Experiencia fantástica: I have been bringing my dog here for over a year even though this location is almost 1 hour away from home. I have always had a good experience with the staff and the doctors. Also the Wellness Plan has help a lot when it comes to his Comprehensive exams, Vaccines and Labs. Very satisfied with this location. This time around Dr . Ezequiel Montanez-Rivera and his assistant I think her name was Sarah were really helpful and knowledgeable and were able to care and resolved my fur baby issues, very communicative as well since I did a Drop-off. Thank you!

Experiencia fantástica: I’m writing this from the parking lot as I cannot believe how amazing this location is! I tried to get my dog Lily into a visit at her usual vet as she was sick multiple times throughout the night, but unfortunately they couldn’t get her in; however, they recommended I call the Winter Springs Banfield location. I called and spoke with multiple great people including Taylor and Dr. E (and I’m sure others but I can’t remember all their names!) but the absolute hero of my day today was Sarah who talked me through Lily’s symptoms, got approval from the Dr. I could bring her in today, and was so genuinely nice, helpful, and patient with me. the office was able to get her in and out in just a few hours and gave me detailed instructions on her recovery and medicines. Sarah’s kind demeanor reduced my stress significantly. Although this isn’t my usual location I will absolutely be adding Winter Springs as a usual after such an amazing visit. Thank you to Sarah, Dr. E, Taylor, and everyone else who helped my dog (and me!) feel so much better today!❤️

Experiencia fantástica: I have been taking my puppy Pollo here since 10 weeks old. We got the wellness plan and have made sure he got all his vaccines on time thanks to the ladies at the front desk for assuring our appointments were scheduled properly. I also like that they follow up to see how he is after his shots. Upon entry everytime my puppy gets greeted with love! He means a lot to me and it’s nice that my puppy has loving caretakers. Shout out to Ashley for always loving him so much even though you were poking him, he still loves you! haha Keep up the great work to everyone here because I never had a bad experience in the past 5/6 times I have come!

Experiencia negativa: The staff is nice and polite; they deserve more stars. However, we were charged nearly $1,200 for essentially a constipated cat. We brought her in because she was obviously in pain and told them she had trouble with a small BM earlier in the day. It's hard to believe that X-rays and blood tests were required to diagnose this. When we picked her up we were told she had a large bowel movement and that pretty much solved the issue. They seem more interested in selling their monthly cost care plan and to me this felt like we were charged more because we did not want the continual care plan. This is my opinion, check my profile, I am a regular contributor with very few low star reviews.

Experiencia negativa: Horrible service. inoperative people. They wanted to charge me more than the plan my wife signed up for. I supposedly went to look for her and lost 2 hours of my work due to their ineffectiveness. They said they took x-rays but when I asked them for the file to have it as a backup for my insurance they told me that the system crashed. A shame for staff and company. A complete shame . Experiencia negativa: Worst place EVER!! My cat is sick so I made an appointment online. Everything was correct t on my end and I got a confirmation from them. I was 10 minutes late because I spent half an hour trying to get my cat in the carrier. When I got there, they said I did not have an appointment even though I had the confirmation email with the address date and time, but the DID NOT CARE ABIUT THAT OR MY PET. DO NOT, I REPEAT, DO NOT TAKE YOUR PET HERE!!!. Not unless you want excuses from uncaring Gen Z idiots at the front desk.

Experiencia positiva: Overall, my experience with Banfield Pet Hospital has been excellent. The staff is incredibly sweet to my dog, attentive to his needs, and always create a playful atmosphere that puts him at ease. Dr. Eskander is an incredible vet! I highly recommend him. However, I would suggest that they improve their scheduling communication. There have been occasions when the appointment time changed without prior notification, only being informed during the confirmation call the day before. Clearer communication in scheduling would enhance the overall customer experience.

Experiencia fantástica: I thank the staff at 5864 Red Bug Lake Rd Bay #5864, Winter Springs, FL 32708. Yesterday, I took my girl for a dental cleaning. They understood that my Luna suffers of separation anxiety and did their best to clean her teeth first time in the morning allowing me to pick her up early, within the safe observation time frame. I feel they prioritized her due to her anxiety. I appreciate it very much! By the way, I am not sure Dr. Eskander performed Luna’s cleaning yesterday, but he is an amazing doctor.

Experiencia negativa: Banfield offers a wellness plan that they pitch to you as being an insurance plan, but it doesn’t cover anything and it isn’t even insurance. It’s actually the total cost of your yearly wellness visits broken up into 12 monthly payments. When I called to inquire why nothing was being covered, I was told it wasn’t insurance and that I couldn’t cancel because it was a 12 month commitment (that was never indicated to me at the time of purchase). NOW, I brought my dog in to check on a bump on her skin, which turned out to be a standard hot spot, and received some surprises on my bill- $45 to buzz/clip 1 square inch of fur where the bump is (pictured), and $132 for an ECHOCARDIOGRAM…. Why on earth are we getting an echocardiogram for a BUMP ON HER SKIN?! There were no reports of heart issues. I have had nothing but terrible experiences dealing with Banfield. They are cold, robotic, and push animals along like an assembly line. I will not be back.

Experiencia negativa: DO. NOT. BRING. YOUR. PETS. HERE!!!!!!! Appalling behavior from BansField and especially Katie, I took in my less than one year old kitten with a hairline fracture on his leg to BansField Vet, I came in two days ago very distraught due to the situation and a chubby, white, brunette lady named Katie “”helped”” me. She manhandled my kitten in front of me- THEN when he yelped in pain (due to the fracture) she scoffed, SHE DROPPED my furbaby about a foot off from the examining table and DISGUSTINGLY said “FINE!!! Walk on it then!” to my kitten, SHE DID IT RIGHT IN FRONT OF ME !!!! Imagine if she took my baby to the back…… she then told me “Well he needs it amputated- cats are okay walking on only three legs” let me remind you— this is a less than one year old kitten with a tiny fracture with plenty of time to grow. Katie didn’t take any X-rays and just came up with this “amputation procedure” on a whim. Very horrible staff, after left, I saw that this “Veterinary Clinic” had a class action law In 2013 for “misleading their clients and falsely over charging” Look it up!!!!! They need to train Katie on properly handling hurt animals and possibly even terminating her. She shouldn’t be handling anyone’s pets. Will never come here again- BAN going to BansFields! Take your money elsewhere they don’t care about your pets!!!!

Experiencia negativa: It breaks my heart to have to leave a review like this, but I have no choice after the way my pet was treated and I was talked down to by a vet tech. My kitten had an accident which caused an injury to his leg on Monday afternoon. At first, I had hoped it was just a sprain and gave him a couple of hours to see what would happen. Closer to midnight, he was still crying and hurting pretty bad and was having trouble doing simple things and I knew this was worse than a sprain. I rushed him to the emergency vet who I could not afford and had to unfortunately decline services there and wait till the morning to go to Banfield as per the emergency vet's recommendation. I have never been to Banfield, this was my first time going this morning. I will say, it will be my last time ever going to Banfield, especially this specific location. Everyone in reception was sweet, they were very kind, prompt, and punctual. It was when the vet tech, whose name I did not catch but should have, came out that the issues started. She came out with an attitude and I should have known right then and there she would be a problem. Like I said, I don't know her name, I didn't catch it, but she was white, wearing dark blue/navy scrubs, and had brunette hair up in a ponytail today (02/06/2024) around 12:00 pm. The first thing she asked me was what the emergency vet concluded and their prices, I forgot to bring the paperwork but I had a picture of their price sheet and showed it to her. She tells me they're around the same price. Of course, I'm not happy to hear this but I at least wanted to converse about it to see what my options are. Before I really began talking with her further, she takes my kitten out and of course he's crying because he's in pain, then proceeds to plop him down and says, "Fine, you can stand on it then." Excuse me? My kitten, who is CLEARLY in pain and needs care, is getting plopped onto a desk with an injured leg and getting told "you can stand on it then." I'm sorry, but that was the first major red flag that I should have gotten out of there immediately. I would suggest whoever runs this location to please check the reception cameras around 12:00 pm (02/06/2024) and just witness her behavior with my injured cat. That is NOT someone who should be working with animals if she is that careless and apathetic to their pain. You have to go to school and have experience for this kind of work, she should know better. After that, my mood shifted big time because I already knew I was going to lose my mind and say regrettable stuff towards her and was trying to hold it together. She proceeded to give me attitude and basically treat me like some lowlife who can't afford their insane prices for a kitten with an injured leg. After going back and forth with her for a minute or so and pleading my case that I am unemployed and currently in school, she then suggests, "Have you considered having the leg amputated?" Are you kidding me? This was seriously a cruel joke. You didn't even care for my pet, didn't even check him out, disrespected him, disrespected me, and now you're suggesting amputating a potentially broken leg without even knowing the scope of the injury and refusing to check unless I can cough up $1000 upfront? I have been told plenty of times that young animals are resilient and typically a fracture isn't cause to amputate anything. But suggesting amputating his leg because I can't afford $1000 for some x-rays and then another $4-6k to possibly do minor surgery -- if it is even necessary, because like I said, they wouldn't even do a service for him -- is bewildering. It is an understatement to say I am angry and very, VERY disappointed. This lack of care or regard for an animal who is suffering is absolutely insane to me. I told them to give me my cat back and walked out of there with tears streaming down my face. The mix of disrespect towards my injured pet and me because I am in a financially tough position right now -- which I explained -- was enough for me to completely lose my temper. Greedy, careless, and shameful.

Experiencia negativa: I genuinely hate leaving negative public feedback, especially for a business I have trusted and recommended to others. My dog has been a patient at this Banfield location for seven years, and we've never had issues until recently. Maybe this was just a one-off, but it was disappointing enough that I am considering canceling our pet care plan and finding a new vet. Before I go any further, I want to emphasize that Dr. Eskander is wonderful, has gone above and beyond for us in the past, and has been the main reason we've been at Banfield for so long. He didn't see our dog this last visit, and maybe that's part of why it was so disappointing. My dog has a mystery injury that has been causing him pain and lameness and has progressively worsened for the past month. When I called to make an appointment a couple of weeks ago, I specifically requested a face-to-face consultation with a doctor because I've noticed that this Banfield location has started insisting on primarily drop-off appointments in the last few years. I was very clear about my desire to see a doctor and NOT drop off and add to my dog's stress. The person on the phone told me that Dr. Eskander wouldn't be available, but a visiting doctor could see us, and they assured me we would have a standard in-person appointment. Sure enough, when we came in for the appointment, we were told it was a drop-off only, and all appointments at this time were drop-offs (11 am.) I don't know who lied to me, the person who scheduled us or checked us in, but it was incredibly frustrating. Either way, we left him because I didn't want to delay getting him seen. We were told that the Doctor would talk to us when we picked him up, and of course, that didn't happen either. When the doctor did call me to chat, it was a brief call, and it felt like they were in a rush to get off the phone. They told me they didn't see anything major on the x-ray, just a little arthritis on his elbow and wrist (not where he had been in pain, by the way.) I want to assume the Dr knows what they are doing, but being unable to talk in person and look at the x-rays with the doctor, I have no idea if they even examined his injury or if they just took a wild guess at what was wrong with him. I'll blame myself because I should have been more persistent on the phone or in the office. I never react in those moments because I am always in shock in situations like this. I don't want to believe that these providers are doing a bad job, but in retrospect, I'm hugely disappointed and think multiple people on their team dropped the ball. I almost forgot to mention that drop off and pick up took a very long time, and even though I saw at least 4 different staff members behind the desk that day, everyone working seemed disorganized, frazzled, and like they were running behind. I try hard to be understanding and patient because of how stressful and unpredictable this line of work is, but I care about my dog's well-being first and foremost, and he did not receive the care he needed that day. Since that visit, his condition has gotten progressively worse, and I don't know what to do. I don't want to take him back to Banfield since they have already x-rayed him and found nothing. I don't feel like they care that he's in pain and getting worse. I don't care about shelling out money for my dog's care, but this last visit felt like several hundred dollars down the toilet. Sorry for the vent. I need to emphasize that this used to be a great location, and maybe I just caught them on a bad day, but I'm now severely disappointed and considering never going back. Drop-off appointments are a great convenience for routine check-ups and vaccines, but it's unacceptable that I give this company over $70 a month for a care plan, and a Doctor doesn't have time to talk to me in person when my pet is injured or ill.

Experiencia fantástica: This pass Saturday I had to bring my cat to them. She was 19 years old and had a seizure and was In heart failure, our vet was closed. It ended up the it was her time to cross over the rainbow bridge. I had never been to a Banfield Hospital before. They treated my husband and I so wonderfully. Dr. Eskander and Hannah were so compassionate and caring. They allowed us as much time as possible with our little girl. I can’t say enough about how they took care of her and us. Experiencia positiva: As I'm new to the area, I'm searching for a vet to care for my three dogs. I took advantage of this place's coupon for a free first time visit. The staff was friendly and my 1:30 appointment was kept. I was shown to a room where a tech took information and entered it into a computer. I was then left alone with the assurance that the doctor would be in shortly. That's where things came off the rails. Maybe you get what you pay for, but after waiting 45 minutes with no veterinarian showing up, I ran out of time and had to leave without my dog being checked at all. Three stars for the friendly staff, but I'll look around a bit more before I decide on where to take my dogs. My time is valuable.

Experiencia negativa: Updating this review: I had a negative experience with a nurse during my recent visit. Despite having made prior arrangements over the phone, the nurse displayed extreme rudeness and visible agitation when I requested that the bloodwork be done in the patient room with me present. It is worth noting that I have made this same request for the past 12 years. The nurse's behavior was unprofessional and uncalled for, considering I had confirmed the arrangement beforehand. Her reaction left me astonished, not even mad, more of confused as to why she reacted so poorly. She proceeded to lecture me on what she believed was best for my pet and told me I was going to wait for a long time for someone else to accommodate my request because she wasn’t going to do it herself. She said, and I quote, "We are understaffed, and I don't feel comfortable doing bloodwork in the room. I'm really good at it in the back, but now it will take longer until someone not as good comes to the room to do that." Unfortunately, I didn't catch her name, but she was the one with the visible poor oral care. Her unprofessional and aggressive demeanor clearly indicates that she believes she can act without consequences. I'm not here to debate the pros and cons of performing bloodwork in the room versus in the back. My main point is that this situation could have been handled in a matter that elevates Bandfield’s customer service brand and with better communication. I felt compelled to remove myself from the situation because of the nurse's behavior.

Experiencia negativa: Unfortunately with Bandfield hospitals you may get an employee that just doesn’t know how to provide customer service. Rude, unprofessional lady last time I went there. She did say they were understaffed so assuming she was having a bad day. Will not come back to this location. You never know what you will get when it comes to professionalism and customer service.

Experiencia negativa: Do not take your dog here unless you expect him to be mishandled, have cheap products used on him, and have them take 0 accountability for their poor practices. My dog went in for a cytopoint injection and he came home worse—they aggressively checked his temperature and his regular vet (from an actual vet’s office not this disgusting corporate avaricious store because that’s what it is, a store) told me they probably checked his temperature aggressively or used very cheap lubricant. When I called they didn’t offer to help at all and the vet tech Ashley said that if I was “trying for a discount” I would have to wait 3 days to even speak to a manager. Awful place. The day I went, another person was complaining that their ‘wellness plan’ was worthless as they charged her hundreds and hundreds of dollars to treat her pet anyway on top of the plan fees. Oh, and if you cancel your plan they will just keep charging whatever months are left on the plan! It would be one thing if they were just greedy but they are incompetent too. They cannot even complete a simple temp check without messing up your dogs glands. Please don’t take your beloved pet here my dog was suffering all week and they merely shrugged it off. Gross incompetence and greed is all you will find here.

Experiencia positiva: Receptionist was rude, I brought my cat in at 7:50 am and they did not exam her until after after 12:30 pm. My cat was traumatized, I attempted to put a small grey cat bed down for her to lay on, panicked she hissed and ran away. The vet recommended that my cat have a tooth removed and even though I have a wellness plan it cost $645.00. The visit was more stressful because of lack of communication and inconsiderate intake staff but my kitty seems to be feeling better and for that I am thankful.

Experiencia negativa: I scheduled an appointment for my dog here. They called to confirm that I would make my appointment. I arrived early for my appointment as was requested. 15 minutes after my scheduled appointment they informed me that the Vet was at lunch. I felt this was extremely unprofessional but agreed to wait. 30 minutes after my appointment time they told me they did not have the medication that I was there for. At this point I explained that I was not very happy and asked to speak to a manager. I was told that no manager was present. I was told that everyone was responsible for fulfilling their roles with no management present. The girl who explained that was smirking at me as she told me. These individuals clearly have no decency in them. I will not go back to a Banfield ever. I would not be willing to trust them with my little buddy.

Experiencia negativa: Front desk people are super rude with bad attitudes. The vet tech (last name Gallo) was the worst part of the experience. She was incredibly rude and clearly only cared about how much money she could get out of us, instead of what was best for my dog. On top of that she dragged my dog by his collar to go to the back even though I kept explaining to her that my dog has very bad anxiety at the vet and if she could carry him in.

Experiencia negativa: My dog has had worm issues going on for over a month now. The first time I took him in with issues they charged me $400 and told me they didn’t know what was wrong but still put him on antibiotics. Ten days later I'm back in there with the same issues. $300 more later they tell me he has worms. Three weeks later my dog is STILL having the same issues. I called today, Jen was extremely rude on the phone. Told me there was nothing she could do for me and that it is my fault because I missed an appointment for more treatment. Meanwhile no one ever told me that he had an appointment for more treatment, no one confirmed this appointment for me, nor did I ever make an appointment for him. My pet will not be returning to a place that clearly doesn’t know how to take care of him. I truthfully just feel bad for my puppy.

Experiencia negativa: Overpriced, minimal care, avoids needed testing to create cost to incur additional cost. Unnecessary comments from front desk staff and do not update appointments/ poor record keeping. To cancel the wellness plan we were told there would be cost to cover each “discounted” visit that the wellness plans covers so we would owe them. Only vet I spoke to once over the phone through the 3 visits we had was nice but still doesn’t do the place any justice for us to continue service.

However, there is clear animosity between front staff and back of house clinical staff when they call them to pick animals up or bring them out front. It did not interrupt the quality of care of my pet. 100% would recommend this vet clinic so far.

Experiencia fantástica: I took my pup to the ER because of his bloody stool And constant vomiting . They sent us home and said it was JUST dehydration. The next day I woke up to what looked like a murder scene. Blood everywhere! I called around to every vet in the area and they were all booked for the day (it was a Saturday). I finally called into the winter springs location which is about a 35 min drive from me. I was told there was no availability but somehow they squeezed me in. After a couple hours and tests, the doctor here was able to find my pup has parasites and sent me home with treatment. After a couple days he is doing so much better already! I went to thank everyone there especially Alyssa and Melissa upfront for all their help!

Experiencia fantástica: Today was an extremely hard day with the decision to end our big dogs fight. The staff could not have been more compassionate for us. My dog, Krueger was fighting severe arthritis and degenerative disk disease and we had great support through the staff and tried everything we could for my pup. Unfortunately the pain was too much for him and us. They made him feel the most comfortable he has been in a while. I felt so much love and I know Krueger did too. Thank you for making this tough day alot more easy to get through. ---------- Love the staff here! Flavia was extremely helpful with and dealing with an issue with Carecredit. Having been there for over an hour on the phone (with my dog fresh out of surgery and a crying baby) with customer service she was beyond patient. The rest of the staff who were there were very patient and helpful too. The surgery went well and I was pleased with the communication! Again I want to thank the staff for everything and all the help.

Experiencia fantástica: I love this new vet my dog is going to , my pupper was not feeling well and Dr, Zamora spring into action and told me to get my dog into the office right away to get my dog on fluids , since she paid attention to my note I left when scheduling an appointment , my dog ate English Ivy and was pretty much going into kidney failure, The staff and everyone in the office were amazing and took such good care of my Brady Boy, she feels and looks way better now than he was when I brought him in and I’m so Thankful for all the time and comfort they gave my Boy, he will go next week for his follow up appointment and hope all is functioning better than before :) He missed his blankee in this picture

Regret to paid more than $200 for this horrible service. Missed my flight because of them. They could do a express shipment, But I guess they have no idea that was possible. Experiencia negativa: I just had an AWFUL experience at Banfield Red bug lake location. I brought my dog in for a rescheduled ovarian hysterectomy due to low platelet count. They performed a second CBC test which read low again. I get a call from the vet saying they can send the reading to the lab for a charge of 100 or so. I did not feel comfortable and wanted to take sometime to decide on what I should do. I was also confused regarding payment b/cuz I have optimum insurance coverage and requested to speak with a manager. Per customer rep. the manager was unavailable and he was going to have her give me a call. Upon release of my dog they did not have me sign any discharge paperwork nor provide treatment documentation. Not to mention while I sat in the lobby I overheard staff speak about customers being annoying/needy etc…. The following day I receive a call from Anai who repeatedly said we need a payment today of $79.60 if not they would send it over to collection agency. I have yet to receive a call from management and did not appreciate their condescending attitude. I WILL NOT be returning to this location! They lack consideration, professionalism and common courtesy. Keep in mind my dog is limping and extremely tired from a blood draw ? Where is my follow up call?

Experiencia negativa: Won’t give the flea medicine my cat has always taken (always purchased through banfield too) without seeing him because it’s been longer than six months. Explained that I no longer live anywhere near a location, and my cat gets severely anxious in the car and could not withstand an hour car ride to their office for an appointment. I have not found a new vet in my area, and needed flea medicine in the meantime. Would rather let pets suffer to make an extra dollar, won’t be coming back. Pet health is clearly the last priority, especially with something that is noted in his file that he’s used for years.

Experiencia negativa: Not at all impressed. Made an initial appointment online 3 weeks ago. Called to confirm 2 weeks ago and was advised to change the time due to their covid procedures. Yesterday got a call asking me to come earlier and in my “lack of sleep thanks to new puppy brain”, I agreed forgetting that my son needs me to pick up from school at the earlier time slot. Called first thing this am to ask to come at the time to have had scheduled, only to be told that’s not possible because dr is leaving early. I get things happen. But that appointment was on the books for 2 weeks. You don’t have someone else to come in and cover if dr needs personal time? I advised I had taken the day off work to get this taken care of and the “best suggestion” they had was to call Oviedo for an appt. I already hadn’t chosen Oviedo due to its poor reviews. So, we have made an appt at a highly reviewed and personally recommended vet. I should have taken the other less stellar reviews more seriously from the beginning I guess.

Experiencia fantástica: The staff and doctors here are amazing. They treat my dog like she's their own. They really take their time to make my dog feel special. Not that she needs it, she thinks everyone she comes in contact with is only there to play with her, and the staff there just proves it. They are great! Going here is a very good experience for my dog and I. I would definitely recommend this Winter Springs location to any pet owner. Banfield has multiple locations, so if I am in need to get my pet seen quickly and the WS location does not have any availability, she can go to another location, all medical records are shared between locations, which is wonderful.

Experiencia positiva: My dogs appointment was scheduled for 10:30AM and they instructed to call upon arrival but to wait in the car. I arrived at 10:10AM and called to check in but Francesca, at the front desk, told me she’ll check me in closer to 10:30 AM and they’ll call me when to bring my dog in. 40 minutes go by- it’s 10:50 AM, my dog and I have been waiting in the car for almost an hour so I called the front desk again to get an estimate of how much longer it’ll take and Francesca informed me that she forgot and never checked me in. The only reason this is not a 1 star is because Dr Eskander was extremely informative and gave me more insight than I’ve ever received on my dogs skin condition.

Experiencia fantástica: We usually use the Oviedo location and have been happy but I had my husband book and he scheduled at this location without realizing. I’m glad he did. I had a sad situation with a cat that was sick and I had to make a hard decision to let her go. Everyone was so sweet and kind. They gave me all the time I needed to say goodbye. Experiencia negativa: Rude doctor, very sarcastic, was asking me, what treatment to give my cat, he seemed like he could care less if he was there or not.

Experiencia fantástica: They offer Wellness plans which is the preventative care that your pet needs and bundles it up, discounts it, and spreads the payments out into monthly payments over a year. You use what you pay for, core vaccines, a set of bloodwork, a heartworm test, a couple of fecals, unlimited office visits, and preventive dewormers. There are different levels of plans that include dental cleanings, urinalysis, tono's, ECGs, ect. It all depends on what you sign up for. But, be prepared there may be a wait if you don't drop off for your 6 month comprehensive exams due to all of the lab test that they need to perform. Its great though and I've had my pets on plans for 16 years now.

Experiencia fantástica: What a different experience than Waterford lakes! The vet saw us in a decent amount of time, was super nice, helpful and personable. They were super busy as well but still worked us in due to the the condition our dog was in, which Waterford lakes banfield didn't even ask what our dogs condition was. The vet tech Drew was funny, knowledgeable, and just an all around great guy. Dr Cosgriff was AMAZING and super helpful and very sweet. Oh and the front office staff weren't rude! They smiled, said hello, weren't being over worked. They were so nice, still can believe the difference. We will happily drive the extra fee miles to avoid that hot mess of Waterford lakes banfield.

Experiencia fantástica: We have been taking our dog Zoe to this location for the past two years. Since we have the Optimum Wellness Plan, she gets two comprehensive exams per year, plus vaccinations, heart worm / flea preventative and a dental cleaning / exam. We love this location! I had previously used a different Banfield for the cat I had several years ago, and I HATED that location. So, for me to love the Winter Springs location means they made a great impression from the start. Usually, Zoe sees Dr. Eskander, but she had Dr. Dibler for her dental last year, and we are so impressed with how wonderful and personable they both are. We feel like both are partners with us in doing what is best for Zoe (who is our 75-pound baby). When Zoe developed major anxiety during her last dental visit, Dr. Eskander talked with us, and together we developed a strategy that worked. I highly recommend Banfield in Winter Springs.

Experiencia fantástica: My pup and I are very pleased with this office! Everyone in that office was kind and made us feel comfortable. They made sure my dog was comfortable while getting his shots and gave him lots of love. The office is clean and welcoming which is a must for a vets office! Even after getting some shots, my dog left happy and wagging his tail! I couldn’t be happier with my experience at this location! I will recommend them to everyone.
