Experiencia negativa: I was very disappointed to receive a termination notice while my cat was still under treatment and taking prescribed medications. During my visit, medications were provided, but only a few days later I was told the clinic would no longer continue care because I had not proceeded with the recommended blood work. When I called, I was told that since I had not brought my pet in frequently enough and had not moved forward with the tests, they could no longer see us. Being dismissed in the middle of treatment created unnecessary stress and concern about continuity of care.

Experiencia negativa: Total swamp , I brought my bunny today for small abscess drainage , under his chin, usually it requires topical or local anaesthetic, they tried to drain the pus with no topical anaesthetic at all , poor him he was scared and died of shock , they even came to my room to ask me if it’s ok to try to resuscitate him, totally unprofessional and not ok , they murdered my bunny , I chose abscess drainage to relief his pain but they killed him , don’t ever go to this pitiful place , he didn’t even start the surgery , he claims to be senior rabbit but he was only 6 years , he was moving and jumping only concern I had his lack of food lately , totally not ok and I hope one day this place shut down

Experiencia negativa: DO NOT GO HERE, AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Ill make this short, these guys were supposed to do a simple deworming treatment on my daughter's cat and it died while they had it. When we came to pick it up, its neck literally looked broken and they told me that sometimes this happens! What!?! Go anywhere else but here. This place is unbelievable!

They were able to very quickly and efficiently explain to me the process of doing a dental service for my cat who has been missing several teeth since we got her. They got done with the dental itsef very quickly and took care of her as she came out of the sedation. My cat never feels unsafe or scared there, when the doctor is working with her she plays and purrs more than she does with me. The doctor and staff here are phenomenal at handling her and she doesn't fear going to the vet anymore. If you want someone that will work with you and your animal while putting both of you at ease I highly recommend Dr. Kwon!!!!

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Kwon and his team are phenomenal. I had my baby of 12 years be euthanized for medical reasons, and they and toothacres made the process so much easier. They explained everything, handled everything, and gave me and Ozzy all the time we needed together. I was here over an hour with him after he passed, mourning and crying, and they didn't rush me or say anything. They just let me be with him. It was exactly what I needed. They were angels about everything that day. ❤️ Fast forward a few months later, and the cat distribution system bestowed a cat into my life. Ironically enough a long haired black cat (my dog was long haired and black) Needless to say, I came here right away, they got me in within a few hours of me calling. Once again they were phenomenal, and I am so thankful for the low cost vaccines they offer on Tuesdays! They scanned for a microchip, tested for everything, and gave him all his shots. I really appreciate that Dr. Kwon walks you through literally everything they do with your baby. ❤️ I'm thankful for everyone here. They truly are wonderful ❤️ I highly recommend them!

Also, note that a low-cost vaccine clinic is available every Tuesday and Wednesday during regular business hours, with vaccines priced at $15 each by appointment.

If she doesn’t love her job, she should consider quitting and letting someone more knowledgeable and professional do the job. To the owner, you should consider taking a good look at who you hired. You hired an unprofessional and rude receptionist, and when customers like myself want to ask questions, her response is very unprofessional and rude. Thanks to her unprofessional and rude behavior, you lost a customer. I wonder if this is how you treat pets.

Found a new vet who is WAY more affordable. (Advanced Veterinary Care of Plano). And they actually care about customer service. What can I expect when he is rude to his own staff right. lol.

Experiencia negativa: I took my cat here twice. The first was for his annual which went quick and easy. I then took him in as he was vomiting about 6 times a day and the last one was pink. This is where the vet offered me a few choices and I asked what is best and didn’t get much of a reply so I chose an xray. The vet techs were not kind to my cat and rude and abrupt when handling him. When the results came back I got a statement of I’m very concerned by the xray come look and then proceeded to show me what a normal cray looks like before pulling up my cats xray and asking me what I thought. I essentially had to try and diagnose the issue and then was asked to either take him to the ER or come back tomorrow again for another xray after not having him eat. I spent $400 to leave and not know what to do. Will not be going back after such an experience.

Experiencia negativa: I'm a new pet owner, I rescued a little dog named buddy. So this was all a new experience. In my opinion, they were not very welcoming, buddy was nervous and I had questions. The vet was not friendly and made me feel like I didn't want to ask anymore questions. The only person that was very friendly was the nurse, he was awesome. Very sweet and comforting. The two stars were the nurse and the price. But I guess it's true,you get what you pay for huh.
