Experiencia fantástica: Friendly and patient staff. My Lana is a 17 month old rescue shepherd mix she is nervous around new humans and pets. We were treated promptly and while we did sit in the waiting area briefly they quickly lead us to the exam room. Lana was well taken care of during her wellness visit where she was examined and received 2 shots as well as an oral injection. One thing I found endearing was that as the vet explained procedures she seemed to speak directly to Lana even listing what to expect for future visits and when she would need her next vaccinations. Over all I was happy with the care Lana received.

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Morgan takes time to listen to your questions. His experience has always helped me and my dogs. I forgot 1 question and he called me about it. WOW! We saw Dr. Watry for the 1st time. He listened well and did not push extra tests on us which we are grateful for. He was gentle and we would be fine with seeing him again. We saw Dr. Morgan for vaccines. He SAVED my former 1 yr old schnauzer-yorkie mix in 2010 when he thought she was poisoned. He took time to answer all my questions and will always have a special place in our hearts for saving Quinn. We are just glad we can still get appointments with him.

I have had no complaints until today.. my dog had major dental surgery (6 teeth removed) and she is completely traumatized.. she wont cuddle with me, shes sad.. and her IV was tapped to her fur.. she cried when I tried to take it off.. poor practice not shaving the fur all around her arm so the tape wouldnt pull her hair out when I took off the wrap. Unnecessary pain caused.

The quality of care is excellent, it is clear that my animals are cared for and I am able to learn more about what is going on. I’ve brought a couple animals here specifically for illness and I was impressed by the fact that all my treatment options were laid out before the provider recommended the best course of action. This made my options clear from the beginning and made the whole treatment process easier.

The number of doctors and their various specialties make them the most experienced, educated and well rounded team of docs in town and make it easy for each of our animals to get the care they deserve. I cannot get over the loving care shown to my family every visit, and the empathy of the staff is indescribable. Additionally, my job makes it impossible for me to keep appointments sometimes, and NEVER have I EVER been treated differently by staff and even though I'd gladly pay it, no one has ever charged me a single cent for those missed appointments. We've been with East Springs for at least 9-10 years and will continue to take our most treasured family members there!

Experiencia positiva: Val’s procedure to remove the stye from her eye and get a dental went very smoothly according to the doctor who was great at updating on the day of. Normally we would hear back from them to check in and see how it went, but this time we did not. Thankfully all seems to be well and we hope her stye or any future issues do not return.

Was able to bring them to an exam room immediately which lets them get a little more relaxed instead of being out in the lobby, and I’m super grateful the team was able to trim all of their nails. Great experience with this vet so far.

Experiencia fantástica: I wish I could give them a billion stars ⭐️ My dog took a sudden turn for the worse due to a severe tooth infection. I wish I had caught it sooner, but dogs are incredibly good at compensating until they simply can’t anymore—and the symptoms only became obvious last week. My previous vet quoted an extremely high price for a dental procedure and, despite my dog clearly being infected and in pain, did not provide any pain medication or antibiotics. When I tried to call back the next day, I never received a return call. Desperate for help, I reached out to other clinics, and East Springs Animal Hospital went above and beyond. They called me back three separate times, actively trying to find a way to fit us in. On the third call, they told me they could see us the very next morning for a true one-stop visit—the consultation, the procedure, and everything needed—at an affordable price. My dog and I are incredibly grateful for their compassion and willingness to squeeze us in. The infection was worsening, and he had stopped eating. If we had waited any longer, we likely would have been facing an emergency visit with an overwhelming cost. East Springs Animal Hospital truly made all the difference for us. Thank you so much!!!

Experiencia negativa: I’ve been sitting on this for a while. I will never go back to this animal hospital. After months of treatments for our kitten, they never diagnosed him of anything. They tested him for everything supposedly. We spent a couple thousand. At the end, we had to put down our baby. We had raised him since birth. He was everything to us. After we chose the most expensive cremation (individual), we also added on the paw prints. We’d also requested to have an autopsy done since he had two other siblings we also raised. We wanted to make sure they would be okay. They said they had everything they needed and they’ll take care of the rest. That was a few days before the day came. They didn’t go over anything with us to verify our plans the day of. This was our first ever euthanasia. I had told that to pretty much all the doctors at that point because they never stuck us to one person. We were so emotional. We didn’t know what to expect. The day after the euthanasia, we get a call. We thought “oh they must be telling us the results of the autopsy.” No. We are met with “yeah so you never paid for your prints and we need payment now or else it’ll be thrown away”. How disgusting. No acknowledgment of what we were going through. We were devastated. After we ask what time we should go, they changed tone and said they’ll pay for it for now but we still need to go in and pay. So what was the point of scaring us that we would lose our baby’s prints??? After that, we asked about the autopsy status, and they said we never asked for one, never paid for one, and that it was too late he was already cremated. Of course we can’t fight it. We didn’t think to check the receipt because we were all crying our eyes out. Our little baby wasn’t even a year old. We waited 2 weeks to get our baby’s ashes. That’s when we got our paw prints as well. Another time, we had to bring in one of our pets to have dental surgery to have some teeth removed. I specifically requested to keep the teeth. I didn’t care how rotted they were. The assistant/technician said she wrote it down and she’ll PERSONALLY make sure we get those teeth. She was training a new employee with her. Well, we pick up our pet and go home. Lo and behold the bag they gave us for meds didn’t have his teeth. So I called them. They told me that the surgeon isn’t there anymore, but they told me that she’ll give us a call whenever she’s back in. Next morning we get a call. The surgeon called us. She introduced herself and asked if I actually asked the assistant/technician for the teeth. Her tone was condescending. I told her that I did request it and she should check the notes the assistant/technician wrote with the trainee. She said she already asked and they both said I was wrong! My partner was with me during the examination before the surgery and backed me up on it. That’s when the surgeon apologized reluctantly and hung up. I’ve been going back and forth with myself on these because I’ve never had these experiences before. I’ve never had to put down a beloved pet or bring in a pet for dental surgery. I didn’t know if this experience was normal. After talking with friends and family and other vets, this was NOT normal and this animal hospital has some unprofessional employees. I hope things have changed since my experience, but I wouldn’t know. I’m forever hurt by this place, and I’ll always tell my friends and family to stay away. Update for the “owner”: I will NOT provide you my information. I don’t know exactly what you think you’ll do to rectify this. Obviously, I won’t be refunded the thousands I’ve spent here. I will not call you to be met with, “our staff would never.” “I’m sorry you feel that way BUT…” empty apologies and promises. No, thank you. I wrote my complaint clearly. You need to better train your employees on professionalism, procedures, and sensitivity. Take responsibility, and don’t blame your clients for your mistakes. It’s disgusting.

I chose to go conservative and there was no guilt placed on me at all. All vets prices are high to me, so this place was right where others are at. The only down side was the wait. I did wait past my appointment time to see anybody.

I unfortunately dealt with a lady named LINDA (technician) and she was EXTREMELY rude over the phone to me when all I'm trying to do is supply vetsulin for my diabetic dog. Everyone else has been kind to me otherwise.

Experiencia negativa: Since they have a newer staff in September 2025 than in 2018.. this place was unacceptable and I had to wait for the veterinarian in a closed small room with a large GSD for over 45 minutes before she finally came in... arrogant and unapologetically worthless.. they could have given me medication but had nothing but crappy advice and a picture of what I needed to purchase... Plus a prescription that was outrageous in the cost .. last time I was there I went because they had a great reputation and I always used them but I don't recommend them to anyone... no one should have to wait 45minutes with the veterinarian being totally worthless and coming up with $1.700 in possible testing just to make money...I asked for annual vaccinations and I got blown off ... do not go there.. boycott this place..

The staff is very accommodating and gentle when working with my fear-aggressive dog. We always leave getting quality care and follow-up. They have an in-house ultrasound, which in our case was something we needed sooner rather than later, most vets in town rely on mobile techs, so it was such a relief not to wait around for that. The staff here is super friendly and compassionate; you can tell they really care about both the pets and their people. They’ve gone above and beyond every time we’ve been in. We’ll definitely be making East Springs our permanent vet for our dog. Couldn’t recommend them more!

It made me feel like an awful dog parent but I guess little dogs have more issues than older dogs and you definitely have to stay on top of their Dental! My dog had never been seen at this place before, and I needed an immediate appointment with a USDA accredited vet in order to get a last minute health certificate for my dog to fly to Korea with me SUNDAY. I'm military and got my official notice about Korea Thursday morning, made the call to East Springs Animal Hospital late that afternoon, and not only did they see me IMMEDIATELY, they also were so patient and understanding of the whole situation. They were able to give me insight that I needed and resources to make sure the document could be overnighted to me. With the amount of chaos and stress I was going through with my OWN stuff, they made the pet travel portion so easy, and thanks to their efforts, my dog will be flying with me! Massive answer to prayers!

Experiencia fantástica: I am not one to leave a review. Its been a few months since we had to put down our year and a half old boxer/mastiff. She was a 110lb ball of love. My wife and I were working out of town away from our usual vet and our poor Sassypants took ill. This is going to be a mixed review. We got an estimate from the eastern European woman for over 5k and we didn't have it at the time. As a Corpsman and who's 1st job at 12 yrs old was a vet tech assistant and have unfortunately had to put dogs down myself the old fashioned way over the years. I have to say that the tall Eastern European woman running the joint was obviously all about revenue that Thursday unfortunately. Me being who I am with the experiences I've been through and not having the income to pay at the time (Sas beat parvo a year prior which was a 6k treatment) I figured she ate something. She was treated with steroids and fluids and seemed to be fine, However. That following Friday. She took a dive. A bad one. I was up with sas all night and I was at the office on a Saturday b4 they were open. And thank God that vet angel from GA was there. As bad as it had to hurt seing our baby cross that rainbow bridge without us she could not have been more professional, caring, empathetic, and compassionate. The folks at East Springs Animal Clinic are the best except for the money grabber. If we could have worked it out that Thursday we may or may not have been able to catch the spontaneous implosion of the lungs. Unfortunately one vet was all about money and not the patient. The other is the most professional and honest veterinarian I've met since the one that treated all of our animals growing up. Here's to you angel from GA and Go DAWGS!!!

Experiencia fantástica: The staff was very nice and explained in detail what the procedure entailed for our puppy. Shes our baby so I felt comfortable leaving her there. Discharge was the same. Informational and I felt I would be ok taking our pup home. While sitting in the lobby I read what their mission was and they followed through with that. Bella will be going back for check ups and we plan to take Bellas mama to get spayed as well. I appreciate their service and look forward to seeing them all again.

The staff was incredibly kind, and the vet was thorough with her diagnosis and treatment plan. The cost was very reasonable, especially for an emergency visit. I'm so grateful for their immediate help.

Experiencia fantástica: Very attentive, listened to our concerns, and guided us in what was important to be done to keep our pet healthy. They were not pushy when we decided not to do one of the treatments, but said if we choose to go forward qoth that treatment at a later time to just call and set up an appointment.

Experiencia positiva: Even with appointments, you're likely to sit in a room with a stressed out pet waiting well beyond your times because they tend to overbook. On my last visit, had a senior screening suggested for an elder cat with potential weight loss and crystal in urine issues, and then never heard back about the results. I tried calling 2 or 3 times and was on hold so long that several people asked me if I had been helped, and then eventually I reached the end of the holding allowance and was disconnected. Gave up after that. Really disappointing in a place that is normally great. Seems they've become more money hungry or something with overbooked wait times and too busy to even give people pet results on important matters.

From receptionists to nurses, everyone was kind and positive. I would definitely recommend this animal hospital.

Fully personalized visit with a Dr and we are out of there in less than an hour with all our questions and concerns answered by a Dr. all staff LOVES their patients and my only regret is we didn’t go there sooner. Experiencia positiva: My cat is old so the news wasn’t good but the doctor seemed knowledgeable when guessing the problems. However, I wished she’d offered to cut his nails to make things easier for him. And I think she should have addressed the issue of more vaccines or no more vaccines.

They were very cooperative and quick to get an airplane certification. Processed for us to travel the very next day. I definitely plan to return.

Experiencia negativa: We came here because my dog broke his tooth somehow. We have been coming here for about 15 years, but hadn't in a while because they were rude to us the last time. But we thought about giving them another chance. This time was pretty bad too. Before they even met my dog, they wrote on his papers that he's fearful of humans?? NOT true. Then the vet recommended giving him remadyl. The old vet who used to work there, doctor Bush told us how bad that medicine is on the animals organs and should only be taken for certain circumstances. I do consulting for high security and am trained to read body language and all three of the girls, the two vet tech and the vet had scary body language. Then they gave us a huge list of possible charges for the procedure and told us that it could be much higher? Doctor Bush always knew what it was going to cost. They also told us that the only option was to remove the tooth. And the quote was for $1500 to pull a tooth?? And they said again, IT COULD BE MUCH HIGHER?? They don't know until they start, on a two year old dog. I went to a different vet and got his tooth fixed, and they didn't pull it and the bill was $647!! We were long time customers of almost 15 years. But you won't get our business anymore!

Experiencia negativa: Extremely overpriced. No matter what, the bill is a minimum of $220 leaving this place and my dog has zero health issues. It cost us over a grand here just to get a travel certificate. Just switched to a much more affordable vet after East Springs quoted over $1K for a teeth cleaning! Teeth cleaning is a necessity to keep your pet healthy, not a luxury. If they are going to quote such high prices they need to inform you that there are more affordable options in town. You should not have to take advantage of people to stay in business.

We took him in and they found out he has diabetes. They were informative, helpful, passionate, and very supportive throughout the whole visit. I am so happy we went there and will continue to take him there for the best care.

Experiencia fantástica: If it was not for East Springs Animal Hospital and the surgery that my 6-year-old dog needed was way out of my price range, I was faced with having to put him down I was absolutely devastated. Leg surgery on a fur baby is so expensive but they came through for me in a kind and compassionate way. I was blessed to have found them. Every staff member was thorough and friendly and Dr Morgan was phenomenal he personally called me with all the details. I would highly recommend East Springs

My close friend had to leave town due to a family member passing and asked if I’d keep an eye on her kitty because she wasn’t acting right. She was concerned and afraid to leave. I stopped by to check on Miss Millie later in the evening after she left and sadly saw she wasn’t doing great. She appeared to be severely anemic and showing signs of jaundice. My friend called the clinic and they agreed to see her right away since her health was not great and we were very concerned for her. I was able to bring Millie over right away after my friend called. They got Millie straight to the back and began assessing her. Doctor Mac was wonderful keeping me updated while she was in the back and helped my friend (who was on the phone) and I get an idea what was going on by thorough explanation. She had to be hospitalized due to some concerning issues. Millie is still there (we are on day 3) but she has shown wonderful signs of improvement and looking better from when I brought her in. We are waiting on some tests to be able to figure out what is wrong with her while they do supportive care. The whole staff has been amazing and kind while we navigate this difficult situation. With my friend being out town, sadly dealing with funeral arrangements, they have been calling me and keeping me updated so I can let her know when she is available. They have been more than willing to answer any questions I have and if my friend calls with questions. I did not bring my own pets here before but I will be 100% switching vets and will have all my pets seen by Eastside Springs from now on. Thank you Dr. Mac, Dr. Watry, all the techs, and the CSRs for taking good care of my friends baby. I know she has been in good hands.

Had to wait quite awhile for a Dr to become available but once Dr J came in and examined Fenway we felt very confident in her and her diagnosis. She listened to me, asked questions and we left feeling like our pet had received the best care and would recover.

She has not disappointed us in her level of care and honesty, even when the news is not what we want to hear. She is compassionate, caring, patient and really gets to know patients and their humans, if you dont believe us, ask our fuzzy kids!! The entire staff is great! Never had an issue with anything here! Always up front, honest and will really go out of their way to make room for an urgent care appointment in those extreme times of need! Kudos all!

Savannah, Randi, and Jada are absolute unicorns : they answer the phone like it’s not a burden, never rush you off, and somehow always sound like they actually like people. Wild. Marty McFly (our time-traveling dachshund) and Hildegard (our scared little chihuahua mix) are treated like furry royalty, and every time we come in, I leave wondering if I should get my check-up there too. If you’re not bringing your pets here, you’re doing it wrong.

Experiencia negativa: Called and made an appointment, the receptionist who made my appointment was amazing. Unfortunately due to a personal emergency, we were not able to make said appointment. We called to cancel, and waited on hold for about 10-15 mins. I have never had this wait before, and have always been tested with respect. The receptionist who asked us to hold, was very rude and condescending when asking us to wait. 15 minutes is ridiculous, especially when someone is calling about an emergent appointment. This is the first ever issue I've had with this company, and it seems as if whoever this receptionist is, need a bit more training regarding how to handle customer and placing them on hold. I will be finding a new vet, unless this issue is resolved. I do not want anyone fired, I just want staff to have proper training when it comes to handling customers and placing them on hold. 15 minutes is insane to wait for any communication from the front desk.

Experiencia positiva: It was a good experience overall but it just cost so much that I'm now not going to be able to pay my rent. And that was with 50% off can only imagine how much it would be without that. I was told it was going to be $76 and it ended up being over 200. I love my my kitty but I didn't expect it to me so much that I wouldn't be able to pay my rent I am retired and live on a fixed income which isn't much. But at least my kitty is doing better and for that I'm greatly relieved. They did an excellent job working with him and the staff was very helpful

I was so scared when my dog suddenly started having mobility issues in his back legs, but they were able to fit us in for a same-day appointment. Every single staff member — from the receptionists to the nurses to Dr. Watry — took wonderful care of my dog and made sure to explain everything thoroughly. They showed so much compassion, and their prices were very reasonable too. Five stars all the way!

Experiencia fantástica: This place saved my dog from having pain all weekend long! My baby had broken his dewclaw while at boarding during the week and I didn’t realize until late Friday night when he started letting me know with his crying & licking of his paw. This place, like other animals hospitals I had called day of, was fully booked Saturday but squeezed us in so my boy could get pain medicine to hold him over for the weekend and scheduled his nail clipping with sedation the upcoming Monday. I was so relieved when they came out and said they were able to clip his claw off with no sedation, giving him quicker relief & saving us a trip Monday. Thank you so much to the staff for going above & beyond to fit us in & taking care of my guy! Everyone was so sweet & wonderful!

Experiencia negativa: My partner’s dog had a dental performed today, and at pick-up was told that he had sat in his own stool and they tried to clean him up. The dog needed a bath (NOT just wiped down) when we got home due to them not cleaning up his hind-end, and the car needs cleaned as well. Patients should absolutely not be sent home covered in their own excrement.

I was soo impressed with the pre-vet, and staff and really delighted with the Dr. She gave me options and let me decide how to start. I will be sharing her office with everyone!! A++++
