Experiencia fantástica: I love Crossroads. We have two chihuahuas and they always take such good care of them. They have w cared for our pups for over 10 years. This week our little guy had two small procedures and they loved on him and took such good care of him.

Experiencia fantástica: I have been using this vet since I interned here in 2020. I have seen dr Hyden haggle with his own staff to LOWER a client's bill. All the staff is excellent, even in hard times, like when they helped me say goodbye to my own baby. The vets they hire are always top tier and the techs are well treated and very well trained. Love all my people there.

Experiencia fantástica: This week I had to make the hardest decision a pet parent ever has to make. My sweet Luna girl was in rough shape and there wasn’t much else that could be done, Dr Ruttman hugged my husband and I as we cried over the thought of losing our first baby. He offered us the reassurance that we so desperately needed and took such good care of us by walking us through each step and not pressuring us to move too quickly. I can not say enough kind words about Dr Ruttman and this team. Thank you for giving our girl the kindest send off to the rainbow bridge that we could ask for.

Experiencia negativa: Not sure who’s working the front desk and answering phones on Tuesday feb 17th, but my pup was recently neutered about week ago, after being neutered he got to be food aggressive so i called my crossroads animal vet asked for a opinion on this situation. I explained what was going on then I was asked was he neutered with crossroads, I said no, I had him neutered through hamlett, The response to that was oh we understand, that through me off And the receptionist proceeded to say not sure what to tell you but do you want to just bring him in? She had no interest in answering my question the way she came off. She just wanted me to bring him in to make money had no interest in answering my question. I called another vet which has great recommendations They were more than happy to give me an explanation of what can happen after you get your dog neutered. I canceled my appointments with Crossroads for my other dog i went to the other vet to where they’re more willing to help you and your animals answer questions and not worried just about making money!!

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Rutman and his staff are awesome! We had to bring our sick doggy in and they were compassionate and caring and walked us through the worst part of owning a dog. We’ll be bringing our other dog there from now on. Highly recommend!

Experiencia positiva: They are always nice when I go for my appointments. The only reason why I gave three stars is because I had two appointments for both my Girls and both got their anal glands and their nails done with their wellness check up. The reason for the three stars is because the very next day I got an email saying that for each appointment you can have free anal glands and free nails done with an exam, (1 day only). That’s what makes me mad is I had to pay for two anal glands and two nails when I could’ve gotten them free. It’s expensive and it’s hard because I’m only on Social Security.

Experiencia fantástica: I had a I had an appointment about a week ago, and when I came in the door, I was met by Sara who is the front desk receptionist, Sara is so welcoming and kind and cheerful and so many beautiful things she makes you feel right at home instantly! The reception area,, And the exam room were very clean. Usually when you come into a veterinary clinic, you can tell you’re IN a veterinary clinic! but this clinic was clean and neat and smelled nice. I have an elderly pup who is a little spunky meaning she can be a lot! But Tamara (our tech) and the Dr.Rutman were both so relaxed, comforting, knowledgeable and patient. It made me feel confident that my pup was getting everything she needed. I really appreciate everybody. I came in contact with in the veterinary clinic! These guys are obviously working very hard to give the best care possible to EVERY pet that comes in. I would highly recommend Crossroads Animal Hospital !

Experiencia fantástica: Very busy vet, but that's okay! In fact, here's why: The vet and assistants are amazing. They took their time with my 1yr old pup, not just a quick "look me over," but learning about her food, etc. All her shots were administered, including rabies, and advised me how to upload the paperwork to the humane society, etc., and most apparent was their 'joy' working with animals.

I am grateful and so thankful for Dr. Shubin, the original owner now retired, Dr. Craig Hyden now the owner and Dr. Rose who is an outstanding addition to the crew. The Vet Techs are awesome and the entire staff the most beloved animal lovers. The feeling as you walk in is your first clue, ahhh, I've found a caring place for my pet/s. She was in back no more than 3 min. I know you don't pay her $90 to perform this service. I'm more disappointed . Every time I come in the price is higher. PENNY IN WORTH EVERY PENNY. NEXT, I do not like your new automatic answering machine. For what you charge we should be able to speak to someone live. I think your taking too many patients. It seems like it's ALL about the money now. You have big shoes with Dr Schubin. He is one in a million. Please consider what I've said. It comes from a good place.

Experiencia fantástica: Having a fur baby that doesn’t feel well, on top of the financial burden, is stressful enough! Add to it, trying to find a GOOD vet, out of hundreds on Google and then getting a recommendation to Crossroads…Hands down the best pet hospital I’ve ever taken my Pug too. I knew when my dog wagged his tail from the moment we walked into the lobby, that his lack of anxiety was a good thing! And then on top of that, the doctor actually working with me, with my financial budget, to still be able to help my dog. Truly was a blessing, after a stressful week! I’ll be back with my other dog soon!

The cost of the visit was very reasonable and we really liked the common sense approach advised by Dr. Rollence. We're already seeing incredible improvement, for which we are immensely grateful. Our dogs' quality of life has jumped from a 1/10 to a 6/10.

Experiencia fantástica: My whole family has been coming to crossroads for years and have never been disappointed. This is cognac and Manhattan and they always take care of them. Cognac was scheduled for hernia surgery today and the doctor took the time to call us and let us know his hernia is healing on his own. Most people wouldn’t go above and beyond like this. They would just take the $1,000 and do the surgery. I will never stop recommending them to our friends and family. Thank you crossroads for taking care of our fur babies.

The lady who works at the front desk should be re-trained or moved to a different job title. Every time I have interacted with her, she is very rude and clearly doesn't enjoy interacting with customers... So, why is she here? I would be concerned if I was management, because everyone else who works here is so nice and wonderful, but the lady at the front desk/answers the phone is the reason why I cant give a better review... She didn't ask if I had anymore questions or if I even wanted to book an appointment. I have taken my 2 corgis here for the past 13 years and now I have 2 more. I won't be bringing my puppies here, the lady that answered the phone is to blame for that. Get rid of her.

Experiencia negativa: Not a single person wants to talk to a robot when it comes to their pets health. This vet canceled my dogs appointment the day of when she was in pain and in need of care. They canceled because their automated system made a tech appt. instead of a vet appointment. I was informed today, the day of her appointment that her appointment was canceled because she needed a vet exam not a tech exam because it was swollen. The automated system even took note of the swollen part and still scheduled the wrong appointment. The way it was handled by staff is unacceptable and I was told I could be put on the cancelation list, have an appointment 5 days from now or go somewhere else. Also was promised by the receptionist a phone call to discuss the issue with a manager today which was also never followed through on. Losing a customer of over 10 years today.

I brought my dog here with my mom and from even before we walked into the door, they made sure the environment was safe for her (informing us of other dogs in the lobby). She is typically a shy dog, but she was all over Colby and Dr. Hyden, which speaks to the care and comfort they brought her. She was happy and bubbly during the entire appointment and was super cooperative, thanks to their work. Truly such thoughtful, caring, and evidently passionate workers. I would absolutely recommend this place to anybody looking for a trustworthy local vet office.

She gave great advice and answered all my questions. My pup came for a wellness exam and two boosters and her and the techs were so understanding of my pup LOL. We even got to do a practice vet visit during their lunch hours the day before so we could practice to alleviate his anxiety

Experiencia fantástica: Amazing staff. I feel so welcome and accepted whenever I go there! My dog has some aggression and anxiety struggles and they have been so accommodating and never made us feel bad. I feel like they love my animals like their own.

Experiencia fantástica: My family has been taking our furry animals to Crossroads for an upwards of 20 years. From the dogs to the guinea pigs and rabbits, Dr. Hyden and staff have always made sure that they were treated with respect and got the highest care possible. I have tried other vets for my chickens and ducks (Crossroads does not service these exotics), and although they are friendly and get the job done, the environment feels different. Crossroads staff treat my pets like they are one of their own pets and ensure that everything is done that can be and all questions are answered. I had a Maltese that was almost 17 years old and did not look the healthiest with his ribs showing and his loss of hair. Dr. Hyden ensured to me that he was still healthy and although he may not have looked the prettiest, he was still flourishing and thriving at his old age. I have talked to others that had their vet tell them when their pet looked like that it was time to put them down and end the suffering... when in reality the vet did not even do an exam, and just wanted the person to pay for the euthanasia. I cannot recommend Crossroads Animal Hospital enough. They are not only friendly and reliable, they are one of the only vets in town that has not merged with a vet association. Dr. Hyden charges what he thinks is reasonable and if needed he works with the owner to come up with a price.

Cersei was treated like the princess she is, and I left feeling fully informed and confident in her care plan. Even with the passing of our oldest dog, it has sent us cards wishing us well and thinking of us during our dark time. It has been a great place to take our other dogs to for regular checkups for when they are in need of surgery. I found out about these guys from a co-worker of mine that had recently put her last dog down and said they were definitely one of the best caring places she's been to in a while.

No matter who I work with on any given day they listen to all concerns, it never feels rushed, and things are always explained well. I had a dog emergency a few years back with emergency surgery and it was a great experience with Crossroads (crappy times because my dog Tesla needed surgery of course) but I was very grateful for their calmness and gentle care to my doggo, they took her in immediately and the price was waaaay less than that ER vet off Tutt and much better service. They genuinely care about each animal that comes in and it shows. Highly recommended!!

Experiencia fantástica: This is a great vet. I would recommend them to everyone. I feel like the whole staff cares about your pet. I don't feel like they pressure or try to upsell which is my biggest complaint about most vets. They listen and seem to truly care. I'm happy I found them.

Experiencia fantástica: All the employees are very friendly and welcoming. So far we've never had to wait for more than a few minutes to be seen by the veterinarian and there prices are more affordable than other vets. We'll definitely be bringing our kitten back here in the future

My dogs are actually willing to walk into this office too which is also unheard of. They give treats when your animal is scared. Thank you all keep caring about what you do

Experiencia fantástica: Such a fantastic experience! I had a very last minute appointment for my dog to get spayed and the entire team was very understanding, friendly kind. The team kept me updated after her procedure and i got to pick her up the same day. I felt well equipped to take her home and week cared for at Crossroads!

Experiencia fantástica: This was our first visit to Crossroads Animal Hospital and our first time meeting Dr Hildebran (we are new to Colorado) Dr. Hildebran had an an absolutely amazing ability to instantly connect with our Koda!! Her assessment of Koda was detailed, thorough and easily understood. She made a follow up call (at closing time) to us before leaving the office, providing test results for Koada…… exceptional follow up and follow through! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED you give Crossroads AH a try and ask for Dr Hildebran, you will not be disappointed!
