Experiencia fantástica: I can NoT thank emancipet enough for saving my pug Maybel. We found out at another pet hospital Saturday February 28th she had pyometra. Unfortunately they required 8,000 dollars to do this life saving surgery. We do not have that kind of money. My husband and I were going to make a very difficult decision to put her down that night. She was just in too much pain for weeks. We decided to wait, let’s first do some research before making that terrible decision. We found & called emancipet that night from the hospital. Nicole answered! We couldn’t believe it on a Saturday after 5???!! She Told us she wasn’t sure if they could get her in Monday or Tuesday… I wound up emailing Sunday night telling them …I did not think she was going to make it until Tuesday ,asking them to please consider taking her Monday because I was afraid she would not make it another day. Emancipet called my husband at 8:03 Monday morning, saying they would have an answer eitherway for us in about an hour- At 9:45 Monday morning, they called us and told us to get her there before 12 o’clock and that they would get her in for the surgery! I couldn’t believe it. I got there at 10:30am there were only two people ahead of us. As soon as I gave them her name , They knew why we were there and somebody came and took her right back. They were kind, caring and the gentleman that took my info at the front desk was absolutely wonderful. The vets & techs were amazing and made sure to give the take home meds with instructions on “how to”. She is now home and recovering. The vet even called today just to check up on her. Myself my husband and my three boys cannot thank you enough for giving us more time with our Maybel ! I work at a hair salon and have already told MANY clients about my experience with emancipet. I’m pretty sure one already donated tonight after hearing our story- We are so so so grateful to everyone at emancipet and will continue to tell any and everyone that will listen about how wonderful this place is Thank you!

Technicians were top notch with communication and timeliness of services. I would really like to mention Luis from the call center for this industry for handling a very urgent situation I had. He went above and beyond to ensure myself and my pets were taken care of during a very stressful situation. Every workplace deserves employees like Luis, he was one of a kind.

Experiencia positiva: I went on Tuesday Jan 6 to get my cat neutered/spayed. They offered additional services that included trimming the nails. My cat comes back to me what seemed to be fine but is limping on one of his back paws. One of his toenails is completely gone leaving a hole and swollen leg. I do not recommend any other extra services from them other than what you go there for. I will be filing some sort of complaint because my cat is in pain for an uncalled for removal of his nail when all that was asked for was a trim. However the procedure was fine.

Experiencia positiva: Dont line up at the door in the morning. There's signs that say not to but once people line up you can't see it. So just give yourself a bit of extra time. Friendly staff.

My English isn’t very strong yet, since Portuguese is my first language, but they were incredibly patient, kind, and enthusiastic. They respected my pace and made me feel very comfortable. I’m really happy with the service and the care they gave to my Louis Vuitton!

Experiencia fantástica: My second visit for my cat, Cairo. The staff, veterinarian are professional, caring and pleasant. The service is great as was as the “in-out” timing. The veterinarian asks thoughtful questions and ask/ suggest what vaccines, etc. are recommended for Cairo’s next visit.

Experiencia fantástica: Took my pup there to get neutered last September, late to review but everything worked out great. Quick check-in in the morning, he was ready to go home by 4pm. Staff was so friendly, talked about how sweet my dog was under their care and gave clear instructions when I was taking him home. They do spay/neuters all day every day in there, there is no better expert. Bruno recovered perfectly and is healthy as can be. The absolute most Affordable and safe option for my dude.

Experiencia positiva: The vet and the vet tech were amazing, knowledgeable, and professional but the girl at the check-in desk was very off putting and unprofessional. I get there a little before 4 o'clock and right away she tries to get me to leave by telling me that the wait time would be 3 and a half hours which made no sense because they closed in 2 hours. She also tried to get me to go to another location 20 minutes away but again that made no sense because this location is in my neighborhood so after telling her that I don't mind waiting and seeing the angry look on her face it was just very uncomfortable for me. They basically have you either wait in your car or go home and then they will text you when they are ready for you, so me thinking that I'm going to have to wait hours, I go home, but as soon as I pull in my driveway, I get the text that they are ready for me, so I head back. When I check in at the desk, the same girl basically tells me that she accidentally told me to come back, but I honestly feel like she did this on purpose. The whole thing and just dealing with her was very uncomfortable, because she kept using this fake nice little girl voice while saying and doing mean things to me. Aside from her off putting vibes and treatment, I really did enjoy everything else. I like that they use a texting system so that you can go about your business and they will text you when they're ready, and the vet and the vet tech that worked with my cat were very nice and professional, considering that my cat is very unpredictable and skittish, and they worked with her very well. Oh, and by the way, I was done and out of there in one and a half hours from the moment that I checked in.

Emancipet asked for her records and they would call me back to let me know if she could be seen. Within 5 min I was called back and instructed to bring her in immediately. Surgery was a success and she is recovering well. Thank you so much for all your help and support!!

Experiencia fantástica: My wife and I took our 3 year old female Sable German Shepherd to be spayed. We Rescue pets as well as train protection & emotional support dogs for ourselves since we live in the Pinelands of NJ. We arrived before 8:00 am with her muzzled in her kiss muzzle to try to soften up our need to muzzle her. We were escorted to a closed room to wait to eleviate the stress she was going through since she was just starting to be in heat again. It was a Hail Mary that she was never accidentally made pregnant. The staff were so Professional. Once she was sedated she was checked to ensure she was sleep. Once she was placed in the stretcher she was taken to the back. We went up The street to a Wendy’s to wait for her. By the time we sat down we a message in our phones saying she was recovering we ci could pick her up at 12:00pm. She came out bumping into things with a cone on her head

It was really hot out today and it took a lot for me to get here.. They were kind enough to let me sit With Sadie, my golden retriever, who is the love of my life on the side So we didn’t have to sit outside in the heat.. she did mention that if she was reactive to other pets. We would have to wait outside or somewhere else which was no problem because she’s not.. The doctor and the tech that was in the room also both were really amazing.. The tech helped calm and hold Sadie since it’s hard for me being disabled.. thank you.. The doctor was very kind and I just really appreciate it both the tech n dr.. we came in today for Sadie’s updated shots..

Experiencia positiva: Fair warning to anyone who comes without an appointment. I suggest to come join waitlist (wait in the queue) and then go home. The wait for a vaccine boost is over 2 hours (they said 45 minutes). So ya you will get the link to queue, go home and come back once it is near your turn. I have been waiting for two hours and probably will wait for an hour more. My cat didnt get her food, neither did i. And cant go back because its 20 minutes by uber (if i knew this i wouldve gone back ofc). Long story short, come join the queue then leave and come back later.

Insane, other emancipet you pay immediately afterwards being seen, not here. I would not come to this one again. They tell you its a 2-3hour wait in the beginning. Don't believe them. Its more like 5-6hrs

Experiencia negativa: Emanipet on blvd prescribe medication that had my dog dehydrated not eating and within 27 days he was not responding and died at the vet hospital. I'm so lost and disappointed all I want is my dog back. I had to cremate my best friend and he was my service dog.

Experiencia negativa: Today, August 4th, at 5:09 PM, we arrived at the veterinary clinic, which is officially listed as being open until 6:00 PM. However, we were told that they already shut down and that we couldn’t come in — even though there were still nearly 50 minutes left until closing time. We were very disappointed. If the clinic closes earlier than posted, or if access becomes restricted before 6:00 PM, clients should be informed in advance — either on the website, over the phone, or through your Google business listing. We made the effort to arrive well before closing, expecting to receive service, and instead wasted our time. This feels unprofessional and disrespectful toward customers. We hope the clinic will reconsider how it manages closing procedures and ensures that access is available during all stated business hours.

Experiencia negativa: The process for my pet to be evaluated was speedy and streamlined. All of the staff except for the doctor who attended to my pet was professional, respectful and kind. However the attending doctor seem to be more frightened than my pet. She was rude, and unprofessional. For that reason I will not be returning to this particular location. Instead I will opt for one at another location. Sensitivity training and professional development should be part of the veterinarian curriculum.

In addition, the spay incision on my female cat was so small, which I would think will heal more quickly. (Spay incisions on previous cats were 4"-5" long.) I have a rescue family, so Emancipet makes this process less painful all around.

Experiencia negativa: I took my cat to get spayed, the young lady that was at the front door was extremely rude as I was entering the building, I also received my cat in a carrier that was not mine with a name tag for a whole different animal. tag! I had to check if they correctly gave me back MY CAT! I was never given back my carrier or compensated for their mess up.

Everything was included in the cost which was $136.01. They accept credit, debit, cash. They also have other services like microchipping, immunizations, etc. Thank you so much Emancipet for offering the services you do at such a phenomenal price!! Your employees are awesome, very kind & helpful!! I would definitely recommend to anyone I know!! She slept on my lap the whole way home just as calm as can be!!

Experiencia negativa: I appreciate this place for its affordability, and the staff is absolutely wonderful—extremely kind and professional, even when they’re clearly overworked. However, the wait times here are incredibly long and poorly managed. On my visit, I was told there would be a five-hour wait, yet they continued to check in new customers throughout the day. It’s hard to understand how they can justify adding more people to the queue when the wait is already so excessive. For example, the place closes at 6 PM, but they were still accepting new arrivals at 3 PM despite the five-hour backlog. The staff deserves commendation for their patience and kindness under such stressful conditions—they looked overwhelmed and exhausted, yet they remained courteous. My two-star rating reflects the poor scheduling and management by the higher-ups, not the staff’s efforts. This place has potential, but the current system is a complete disaster and needs a serious overhaul to better serve both customers and employees.

Experiencia negativa: Worst experience me and my daughter came to this place first thing I notice they take your pet to the back don’t ask the owners to come back with there pet unless the owner asks if they can come back to watch what goes on so I asked because I don’t like the feeling of my pet behind closed doors anything can happen so I proceed to the the back and one of the employees not the vet grabbed the needle to vaccinate my puppy and ended up sticking him the wrong way then pulling the needle back out then attempting the 2nd time puncturing my puppy and I noticed my puppy yelping when he felt it the very next morning my puppy was in pain and I ended up going to another vet who helped me give my puppy pain meds this place has a pregnant vet and on top let’s regular employees attend and do vaccinations on pets I don’t recommend this place

Experiencia positiva: A little bit more expensive than I thought I thought it would be a set price to get my cat neutered and his shots but the shots were individually priced never saw such a thing it’s usually a bundle deal I was almost at $200 and didn’t get everything he needed. The original price was $85 left there with a pet that was neutered so a win is a win

Experiencia negativa: I had a terrible experience at this vet clinic and regret trusting them with my dog’s surgery. I paid $586 for my Frenchie’s cherry eye procedure, and from the start, I was only told it had a 50/50 success rate—but no real discussion about alternative options. After just a day and a half, one of the cherry eyes popped back out. When I returned, the vet casually said, “Well, at least you got one,” which was completely unprofessional. That same night, the other eye popped out too. When I went back again, they referred me to a specialist—something they should have done from the very beginning, especially since my dog’s breed is prone to relapse. I only found this out after doing my own research, but I initially trusted their judgment because they seemed knowledgeable. That was my mistake. It’s not about the money—it’s about the fact that my dog has been suffering unnecessarily and will likely have to go through another procedure. On top of that, the stitches they did were poorly done—one is hanging out, and his eye looks even worse than before. To make things worse, they told me to clean his eye with hydrogen peroxide water, which I later found out can be extremely harmful and even cause blindness. I can’t believe a professional would give such careless advice. If you have a Frenchie with cherry eye, do NOT bring them here for surgery. You’ll waste your money and time, and your dog will most likely suffer. I wish I had known better before coming here.

I can see why people drive over an hour to come here- it's not just the prices (seriously can't beat them), it's the staff! The staff here is phenomenal! They are seriously the friendliest animal loving people I have ever met at a vet office, ever. I was also completely blown away with the vet here! He is super friendly, truly loves animals, and is so knowledgeable. If you can get in here, do it- you won't regret it! :)

They were just walking around in there all that time and just didn't answer the door. ☠ Atrocious. Had people standing outside all that time after telling people to pick up their animals. I decided to give them another chance. Since they are pretty affordable. For vaccines they had us in and out pretty quick. For the cats they were actually available to let us pick up our animals this time.

I felt comfortable and the clinic was clean, I loved how gentle the doctor was with coco. All my questions was answered and I was in and out I came in at 10 and was out by 10:30. The ladies at the front desk were awesome I loved everyone’s vibe I highly recommend this clinic 10/10

Experiencia fantástica: i'm a first time pet owner and i took my first cat here with anxiety about the neuter surgery because it was so cheap and my baby means so much to me, but when i got there it was filled with other people and the vet assistants were so bubbly and friendly and showed so much love to my baby. they answered all of my questions and made sure i had everything i needed to care for my cat. i also was able to get a free rabies vaccine with the help of one of the vet assistants! im definitely bringing my other kitten here once my older one heals!

Shortly after our 23 year cat ‍⬛.When I called to make a new spay appointment I was told by the Receptionist at the front desk that since they could reach me the $40 deposit was automatically Donated to the Shelter and gave me a list of other Spay Neuter clinic. Due to missed appointments we had to go elsewhere. They actually did me a favor. My pending appointment for the New Year with the fee they were going to charge me I was able to have my females nails and my 11 month Male Neuterec

Experiencia positiva: We brought our 3 cats here and our dog to be fixed. The prices are affordable and they do an alright job for a high volume office but the staff has a terrible attitude problem. They gave us some cream instead of the eye drops we required for one of our cats eyes and they lied to us about getting $5 back for each of the 3 surgery cones... then had the audacity to ask for a donation.

Experiencia negativa: This establishment has an incredibly uncomfortable atmosphere with a bad vibe. I came here to seek help in locating the owner of a lost pitbull. Despite the fact that the dog was well-trained and friendly, the staff made me wait outside from 10am to 1pm. The constant barking of other dogs seemed to agitate my dog, but she never showed any aggression. However, when she finally barked back, the staff became upset. Many people outside were impressed by how calm and friendly the pitbull remained despite the chaotic environment. The staff wanted to put a muzzle on the dog in order to keep her quiet and make it easier for them to handle her, but the dog reacted aggressively and the doctor canceled the visit. The doctor then lied and said the dog tried to bite the doctor, but there were no visible injuries. I explained to the doctor that I would not be paying for the visit because she did not complete it. In response, the doctor threatened to report the incident to the city of Philadelphia. It is expected that veterinarians assume the inherent risk of handling animals and are prepared for potential bites even tho The dog did not bite her.. I dont understand why they work here if they cant treat all dogs right. The Girl With The curly brown Hair Needs To be fired.. All of them tbh

Experiencia fantástica: Took my baby girl “Ellie” here to be spayed and caught up on her vaccinations. The process of setting up an appointment was simple. The staff when we arrived were warm and clearly showed love and compassion to my pet. Only issue was the meds after the fact - I got the meds I needed for Ellie, but also for “Millie”. Millie was another patient and her meds were added to Ellie’s by mistake. I only noticed the next morning when Ellie was due for her first doses, immediately called their office, and was told they would promptly reach out to Millie’s family to ensure they had the meds they needed. No star penalty from me because they were incredible for my baby, and showed they are quick to address issues/mistakes when they arise. Couldn’t be happier to know they are doing this amazing work for the community!

Experiencia fantástica: Very nice animal friendly people here employees and guest! My bulldog puppy apparently was so pretty even cat people came over to pet his big head! Seriously emancipet is an excellent low cost place to get your animals vaccinated and we were in and out of there very quickly!

Experiencia fantástica: I live an hour away in New Jersey and brought my pug Caesar in to get neutered. I dropped him off at 8 am and picked him up at 4:15. Ever since he's been home he has been happy and healing quickly and comfortably. The pain meds they gave him are working and there's not much seepage coming out either. He's trying to be his same energetic self I have to keep him down . The only thing you guys could improve on is instead of texting me to pick him up a call would've been nice as I was at work if I didn't check it I wouldn't have known, and I wish it was easier to reach a live person from the facility over the phone. No drainage tubes were needed thank god and his cone fits him nice and snug but not too tight. They trimmed his nails for an additional 10$. The total cost I paid with the procedure, cone, and trimming was 150$ still better than the 800-1000$ the vet estimated. I will be returning in the future. Thank you so much for taking care of my baby. I was so worried about anesthesia but they put my mind at ease and took good care of my boy.

Anything required to…be an ER is there. Today my kitty is jumping around extremely happy. Thanks to the care of this facilities staff! Words cannot describe the gratefulness.

Called to get information & omg the guy was so open and so informative can’t wait to take my Carter there for his vaccines & they offer nail trim exactly what he will need his first visit! Experiencia fantástica: Called about getting my cat spade. They did help a bit, but , it seemed that they were more concerned with if I could pay the fee that exceeded $500. After a little digging, I found a place in west philly for under$200. I didn't use their services. Yo, this was I think maybe 3 years ago. I was wrong. Got the wrong information. This place is the bomb.. They treated my cat Brono. Best of service. From the front door to the exit, top notch. Yo, I was wrong. But, this place, love you.

Experiencia fantástica: The vet I went to recommended Emancipet for spaying my cats and it was great experience. I was very scared for them and myself. Lol. Once I got there, it was a great experience, all the vet techs were so nice and informed on all issues of the visit. The office is clean well run and timely. Compared to other places the prices were much better, everywhere is so high. Emancipet cares about the pets.

So very nice and helpful for neutering a stray dog I’ve found with no owner, now hims gotta forever home wit me :-) Harry is recovering well, prices are perfect! I couldn’t believe the affordable price after everywhere else told me 1600+. I almost had to put her down because I couldn’t afford it. I’m so grateful that I found this place. Thank you so much

Experiencia fantástica: The staff go above and beyond to explain or answer any questions you might have. As for the service they provide it is quick and well run. The staff are old school courteous and professional. If you have allergies do take allergy meds before you go because you and your pet(s) will come in contact with other animals hair, fur, and dander. Bring a leash or carrier with you. Once you are on the waiting list you can take an assigned seat on one of the benches inside or wait in your car until they phone you. Warning: Some of the clients are real difficult to bear with so be warned if you get angry easily. otherwise it's a very good place for some of your pets needs.

Experiencia fantástica: The scheduling and check-in process was easy and stress-free. The staff was super helpful and very nice. The pricing was affordable, and my two puppies are healing great from their neuter, microchips, and shots! They sent home pain meds for them as well as thorough discharge paperwork. This clinic is one hour from where I live, but between the reviews and the price, it was worth it! Highly recommend

Experiencia fantástica: Great service. You can tell the workers are love animals and want to help people and animals. They performed spay surgeries for both of my cats, smooth sailing with both. They always take the time on the phone to answer any questions I may have. If there is a wait they call almost immediately.

My senior dog just got an eye enucleation surgery recently here which I would not have been able to afford if I went somewhere else. Thank you for the excellent care. Snickers is doing great.
