Experiencia fantástica: I’m very grateful for the care we received from Dr. Gallagher. We came in for a check-up on a bump my dog had, and she went above and beyond to help us. She was thorough, compassionate, and took the time to make sure we understood everything. Thanks to her care, my dog is now slowly getting better. I truly appreciate her dedication and highly recommend Dr. Gallagher to anyone looking for a vet who genuinely cares about their patients.

Experiencia negativa: I called yesterday and the day before yesterday to make an appointment, but they kept putting me on hold and made me wait over 30 minutes, then just hung up. They never answer the phone, so I booked through the website instead. As soon as I did, they immediately called me back saying they didn’t have time and canceled my appointment. It honestly feels like this was done intentionally because they didn’t want to handle the appointment. —————————- Hi, I had an appointment scheduled today at 11:30 AM. Your office called me directly and informed me that the appointment was being canceled due to lack of availability. The appointment was not booked under the exact name shown on this Google account, which may be causing confusion. However, the appointment did exist, and the cancellation call came from your office. ———————————————— I told your front desk that my pet had already received the Rabies vaccine and could provide the receipt as proof, but your staff insisted it had to be done at your clinic. I agreed to proceed, but then they canceled my appointment, claiming there was no time to give the Rabies shot — even though it only takes a few minutes and the online booking system showed availability all day. My pet received the Rabies shot elsewhere on November 25, 2025, because your office never answered the phone. I have been taking my pet to VetSavers since Dr. Mace first opened the clinic and have always had positive experiences with the doctors. However, the front desk staff have consistently been unfriendly and rude, but I tolerated this because your clinic was the closest to my home. Unfortunately, communication has become increasingly difficult over the past year. I am frequently placed on hold for long periods and often unable to reach anyone by phone. This repeated poor communication and lack of accessibility is extremely frustrating. Due to these ongoing issues, I have moved my pet’s care to another clinic and can no longer recommend VetSavers based on my recent experiences.

Experiencia negativa: The name should be changed from "Vetsavers ..." to something else, due to the TRANSPARENCY of prices for FIXED services was removed from the website. Now, I am afraid it could end up like any other veterinatian facility where you go without knowing the cost of vaccines, annual exam, dental cleaning, etc. and by the time you leave the facility with your pet, you might end up paying an arm and a leg for the vaccines, etc. The cost of vaccines are fixed costs, therefore why not to disclose those type of cost in the website like they used to? Personnel is good but with the TRANSPARENCY of prices gone, in my personal opinion, it might end up becoming just another veterinarian facility in the DFW.

My chihuahua passed away a few weeks ago and I haven’t mentioned it directly to anyone at the vet office (only brought in my moms dog a few times), but imagine the surprise I got when I went home and I received the sweetest card from the staff of Vetsavers wishing their condolences. The attention to detail and level of care the staff give my family is unparalleled. Thank you so much for the love!!

Experiencia fantástica: I have been taking my dog here the past year or so and recently had a truly awesome experience while bringing in my boyfriend's dog for some emergency care. Dr. Cobb was amazing and very kind. She was upfront about the prices of things (all reasonably priced), but not pushy. She seemed to genuinely care about our dog and was very comforting in a stressful situation in the afternoon on a Saturday!

Experiencia fantástica: I just want to say I was thrilled how Dr Cobb and Dr Walters helped me distinguish that my senior German Shepherd had cancer. They helped her cross over to the rainbow bridge. My grief was almost unconsolable. They not only called to check on me they also sent me a bouquet of flowers and a card. It was worth the drive from Grapevine to Carrollton. I highly recommend bringing your fur baby here!

Experiencia fantástica: I write this review with a heavy heart as we had to say goodbye to Lilah my wife's cat of 17 yrs yesterday (11JAN26). We had not been to the Carrolton office since before covid when Dr Mace moved to the Dallas Clinic. Since Dr Mace had retired i have been looking for a new vet so i was very happy when i saw Dr Stillie on the list of veterinarians at the Carrollton clinic. when i 1st found dr mace way back in 2010 Dr Mace was the only veterinarian. Dr Stillie was one of the 1st vets she hired as her patient list had grown to more than one person could handle. he had left for awhile so i was very happy to see his name on the list. Dr Stillie was just as good as we remembered. He cares more about your baby than he does your wallet. Even if it means telling the parent you have to say good bye to your baby. he could have ran numerous tests on Ms Lilah. it would take 48 hrs to get the results back, cost close to 200 bucks and would confirm what everyone in the room already knew. Meaning Ms Lilah would have surfed more than she needed too.

Experiencia fantástica: We changed vets because our old one was afraid of our anxious German Shepherd. The vet and staff at Vet Savers acknowledged that our dog was scared but made a plan to gently medicate her to reduce her anxiety. She had a relaxed visit and got all her shots and a checkup without much fuss!

Experiencia fantástica: This reviews is for Dr Cordova scroll down to also to see Dr Stillie Dr Cordova and his team were awesome. Diego lost the ability to use his back legs. He listened he understood he was very thorough. He took x-rays explained everything and talked about the possibilities of recovery. Dr Cordova prescribe a combination of medications to help Diego. I'm happy to say that Diego is regaining some strength in his back legs. I also have been using red light therapy for dogs. Dr Cordova and his team realize I was sad, and they listen to some of my cute stories about Diego and his personality. So thank you Dr Cordova and your wonderful team. Dr Stillie and his staff are awesome. I just adopted a Bichon and I did not want to return to my previous Vet for numerous reasons. One of my neighbors highly recommended Vetsaver and Dr Stillie. He and his team are very professional, efficient and show loving gentleness towards your pet.

Everything was explained to me about his abnormal liver condition, and Dr. Gallagher is going to schedule an ultrasound sound for him. The previous Vet I went to said he had abnormalities with his liver, and prescribed meds. They never followed up, or called me back to see him again so I thought Everything was fine. Guess again. I will never go back to that former Vet. All the staff at Vet savers were very helpful, and caring. I definitely will be bringing all my dog's there for shots, and any treatment they may need. Thank y'all again for taking such good care of my little Pomerian. ❤️

Experiencia fantástica: The staff were all so nice and helpful. My previous vet tried to charge me $350 for my pup’s 1 year check up and shots. A friend referred me to Vetsavers… as they have affordable packages, where I was able to get a yearly check up, all of my dog’s shots and a prescription for his monthly heart worm/flea/tick meds for $192. The facility was clean, friendly and we were in and out in no time. They also gave my pup a cute holiday bandana and a gift bag of treats to go. We have found our new vet!! Would definitely recommend.

Experiencia negativa: My husband and I have called 4 times since last Wednesday trying to get a prescription refill for our dog and of course haven’t gotten a response/answer until today. Normally I’m a little more gracious but this is a recurring issue with never getting any communication back when we call in a prescription. The least that could have been done is an apology when someone finally answered the phone today but instead I got “when did you call?” Tells them all the days to be met with “ok we’ll get the prescription filled”… my dog has now run out of medication when this could have been avoided when we called last week. Please do better.

They were very kind and professional — they quickly diagnosed the problem, explained everything to me, and referred us to Frisco Emergency Pet Care for treatment since they couldn’t handle the procedure there. On every visit they greet to us with a smile, their work is truly commendable. They are incredibly patient, attentive and professional. Their patience is unbelievable. I ask them questions and ask them the same questions again, and they kindly and patiently answer me again....Dr. Vuong always has the right solution for every thing and he know what have to do for every issue and treatment. Crystal is sweet and tender treating my girls as if they were her own. I Honestly I have to say; I NEVER encountered a team that truly loves their profession. God bless you!!

Experiencia negativa: Called up at the beginning of October to schedule an appointment for my cat’s surgery, and request a refill on his pain medication. Not only they gave me an appointment at the end of the month, even though the doctor stated to me that they do have available appointments much earlier than that, oversight maybe sure why not. But y’all also never ever called back to let me know his medicine is ready, and today October 23rd when I called back they still never gave me a straight answer as to why they never refilled the medication for my cat and just hung up on me, and then when I finally hear back that my medicine had been refilled, they wanna give me a lecture. If it wasn’t for my cat’s health, I probably would’ve never used you guys at all.

Lastly, I'd like to commend the receptionists as my dog was having an urgency and they did their best to accommodate my last minute urgent appointment. Experiencia fantástica: Dr.Vuong took exceptional care of my Huskys. I brought in 1 for a bloody ripped nail. DR.V assessed and provided a treatment plan with sedation. The leg was wrapped successful. I was able to stay with my baby through the process. Dr.V took the time to discuss supplements, prevention and dental cleaning for both dogs. My other Husky was seen for allergies and nail trip. I received better care from Dr.V than other Vets that charge $100 just to be seen. Grateful to Dr.V & the staff for caring for my Husky babies!

VetSavers has taken the best care of him throughout his life, special mentions to Dr Cordova, Dr Vuong and all of the front desk staff and vet techs here. Every time we come they recommend the best treatment plan and myself as a pet owner always participate in the proposed plan. Ultimately, they give me the autonomy to make the best decisions for my dog’s life while providing me with the best advice and education to do so. Sampson has lived a healthy life thanks to vetsavers and will continue to do so!

The front desk staff member (I didn’t catch her name) was so kind and comforting, and it meant so much in that moment. The veterinarian who delivered the news was incredibly empathetic, explained my options thoroughly, and even called ahead to the ER to make sure we were expected. There’s no perfect way to receive difficult news, but the empathy and understanding I was extended today is something I deeply appreciate and will not forget.

Experiencia negativa: I once rated this place 5 stars but lately my experience with a receptionist called "Jenna" has left a bad taste in my mouth. Her attitude needs correction and she needs to leave this profession if she is not happy. No reason to get an attitude on a customer who is positive and always goes to this location. Majority of the time everyone is nice but this Jenna person is nothing but bad news. Will file a complaint against her and hope there's a training opportunity or replacement.

If you are wanting a trustworthy medical opinion, do NOT go here. I left in tears and now going elsewhere. UPDATE: My dog has a fractured tail, not “allergies”. Again do not go Vetsavers.

I had recently switched over because my last vet's prices were skyrocketing and the clinic was getting chaotically busy due to shortening their open hours. I felt like I was not rushed, got great care for my dog, and wasn't left with a bleeding wallet.

Experiencia negativa: My dog have been to for allergy and got a shot. But still not working so ask prescription after 2 and half weeks later. Somehow take a while to get communicate. Finally got through and got an answer they can't give a prescriptions because it's been almost month and ask us visit again. I don't mind visit again but disappointed what they doing. They do know what's going on and refuse give us a prescription.

Experiencia fantástica: We have been using Vetsavers for 10 years or so. We do not live in Carrollton but choose to drive there. Dr. Walters has been the Vet for our 3 year old dog as well as our dog that passed away with cancer. We are very pleased with the care that Dr. Walters provides.

Experiencia negativa: I made an appointment at 815am, late last night, their first available. I show up for my appointment only to be told by Anna, the very passive aggressive, rude and honestly uncaring person at the front desk, that because of the nature of the appointment I needed to see a doctor… that isn’t an option on their website, and that they wouldn’t be able to see my sick dog today.. she then gave the false option of asking the doctor if they could work me in, in a very rude and unprofessional manner, it was the tone of voice and the idgaf attitude for me, only to be informed that it would be considered an emergency and would cost me $200 extra dollars and they wouldn’t even know what time I could be seen. It’s really frustrating when your animal is sick and you get this level of not only incompetence but uncaring. I care allot about my dog and the lack of empathy or care for the situation was astounding. I won’t be back and you should consider going somewhere else as well, somewhere that actually cares about sicks animals and their parents. If I could I’d give 0 stars.

She works with my budget and I never feel nickel-and-dimed by this clinic. VetSavers is upfront about all costs and everyone is so kind and professional!

Dr.Cordova is the best, I was very scared for my Chloe to go under surgery but Dr.Cordova was very attentive, he reassured me and answered all of my questions and concerns. Experiencia negativa: This clinic used to be incredible. Our dog has been a patient for 10 years if not more. This past year, it has taken multiple phone calls to get an appt scheduled, prescription refilled, and just handle basic tasks. I talk to one receptionist and hear something different from someone else, or you’re dealing with a doctor and two receptionists all sending you conflicting information. When you call to clarify, they will spend 10 minutes giving you the history of how a doctor is no longer at the practice, doctors have left and their policies have changed significantly. It truly should not be this difficult to get basic tasks done. Most recently, I called to get a prescription refilled and mentioned I would pick up after my dogs annual visit. The receptionist shared that is no problem and they can fill this while we are in the appt. That evening, I get an email from the doctor saying they can do a small refill but I need to bring the dog in for an annual visit. The next day, I get a phone call saying the small prescription refill is ready, however I need to schedule an annual visit if we’d like additional refills. I then call and clarify I’m coming in for my appointment today. The front desk team is extremely disorganized and it would be great if they could read their notes and check patient history prior to emailing and calling folks unnecessarily.

Experiencia fantástica: i brought my pup in for a check up and a consult on some dental work. everyone I met was extremely welcoming. the staff definitely cares about your pets and are easy to talk to. Diane was our tech and she did so well with my grumpy older dog, and made him comfortable immediately. Dr. Walters was also very professional and straightforward about explaining what was needed and answered my questions with confidence. i will definitely be suggesting vetsavers to others that need pet care.

Experiencia fantástica: The ladies when you walk in are very welcoming. Then I had an Amazing Tech named Jordan, kind and gentle with my Senior cat. Because of how sweet Jordan was and worked well with the Doctor that I wanted to bring my next furbaby. Dr.Cordova arrived and he listened to my concerns before giving the exam. He was gentle with my baby through it all. Great visit so I brought in my puppy the next day.

Experiencia fantástica: Took one of my dogs, Cookie, for breathing issues after eating grass. Dr. Cobb and Vet Tech Diane were very friendly and caring as they examined my feisty Chihuahua. They were understanding when I had to deny X-rays because of the cost and instead recommended some Zyrtec to see if the piece of grass would come out. The next morning this came out of her nose (see pics) and now my Cookie is back to normal. Experiencia fantástica: I’ve been very pleased the Dr. Cordova has been so thorough, patient, and caring to answer all my many questions and even emails as a new pet owner. I really appreciate they didn’t just slap medicine or antibiotic on him but wanted to find root issue first then address his bowel issue. They also provided me with additional education resources. I like that they also present you with the options and recommendations but leave it fully up to you and don’t make it like this is what you “should do or needs to be done” prices are reasonable as well comparably

My dog went in for her yearly exam and I felt that they were very thorough and had excellent bed side manner. Dr. V was great with my dog and I know I can trust him and the staff to give her the best possible care. I will definitely be coming back. Best vet in North Texas. Hands down. I will be telling all my friends to go to him!

For cats who are not quick to warm up to new faces when in unfamiliar surroundings and people, (especially when being given shots), you both took such great care to be sweet and comforting to them. Jordyn, the head rubs on the ankles were a huge plus from Ms. Sigyn Not to mention that Dr. Vuong didn't just do a fly-by... he took the time to address all my questions and answered them completely before we were done with our visit. Experiencia negativa: My ex-husband was diagnosed with dementia and I am trying to find a rescue for his dog. I called to make an appointment and I was told they would not see the dog because of "hostile behaviour in the lobby" by my ex-husband (not unheard of for and undiagnosed dementia patient, at the time). I explained the situation and told them that I would be bringing the dog in because I am trying to find her a new home. They refused to see her. What kind of a place does this?? This is where I would take my cat, but no more and I hope if you're reading this, you make the same choice. Vet's should put the animals first! In response to the owners response: I agree! You absulutely should support your staff! The issue is that I was not hostile, intimidating, or abusive. That was the previous owner, which is what I told the receptionist. If you didn't believe me, it should have been obvious...I am a female the previous owner clearly has a male name. I also explained that I just had to put her sister to sleep not more than an hour ago and I just wanted to make sure this dog was ok and get vaccinations so that I could find her a good home. You should not punish the animal for the previous owner's actions. Shame on you!

Experiencia fantástica: We took our dog in because of concern about an ear infection They checked and cleaned his ears and verified he did have an infection. The tech Diane was very friendly and sweet with our dog making it a very pleasant visit. She also gave Bentley several treats to calm him down. Dr Walter’s was also very friendly to us and our dog. She gave us lots of good instructions.

Experiencia fantástica: I have been coming to Vetsavers for years and always have great service. Today I had to bring my dog in for a couple of reasons and was seen by Diane and Dr. AV. They both did a wonderful job with her and were able to get her seen, diagnosed, and checked out very quickly. Everyone here has great care and compassion for my fur babies!
