Experiencia fantástica: Everyone at Lifecare is pretty awesome. Unfortunately I am getting older and forgetting some of the technician's names. Anyway ... I called Lifecare on 8/18/22 at 8:30am to see if I could bring my older cat in. I had detected blood in her urine. Andrea put me on hold and when she got back, she asked if I could bring my cat in right away. When I arrived, Sarah got me into a room immediately and Dr. Schmidt came in shortly after. Jamie did an exam and after a short discussion, knowing that my cat is older and has lung issues and gets stressed easily, we agreed on a convenia injection versus oral antibiotics. 2 of the vet techs came in and gave my cat the shot. I was home by 9am. I really do appreciate everyone that works at this animal hospital and am so grateful for them. Really amazed at how quick I was in and out this last visit.

Dr Schmidt truly cares about your pets and he has never let us down. It's easy to schedule and get ahold of someone if you have questions about a medication; I have recommended multiple friends to Lifecare and all of them have been extremely satisfied as well.

Experiencia fantástica: Brought my dog in for an open wound on his hip which turned out to be a cyst that burst and they were absolutely amazing with him. Everyone was so nice and caring which made a really scary situation not so scary.

Experiencia fantástica: We took our dog to LifeCare in hopes of getting a treatment. The staff and vet were all very friendly and helpful. My pet has a bacterial skin infection. The OTC version did not get the job done. Medicine was recommended and received on the same day visit. I will change my veterinarian as they are that wonderful. Answered all of our questions and more details than was expected.

Experiencia negativa: I've taking my BFF (best furry friend) here about 9 years and they lost my business today AND LIED to try to make more money. I booked an online appointment with a tech for a nail trim and an allergy shot (like I've been doing for years) and they tried to add in a vet exam when I arrived. He just had a full exam a year ago and they tried to tell me it's the law (which it is not). And....if it was the law, then they've been breaking it for years! I'm not sure if they changed ownership or vets or what, but I will not be lied to or strong armed so they can pad the bill. It was already a routine $200 visit that they wanted to turn into $500 - NOT OKAY. I told them I would go somewhere else and they didn't blink or care. If a business doesn't care about keeping you after almost a decade, it shows who they really are and I'm looking forward to finding a new vet that cares about their furries and their customers. Good riddence!!!!!!

Never crowded and staff is wonderful. Vet is great. Dog felt better within a day or two with her sensitive tummy. Bought recc food and still keeping her on it.

They provided an itemized list of services for the dental cleaning which gave me a general idea of the cost. They provided a detailed explanation of the process they follow to ensure my dog's comfort and care. The techs called and got the information needed to proceed with chipping and vaccinations. Kelsey is in great hands with LifeCare Hospital and so are we.

I love that they call and check in after appointments where my dog has had a shot, just to make sure that they are feeling OK and don’t have any side effects.
