Negative experience: This place killed my dog! Went there cuz my dog was having heavy breathing. Doc recommended couple meds. Didn’t work. Went back week later. Put him on more meds. The very next day after taking the new medicine my dog started acting lifeless. No appetite no energy no nothing. So we took him back and the doctor says “oh sorry we prescribed him the wrong dosage “was only suppose to be half what I was giving him. A week later my dog died, he never recovered. Take ur dog here for vaccines and little things but PAY EXTRA AND TAKE UR DOG SOMEWHERE ELSE when it comes to the more serious things. Rip

Negative experience: Told me one price then when I checked out it was doubled. I asked for the Office manager, and the front desk girl (who was very rude BTW) said she was busy. She took my name and number and the they never called me back. When Dr. Atkins was their, it was always busy maybe I know why their so slow now. Finding another low cost, high quality vet.

Negative experience: CAUTION ***Long waits and prices always increase It feels like every 6 months. The doctor isn't accommodating. if your pet need something else A certain shot, exam blood work or fle tick meds you will have to make another appointment another day! Wouldn't recommend this place for your pets care. I won't be back!

Negative experience: This doctor could give two craps about my dog. Didn't examine her, looked at one side of teeth and inside one ear. Then told me I needed to order double xrays at $200 and a blood test for $175. Just to tell me nothing was alarming. And then told me to come back in 2 weeks. Nope. Never again!

Positive experience: Very friendly and affordable, however they rarely answer the phone.. sometimes takes me days to get ahold of them which can be frustrating.

Negative experience: The level of unprofessionalism that Dr. Atkins and his employees shows is profound. The hours on Google are incorrect, and as per their secondary location they know that the hours are incorrect, but don't care to change them because "the doctor makes his own hours". Of course, this makes it ridiculously difficult to get in touch with him, to get the results of the tests we got done back, or to get absolutely any updates at all. Ridiculously unprofessional when you are waiting to hear back about whether or not your cat is experiencing a potentially fatal health problem. The secondary location is staffed by a bunch of recently graduated (or at least they act like it) vet technicians, none of whom are remotely qualified or knowledgeable. They could not answer any of the questions we had regarding our pets health. Not one. This location DELETED our cat's X-Rays and had us come back in to redo them at the second location. The second location then proceeded to do the x-rays entirely incorrectly, they did not spread my cats limbs out, and then they proceeded to sell us a copy of the x-rays on a BLANK cd for $2. To say this "Dr" is incompetent is putting it incredibly mildly. This location is a joke and I hope this "dr" gets his license revoked for malpractice. DO NOT BRING YOUR PETS HERE. They have no clue what they are doing and they simply do not respect you or your pets to put it bluntly.

Fantastic experience: I went it for just a Rabies shot. New patient with my dog. The Receptionist was nice and informative. & Dr.Diaz was nice, he came in said hello and gave my dog his shot. Asked us if everything was okay at home with him. & $5 later I was a happy client. Will be returning for an actual exam next time!

Fantastic experience: Me and my husband took our dog to semoran & 408 bc she was in labor and thanks to Dr Diaz my dog was saved she almost died because she was really tired and couldn't do it no more and thanks to him my dog and my pups survived e and my husband have always taken all of our dogs there and his always been really nice and good with all of our dogs we thank you so much Dr Diaz.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Diaz and his staff are truly wonderful people. They treat your pets amazing and offer late sick visits. I will continue using them as long as he's there.

Negative experience: I would stay away from this vet!!! We had an appointment for our cats and had to wait over 30 minutes. We had a wellness exam done (around $50) and all they did was check the heart rate, something I could have done myself but still charged $50 for that. We also ordered for vaccines and the way they treated my cats was BARBARIC, it was hard to watch them handle them that way. They grabbed them by the neck and slammed them on the metal table. I was not happy at all with the way they treated my cats and I will never come back here again. My cat always behaves and is okay with vaccines but she started crying and ended up bleeding a little afterwards. NEVER AGAIN. I rather pay a little more for a decent vet where I know they will treat my pets with care.

Fantastic experience: I love this vet. They are always so compassionate and thorough. My whole pack of German shepherds feel super comfortable with Dr Atkins and they are a picky crew. Prices are incredibly reasonable and they always go over pricing before any services are rendered.

Negative experience: I notified this office to let them know that our Pomeranian had passed away & was cremated and to remove him from their system/ do not send vaccination reminders. They confirmed my information and said ok. What did they do months later? That’s right you guessed it!!!! send vaccination reminders. This office sure does know how to dig up old hurtful wounds of losing a dog son. He was our family member that we lost please don’t send any vaccine reminders. Smh

Fantastic experience: Wow, SUCH a nice vet clinic. I'm amazed at the great care my very elderly cat received for his severe dental issues, and at an unbeatable cost. I do cat rescue, so I'm very familiar with what vets charge, and this clinic is FAR less than any I have used. The office is very no frills, you may have to stand while waiting, but the staff and vets are top notch and that is all I care about. Super sweet receptionist, and the most friendly vet tech I ever met - Jose O! I live pretty far from this clinic but will make the trip when needed. Call in advance since appointments fill up fast.

Fantastic experience: Vet is gentle, knowledgeable and very thorough. Made me feel like I am doing a good job with my dogs. Vet care is expensive but he was willing to work it out either way. He had the answers to my dog problems and Im glad I listened . My baby girls are feeling great and I know they are in good hands.

Fantastic experience: We did not need to see the doctor but the young lady at the front desk is always so courteous. She is very tuned-in to prices and services that they offer she is an amazing front office person. The price here at Atkins cannot be beat by any other animal clinic in this area. These people do a great job and our dogs just loved them. We will continue to use them for years to come.

I’m driving up there this week finally but please don’t come here. I came here for multiple pets and thought I could trust them but it’s very obvious I can’t. DO NOT COME HERE.

Fantastic experience: I had the yearly appointment for my dog, and they took very good care of Jett, also, they trim the nails, and what I love about that place is the staff and the price, it is very affordable

Fantastic experience: Dr. Rich and everyone else at this location was awesome. For a small office, they are really efficient and show that they really care for your fur baby. They are considerate, professional and friendly. Dr. Rich doesn't rush through the exam and he is detailed with his prognosis and treatments. Definitely recommend bringing your baby here.

Negative experience: I have Always taking my pet to this clinic unfortunately this year they obligated me to give my dog small breed the Lipto Which is a very dangerous vaccine to give small dogs and toy breedsSo I have no other choice than to find another Vet Who understands and knows the dangers of giving a toy breed the Lepto vaccine

Negative experience: Nobody’s allowed in the vet with their animal, and were told to sit in the car for hours at a time while waiting for our pet to be seen, my appointment was at 9 o’clock and it’s 1052 and I’m still sitting in the car waiting for my dog to come out, not to mention I have a baby in the car and I have to use the restroom, but not supposed to leave. They could’ve told me to go home and wait and they would’ve called me when they were done, wasting my time & my money

Negative experience: I have been going to them for years and In an emergency they turned my 14 year old Pitt away and out sourced me to another clinic and attempted to make an appt to see her a week later. A week later‼️ They wouldn't see her. I went to an emergency vet 45 mins away they met me outside and saw my fur baby, right away! I will not be returning to pet Doc.

Positive experience: Not 5 stars for two reasons: 1. Lack of common manners from Dr. and staff, no hello while greeting or goodbye when leaving, everything is cut to the chase 2. Everyone working there looks like they don't wanna work there. Nobody smiles, laughs, nothing. Every single staff member there genuinely looked like they didn't wanna be there, I wouldn't go as far as saying they hate their job, maybe they were having a bad day. But nonetheless, unhappy people. The rest of the stars come from the professionalism, quickness, and "No Bs" from Dr. or staff. The Dr. or staff also didn't try to "scare" me or convince me to get something done for my dog that wasn't needed - in fact they did exactly what I told them was needed done for my dog. The DR wasted no time messing around with my dog or playing with him either - which is nice and I appreciate that. Overall I'd say I had a very average experience, dont expect rainbow and sunshine when you get there but expect the visit to be over very fast with everything done that you had asked. Thank you PetDoc ill be seeing you guys next time

Negative experience: I have been going to Dr. Adkins for 2 years now for check ups and prescriptions without any problems. Now I cannot even make an appointment. I have been calling since the 15th of June at least 4 times a day or every other day without any answer . My dog needs her 6 month checkup and heart worm medication. I cannot even get her prescription because the staff is not answering the phones. Ridiculous.

Negative experience: Does not communicate and unprofessional from a business standpoint. I took my cat Zara to get her remaining 2 shots today. When I called to make an appointment weeks prior I VERIFIED that we did NOT have to do a new visit as she already had a new visit at another animal clinic. I arrived at the office to find out that the owners have to stay outside and a vet tech takes your animal inside without you. There was no communication while making an appointment as to their new policy! It would have been nice if I was told this while making an appointment so I could make a better judgement call then and not now. While waiting outside to decide if I’m going to proceed with letting them take my Bengal cat inside without me Rochelle working the front desk lets me know via phone that they have to charge me the new pet visit and then she will get her remaining shots. I said that is not what I clarified on the phone with her prior to confirming the appointment weeks before. While discussing I felt, Rochelle then says I can put in a complaint if I’d like, seeming like she was just pushing me off to someone else. I’ve now wasted my time and have to find a new clinic to give my cat her shots. I took my older cat here 3 years ago and will not be taking any animals back here. Pay for a real clinic if you care about your pets.

Negative experience: My girlfriend has made an appointment twice now, and had the appointment cancelled both times, just minutes before the appointment. Not to mention after driving 30 min to get to the place. A lack of care and professionalism unlike any other veterinarian I've ever been to.

Negative experience: I took my kitten here for a procedure to be done, microchip, and shots. Everything was fine until a few months later. Her procedure was done completely wrong, causing her a lot of pain she now has two infections and a huge swollen foot. I requested for her paperwork so I could take her to a new vet and they didn't even have her in the system. When I got her checked out by the new vet they confirmed her procedure was done very incorrectly. I asked for them to scan for her microchip and no microchip was found. I now am led to believe they didn't give her the shots either, and i'm unsure if they even put her under anesthesia after all the other painful wrong doings they did to her. I now have to pay for her procedure to be redone so she will no longer get infections or be in pain, pay for all her shots to be redone, pay for microchip, pay for her inflammatory shot, and her pain medication, and everything else they had charged me for that day. I still have not gotten a refund, and the doctor wouldn't even speak to me on the phone. Please do not go to this office, they care for your money not your pets. I've included a picture of her swollen foot compared to her foot normally.

Fantastic experience: Only pet goes inside and you wait on your car. Staff are courteous. The Doctor will call you and inform you of your pet's wellbeing. Great way to avoid contact at the same time provide great service.

Fantastic experience: I love these guys. Affordable pet care, right in my neighborhood. I've used them several times over the years to vaccinate rescue dogs. Excellent service. I highly recommend them. Just know if you want a perscription to buy cheaper meds online, they charge a $3 surcharge.

Fantastic experience: I called when I arrived. They call me back when they were ready for my babies. They took them in tech called me and then said Dr will call. Dr called explained the treatment and told me tech will call me. Tech called notified me of each medication and the price and then Receptionist came out sign treatment consent and provided payment. Then they brought my babies out and Receptionist provided receipt and medications.

Fantastic experience: My maltese Charlie was coughing and having dificuly breathing, he couldn't sleeped and nobody in our house could sleep either. We were very worried about him. We took him to Pet Doc Hospital and the very next day he was feeling great with all the treadment they prescribed him. Great Vet Hospital and staff.

Negative experience: Before paying for your dog examination ask if the procedure, surgery etc is going to be done in the same location, because if not you will end up paying there and the other location that they send you to, that is what happened to me, instead of sending you directly to the location where the procedure is going to be done, in my case, dental cleaning and extraction...

Negative experience: Dr Adkins was horrible. I have not much to said other than I wish Dr Adkins had a heart. He is inpatient and quick to make decisions. Not sympathetic especially when you have to put your dog to sleep.

Fantastic experience: So glad I found this place. They keep it nice and clean and the prices are the only reason we can afford to have a dog and take great care of her. Dr. Adkins, the founder himself, saw my pup and was great. Staff very nice. Thanks Dr. Adkins for opening these affordable clinics!
