Experiencia fantástica: First vist was today we go back next week for surgery. This place was so great everybody was friendly the staff are great. Think we found a new vet it's also pretty cheaper than other places. I loved my first visit and I think my dog georgia did too.
Experiencia negativa: This place is no good. Firstly my cat needed antibiotics after giving my cat an antibiotics that made him really sick they didn’t prescribe anything else. They also suggested a surgery that was not needed. When we got a second opinion it turned out that my cat would be fine. There was no need to cut out a piece of his muscle like they suggested smh
Experiencia negativa: I brought my dog, Nati, 12 days ago because she was in extreme pain. They had done blood tests and radiograph's, letting me know I would get my results within 4 days. Days went by and I didn’t get any phone calls or emails about my dog. I had to call them myself to find out what the results were and even then I got no results and was told to bring her again so they can run more tests. My dog’s health declined and she was in so much pain we had to bring her over to PASE: Philadelphia Animal Specialty & Emergency. I got results from the blood work and x-rays within minutes. Overall I had a bad experience here and I wouldn’t recommend coming if you want fast results regarding your pet.

Experiencia negativa: Family members cat is old, deaf, blind, and over the last couple days no longer really eating and clearly suffering. Family member took cat here to perform euthanasia at 10:30 or so in the morning. They were told they were too full to take any other patients. It’s a cat suffering that just needs to be put down though? I understand it’s thanksgiving weekend and maybe they’re short staffed but it’s so heartless to turn them away and that’s it. Atleast help them find another place to go or something

We do want to clarify a few important points. Our hospital DOES NOT turn away euthanasia cases unless there is NO DOCTOR in the building. In those rare situations, we always direct clients to other clinics that can provide immediate care, because we never want an animal to suffer without options. Based on the information in your review, it appears this situation may not have involved someone who is an established client with us, and it sounds as though you may be relaying the experience on behalf of someone else. That makes it difficult for us to verify what happened or offer specific follow-up.
If your family member did come to our hospital, we sincerely encourage them to contact us directly so we can understand the details and address any misunderstandings. We take concerns like this very seriously, and we’re committed to providing compassionate support—especially in end-of-life situations.

Experiencia fantástica: What a great experience! I was really worried about my poor puppy Koda, they do walk-in’s so I was able to bring Koda in right away! The entire staff, doctors etc were extremely friendly and very knowledgeable with everything! They made Koda feel very calm, comfortable and loved by everyone. They were able to do same day X-rays to figure out what was wrong and gave me everything I needed while I was there. The doctor was extremely helpful explaining everything to me. And even the nurses in the front explained again the proper doses for medication. The doctor even made a plan to go back for follow up X-rays to make sure he’s doing better after the medication. Absolutely such a great experience here and would definitely recommend to anyone! Thanks again to the entire staff at Bree’s animal hospital for helping my sweet boy on his road to recovery, you guys are awesome❤️

Experiencia fantástica: I can not say enough wonderful things about my experience with Bree’s Veterinary..I live in South Jersey and after having the worst experience of my life with a veterinarian in Central Jersey (Millstone) who was the rudest and most unprofessional vet I’ve ever encountered..to then dealing with the staff and veterinarian at Bree’s was a breath of fresh air and an absolute wonderful experience ..They were kind and compassionate every time I spoke to them and very informative..And the vet took time out the day of my dogs scheduled procedure to come up front to speak to me because I was nervous..I would give them 10 stars if I could..

Experiencia positiva: Was great with my dog .It is a great hospital for your animal just a tad bit pricey I feel like. But you want a good solid mechanic to work on your car you'll pay so pretty much same deal.I miss my maximus not a day go by I don't think of him

Experiencia negativa: Was referred to this place by PSPCA and a few family members. Huge pile of dog outside of their door. Walked in and wasn't greeted by anyone, or asked "how can I help you?"..... so I said hello and began signing my name in the log book. Then a staff member looked up at me and was like "oh we aren't taking any more walk ins".... ♀️
Thank you for your feedback. As a walk-in only clinic, we do our best to accommodate as many patients as possible each day. However, due to high demand, there are times when we must stop accepting additional walk-ins to ensure that all pets already checked in receive the care and attention they need. We understand how frustrating that can be and apologize for any inconvenience caused.
Experiencia positiva: The wait is what gets you! I got in at 9am and didn't leave until after 4pm. I was forgotten in an exam room two times during the same visit. The staff are really nice, but its the waiting that horrible.

Experiencia negativa: Denied my cat medicine, asked for 1,000 dollars worth of tests after we spent $200 already on tests, denied diet plan to help my cat. Mind you, my cat now is peeing blood and needs help. He needed a cone to stop him from licking his private area or else it would bleed.

Experiencia positiva: I usually go to spca and they recommend Bree’s because they were full. Love the walk in appts it’s very convenient! I got a month supply of flea meds and meds for an ear an infection plus the visit came to a total of $200. Customer service was good as well very welcoming and kind staff. The wait is long but that’s expected with walk ins.

Experiencia fantástica: Five stars for Bree's Animal Hospital! If you have a reactive dog, whether they're friendly-excited or anxious-reactive, this is the place for you. Their side door is a game-changer, allowing for stress-free entry and exit without dog-on-dog interactions. Dr. Anthony and Dr. Rachel Manson were absolutely incredible, arming me with the knowledge to provide the best care for my 'cuckoo crazy' pup. Highly reccomend and they just got a returning patient!

The staff from the front desk, to the nurses, and doctors are all friendly, respectful, and super helpful with all of our needs and questions. I appreciate the flexibility to sign in and wait in the car outside until we are called. It keeps my pup calmer for some time. Decent pricing and wait time.
Experiencia positiva: The vet tech, Nicole, was great & took a lot of time with my dog Charles to ensure he was comfortable while they cleaned his wound up. The doctor was great as well. I took a star away because they aren’t very accommodating with the check in process- unfortunately I had to take my very large, reactive/anxious dog to the vet myself, & to check your pet in you have to go inside to do so. I called to see if they could check me in since I was alone and the inside waiting area had a few small dogs/pets right at the door and I didn’t want to risk anything. I was told to leave my dog in the car, or bring him in, they could not check me in despite the fact that I was parked right in front of the doors. I can’t just leave my car running on Frankford Ave, for one, and for two, I don’t want to risk any sort of stress for my dog, or other people’s pets. I understand people could take advantage of checking in over the phone, but I was right out front. I work in the medical field & it’s a field where you have to be a little accommodating to ensure all patients are as stress free as possible during a stressful time. Wait was a little long, but that’s to be expected. Other then the check-in thing, everything else was excellent. Thanks for helping Charles today.
Experiencia fantástica: Brees has always been a loving caring place for all my cats! We have 4 cats and I have always been treated with kindness and compassion. They have very knowledgeable staff members and when we had to have one of our cats put down, they showed the utmost compassion and care for Princess. Even though its a long drive for us, they are worth it!!
Experiencia negativa: The insensitivity level of this animal hospital is absolutely appalling, for a nurse there to tell my niece pay the $1,500 or put him down was totally inappropriate! Meanwhile we found a hospital to do the same procedure at almost half their price. Exercise due diligence and shop around, there are other hospitals more caring and less expensive.
Experiencia positiva: Took my diabetic cat there. They wanted to charge me for a urine screen he didnt need that was almost 300 dollars!! They are money grabbers! I went there bc of reviews but waited 3 hours the first visit bc they only had 1 vet on site. Staff not the friendliest for the money your about to drop in there.
Experiencia fantástica: I just took my dog there on Monday May 5th.2025, to be put to Sleep & the Veterinary Technician, I think his name is Tim& The Veterinarian, (I'm so Sorry, I don't remember her name) were Awesome with Me& Delilah(My Dog) I was told what was gonna happen step by step& they made Delilah as Comfortable as they could of, Tim even did her Paw Prints on a Beautiful Card for me to take Home& I'm gonna be picking up her Ashes on May 13th..the only thing I had a problem with was the 2 hour wait before going into a Exam Room...In their defense it was really Crowded...other then that, I was really Pleased& would recommend them to Everyone.. I just want to Thank Everyone at Dr. Bree's for making my Experience as easy as possible...
Experiencia negativa: Totally inept , disrespectful and inconsiderate .I was there on March 4 , 2025 ..My daughter came from Virginia , to help me take them over , since I am not well healthwise .Also I do not have the means to transport or someone close to help me. Thing is , several days after , my daughter on my behalf did the request for the cats medical records .TO THIS DAY , NO MEDICAL RECORDS RECEIVED. My daughter had made a second request , to no avail. I had called , them to correct them on the wrong zip code they wrote ..and requested again the records .NOTHING .IT HAS BEEN OVER 2 ( TWO) MONTHS !!!!!! FROM MARCH 4 , UP TO NOW I DO NOT WANT TO CALL ,, BECAUSE IM GONNA LOOSE IT , WITH THE OUTRAGEOUSLY INEPT PERSONNEL WHO HANDLES RECORDS TO EMAIL THEM Besides their fees , being way high , for a low income person as me ...then have to also deal with the shitty ineptness. I need those medical records , and the prescriptions for the cats .They have got to be on antibiotic for dental problems ... While I can save the $$$ , for x-rays , sedation , treatment and surgery !!!! I

Experiencia fantástica: Well, I just can't say enough nice things about this facility. First time going. I've heard great things but have never been there until today. Had to take my 3 yr old pup Molly. Will definitely be using this vet in the future. The front desk staff was kind , helpful, informative, and compassionate. The veterinarian's assistant was spectacular. Handled my anxious dog with such gentle care. Vet MARC was as professional as they come , understanding educated and kind. Wonderful bedside manner. My dog is a very anxious and emotional dog and she absolutely loved all of the staff members. Gave David a bit of a hard time barking at him but he too handled her with such love and care. The people who work here are not about making money , they are reasonablely priced and work with you the best they can because you can tell they truly care about animals as well as people. Ten out of ten stars. ⭐ Wonderful customer service. Would definitely recommend this place! We were in and out in less than an hour. Time efficient.

Experiencia fantástica: This place is amazing and they genuinely care about you and your pets so much! As a bonus, they are an extra good place to have on hand for emergencies. They are a walk in clinic only and offer extremely affordable prices. We had an emergency situation, no extra money set aside for this, and were in desperate need of veterinary help. About a month ago, we rescued a very young abandoned stray cat who was crying under our stairwell when it was just 15 degrees outside. He was sick, wounded, and literally starving- you could feel every bone in his body when you pet him. A few days after we found him, we took him to PAWS to get vaccinated and they mentioned that he had a small wound near the base of his tail that we should keep an eye on. A few days later, the wound became infected and our new kitty decided to rip his wound completely open while we were sleeping. It was awful! There was blood everywhere. While my husband was at work, I desperately searched for somewhere we could bring him to get his wound treated. My husband got home around 4 pm, so we took him to the PSPCA. They said the vet had just left for the day and were closing up- so they recommended we take him to Bree's Animal Hospital. They said they were a walk-in clinic with evening hours available and should be able to see him. So, we hopped in the car and headed straight to Bree's. From the moment we walked in the door they were so welcoming and accommodating. I was so impressed with how friendly and kind everyone was. Our cat, who we named Ichigo, kept meowing and they even came over to say hi while he was still in his carrier- it was so cute! As soon as we went into a room in the back with Ichigo, I was so impressed with how they handled everything! They made sure everything in their facility was very clean and sterilized, they were super nice to Ichigo and helped him feel calm while he was in so much pain from his infected wound, and they were so kind and understanding about our whole situation. They took Ichigo to a separate area to clean his wound up for us- which they did a very thorough job with- and gave Ichigo an antibiotic shot. Initially, they had recommended giving Ichigo surgery, which we really wanted to do but just could not afford since all of this was so unexpected and we didn't have any time to plan for a new pet financially- let alone an emergency like this! I think at this point, most vets would have just kept insisting to book the surgery, but they didn't do this to us. They understood our position and immediately tried to do everything they could to treat Ichigo and give us the most affordable option possible for healing his wound. They said the antibiotics should take care of the infection and that keeping Ichigo in a cone so he can't irritate his wound should be enough to take care of it, but that Ichigo would need to be checked out again the following week to make sure his wound was healing properly. I genuinely appreciate all of the care that went into prioritizing Ichigo's needs for wound care- which as we all know can be very serious if not treated immediately- and for also prioritizing us as clients and trying to meet us where we could meet them financially. I seriously cannot say enough good things about them! They really went out of their way to take care of us! :) I am very happy to be able to report that Ichigo's wound is healing up very nicely. The following week, Ichigo actually had a booster scheduled at another clinic, and the vet there was nice enough to check on Ichigo's wound for us. He said it was healing very beautifully- and that is all thanks to Bree's Animal Hospital! Thank you so much for helping both us and Ichigo! He is feeling so much better and we are so grateful for everything you did to help us! I highly recommend Bree's Animal Hospital and have them saved in my phone for future vet visits! :)

You can tell how dedicated and hard working the staff is here they truly love animals. Yes it’s a busy clinic and yes be prepared to wait so make sure you get there EARLY. Experiencia fantástica: We’ve been going to Bree’s for a few years now, but tonight solidified how amazing they are. We brought my mother’s cat in who was in distress, and sadly we had to make the decision to send him over the rainbow bridge. Everyone was beyond compassionate, and handled our baby with such loving care. I am beyond grateful for the way they handled everything, and especially for the care and attention they showed my mother as she made a very difficult decision.

Experiencia fantástica: Thank you to the wonderful staff at Dr. Brees animal hospital, they saved my 8 year old Burmese cats life! He had a life-threatening urinary blockage. Dr. Roblejo and Dr Mark have been extremely patient with us and clearly communicated each step that needed to be taken. can't recommend Brees enough!

They made us feel at ease with their lovable staff, and professional doctors that weren't trying to make a quick dollar off your pets peril. Experiencia positiva: I needed a Dr that would meet my expectations, and boy they not once but 3 times. When I walked through that door holding my lifeless dog, They took my little Bisquet right from me, and got to work trying to save him. He was mauled by the dog next door. They give good attention to the emergencies. They even got to love him even better mussled. Lol he's as sharp as a tac oh yet he bites. They did exceptionally good when COVID hit. He's 15 now and recently under went an operation for a bilateral hernia and I don't know where I would be without them. Thank you to his surgeon and Staff!
Experiencia negativa: I’m just so angry. It’s been nearly 2 months since I lost my baby cat. I put way too much trust in the vets to find out what was wrong with him, paying for everything, and ultimately getting referred to a freaking optometrist. Mind you, by that time my baby was not able to move, see, eat, or drink on his own. I also had asked multiple times for the manager to send my cat’s medical records over to me, which was never done, still to this day.

Experiencia negativa: One star only because I had to put something! Nikki at Bree’s is the absolute worst! My dog is suffering from a skin infection or allergies ( was there last month took meds and same issue came back) unfortunately she answered every time I called she was rude heartless so much attitude she has no compassion for animals and told me it was going to be 24 hours for an answer. It was 24 hours by then. Wouldn’t let me get a word in as I was trying to explain it has been over 24 hours and that’s why I’m calling again. My dog was suffering so I figured instead of waiting for this phone call I’m going to take him in they are open 5-7 I get there at 6 Nikki turns me away meanwhile I literally watch someone go in and was able to sign in. I call the office and ask her why did someone sign in after you told me there were no more sign ins. She told me don’t ever call back here again! It’s unfortunate because the care is decent and the staff amazing but Nikki is horrendous and I will not be returning. Please take this into consideration before using Bree’s as long as Nikki is employed there.

Experiencia negativa: Took my 2 year old cat here 5 mths ago and couldn't even write this til now. Couldn't even handle getting his ashes til this week.. we took him at the first signs of him being sick. They tell me urinary block and they need $500 up front to work on him right away. They bring me back an hour later and hes still in his carrier and it was first time vet looked at him. She literally asked me what was going on today. They also had me wait at the counter a good twenty mins to pay it. And told me what he had in a crowded waited room. Made it seem desperate to get money right away and then left him in a carrier. We had to leave him. They were closing within two hours at it was Friday. The vet said next 24 hours is serious but we got him there quickly( for reference he was fine the night before I have pics of him playing and we were at vet by 10 am). They tell me all this standing in room with him and she was so cold not even slightly kind but assistant turns to me and says this is highly treatable and hes stable. She is the only reason they don't have one star. She was lovely and I believe she wanted to treat him right away but they didn't let her. They say its another 1000 i might be able to get him saturday but prob monday. And she will call me to check in before she leaves that night . She never did and no news is good news right? Wrong!! I have to be honest I left and didn't think he could even possibly die so I told my kids he was going to be fine and I believed it too. This cat was my soul mate my best friend the best cat that ever lived I know so many say that but everyone that saw me and Oliver together knew it. Saturday at 9 am when they open my phone rings I answer excitedly thinking I'm going to be able to get him early and the lovely male vet says he has bad news. I dropped to the ground and begged and screamed . I still don't understand I really dont His kidneys failed? How? I did everything I was supposed to to save him I'd have given them my arm, my leg an eye anything!!! Anyways Oliver is gone he's gone and I still can't deal with it part of me is now gone. I had to tell my boys who by the way already lost our 5 year old dog to a long battle with cancer in 2020 and then their grandfather from Covid. I told the vet this before I left him and begged her to help him. Again the assistant said he was stable. He was alert and he was meowing me and trying to come to me. I don't even know if there is staff there at night. I believe they didn't work on him right away and that's why this happened and then left my anxious mommas boy alone all night. He suffered and was scared and died alone. I'll never know for sure but in my heart I know it. He was the sweetest boy u could ever know. They took the best thing I have and didn't give it back to me in one piece. They took 400 off my 1500 bill ....that's it. He wasn't even there 24 hours. For all I know he was dead within 12 and they still charged me that much. Ps after getting his ashes and paw print it was pretty much same amount I believe I got $40 back in the end and my beautiful two year old cat in a box. I think if ur there for shots or a check up it's fine but be aware as well it's all walk ins and ur packed like sardines. I told them more than once it was an emergency and still sat there for over an hour until I noticed he was barely responding and told them I needed immediate help. For an emergency go to an emergency vet hospital pay the little bit more. Also should have picked him up and taken him to be cremated myself I know the place they sent him to and it would have been at least $100 cheaper to do it myself. I am now a broken person. Please please don't take a sick pet here. It was so awful. I now use world of animals and they are amazing. I blame myself for not going elsewhere but I didn't know my step mom used them for 20 years. Ps she now doesn't use them either and for her own reasons. I want my baby back and that won't ever happen. I truly hate this place

Place is a joke I called them to see when the cut off is before the turn animals away they said 1:30pm and they ask me what was going on I told them my 5 year old dog lost all feeling in his back legs and hasn't eat or had any water. I said I'm about a 2 hour drive away I don't want to come to be turned away, they put me on hold to talk to the doctor came back to the phone and said if you can get here by 1:30 he will see you... well I drove the 2 hours and got there by 1:05 and sure enough I was turned away. Experiencia fantástica: My first time here was about a year ago when I took in a cat from off the street. They are within walking distance from me and provide walk in service (no appointments). In my opinion, they were a little expensive so I didn’t go back after getting her the care she needed until sort of an emergency situation with my dog Gemma happened. Out of no where, a big hard bump appeared on her bottom jaw. I suspected cancer and wanted her seen immediately and again, they are a walk in service plus I could walk since she gets car sick. The vet, not sure what her name was, suspected cancer as well. She wanted to do an X-ray but said we could give it a week first to see if the prescribed steroid would help reduce the size of the bump. It didn’t. She was losing weight fast and the bump was causing her teeth to protrude and severe swelling in her lip. At that point, I knew it was an aggressive cancer and she would need to be euthanized to avoid suffering. The same woman vet saw us again this past Wednesday and she as well as the 2 techs that helped us tried their best to comfort me as my gemgem crossed over the rainbow bridge. I wish I knew their names. They made sure to tell me to take as much time as I needed afterwards even though I felt I’d be holding up one of their exam rooms when they are already a busy place. As I said in the beginning, I think they are pricey but I never felt pressured or like they were trying to “rob me” or make money over what was best for my dog and her situation. I will definitely use them again in the future for my pets needs. I am extremely grateful for how kind, caring, and patient everyone was during such a difficult time for me. If the 3 of you read this, I want to thank you all from the bottom of my heart!!

The doctor who treats the dogs for parvo on the other hand was rude and blaming me for my dog being sick no less than 2 hours after leaving my dog died! when they said she would be okay until tomorrow morning for more iv treatment, they also gave my dogs 3 vaccines at that time but won’t put on the paper what vaccines they gave. If you want your dog to live DO NOT TAKE YOUR DOG HERE !!Following up with my first review. I got a phone call from Donna asking me why I left a bad review on this page and just note she was very rude from the moment she answered the phone I guess because of the review I left. I started to reply with why and she cut me off saying “we’ll first of all” as soon as I heard her unprofessional demeanor I hung up the phone. I called back and hit the number for emergency and I was put on hold before anyone asked if it was an emergency for 10 minutes then hung up on. Experiencia fantástica: The whole team (front desk, techs, nurses, and physicians) were wonderful. Our dog (20lb) terrier declined overnight and we were urgently looking for a office to see her ASAP. I called their team frantic, and the individual who answered the phone was so kind and told me to come in. The vet had diagnosed her and was able to do surgery same day. I received multiple calls that week just checking in to see how she's was doing. The clinic is walk in so depending on how many people came in that day, you may have to wait, but they are totally worth it. This clinic and team are an asset to the animal community!

Experiencia fantástica: I have nothing but good things to say about this place. Dr. Roblejo saved my pup and removed a huge tumor from the side of her body. My primary vet from NJ could not do the surgery as it was risky and so I traveled to Philly for his service. Truly such a compassionate and excellent doctor. I am so grateful to have found this place. The vet tech was also so wonderful who looked out for my baby. You can tell that Dr. Roblejo and the vet techs who work here truly care about the well being of you pets. Whenever a friend or family member needs service for their pet I always recommend them here. There is a long wait time as they do not do appointments but trust me it is worth the wait.

Took my dog back on 6/3/23 because my dog has been sick ever since went to active labor on 5/30/23 her original due date! After having a c-section done by Dr.Conrad Roblejo on 5/26/23. 6/3/23 I took my dog to get check about her c-section because she was bleeding and still pushing I demanded an X-ray then he admits he made a mistake and left a puppy inside my dog she had a dead puppy in her for 8 days I was heart broken this happened on 6/3/23 Please don’t bring your animals here!!

First vet that I’ve encountered that’s experienced , knowledgeable, and concerned about your pet! I highly recommend bringing your pets to this hospital. He took his time conducting a thorough examination and asking lots of questions! As of today Dr. Rogul will become my puppy’s primary vet.

Experiencia negativa: I found this place online and decided to go because you don't need an appointment. I arrived at 9 and didn't leave until after 2. The doctor diagnosed my dog with hip issues. He said he couldn't x-ray her because she would need sedation. He did a blood test before prescribing 2 medications. They didn't have the one medication so I had to go back. I had a previously scheduled appointment with another vet. They actually were able to x-ray my dog without sedation and within 15 minutes diagnosed my dog with CANCER!! That pretty much explained why the medicine they gave me,that was supposed to work in 2 days,didn't work at all. Cost me close to $400 for the misdiagnosis. I was charged $240 for a blood test.

Experiencia fantástica: I woke up to a newly snaggletoothed cat, and needless to say I became a crazy cat mama because I could tell he was in pain. After frantically calling around to see which vets and urgent cares handled dental issues, I was fortunate enough to speak to Stephanie at the front desk. She patiently took the time to listen to what was wrong with Spaghetti, was transparent with me about cost and wait time, and even took the time to greet my sweet boy after she got caught up with a swarm of phone calls and paperwork. Spaghetti was cared for by Dr. Mark. I was a nervous cat mama when it turned out that they could remove the snaggletooth the same day but it would require anesthesia, but seeing Dr. Mark and his tech befriend Spaghetti helped put me at ease and reassure me that they were going to take good care of him. Sure enough, Spaghetti pulled through without issue, post-op instructions were clear, Dr. Mark was kindly available to help answer additional questions I had, and the sweetest part was that they even saved Spaghetti’s tooth for me in a baggie so I could put it under his pillow! I couldn’t have asked for a better turnout to a very stressful day. For a clinic that doesn’t require appointments, of course there is going to be a wait, and it’s important to keep in mind that that’s just the nature of urgent care clinics (even for human clinics where there ARE appointments!), so bring a charged phone or a book and be patient. I can tell you that the wait is well worth it, and it’s clear that although the staff is busy at the end of the day they have so much love for every animal that walks into the clinic. I would highly recommend Bree’s as they were so great to me and Spaghetti. Thank you SO much, Stephanie and Dr. Mark! ❤️

Veterinarians will up charge at big percentages, proud of it too. It’s a business to get rich off of human emotions, love for their pets. Shameful!!

Experiencia negativa: 2 and a half hours I’ve been waiting. Only 2 people were ahead of me. They were so disorganized that they handed me a sign up sheet after letting 2 others sign it. I see that they prioritize rechecks and things but it’s rude and unprofessional to let 5 people ahead of someone waiting this long. I knew I should have pickled another vet. I hadn’t been here in years since their negligence and guesswork led to the death of my first cat.
Please understand our protocols for intake. Emergent cases and euthanasias take priority over stable sick or wellness visits. It is stated very clearly that we are a walk-in facility and wait times may vary.
Experiencia negativa: Visited this facility about a week and a half ago and brought my dog in. We arrived at 10am and did not get seen until 3pm. (Mind you they stop taking patients after 2:30pm) Charged $245 just for bloodwork. Didn’t grab a urine sample, didn’t take or recommend any x-rays to be sure there was no obstruction. Just recommended a bland diet.. They assure you that the vet will call you 2-3 days once labs are in (which is a lie) you basically need to hassle the staff for your results and call them 8 times before they decide to answer your phone call. Short staffed and overworked. 6 days later my dog has not gone to the bathroom, and the vet clearly had no concerns and said that might be due to the bland diet....??? Recommended a urine sample ($70)... all this couldn’t have been done during my dogs first visit? instead, my sick dog needs to wait a week and a half for them to still be unsure of what’s even going on? and then i have to harass them for my dogs urine results to come back just for them to decide what the next steps are? Take your babies somewhere else. spca will recommend this place but listen to the bad reviews. they are as accurate as can be!!!
We are very concerned that your dog has not been well. I hope your dog received the care needed. Please note that at intial visits, preliminary tests are sent to an off-site lab. Once prelimiary results are processed, returned and interpreted, further testing may be needed. This sounds like what you experienced. Please understand our protocols for intake. We stop allowing sign-ins at 1:45 to allow us to spend time with each case. If someone signed in prior to 1:45pm (AM shift) and 6:30pm (PM shift). They will be seen.

Consistently Don't order my cats meds after calling twice and make her go without. Gave ne difficult time when I didn't have money for new blood work and refused to renew meds she needs for thyroid which was jeopardizing her well being. Staff needs to be trained by the Sr to show compassion and courtesy to clients Otherwise I will be moving my pet to another vet. Im tired of the rude behavior and lack of information.

Please understand that in order to refill medications, especially long-term medications, routine bloodwork is required to ensure your cat is on the appropriate dose.
Please also understand our policy (as will all practices) that if your pet has not had a wellness exam within a year, we are legally unable to refill the medications.
Our sign-in policy is in effect to ensure you are seen and not forgotten about. Also, it allows our staff to find your chart in a timely manner and to confirm the correct medication is dispensed to you.
Experiencia positiva: The staff is nice and the services are great! My reason for rating 3 stars is due to the handwritten receipts. My insurance company will not take these as they lack in details and it's a copy of a copy and does look a little suspicious. You can obtain a printed receipt, but only one staff member is able to email that to you and you'll have to wait a week for that if she's not out of the office. If she is out of the office, you'll have to wait until her return. This did not favor with me well considering we were trying to submit our claim for his surgery. It was very inconvenient.
Experiencia negativa: There is a woman vet (I don’t know her name) and there is a male vet (Dr.Reblejo) but I’ve been here more than 4-5 times and it has not always been a great experience when it comes to their customer service (front desk) or when it comes to the care of the animals. I had a great experience with the woman vet (she no longer works here of course), she treated my baby Luna with great care. The male vet/owner I feel like was trying to just get me to do testing that was not needed. And he is doing it again this year. Then recently I took my baby Max here, his symptoms were severe and they did not see him right away. We waited outside in 95 degree weather until my Max basically had a stroke or heart attack (the male doc was not clear on what happened), and I ended up having to make the decision to put my baby down. I feel like if they would have seen him sooner it may have went differently. Unfortunately the wait is so long and their over crowded so they rush your baby’s care. The pricing is okay, but not sometimes you get what you pay for unfortunately. . I changed my review to a 1 star because I realized I was being generous and kind about my situations with this vet but please I beg you do not bring your animal here. They are not accredited by the bbb which makes sense why they have a D- review. They do not care about your animal. They are overworked here, understaffed, no type of organization it’s just sad. They lost my dogs Luna’s file which apparently happens often, and they did not want to give me my dogs urine results. It was a mess. Keep looking, your fur baby is worth it!
