Experiencia negativa: I have been meaning to write up this review for some time now but I came here May 2025 due to my cat's health declining rapidly all of a sudden. Their primary care vet had recommended us to come to VEG immediately since my cat had fluid in his lungs & they did not have the equipment to continue care for him. So we get here and immediately we were attended to which I appreciated. What I did not appreciate was the constant laughter from the staff while I was directly in front of my cat who was in the air ventilator (sorry I have no idea what it is called but it gives pets oxygen). My bill to just FIND out what was going on with my cat was so high, rightfully so I understand this is an emergency vet, but while I was trying to figure out payment- I had changed my mind on a specific surgery to be done which required the vet to call someone in. When the person they called in showed and found out I had changed my mind- they said to the rest of the staff "aww they changed their minds AGAIN" and they all laughed and looked at my cat in the air ventilator and said "awwww" turned around and continued conversation laughing. I tried to dismiss the way I felt about their laughter seeing that this is their workplace and they are allowed to talk and laugh amongst themselves but when I finally figured out payment and told the vet assistant who then told the doctor- the doctor said "great job" to her like I was just a bank to them. This is what finally turned me off immediately from receiving any care from the staff and the VEG company in general. They do not care about our pets who come in, they just care about money. I knew my cat was dying. I knew it and I also knew that even though I could pay for the care at VEG- it would quite literally make me go broke. It would have taken everything I had just to find out what was going on with my cat. So I made the decision to take my cat home where I would say goodbye to him there. I let them know that I did not wish to continue care and the doctor prescribed 4 medications to help what they thought may be wrong with him. I was fine with it- just ready to leave in peace. Then last minute he added on ANOTHER medication which again begins to further confirm that I was just a BANK to these people. Sadly, on the way home, my cat died. So there was nothing they could have done to save his life no matter if we stayed or not. And I know for a fact that they knew that. So if you read all of this- I highly recommend avoiding this establishment. They do not care about our beloved pets. They just care about money.

Experiencia fantástica: I usually hate emergency vet hospitals, Mainly because of the high gouges that they typically do. But that is not the case with this hospital on Wednesday I took in our baby goat s’mores because I couldn’t find a vet that could see him fast enough. He had developed urinary stones from a banding complication. Dr.Schwertner and his nurse Ashley did everything they could to save our baby. Even though we lost our baby boy, we appreciate and thank everyone for trying everything they could to save our sweet s’mores.

Experiencia fantástica: I had a very heavy object land on my tabby cat last night , and we needed immediate emergency care ..my friend Ginny who I do feral cat feedings with and trap neuter return, recommended them ..the process and entire experience was superb...and I wasn't gouged for money ...prices very reasonable ..most importantly was the fact that they weren't trying to upsell me on anything they were just very much a matter of fact, and so fair. VERY compassionate . . So personable organized and efficient..Taylor was the vet tech...and ALL the doctors were truly truly wonderful!!!! Best part was you get to stay with your pet the entire time ....no long waits,, and first class business A,++++++

Experiencia fantástica: I took my cat in for an emergency around 2am a couple days ago. From the moment we got there, they immediately met us at the door and started care for my cat. The open layout made it a little easier on the anxiety, being able to stay with your pet and watch everything. Through the heartbreak we endured ending up putting our cat to sleep, they were very caring and compassionate. I couldn’t think of any better place i could’ve taken her to. They talk you through everything, and it is clear they do everything they can to help your pet. Experiencia fantástica: Nobody wants to make the hard decision to let their baby go. Pets are family, and to have to make that tough call is to lose a piece of your heart. Veterinary Emergency Group made the process as painless as easy as they could for us. I have to mention, too, that we've dealt with other ER vets in the past who left a bad taste in our mouths (i.e. treating a Guinea Pig as less important or with less urgency because it's not, say, a dog). We experienced the opposite here - every pet, big and small- mattered.

Experiencia fantástica: This team is amazing! My husband and I took our dog in late at night, they got us right in and started taking care of him. Having to take your pet to the er is never fun but everyone was so friendly and made us feel comfortable. Started from the beginning with Shannon at the front desk, she was on top of it all, Dr.Barton and nurse Elizabeth took their time and made sure tank was all stitched up and ready to go. I couldn’t thank them enough.

Experiencia fantástica: If I could give this veterinary group 20 stars I would. This has been the most incredibly Stressful a couple of days with an eight month old Australian Shepherd puppy that realized Our female was in heat before we did. He spent about 36 hours trying to break through sliding glass doors, Lunging at anything possible to get into the house to get to the female. I made a call and spoke with The team And they immediately said this is something that you need to speak with a doctor about. I spoke with Dr. McCartin and she was unbelievably helpful. Weighed Out my options, trying to wear him out and then ultimately if that did not work to bring him in for sedation and or possibly getting him neutered on the spot. We opted for getting him neutered, and this team was absolutely incredible. Not when he was able to stay with my Aussie The entire time, everybody works as a team. Everybody is upbeat and cheerful and happy. Extremely informative, very detailed oriented. My Nurse Adamaris When above and beyond to explain the entire procedure, also how he was going to be feeling once she started to administer anesthesia, what it would look like, so I was not traumatized by seeing him put under so quickly. I was allowed to stay the entire time and watched the surgery through a glass window. Dr was Super fast and super efficient, By the time I grabbed a coffee, and took a little walk for Fresh air, she came out to let me know he was already out of surgery that he was doing phenomenal and then I could go back and see him. Adamaris Stayed with us the entire time, making sure that he came out of anesthesia successfully, as well as gained his control back. Also letting me know all of the different types of behaviors he may encounter as he comes to from the anesthesia. She explained every single medication in detail and truly just went above and beyond to make certain that I felt like I had my own veterinary team the entire time. I’m so grateful and will refer this organization to everyone I know. While I was there. I witnessed some pretty traumatic situations coming into the ER and learned that They put the pet first and worry about the financial aspect second. That is truly incredible. I hope to be able to support and give back to this organization for many years to come. Thank you all again so much.

Experiencia fantástica: Like a lot of people who love their pets, the saddest days of my life have been when I’ve had to say goodbye to a pup. For our boy, Ranger, it happened in the middle of the night. He hadn’t been doing great but he declined rapidly and we didn’t want to prolong any suffering. I found VEG ER on Google, saw the reviews, and called to see if they had a wait. It was around 2:00 in the morning and the gal who answered the phone was so kind and sounded so empathetic. When we got there, we were taken to a room and the gal who took our information was just as kind. She even cradled his head and loved on him while he was getting his iv. The gal who got his iv in was also so sweet and gentle and they were talking to our boy like he was one of their own. I don’t remember any of the names of the gals who were working that night but I will never forget their kindness and compassion. When we were leaving, one of the gals had her own pups there who were so healthy and happy and we saw the staff and how they were all loving on them. It is obvious that the people who work here are animal lovers and as much as I hate the thought of having to return, when the time comes, I know where we will go. Thank you for taking such great care of us and our boy.

Experiencia fantástica: We could not have had a better experience at VEG. Brought my little Doodle in after 3 days of vomiting and lethargy and one trip to our regular vet that didn’t seem to help. You can tell every single staff member here genuinely loves animals and keeps the energy light and calm even under difficult circumstances. Love that everything is in the open and you can wait with your pet and see everything that’s going on. My dog ended up needing to stay for 12 hours and we were given a room with him so he didn’t have to be alone overnight. All of our doctors were thorough, compassionate, reasonable, and my dog is already back to his normal self. Hope to never need this ER again but so glad to know it’s there.

Im terrible with names, but every staff member in there was working quickly and efficiently to help all the pets in there. It was absolutely fascinating to get to see the prep for a surgery, and the care and finese that takes. They were super helpful with my dog and got him out quickly, absolutely amazing place and I would definitely suggest this place!

Experiencia negativa: I brought my rabbit to Veterinary Emergency Group on E Camelback on 1/24/26 for a true emergency. He had poked himself with hay, was choking, sneezing, gagging, and suddenly started bleeding from his nose. This was clearly a mechanical injury and I was extremely worried. I was charged $190 for the exam, but no treatment or hands on intervention was performed. Instead, the veterinarian immediately said she suspected RHDV2 (a serious viral disease) and began discussing an extensive and very expensive treatment plan including a CT scan, IV fluids, viral testing, bloodwork, and more. I repeatedly explained that this appeared to be an acute physical issue, not a virus, but I felt like my concerns were dismissed and the conversation focused mainly on costly diagnostics. I also left feeling that the staff did not seem very knowledgeable about rabbit care. The technician taking his intake information did not know what breed of rabbit he was, he is a Holland Lop, one of the most common domestic rabbit breeds. That immediately made me uneasy about their familiarity with rabbit specific emergencies. At the end of the visit, while I was paying, the veterinarian came back and said she would do an X-ray in case he had aspirated. This was mentioned after no stabilization or direct treatment had been done, and by that point my rabbit was no longer in active respiratory distress. The overall approach just did not match what I was seeing with my animal. Because I didn’t feel his immediate needs were being addressed, I chose to leave. Despite no treatment being provided, I was still charged $190. The next day, I took him to his regular veterinarian because he had stopped eating and wasn’t producing stool. He was diagnosed with GI stasis and given a clear, reasonable treatment plan. They specifically said they did NOT suspect any viral illness. My experience at VEG felt rushed, dismissive, and heavily focused on expensive testing rather than addressing the obvious issue in front of them. I left feeling unheard and worried, and I do not feel the exam fee was justified given that no care was actually provided. Rabbit owners, I would strongly recommend seeking a rabbit experienced vet if possible.

Experiencia positiva: Seems like a great team of people. I’m posting this because while we were there, for about eight hours, in September, an employee had her dog Mango sedated the entire time and in a kennel. I talked to her she said her dog Mango has a lot of energy and so she sometimes brings her to the vet office to sedate and keep them in the kennel all day because she has another German Shepard named kiwi and a toddler at home. Mango has lots of energy and they live in an apartment so sedating and caging is what she’s doing to deal with not being able to deal. I was there for eight hours and that dog was sedated in that kennel and not walked once. The employee went into the kennel once to give the dog some water, and she was not kind at all to her. Just seemed really irritated that she had to deal with the her. I felt so bad for the dog because she seemed very sweet. I hope that someone reads this and ensures the employee rehomes Mango with a family who can let her energy out instead of caged and sedated at an emergency vet center. I’m also shocked animal doctors would allow this type of abuse to happen.

Experiencia negativa: Horrible experience and poor service I’m never bringing my pet here again they only care about your money that’s it. Costing you thousands of dollars for little treatment. They told me they were gonna call me in 2 days for the results of my kitten and I have yet to receive one, it’s been 5 days. The front lady who attended me as soon as I walked in didn’t even get my information right, she spelt my name wrong, wrong email address and wrong address too LOL like girl… after I left i literally told her my email address was wrong cause I haven’t received not one email from them and she supposedly corrected it, she didn’t I haven’t received any emails or my receipts from them. I’m surprised she got my phone number right I definitely wouldn’t recommend this place especially because they have your hours of waiting while they’re just laughing standing around drinking their Starbucks lmao. Don’t waste your time and money here that was my mistake!

So many things I could go on about that were positives for this facility. #1 they checked me in while my dog was getting evaluated instead of going up to reception and needing to fill out forms before you see anyone while you are panicked about your dog health. #2 they didn't ask for your credit card the second you walked in the door which has been my past experience at Vet ER's. There was no, how are you going to pay for this before your pet was evaluated. #3 they actually listened to what you were saying and had a conversation with you about what was going on #4 they sent a follow up text the next day checking on status. I could go on and on. It is refreshing to see a facility like this exist in this day and age. People actually caring about the work they do and the service they provide. I would give this place 10 stars if I could. Thank you to the entire team and staff.

Experiencia fantástica: On 12/28, my dog ate some foods that he was not supposed to. I was concerned on whether it was OK or not and I did not want to have to run to the ER or call poison control and pay the consult fee. I also did not want to use Dr. Google. Since my pet is a service animal- we have been trained with certain skills, but at the end of the day, all I needed was two minutes with a provider. I understand that the appropriate and best practice is to come in, but I just needed a professional opinion. I called into this clinic and Dr. Barton very graciously gave me a few moments of her time to which she answered my questions. A whole 3 minutes. Stress-reducing, anxiety lifting 3 minutes. She did not have to do this. I had called other emergency veterinarians and they just told me to call poison control or they said that they would not do that and we would have to come in. Not only was time of the essence, (did I need to induce vomiting?), but so was cost. As a professional in healthcare, I’m always going to have patients, and I do truly believe in giving care when someone really needs it. There’s always gonna be job security, and the fact that Dr. Barton gave me a few minutes of her time without being condescending or judgmental or rushing me meant a lot. I hope you don’t get in trouble, but I do want you to be recognized for your kindness. This is not a practice that I will be abusing or overly using, but I want to show my appreciation.

Everyone here is so kind and compassionate. Unfortunately our sweet girl couldn’t be saved, she was 15.5 years old and a mass on her liver ruptured. The doctor explained everything to us in detail and took us to a private room to be with her until we were ready to say goodbye. I thought their prices were very reasonable too. I would highly recommend them for emergency situations.

Experiencia fantástica: Took our little spunky Millie girl here this evening due to zoomies that lead to a hard fall. We were seen immediately, within the first 5 minutes of walking in the door — which is extremely important as a worried pet parent when something is wrong. Dr Tansey explained everything in a way that was very understandable & educational. She really took the time and had the patience of a saint. She met us where we were comfortable and showed support. While we were waiting, we even witnessed her show compassion to another dog who was brought in after being hit by a car and didn’t survive. Our nurse Zekell was also seriously so amazing. Our Millie wasn’t the most cooperative at all, but Zekell was so caring and sweet with Millie and did her absolute best that she could! We can’t thank VEG enough for the attentive and generous service. We hope to not have to come back, but we definitely wouldn’t be mad about the staff & service that we would be provided if need be. This place really cares for your pets as if they are family. Thank you SO much Dr Tansey & Zekell. We need more people like you both!!!

Experiencia fantástica: Genuinely, I don’t have a single piece of constructive feedback. Taking a 12-week-old puppy to the emergency vet is nerve-racking, scary, and anxiety-provoking — and somehow this team made the entire experience feel calm, seamless, and genuinely caring from start to finish. I called ahead after my puppy swallowed gravel, and even over the phone I was met with calm, helpful guidance that immediately lowered my stress. When we arrived, Vicky greeted us and brought us into a very comfortable, open exam area. Madison handled intake and X-rays and was absolutely incredible — her demeanor alone set the tone for the entire visit. She was patient, kind, and so thoughtful with my 7-year-old daughter, bringing coloring books and crayons, offering snacks and drinks, and even walking her around so she could see other animals and some strays they were caring for. That meant more than she probably realizes. Dr. Toomey was equally wonderful. I really appreciated how he explained everything clearly and shared what he would do if it were his own dog — it felt honest, grounded, and like he truly cared. When they induced vomiting, there was another staff member assisting Madison (I wish I knew her name) who was kissing my puppy, keeping him calm, and making sure he felt loved during an uncomfortable moment. That level of compassion is rare. What could have been a very scary, drawn-out experience wasn’t. We were in and out in about an hour and a half, including X-rays and treatment, and never once felt rushed or dismissed. I’m incredibly grateful to this entire team and cannot recommend them enough to anyone needing emergency care for their pet.

Experiencia fantástica: I have now taken a pet to VEG several times, They are very quick to see my animals, very kind and supportive, and I really appreciate that they not only allowed, but also promoted me being there with my pet throughout everything, really appreciated. All the care they gave, even including one tragic time when an animal of mine have been attacked by a wild animal, and she sadly did not survive however, they took excellent care of her to make her as comfortable as possible while they tried to figure out what was going on. They let me stay with her overnight and when it was clear that she was not going to pull through they gave me a private space to be with her, gave me a tough of her hair, and give me a paw print of hers at no charge. They were so sweet and compassionate and a really, really difficult time. And even though the outcome was not what I had hoped, for I was really glad that I had brought her to them so that she could have relief in her final moments and then I could be there with her so she was not alone. I really appreciate it also from the financial aspect them reviewing things with me before doing anything so that I would have an opportunity to prepare myself for the financial cost and know what to expect. When I had to let my cat go to the vet give me a hug and was very sweet and kind and compassionate towards my grief. So far in all my experiences, I have found their staff to be very helpful and really seeming to care deeply about the care they give and being honest and upfront about cost and options

Experiencia fantástica: I took my 5 month old cat in due to a post neutering complication & I can say without a doubt, this is the best veterinary experience I’ve ever had. I was immediately triaged, placed in a quiet room, & probably within 15 minutes they were giving my boy an ultrasound. They took me seriously—they were fast & efficient. The care they have for people & patients is tangible. They ran appropriate tests for his condition & monitored him closely to ensure he was improving. I received check-in phone calls & the assurance that I could come in at any time of day to see my cat. They even have places you can stay overnight in the vet if needed. I’m many things today.. grateful, relieved, & confident that my little boy got the treatment he needs to heal. The kitten was unfortunately on her last breaths but they still were extremely sympathetic, understanding and calm when asked 100 questions about the kittens. Vet visits are normally expensive so the negative reviews here are definitely a reflection on the costs per wallet for the customer... pet insurance is also a thing for your fur baby's if you're looking for a genuinely kind staff, this is a great place to go!

Experiencia fantástica: I accidentally went to Banfield thinking they were an emergency vet, They were going to get me in, but I was immediately met with judgement & questions about vaccine status and getting records, which I had, but wasn’t on my priority list as my dog had what looked like a seizure that morning, because I felt uncomfortable, I decided to leave & come to VEG. Immediately I was met with friendly people, who seemed to truly care for my dog & handle what was most important first. They got me and my dog taken care of, I noticed how kind they were to all the animals and people that came through. I will forever remember this and am so glad I have an emergency practice to bring my animals to if ever needed.

A dog had been hit by a car and the immediately assessed him and gave him pain meds. They are superhero’s in our community. They are compassionate and truly care about beings. They are honest and always ready to help. I recommend them to everyone in the community and will continue to do so. Experiencia fantástica: I was extremely impressed by the team. They came together very quickly when I brought my dog who had gone into anaphylaxis. He was in bad shape. Body was completely limp. When I brought him in and the gentleman at the front desk called back to the medical team I suddenly saw a convergence of people as they guided me to take weight and then to the treatment table. Suddenly there were 4-5 people all around him working like some orchestra. Over the next 20 minutes (I assume thought it felt like hours) I received regular updates from doctor Lindsey McCartin as the team narrowed down the cause of my dogs sudden collapse. Once they identified it treatment was quick and he went from being critical to being happy and healthy. Now he can rest and recover at home. Thanks you VEG team!

They walked me through all options and in the end surgery was needed. They took such great care of our doggo, and I was relieved they knew so much and were experienced with brachycephalic breeds. They met me immediately with care and concern, and brought me to a back area so he could be oberved, They checked on him often, and after an hour or two decided he was ok to come home. Experiencia fantástica: This is one of those places you'd prefer to never have to go to, but it's a godsend to have a solid spot in your back pocket in case you do. I'm so, so grateful I found VEG. The Camelback location's staff were kind and compassionate when my partner and I had to euthanize our terminally ill rats in 2023 and 2024, and they came through again for us last night when our cat—the absolute light of my life—likely ingested a toxic medication he shouldn't have had access to. We received care quickly, got to interface directly with the doctor, and had a vet tech by our side who spoke to us as equals and kept us informed with every step. VEG even helped me locate the owner of a lost dog I found running through the streets several months back. During every single visit, I've found the VEG facility to be exceptionally clean and organized. It doesn't even smell like dog or cat when you walk in, which is crazy. I definitely trust VEG to help my family again in an emergency.

While waiting for our old cat to receive care for urinary pain & staining, we watched all of the things that unfold at night in a Phoenix animal ER. The team triaged every animal that came through the doors, including direct animal trauma and seeing some things that bear huge trauma on the staff. Liz, Litzy, Dr Furtak and the entire team last night exhibited much bravery & unwavering compassion in the face of the high demand for immediate care and making some very hard yet incredibly humane decisions. As we were deciding what the best decision would be , the cat sadly passed . The staff were so compassionate and let us take as much time as we needed . Our boy, Tizoc, underwent an emergency surgery last month due to a ruptured mass on his spleen. He remained hospitalized for a few days after. During this time, VEG’s staff treated him (and us!) with such compassion as we navigated a very scary time, waiting for his discharge and eventual pathology results. They even provided a room for us to stay in, and texted updates on his recovery when we took short trips home. Equally important, the providers at VEG patiently answered our many questions, held space for us to share our concerns and fears, and followed-up once we went home. We are eternally grateful to VEG for saving our pup’s life. To Drs Barton, Beckwith, McCartin, and Khan, and nurses Breanna, Kat, Maya, Lupe, Taylor, Dallas, Cody, and Samantha — we cannot say thank you enough. It is one thing to provide highly competent care, but another entirely to do so with such kindness — day in and out. Your knowledge and compassion are truly top-notch. We highly recommend VEG!

When the time came, the doctor was so patient and gentle, asking for our permission before the final injection. Watching how lovingly she treated Shiloh, it truly felt as if she were saying goodbye to her own dog, was deeply comforting. Shiloh had a peaceful and dignified send-off, and for that, I’ll always be grateful. I highly recommend VEG for any emergency needs. Experiencia fantástica: I can’t recommend this place enough. My dog was attacked by coyotes and hanging on by a thread. The nurses and staff really care about providing the best care possible. (Nurse Sally stayed by my dogs side all day). There is no doubt in my mind that the open floorplan concept helped his recovery. Your pet wants you by their side. The entire staff (doctors, nurses, front desk) are great. My dog is alive and well thanks to them.

Experiencia fantástica: I just had to do one of the worst things ever and put my sweet baby cat down yesterday. I had gone to this emergency vet because of issues he was having and as soon as I walked in, I was nicely greeted and assisted. They were very friendly, very caring, showed empathy and gave me a plan to go over right away. When it was time for my angel to cross the rainbow bridge, they were so very kind and were very understanding of the moment. They made sure I had enough time with my cat and made sure we were comfortable. This is the worst feeling ever but it really helps when you have a place you can go to and trust for this type of thing. I really appreciate everyone that assisted yesterday and had such empathy. Made all the difference in this experience.

Experiencia fantástica: The best vet I have ever been to. The staff was very friendly and you can tell that they are there to help not only your pet but you. I went to another place around 4:45pm and they told me “you just missed the doctor” which I thought was crazy and so I called VEG and ranted to them and they made me feel comfortable and told me they could absolutely help my Nellie. It was a little pricey and honestly I probably didn’t even have to come in but they still did everything they could to help which included antibiotics and cleaning solution. They were also very sweet with Nellie and very nice people.

Experiencia fantástica: The GOLD standard of care every office should be held to.. my bulldog is a rescue who does NOT like the vet. Have been to 2 prior offices for the same symptoms with little progress. I brought Ozzy in as emergency and the staff were exceptionally kind and energetic. Both knowledgeable and reasonable. And worked with me around my dog's resistance with the utmost care. I cannot express enough how considerate of not just my comfort but most importantly my dogs comfort as not to traumatize him more and still deliver the best treatment possible. Finally had him sedated and located the cause of ailment with multiple calls and few visits coming and going to ease Ozzy's stress. After completing his meds and losing the personal referral for a primary. I was able to yet make another call to another staff who was more than happy to assist with further care remotely and track down who might have made the referral and collect the details I definitely need.. I am just floored at everyone's genuine passion and the next level of care that never once faltered from front to back to home again. Through and through best practice especially for an emergency that is capable of leaving you feeling frantic. They most certainly work with you no matter the hurdle. Fairly priced services that are at your disposal. Thank you TONS VEG camelback!!!

Experiencia fantástica: Excellent ER vet. Our cat was seen immediately upon entry to the hospital and we were given a quick diagnosis and treatment plan. Care team was communicative during the whole process and I definitely felt like my cat was in great hands during a scary time. They were able to put us in a separate room while we waited for our cat’s procedure, which was a massive help as our cat is nervous boy and it helped him calm down immensely. Thank you VEG!

Experiencia fantástica: I am very grateful I took my baby duck, Miss Ma'am to this emergency room. It's especially hard to find vets that can care for exotics too. Miss Ma'am was suffering from some severe breathing issues, so we had to take the long drive over. As soon as I brought her in, it felt like the whole team was there, getting vitals, making a plan, even blocking her from the sight of dogs in the room. She was on oxygen all night and I could just sit there with her. Even come back at 2AM to check on her and one of the nurses sat on the ground with me in front of Miss Ma'am, just talking about ducks. I felt like I could ask for things like getting her water or some darkness, and they were all just so kind to me and my duck. It gave her time to get to the exotic vet in the morning and now we at least have a happy quacking duck at home while we continue her health journey.

Experiencia fantástica: The staff at the camelback clinic is absolutely amazing! We visited early on Labor Day morning, around 5 or 6 am, with our older dog due to some behavioral concerns. As soon as we arrived, we were warmly greeted and taken back to start vitals and triage on our pup. Within 20 minutes, they provided us with an estimate of everything he needed, including labs, imaging, and an exam. The staff was incredibly friendly, reassuring, and communicative throughout the process. They even brought him a cozy bed to rest on. On top of that, the clinic had recently received two adorable puppies found wandering by PHX PD. In addition to the puppies, there were a few other pets in the clinic. I was allowed to interact with them and even play and cuddle with one of the puppies (pictured). They kept our pup under observation that day and kept us well informed about his progress and when he was ready to go home. He’s much better since then. We recently adopted a new puppy who had been recently spayed, and I had some concerns about it. I called the office, and within 5 minutes, I was connected with a doctor. They reassured me that my concerns were normal and offered to review the photos via email to ensure everything was okay. This way, I didn’t have to come in unless it was an emergency. Again I cannot say enough good things about this clinic and their care team. BRING YOUR PETS HERE!!! ❤️
