The team texted me throughout the process to let me know how it was going and has been amazing with aftercare. The procedure ended up costing below the low end of the estimate, which was a wonderful surprise. The staff is attentive, caring, personable, and genuinely cares about their pet patients and parents. I can’t recommend Dr. Hancock and her team enough.

Fantastic experience: Thank you Dr. Hancock and team for another great 6 month wellness check up! We have been coming to CDAH for about three years now. I appreciate that when we visit we rarely have to wait to go into the private room, which makes for a much more comfortable visit for our 2 kitties. Dr. Hancock really knows our boys and takes her time to throughly explain any recommendations. When purchasing meds or treatment here, they can often apply rebates immediately which is another great bonus. Highly recommend the VIP pet program!

Fantastic experience: The Vet assistant was very sweet with my kitty baby and the Vet was very thorough in explaining my cat's condition. Kitty seemed very relaxed throughout the whole ordeal. I am very happy with Gabrial's new doctor...The receptionists were very nice too.

Fantastic experience: Well we found our #1 vet spot!! Dr. Tribble is literally the most informative and patient forward doctor I've come across. He completely hears out your concerns, looks into everything, and explains it all in a way you can understand. Super loving and reassuring, plus all the staff are amazing too!! So willing to help out and answer questions over the phone, truly won't be going anywhere else because everyone here is incredible!

Negative experience: I called to make an appointment for my dog to get checked out for allergies as my original vet was not available. First, I had to put down a deposit of $59.99 to even be seen. When I checked my bank account I was actually charged $69.50 which should have been a red flag. To sum it up, I left paying a total of $160.00 and walked out with a office visit and shampoo. Vet did not have any of the medications they advised I would need for my dog. They charged $80.00 to run a simply 5 minute test to determine whether my dog had allergies or fungus. Will definitely not be returning. Please look elsewhere or make sure you get pricing in writing so that when you get there you are not charged a different amount.

Fantastic experience: I absolutely love Dr. Hancock and her assistant, Jenn. They are wonderful and although I was nervous about the spaying surgery, I would have only trusted them with my kitten. The girls at the front desk are also very pleasant. I was notified about all the steps being taken during the spaying procedure. My kitten came home, and I expected to see a big incision, but it is very small and there is absolutely no swelling or discharge that I have noticed thus far. Thank you for taking care of my furry daughter!

Fantastic experience: We have a "special needs" dog whose condition warrants a monthly visit to the vet for an injection. The doctors at Corrine Drive have learned a great deal about our dog's rare condition and are wonderful with him. They are willing to see him once a month and always listen to our concerns. They squeeze us in whenever we have to make an "emergency" visit and do so with the same attention they would if it were a regularly scheduled visit. We have nothing but great things to say about Dr. Duprey and Dr. Tribble.

Fantastic experience: When I arrived as the last appointment of the day and told the vet tech that this was my kittens first appointment with a vet, rather than being annoyed that I had forgotten to inform them of this before, he was extremely courteous and took a good 20 minutes to explain every package/vaccination option and patiently answered every question that I had. I really grilled him about the price of every shot and service because I had been previously burned/sticker shocked at the register of a certain downtown Orlando vet. The tech took everything in stride and was totally open and candid, which was appreciated. Evidently they routinely go over every detail of the visit prior to doing any work instead of just diving in then rushing you to the register. Anyway, the doctor was also remarkably pleasant and took his time to thoroughly examine my cat and answer my questions. Being this was my first cat, I wasn't sure how to clean its ears so, he had 2 techs come in and show me how to properly do this. Little services like that are what set your average (not poor, but I'm sure you've been to a 'blah' vet before) vet apart from an excellent one. The doctor left us with a Kitten Kit which had some important guidelines for cats and included a free month of Revolution, which was a bonus. The tech made sure to go over every form in the package with me as well. Basically, it sounds corny but, you feel like an individual when you were there. Nothing was rushed or assumed, even though I didn't walk out of the door until 20 minutes after their official closing time. The staff was friendly and almost elated to see me and my cat. The cost of our visit was very reasonable as well! I will probably be back soon with my dogs. Bravo, Corrine Animal Hospital.

Fantastic experience: I adopted cat and within a few days was surprised to find out she had an autoimmune condition that attacks her teeth and mouth. Of course I had fallen in love with her, so there was no chance I would return her! I brought her to the Corrine Drive Animal Hospital. She had appointments nearly every 3 weeks for the first year, and every month for the second year - so I have had plenty of experience with this vet's office! I have been extremely pleased with both of the vets and the staff. They are very caring and have provided excellent care. Check out their Pet VIP Program - it has saved me a fortune on office visits!

Fantastic experience: I LOVE Corrine Animal Hospital and it's entire staff. It can really be a challenge to find the right person to take care of your pet. Friendly staff, Doctors, and a CLEAN facility! I personally enjoy the cosy environment that they offer. The office also has a buy back program if you try a product and it doesn't work for your pet, they will reimburse you the difference for the product or offer a trade. They want you to leave with only the best for your pet. My pup gets spoiled by them anytime she visits. The VIP service is also VERY affordable and it holds it's value for the year. I hope you get the chance to at least visit their facilities and make a decision to bring your pet in based on your own experience.

Fantastic experience: I have taken every one of my pets to this clinic. They have helped me from the beginning with our new puppies and have lovingly supported me through the end of my cats life. This veterinary clinic is truly amazing. The entire staff, from the Veterinarians to the front desk are all professional, loving, supportive and truly make you feel at home with every visit. They know our names (and our pets names) when we walk in the door! There is always a friendly warm welcome from them. The Doctors are very well educated, provide great care and advice as well as referrals. We moved about 50 miles away and STILL take our animals here. They are worth the drive!

Fantastic experience: I had the sad misfortune of going her when my cat got severely ill. She had to be put down just before her 15th birthday. The staff was extremely kind and gave me hours in the waiting room with her before I had her put to sleep. They even send me a card afterwards giving me their sympathy. I would certainly recommend. They treated me kindly and gave me every courtesy knowing I was having such a difficult time.

He’s extremely informative, and really takes his time to answer any and all questions— he’s very upfront and honest, isn’t pushy whatsoever with recommending any unnecessary procedures/tests like other veterinarians I have brought my pets to before. Fantastic experience: My little guy was sick and a new patient to Corrine Drive Animal Hospital. Initially, I was so thankful and impressed with the reception team for fitting Palmer in within such short notice. I called in the morning and they had an appointment free the very next day and even offered to refer me to their sister location in Maitland for a same-day appointment if needed. Historically, my 4-year-old house cat struggles greatly with the vet. He turns from my sweet, playful ball of fur into an anxious predator. The staff comprehensively were patient, accommodating, gentle, professional and meticulous with Palmer’s care. His plan of care was well-thought out and appropriate given his circumstances. Dr. Hancock reviewed and updated me as every step of Palmer’s treatment was completed and provided thorough explanations and recommendations that are easy to follow. What I am grateful for the most is that my pet wasn’t just another patient, he was treated as simply Palmer- with the upmost patient-centered care approach. Not only was Palmer taken care of with such gentle loving care, we were in and out of the office in just over an hour. For anyone looking for a dependable, personable and knowledgeable team, I hands down recommended Corrine Drive Animal Hospital. Thank you again!

Negative experience: This vet will not verify medication for pet meds or chewy. They also did not order/ send in a urinalysis test after I paid for it. Too many balls dropped between the techs and the vet, can not trust them with information or calling you back. Such a same since our first visit went so well. I was planning on bringing my other baby into them as well. Avoid this place and the headache.

Negative experience: I took my puppies here for a couple months, a couple years ago. While the doctor is knowledgeable and polite, I won't take that away from her. The intent here was clear that profitability was first and foremost. They had me coming back for weekly screenings and checks for things that I didn't even come there for, that were unrelated and for a bit I was actually buying into it, but the original root cause of what I needed treated was just pushed off for later, and not considered "a priority". Ultimately a few months later, one of my little ones got sick, and passed. I don't blame them for her passing, but I still wonder if this could have been prevented if the doctor actually focused on the problem instead of trying to upsell random other monthly services and checks that were unrelated. I talked to my friends about this and they all thought it was bizarre that the doctor had me spending $1k per month on random things that were unrelated to why the dog was taken there in the first place. I regret coming here. It was a massive waste of money, and their focus is more on profit than pet care. Come to think of it, my first appointment there, they had a candle lit to signal the passing of another pet in the office, I should have taken it as a warning sign, or maybe some of the procedures being done to these animals are making them sicker and nobody is catching on...

Fantastic experience: I cannot express how grateful and thankful I am to have this hospital be of service for my cat Luna. She lost a dramatic amount of weight after I came back from my vacation a month ago and it was bad to the point where she couldn't eat or drink even if she wanted too. She has separation anxiety and gets stressed out easily so it didn't help either. I went to an animal hospital that pretty much denied me service as I couldn't afford a $4000 down payment for all the procedures they needed to do on her. They suggested I euthanize her as they didn't believe she would survive after losing so much weight and proceeded to offer cremation services if I did take that route. They were adamant about money as all I could afford was a measly $200 at the time and mind you this happened in a span of a week. The nurse made sure she got my money before I left as I denied their service and I was left in shambles crying my eyes out until I decided to call Corrine Drive Animal Hospital hoping I can get some kind of help. Nicole is the DVM and she was the one who answered my call and heard how desperate I was as I couldn't imagine my life without my cat Luna. She honestly saved my cats life as I was $200 short of money and had no idea how to handle the situation at the time. She gave me advice on what to do with Luna since I couldn't do any kind of appointment till I got paid, which was today. A week has gone by and my Luna literally amazed me at how much she was willing to fight with my help and my fiance's help. If it wasn't for her and her fellow colleagues my cat would of not made it regardless of how strong she is. I only had to pay what I actually could afford and not some outrageous price like a hospital would normally charge for the same services needed. I will always treasure people who go out their way to help those in need despite money being involved. I definitely recommend this location and I forever will go to them for Luna and our 4 other cat babies as they all came from the same mom, different litters. Thank you to everyone who helped me at this hospital and took great care of Luna. I thank Nicole especially for putting herself out there, not only as a vet care worker but also as a decent human being who cared enough to show compassion in dire circumstances. I will forever cherish this memory and will always talk highly of them for going above and beyond for my Luna ❤️

Fantastic experience: Great people work there, very caring staff. I also got a last minute appointment which was very helpful with my dog having complications from getting fixed elsewhere. I was very worried and they calmed me and gave me helpful meds. I highly recommend this place.

Fantastic experience: I can say enough about the friendly, kind, caring staff - front desk, techs, vets, assistants… everyone. They’ve met all our needs and truly love animals. Our dog, Elmo, is always excited to go in despite the treatments that may be uncomfortable sometimes, I’m sure. I recently had to drop something off at another vet’s clinic for a friend and received an unfriendly reception, which made me appreciate Corrine even more.

Fantastic experience: Corrine Drive hospital is about a mile from my home. I am so thankful for the ability to have my dogs treated quickly and nearby for emergencies as well as their monthly injections, nail trims, etc. I get all of their meds refilled there and they are super prompt with their responses to my calls. All of the doctors these are fantastic: Dr Hancock is a gem and Drs Quinones and Castillo and great newer additions. Special shout-out to Dana at the front desk for being so patient with me too!

Fantastic experience: Overall a great practice! The small parking lot can be a little tricky since my dog hates loud noises but I try to make my appointments not at busy times and that's seemed to help a bit. Great central location and great staff. The techs are all so fantastic! I know my dog isn't their most favorite since I'm sure they see a lot of great dogs. That said, when I leave I'm halfway convinced he is.

Fantastic experience: Took my Labradoodle for the first time yesterday. Cindy was absolutely accommodating. I called her multiple times and she was always kind and understanding. Never felt like she did not have time for me. Mary Anne (the vet tech that saw me- sorry I think I got her name wrong) was amazing! Since everything is curb side with COVID, she stood out in the sun and listened to all my concerns (easily 10 minutes or more) and wore everything down to pass on to the veterinarian. She was so so friendly! she took pictures of all the products I was using on my pup, and never felt rushed. She took her time to be very thorough with collecting data on my dog. Loved her so much. She put my mind at ease and gave me lots of feedback and advice. The Veterinarian Dr.Hancock called me a bit after that after examining my dog. She broke down every thing she recommended, everything she saw on my dog, and put everything in a list of priorities as to what should be done first to resolve his issues. She was very kind as well, friendly, and easy to talk to. She also helped ease my nerves. His skin issues are new to me and have no experience with them. It was nice to feel well heard and given options. I am very pleased with my visit. Going back in 2 weeks for a follow up.

Fantastic experience: Oliver is a new client and his annual wellness visit was quick, well organized and professional. Dr. Hancock is thorough and explains everything clearly. The office is extremely clean and the staff is very friendly. A great experience. Will definitely be returning.

Fantastic experience: I have been looking for a new veterinarian after feeling more like a number than a valued client at the other clinic we had been going to. My dog, Frank, is the MOST unlucky dog when it comes to---well, everything. Allergies, skin infections, good night almighty. So needless to say, we are at the vet's A LOT. The first thing that is different at this office than our last one was the amount of caring employees. Holy moly, it's like going to your friend's house. Everyone is very kind and caring. You can tell that animals are their passion, not just a job to do. The second thing that is different is the amount of time they spend with you. We've seen three doctors so far, Dr. Hancock, Dr. Quinones , and Dr. Duprey. All of the staff, the techs, the doctors, take their time with you to explain everything that's going on with your animal. Dr. Duprey even drew me a diagram to explain the difference in how cytopoint worked vs. apoquel. At our last office, I felt more rushed and not heard. Dr. Hancock & Dr. Quinones spent quite a bit of time with me explaining how they will monitor my dog's allergies and the game plan going forward. They do charge similarly to our last vet, but they do have a yearly program (which is about $124ish?) that makes the exam fee charge go away, gives you a discount on vaccinations, gets you (i think) one teeth cleaning per year. They also take CareCredit which is nice b/c one of our bills was --um-- a lot. They are definitely worth the price though! I highly recommend this office, I feel that we are receiving a very high quality of care.

Fantastic experience: I cannot say enough good about this place! I just got a Golden Retriever puppy and I'm new to the area, Corrine was close so I went with it. The staff is SUPER friendly, personable and helpful. They listen to all your questions and concerns and give great advice. I was scared that my puppy would fear the vet, but he loves them there and is happy to go! After every appt. they call and check on him too. The cost is very fair and they offer a VIP package which after one fee you get discounts and unlimited vet visits for a year. If you're having a hard time choosing a vet, I would highly recommend here!

Fantastic experience: My cat baby was a new patient and she was having a skin problem so this was the first vet in the area that was able to take her in. All other vets seemed to have too many patients which made me believe my baby was going to be rushed and overlooked. Corrine Drive took her in right away and absolutely loved her. My appointment was at 5 pm and the doctor called me about 40 mins later and spoke with me for a good 40 mins. The first 10 minutes we just talked about baby in general and it really made me trust this doctor right off the bat. She really does genuinely care about all the animals she treats. She gave me the treatment plan and the vet techs did not make me feel pressured at all to buy everything that was recommended. Overall great customer service and knowledgeable and caring vets. I would highly recommend for Corrine Drive for any new patients.

Fantastic experience: This is the BEST veterinary hospital Central Florida has to offer. The doctors and staff are amazing to say the least. So professional, responsible, always providing the best service and knowledge there is. Every time I go to their offices whether in Alafaya or Corrine drive the staff receives me and my dog Bimbo with a big smile and positive energy. Dr. Duprey and the other doctors have such great communication skills. Always taking their time in the room to examine my dog and informing me of any findings, while also taking the time to explain if I don’t understand. Even if it’s just the yearly physical, they still chit chat with you to see how things are going... it makes me feel like family. Thank you for everything you all do and for taking care of my little fur baby!!!

Fantastic experience: I took my dogs to Corrine Drive Animal Hospital while living outside of Baldwin Park. It was close and convenient. The VIP Pet Program was great and totally worth it. Dr. Hancock is the SWEETEST person and so knowledgeable. I trusted her totally with my dogs and would recommend this vet to anyone. I now go to their sister vet in Maitland (Maitland Animal Hospital) since it’s closer to my new home, but both are fantastic and I am happy to continue taking my dogs to them.

Negative experience: Never go to this facility. My little dog was killed by another dog while being boarded for the weekend. The veterinarian admitted that dogs could get out of their runs. However they took no precautions to ensure it never happened again. Your pets are not safe here. There are cameras throughout the building and so they just watched my dog getting killed.

Fantastic experience: There are great vets, good vets and there are not good vets. Corrine Drive Animal Hospital is a great animal hospital. They were very thorough and gentle with my cat Maxwell Smarticus. And every person there that I met really seems to love animals. I know that might not be a requirement to be a good Vet or assistant, but for my animals it is a requirement. One of the last vets I went to had an employee who hurt Maxwell by being rough with him, and I will never let that happen again. I highly recommend Corrine Drive Animal Hospital for your pets.

Highly recommend joining their VIP club so your appointment fee is waived. It's really helpful if your pet gets sick and you end up having to go in a lot.

Negative experience: I think I have made my last appointment. Have taken my 3 cats there for the past few years and it has always been very expensive. Always try to upsell you on services. Normally I am used to navigating around that (its an effort every time), but this time I needed a health certificate for travel, and they charged me $125 just to sign the paper, on top of the exam and vaccinations! I later found out that most vets charge between $35 and $50 for this same form! Totally unprofessional in my opinion to take advantage of customers like this. I will be finding a new vet for the future.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Correa is the absolute best, we travel a long distance to see her. She is friendly and knowledgeable and never rushes us through our appointments. She loves and cares for our little guy as if he was her own pup. Our Schnauzer mix is the closest thing we have to a child and we wouldn't trust him with anyone besides Dr. Correa. I would highly recommend her to any pet parent!!

Negative experience: Wasn't impressed. Totally willing to pay for great vet service, but to pay a lot and not get follow ups on test results and treatment plans based on those results made all the test worthless to anyone but the doctors pocket. Didn't like the office manager either. I don't know if they're unorganized or just lie about doing things like emailing you test results, but either way, it's not a good place for your dog. Try Loch Haven Animal Hospital instead. I've really liked them.

Negative experience: This is the second time I've come in to this vet. My dog recently had puppies. Mom wouldn't eat the first time so they prescribed me expensive prescription food, which didn't help. The second time one of the puppies was aspirating/choking and I rushed to get help. They made us wait for ten minutes before begging for someone to do something about our wheezing puppy. They took her to the back and someone came out to tell us she was "stable" (aka in the same condition we brought her in). After asking me to wait/be patient and not offering any help whatsoever, we left and took her to another vet who took us right away due to it being an emergency. We took the puppy to Lake Underhill Animal Hospital, who took her back right away and provided oxygen (the staff at LUAH is incredibly accommodating and understanding and very nice as well). I cannot comprehend how no one on their staff was able to provide any help or even a comforting word. Avoid this place at all costs. (This is a duplicate of my review on Yelp which someone just asked me to share on google because she recently had a horrible experience there as well and wanted this review to be shared by potential patients)

Negative experience: At a glance: * I brought in two dogs for routine vaccinations, stool sample, and heartworm test. When I checked out, my bill was over $700! After removing unnecessary garbage that was padding the bill, it was still over $300. As a frame of reference, my usual vet visit for all the same stuff averages about $180. Pros: * Everyone from the clerks to the vet techs to the doctor was polite. Cons: * The doctor is an extremely verbose salesman. He can't say anything in fewer than 5,000 words. He immediately started pushing different heartworm and flea treatments than what I was using, even though my dogs have neither heartworms nor fleas, and even after I explicitly stated that I wasn't interested in switching heartworm or flea treatments. * The area is pretty run-down and ugly (it's not inside the borders of nearby gorgeous Baldwin Park). * The building is tiny and not pleasant to be in. The waiting room is too small for more than 2 dogs at a time. * I had an appointment and showed up exactly on time, but I still ended up waiting a long time to be seen. * Prices are the highest out of any vet I've ever been to. * Their pricing and billing practices are shady as hell (see below). Details: * They automatically add a $120+ VIP membership fee (per animal) to your estimate unless you notice and decline it. I declined it, but it was back on my bill again when I checked out. * Most vets will provide an itemized estimate for the cost of your entire visit, with all animals listed together on the same invoice and a total cost at the bottom. Of the 6 other local vets and dozens of other non-local vets I've been to, this has always been the case. This vet, however, handed me two identical (literally) estimates, so I assumed one was a copy, but instead, it was two separate estimates, one for each animal, and neither had the total bill amount listed. * They babble on and on while you're trying to read your estimate, making it difficult to pay attention while reading it and spot the VIP membership and other padding on it. * They charge one giant fee to cover all routine stuff, rather than letting you pick and choose which vaccines and tests you want. This makes it difficult to know what you're getting and what additional things you might need to ask for, which gives them leeway to pad the bill even further, which leads me to... * When you get your dog tested for heartworms, most vets simply use phrasing along the lines of a "blood panel to check for heartworms." This vet includes the heartworm lab as part of their general package, but you can't tell that by looking at the estimate, because it just lists the general package without any of the specifics of what it includes. However, if you ask for a blood panel to check for heartworms, rather than explaining that the general package already includes that, they add an additional $110 blood lab without making any distinction about what it is (it's actually the pre-anesthetic eval that vets normally do before some kind of surgery to see if it's safe for your dog to go under anesthesia, NOT a heartworm antigen test). Conclusion: High prices are tolerable if they make sense, such as being in a nice area with a nice facility and exceptional care, but their prices are exorbitant for no apparent reason. Mediocre veterinary service + expensive and SHADY AS HELL business practices = I will not be a repeat customer.

Positive experience: I REALLY liked the female vet at this location (forgot her name). She was always extremely thorough with both my dogs. The staff is also exceptional when it comes to customer service. While I hate the "hard-sell" feeling I got when they came in with the bill - always felt like I was being presented with far more than I could afford - they were good about helping me determine what was an absolutely necessity and what was highly recommend to help my dog. In terms of pricing, they were higher than my previous vet (however I must disclose that he went out of business so that probably says something there) but they do provide excellent service and I always felt like the vet was extremely thorough and knowledgeable. I also loved the VIP program. It made me far more likely to bring my puppy back in for general check-ups or when something seemed off because my office visit was already paid for. I was a BIG fan of that program.
