Experiencia fantástica: This is a great place with a very caring Vet. She was patient and calm with my rottweiler who does not deal well with anything new. She was stern with him and very kind though he wasn't having it and still had to have 3 shots to knock him out so she could check him out. So all was good and she gave a recommendation for a surgeon for a ACL tear... Price was reasonable but it was worth the $ just to have a good, kind and patient veterinarian. I would definitely recommend though they do not do surgeries at this facility.

The Dr are good, and dental care is affordable, but I wish they would get their phone system figured out or someone would answer and that they would hire additional staff. Called yesterday, left a message, then got a phone call back at the worst time, couldn't talk, and then tried to call back today, and it's not letting me even leave a message. I'm trying to make an appointment for my aging dog, and it's super frustrating. Again can't complain about the care but the staff or staffing issues are sort of a problem. I hope I can get through tomorrow.

If the problem isn’t instantly solved she gets immediately angry and snarky in every interaction I’ve had with her, I’m really surprised she works in customer service to be honest.

Experiencia fantástica: I was able to quickly get an appointment (next day) when my dog was showing signs of discomfort. When I called to get quotes on pricing Alex was very knowledgeable & answered all my questions quickly, without hesitation (great pricing btw). At the appointment everyone was very nice & welcoming, Savannah (the vet tech. I believe) was very sweet, knowledgeable & personable, as was Vet Lipovitch, I felt they listened to my concerns and addressed everything, explaining along the way. I feel that my dog is in good hands and got the best care! Ashley was so helpful when explaining the breakdown of pricing & their referral program ($25 credit for you & the referral), they actually want to help, reassuring these days!

Experiencia negativa: Extremely unprofessional and disappointing. I called to request a prescription for my dog’s Hill’s food, which requires a script. The receptionist told me I needed to schedule an appointment, which I understood and agreed to. When I explained that I did not have my card available at that moment, I was told an appointment could not be scheduled at all. I clearly explained that my dog was out of food and asked if a short-term prescription could be provided so she could eat. I was told no. I called back and left a message and never received a return call—no follow-up, no appointment, no prescription. Situations involving a pet without food should be treated with urgency and compassion, not dismissed based solely on a front-desk decision. That level of judgment should come from a medical professional, not a receptionist. Because of this lack of professionalism and consideration, I was forced to take my dog to an urgent care clinic just to obtain a prescription so she could eat. This experience showed a serious lack of compassion, communication, and accountability. I would not recommend this clinic based on how this situation was handled.

When we first found Morty and Winnie as kittens in a storm drain we knew they need to see a vet ASAP, and we were able to get them in a day later. You can really tell that all the Vets and Vet techs absolutely love animals. Even our people shy cat Morty does so well with everyone there. I don’t think I can recommend them enough!

Experiencia fantástica: I have been going to North Phoenix Animal Clinic for the last year or so. I switched to them because the cost of regular exams and vaccines with my other vet were just getting crazy. I have had very positive experiences with North Phoenix Animal Clinic. I’ve had both my cats vaccinations and spay/neuter surgeries done here. The facility is clean and their service is just getting better all the time. This is a “no frills” clinic. It’s not fancy. They WILL take care of your pets and not try to upsell you on unnecessary services. They are not an emergency clinic but you can generally get an appointment fairly quickly by booking online. I really appreciate being able to see the cost of different services online.

Experiencia fantástica: I just want to highlight Dr. Stastny: EXCEPTIONAL CARE. EXCEPTIONAL EXPERTISE. My cat, Buddy, had a life-threatening UTI blockage. After a failed 48hr attempt at the ER, I reached out to Paw Placement, who was kind and amazing enough to introduce me to Dr. Stastny after hours (in Buddy’s time of great need). Everything went uphill from that moment on. I went from thinking he wasn't going to make it, to trusting in the Doctor's confident words that she would get him to where he needed to be. Dr. Stastny truly values Buddy’s life and treats him as the individual he is, with genuine attentiveness and compassion. She goes above and beyond in every way to get the job done, not only in the outstanding care she provides at the clinic, but also in the follow-up care and communication once he is back home. She is thorough, detail-oriented, communicative, and incredibly caring, with remarkable empathy and experience in handling him. Now, whenever Buddy sees her for checkups, he rubs against her legs. That says everything and I have so much gratitude, especially since it’s been such a complicated road for him. I highly recommend Dr. Stastny because I cannot stress enough how much she truly cares about the lives of her patients.

Experiencia negativa: Friday I took our dog in was told she was a diabetic they kept pushing vetsulin and we had to switch it to the novolin and they DID NOT tell us the dose changed so we overdosed her. We brought her back in on Monday and lost her today because of all this and this could of been all prevented but nope now I lost my fur baby due to all this and it was a horrible death! I will never take another animal to them again. I wouldn't give them any stars. There was a gentleman who seemed to care more then the vet and for that I truly thank you!

Experiencia fantástica: I’ve been dissatisfied with my old vet office, and searching for a new one. This clinic is very conveniently located for North Phoenix residents, with ample parking in the back corner of the lot at 16th St. and Bell, so I figured I’d give it a try. I brought my huskies in for their annual exam and routine shots. The lobby is somewhat small, but the vibes were very chill across the mixed dog breeds and sizes, and the crated cat. My appointment was at 9:50 and I was called by the tech at 9:48, and it seemed that everyone else was also called promptly at their appointment time. The vet tech Melissa was awesome in assisting my somewhat recalcitrant husky, (he is a husky ‍♀️) in placing all four paws on the scale at the same time. She got down on the floor to help him out, and we were all immediately charmed. My girl was happy to comply after that, and we were whisked into a clean exam room. At my previous vet office, I was asked and then judged on what food my dogs ate. I was asked about heartworm and flea and tick prevention. No questions here, and I’m not sure how I feel about that yet. The tech was efficient and kind. The vet was also, and gave both dogs treats to administer the shots, which were quick and easy. We were in and out within 20 minutes. Cost was absolutely fair for what we were provided, and we’ll be back. I work overnights at an FAA repair station and it can be difficult to find offices that accommodate hours that don’t completely wreck my sleep schedule. This clinic had the available time and they used it wisely. Also, there is a very convenient little spot in the front of the office for the dogs to do their business before or after the appointment, if necessary. There is even a stand with bags and a waste receptacle. Big fan!

The office and scheduling are awful, unfortunately wasted money here on x rays and blood work but then to schedule a surgery never happened after multiple calls to and repeat texts from their system over 17 days?!. They failed to even know what was going on after I’d been continuously trying to get my dog in. Tammy, Tina, and Meigen should all be fired and replaced with competent workers!!! Hope the vets there read this as they lost 1800$ that was quoted for the surgery plus future appointments and referrals. Now I will tell everyone to avoid this business and office as there are many other great practices! Wish I didn’t listen to my neighbor and take my fur baby here. WARNING : STAY AWAY!!!

Experiencia negativa: I want to share something really upsetting that happened to my friend at North Phoenix Animal Clinic on 16th and bell. She brought in her colony cat she’d been feeding outside to get him fixed. When the clinic tested him, he came back FIV positive. Instead of explaining that FIV isn’t a death sentence and that many FIV+ cats live long, healthy lives they made it sound like he was a danger to all the other colony cats and it was likely he would infect them all. Ultimately they strongly suggested euthanasia. They made it seem like there were no other options. Trusting their advice, my friend agreed, and now she feels extremely guilty knowing that he didn’t have to be put down. Please beware of this vets office!!

Experiencia fantástica: We have a cat that was not feeling well for a couple days. We could only get an appointment scheduled for Monday but that was 4 days away. I got a phone call saying that they would be willing to do a drop off appointment. I heard from the doctor twice today. They took great care of our cat. Nico and the doctor are amazing people. I'm so grateful that we didn't have to wait till Monday. I feel like they went above and beyond.

Experiencia fantástica: Highly recommend this Veterinary clinic! I had a chocolate lab that needed emergency surgery for bowel obstruction due to eating part of a toy (had a rope in the toy) and they were able to fit her in and do the surgery the same day. My dog was able to be seen as a drop in the same day… staff was amazing and got called back before I even got home (2.3miles away) with initial testing and quotes. Was kept up to date with all the happenings and was definitely at peace of mind leaving her in good hands! Obviously emergencies are expensive but the price was very reasonable! (Especially hearing other people’s experience). Thank you Dr. S and the staff for going above and beyond for my sweet girl Stella!!!!

This location is painless to get to, the appointment was quick and thorough, and everyone was very kind. I want to also note how patient the staff was with my very timid (previously abused) dog. It makes my heart swell to be around people who have the same regard for animals <3

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Stastny and her team did an amazing job and took good care of my sweet old lady Daisy. My baby is 14 years old and needed a few teeth removed. Scheduling her dental procedure was quick and easy. The staff was so wonderful. Highly recommend Dr Stastny as a Veterinarian because she is so upbeat, friendly, and really cares for the animals she sees.

Experiencia negativa: Attitude from the very start for a simple neutering. Was cordial the entire time and met with sass and attitude in the morning of the drop off, sorry to interrupt Ashley B. during her breakfast while patients are trying to check in. As for the neuter, they let my cat sit or fall in their own urine. When I picked my cat up, his back legs and tail were soaked in pee and his feet were caked in the clay litter they use. I would have appreciated a call or heads up to prep for that. Alternatively, they could have at least cleaned him up a bit before giving me him soaked in his own urine. The price is not worth the service. Look elsewhere and spend the little extra for better service and a proper recovery.

Experiencia negativa: Took my cat in for basic vaccinations (follow up after my friend took her the first time). Vet tech started fearmongering about vaccines I supposedly desperately needed that weren't even related to my cat's lifestyle, heavily pressuring me into paying extra for them. When I asked her about basic symptoms and methods of transmission for these supposedly ravaging fatal diseases, she had to Google it on the computer and read incoherently from the AI summary. The vet arrived about 20 minutes late (I suspect from a catered lunch they had in the back that day) and had a giggly, breezy "Oopsie!" kind of attitude. Dropped the needle (not sure if the cap was on) on the floor and then stuck it in my kitten. And the needle was HUGE even if it had been a human needle. Incredibly long and thick and basically shoved the whole thing in, I have no idea why my baby doesn't have permanent tissue damage. It also seemed a bit pricey for a single follow-up vaccine that took 1 minute to administer. I am never going back here. ArkVets on Bell and the freeway is WAY better, the vet (Haley) was timely, competent, and knew a lot despite being half the age of this place's vet. Save yourself the trouble and go to ArkVets. Oh, and ArkVets doesn't charge a fat deposit, unlike this place!

Experiencia fantástica: My 11 year old chihuahua had to have oral for the second time at N.Phoenix animal clinic. They run test to make sure that your pet is physically up to having surgery. They ended up extracting 16 teeth. They took such good care of her, she is very sensitive. I noticed that they trimmed her nails while she was under. I had taken her the previous month to have them trim but that tech wasn't able to trim them very good. I am thankful that I found this clinic. I highly recommend them.

Experiencia fantástica: Over the last 3 weeks, I've had to take 3 different dogs to vets for different reasons. I found North Phoenix Animal Clinic after asking chatgpt for low cost veterinary options near Scottsdale. The entire staff has been excellent. Tina often answers the phones and is extremely helpful and patient with questions. We even had to euthanize one of our dogs and their staff was very compassionate and understanding. Thank you!

Experiencia negativa: I took my Lucy in for a prescription refill for her seizures and to have her toenails clipped first girl told me 10:15 in the morning I got there and they decided that they would change it to 12:15 in the morning at my inconvenience so I had to leave and come back and still in the waiting room although it's going to be an $80 charge I think they're just charging me to wait in their room the technician of course did a wonderful job cute little girl very professional she needs a four-star The Establishment itself not too keen on don't know if I'd recommend anyone or not not quite sure yet

Experiencia fantástica: I took all three of my cats here for the first time for wellness exams, vaccines, nail trims, and asthma care (for one of my kitties). The staff were super friendly and very efficient given I had 3 pets at one appointment. As a vet student, I felt they really cared for my babies (as they were all very nervous) and made me feel comfortable. You do have to do a deposit when you make the appointment however it goes to your final treatment costs. My total for the whole visit was under $400! I would definitely recommend anyone trying to find an affordable yet great quality vet :)

Experiencia negativa: GO SOMEWHERE ELSE...Horrible Customer Service. I recently went into a local Petsmart Location off of Bethany Home Rd to adopt an adorable little Kitten named Cheddar. The rep at Petsmart told me the kitten hasn't been neutered yet and advised that I would need to do so ASAP because of spraying in male cats. I have an existing adult unneutered male cat already in our home. Rep said the kittens have a certificate to be neutered Free of Charge that comes with the adoption and told me to reach out to this particular clinic. This was on a Friday afternoon. I reached out same day and had to leave a VM. I was then sent a text to message them which I did as well. Well its Tuesday and I still haven't heard anything back from this clinic so i decided to call again. Spoke to Tina... Boy oh boy now I know why these pets have a hard time getting adopted. I explained the situation about the kitten at PetSmart and was advised to call about neuter certificate to get him neutered.. first thing out of her mouth was WE DONT have anything to do with that and adoption. I advised I know that and that wasn't my question. I repeated the question asking how far out are they scheduling for neutering she proceeds and says OH well you will have to adopt him FIRST. I said ma'am you're not listening... I don't want either cat to start spraying in my home and looking to get the schedule for when I adopt how soon the kitten can get neutered? She then says they are out the second week of Sept. But that if I was calling about the adult cat... Again listening was not Tinas Strong suit so I just hung up. I called PetSmart back and reported this issue and lack of care or concern and advised that they need to go with another clinic. Previous person had started adoption paperwork on the same kitten and they never came back. I told PetSmart rep this might be why. Not an issue any pet owner would want to deal with. I am taking Cheddar to my VET.. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE

Looks like they like collecting deposits and then make it complicated to get a refund. I'm not looking for another empty apology. Just letting others know.

Experiencia positiva: The vets here are good, but the front desk never ever answers the phone. You are required to make your appointments online and pay a deposit. The front desk practically never has anyone sitting at it- and I had to wait for more than 10 minutes after my pet was brought out just to pay. The same happened last time. So- if you can manage to get an appointment and they actually notice that you're there..... you're good.

I was looking at what I should expect. She kept telling me she cannot quote me over the phone. I cited the law saying that the prices have to be transparent and she told me no they don’t. The lady, then they accused me of having a bad Demeanor, and I asked to speak to her manager. She refused. The lady was very rude and unprofessional from the very get-go on the conversation. All I wanted to know was how much it was gonna cost me for the The visit and what the price range was on having a procedure done. I never asked her for a quote. I just wanted to know what to expect.

Experiencia fantástica: I couldn't even begin to express my sincere gratitude and appreciation towards this vet clinic. I brought my 15-year old rescue dog in for a dental/wellness check as I noticed her teeth were severely deteriorated and causing her a good amount of pain. Dr. Stetsky immediately looked at her schedule the same day to do extractions due to the severity of my dogs mouth. She addressed and answered all my questions with such patience and care. My dog is now home healing well and looking so much better. Thanks NPAC!

His staff is kind and professional, patient and extremely busy. They always call me back if I have to leave a message and try always to accommodate when a situation arises. I love this clinic!!

The clinic is always clean and never feels chaotic or stressful. The front desk people are kind and attentive. The techs are very accommodating. And the veterinarians are amazing. I truly enjoy when we are able to work with Dr. Lipovitch. He is gifted, and very patient with my anxious rescue dog. She immediately calms in his presence. Which is saying a lot, because she generally does not like men. I highly recommend bringing your pets to North Phoenix Animal Clinic.

Experiencia negativa: Terrible, terrible terrible service! I took my dog in when she was incredibly sick and it seemed as if the vet didn’t know what they were doing. I got medication for my dog for her infection and they had me come back in a few days later to try and drain the wound and when I got there, they told me they weren’t able to do anything at that time, It was too soon, even though they told me to come back that soon. I had expressed to them it seemed a bit soon for us to come back in to have the wound drained as the medicine needs time to help it heal and such but I assumed they were professional and knew what they were talking about but yet I was wrong. On top of that they even ended up charging me for it when they were not able to do anything! They told me to wait and call back in a week to make another appointment to try again. I then tried dozens and dozens of times to call them to get back in there to have my dog checked back up on and have her infection checked and whatever else needed to be done and never once did they answer their phone nor call me back. As my dog got sicker and sicker due to their neglect I ended up having to switch vets because they were so irresponsible in calling me back. I had called dozens of times after the fact to try and pay my outstanding bills and even get my dog back in and never once got a reply. It took months before I ended up getting a reply and the reply was through a text message and they told me that I needed to call them so after trying to call a dozen times this past week and five times today I end texted the person back saying I can NOT get through to anyone and this is the issue! They told me to keep trying so finally after trying multiple times more through the day and texting the person back again I finally got through to somebody! Yet she was incredibly rude and told me that she didn’t understand how I was having a hard time getting a hold of them when they answer their phones… yet they don’t! If you are in need of a vet or want someone who you can trust with you loved one and be respectful and responsible enough to even have the decency to call you back then DO NOT go to this place! Absolutely horrible! Do not use these guys!

Experiencia negativa: I brought my cat bear here a couple years ago and the service from the receptionist was great and so was the vet all around was a great experience which is why I wanted to come back here. I called today just now To get pricing on a neuter for my cat Tazz and I’m writing this review right after calling because not only did the receptionist give me attitude but when I told them that I would have to call them back after thinking about it because I did misread the online deposit as $20 versus $40 and I’m also currently working therefore couldn’t even grab my card to get the deposit which is fine. She hung up on me so I’m not sure why the service decreased but as of now I am highly reconsidering bringing my animal here due to the lack of customer service alone which concerns me about my animal not receiving good care. I believe the receptionist I spoke to was Tina. I did call back and got Tina again, I did ask to speak with someone else because I do not feel comfortable dealing with her. She said there was no one else, then proceeded to ask if I needed to speak with a manger and I said yes, she tells me she will take down my number and have one give me a call back. At first I told her I didn’t want to do that because I didn’t believe that She would actually have a manager call me back, I did inform her that I would be calling multiple times throughout the day due to the fact that I do want to schedule an appointment but also express my concerns about her service (I did not disclose that to her) will update if a manager actually does call me back or if I can get one on the phone when I call in.

The clinic, once a trusted and compassionate provider, appears to have undergone significant changes in management, staff, and policies that prioritize profit over patient care. The most noticeable change is the dramatic increase in costs. The office visit fee has risen from $35 to $86, and they now require a $40 deposit, even for long-time clients. While the deposit is applied to the bill, it feels unnecessary and burdensome, especially for established patients. Smokey, my 16-year-old cat with an auto-immune disease, recently developed an infection requiring antibiotics. To my surprise and dismay, the clinic refused to refill his prescription without first conducting blood work—a procedure they couldn’t schedule for two weeks. This delay was unacceptable given his condition. Fortunately, I found a new veterinarian who was able to see Smokey within two days. They provided antibiotics, pain management, and scheduled a pending surgery—all without unnecessary blood work. This responsiveness highlighted the stark contrast between the two practices. I also learned that Smokey's previous dental surgery at North Phoenix Animal Clinic was incomplete. They were supposed to remove all his teeth beyond the canines to prevent future flare-ups, but they left two teeth in the back. This oversight has caused recurrent infections, significant stress for both Smokey and me, and considerable financial strain. The upcoming surgery to correct this issue is estimated to cost $1,200–$2,000, depending on whether the roots were removed—a detail the clinic failed to confirm. I share my experience as a cautionary tale for other pet owners. Please research thoroughly before entrusting your pets to a clinic, even one you’ve relied on for years. Compassionate, competent, and transparent care is essential, especially for our beloved animals with chronic health conditions.

Experiencia fantástica: This vet is absolutely wonderful! My son begged for a pet bunny for 3 years before he got one and he fell in love with the cutest little broken grey and white baby buck. We told him he would need to pay to get him fixed and my 8 year spent all summer doing yard work, cleaning cars, pet sitting, setting up gardens and weeding to save up enough. Once he reached his goal, we scheduled the appt. My son was nervous about his bunny having surgery, but the entire staff was so kind and supportive and helpful while my son told them about Spot and held him for the pre check and counted out his own money to pay them. I cannot recommend them enough. They were wonderful and honest.

From walking in to being able to introduce them to the first doctor they will meet there & coming out just as I brought them in. This place feels safe & they are kind. They do care & tell you when your pet isnt ready for surgery I appreciate that very much id rather know than put them under if its not time. The only thing that alot of people may not know is even if you schedule your appt you will be first come first serve the day of! So essentially yes you can schedule your appt but its only so they know you'll be arriving with the other parents at the drop off time the day you choose which is 7:30am-8:30am. Works for me as it doesnt give me a set time but its good knowing like hey just be here within that timeframe & then im not in a hurry :) I'll be bringing in another one of my boys soon when hes all ready! Experiencia negativa: I called twice , the first time I was sent to a voicemail I didn’t want to leave one so I waited until 8:35 since they answer their phones starting at 8:30 and some one picked up ( you can hear when some one picks up those clunky phones ) and then you can hear them set it back down to hang up. This very much frustrated the heck out of me because why do that ??? So then I asked my husband to call. A lady named Tina answered and my husband asked about the pricing on their website because we weren’t sure if the exam with vaccinations meant we get an exam included with getting the vaccs or if that was the exam price for a dog already vaccinated and she told us the price and then sighed heavily and hung up on us before we can even say anything else . Very rude for some one working in an office setting answering phones . I just wanted to schedule my puppy for some vaccinations and couldn’t do that and won’t be taking him there because of this rude experiences. I would give it negative stars if I could. Smh do better Tina .

I took my daughter's dog there today and we saw Dr. Lipovitz...had no idea he was there but worked with him when I ran a local shelter and highly recommend him and this practice. No hard sell and just common sense care.

Recently, we brought in one of our rescues, Missy, and the team was absolutely amazing in taking care of her. We also have two other dogs, Panda and Bansky, and every time we visit, the staff goes above and beyond to provide compassionate and thorough care. The doctors and staff take the time to answer all of our questions and ensure that our animals are well taken care of. I’ve been to many different vet offices, but this one stands out as the best. We were seen by Dr. Lipovitch and he was awesome. Very caring and doting to my sweet pups. The receptionists can be hit or miss in their friendliness, but on that day they were very nice and thanked me for my patience, etc. I wish they were like that all the time as they are the "face" of practice!

There are 2 NEW female vets....ONE of them (I think her name is Vicki), was so rude and distasteful, to deal with, that I WILL NOT use her. If I am unable to navigate around her to the other vet that will make moving on a must. Booking on line does NOT give you the option of choosing the VET....SO it makes it compicated! It is a shame...because there is a lot of great years of service/ expericences on my part......BUT their vets rotate thru, so you can't judge the business, because the INDIVIDUAL VETS DO MATTER! The MALE doctor is amazing… So compassionate, so helpful so awesome!

Experiencia fantástica: I’ve been going to North Phoenix Veterinarian Clinic for over 8 years. The staff is friendly and the vet assistants are really great. Laura is sweet and gentle with our Dalmatian. One time I couldn’t get my dog into see them because they were booked. I got upset because he wasn’t doing well and I wasn’t offered anything more than a recommendation to bring him to an Emergency Hospital. This was not the typical response. I felt that they should allow time to fit in a pet in need or at least try. We called again and the lady squeezed us in early the next morning. We were very appreciative . I should add that my dog has anxiety and is very strong, so it’s not so easy to get him to the vet clinic, yet alone a strange hospital with all kinds of scents around. I find North Phoenix Veterinarian Clinic to be run very efficiently. Today I took my Dalmatian to see Dr. Jones, who is the best, and it took just a few minutes to have my dog’s medication ready and to check out without having to take out a second mortgage on my home. The office and pet rooms are very clean. In addition, this office staff has always been very good at returning calls. They truly care about the well being of your pet. Highly recommend.

The staff here, especially the office manager, Meagan, treated my puppy like she was there very own. They gave her so much love and attention that I felt very secure, knowing she was going to be okay. I completely trust this staff with any of my animals, and I highly recommend North Phoenix Animal Clinic!!❤️

I coordinate for a rescue that uses them on a regular basis and the Drs are fair and do not charge for unnecessary tests are procedures. The incision site for spay and neuters is very small comparable to other vets and very clean which makes an easier recovery for the animal.

They also didn’t fight me on not getting my dog a certain vaccine since she doesn’t see other doggos, which was respectful. Experiencia fantástica: Update: took him in again for another injury (got his eyelid scratched and then became infected) and once again I am more than impressed. From the front desk to the vet everyone here is so kind and Pickles is once again learning to be comfortable and feel safe at the vet. The vet was professional and addressed my concerns and found a solution very quickly. I also recommended my sister here to get her new cat neutered and she had a great experience as well. This office is also one of the cheaper offices in the area. For the care we receive here we are more than satisfied with the price. 100% will continue to recommend this office My cat hates the vet so I very much try to limit how often I take him but after I had a major concern I decided to take him in. The vet was amazing! Pickles wasn’t thrilled but she was so patient and kind he did calm down. The last vet I saw (not here) basically forced my cat for everything and made my cat way more stressed. So grateful for a patient and calm vet here!

Experiencia fantástica: Ive had my share of bad vet experiences, this was not the case with North Phoenix. Not only was the staff friendly and courteous, the office was clean with no medicle smell. They were upfront with all procedures and costs right upfront, to which were extremely reasonable compared to others.When there was a potential issue they called to tell me and get my approval to continue moving forward. I can not say enough how pleased I was, would gladly go back and recommend.

Experiencia negativa: My final straw was when I called to get my dogs cancer biopsy results and I got very unnecessary & unprofessional attitude from their receptionist Ashley. They also rarely answer the phone. When I asked about that I was told “I’m only one person” which again the attitude was unnecessary. But I also noticed it was just me in the waiting room when she said this so I didn’t see her being overwhelmed. But if she was I think getting more staff to answer the phone would be necessary. Emergencies do happen & clients should be able to contact them during business hours. My opinion. I don’t understand why the owner(s) would be okay w/this behavior tho, It’s a bad reflection on them. I would never recommend this place after my experiences.

I have had 4 cats neutered and one was a serious surgery, and all came out great. I love this place and would highly recommend them. The prices are so reasonable.

Experiencia fantástica: My boyfriend and I took our kitten Opal to get spayed on the 6th, it was a wonderful experience. Everyone was really kind and it was a smooth process, and she's healing greatly and back to her normal self. I highly recommend them- it was an hour drive for us but it was worth it.
