Negative experience: UPDATE 2/28/26: THEY ARE LIARS SAYING THEY GAVE MY 10 YR OLD DOG A 1 YR RABIES SHOT, WHEN MY RECEIPT SAYS 3 YRS AND ARE REFUSING TO CORRECT HER VAX RECORD BC THEY ARE TRYING TO FORCE ME TO COME IN TO PAY THEM MORE MONEY FOR VAX SHE DOESNT NEED AND REFUSE TO CORRECT *THEIR* MISTAKE. CROOKS, ABSOLUTE CROOKS. You guys do not respect wishes of pet parents. I made it very clear that I didn't want to do an allergy shot for my dog due to the last time she got it she lost a huge amount of fur around the injection site, as well as the shot not working at all - and what do you know, it cost so much damn money! I was also told to give her apoquel (sp?) after I specifically said no to that as well because of the harmful side effects. Funny also, they didn't even look at my dog before coming in with an estimate that was outrageous and included the allergy shot I specifically said no to. What do you guys not get? There is no respect for the pet parent wishes. I think all they see is dollar signs in this place. I never see the same vet, its always someone else, and they have a revolving door of other employees. I will happily be taking my dog to another vet who respects my wishes and doesn't charge an arm and a leg for basically. The meds I paid over $100 for were much cheaper elsewhere too.

Fantastic experience: We took our girl in for her yearly checkup. Dr. Baez is a wonderfully kind vet. He answered all of our questions and gave our kitty a clean bill of health. We travel a bit for weekend getaways and always board our cat here. They are awesome. The entire staff are A+

Fantastic experience: I've lived in Las Vegas for 20 years and struggled finding a vet I trust who cares about my dogs as if they were their own. I have used both in home veterinary care and standard hospital care and I have never felt fully satisfied with the care until I found Aliante Animal Hospital. My doberman, Draco, on 2 separate incidents ate a scrunchie and needed emergency surgery. Both times they saved his life. This second time was much more difficult for him to recover, which worried all of us. Every single person I interacted with was kind and helpful. I think the most comforting was that I was never in it alone. For nearly a week, Dr. Finder cared for him while both on and off duty. Alejandra sat with me while I visited and listened to stories, looked at pictures, and helped me plan home care, medications, emergency options, and even setting up pet insurance. My entire family, Draco included, are thankful to have found them.

Fantastic experience: Doctor Finder was wonderful. She had a great Tech. They were both very patient with me and explained everything.

Fantastic experience: The staff is always so nice and professional. The lobby and exam rooms are clean and comfortable for me and my dog, Paco. Thank you for always getting us back quickly and being accommodating.

Negative experience: Not a warm & friendly vet! Seem to be only concerned about overcharging new clients

Fantastic experience: I brought my daughters dog in to see the vets at Aliante they are the only vets I trust.

Negative experience: What was a one time visit that we thought went great turned out to be a domino effect of problems. My husband and I are military and are moving overseas, so we took them here to get updated vaccines. Little did we know we should’ve been the ones to be triple checking everything. When we go to get our international travel certificates we get notified by the military vet that the birthday is wrong. Birthday? How could it be wrong if we were never asked for it, only age. Turns out Aliante gave our cats the same birthday (which didn’t match any previous paperwork). Fine no problem, called them and got it fixed (after having to spend $100 to get the original paperwork overnighted). Or so we thought, turns out Aliante also wrote down the wrong microchip ID number, which caused other vets to be given incorrect info and our rabies certificate to be incorrect. If there’s one thing about the military… EVERYTHING has to match. So here we are 5 states away with less than 10 days until travel having to stress about mistakes that should’ve never happened.

Fantastic experience: I just love the way they cared for my puppy. As I spoke with the doctor, he let me know that the entire staff was in the back having my dog do all of the tricks that he knows They were very gentle with him, and I was very happy with his overall care. Thanks guys

Fantastic experience: I can’t say enough about the incredible care my sweet Peri received at Aliante Animal Hospital. From the moment we walked through the door, everyone there treated him like family. The team was gentle, patient, and so loving — exactly what every pet parent hopes for. Dr. Finder took time to explain everything, answer my questions, and make sure Peri was comfortable at every step. You could see the genuine compassion in how she spoke to him and cared for him. It gave me such peace of mind knowing he was in such capable and caring hands. Thank you, Aliante Animal Hospital, for going above and beyond and for treating Peri not just as a patient, but as the precious soul he is. We are truly grateful for you.

Fantastic experience: The staff at Aliante Animal Hospital were absolutely amazing! We have three dogs, and one of them can be a bit of a handful (to say the least!). But the team was so patient, understanding, and gentle with all of them. They didn't push our 'spicy' pup to do anything she wasn't comfortable with, and that really put our minds at ease. Their love and care for animals are truly evident, and we feel so lucky to have found such a wonderful place to trust with our fur babies.

Fantastic experience: Every single person we have encountered that works at this Animal Hospital from front office up to the vet techs and vets are so kind, patient, and caring. We have seen three different vets (Dr. Baez, Dr. Rodriguez, and Dr. J) and are so appreciative and impressed by their treatment and communication. The only thing that was semi-challenging is the wait time after treatment to get the invoice and pay, but it wasn’t TOO bad and is worth it for the quality of care.

Fantastic experience: Dr Rodriguez, Dr Baez and the whole staff are awesome! They are very caring, compassionate, AND they actually care about your animal! They made a very stressful situation bearable. I really recommend them!

Fantastic experience: Emily is great with our dogs and she removes a lot of their anxiety about being at the vet. Dr Finder answered all our questions and her approach towards overall dog health is practical, achievable, and focused on prevention, with lots of love.

Fantastic experience: I went to get his shots and rabies. They were super caring and it was way cheaper than any other place. They seem to actually care more about the animals than the money

Positive experience: I brought my cat Buddy to Aliante to be shaved. I don’t know the name of the person who shaved him, but whoever did it, did a fantastic job. Only issue would be cost, of course. Again thank you!!

Fantastic experience: The employees were great to work with and treated the situation with compassion and were accommodating. The whole process was easy considering the situation. Walking to the front door I was really impressed with the separate entrance for cats and dogs. Everyone was understanding and easy to talk to and they understood the needs of the clients. I appreciated the explanation beforehand to ensure all the steps were correct and everyone understood the process.

Fantastic experience: I took my kitten for a first visit. Great experience from start to finish. My kitten was relaxed throughout. Caring people there.

Fantastic experience: As any other animal mom, my fur babies are my life. I am very strict on who I trust with my babies, but I trust this vet unconditionally. My late dog loved all the vets, and my new puppy is equally obsessed. I cannot truly express my gratitude for this animal hospital.

Fantastic experience: Staff are always friendly. My dog always has a good time, even when getting shots. We just did boarding with the hospital, and her stay was very enjoyable.

Fantastic experience: Upon entering the ladies greeted us very warmly. We did not have a long wait. Just 10 minutes to get into a room. The tech was very pleasant and handled Bentley very gently. Our Dr was a peach and gave Bentley a thourgh exam. He had injections for pain and got blood work done. We also were sent home with meds for pain and antibiotics. Overall it was under 400.00 I was pleasantly surprised.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Finder was phenomenal in handling our situation with our eldest cat. We knew she was in a terrible state of decline and had gotten to the point we knew we had to say goodbye. From daily routine to minimal interaction with us or our other animals. It hurt us so much to continue to see her this way. Soon as they opened, we brought her in and we seen fairly quick. Perhaps the quickest we’ve ever had at a vet, given her state. We we worried about her suffering potentially being prolonged by tests and multiple visits, but thankfully upon examining our cat herself-she determined it was in the best interest to take our cat out of its suffering. She didn’t fight or make it difficult on our female cat (at all), who had experienced trauma as kitten (before us finding her) - & she put April at ease and made her feel as comfortable in her final moments as one could possibly do. She really helped us in our time of need with April & we greatly appreciated the care Dr. Finder provided.

Fantastic experience: I can't express enough how amazing this place is. Everyone there is incredible and caring. Some of the absolute nicest people I've met in Vegas, from the front desk workers to every doctor i've met. I wouldn't trust anyone else with my dog as much as the Aliante Animal Hospital. Positive experience: It's a good place to go, the environment is great, and the staff is good. The response time to return calls is very poor. It takes several phone calls to get a call back and this has happened on different occasions.

Fantastic experience: All of the staff from the front desk to the back office was friendly and attentive. It was a great experience. I would recommend this vet. We went for annual vaccines for our dogs.

Negative experience: The four receptionist in the front were very rude I was being ignored I wasn't giving the information I was asking for they were responding back with attitude didn't feel comfortable having my pet here I've been to other places very friendly and helpful never experienced this type of treatment with that type of attitude this females shouldn't work in the front

Fantastic experience: Love, love, love Dr. Finder & Stephanie! We were customers of another local vet clinic for over 15 years but the high turnover of the front office and vets became a HUGE issue, especially since my America bully has a serious health issue. Aliante Vet was recommended to us, and for the last 3 years they have been amazing. They take great care of Lucy, Layla and Nova. Dr. Finder or Stephanie will always call and follow up when there is a change in meds or just making sure our fur babies are taken care of. We cannot be thankful enough for the care and kindness of the entire staff.

Fantastic experience: First visit, first impression. I was treated very well. I went in on a recommendation from a friend. Had no idea but they have a referral program and they gave me (and my friend that referred me) $30.00 off my first visit.. so hey.. tell them Elizabeth Woodland sent you. Money isn't everything so let me say that I feel each employee there treated me as a valuable customer. Brianna at the front desk was very helpful. We saw Dr. Munoz and LOVED her! I have an older dog who is fat and happy but at a stage in life where we just want to ensure that she is happy, comfortable, and spoiled. Dr. Munoz made me feel as if she understood exactly where we are and gave helpful suggestions on her care. So after first visit I am feeling good!

Fantastic experience: Aliante Animal Hospital staff, Dr. Rodriguez and Dr. Goldfield were absolutely supportive in making a very difficult decision. It was our first vet visit for Mocha, our cat. Mocha was not the easiest cat for any Veterinarian visit. But the Drs and staff were patient, caring and supportive of her and of us as if we were family. Unfortunately, we had to make a very tough decision to let our 17 year old furry companion cross over the rainbow bridge. Dr. Rodriguez was kind, soft spoken and listened to our grief. The staff was exceptional in making the process easy and heartfelt. I will always be grateful for their kindness during a difficult time.

Fantastic experience: From my first experience years ago to her ultimate death, Aliante has provided excellent service. Bailey, my chocolate lab, has been boarded many times over the years and the quality of the boarding staff in providing her terrific care for her special needs was outstanding Whether it was for treatment or boarding she never minded coming in. I highly recommend Aliante for all your pets needs.

Positive experience: Info really enjoy this vet, they have always been kind. However this last trip one of the workers got an attitude over the phone and constantly asked the same questions multiple times. I know people have bad days, but if I can keep a good customer centric attitude you can too, or maybe you're in the wrong field.

Fantastic experience: The doctors and staff are all very informative and will discuss the treatment plans and options. We happen to arrive at this office when our tiny 4 lb senior yorkie happened to eat ibuprofen and the doctors saved her life when providing emergency services. The staff also provided updates on her well being over her 3 day stay. Without them, she would not be here today. We are forever grateful for their expertise and care. Since then, we've made this veterinary office our provider for all our 3 pups. They continue to go above and beyond for our general check up or periodic unknowns. We are beyond please with Aliant Animal Hospital.

Negative experience: They alleged our dog of 8 years bit someone despite never bitting a soul ever and then drugged her everyday for the rest of her stay without our permission and proceed to charge us for every shot. Stealing money while drugging your dog. Evil

Negative experience: I really want to give this place five stars but I had an experience where one of the vet techs and one of the office workers made up a lie about documentation.. I'm not sure why they did it, but it was such a weird and uncomfortable situation. I'm not going to bring my cat here ever again. They lost my business.

Negative experience: This place is a scam. I brought my dogs in for a few vaccines that were due, and they told us they "needed" all kinds of vaccines they actually don't need. Then they tried to chip one of my dogs, who is already chipped, claiming they could not "find" her chip.

Fantastic experience: I have been here several times over the past few months since adopting a kitten. Overall, the quality of care and service has been top-notch. Everyone has been receptive and understanding with all the questions I have as a new pet owner. I've only had one subpar moment on my first visit here while leaving, but they could have just been having a bad morning. Like we all do. This location will continue to be my first choice for all of my kittens vet needs.

Fantastic experience: I have always experienced pleasant visits, from the front desk to meeting with the vet. The facility is clean and well-maintained, and the techs and vets are kind, courteous, and attentive.

Fantastic experience: The doctors & staff are VERY friendly and helpful. I can tell they really care about their patients which is why we haven't gone anywhere else, plus they work with Trupanion pet insurance--which is what we have. We recently got a kitty that's a little skittish, and they were amazing with her! I definitely feel like our animals are in good hands here!

Fantastic experience: We were traveling from out of town with our 19 y/o Jack Russel, he suddenly had one sided facial swelling and needed to see a vet quickly. I called and got an appointment the same day. The staff was excellent, kind, Caring, compassionate. He had an abscessed tooth. Dr Finder was wonderful, provided recommendations and options. Tonight Pirate was feeling so much better, he insisted on playing ball!! I highly recommend this vet hospital!

Fantastic experience: I needed a second opinion, so I called and was able to book the last appointment of the day with Dr. Rodriguez. A family member recommended this office, and I’m so glad I listened! Dr. Rodriguez was like a walking encyclopedia—super informed and took his time answering my many questions. He was patient and made sure both my pup and I were comfortable the entire visit. The staff I met were awesome—friendly, professional, and clearly love animals. Their prices are very reasonable, and you can tell they genuinely care. I’d definitely recommend them! They will be our new primary for as long as they are open!

Negative experience: They've really gone down hill this last year! Do NOT go to Aliante Hospital. There are much better choices of animal hospitals in our town. I contacted them for an emergency regarding my cat, she left me on hold for almost 30 minutes, finally came back told me she had no openings until the next day and never referred me to another hospital. If you have an emergency , they are a hospital and should have handled this professionally. I did contact another hospital that immediately said to come in and I may have to wait an did so and they were very kind, compassionate and took care of my cat thank goodness! This staff at Aliante Hospital was very rude to me when I called back the next day to speak with a manager. Again, left on hold for 20 minutes and no manager ever came back to speak with me. They only care about the money, NOT their customers and pet patients. Find another hospital or vet for you pets!

Negative experience: 2 Stars for a positive first encounter and some nice front desk staff. Brought my cat recently for a neutering. He almost died. The Vet claimed everything went well, but for whatever reason, there were bleeding complications. They ran tests to determine if the cat had some natural issue and the tests came back negative. So a perfectly healthy cat was brought in to get neutered, but according to the "test", and the Vet, there was no reason for the cat to be near death other than maybe natural selection? What a coincidence. The Vet took some level of responsibility and kept the cat to be monitored but it was a harrowing experience. I was told we would only be billed for the test and the neutering costs. Of course that's not what happened. The real issue for me is a complete lack of follow-up. We tried to call back and get some insight. Two different people gave us 2 different dates that their office manager was going to reach out to us, but of course, the only phone call we got was an effort to collect on the bill, which was now far more than the costs we had agreed to. After several weeks, we gave up and paid the bill. My mother had told me not to use this Vet now, but I was remiss. Lesson learned. As always I hope your experience is better.

Negative experience: I have taken many of my animals here and spent Thousands in vet bills this year alone. I was liking the place until I found out my cat had Asthma. The Vet Dr. Baez prescribed a inhaler for my cat this was ridiculously expensive. $200 a month when they have cheaper options available. When I told him that I could not afford this he referred me to a Canada website for the medication. I thought great. Let me tell you about the problems I had with this pharmacy. You have to send a check or money order and that is the only form of payment. They get the money order only to tell me that they don’t have the medicine I was prescribed but a bigger dose. I already sent money so I am already in. Then the tell me it’s going to be $55 more. So I send more money. Then they call me and tell me that they can’t send three inhalers of what I ordered. They would send two and I would have a credit. Ok well 3 months later I finally get her medicine. If your vet ever say use Canada please fight for the cheaper meds in the US.

Fantastic experience: Aliante has taken care of my two dogs for a while. Recently my dog had to have an unexpected abdominal exploratory surgery. The staff were very patient and kind in my time of stress. Dr. Muñoz was just able to squeeze in my dog’s emergency. They were very communicative and updated me frequently. Dr. Muñoz preformed her surgery and gave me details about every step. Thank you Aliante Animal Hospital!

Fantastic experience: Everyone from the front desk agent that took my call and got us a same day appointment within 10 mins, to the nurse that greeted us in the room and took Coco back and ending with the doctor who was so patient and answered all my questions I was overly happy with my experience at Aliante Animal Hospital. I wish I could remember everyone’s name but I just want to say that you guys went above and beyond. Coco is doing better and is a happy girl again : )

Fantastic experience: We were new patients yesterday, kind of urgent procedure needed. I was seen quickly, procedures and fees explained thoroughly. Brianna at the front desk was exceptional, the kind of person you want at the front of your business.

Fantastic experience: We take all of our dogs to Aliante, Animal Hospital and all staff and physicians are amazing. They care about our pets and they’re very loving and attentive to each and everyone of our pets/children because pets are our children.

Fantastic experience: Summary: The team here is empathic + determined to find answers and go to extremes to determine best treatment for your loved one. They make you (+ any concerns you have) feel valued and important. GO HERE. Full detail: The team of vets and vet techs/assistants that I have gotten to pleasure to speak to have been so extremely caring, empathic, and patient with my dog and I. They listen intently to all my concerns and let me say all I feel I need to in order to paint a picture of his current level without making me feel rushed or that what I’m saying is insignificant. This is valuable because as someone who doesn’t know animal medical s/s, I don’t know what is pertinent information that could potentially help determine a diagnosis or decision on testing/treatment. No matter how long I ramble, every single time I’ve gotten done speaking I am asked if I have any further questions/concerns (which of course I do), and it’s nice to be encouraged to elaborate. Similarly, when it came time receive any bit of advice/education/answers, it is given in full detail + followed by asking if I had any questions (which of course I do) before moving on the the next bit of information. This has aided in not only my confidence that this team is taking care of Archie, but that I can then take better care of him too by all the knowledge and insight I have gained. In my experience of dog ownership (7 years), aforementioned is extremely rare, as I have never experienced this outside of Aliante Animal Hospital despite the countless clinics he has been to (we’ve moved a lot + choose based on circumstance/availability). My dog has recently been experiencing a lot of hardships with a constant decline the past month, and subsequently has been in and out of the vet. I thought back to a similar situation (2022) where he had emergent needs that were not being met elsewhere and I had found a vet clinic far away that ended up being determined to find a cause + solution, which was what we needed now. After some digging I re-discovered Aliante Animal Hospital, and I will be forever grateful that I have. I finally feel he is being taken care of and that we are starting to get answers + testing that could lead to further explanation of his current health crisis. With this teams’ medical treatment he is finally starting to trend in the right direction. At this moment, his future is not promised, though I promise to him and myself that he will continue to receive top tier service from Aliante for the remainder of the time he does have.

Negative experience: This vet clinic has some of the poorest communication I’ve encountered. Myself and my fiancé have been reaching out for months/almost a year to get our dogs’ medical records to forward to our new vet in a different state. We have called, emailed, had our pet insurance company reach out and our current vet. Poor customer service. Terrible communication. Also, our dog had an ongoing ear issue they kept trying to resolve with medications and did not try to get down to the root of the problem. Dissatisfied.

Fantastic experience: Very nice staff and felt vet cared about Toby and showed knowledge on what is needed for him. Great experience. My dogs are my kids and so really pleased.

Negative experience: Every time I call I get put on hold for over 10 minutes before I finally just hang up. I keep getting told that the front office is short staffed but this has been going on for over a year. The Veterinary staff has been fine, but I don't like that for every procedure even just a vaccination my dog is taken to a back room.

Negative experience: This place will never get our business again. Their pricing is misleading!!! I called to schedule our female pup’s spay and I asked for pricing. They gave a price depending on the weight. I said okay let’s schedule an appointment. My husband took her, thinking she would have the procedure, but they ending up charging $65 for a “pre-surgical exam” that took 5 minutes and scheduled another day for the spay. Make sure you get in writing what you want and what you’re paying BEFORE services are rendered. We paid way more than they told me over the phone with add ons and the additional $65 for some ridiculous exam thats supposed to be free. We told them we will take our business elsewhere and they didn’t care one bit. Skip this place!

Positive experience: Very clean and bright with a friendly staff. Just there for vaccines for a newly rescued family member. So far, so good with our experience at this vet office!!!

Fantastic experience: I had a very scary experience with my dog when her back legs collapsed. The vets and staff at this hospital were wonderful. They were so kind to me and Mellie. They went above and beyond for both of us. I wish I had found this hospital sooner. I honestly have never had such a wonderful experience at an animal hospital before

Fantastic experience: I have a cat who really under no circumstances is prepared to play nice at the vet, no matter what. She's 16 now, so making sure her health is strong is more important than ever. I appreciate Aliante Animal Hospital so much because they listen to me and work with me to ensure my cat has a safe, healthy visit every time, while also making sure nobody's ever in any danger from her. They're responsive when I contact them with questions and really helpful. Highly recommend them for cats. <3

Fantastic experience: Doc Rodriguez was absolutely wonderful. He explained everything so I could understand. And then asked if I had any questions. We had issues with my mom's yorkie. He was not winning or shaking when we left. He will always be not only the dogs vet, but the cats vet to. THANK YOU SO MUCH Doc Rodriguez.

Fantastic experience: Very friendly staff all around. My dog is very new to other ppl and they did great with her shots. The front office staff were really helpful and attentive. The pricing is very affordable. $14 per vaccine. Nice

Negative experience: If there was an option for 0 stars that would be the way to go. Dr.Rodriguez informed my family and I that my dog was in no danger. He only advised us to give her the medications he prescribed and never displayed an urgency that it should have been. He blindsided all of us thinking she would feel better. 3 days later my 6 year old dog passed away due to liver failure. If he knew how to do his job he would have gave us the correct information/treatments or at least a warning that my dog had a short amount of time left. Isn’t their job to save lives not take them away? The vet is someone we are supposed to be able to rely on and trust for our pets safety. Not look back and say they failed my dog and my family. We now have to live with the fact that if only he had told us the right information, she may have lived another day. Do not go to this Animal Hospital.

Negative experience: My dog had some hair loss, breathing hard,wouldnt eat, would throw up the tiny bit of water he tried to drink. After a blood test then a month later an xray, almost $2000.00, we were told they find NOTHING wrong, take him home and feed him whatever, when he couldn't eat or drink anything anyways. They woulsnt even give him basic antibiotics, 4 days later we watched him die on my living room floor. He was barely 6 years old. This vet is useless don't risk taking your dogs here if you care about them.

Positive experience: The staff is very friendly and caring. I had an appointment for my kitty we did not wait long. The doctor was very transparent on the costs and treatment options. Our second time there and we would not go anywhere else.

Fantastic experience: I took my took my 16 year old cat in because he was very lethargic, he stopped eating and was barely keeping water down without throwing it back up. From start to finish the whole team has been nothing but amazing and compassionate about your pet. They kept me well informed and and made sure that I had no other questions before proceeding any further and I felt confident about leaving my cat in their care while they ran tests. The whole staff made us feel warm and welcoming during this stressful time and felt like we were in good hands. They did xrays and the vet stated that he didnt see anything major but just to be safe they were going to send them out to get a second opinion. A few days later someone called me and went more in-depth over the xrays and helped me feel at ease. A few days later after being sent home with some meds my boy is feeling better and slowing getting his appetite back.

Fantastic experience: No matter the reason for my visit, I know my fur babies are in good hands. In addition, the office staff is always helpful and kind, and the vet techs are simply amazing.

I am very satisfied with the way they communicate with me and take care of my dogs. The facility is very clean and everyone is quite professional.

Fantastic experience: I wanted to say I am so so happy I took my cat to the veterinarian office. I was taking him to Ann Road animal Hospital don’t ever go there don’t ever ever go there. The Aliante animal Hospital is super great !!! All staff is very very kind very efficient. I love that they have a cat side and a dog side. The veterinarian that I seen her name is Doctor Munoz . She is very knowledgeable and very kind to your animals.She explained everything showed me what I needed to do. After they gave my cat some medicine he got very sick and threw up . The doctor gave him a complementary shot to settle his stomach . She was very concerned about him and the staff as well. Helped me when he was throwing up they were very kind and very gentle with my boy . This doctor finally figured out what was wrong with my cat after I have been taking him to the other animal hospital and they never figured out what was wrong . My baby boy has asthma. I am so grateful to the doctor and the staff at Aliante animal Hospital thank you so much!!! I recommend if you have a cat that you love like I do you should take him to the Aliante animal Hospital and ask for Doctor Munoz. She’s very knowledgeable I believe that you will like her . Fantastic experience: They were really caring and fantastic to my dog, Duke Puppington through two years of care and his eventual illness. I'm very grateful to them and if I get another pet someday, that's where they'll get their care. Thank you so much for the sincerity and kindness you showed to both of us during his last couple of months and last day. He had a very good life and I'm glad y'all were part of it.

Fantastic experience: We have been going to Aliante Animal Hospital for years now. I appreciate that they value our feedback as pet owners and they give us options for care for our animals. They also fit us in for last minute pet-mergency requests and understand our fear and worry as loving dog owners. Plus, they separate the cats away from the dogs - major plus in my book. Boo cats!!

Fantastic experience: We have been going to Aliante Animal Hospital since they opened, transferring from Anne Road, and all our experiences have been wonderful, even in the toughest times of being a pet parent. We have never had high pressure treatment discussions, everyone from the techs up listen to our questions and concerns, and we always feel welcome. All the vets we have worked with have been wonderful but I particularly adore Dr. Redmond. He has helped us with our babies through their life stages and is so kind and compassionate when transitioning them from this life to the next. We are so lucky to have them so close to us and we are happy to continue to give them our business.

Negative experience: I take my pets there all the time. Over time the services have increased in charges and this last time, Dr Redmond called to let me know my dog has hypothyroidism. He then said he wanted to do a FREE T4 test to verify her thyroid levels. He said the word FREE multiple times which to me, made me believe they were offering to do another T4 test for free just to verify their findings. Not once did he clarify that the word FREE was part of the name of the test!! So I go to pick up my dogs thyroid medicine and in turn get charged not only for the meds but another $145 for the FREE T4 test!! He should have disclosed this information on the phone!! I would have NOT agreed to have ANOTHER T4 test done if I knew it was going to be $145!!! Be VERY CAREFUL when going to them!! They will charge you for EVERYTHING and not disclose proper amounts ahead of time!! I am trying to get a refund, and whether they will do what’s right and refund me due to their misleading statements will determine if my rating on them goes up a star or 2! SHAME ON YOU ALIANTE ANIMAL HOSPITAL!!!

Positive experience: We have been bringing our fur babies here for I believe 10+years. Everyone has been nice and very caring ❤. The one downfall I would have to say is the frequent change of staff and vets. However we love DR. MUNOZ and Stephanie!

Fantastic experience: My wife and I came across a beautiful female pitty, apparently lost on the street. There was a wind advisory the previous day and we figured that she must've gotten out. To be honest I have a fear of pitties but this little girl was so sweet, as soon as we stopped she knew we were trying to help. I opened the hatch and she jumped right in. As soon as I got in to keep her company in the back she jumped right over and laid on my lap. She was panting so hard we could tell she was stressed. As we drove further down alliante we came across this place and they were kind enough to check her for a chip and having found one we're able to call her owners. They kept her there. Her name was Coco and I'll be damned if I don't miss her. When we called back to check in they were nice enough to tell us her owners had picked her up.

Fantastic experience: We recently moved to Las Vegas because of the military. Unfortunately our dog, Piper, started to experience mobility issues and pain. From the very beginning Dr. Finder was compassionate and knowledgeable. We had many discussions regarding my dogs care and possible treatment plans. Our dog did not respond well and she declined rather quickly. My husband and I made the very tough and gut wrenching decision to lay our sweet dog to rest, so she was no longer in pain. When I called to make the end of life appointment the front desk staff were immediately compassionate and walked me through what to expect. The day of our appointment there was a separate entrance for privacy. The techs brought our sweet Piper all sorts of treats and told us to take as long as we needed to say goodbye. Once it was time Dr. Finder brought Piper the biggest chocolate bar I’ve ever seen and loved on my dog like it was her own. She was very compassionate and cried with us as our dog peacefully slipped over the rainbow bridge. I will NEVER forget how much love and understanding all of the staff gave to us and our sweet girl. Although it will take a long time for my husband and I to recover from this, I know she was in the very best hands. So yes, you might be put on hold a couple of times when you call, you might have to wait. Just remember there is a-lot more going on back there than anyone can realize. Thank you Dr finder and staff for loving my dog and giving her the peace she deserves.

I've been taking my dogs here for nearly 2 years and often board them here during long weekend stays. Really love the staff and the environment. Thank you so much! ******* Changed rating from 5 Stars to 1 Star: Updated on Jan 18, 2023: I have been a client of AAH for over 4 years. The treatment that I've received over the past 6 months at this location has been sub-standard. The staff is overworked, records are not properly kept, and if you go here, ALWAYS request a receipt. I have been coming here for a LONG time--I always pay what is due at the time of service. Well, in DEC, I got a call that I owed $107 from AUG, so not only did I not have a receipt because I TRUSTED the staff, but they would NOT see my sick pet when I told them that I would pay that balance, even if I disagree with the charge just so my sick dog can be seen...but NOPE, they refused to see one of their loyal customer's pets who has not only been seen here for years, but also boarded here on numerous occasions. Not sure what happened with the billing--I was willing to pay the balance just to get over this. But the staff are definitely overworked, they don't pay attention to what they are doing all the time, so mismanagement occurs. I'm moving to a new vet, but will pay the balance, but pet owners, beware: ALWAYS GET A RECEIPT, even if you feel you trust them 100%. **** Update: The hospital manager Naomi went back through all the records and found that I was charged twice for a Rx for my pet. She took the charge off and our dilemma was fixed. With that, I moved my rating back to 5 Stars because I feel they fixed the situation and were in contact with me with the results. Thank you! AAH!

Fantastic experience: We had to board our senior cat bc we were going away and our cat, Zander, had special feeding needs. We were so worried at how he would manage being away from his home/both furparents for the first time ever. The staff at Alienate could not have been better in understanding our cat's special needs and reassuring us that he would receive excellent care and affection. They documented all our instructions. I especially liked my meeting with Dr. Carlos Baez. He was as warm and friendly as he was professional. I learned that veterinary care had been his lifelong interest and endeavor, starting before he was even in high school, which I thought was super cool. He truly loves what he does. I have lived in NYC and California so I know how difficult finding a vet you can trust can be. I have another, younger cat and Aliante will be her primary veterinary care!

Fantastic experience: They take such good care of your pets! The wonderful person that helped us is named Dr. Efrain D. Vassallo and he is very kind and helped us so much with all our questions and concerns. Our dog was getting a dental cleaning and neutered on the same day. Dr. Efrain called us to update after every procedure. Thank you so much !

Negative experience: Horrible animal hospital. My husband brought our dog in for a quick check up for what we thought was congestion to this animal hospital since our regular vet is pretty far from us. The doctor said his lymph nodes were inflamed but it was ok…. I called back the next day to ask why there were no antibiotics prescribed and what was making his breathing sound congested and was told that I would have to wait a few days since the only people that could prescribe antibiotics were out. The other option was to come back, do another visit and have another doctor look at him. I decided to take him to my regular vet instead because I felt something was off with my dog and trust my regular vet. It turns out that my dog has stage 4 Lymphoma and needs immediate treatment, that’s why his lymph nodes were swollen. Don’t trust this vet with your pets.

Fantastic experience: While you always dread any reason you need to find a new vet, we are so thankful that our boy led us here. The amazing Dr.Vasallo and his team helped us through one of the hardest times of our lives as we guided our sweet German Shepherd, Ritter, through end of life gracefully and with love. I now trust no one else with any of my fur-babies. Thank you for all you do Dr.V & team! You are all THE BEST!!!

Negative experience: First, the Doctors are very nice and knowledgeable. Unfortunately, the office staff is a huge failure. Start with trying to schedule an appointment....answering the phone would be helpful. I have yet to have them pick up the phone, it always goes to voicemail and says they will call back. Call back occurs about 25% of the time. Been in the office several times, have never seen the staff so busy that they couldn't answer the phone, but they don't. The only way to actually talk to someone is to select the emergency function, which you shouldn't unless it IS an emergency. Paid over $700 for X-rays and blood work, was supposed to receive a call 2 days ago...never happened, wife tried calling yesterday, no call back. I physically stopped in today, because no one would answer the phone. The Dr was very busy and staff would tell me nothing. The Dr finally called back this evening and now trying to rush through additional medication before they close. My wife tried to get more medication this morning, but never got a call back. The staff wanted me to schedule another appt for tomorrow, just to get the results...not going to happen. We have already sourced another vet, strangely enough from friends who also used to be customers, but left for these very same reasons. This is a facility that has so much promise, but the staff is failing them and so they lose another client.
