Experiencia fantástica: Took my kitten in with a terribly swollen abdomen they immediately said that I needed to go down to Blue Pearl where they had the expertise and devices to diagnose. Turned out he had FIP. He is being successfully treated with medicine.

Experiencia negativa: I must've forgotten to write a review about my experience from a few years ago.... they gave my cat gabapentin while she was boarding, never informed me of it, despite me calling multiple times to check in on her. Front desk always told me she was fine, when I picked her up they informed me they couldn't handle her and were drugging her to calm her down. If they had actually spoken to me about it, they would've known that gabapentin makes her MORE aggressive and does not help. I rescued a stray cat and brought her here before that negative experience and they did a dental tooth extraction with NO bloodwork. 7 months later the cat was in horrific renal failure, the emergency vet I took her to when I found her collapsed was appalled that this vet did an anesthetic procedure without labwork. Maybe if I caught it earlier I would've had more time with her.... RIP Mumbo...

Experiencia fantástica: Our elderly boxer was having a very difficult time and we could see that she was struggling. Dr. Pultz and the staff worked very hard to help her in every manner possible until she passed peacefully at home. We used Dr. Pultz Senior when he was alive and now his daughter carries on his premium tradition. I would never, ever go any place other than town and country veterinary clinic. They are a fabulous business.

Experiencia fantástica: Have be with this Veterinary for 12 year. Very caring veterinary, all staff are very caring mic the groomer she's very sweet older lady but does a wonderful job in bathing and grooming the dogs. .I also use this vet for my horses ,, show steers and show pigs

From the moment we walk in, were treated to friendly faces, professional integrity and genuine care. It's not a huge, corporate run facility where me and my pet are just another number. I feel very welcome when we come in. My dogs and I have been clients/patients at Town and Country for 30+ years. That alone says it all!

Experiencia negativa: I felt like this Vet is only to nickel and dime you. I went there for the first time for an annual and if I had of done everything they said I would have paid well over $1000. They recommended all these unnecessary meds costing hundreds additional $$$. Second time I went just for a vaccine follow up and they had confirmed with me it was a tech appt. They tried to hit me up for another $150-$200 of things including charging me for a vet appt. DO NOT take your pet here. I heard them doing same things with other pets. They only want to drain to drain your wallet. They claim it’s all preventative and recommendations but it is all to charge you. They take a big long spread sheet of the costs and show it to you before appt. It’s ridiculous.

Experiencia negativa: Took an elderly neighbor to your place of business with her 16 year old chihuahua because that was her second time there and this was a follow up visit. They told her she needed all this stuff done to her dog. $1000.00 later when she felt like they were taking advantage of her I suggested another vet to go to that I have been going to for 20 years. That vet told her that she was a healthy girl, she is 16 years old and she is healthy for that age. I can't believe people would take advantage of someone like that. Very disappointed

When I was referred to town N country they were able to successfully treat all of my pets issues and they both are recovering well. I'm glad I took the advice I was given and am really happy with the results.

I moved to Clermont for several years during that time and traveled to your office regardless how long it took me to get there. Experiencia negativa: A little disappointed. I got a puppy that needs her vaccinations. A few friends recommended I bring her here. When I called about pricing I was told I would be called back in 24-48 hours with a quote. Never got a call back. I'd say it's been almost a week since I called. I waited 3 days before deciding to find somewhere else to bring her.

Everyone is always caring, cordial, thorough and they provide the very best of care to our pets. Our pets are like family -- as are the wonderful folks at Town & County. We drive a distance, passing several other veterinarian clinics, to get to Town & Country in Oviedo. They are THE BEST. Highly recommend.

She has also walked us through both injury and illness with our Shepherd. Her veterinary techs in particular help this practice stand out. They are professionals - very knowledgeable about treatments, medications and pet care - and it is clear to see how much they care about their pet patients.

Experiencia fantástica: I have been bringing my pets to Town and Country since 2005. The veterinarians are always genuinely concerned about the health of my pets. Over the years, two of mine were in dire health crises and they required extreme intervention. The vet tech, Susan, is the tops in anyone's book! Dr. Janet Buckley has been my fur family's main doctor since the death of "Doc" and we could not be more thankful to her and her skills. Dr. Jennifer Pultz is very compassionate and willing to be flexible with very large, unexpected bills - I find that almost unheard-of in the regular medical world, let alone the veterinary practice world. This is a very good practice with a long history of serving farm and domestic animals in the Oviedo area.

Experiencia fantástica: They are very good at taking care of the animals. I've been taking all my pets there since the late 80s Jennifer Pultz is an excellent Veterinarian, along with all her staff. They are taking the Covid 19 outbreak very serious. On your pets appointment day, you call them from your car and let them know you're there. They come to your car to get your pet, gloves and masks on. I highly recommend Town & Country Veterinary Clinic.

Experiencia fantástica: Best vet experience we've had. Our pup was traumatized by an experience with another vet and has been anxious at vet clinics since. We tried another vet and he was very aggressive with our pup and he did not respond well. We moved to the area and found Dr. Pultz, and I am so grateful. Her whole staff was patient and gentle with our dog. He came out of the office relaxed and happy- which is HUGE for our dog. I noticed some reviews regarding pricing at this office. I personally found their prices to be consistent with (if not cheaper than) the other vet office we've been to. I will absolutely be referring friends and family to this clinic.

We had been taking him to Banfield his whole life, and we felt it was time for a change. Everyone in the clinic loved our little guy from the minute he strolled in and through the whole process of having to say goodbye. The entire staff surrounded us with love and compassion and made the whole heart-breaking experience a little more bearable. As soon as we adopted another, we immediately called and they couldn't wait to meet him! Town & Country has become a second family to us and we're beyond grateful to them!

Experiencia fantástica: I have had a few vets over the years. I haven't been disappointed with any of them and have only changed vets because of moves to different parts of Central Florida. Town & Country is very close to my current residence but they have earned me as a customer for life. The practice has been around for a long time and is therefore well-established. Although the doctor whos name is on the sign is no longer with us, his daughter (Dr. Jennifer) maintains the practice and still sees patients from time to time. My recent visits were with Dr. Evers though. He is great and I can't say enough about the rest of the staff. Because it is not a huge office and is simply staffed for its needs, the attention is very personal and everyone there knows you and your animal(s). The head "tech" has been with the practice for a very long time so you can rest assured that your animals are in very experienced hands. I will forever be grateful for the way they treated me and my cat. I think it's safe to say they saved his life!!!
