The staff are all very caring, friendly and helpful - whether it's scheduling an appointment, triaging over the phone, or during in-person visits! Our dog feels comfortable going to the office and she especially loves getting to see Dr. Tuttle. Appointments always run smoothly. I trust and appreciate their thoughtful and measured recommendations. I would definitely recommend this office/group!

Experiencia fantástica: Thankful to Rosa & the Dr for helping Ziggy. They could’ve charged me for labs & xray for my cats gi blockage but didn’t. They told me he’d work the obstruction out on his own & he did. I came from the vet er the night before bc my lil guy was drooling excessively & had high fever. They wanted to charge me $2800 for the xray, no pymnt options. Lovet will totally work with you & take 20% down. Thank god I didn’t need have to do that & my visit was totally reasonable at $67. They listened to me, were great with Ziggy & I will never go to another vet but Lovet. Thank you both for your professionalism & caring, calming manner. Grateful

Experiencia fantástica: Got a new pound dog February of 25, brought them in for a nail trim he was so skittish we had to get him some meds and bring him back next week. The Vets, staff and front desk were great in my time of need for my other male dog, he was a kisser right up to September of 25. They also took care of my female dog during her end of life wonderfully and with care during July of 23. They took great care of my other male dogs sniffles early and both of their regular dental care.

Our original vet was absolutely no help, so we asked the emergency vet for recommendations for a new primary vet. They recommended Lovet - Madison. I feel so lucky and blessed to have Dr. Tuttle and Aunesty. They take immaculate care of my son, they take time to explain things, and they take into consideration how expensive things can be for pet parents. I highly recommend for any anxious pet parent.

Experiencia negativa: A little disappointed brought cat in for discharge from his eyes. Was told it ws allergies and given some drops . The problem has only gotten worse if anything. I guess I need to be more insistent with whichever vet I go to cus I dont have another 150$ to have somone "qualified" take an educated guess and be wrong. My cat doesnt either.

Experiencia fantástica: Highly recommend. This office, throughout its many changes, has always been a great place to go. The staff are kind, attentive, efficient, and their hours of operation are convenient for people who work. I've recently discovered that I am an anxious cat guardian, and the staff have been so patiently answering all of my questions, checking in on my cats after visits, and redirecting me to offices that might be able to help me urgently if they're ever unavailable when my cats are in need. The only thing that might matter to prospective patients here is that my cats have never seen the same doctor twice. This has never been a problem for me because it's clear that the doctors are fully aware of the pet's medical history before they enter the exam room. Here's a fun anecdote about how wonderful all of their doctors are: A few years ago, I drove my cats across the country for a summer internship I'd been accepted to. I was concerned about their gabapentin dosage for the trip home, and one of the vets took 30 minutes on the phone with me to help me figure it out, plan for testing the medication with the kitties, and advise on what to be concerned about. Though I was prepared to pay an exam fee for so much of the vet's time, they did not bill me. This office truly cares about my pets. I highly recommend this office if you're looking for a new vet.

Experiencia fantástica: Went to a vet previous to this vet where they told us our dogs only treatment plan was to make sure she was comfortable and that they couldn’t help us. We came here and they immediately were able to find our dogs problem and come up with a plan to get her better. They do payment plans and everyone there seems very trained and knowledgeable.

I really feel they are very caring and super attentive to my pets’ needs. They also don’t leave you waiting in the exam room which I really appreciate. I highly recommend Lovet Madison!

However, if you leave a message (as directed) after being on hold forever, you will not receive a response call. If you put in a prescription refill online, you will not receive a response. Not great...

I’ve lost 2 of my fur babies in the last month. My oldest cat first. The second one hit me the hardest (my first dog and truly my soul doggy). They handle you and your baby with such care and compassion. I can’t recommend them enough. Thank you Lovet Madison, for taking such good care of my boy Zorro and my bubbas Koda. ❤️‍ this time I even received a surprise I didn’t expect, I’m not sure if that was the vets doing or the crematory, but I received Koda’s hair and I can’t thank whomever enough, for giving me back a piece of my boy.

Experiencia fantástica: We recently had to put our dog down and the whole Lovet team and Dr Tuttle were so kind, sensitive, and patient with us as we said our goodbyes. We can’t thank Dr Tuttle enough for being there and gently taking care of our dog in the last few moments.

Experiencia positiva: Puppy had echocardiogam due to suspected heart issues...Felt the price of $740.10 for 15 min exam was a bit excessive. Also got estimate for dental cleaning for puppy with only few teeth left to include removal of small bump near eye lid for $1200 low and $3500 high. Feel pricing for this is excessive. Won't be able to do service here. Sevice by Vet was excellent as was the medical tech and general staff.

Experiencia negativa: Not a very good experience. They try to sell you on their monthly package and all of these other services the minute you walk in the door. I only went in there for one thing a skin tag on my dogs eye. They recommended I get her teeth cleaned at the same time since she will be under anesthesia. They quoted me a price of $1200 for the skin tag and a teeth cleaning. I asked what the cost would be just for the skin tag removal. And they told me that would cost $1800 more than the first quote. Makes no sense at all. I would not take my pet back there again nor would I recommend this place.

They’ve taken care of my girl in the best ways possible, the entire staff is truly amazing. Chancey, our vet tech, deserves a special shoutout. My pitbull gets really anxious at the vet, but Chancey always goes above and beyond to make sure she’s comfortable and cared for every single time. The team here is compassionate, professional, and always follows up after visits to check on how my girl is doing. That level of care means so much. The difference between this hospital and our previous vet is like night and day. I’ll never take my dog anywhere else, and I recommend them to everyone I know. They truly treat your pets like family.

It was easy to set an appointment, they took our pet directly into the room, the room was clean, room wasn't stainless steel, air flow was great, they gave us options on medications, there wasn't a huge upsell, payment was handled in the room. We'll be taking our pets here again for sure.

Experiencia fantástica: I've been brining my cat here since moving to Phoenix and I've enjoyed the service every time. The front desk staff is very helpful and attentive and the doctors and assistants are very professional, kind, and communicative. Most recently, I brought my cat in for what should've been three routine vaccines. He had a reaction to them which caused us to have to go back a couple times and Lovet was very helpful about working with the vaccine companies to help me get reimbursed, especially Chancey. They were also very communicative via text through this process - they texted frequently to update me on statuses and just to check on my cat. I definitely recommend this vet!

Experiencia negativa: So, I was going to this clinic before Lovet purchased it. Before they had a great clinic. My cat loved them, and I loved that they worked with you on the care for your fur baby. I recently needed to take him for a dental. I explained to them that I noticed he stopped eating and is shying away from his prescription diet food. I needed to get him in for a dental and needed a payment plan due to being low on funds due to my husband not being able to work due to cancer. They called me back informing me that unfortunately they would not be able to do a payment plan due to a previous plan in collections which I had thought was already taken care of. I was also told even if I had taken care of that I would not be able to get another payment plan for the dental which on top of the old payment plan was going to be at least a thousand dollars. When I had brought my cat in July, I was never told about this, and my cat had lost 5 pounds. Also when I was there, I was offered at least 2 programs that were about 100 a month. Also to top it off I was told till I pay off the original payment plan I would not be able to take my cat to any Lovet Pet hospital. This clinic is all about the money. If you have the money to pay the outrageous prices, then by all means come to this clinic. otherwise, do not go here. They care about money not your furbaby.

Office smells and looks clean. Might be a newer office building. Big waiting room. I doubt I'll ever go anywhere else.

Experiencia negativa: We usually take our dogs to a different vet but chose this one as they had a quicker appointment available. Our dog struggles with ear infections and needed medication. The services here were a lot more expensive than other vets we have went too. When we explained that it normally is around $250 for these medications they did not care and overcharged for them. To make it worse, once the we finished the medications they gave us, 12 days of torturing our dog putting two different liquids in his ear twice a day, his ear is worse off. We did not do our follow up visit here. He was worse after we did the medication rounds they told us to do, and spending way more than anticipated or was told to us. 100% will not revisit any of these locations.

Lovet Madison, a veterinary hospital in Phoenix, Arizona, was originally established in 1984 under the name AZPetVet, which means that by 2025, the hospital will have been in operation for 41 years. Although the name has been updated to Lovet, the hospital has served the Phoenix area for many years. Their motto is "All things veterinary care under one roof." The staff is friendly and welcoming and truly cares about your pet's well-being. I cannot tell you how sensitive they were to my needs and those of my dog, Smoochie. Dr. Taylor and her assistant Kyle were just great, so if you are in need of veterinary care, this is the place.

When I seen the loving care they had for my Luca, my tears went away know that he was in the best care. We were treated with dignity and respect even though I had to seek financial help for Luca's trip to the vet. They also called the next day to check in on him. I know that I made a great decision by selecting Lovet for Luca vet care. And, I will always go back and highly recommend any others to this facility. I wanna shout from the roof top how extrodinary the team at Lovet really are.

The prices are a little higher than a stand alone vet clinic, but on par with other franchised vets we’ve visited. My bulldog has allergies and I have taken him to specialists and our previous vet many times to get it under control over the last 2.5 years. On many meds and natural remedies trying to figure it out while spending thousands and seeing no results. My friend told me about Lovet and said how great they all are so we tried it. I listened to exactly what the vet told me to do (and she actually took the time to listen to my concerns as well) my dog is a million times better! I can’t say enough great things about this place! Staff is friendly and kind and I am just so happy my dog is getting the care he needs to have a healthy happy life!

Experiencia negativa: This is the worst animal clinic Ive encountered. They charged us $1500 for absolutely nothing. I asked them if they could make my cat comfortable. They said yes but they didnt. They said they were going to give my cat an enima, he was severely constipated and was impacted. They didnt do that either. I know for a fact because we gave him one as soon as we got home, he was in the same condition. No changes, nothing was done. All they cared about was getting that money. We should have taken care of it ourselves in the first place. Rusty has a heart condition that why we went with professionals... Or so we thought. Very hurt by their tactics. They only care about $$$$$.

I was referred by a family friend and I’m so happy I went. My cat Oliver, had been acting weird and Dr. Kearney took to him so easily and was able to calm my cat mom heart. Now a month later and he is back to normal with some slight adjustments to his normal routine. Their payment plan is WORTH EVERY PENNY! Thank you all for being so wonderful!!!!!

So now i drive almost 45 mins plus to go to Madison. They’re that good. They care about pet parents and they don’t nickel and dime you for your pets needs. Would recommend!

Experiencia negativa: I’m very disappointed with my recent experience. The clinic called me this morning to reschedule my pet’s appointment for an earlier time. I called back to let them know I couldn’t make the suggested time, and I was told I could come in at 4 PM instead. Thankfully, I called ahead just to confirm, only to find out I wasn’t even on the schedule. This was extremely frustrating, as I had already left work early, picked up my pet, and made the drive to the clinic for his vaccines. When I arrived, the receptionist said she would try to get me in despite the fact that I had a confirmed appointment, not a walk-in. I waited until 4:30 PM and still wasn’t seen. This level of disorganization is unacceptable. If I’m given a scheduled appointment time, it’s not my responsibility to ensure it’s correctly entered into the system. This experience was a complete inconvenience and a waste of time.

Experiencia fantástica: The whole process of a new pup, from puppy vacs to spay, was pretty smooth. Everyone is really friendly, and I didn't have long waits for my appointments. The vets were clear in explaining the procedures and the follow up care. I don't know how costs are in comparison to other offices. The spay seemed expensive, but my goofy dog is healing well and that's what is important!

Experiencia fantástica: Hi this is David and Julie and we brought our cat Gizmo there a couple of months ago. We went through many different things too see what was wrong with Gizmo. We finally put her through the ultrasound, which is an important step in terms of knowing that you did everything. Unfortunately Gizmo was too far gone with cancer and we had to put her down. I would like to thank your staff for being so kind to us throughout this difficult process. They will guide along and try and save you money . For anyone not sure what vet dr too take your loved ones all I can say they all cost about the same so your value will be at Madison animal hospital with the integrity and care they will give you. Experiencia fantástica: My bulldog has a variety of health issues typical to his breed and commonly needs to visit the vet. He has always received prompt care at this clinic. They have been flexible and friendly when he has a time-sensitive issue requiring a quicker appointment. All of the staff and veterinarians I have encountered have been kind and thorough. They have been very accommodating for both my typically anxious dog as well as for my elderly cat who is both blind and deaf.

Experiencia fantástica: A review doesn’t fully capture what the entire staff did for me and my two dogs—a three-year-old and a two-month-old puppy. I came to them in despair, and they held my hand throughout the entire process. They couldn’t have been kinder to me. My puppy recently passed due to circumstances outside of the veterinarian’s care. I took time to inform them, as I could barely handle it, and they sent me loving and inspiring messages, along with condolences from different staff members who had met my baby. I will always remain loyal to PetVet for their care and compassion. A review isn’t enough to express my gratitude.. If you live in the Phoenix area, don’t go anywhere else for your loved ones (pets). I don’t often leave reviews, but their service inspired me to take a moment and thank them—all of them.

Experiencia fantástica: The appointment went great. I arrived on time and was. Escorted directly to their exam room. The assistant came in quickly and did their necessary work up on my dog, Frankie. Shortly afterwards the vet arrived and we discussed what Frankie’s needs were. He received his shots a few minutes later and I was given a receipt and the rabies vaccine paperwork before we left. The whole appointment went both quickly and smoothly, I was impressed.

Experiencia fantástica: After taking our dogs to another vet in the area for years, switching to taking them to Lovet (formerly Madison) was one of the best decisions we’ve ever made! Parking is convenient, it’s super clean, never had a issue with it being overbooked and crowded with people with animals waiting, but even more importantly the entire staff from reception, to the techs, and the doctors are so nice and welcoming. We saw Dr. Thompson for years, who is awesome, and most recently Dr. Tuttle who is deserving of an extra special shoutout. Our next family member will definitely be a patient at Lovet. Experiencia fantástica: I was able to get an appointment in a timely manner for my dog's inflamed eye. Dr. J.Kearney was wonderful, as usual. She took her time with us and was very thorough in her exam.

Experiencia fantástica: Such a positive experience! Staff were friendly and got us in right away. The vet was very kind to my dog and made him feel very comfortable and safe!

Experiencia negativa: Just be aware of an $94 upsale on Benadryl shots (just in case) of a vaccine reaction. IF your pet has a reaction the Benadryl works the same before or after a reaction.. Its a fear tactic to nail you for more money. No matter what they say just know its a corporate pet business trying to milk you for every dime.

Experiencia fantástica: I took my Bugzy in for a condition he was displaying. The staff is amazing, gentle and kind! It was a great experience for he and I. I will take him back to him in good health. Thx Madison!!!
