Experiencia fantástica: As someone who was a vet tech and worked in clinic settings for 4 years, this was a great experience! I already knew what was going on with my dog but just needed a doctor to prescribe medications. He diagnosed her with exactly what I thought it was and gave her the meds that as a former vet tech, I figured she would need. He didn’t try to sell us on more than she needed and they were priced sooo fairly!!! I absolutely will be coming back here and have told all our friends and family about them. The clinic was super low stress for the dogs because they don’t take them from you or try to wrangle them on the scale for you. They also didn’t seem overbooked which I appreciate (again as a former tech). It’s so stressful for pets when there are 5 people and 7 animals in the waiting room all freaking out. I felt like I had their full undivided attention and was in and out in 20 minutes! Dr.Kahan was straight to the point which I love!! I think this is the first Google review I’ve ever written which goes to show how great the experience was!

Experiencia fantástica: We had our first appointment for our Benny this morning at Easy Vet on Stonebrook Drive here in Frisco. We made the appointment with Danni two days ago. She was tremendously helpful in helping us compare some cost to those of our current vet. After speaking with her we found out that across the board they are way less expensive than the vet we were using. We also get Cytopoint allergy shots for Benny every 4 to 6 weeks. Our current vet was charging us $240 per shot and Easy Vet was $40 less expensive for the same shot. After checking and reading Google Reviews we quickly grew to understand why they earn a 4.9 rating. We met with Dr. Michael Kahan and Paulina during our visit. We also got acquainted with a few other staff members. They were all knowledgeable, professional, caring and compassionate. We have been owned by many pets for over 40 years and this is some of the best and most fairly priced service and advice we have ever received. If you are reading this review I urge you to visit with them. I know they will take great care of you furry companion too!!

Experiencia negativa: I took my dog twice to Easyvet in Frisco because she was sick and wasn’t getting better. Even after going back a second time, she didn’t receive the proper treatment and they didn’t prescribe antibiotics. I finally decided to switch veterinarians, and at the new clinic they confirmed she did need them because she had a severe infection. I’m sharing my experience because I felt disappointed and worried. I hope they improve their medical judgment and the quality of their care. If you want to waste your money and put your pets at risk, go there.

Experiencia fantástica: I can not put into words or give them enough credit. I called Easy vet with an emergency and Dr. KAHAN AND Dani took my peanut on. Now mind you it is Christmas eve and to do a procedure that was done and with in the time they did it was out of this world. NOT ONLY THAT Dani did an outstanding job taking care of my baby during post surgery, DR. KAHAN was caresmatic and did a fantastic job doing the surgery. They just dont care about the animals they also care about how the parent is feeling as well no judgement just love care and professionalism at its finest. If yall are going any where else yall shouldn't be. They both gave the attention and care my peanut need in the most professional way I have seen. Yall are outstanding and awesome. I have found my baby I doctor and tech for life.

Dr. Kahan is a great veterinarian and he never tries to up sell you services or order labs or test that aren’t needed. This clinic is easy to schedule same day appointments and are very reasonably priced.

Experiencia negativa: Dr. Kahan is great and you can tell he cares! Unfortunately I had a not so great experience with my tech at the Frisco location. I reached out to Allen in a panic about my boy and Sam let me know that they wouldn’t be able to do walk-ins until 6:30, but if I go to Frisco I can be seen asap since the doctor was there. I was annoyed having to drive 20 minutes away, but was very thankful for her help. She was very genuine about helping me. Once I got to the Frisco clinic I immediately felt unwelcomed and like a bother when I told them the situation. Instead of my tech being more concerned about what’s bringing us in, she was more so worried about why I wasn’t at the Allen location. I’m frantic about my pet and obviously scared and she was very unprofessional about the help I was receiving from a different clinic. While waiting in the room for the doctor, I heard her literally whispering outside of my door about how it was wrong for them to send me there instead of taking me and that I was very upset… I wasn’t… I just needed help. It was baffling that I could truly hear every single word she said. She then told me that she was going to take 50% off of my entire bill for the “inconvenience”. There was none… the sweet tech in the Allen location was genuinely trying to help me. Once I checked out, I asked for the bill and she said it was emailed to me. When I got the bill, it was just the price and not itemized. I then called back again to ask for the itemized receipt to make sure the nurse honored the discount. No discount. I called back AGAIN stating that I was promised one thing for an “inconvenience” and that she was going to “take care of me”. The receptionist went to go ask the tech and returned saying that the tech worded it “incorrectly” and could only help me by doing 50% off of my exam… little did she know that the Allen tech let me know that I will already be getting that since it was my first time. This made me feel like she really did not care that I was there and was just telling me things she thought I wanted to hear. I left feeling VERY anxious, confused, upset, and unclear with my boys diagnosis. She did not give me any type of post appointment paperwork, instructions, nothing. I called the Allen location after this because initially the tech that answered was so kind, comforting, and understanding. I did NOT want to call the Frisco location again because it was obvious that my appointment was just transactional. Sam, in Allen, was so apologetic for my experience in Frisco and did everything she could to make it right. Dr. Kahan also reached out to me to help me out and ease my concerns. I’m rarely one to speak up on these types of situations, but I truly felt like the Frisco tech just wanted to 1. Get someone else at a different location in “trouble” and 2. That I was just another transaction being added to her clinics daily revenue. SHOUTING OUT SAM IN ALLEN!! YOU ARE A GEM OF A HUMAN!❤️

Dr. Kahan was incredibly patient and went above and beyond to treat our dog, who was suffering from kidney issues. He remained hopeful and provided excellent advice throughout the difficult two weeks our pup was ill. If it weren’t for Dr. Kahan, we probably would have had to put our little guy down, but he developed multiple treatment plans and kept giving us hope—which ultimately led to our dog pulling through. I can’t recommend this vet enough to everyone!

Experiencia negativa: My experience involved serious communication issues and a complete lack of support. When my cat showed, in my full belief, a clear reaction to a medication they approved for him, I provided detailed, well-supported information about what occurred. Instead of acknowledging any of it, the doctor dismissed everything and told me that my “evidence wasn’t evidence.” I asked if a fecal test could help clarify things if it wasn’t the medication. The fecal came back completely clean — yet the bloody stool stopped immediately once I discontinued the medication. I reached out to the clinic owner, Dr. Kahan, because I was very unsatisfied with the care my cat received at the Melissa location. Over text (after the fecal results), he stated that the only way to know if the medication caused the reaction would be to put my cat back on it — then immediately said he “wouldn’t advise” doing that. The contradiction was confusing, unsettling, and left me feeling cornered by mixed messaging. What concerned me most is that even after I asked directly whether the hydrocortisone in the medication was a steroid at the first visit, I still never received a clear answer or acknowledgment by the second visit. It left me unsure whether my concern had ever been taken seriously. Combined with the dismissive communication, I left feeling unheard, minimized, and increasingly worried about my cat’s safety — especially after he developed bloody stool by day three, at which point I stopped treatment altogether. I’ve filed formal complaints with the BBB and the state veterinary board because no pet owner should have to go through this. This clinic is part of a chain but I believe Kahan owns 3 of them (Frisco, Melissa, and Allen), and based on my experience, I do not recommend any of their locations.

Dr. Reid has been absolutely wonderful—she’s compassionate, attentive, and truly listens to our concerns. We also really appreciate that this clinic offers excellent care at a good price.

Plus, the location is perfect for us and the staff clearly loves dogs. We started out with another vet in Frisco 7 years ago, but are finding more and more that EasyVet on Stonebrook can get you in faster and is way less expensive for the procedures we need. This vet is getting more and more of my business because it has been nothing but positive for far.

Lucy seems to be doing much better and has an improved quality of life. Their prices are not exorbitant and they can always get me in within reason.

After several frustrating attempts with other vets, I felt like I was being sent on a wild goose chase with unnecessary charges, even though I already knew what was wrong with my cat (she has feline asthma). Other clinics refused to provide the treatment she needed, even after sending me to costly specialists who confirmed the diagnosis, yet still would not prescribe the proper medication. From the moment we arrived here, the staff and Dr. Michael made Zola feel comfortable something I had never experienced before. At every other clinic, she was so nervous that she would pee herself, but here she was calm and cared for. They immediately provided the treatment she needed without hesitation or unnecessary questions. Not to mention she didn’t even flinch when she got her steroid shot. Dr. Michael even gave me his card and told me to reach out to him at any time of the day if I needed help. I am absolutely blown away by the level of care, compassion, and dedication this clinic showed. I will never take Zola anywhere else.

When I initially brought my cat for a vaccination appointment, the staff specifically told me that they would not charge an examination fee for the vaccination visit. They also mentioned that if I returned within 3 weeks for any follow-up, there would be no additional visit charge. However, when I actually brought my cat in for the vaccination, I was surprised to be charged an examination fee despite their previous assurance that this wouldn't happen. This inconsistency between what was promised and what was actually billed was frustrating and felt misleading. While the medical care itself may be adequate, the lack of transparency and consistency in billing practices is concerning. I would recommend asking for written confirmation of all fees and charges before any appointment to avoid similar surprises. Potential pet owners should be aware of these billing practices and ensure they get clear, written estimates before any services are provided.

Experiencia negativa: I'm usually happy with the service but this time not so. I took my dog in for lab work last week. He's finicky and it takes an effort. Easyvet lost the blood sample and I had to come in again. I feel that good customer service would have comped the my cost. All I was offered was nail clipping.

Experiencia negativa: have been going here for shots for my dog for awhile. they’re good, but when i told the vet that my dog was having trouble opening his jaw fully, he said it could be MMM (i was unaware of what this was at the time) and he told me if it gets worse, to bring him back in. i go out of town for 2 weeks and when i come back, my dog isn’t able to open his jaw at all and he has visibly lost weight and there are dents in head. i immediately take him back and get told by another vet that he needs to be taken to the ER immediately. i then do my research and get told by the vets at the ER that i should’ve seeked medical attention as soon as i started to notice that he couldn’t open his jaw fully. so now that i was told to “wait until it gets worse” by the easyvet vet, his physical appearance could be irreversible. do not recommend coming here at all. it’s so sad to see the state my dog is in now and when i mentioned something at first, he was “the perfect weight for a rottweiler” i was told that by them and now he is 11 lbs skinnier and can’t eat because i waited like they told me to. please be educated and always make sure vets do something when you first notice something is wrong with your pet!

Experiencia fantástica: Our 8-year-old male cat developed a urinary obstruction as the result of crystals forming in his urine. Being new to the area, we are so glad that we took him to Dr. Michael Kahan at Easyvet in Frisco. We were immediately impressed by the caring attitude of Dr. Kahan and his staff, their responsiveness and depth of knowledge, and the cleanliness of the clinic. Our cat’s condition required IVs, medication, and catheterization. Normally a cat with this problem would be kept for two nights but with the holiday weekend and chance of having to bring him back in for additional treatment, Dr. Kahan kept him for 4 nights. This could have been very expensive considering that amount of time and personal attention he received from Dr. Kahan but the fee charged to us was very reasonable. We were encouraged to come visit him so that we would be reassured and so that our cat felt comforted. We were notified by text and pictures frequently to let us know how he was doing. Our cat developed a real fondness for Dr. Kahan and his vet tech, Dani who hand fed our cat to encourage him to eat. He is home now, but the follow-up care has been excellent. Dr. Kahan is available to answer any questions and responds quickly to any concerns. We think he is the best vet we’ve ever taken out pets to. We highly recommend him.

For 3 years now, Dr. Kahan at Easyvet has gone above and beyond multiple times to ensure Nala and Shiba had the best care. For example, he’s answered my calls and texts after hours when I was so worried about an illness and consistently follows up to make sure they’re doing better. I tried other vet clinics before I found Easyvet and was always disappointed with the lack of attention to detail and care. My fur babies will only go to Easyvet for care for rest of their lives. Give them a try you won’t be disappointed!!

I used to work for a veterinary office before switching to human medicine, and I’m so so thankful I found a place that cares about the patients wellbeing rather than money. This is coming from someone who once worked at one that was in it for the money. Everyone from techs to the doctor were kind and compassionate. They got my boy in same day for conjunctivitis, (I mention that because the vet I worked for would’ve never taken a patient in same day for that problem.) Thoroughly thought out the best treatment option, and on top of all that, were very reasonably priced. The part that stood out most was when the doctor (I can’t remember his name, if I find his card I will update) gave me his personal cell and advised to text him if my kitty isn’t doing better on antibiotics, and that he’ll get me a steroid to try next. It’s sad that blew my mind, but it did. Any other vet I know, including my old employer, would make the patient come back & the client pay for another exam fee before they’d write a script for a steroid. I don’t mind paying fees for my furbabies, but the vet is stressful for any animal, and it’s comforting that I don’t have to put him through that again if it isn’t necessary. These people are saints, and I wish there were more like them.

Experiencia fantástica: I was welcomed by Kendall to come in the same day for our sweet Jasmine for her allergy shot. She's been miserable- licking paws, scratching, pink skin and chewing incessantly. Kendall's compassion showed when he made time for her today, as he knows how terrible she must feel. Everyone there is exceptionally caring, loving and very informative. Kendall made Jasmine so comfortable that she stopped shaking and was giving tail wags to him! That meant alot to this dog mama's heart, especially since she's 11 years old and a pit-mix, and Kendall didn't treat her as a stereotype. At EasyVet we get much better care and personal attention, and it is so easier to get appointments. Everyone that works there is friendly, knowledgeable and go out of their way to help. And as a bonus we are paying less than half of what we were paying before! We love bringing our pets here.

Experiencia negativa: The veterinarian killed my cat!!! I brought my 14 year-old cat in because he was sick and hadn’t eaten in two days. In addition, he was very lethargic and moving slower. The staff had their mind set on euthanizing him from the moment my wife and I arrived. My goal was to get him treated in hopes that he could recover and feel better in order to his extend his life a little longer. I made that crystal clear. They performed a basic visual exam and felt around a little bit. I never saw them check any of his vitals such as breathing or heartbeat. I told them repeated times I think he needs an IV treatment. They performed bloodwork and an x-ray on him and told me that they found nothing. I don’t know how that could be possible. They never even showed me the results. He was dehydrated and needed a feeding tube to get nourishment. I asked repeatedly to treat him or at tell me where I can get him treated. When they took him away for 5-10 minutes and they brought him back from x-ray, he went into severe respiratory distress. I was told that they couldn’t do anything for him because he is dying. Before that time, he seemed to be in enough comfort to sustain and was perfectly stabilized. The veterinarian suddenly took him away again and told me that they’re going to put a catheter in him in order to either administer fluids or to euthanize. A few minutes later, the veterinary came back holding the cat and told me he was dead. I said, how can that be? Are you sure? show me? He failed to prove it to me and immediately pulled out a needle to euthanize him. I asked what he was doing, and I told him to wait until we are sure there is no way to treat him. He acted so fast that I couldn’t stop him. The veterinarian proceeded to inject the cat and as a result, he was killed. After we left the room we were stunned and couldn’t think clearly. They wanted us to make decisions for his remains just minutes after his death. We asked about our options to handle the remains and everyone looked at each other in confusion as if a pet has never passed there. In the end we had to pay a $413 bill and this all took place in a matter of 75 minutes. I’m so angry about the inhumane treatment and lack of compassion. We were given no time to make any choices as his owners. They just took it upon themselves. I deeply regret going there and I wish to God we went somewhere else because our cat would have had some time left.

My dog suffers with spring allergies, due to circumstances on their end they were out of the allergy shot and when it came in I was unable to get my dog to them related to circumstances on my side, Dr. Kahan offered to have a vet tech out to our house. We are very grateful for them!!

Experiencia fantástica: We've had an ongoing back issue with our dog, and so we've had a LOT of visits recently and Easyvet has been amazing through the whole process! They make it super easy to schedule appointments and they always get us in, even if it's last minute. Dr. Kahan has made himself available during off hours and has answered texts with advice when our pup was having a bad episode. They are all very kind and remember us and our dogs issues every time we go in. They make it super easy to pick up meds when you run out. I really cannot say enough good things. There's no room for improvement. I have zero notes. I can't imagine any vet doing anything better. Highly recommend, obviously.

One course of steroids wasn’t enough, so we went back and saw Dr. Reid—she was also incredibly gentle, caring, and compassionate. Honestly, I hesitated to write this review because I love the “secret” of getting in right away and how wonderful the entire staff is! We’ve taken all four of our dogs to EasyVet—four times with Pearl after she hurt her back, twice with Walker when he was bleeding and his recent passing, all of Bailey’s puppy shots and vaccines. Every visit has been handled with such care, compassion, and kindness. We truly trust them with our entire family of fur babies. Gus used to be extremely anxious during vet visits, but Dr. Kahan has completely transformed that experience. He understands animal behavior on a level that’s truly impressive. Instead of rushing through the exam, Dr. Kahan takes the time to sit on the floor with Gus, gently petting Gus until he's relaxed and comfortable. It's clear that his priority is not just treating symptoms but ensuring the overall well-being of his patients. Experiencia fantástica: We've been to several different vets in Frisco over the years and Easyvet is our favorite by far and the only place we take our dogs now. Drs. Kahan and Reid have excellent bedside manners and the vet techs are great (especially Kendall!). They don't overcharge or push you into unnecessary services, and same-day appointments are almost always available which is very convenient.

Experiencia fantástica: Was super nervous taking my puppy here for her first round of shots but everything was perfect! we waited for about 5 minutes before getting my puppy weighed and then we were brought into a private room where the tech talked us thru everything and what we should do for libby everyone was super friendly and helpful and even gave us some recommendations for low cost neutering the shots were very quick both the vet and tech made my puppy way less nervous than she was and she did wayyyyy better then we expected we will DEFINITELY be coming back! super friendly staff and the environment was extremely calm and great for nervous pets! I also loved the fact that there was no crowds we saw 2 people with pets at max thank you so much doctor Michael you guys are amazing!
