Experiencia fantástica: Doctor Maggie is a great veterinarian. Knowledgeable and caring. Everyone at Forever is very attentive and sweet. My nearly 15-year old Carolina Dog a.k.a. American Dingo was limping and could not put weight on one of his hind legs, kept falling every other step. Doctor Maggie and her staff took excellent care of him, located and addressed the problem. Their prices are reasonable also. I am very grateful to them and highly recommend them. ‍

Experiencia fantástica: I had to visit this office as an emergency and was pleasantly supported and relieved by the humane, genuine, prompt care of this office. This past weekend I was cat sitting for a relative who had to leave town for another family emergency. While cat sitting, the almost 17-year old had a seizure - needless to say, I was panicked, not super familiar with cats specifically (i've only had dogs), and anxious/overwhelmed. Everyone I interacted with was calm, caring, and super helpful - from the front desk staff who was greeted by me rushing in with the cat anxiously stating he needs help asap, to the vet tech and vet herself (Dr. Linda) explaining everything that was happening. They participated in multiple phone calls and facetime calls with my family member so we could figure out as a team what was happening, treatment options, etc. Ultimately, he was suffering from end stage kidney failure and we made the humane decision to lay him to rest. The staff was so kind throughout the process, didn't rush us, pressure us about any decisions, and was kind enough to make sure I felt okay about getting myself home since I was in an anxious/crying mess myself. Being a previous dog owner, I've had to take my dogs to ER vets in the past (a different animal hospital), and those experiences fell into the stereotypical narrative of being insanely overpriced, pressured/rushed, regretted going there. I can say this experience was exactly the opposite. I would gladly recommend this practice and these providers to anyone and will keep them in mind for any future pets I have of my own. You can tell this practice truly cares about the wellbeing of pets and their owners.

Dr. Linda and her team are wonderful, and I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my baby’s health. Highly recommend!

They got us right back as soon as we walked in, no wait at all on a Thursday morning. Everything was explained thoroughly, all concerns were addressed and it never felt rushed at all. I definitely opted in to the Wellness Plan that was recommended, especially since he’s a puppy and the cost savings are considerable for the care he will require for his first year. I ended up spending less than 50% of what I had personally anticipated for today’s visit alone! I also want to note that literally EVERYONE smiles and is so friendly, from the moment you walk in, to the moment you are leaving.

Experiencia fantástica: Sunday was my first visit to this office. I have a very timid beagle so I explained that she is fearful of people, especially men. The office was very busy and we had to wait a while. I was beginning to think that this was not the right office for us because the longer we waited, the more anxious my dog became. But then Dr. Linda came in and my opinion completely changed. She showed great compassion and care for my dog and spent time discussing my concerns. She even called me later that day to discuss a test result. I appreciated her for calling me instead of passing the message to a staff member to call me. We will definitely go back to see Dr. Linda!

Forever Vets tested and examined him for everything and he was able to get the proper treatment and medication needed to start eating again. Experiencia negativa: My dog has had an infection and he got tested they never called to tell us the results when they said they would. we had to call them for us to find out it came back positive and they got the results back 3 days prior and never reached out. Completely unprofessional. Also wanted us to pay around 1.5k to get a “cyst” removed when it was just a pimple that went away after a week.

They’ve been accommodating in emergencies and you can tell they are all there for their love of animals. It’s privately owned vs a corporate chain vet and you can tell the difference in how they operate but it’s not pricier like you’d expect. I came here from a recommendation from my sister, and would highly recommend them now myself. Great place.

Experiencia negativa: We were first-time visitors seeking a second opinion for our cat, who had a prior cancer diagnosis. Unfortunately, our experience was deeply disappointing. Despite having a scheduled appointment, we waited nearly 45 minutes past our appointment time, even though only two exam rooms appeared to be occupied. Once placed in an exam room, we waited close to an additional hour before seeing the veterinarian. During that time, three different technicians came in and asked largely the same questions, which was frustrating—especially given that we were told the clinic was understaffed. The veterinarian reviewed our cat’s previous reports and stated the results were not conclusive for cancer. We were advised that surgical removal of the cysts, along with a biopsy, would be the appropriate next step and could improve our cat’s quality of life. We specifically asked about success rates, long-term outcomes, and whether surgery would truly be beneficial. We clearly expressed that we did not want our cat to endure surgery, pain, or recovery if it was unlikely to be successful. Based on the veterinarian’s recommendation that the cysts were removable and surgery would help, we agreed to proceed. On the morning of surgery, we were informed that the total cost was over $600 more than the emailed estimate. At that time, we were encouraged to sign up for a Wellness Plan to receive a discount on the fees. Feeling pressured and already emotionally invested, we agreed. When picking up our cat, we waited over an hour for discharge paperwork. Aftercare instructions were provided by a staff member who was visibly ill (sniffling and sneezing), which was concerning. We requested liquid medication, as our cat does not tolerate pills. Despite this, the veterinarian attempted to force a pill before ultimately agreeing to provide a liquid form. We were then informed that the full mass could not be removed and that chemotherapy would be the next option. We reminded the veterinarian that we had clearly stated from the beginning that we did not want to pursue chemotherapy and had agreed to surgery based on the expectation of a successful removal. We were told that without chemo, life expectancy could be anywhere from six months to two years. Less than two months later, our cat’s condition has significantly worsened. The cysts are returning, her quality of life has declined, and we are now facing the difficult decision of euthanasia. She was more comfortable and active prior to the surgery. This outcome was exactly what we feared and repeatedly expressed concern about before agreeing to the procedure. Regarding the Wellness Plan: we paid a $130 startup fee plus the first month. Approximately two weeks later, we were charged an additional $55, which we were later told was a recurring monthly charge billed on the first of the month—something that was never clearly explained. After canceling the plan, we were then billed for the remaining balance that had been discounted due to enrollment. We feel misled both medically and financially. The surgery did not provide the benefit we were led to expect, and the biopsy results were essentially the same as those from our previous veterinarian. We sought a second opinion and regret that decision. At this point, we are waiting to see how the clinic responds regarding the money spent and the situation overall. This has been an incredibly difficult experience, and it is heartbreaking that our cat’s final months were spent recovering from an invasive procedure that did not improve her condition.

Yesterday I brought my boyfriend’s dog Stormi along since she hasn’t had her annual shots. Emma and her trainee were amazing at helping us! I can’t remember the doctors name but we had met him before when we brought Stormi for an emergency visit months ago, but he was amazing as well.

They were really busy in the back and despite having an appointment I waited quite awhile but I say that speaks to how good they are, the busier the better their doctors are. They staff were all very friendly the only thing that confused me was they asked what all I wanted to pay for before I even spoke to the doctor, like X-rays and things I told them just the visit until I speak with a doctor which was ok with them but thought that was strange. All in all it was a good experience and I would definitely recommend them.

Vet addressed additional concerns, provided research and recommendations for future care.! (a little pricey but not their fault and is expected for pets.)

Because I was traveling so close to the holidays I was in danger of not getting my certification in time as the offices in Ecuador were closing. The manager called the offices in Ecuador to rush my certificate so that my kitty could leave with me. This was such a relief. I am so thankful for the diligence of the staff at Forever Vets Tinseltown.

My cats, Bunko and Kevin, were stressed as it was but they let me assist with their exam so they would be more relaxed a comfortable during it. The doctor a the tech were very gentle with them too. A huge shoutout to Brandy for helping get the health certificate and the FAVN test pushed through for approval on such a short time! You all are awesome!

Experiencia negativa: I had a very disappointing experience at Forever Vets Tinseltown. The entire visit felt scammy and unprofessional. The vet tech kept pushing me to get their Wellness Plan despite me declining multiple times. I was not allowed to be present for my cat's exam, and there was no transparency about what was actually done. Because of that, I have no way to verify that an exam was performed or that any medication was truly administered. This is my first visit and I didn't even meet the vet until it was time to pay. Dr. Uppala came out and said that Maple was good to go. There was no explanation or any discussion of Maple's vitals. On top of that, the prices were extremely high for the lack of communication and accountability. I left feeling uneasy rather than confident about my pet's care, which is unacceptable for a veterinary office. I will not be returning, and I do not recommend this location to other pet owners who value transparency, trust, and honesty. A lot of the reviews you see here are bought, given that they give you a $10 credit if you write them a positive review.

Her doctors treated her so sweet and she felt very comfortable around them being this is the first time. They answered all my questions and checked on her the day after. I purchased my 4 month-old puppy, Grace, in September, and since then Forever Vets has truly become part of our village. As a new dog mom, I’ve had plenty of questions, and their team is always just a call or text away, patient, kind, and so reassuring. Dr. Moss is absolutely amazing with Grace. The way she cares for her with such gentleness and attention puts me completely at ease every visit. The entire staff shows Grace so much love, and you can genuinely feel that they want the best not just for me, but for my puppy as well. Forever Vets has made this new journey so much easier, and I’m incredibly grateful. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a vet who treats your fur baby like family.

Experiencia negativa: My experience with Forever Vets was overall acceptable, and the staff members are very nice and polite. However, I need to highlight a serious concern about their Wellness Care Plan. When I canceled my plan because I was moving out of the city, I was charged almost $160, which they stated was the remaining balance. This cancellation fee was never clearly explained when I enrolled, nor was it presented in a transparent way in the contract or on their website. On top of that, the process to pay this amount after canceling was unnecessarily complicated. The staff remained kind, but the system and policies behind the Wellness Plan are confusing and not user-friendly. I do not recommend enrolling in the Wellness Care Plan, as it can lead to unexpected charges and avoidable difficulties if you ever need to cancel—unless you are absolutely sure you will use it for the entire year.
