Fantastic experience: I have 2 two year old macro golden doodles that I’ve had since they were puppies and I’ve taken them to this location with TCAP right after I got them and ever since. I’ve had all their services done there. They are micro chipped. They have been spayed and neutered, and of course, all their shots. The people they are just amazing. The doctors are phenomenal. Just thankful that they have a place like this where when you have two dogs it’s affordable.

Positive experience: I’m going to be ambiguous here. TCAP helped with cost and is great with my fur baby. But, I paid for Romeo to get neutered after many of you cat experts suggested I get him neutered to stop him from roaming and spraying in the house. So I did and a year later he starts spraying again. I called TCAP and they informed me that when neutered at older age they can still spray. So I’m stuck with the same situation again. This stuff smells so bad.

Fantastic experience: I had one feral cat show up and leave 6 babies. I hadn’t had a cat in 30 years. So grateful this place exists (we need a location in Waxahachie). I happily drive the hour! I’m halfway through sterilizing them but so far customer service is amazing, checking in and out is also smooth and the line moves. You can’t find it cheaper! Everyone is very nice! So very blessed to have this option.

Fantastic experience: Well-organized and helpful staff. Scan the QR code upon arrival to send you a text message when your turn is due. A three-copy form will be given to you for completion of information, vaccinations needed and other services (prices are transparently stated on the form). Arrived at around 9:30am, checked-in at 9:37am and finished at around 11am. You can hang out in the nearby park, wait on your car or go home if you live close by. There will still be a line inside when you're called back for your turn but it's a short one. It opens at 9am to 12pm. TCAP is a good option to save money for your dogs and cats. They offer dental cleaning too.

Fantastic experience: Super cheap vaccines, helpful and friendly workers, and the people who are getting shots and other work for their pets are friendly as well. It was great seeing the animal community thrive in a protective location. Scan the code, fill out the paperwork, and they give you a text when your turn is coming up. They are super busy but very much so worth the wait. My dogs are happy and up to date on their vaccines no appointment needed. All other needs you must have an appointment.

Fantastic experience: They are doing really important work. Services here are a fraction of the price you would pay at the vet. This not only helps families get their pets the procedures, vaccinations, and medications they need - but also helps control outdoor stray populations that are threatening wildlife species, especially birds. I have taken two kittens for spay/ neuter services, adding on rabies vaccinations, nail trims, soft cones, and their post op pain meds/antibiotics. The staff are always positive, upbeat, and friendly. You can tell they love the impact they are making on the community. Thank you, TCAP arlington! :)

Negative experience: I was turned down to even get an appointment for my dog because of the breed she is mixed with!!! I thought the whole point of spaying was for the better good. I guess with these people the most important thing is what kind of dog you have

Fantastic experience: First time using T-Cap was in Burleson, Texas in 2012 . I’ve loved their their prices and I had all my cats fixed during quarantine and rabies shots at 12 weeks at location there in hurst Texas off of precinct now I’ve sent friends to have their cats spayed and neutered to the location in Arlington,Texas off 360 S. and Green Oaks. I tell everybody about y’all and I hope they all showed up to get their animals spayed and neutered because you don’t know how much happier you will be once you have this done for your pet. they live a little bit longer and healthier. . They are the best place to be if you need your pet taken care of with vaccines, spay or Neutered take them to T-Cap . Keep up the great job everyone that works for T-Cap We need more people like y’all in this world to take care of all of our pets

Fantastic experience: I brought a stray cat in for fiv testing, and to be neutered. The Arlington clinic was very efficient, patient, kind and informative. I saw the line and thought oh noooo, but we moved quickly. Also upon pickup the follow up instructions were great and they gave plenty of resources. The cat has healed with no issues. I think they have a great operation running there.

Positive experience: It’s a great price @ $60.00 per dog to get all their shots, wait time was 2 hours before they texted me to get in line. The worst thing about this place is that they won’t call your prescriptions in to another pharmacy like Costco for example where I get my pups meds for about 1/2 of what they charge there.

Fantastic experience: I brought my 3 dogs in for their annual vaccinations and I'm very satisfied with how organized everything was! You sign in and wait for a text to get in line so plan on waiting in your car. I ran a couple errands since the wait was about 90 minutes but it's worth it for the savings. Highly recommend!

Positive experience: Vaccines are significantly cheaper but you will wait a couple of hours if you don't get there right before they open.

Every time the staff has been super helpful and kind. You can tell they are true animal lovers. They always take the time to explain everything and answer questions patiently. Fantastic experience: Great service, clinic was smoothly run, clean, and staff were cordial and provided essential information. Prices are incredibly reasonable for all services. Had an appointment for our tomcat, and captured a stray momma cat for spay and they were able to squeeze her in (they do 12 feral spay/neuters per day, we landed in line as #13), which I DEEPLY appreciated.

Fantastic experience: I will continue to bring my babies here, the price is affordable. The staff is friendly. Expect to wait for a while as patients are called in groups A-Z. To my fellow cat owners, if you plan to bring more than one kitty bring them in separate crates. It's required.

Fantastic experience: This place provides pet care at amazingly affordable prices. Be prepared to wait though. I waited 3 hours to get my dogs shots but I arrived at 11:30am. You should have a shorter wait if you get there as soon as they open. This is the busiest location. Great staff, kind, helpful - working as fast as they can so be patient

Fantastic experience: Affordable, Efficient, and Pet-Friendly! I can’t recommend Texas Coalition for Animal Protection (TCAP) in Arlington enough—especially if you’re looking for affordable spay/neuter services and vaccines for your cats or dogs. They have multiple locations, but the Arlington clinic is by far my favorite. It’s always clean, well-organized, and the staff clearly care about the animals and their humans. If you’re planning to go, arrive early—ideally right when they open. Their cut-off time for taking in pets is 12 PM, but if you’re already in line, they’ll still give your pet their vaccines—you just have to be willing to wait. When you arrive, they’ll give you a QR code to join the digital queue (make sure you bring your phone), along with paperwork to fill out in your car. You’ll stay in your car until you get a text when it’s your pet’s turn. I’ve priced around, and taking my pets anywhere else for vaccines would easily cost $200+. At TCAP, it’s a fraction of the price without sacrificing care. I always feel like my pets are in good hands here, and I’m so grateful for the service they provide to the community.

Fantastic experience: They are always so kind dealing with my pets. Their services are very affordable. Their vaccine hours are posted online. If you need to spay/neuter you must call and make an appointment. All dogs must be on a leash. Beware of other people's dogs. If your dog is reactive, please use caution and muzzle, have a harness(not just a collar), and have your animal wait in the car with someone while you stand in line. The staff are very knowledgeable about the vaccines they offer.

Fantastic experience: Everyone was very friendly. I definitely felt comfortable leaving my cat with the staff. Intake was very well organized. My cat was labeled in front of me, so there wasn't a fear of him being switched. I truly appreciated the call letting me know that he made it through surgery well so that I wasn't worried about him all day. I will say, make sure your indoor cat has flea preventative. They put the animal carriers so close to each other, even on top of each other, that your pet will get fleas from another animal.

Fantastic experience: Brought out pit in 2x. Once to be fixed and another time,with our current mix , for vaccines. The staff is very friendly with the dogs and owners. There were two pretty aggressive dogs in while getting the vaccines, the staff was very professional and patient with the owner to get them to calm down. The dogs did and got their shots.

Positive experience: For the first timers: You'll need to get a form from the person at the door, and check in online with the QR code they have. When they send you an email that it's almost your turn, go ahead in. You will probably not get another message saying to go in after that. Otherwise you'll be waiting forever. GREAT STAFF. They are informative, and nice quickly.

Fantastic experience: This is my witty fur baby and today was my first time ever doing this! They made everything so easy and very accessible! We were in and out and the customer service was amazing! I recommend! 10/10 they took great care of my pup I will be going back!

Negative experience: The wait time is terrible. They give you a barcode to scan and tell you the wait time is about an hour. Well, it’s been about three hours and nothing. This place is garbage.

Fantastic experience: They are very patient with the pets and the owners. Took a bit longer as they have a lot of people coming through. Very reasonable price, my German shepherd got 6 shots and was still under 100.00. I bought the heartworm preventing medication for half the price and donated extra towards their service. I encourage people to use their service and donate if you can. Other places could have easily cost me over 200.00 for the visit.

Fantastic experience: We’ve been taking our dogs to the Arlington location ever since it opened. It’s close to us and easy to get there. The staff is always friendly and with three dogs the cost is very economical for us. This last visit was streamlined, quick and easy. We didn’t have to stand in line which was fantastic. Scanned a bar code to check in then was able to wait in the car with the dogs. I received a text message to let me know it was our turn and we went right in. Bing, bang, boom all three dogs were vaccinated and blood drawn in about 5 minutes. Got the results for the heart worm tests within a few minutes, paid and headed home. We will be back next year.

Fantastic experience: It was my first time here, and I truly had an incredible experience. The staff was very friendly and answered all my questions. It's worth noting that if you're going without an appointment, you must be prepared to wait. They have excellent prices, so you won't have any excuse not to take care of your pet's health. The wait time was around an hour and a half, but my cat's stress was minimal. I highly recommend this place.

Positive experience: First time going to this location, the service was very good , but the wait time was long I arrived at 9:49am and I was out 1:10pm it’s the first time I waited this long the location on Burleson was excellent but they moved locations

Negative experience: I had booked my cat neuter at least 6 months in advance. He was 4 months at the time he is now 10 months . They refused to take him because I gave him the a very minuscule amount of salmon last night. When I overheard the lady talking to a white lady about how she fed her cats PIZZA CRUST the night before. I guess since I am not white it was a problem. The only reason my cat even ate anything was because he had ran away for a week . He had ate anything prior then the salmon he had last night . I had to pay 50 dollars to get there and back just to be refused. Hopefully the location on Westport gives me a better experience. I did call the customer service line and I’m waiting for a specialist to respond back .

Fantastic experience: The staff here is absolutely wonderful! I’ve been to almost all the locations for the Feral cat program, and I can say the people here at Arlington always have a smile on their face, and do their best to make the Feral spay/neuter process as stress free as possible. People who participate in TNR, donate their time, money, and resources to help these cats. It’s nice to come in and feel appreciated for it. Being professional, and taking a few seconds to provide a good experience really goes a long way. The manager here is very sweet as well. I had to speak to the manager at another location recently. She didn’t even look away from her computer to address me, and looked annoyed that I even asked to speak to her. Anyway, great job Arlington TCAP, thanks for all your hard work!
