary care due to two silent tumor ruptures, and another pet more recently that is recovering well following a stroke, so feel qualified to speak to both emotional experiences. Both times, the team was competent, compassionate, and kind. They also triage and balance across multiple timelines / imminence very well (which means you might have longer waits if your pet is stable, and that's ok). During my recent visit, I was especially grateful for Nancy's (nurse tech) warm, encouraging demeanor despite our baseline of high concern and Dr. Rotenberry's exemplary thoroughness, patience, and knowledge.

I received updates during her treatment and careful instructions for care after. My pet is doing much better 5 days later. Dr. Shaffer - thank you for caring for her! She is doing much better this week. I didn't get the vet techs or front desk names - but they were also wonderful - working Sunday late evening. What I appreciated most is Dr. Shaffer's debrief after she gave my pet an exam and discussed next steps. Also just the initial contact of calling in and immediate care my pet received. Everyone kept me calm - it was my first ER pet visit.

We felt so supported and Dr. Schrader took so much time to explain both of our options despite my overly emotional self. Experiencia fantástica: Our Harley developed a sudden severe autoimmune disease that had no known indications. It was an impossible situation and Southern Rockies did everything they could and kept me informed of all of the courses of action we could take as well as their potential outcomes during her hospitalization. In the end, we had to humanely euthanize her, and the hospital had a lovely place for us to spend time with her before she went. So though I never wish to be in a circumstance where I will need to ever use them again, if I ever need animal emergency care I will go straight back to Southern Rockies.

Experiencia fantástica: Note: This is a review of our own personal experience with this clinic. I do not mean to invalidate other reviewers’ bad experiences. We visited last night with our pup after having waited in another clinic for 45 minutes only to have his vitals taken and be told “if it is what we think, it could kill him in a few hours but we can’t x-ray him right now, it’ll be another 3 hours to be seen unless his symptoms get worse”. Because of the low reviews we called every other clinic in town first, but nobody had availability to x-ray right away. When we arrived to this clinic and explained the situation, they took him in, took a $500 critical care deposit, and x-rayed him immediately to rule out GDV (we had expected to pay first since it’s not an uncommon practice in emergency animal care). Once they ruled out GDV, we did have a long wait while they treated more critical patients but we had the peace of mind that it wasn’t a life-threatening emergency. When we were able to be seen, the doctor (Mariana Acquaviva) was the sweetest, explained everything in detail, and showed us the x-rays. The vet tech and front desk were also amazing. They relayed all the health history information and symptoms information to the doctor without missing a single detail and were very nice to us the entire night, even when our pup threw up in their waiting room. The estimate was fair (for ER vet care) and they have committed to providing detailed notes for our pet insurance claim. The visit came at an emergency cost premium but I would say the quality of care matched the price. Our boy was doing much better even by midnight when we picked him up!

Experiencia fantástica: We visited the ER with our puppy because we thought he might have eaten a battery. I was surprised how quickly they got us in and out! (no battery consumed in the end!) We were kept informed of every step of the way by the lady at the front desk, the veterinarian, and a couple of different vet techs. I work at a human ER and I really appreciated how efficeiently things were run and how positive and upbeat the staff were. Everyone we encountered did a great job. The receptionist was helpful with answering our questions and juggling the phones and people in the waiting room. A vet techs/assistants helped us with intake questions and let us know that the x-ray was completed. She was very friendly, knowledgeable, confidient, and professional. Another tech brought us our puppy back at the end and she was also kind and friendly. The veterinarian was prompt with communicating our results and was also friendly and professional. What I appreciated most is that our pet was taken back immediately for evaluation and x-ray with prompt communication of the results.

I took my sick six month old kitten here. I eventually had to put her down due to kidney failure, but the veterinarian (Lisa Carroll) was incredibly attentive and allowed me to ask any and every question. The staff was overly sympathetic towards my wife and I. I felt horrible that they had to go through it with us. This was my first ever visit here and everyone was beyond nice and thoughtful. It wasn’t the outcome that I wanted, but I do appreciate the veterinarian and the staff that was present that night.

Within 10 minutes of walking in the door they had induced vomiting and retrieved the toy. They then had their own fun with it. Thank you so much for helping out my doggie vacuum.

Experiencia negativa: Sat for 3 hrs in the waiting room, plus 3 additional hours in the exam room to be forgotten and then finally be told that ‘we are too busy’ and we might be able to see you in a couple hours. A vet finally came in for a brief 3 min to exam my dog. The vet removed the bandage that was covering and keeping my dogs wound safe and clean. The Vet said she was too busy to replace the bandage/wrap at the time and had to move on to another room. After leaving, my dog was left un-bandaged to lay on the floor bleeding. There was plenty of blood streaks and spatter to have been cleaned up after we checked ourselves out. In Short- I bring my dog in bandaged with an open bleeding wound, wait for 6+hrs to be seen for <5 min, leave without a bandage on because you were ‘too busy’, and get charged for ~$130… where in this do you see this kind of service/care worth the price? Great job guys, definitely don’t recommend and have made it know by word of mouth to stay away from this facility. Front desk said we run the same way as a human ER. Understandable. If I brought my child in with an open wound that was bandaged, would you tell the patient we are too busy to wrap it back up or do anything and say ‘we may be able to check back in on you in a couple hours’?

Experiencia fantástica: My dog developed an acute illness and I PANICKED. I’m new to Colorado and chose to bring my guy here after a co-worker recommended them. I called first and spoke to an incredible person who was so patient and answered all of my questions. When we got there, it was busy with some very ill animals, so of course there was a wait. After seeing how the staff attended to the actual emergencies, I will absolutely bring my dog here for after hours care and suggest this practice to absolutely everyone. After we were checked in (by the same amazing human who answered my phone call) we waited, again to be expected given the circumstances. But when it was our turn to be seen, I was outside with my dog and staff came out to find me, apologizing for the wait. The vet came in and I told her what was going on and she immediately knew what was wrong with my dog. Ran some tests to confirm, medications, and we were out of there. The vet tech who discharged us? Phenomenal. Even though they had so much stuff going on, I felt as though they had all of the time in the world to listen to me. Every last employee. If you need emergent care for your animal, this is the place you want to be.

Experiencia fantástica: Our 5 month old pup got into some lilies last night. Their team was so amazing and helped our girl get the help she needed before anything serious happened. The front desk even though over whelmed was delightful and the doctor was great with our girl. I would highly recommend!

Experiencia fantástica: Good setting, efficient check in process, and a very attentive Vet tech and Vet took care of my litlle sick Shih Tzu, Oreo Cookie. It worked and I would very much choose this location again when or if one of my doggies need assistance at night.

Experiencia fantástica: It was great. Echo is doing fine now. My only complaint is the wait time but that's pretty much to be expected. I don't recall names but the vet and the receptionist were both very friendly and personable. I was communicated with throughout the whole visit. The cost was reasonable as well

Experiencia fantástica: Great. All folks including vet were nice, focused, professional and FRIENDLY. Definitely not your typical emergency facility. It was an hour and forty minute drive but worth it. As for saving my scottie...THEY KNEW WHAT TO DO AND FID IT! All three were awesome. It's hard to combine professionalism and friendliness in an emergency setting....but they did it. Thanks. What I appreciated most is SUCCESS.

Experiencia fantástica: Thank you to everyone at Southern Rockies for saving my boy! My dog ingested a lethal amount of his allergy medication. Thankfully I caught him right away and took him here. He was hospitalized and they provided state of the art treatment to help save him. You can call any hour of day or night and they will be there to help and update you. I am truly grateful for the expertise and care they showed us! It was a small fortune, of course, but my dog is here with me and that is all that matters.

Experiencia fantástica: My pup got rolled over by a car. Not one vet teh by me so I drove the hours to get our pup the care he deserved. I have to say. These folks here are simply amazing! Ready when we got there super tender understanding and alll about your animal. Constantly updating me and allowing me to visit with my pup throughout. Idk what we would've done without yous. Pup is doing very well Thank you for your authenticity, sincerity and compassion. Expect a large bill, however it is explained. In the end money doesn't mean crap if the pup can be saved... dogs r way better than hoomans... thank you thank you... highly recommend

Experiencia fantástica: We had a scare with our puppy Luca. Where we live south C/S. No animal hospitals were open at all. So we found Southern Rockies Animal Emergency +Specialty. Although they are 17 mins away we still have them a chance. As soon as we walked in the tech was very concerned about Luca. He listened to everything we said about the situation. He immediately took Luca back. It did take a couple hours. We didn’t mind at all. As long as Luca was taken care of. Dr. Cayla, the Tech were very nice. They both explained everything about the situation to us. So we could understand. As we were leaving Luca had an accident in the lobby. The receptionist not sure his name but he was so helpful . He gave us paper towels a long with some puppy pads to take with us. Overall the visit was 10/10!!

Experiencia fantástica: I brought my cat in and he was having some serious issues, but not emergent. It did take a while because they were triaging other emergencies and surgeries. They interred my kitty and it was expensive, but they were transparent every step of the way and gave me a variety of estimates. They do have other flexible payment options, so I knew I could make it work. I called probably a dozen times and, though there could be a wait, they were patient and kind to me and treated me with respect and patience. They answered all of my questions and the even notified me through text about any important updates. I think they did the best job they could and, despite the stressful experience for us, they were professional, grounded, and focused.

Experiencia fantástica: Had to bring my dog in last night and he ended up needing one of his "fingers?" amputated. The wait was long and pretty expensive (can be expected from a 24/ 7 emergency clinic). I will say though, the staff were great. I was there well into the early morning and I'm sure I was pretty short with them from being tired / frustrated but they kept a very professional demeanor, answered all my questions, and were upfront with everything from costs to treatment recommendations.

Experiencia fantástica: Dr.Davis helped my Kitty yesterday. He has an enlarged heart and potential asthma after their diagnosis. I got there at 12 pm and didn’t leave until 830pm, which was expected. They closely monitored my boy in the back making sure he was able to breathe and stable. They do this because they need to prioritize more urgent cases. They did run some standard tests to figure out what was going on with him as I do not want unnecessary tests done. They were very thorough, helpful and kind to my boy and I. They do have to talk about tests and the next steps before they proceed so you can understand why they’re running the tests and to get your consent for in case you feel the test is unnecessary or if you have any other concerns. I wouldn’t want them to just run tests and have a crazy bill. I walked out with my boy alive and feeling better when I got him home. He ate as soon as possible which he wasn’t doing that morning. They gave me the proper information and tools for the next steps for me to get him the proper treatment as they did not have all of the equipment he needs which is meant for a specialist. I walked out with my bill under $600. I definitely feel that it could have been worse. Thank you for your care and time Dr. Davis!

Experiencia fantástica: On Wednesday we drove 114 miles one way to bring our very sick 9 month old puppy, Holly, to the emergency room because she was lethargic, drooling, and not eating. We thought she had eaten something and it was stuck but the staff asked if they could also run bloodwork. We agreed and it was found that she had parvo even though she was fully vaccinated! The staff was very helpful in telling us what options we had for treatment and about how long she would need to stay. They gave us papers detailing all the costs so that we were aware before deciding which treatment option we could do. For the two days she was with them they were wonderful about updating us via text or phone call and told us we were welcome to call any time if we wanted more updates. One vet even shared pictures of her so I could show our children how she was doing! When we were able to go get her on Friday they were very thorough in explaining all the care she would need at home as well as giving it all to us in writing. They also gave us a very detailed breakdown of all the costs associated with her care. Everyone we had interactions with always asked if we had any further questions or anything they could do to help us as she was going through treatment. I would highly recommend them for anyone with a pet emergency!

Experiencia negativa: I called on 07/24 and spoke with Amber, who sounded irritated, showed no empathy, and clearly didn’t care about the urgency of my call. I asked her to document an incident involving our dog, who was en route with a family member, but she failed to do so. When my mother arrived, staff were unaware of the situation, showed no urgency, and left her waiting without assessing the dog—despite us having video evidence and explaining her medical history. Our dog, a brachycephalic breed with a small airway and a heart murmur, was experiencing an allergic reaction. Despite her high-risk condition and visible symptoms—vomiting, labored breathing, and weakness—the staff dismissed the situation as non-emergent without reviewing videos or gathering any medical history. They failed to examine her properly or recognize obvious signs of distress. Their lack of professionalism, empathy, and urgency was appalling. In contrast, another clinic immediately responded with concern and action based solely on what we described. They rushed out to help and began treatment right away—exactly how a veterinary emergency should be handled. This isn’t my first bad experience here. Years ago, I brought in a boxer puppy and also encountered rude, uncaring staff. It’s shocking this clinic has any positive reviews, as their care seems inconsistent and often devoid of the compassion essential to this profession. The red flags were there from the first phone call—we won’t make the mistake of coming back again.

At the time, our team was managing another critical case requiring all hands on deck, which caused a brief delay. The technician who came out to triage Sensa did ask what was going on with her, which is a standard procedure, should have introduced herself more clearly, and we’re addressing this internally.
We understand that you called 2 minutes before Sensa's arrival to discuss what was happening with her. While we did collect and pass along the information to our medical team, we also require the person presenting the pet to complete intake paperwork, including the reason for the visit, as part of our standard emergency protocol.
We strive to treat every pet quickly and with compassion. Unfortunately, the number of clients and the severity of their pets’ conditions are very unpredictable. Our team works extremely hard to triage pets as quickly as possible, to provide care for all our patients. Experiencia negativa: Arrived at Southern Rockies Animal Emergency with our 19 month English Bulldog, Sensa. She was having a reaction following a possible wasp sting. She developed labored breathing and lost the ability to stand or walk. She also had an episode of vomiting. My daughter called to give the emergency a heads up and communicate what had happened. The receptionist, Amber, didn’t want to hear what had happened and they would get the story from me when I arrived. Unfortunately, I did not witness the incident, so my daughter had to text me what had happened. This Emergency Vet could have had all the particulars if only Amber would have listened to my daughter’s call prior to our arrival. Upon arrival, I was carrying Sensa, as she was unable to walk. Amber was just concerned that she didn’t have a leash and proceeded to place a leash on her while are dog was having labored breathing Amber then told me I would have to fill out paperwork before she could be seen. Amber did not recognize our Sensa was in trouble. I must be mistaken, but I thought this was an Animal Emergency! After awhile, a person came out from the back and looked at Sensa. She did not identify herself. Was she a Vet or a technician I told her my daughter gave her 2 Benadryl tablets when her symptoms worsened. All this questionable person could say it was too much Benadryl for her, (without weighing her), and she left. I was told to go sit down and finish the paper work, ( while Sensa was still in trouble),and we’d be taken back when they could. I called my daughter and said I was not comfortable staying there due to their lack of concern. Sensa has a third degree heart murmur and an extremely small windpipe as evidence in her medical history, thus the concern for her labored breathing. This Emergency did not care to learn anything about her. I then proceeded to drive to North Powers Animal Hospital. When I told the receptionist what is happening, a Technician and the receptionist ran out to my vehicle and took Sensa back immediately for care. I am so impressed with their dedication to caring for Sensa. I was told by the Vet, that the 2 Benadryl that my daughter gave Sensa was appropriate. She was given IV medication and stayed the afternoon for observation I was given explicit written instructions on how to care for Sensa before we left for home. North Powers Animal Hospital saved Sensa! I am eternally grateful to them!! I will NEVER set foot into Southern Rockies Animal Emergency again!!!!!!! If I could give them a zero x 100 rating I would!!!

Experiencia negativa: WORSE EMERGENCY VET CLINIC!!! The people here lack empathy for both the owner and the animal. They want to talk about all the unnecessary treatment before a diagnosis. It is very clear that this place is more about the money than the care. They will make you sit for hours before they come to tell you anything, and when they do come to talk to you it will be about money first and not the health of your animal. Plus when you first walk in they take your pet away before even sitting you in a room. Which is unsettling. They will charge the maximum amount on anything. They will guilt you into paying it all by using gaslighting tactics. I have dealt with a number of doctors and veterinarians, and this place has by far the worst bedside manner, the worst lack of empathy, and the worst at care. Do yourself and your animals a favor and DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE YOUR BUSINESS!

Upon arrival, if our staff are concerned for the well-being of pets, we will bring them to the back to take vitals and triage to ensure your animal is stable to wait for a full exam. During our busy times, unfortunately the wait can be extended due to the triaging system and seeing patients who present critically first. Prior to any diagnostic testing, we review the tests and costs with all owners to ensure they are comfortable with what is being recommended. The diagnostics we suggested at our ER are standard for a pet who was presenting with the symptoms you arrived for. Unfortunately, it looks like most of the diagnostics were declined and your elected to take your pet home to monitor him. Since our pets cannot talk to us and communicate the exact issues they are experiencing, it is up to the team to interpret the puzzle pieces gathered through examination and diagnostic testing. In addition, our prices will vary from primary care practices and that is due to the advanced diagnostics, around- the- clock- care and the level of expertise of our emergency- trained veterinarians and support staff. Experiencia fantástica: My dog died of a massive heart attack when people started setting off their illegal fireworks on June-27, 2025. I'm still distraught. Traumatized. I lost my best friend because of other people's lack of respect for their environment and ecosystems. I didn't know what to expect going to an emergency vetv after 11pm, but I surely didn't expect everything to go as smoothly as it did. They treated him as if he was still alive. Utmost respect. They treated me with the dignity and kindness anyone deserves when in crisis. I know I was extremely lucky and that my stories about little dude were listened to, and admired and cherished because it was one of those "right place, right time" situations.... It's never a good time to loose something or someone so young and still full of life, but whoever the person is at this clinic who helped make sure my Pōnō was treated as the king he was, and everything else, there are no world that can describe how truly grateful we are. It's been almost a month and I still spend half my days in tears unable to engage with the world around me. I can still barely eat.. I've been in and out of the hospital because this grief is doing an insane number on my body. All of the kindness and hospitality..... If I went anywhere but here that night, I probably wouldn't have survived this long. If we went anywhere but here that night, I truly don't believe I'd have any desire to maintain Pōnō's legacy and continue trying to move mountains and change policies and procedures for the people.
