Fantastic experience: Today's visit was for my 4yo Golden Retriever to receive his CIV booster. My dog was greeted by name before we even entered the lobby. The staff was coming in from a group photo on their fundraising achievement to aide an Asheville NC animal shelter affected by Helene. My dog kept his tail wagging the whole time even as he was injected. The entire staff has the welfare of all animals as their number one priority. Highly recommend their services.

We have a reactive dog who is nervous around other dogs and the office is always so kind and helpful with him. They make sure he is able to go to a room without having to see other dogs. They’ve always taken great care of my dog! Definitely recommend this vet.

Fantastic experience: Dr Stroud is amazing, she really cares about the treatment required for our cocker spaniels ,Bentley, Hershey and Mango. She is sweet , professional, polite, practical and specific with anything needed. Every time we go all the personnel assistants are really attentive and polite. Whenever we have questions about anything they make sure we understand and have clarity on it. If you need any veterinary services I really recommend coming to Garden Veterinary Clinic 100%.

Fantastic experience: My dog is extremely anxious, so trying to find a new vet that we were both comfortable with had me stressed. But I was very impressed with Dr. Berger and my dog absolutely loved her!! He was so comfortable by the end of our visit and he’s doing so much better. Fantastic experience: I’ve been taking my dog Sequoia to Garden Vet Clinic since they were located on Par. I came from a previous vet that I was not happy with at all. I read a lot of amazing reviews that made me pick Garden Vet Clinic and hopefully this review helps you! I really like their style of rooms. The doors are half/barn style doors so the dogs can see out and so can the humans. It just feels more transparent vs. my previous office where you were closed in. I also love that they give her shots and most treatments in front of me. I feel like they include the owner in the care and there’s nothing hidden. My dog used to SHAKE uncontrollably at our last vet...signs that she was so scared. Same with a bad groomer we had. Now she’s totally fine, although alert, at Garden Vet (and her new groomer). Our pets tell us how they feel and it’s our job to listen! Last year, Sequoia reached 48lbs and it was too much weight for her hips. Garden Vet helped me understand how I could bring her weight back down in a healthy way. She’s now 42 lbs! They always let me decide what I want to do with her and what I would prefer to wait on. Last year I couldn’t afford bloodwork, so we passed. This year we did it. When reading the results, they took the time to explain things and listened to any of my concerns. I arrived late to our appt due to work/car issues/childcare etc and they still made time for us on my short lunch break. I would say that Garden Vet Clinic leads with compassion and empathy, and creates a safe environment for our pets. Thank you!

The facility is brand new, clean and amazing for the animals as well. The staff was incredible from start to finish. I had even emailed a question a week or two later and heard back within 30 minutes, incredible customer service as well as some of the best pricing you will find at a vet. 10/10 recommend!

Fantastic experience: We have been clients of Garden Veterinary Clinic for four years since relocating to the area. We have an older dog who can, at times, be reactive to other dogs. The staff worked with us to arrange late day appointments, helping us transition from the car inside to a room, and been very friendly and kind to him. He isn't stressed when visiting for check-ups and vaccination, and happily lets the vet tech take him back for blood work. I appreciate their commitment to caring for our aged, somewhat unpredictable dog, with deep respect and care. We're thrilled to have found the team there, and highly recommend them.

Positive experience: Switched vets about a year ago. I wasn't happy with the one I found when we first moved to Florida. I've been happy for the most part with Garden Veterinary Clinic. For the most part, my only complaint is the wait time. Even with an appointment, my last few times in we've waited in the front area for over 20 minutes to be taken to a room. I was in the first person to walk in for my appointment after the lunch break and yet they took the 4 people that walked in after me back first. But other than that, we've been really happy with the front staff and all the vet and assistants. My senior pup hates going to the vet, but I know she'll be taken care of here.

Fantastic experience: Our groomer suggested we get an allergy injection for our dog. Garden Vet saw us in a very timely manner and when we arrived the shot was ready and we were in and out in a matter of minutes. I highly recommend Garden Vet as your primary vet.

Fantastic experience: The absolute best place I've ever taken my dog to. My pup loves the staff there so much and she can't wait to go in and get pets and attention from everyone there. They were also the only vet's office that was able to diagnose and treat her allergies and ear infections properly. I had tried four other vet offices in the Orlando area. I had previously seen Dr. Berger for a last-minute visit at the vet office I had been taking both my cats to for several years. She was extremely thorough and comforting, and took great care and interest in my cat's health. They were so patient with my dog and were intentional in making her feel safe in the appointment. The pricing is fair (some places charge some random/ unnecessary fees) but not here. I also got follow up emails explaining what needs to be done for the future to make sure my dog is healthy. I am super grateful for this clinic!

Fantastic experience: We love going to Garden Vet! Our dog gets very anxious at most veterinary clinics but the dog friendly furniture and overall environment at this place makes him feel more comfortable like he is at home. They usually even put a few tennis balls in the room for him to play with! The girls are always very attentive and treat our pup well even though he can be difficult to work with. Keep up the good work ladies!

Fantastic experience: We switched to this family owned clinic after doubts about a chain vet treatment plan for our dog, Baldin, and found the staff kind and knowledgeable, and their testing appropriate and consistent with standard vet practice. The biggest help, because this was an urgent situation, was that they were able to get us an appointment with a local and top-notch cancer clinic the next business day after our appt. with Garden Vet Clinic. This was really a stroke of luck, since cancer specialists can be impossible to get a timely appt. with. Baldwin is now in the hands of the specialists, and the immediate appt. may be the difference between whether he can survive this cancer or not. It goes without saying that we now pray our beloved pet can make it through this crisis and have a happy and comfortable life for as long as possible.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Lindblad very kindly saw my cats in the summer of 2022 as brand new patients when we had an emergency - in fact, Garden Vet was the *only* non-ER vet office that would do so without them already being established patients. Ever since, we've been taking our cats to see her and Dr. Berger. The vets, techs, and staff are so incredibly kind and caring, and their expertise gave us almost 6 more months of quality time with our older cat when he began showing signs of hypertrophic cardiomyopathy in November of last year; they cared for him (and us too!) right up to the very end of his life. I would not hesitate to recommend Garden Veterinary Clinic to anyone in the area who is looking for a great vet!

Negative experience: Review is based on my experience with the front office. Not the doctors: Called to set up a new patient appointment for my cat. Front office wanted a $25 deposit, which I found unusual but didn't mind considering it goes towards the exam fee. I realized I needed to reschedule the initial appointment moments after I hung up. For the next week, I could not get a hold of this office. I never even had a chance to leave a voice-mail, considering the line was always busy. I even sent out an email but never got a response. I ultimately didn't go to the appointment, not so much because of the scheduling conflict, but more so that this office doesn't seem reliable in the least bit if I needed to reach out about something serious regarding my cat. I lost $25 and found myself contemplating if I had just gotten scammed and given out my card info to an unreliable source. Thankfully, that didn't seem to be the case.

Fantastic experience: After our veterinarian retired we researched a number of veterinarians in the Orlando and Winter Park area. After a disappointing experience, with another veterinarian we visited the Garden veterinary clinic. When you first walk into the clinic, you're aware that something is different, the staff is exceptionally kind, considerate and competent. We next, met Dr Erin Linblad Who gave our two-year-old cat his yearly physical and treated him for allergic rhinitis. She was extremely thorough and very compassionate and warm. since our first meeting , she has treated both of our cats. She and her staff are absolutely exceptional. Fantastic experience: My kids have been patients of Garden Vet for years! They are like family. Each pet is treated individually according to their specific issues. They take into account your specific issues too. For example I'm getting older and it's difficult to lift my aging 80 lb lab. They have come to the car and lifted him out. They also will come out to the car if he's only needing his monthly shot or nails clipped. They will advise you of each test, the cost and how urgent it's needed so you can make decisions based on what you can afford. They love your kids as if they are your own. I have tried other vets but they don't match the care, compassion, empathy and love that Garden Vet gives.

Fantastic experience: I have a 12 year old shih tzu and we’ve been going here for about 2 years now. Reasonable priced and the staff is always so kind and understanding. They’ve helped me find specialists if I need it. I will say the hours aren’t the best if you work a mon- Friday however I make it work.

Positive experience: Initially, I was very impressed. Its warm, clean and very friendly atmosphere. Lots of young clientele and young female veterinarians. Easy to book an appointment. However, after a recent poorly managed dental experience with my elderly dog, I lost confidence in the clinic. Although the owner was receptive and caring to our situation, I felt it best to go back to our more experienced neighborhood vet.

Fantastic experience: This is a great vet practice. We came to them late in our cat’s life because our vet closed. Our cat was already sickened but they were concerned and sympathetic. Their care was thorough but they did not over-treat or over-order testing. When it came time for us to make the decision to put her down Garden Vet could not have been more accommodating or sensitive. I can recommend this friendly professional practice without reservation.
