Experiencia fantástica: Pet Angels Animal Hospital was so kind and accommodating when our dog Sandy was ill. They answered all of my questions and got us an appointment asap. They ran all the necessary tests and gave Sandy the medicine to get her back to her happy self. They explained each test and medications that fit into our budget to give Sandy the best care. If we ever need emergency care in the future for our pets we will definitely come back.
Experiencia negativa: For the record I have used this hospital previously and had a great experience but the second time I encountered this hospital it was more then unpleasant. I called Sunday morning to see if they could take walk-ins as no appointments were available and i was told walk-ins were welcome and it would be best to come before 12 and that they were short staffed so it would be a wait. I checked in at 1030 with the complaint of a UTI and was advised again of the long wait due to staffing shortage and I understood and chose to wait. I waited 3 hours to get called into a room which was understandable and they took my dogs temperature and then I waited another 30 minutes for the doctor to come in and gave me a few options but decided to start with a urine sample which meant they had to take my dog outside and try to obtain a sample. My problem is that I waited 3 and half hours at this point with a dog that had not eaten or drank and has uti symptoms which means she wanted to walk and try to pee a million times and in that time frame not once did the front desk advise a urine sample would be needed or asked if I could get one as I could have definitely got one. Back to the vet techs return with my dog after 2 minutes and say well unfortunately we cannot get a urine sample so we are unable to prescribe any medications to treat your dog. They did advise i could pay for blood work so they could prescribe pain medication but again it wouldn't treat the uti but yet help her with pain until we could see a regular vet and to top it off had the audacity to ask me for the $50 wellness visit. I waited 4 hours, saw the doctor for a few minutes to give me the options which was all a money gimic because in all actuality the urine test is the first step which they couldn't even perform, to just be told they can't help me butthey collected 50$ for keeping me in a room for an hour to only take a temperature and for this i was furious. Fortunately for another hospital I was able to seek relief and aid for my sweet girl and she is on the mend. I will never visit this animal hospital again.

Experiencia negativa: This place is a joke. I called this morning and was told they could hospitalize my dog for $150/nt to administer fluids for pancreatitis. I made an appointment at 230pm. They examined him and ordered two more tests for over $350 I agreed, they did the tests and then informed me that I needed to take him to an emergency vet for overnight fluids. They said they didn’t provide that service. Even though the person I spoke with before making the appointment not only told me they do but also gave me pricing! I took my dog to a different vet for fluids. So far they have called 3x trying to get his records and this place still hasn’t sent them over. I called to speak to the manager and was told they were too busy to take my call. This place is a complete bait and switch. The vet I am at now even says they are a joke. They won’t even send the records over. I would NEVER recommend this place.

Experiencia negativa: On 01/05/26 I took my 1 year old Puppy Chari'T there. She was very ill. I explained to the VET what had happened to her. The Vet shows no compassion it's like he didn't care and he wasn't listening to me. He kept interrupting me when I was explaining to him what Chari'T was going through. Being a dog mom I didn't want her to suffer so I requested to have her euthanized. The Vet refused to do it stating she was too young and wanted to do alot of tests costing between $1k-4k to see what was wrong. I refused because I was on a budget. Even told us to apply for care credit. My daughter and I eventually agreed to the blood test to see what was going on with her. That was $150. Blood tests came back he was so busy explaining the numbers to me and my daughter neither one of us had a clue as to what he was saying. Again when I asked questions it's like he wasn't answering my questions. So I said so she'll be alright. He stated that she needed to go to the ER hospital for 3 days to get IV drip for 24 hours and possibly some medication. So again I asked so she'll be fine. He said should be with the proper treatment. Total cost there $205. We even ask for some medication to ease her pain he declined. He referred us to the Jacksonville Humane Society to see what they could do. My daughter and I drove to Jacksonville Humane Society. The staff there looked at my paperwork I told them what had happened to Chari'T and what the VET had told us. She was like I don't know why the VET referred you to us where not an ER hospital we're just a shelter. She also stated that they get alot of people saying that Pet Angel's referred them. She referred to a local VET in my area. As we were headed to the local VET in my area my baby breathing changed, she started drooling and she couldn't get comfortable. Her little body was shutting down. I arrived at the local VET they immediately saw my baby and apologized about that morning. They explained to us the lab results and said there was no guarantee that the ER hospital stay because my baby was critically ill. They were like based upon her lab results she wouldn't make it because her kidneys had shut down. I said that's what I asked the VET at Pet Angel's and he stated that she would be fine with the IV and medication. They recommended euthanasia which my daughter and I had agreed before the process could even start my baby started having seizures. My baby was euthanized. My baby passed away at 1:50pm. They may say, "Pet Angels," This time I did not experience any angelic experiences. Don't go! Find a place that love and have genuine compassion with your fur babies without a high dollar signs attached. On 01/06/26 I called Pet Angel's to voice my complaint. I explained to the front desk I've never had a bad experience with a VET there before. The VET that saw my Chari'T on Monday was not listening, rude, arrogant with a nonchalant attitude. He was just talking about money and tests. I told them that Chari'T passed away. Kudos to the TECH she (with the christmas nails) was awesome. While speaking with my daughter on the phone the VET from Pet Angel's called. She merged the call I can not tell you what he said at the beginning because he was talking so fast my daughter was trying to talk to him. She did tell him that Chari'T had passed. He said oh no one told him and you can hear him typing. Same nonchalant attitude non caring attitude my daughter disconnected the call and started crying. No empathy!!! If I could get my money back or atleast half I would be ok. I will not be going back to Pet Angel's Hospital. I'm not a happy parent.
Experiencia negativa: Terrible place to take your pet; especially dogs. The prices are very high. The Vet shows no compassion when your dog is in trouble. They may say, "Pet Angels," but don't be fooled. I did not experience angelic experiences at all here. Don't go! Find a place that love and have genuine compassion on your dog(s) without dollar signs attached.

From the moment we arrived, they treated us with genuine care and respect. They worked with us to make sure my cat received immediate care while also staying within our budget, which meant so much to us during a stressful time. You can truly tell that the veterinarian loves what she does and has a real heart for animals. I’m beyond grateful for the kindness, professionalism, and dedication shown by the entire team. Experiencia fantástica: My little Gatsby had an abscess on his tooth and it was an emergency situation. They got him in same day. The receptionist was amazing and Kelsey our tech was fabulous and very informative. He doesn’t like anyone and he liked her thank you guys

I brought my 8 weeks old puppy there to get shots and health certificate due to her going to her forever home in 2 weeks.. the front desk girl gave me her opinion that the puppy shouldn't get vaccinated because she's to small.. I'm like wait puppies get their first set of shots at 6 weeks how she to small. and she wouldn't check me in because it was her opinion ♀️ i won't be returning that's for sure

I also greatly appreciated their honesty with the cost of the visit when I called beforehand, which was very affordable compared to other facilities in the area. No surprise fees of any kind. Highly recommend this location.
Experiencia negativa: This place does not even deserve a fraction of a star. It is apparent that all they care about is the money. I brought my cat in on Sunday for an upper respiratory infection. Before we even started, I flat out told them I do not have a lot of funds.They wanted to charge me $430 to test him for things that had nothing to do with an upper respiratory infection. So they refused to treat him at all. What kind of place let's an animal suffer when all they had to do was treat him for what he was there for? I have never had a veterinarian refuse to treat any pet I've ever had because I couldn't afford to spend hundreds of dollars. Luckily, I was able to find another veterinarian to treat him that day.
Experiencia fantástica: On Friday, 11/29/2025, our sweet 11-year-old diabetic girl, Annabelle, went to the vet for what we thought was a simple UTI. What we learned instead was heartbreaking—she had pyometra, a life-threatening infection that required emergency surgery. Our vet couldn’t perform the surgery and referred us out. From there, it was a whirlwind—place after place, thousands of dollars later, and multiple referrals. Each time, we were told her case was “too high risk” and even advised to consider euthanasia. But giving up was NEVER an option. Then came Pet Angels—and they truly lived up to their name. Annabelle is not just a dog; she is our daughter, our sister, the backbone of this family. We owed it to her to fight for her life. Today, against ALL odds, Dr. Ravi and Dr. Randolph gave us the most priceless gift imaginable—they saved Annabelle’s life! ✨ Words cannot express the gratitude in our hearts. This day means EVERYTHING to our family. Thank you to these incredible doctors and their amazing team. Experiencia fantástica: I came in with my cat as a walk in at a very stressful time and the team was so welcoming and gentle with us. I waited about 2 hours on a Saturday afternoon as a walk in which was to be expected, but as soon as they took me back they got tests started immediately. The staff were comforting in a time of need and it seemed like a reasonable price for everything they did. Unfortunately, my baby needed surgery and the staff made a great recommendation for an emergency hospital nearby and even made sure the hospital had our records and when we arrived. Highly recommend if you have an emergency need!
Experiencia negativa: I’ve been bringing my dog here for years and unfortunately I will be finding another veterinarian. I was just here a few months ago and was charged almost $1000 and literally all that was wrong was she had hookworms. I’m back again today because she needs her vaccines and what used to be around $75 is now $100+ and the rabies isn’t even a 2 year. The prices here have gotten insane and be prepared to wait 45+ mins after your appointment time.

Experiencia positiva: Billing is no longer transparent. After so many years, I am disappointed. After agreeing to a $350 bill, I am now $500 out of pocket. I also had to push them to treat my dog for the issue I actually brought her in for. It's not a bad place, just be careful.
Experiencia negativa: After incurring an initial charge of $100, which included $50 for parvovirus testing and $50 for a doctor's visit, I was relieved to discover that my dog did not have parvovirus. Nevertheless, the veterinarian was unable to provide a definitive diagnosis and recommended additional testing at a cost of $441. Due to financial difficulties and the need to pay impending bills, I was unable to afford the further testing. Despite having paid $100 upfront, including the unnecessary parvovirus test, the doctor was unwilling to consider alternative payment arrangements. I was advised that my dog's prospects for recovery without veterinary care were unfavorable, yet we were discharged without further support. This experience has led me to believe that financial considerations are being prioritized over animal care. I would not recommend this service and I feel my babygirl and I have been treated unfairly.

Experiencia fantástica: Pet Angels has been a god send. As I and my friends rescued and fostered 4 kittens, learning about Pet Angels has made it so much more affordable to provide care for these babies. Additionally, my cat has a tumor on his hind leg and Pet Angels is helping me be able to promptly take care of that. I need to shout out Kelsey who is now my cat’s new auntie. Her patience and attentiveness made my cat’s visit less stressful. Other vets have put my cat under anesthesia in order to get his vaccinations done. Kelsey took the time to gain my cat’s trust and was able to have his vaccines done without any anesthesia. Kelsey is my hero and made my day. I want to also say I have watched the rest of the staff handle other pets with great care. Even while in the lobby waiting to be seen, when dogs have been nervous that have comforted them. I will continue to bring my baby and any rescues to this clinic.
Experiencia fantástica: This week was my first time bringing my baby here. He was critically ill, and they took wonderful care of him. The whole staff was wonderful! They have transparent pricing so there were no surprises, which is important when you are on a budget. The best part was they babied my little boy and made me feel like he was important to them. They let him take his blanket and stuffie with him as he spent all day there for his treatments. For that, I am forever grateful. Update....10/17/25 Good Morning, I want to thank you for the care and compassion you gave my baby while he was in your care. Unfortunately, Bentley's kidney disease along with the chronic pancreatitis that he was having constantly took a turn for the worse on 10/12. The specialist noted end care kidney disease, and on 10/14 Bentley passed away peacefully in my arms. I can't even begin to tell you how much he meant to me. Bentley passed on 10/14/25 and will be forever missed. He was the best friend a girl could ever ask for. I will continue to tell everyone about you and refer you. When your pet becomes critically ill, time is important. This hospital jumps in right away when your pets life is in danger and goes to work. They don't waste valuable time like I saw other clinics do. Thank you and keep doing the awesome job you do . I will send another google review as well. Experiencia fantástica: This was my first time using Pet Angels and they were great. They took me at the last minute. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The facility was nice looking and clean. I don't remember the doctor name; however, he diagnosed my cat. After a thorough checkup. Right away. Then today they followed up with me to see how my cat was doing. I've never had any prior vet I used do that. There cost of service was well within my budget. I can't wait to go back. If I had too. I'm glad I signed up to be a future client.
Experiencia negativa: I don’t normally do this but I feel like people need to know. I took my dog here a week ago to get treated and they basically said he said “pneumonia” and bring him back in two weeks. Well on Thursday a week exactly we have to take him to the emergency vet visit and turns out he was bleeding in his lungs and then thinking it was just “haze” it wasn’t. If you’re going to charge someone thousand dollars to run all these test and so assume he has something which he didn’t . Our dog is dead because you assumed and we had the worst week of our lives because you brushed it off. I would never recommended anyone going here ever. I will not be going back and if you want to keep your pets alive I wouldn’t. Please take extra precautions when you treat our animals they our lives. I hope you don’t ever make that mistake again.

Experiencia negativa: I once brought my pet here, but the doctor was unprofessional and mistreated my dog during one of the visits. My dog was extremely nervous and scared, and instead of trying to find a way to reassure him, Dr. Ravi grabbed my dog by his neck and tried to hold him down. As a dog mom, I reacted the best way I knew how, seeing that I’ve never been in this position before. I was very concerned so I paid for the visit and left. Low prices do not mean better care or understanding; it's just a way to earn your business. Not only was my dog mistreated, but these people are understaffed and have you waiting up to 30–45 minutes past your scheduled appointment time because they don’t have the help they need. Just imagine what the back looks like. I want to educate people on vets like these because, if there is a serious emergency, your pet's life could be at risk.

Lack of communication, lack of explanation, and everyone seems like you are inconveniencing them when you have questions. I am changing vets bc… there are better ones out there. This is… I’m ok on.
Experiencia negativa: I just am having a hard time understanding why there are so many vets who advertise CARING FOR YOUR ANIMALS. But, what it REALLY comes down to is the money!! I had a dying kitten, and I had no money, just found the baby, who got sick. When I told them about the first that I don't get paid until tomorrow, everything became about the cost. I couldn't afford the treatment anyway, it was over $670, and I just found the baby. But they wouldn't even help with euthanizing the poor, SUFFERING SOUL! I know they get great reviews. I just want a vet who actually CARES about the animals and NOT the dollar!!!
Experiencia negativa: DO NOT BRING YOUR ANIMALS HERE!! Yes they offer low prices, only to cover up the massive mistakes and mistreatment by the doctor but it’s now worth how they act towards the animals . . Dr Ravi is not a good vet dr and he treats and handles the animals he works with poorly. These people are clearly very understaffed and it’s honestly sad because to remain fully booked even though you don’t have the help you need can cause all sorts of mistakes it’s not the animals they care about it’s money. The worst part about all of this but the staff is very aware of how the animals are being treated but they do not care. Some of them Are extra nice to try to hid it but others are just nasty and rude.

Experiencia positiva: Had 230pm appt Saturday. By 320 they had explained to the other 230 appt of why it was taking so long but nothing explained to me. I was in a room by 330, Nurse was super nice and was the only real good experience I had. I saw the vet for maybe 2-3 mins. I understand the nurse takes notes and symptoms to give to the vet but how do they already have a plan without looking at the animal first???!!! I was then contacted Sunday about my experience. where I asked about a medication and they weren’t sure about it either (I understand there not there to answer that but thought I’d ask). I was texted by the office this morning (Monday), where they asked did anyone get back to me about my concerns? This was 830am so I was at work, so I didn’t text back till 11pm and answered, “ no haven't heard back from anybody yet” . It’s Monday night 1030pm and I still haven’t gotten an answer. I think there a little under staffed for the work there trying to pump out, and it’s the popular quantity over quality business tactics. So if you got time to waste, or want a vet to quickly just throw some ointments at you to rub on your animal this seems like the place to go.

Experiencia fantástica: It is a nice little animals hospital. There is a guy who is a crooner, he sings songs to the animals in the back, I thought that was very sweet. The doctor was kind to my cat and the prices are decent too.

The office was very clean and the prices very reasonable. I will continue to bring my pets here. It’s worth the drive across town.

Experiencia fantástica: I have four kitties and we have been coming to pet angels for about 3 years now and we always receive such great care here! The vet techs and the doctors are wonderful, positive attitudes and super understanding! :) they are very reasonable with pricing and tell you the cost of services up front before anything is done to make sure it’s affordable for the owner and if you tell them you are on a tight budget or cannot afford the recommended treatments, they will work around as much as possible to still treat your angel as best they can! 3 of my 4 kitties got sick at the same time (absolute nightmare) and the doctor performed testing on one, found out it was a contagious illness, and was able to prescribe medicine for the other two without having to bring them in for their own exam and expensive testing. Experiencia fantástica: We came in on a walk in for our cat due to blood in the urine. They were very caring and helpful with him and extremely informative. The wait for a walk in was not bad and the overall experience was very good.
Experiencia fantástica: I have 6 fur babies (4 cats and 2 dogs, yes I’m a little on the crazy side). A vet trip for all them is usually a mortgage payment. Not here, the price was reasonable (listed on their website) and the quality of care was better than I have received at any other vet I’ve gone to. Friendly staff, took the time to explain everything and took great care of my fur babies. The technician even took the extra time to find me the best price on flea/tick/heart worm protection which was cheaper then Chewy’s online price. The only negative is that there is a wait. Been there twice and both times I waited at least 30 minutes past my appointment time. However I did schedule both my appointments on their surgery day, so they were really busy. Worth the wait regardless.

Experiencia negativa: This place has gone down the drain. The savings in money is not worth the investment in time and peace of mind. Do yourself a favor and find somewhere else to go if you can afford it. I have been a client of theirs for almost 10 years and it means nothing to the office staff. I have had numerous negative experiences in the recent years, but I will not recount any of them outside of what I experienced today for the sake of potentially reiterating them incorrectly due to time passed. About 2 weeks ago my husband went into the office to pick up the joint support meds our dog has been on for about 3 years everyday due to her ongoing chronic condition. In addition to this, our dog has a thyroid condition that we were told would be a condition she would have to deal with for the rest of her life again, she was diagnosed about 3 years ago. Mind you we spent close to $1,000 on this diagnosis not to mentions the probably hundreds close to an additional $1,000 we have spent in meds for her alone since then. I digress, he went in to pick up the joint support because we were completely out and at this time he was offered a refill on the thyroid meds as well. He declined due to limited finances that week and the fact that those joint supplements are nearly $90 On their own. Fast forward to today, I called at 11:46 am to ask for the thyroid meds to be filled as I would be in that area within an hour or 2. I was given a long drawn out explanation because my dogs 6 months blood work was less than 2 weeks expired and they needed approval from the doctor. I informed them the meds were offered to us when my husband was just in but understood and said I would wait. In the interim, I tried to schedule an appointment to get her bloodwork redone to which she told me to hang tight as it may not be needed or the doctor may ask to push it out (this did not make sense as her expired bloodwork was the reason they needed dr approval). Nonetheless, I waited. At 1:11 pm I texted the clinic asking for an update and received a message back almost instantly stating the following: "They are just finishing up morning/afternoon appointments. I am checking the status for you and as soon as I get an answer I will give you a call or text. **Ange**". At 1:42 pm I messaged asking for an update stating I would be by in about 15 mins with no response. My husband then called at 1:59 pm as I was driving to which he was put on hold for exactly 20 mins and 16 secs. He hung up, called back, and was promptly told due to the volume of patients in office no request would be filled over the phone. At this point I was next to the office so I just walked in. Mind you, this was just about 3 hours after my initial call as I was walking in after my 2:39 pm phone call with my husband and no successful response from the team. I waited in line in the office and when it was my turn at the counter I told the lady I was just picking up my dogs thyroid meds when the 2nd lady there interrupted my conversation asking if I had heard back or anything. I informed her I didnt but I live nearly an hour away from the clinic and had called hours in advance for this very reason. They gave me some back and forth about being so busy nonstop they hadnt gotten a chance to the doctor and it may take a while so I asked how long is a while more or less because at this point our "waiting" was over 3 hours long. It very much felt like my request was put on the backburner as it wasn't important to them due to the $ amount being so low in comparison to the patients in office. I waited maybe an additional 10-15 mins in office for one of the vet techs to come out with the prescription bottle and say it was ready followed by a "btw this was offered to you nearly 2 weeks ago and you declined" with a what can only be described as a cynical smile. I answered and said it actually was told to my husband not me (to which i was obviously aware) and the reason we declined was because we still had some meds and we were tight financially that week and that was an insensitive comment to make as they dont know
Experiencia negativa: The staff is very kind but be prepared to spend the day here regardless of if you have an appointment. I’ve always waited for mine, 30 minutes to 1 hour. I left last time after an hour after learning there were still appointments from the previous hour to mine still waiting. Meaning there were people waiting 2 hours for their appointments. The staff was argumentative and rude when people asked about the wait and did not have any sympathy for their patients schedules.
Experiencia fantástica: We've taken one of our cats, and one of our dogs here so far, and they've been great each time. Shellby is an absolute doll, so sweet, very professional, and easy to talk to. The dr. Is great as well, answers any questions you have.

Our own vet (now former) wouldn’t help saying they couldn’t sedate after 11am. Came from airport to Orange Park to this beautiful location, everyone was professional, friendly and most importantly willing to help my baby gurl. THANK YOU!!! Experiencia fantástica: I came to pet angels with an emergency with my 9month old American bully. He had a prolapsed penis. I had no choice but to neuter him. They did an awesome job and the girls everyone there was great. Thank you for saving my baby. It could have been fatal.
Experiencia negativa: I took my 3 and a half month old puppy there on May 7th because she had a hurt leg. They charged me $310.00 for an office visit, X-ray told me it was not broken or fractured and gave me two prescriptions. Today is June 6th almost a month and she still will not put pressure on that leg. For that amount of money my puppy should be walking on her leg. I have made an appointment through No more homeless pets for them to see her on the 16th of this month.

Experiencia fantástica: My wife and I were very crunched for time trying to find a place to take our 3 dogs for their annual vaccinations the day before a cross-country trip. Everywhere was expensive or booked out weeks in advance. Called ahead and the staff worked patiently and diligently to find a good time to bring the dogs in same day! Everyone at the facility was so friendly and loving to our dogs- from front desk admin, vet techs, and the vet! This place was great. Clean facility, affordable prices, friendly staff. What more can one ask for?! Thank you guys!!
Experiencia fantástica: Our indoor cat has a very spicy personality and recently became very sick. Other vets turned him away because of his feral behavior, but Pet Angels was willing to see him, diagnose him, and ultimately save him. Everyone in the office was so kind, and the doctor was excellent—keeping me informed about everything he found and showing me the best way to administer the medication to help him heal. We are incredibly grateful for Pet Angels and wholeheartedly recommend their office.

The vet tech, Angela, was very sweet, and Dr. Valavala was very gentle and answered all of my questions. The costs are very reasonable/affordable as well. I would definitely recommend! I will be bringing my other cat, Pistachio, next month.
Experiencia negativa: I have no complaints about the service, and the prices are maybe fair? There are certainly more expensive vets to go to. The deal breaker for us is the wait times. Its always a consistent 30 to 45 minutes of waiting in the lobby to be seen, despite having an appointment, with the worst being well over an hour. The first 3 to 4 times weve gone, I was willing to let it slide because the unexpected happens. But it has happened every single time I've visited now...always atleast 30 minutes, and I've started intentionally been walking in past the appt time to offset this and still find myself waiting around forever. Ive concluded they just choose to operate this way and that its just buisness as usual, wasting customers time. So we will be spending our money elsewhere.

My cat gets anxiety when it comes to vet visits, but Ms. Aaliyah did an amazing job on making sure Galaxy felt welcomed and stayed calmed her entire visit. Ms. Aaliyah was also well informed and knowledge about proper preventative care for my cat. Dr.Valavala was very attentive and thorough when it came to my cats annual exam and vaccinations. Experiencia fantástica: Pet Angels is an appropriate name for this place. They take pride in what they do and really care for your pets. They do everything from providing international travel certificates, dental work and everything in between. I have been with them now for a few years. They are priced fair and you don't feel like all their services are motivated only money. I have delt with a few of those and it isn't pleasant . At Pet Angles they treat you like a person and understand everyone's pet means the world to them. I had once experience where I needed a international travel certificate and time was an issue. I am not sure if he was the owner or a vet but he knew I was crunched for time and needed by international travel certification. He made sure I had it and emailed it to me from his personal email. Even though I have to drive 30 minutes I am happy to call Pet Angles my vet. Thanks to the whole crew.

Experiencia negativa: They do NOT answer calls, they respond to you via texted saying they will return your call but they do not. I left a message with Natalie asking she have a member of the management team return my call to no avail. Appointments aren’t appointments as you sit for over an hour to be seen. When they first opened they were good. Now so many pets with not so many Veterinarians makes for a terrible experience.

They are also more affordable than other vets I've been to.They are my go to vet for the yearly visits and my yorkies allergy shots every 3 months. The team was also super caring and compassionate while we were diagnosing my new kitten as going blind. Their walk in waits can be long though, so I would recommend making an appointment as they usually have some spots open in the next day or two.
