Fantastic experience: Everyone was so nice and a tentative to the animals like they really wanted to be there

Fantastic experience: We recently started new primary care for our dog Luna here, and the entire staff, and experience, have been absolutely wonderful! Everyone we interact with is great, and they really care about what they do. We also booked an overnight stay for Luna, where she had SO much fun playing with other dogs, and came home freshly bathed with nice trimmed nails (something she hates having done). We plan to schedule regular grooming for her on top of her primary vet care. We came from a previous Animal Hospital in Brier Creek that was also fantastic, but didn't seem practical to keep going back to our old neighborhood. When we found Complete Pet Care and had our first experiences with them, we knew we found our full care place for Luna!

Fantastic experience: Dr. Hessler does an amazing job and if your looking for a new vet I highly recommend! Great communication before, during, and after surgery on our old man for his dental and lump removal surgery! So glad that he got such great care and that the team were able to find a few things that we hadn't noticed and get those taken care of, as well as letting us know what to keep an eye on moving forward!

Negative experience: A client for years. No More!! They (Natalie) lied to Chewy Pharmacy about a med they refused to ok them to fill. Three months ago they prescribe 3 meds and charge over $200 for nonexistent FLEAS. Almost November!! An indoor 12 yr old dog that has NEVER had a flea in her life! Shame on you! Zero stars!!

Fantastic experience: Dr. Conley is very professional and goes above and beyond to be helpful. He is so good with Ella and we are so happy with the doctor and staff. I highly recommend Complete Pet Care Animal Hospital.

Negative experience: All the times I’ve been to this place and walk in they don’t even bother to look up and see who’s coming in. You will be waiting all day for someone to say “good morning” or “hi”. We took our dog to get a bath, they returned her to us still soaking wet. Something that didn’t happen before, of course still charged the full price like if the full service was provided, what a shame. Also, it is super cold outside for my dog to be soaking wet.

Fantastic experience: The service here is amazing. They are always fully staffed and offer amazing customer service. I love they they are full service, i.e. vet, daycare, boarding, grooming. My pup always comes home from daycare spent which is the whole point. I WILL say that the location and parking is NOT fun. Small parking lot and it's on a corner where you can only exit in certain directions. So not easy to get to, but worth it overall.

Fantastic experience: The doctors and staff are very caring and offer top-notch services. The place is also very clean and hygienic!

Fantastic experience: Dr Hunter is the absolute best. He's very thorough and takes the time to explain everything. You can tell he cares about your pet. For me saying I trust him with my dog is like saying I trust him with my child. Thank you Dr. Hunter for your compassion and dedication to excellence!

Fantastic experience: Staff is always pleasant, smiling and they care. We are sure all physicians at this location are awesome but we have to do a shoutout to Dr Hunter. Great caring vet dr. Always good advice. Just love these guys and they take great care of their patients and their parents ❤️

Positive experience: I really wish I wasn’t writing this review. The reason I chose this vet was because of the reviews. I give 3 stars because I’m not sure they’re the best but I’m not sure they’re the worst. If this review stops anyone from having the same experience I had then my cat won't have died in vain. I took my cat in at 9:30am in the morning with breathing difficulties. It wasn’t until 3pm that afternoon that the x-ray was sent to the radiologist. Nothing was noted that day by the attending doctor or the radiologist from the x-ray. I know now (from Dr. Hunter) he was having heart issues. I was even told he could come home that day. We kept him there overnight to be on the safe side. The next day, his fever came back, and kidney and liver levels were high to where he became jaundice. The doctor attending that day never recommended any tests. It was doomsday from the get-go. The tests that were done that day were because I specifically asked for them because I wanted answers before I put my cat down. I wanted answers that I didn’t get. The bedside manner the day we put him down was lacking. I truly believe if Dr. Hunter was working those two days that my cat was in the hospital, he would still be here. I was told he was having a vaccine reaction. Then I was told he was reacting to a toxin. I was then told it was cancer. To lastly, I was told it was a heart issue (after the fact when Dr. Hunter reviewed everything). I shouldn’t have to question expertise and care depending on what doctor I may get when my animal is sick. The lack of urgency they had to care for my cat on those two days is beyond me. Of course, they were sure to collect payment that day as I’m putting my cat down. There was no lack of urgency to collect payment. It’s much more tasteful to send a bill to a patient when an animal is being put down. Lastly, we got a sympathy card from the office. One of the doctors referred to my cat in the wrong gender. Tell me you don’t care without telling me you don’t care.

Fantastic experience: All the staff involved we're extremely kind and professional. Big thanks to the main Doctors and staff in the back that I may not have seen but took such good care of my pet. Thanks for calling the day after to check up!

Negative experience: I had a very disappointing experience at this vet clinic. When I dropped off my cat, they had previously confirmed months earlier, during a comprehensive exam, that she was female. Later, they realized he was actually male. They also initially refused to accept the Friends of Animals voucher for neutering, even though it should have been covered and beneficial for them. Only after my cat was already anesthetized, they called to inform me of his actual gender and that the voucher wouldn’t apply. I contacted Friends of Animals, who confirmed that the voucher should still be accepted, since neutering is typically less expensive than spaying. After their intervention, the clinic agreed to proceed with the neuter, meaning my cat had to undergo anesthesia twice, which was unnecessary and stressful. When I arrived to pick him up, I was ignored for several minutes. Even though I was told someone would assist me, I had to wait over ten minutes before approaching the desk again. During that time, I overheard staff discussing me directly, saying things like “I’ll tell you more later,” which made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. The lack of transparency about pricing only added to my frustration. I felt judged for using a voucher, and the overall experience was uncomfortable and disappointing. I would strongly recommend considering another clinic especially if you’re using a voucher or subsidy. The judgment and lack of professionalism left me feeling disappointed and unwelcome.

Fantastic experience: I can’t say enough wonderful things about Dr Hunter. He has been very caring with my little man and has been patient with me and answered all questions and provided excellent care. The staff is also so friendly and caring, after my previous bad experience I am so thankful to have found this practice. Thank you all for what you do and how you treat people and their beloved pets.

Fantastic experience: I especially appreciated the update calls and texts while my cat was there for a dental cleaning, and the follow-up call the next morning to check on her. No one likes to leave their pets at the vet, but I felt completely comfortable and reassured that Maisie was being well taken care of and closely monitored.

Fantastic experience: From the start of our visit, we saw smiling faces of people eager to help us The staff at the desk, the young man who assisted us, & finally, Dr. Conley. Everyone treated us with kindness & genuine care.

Fantastic experience: When I drop my animals off for procedures or surgery, I can drive away knowing that they are in excellent hands and I don’t have to worry about them for one second. When I picked up Barkley after her spay and Storm after his neuter, they acted like nothing had happened. They came home bright and happy and have not missed a beat. This has been my veterinarian for over 20 years and, I can’t tell you how happy we are to have Dr Conley and his practice in our lives.

Fantastic experience: My fur babies are always so well taken care of at Complete Pet Care. We have been coming here for years. Staff is phenomenal. So professional and so kind.

Negative experience: This place has a real problem with misdiagnosing, prescribing the wrong medicine, front desk staff giving wrongful/uneducated advice that is dangerous for your pets wellbeing (which front desk staff shouldn't be doing unless advised by the doctor). My experience ended up in my cat having a severe seizure that left him blind, and paralyzed for a bit. Essentially an insulin overdose. My cat wasn't eating and i didn't want to give him any more insulin until after I brought him to see the vet and the front desk staff member told me that I should definitely give him his regular insulin of 3 units twice a day 12 hours apart befor bringing the cat in for his appointment, which I might add that I had multiple second opinions, and was told that that is way too much insulin to start a cat out on when approaching diabetes initially. Another fault for this vet, go figure. Last year I had brought my current cat's brother in who passed away, sadly, from an aggressive cancer and was misdiagnosed for having asthma after purchasing all asthma inhalers and asthma administering device for the cat. I had called and emailed multiple times to speak to that specific doctor who misdiagnosed that cat, and that Doctor wouldn't even speak to me. I was advised to gather all proof of evidence and contact my attorney which I have started on that process. It's not fair that this establishment is operating this way, and putting many poor, innocent animals in worse or even fatal situations that what they were dealing with before visiting Complete Pet Care on Falls of Neuse Rd in Raleigh, NC. Very sad.

Fantastic experience: Amy Fear has been Leena's vet since before I adopted her. She's always been very good with Leena and has always answered all my questions. The girls at the desk are friendly and keep things moving along. This was the first time meeting Rachel and she was friendly and did very well with Leena.

Fantastic experience: Nothing but great things to say about them, they are always so sweet to every animal, you can tell they really value every pet. The techs and the vets are all so sweet! My kitten peed in her carrier on the way to her checkup and they let me borrow a carrier they had to bring her home and told me to bring it back whenever. I highly recommend coming here, have been for years!

Fantastic experience: I love Dr. Winstead. I decided to have my new dog seen at CPC because she’s given excellent care to the dogs I’ve fostered through PIPS. She listens, and it’s evident she cares by the thorough treatment plan she delivers. Several of the foster dogs were complicated cases requiring several medications and multiple visits. It was not an easy process but the outcome was worth it!

Fantastic experience: Complete Pet Care has been taking care of the USDA health certificates for our pets when we travel outside the USA. They are very knowledgeable about the process and super friendly.

Fantastic experience: We just moved from out of state and the staff here has been so welcoming and attentive to our Corgi pup. I feel like we were really listened to, and they took all of her history and our concerns into consideration. They made her and us feel super comfortable and trusting that she was a priority. I don't trust a lot of people with our pup, but I definitely trust them. The communication is amazing and they have gone above and beyond for her already. I can tell they genuinely care.

Positive experience: I can only say great things about Dr. Winstead. She has been so kind and thoughtful with our kitty. We appreciate her time and expertise very much.

Fantastic experience: This place is phenomenal on all fronts. I've been boarding my dog here for several years now, and she just recently had a surgical procedure done here. Anytime I've walked through the doors, it's been obvious how much CPC cares about the pets. That's always nice to see. But my recent experience impressed me even more when I saw how much they care about the people, too--employees and customers alike. I'd rate this place 10 stars if I could, but my glowing recommendation will have to do! (P.S. Dr Hessler is incredible with German Shepherds. My nervous nellie warmed up to her almost instantly.)

Negative experience: I’m really disappointed with this place. I took my dog here two weeks ago for a comprehensive exam that resulted in a bunch of tests like cytology for his ear and a parasite screening. That was fine by me, he got his shots and exam and I was told to come back two weeks later for a booster shot. I came back, he was given the shot and saw the vet for an ‘exam’ which didn’t include a temperature check because he was so nervous, a quick palpation of his stomach and a brief listen to his chest. I get outside to pay and was told to pay $60 for this ‘exam’ on top of the $30 booster. I explained that it wasn’t aware he was getting another exam as he had one two weeks ago, and I didn’t even think that what the vet did could be considered an exam, but the tech said that it was done for all animals that come in - apparently without their knowledge. I wasn’t informed of this and ultimately had to set up a payment plan for unexpected incurred costs. They also wanted to do a ‘follow up’ ear cytology for an extra $50, when he had been given antibiotics for at this practice two weeks before. I declined this, but had I not asked, I would have been charged for another completely unnecessary procedure. I will not be coming back here, and I would advise people that this practice is not transparent with the costs and will do anything to charge for a procedure. Do not be fooled by the first ‘free’ exam - Update: I was contacted by a member of the practice to discuss this. I appreciate the quick response from them and their willingness to discuss the problems I had experienced yesterday. Thanks!

Fantastic experience: We love Complete Pet Care, and trust our dog's care in their hands. Doctors and staff are all great - they have a very busy front desk, but are always kind and helpful. This morning I spoke to Alexis when trying to purchase a new set of flea, tick, and heartworm meds, and she could not have been nicer! She provided costs, pick-up times, and checked our pet's history to make sure I wasn't missing anything. She was wonderful! Thank you!

Fantastic experience: Dr. Conley at Complete Pet Care Animal Hospital was amazing with my dog’s laparoscopic spay. She was knowledgeable, caring, and made sure my dog was comfortable throughout. They do a great job explaining the process and any procedures your pet will encounter. Lastly, the laparoscopic spay is amazing, and the post surgery laser treatment is great. 10/10 recommend.

Fantastic experience: My dog was in pain and I made a last minute appointment and they were very accommodating. Dr short saw Sherman and Elana the tech and took the time to see what was troubling him. They called to see how he was doing today.

Fantastic experience: Complete Pet Care has been with us through every step of Charlie’s journey. He was diagnosed with osteosarcoma two and a half years ago, and they went above and beyond. They performed the amputation the same day and referred us to NC State for chemotherapy. Thanks to them, Charlie got to live a full and happy life with two and a half extra years we didn’t think we would have. Over the past few weeks, we were in and out of visits as he began struggling with hip pain. Last night, he went into severe shock. We knew it was time, but we couldn’t find anyone available for in-home euthanasia until the morning. Complete Pet Care gave us exactly what we needed. Enough pain medication to keep Charlie comfortable and out of extreme pain overnight. He passed away peacefully this morning. Thank you for helping us give Charlie a beautiful life and a peaceful goodbye.

Fantastic experience: It was a great visit from calling and talking with Emily to schedule, to registration and finally seeing the vet. Everyone was very considerate when your pet is sick. It was our 1st time visit, and was very pleased with the outcome.

Fantastic experience: We moved to Complete Pet Care with our new Husky puppy. CPC staff and doctors are fantastic. We work with Dr Hunter and he and his staff know the husky breed well as he has a Husky. He knows all the tricks of these amazing dogs. They're always ready to provide support. Fantastic experience: We moved to this Vet a few years ago because our other Vet had higher prices. I love how quick and easy our appointments are here and how friendly the staff is. We had to put our dog down a few weeks ago and the Doctor Who helped us was exceptional. It was a very hard day. A week later we got a bouquet of roses by our door and a handwritten card with condolences. I didn’t expect anything but was so grateful for the kind gestures.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Winstead was great! Was able to see Rogue same day for diagnosis of his limp. We have brought our dogs to Complete Pet Care for many years, and they are always kind & knowledgable, and take the time to really understand you and your dog.

Negative experience: I have been trying to reach someone for information for a month now . Everyone is “at lunch “ each time I call. The young lady who took my call today at the front hung up in my face after telling me “ I can’t promise someone will call today since we are short staffed “ . You took my payment same day as the vet visit occurred and now that I’ve paid I’m thrown to side . This is not the first time the front seat staff have been rude and quite frankly I won’t be back to this location ever . But since you’re so busy I’m sure you don’t care . Take care .

Fantastic experience: I had such a positive experience here, and I wholeheartedly believe that if I would have came here first my dog would still be alive. Dr Morrison was amazing, she was very warm, and I felt like she actually cares about the animals and not the money, and unfortunately in this field that’s becoming more and more rare.

Fantastic experience: We are relatively new patients at Complete Pet care and I have nothing but great things to say! So far we’ve seen, Dr. Fear and Dr. Winfield and they have been awesome. All the vet techs are attentive and helpful. And they have been able to get us in same day when my dog was having tummy troubles. Fantastic experience: We’ve only had positive experiences with Complete Pet Care @ Falls Pointe! Found them a year and a half ago when looking for a cat groomer (the lion cut always looks fantastic!) and stayed when we needed a vet. We’ve used cat boarding, cat grooming, and doggie daycare. They’ve always been great about finding last minute vet appointments whenever we need them (which has been many times between 3 animals) and the whole staff is fantastic even when our primary vets are unavailable. They take every concern seriously and provide quality, effective solutions. We have a very shy dog but she becomes a social butterfly with confidence when we’re here. Can’t recommend them enough!

Negative experience: Showed up for my cat's 245 appt that was scheduled last week (he's having a bad skin reaction and miserable) After waiting 30 minutes I went up to the desk to ask what was going on. I was told another vet had to leave so my vet was taking that vets clients and was overbooked. Instead of telling me they were running way behind during check in or calling me to tell me before my appointment they just had me sit there in the waiting room. If a vet had to leave those clients should have been called and rescheduled. I had to take time off work to come to my appointment which is money I missed that I need. Communication is so important when running a business and they dropped the ball today. I ended up having to walk out in order to be on time to pick my daughter up. I will be finding a new vet.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Hunter is the best he's been our vet for almost 7 years, and he sees all of my 6 shih tzus. Staff is great. I definitely recommend complete pet care.

Fantastic experience: Violet and Dr. Short have been very helpful with my Maltese. We are planning to move out of the country and they will complete the required forms, which is no small thing. I wish I had known about their veterinarians in the beginnng when I moved here.

Fantastic experience: I have every confidence in this team because of my past experience so calling them to request help was the easiest and most reassuring decision to be made when dealing with an unexpected injury. I would love to say Thank you to Dr Hunter and all the staff who helped take such great care of my big male cat, Gus. He needed emergency care and can be very disagreeable on a normal day, without an injury, so I was worried for the staff that had to try and deal with him. I am very happy with the communication and care from Dr Hunter and the staff and I can't say thank you enough for having such great compassion in dealing with my cranky boy and his scared mess of a momma. I am happy to say that he is doing very well and is on the mend. He is happy to say thanks now that he's home and feeling so much better!

Fantastic experience: We had to make the hard decision to put our sweet Twinkie down. We never used this Complete Pet Care before. Friends highly recommended them and we went to them . From the setting the appointment to enter the room they were amazing. They gave us time to say goodbye and walked us through everything that would happen. Our hearts are broken but they made her passing a little easier. They will be my go to for our other Dog.

Fantastic experience: Update: I was able to transfer all of my furry family members to Complete Pet Care Animal Hospital and have been extremely happy with the care my cats and dogs have received. I can even tell a difference in how my animals act when we go for an appointment. They are not scared any longer. I recently adopted another cat (a cat that was up for adoption at the hospital - I love her!) and I could not be more happy with the people at the hospital and the care my furry family members have received. I had a small emergency on Christmas Eve and even though the hospital had abbreviated hours on that day, they worked me in. I was relieved that my dog was able to get some medication so she was not in pain. They are the kindest people I have ever encountered in a vet office and they sincerely care. I cannot thank all of them enough! I have been going to VCA Durant Road Animal Hospital for about five years now give or take. As of late, the care there has gone downhill. The front desk staff is rude and they blame it on being understaffed. Even when I call to make an appointment they act like I am bothering them. I am under a Care Club contract with them and one would think because you have a Care Club contract you would be treated well, but I feel as if I am being treated worse because I am under contract and cannot leave, so why bother being kind? I recently adopted a new kitten and decided to take my kitten to Complete Pet Animal Hospital instead of establishing care at my current vet. The treatment I received from the time I made my appointment until my first visit was like night and day from the treatment I currently receive at VCA Durant Road Animal Hospital. I don't think I realized just how badly I am being treated until I visited Complete Pet Care Animal Hospital for the first time. The employees are friendly, kind, happy, and genuinely care about you and your pet. I have never had a kitten before and had MANY questions. All of my questions (up to now...lol) have been answered fully and I was not made to feel like I was bothering them with my questions. Everyone from the front desk staff to the techs and doctors were all so nice and patient with me. Most importantly, they were very kind to my new kitten. I can honestly say I have never received better care. I am looking forward to establishing care for my dogs there once my contract with VCA Durant Road Animal Hospital is over. If you are looking for a new animal hospital for your furry family members, look no further. Complete Pet Care Animal Hospital is the best and I cannot wait until all of my furry family members can go there. Fantastic experience: I have been using this practice for at least 3 years and have never had an issue. The front office staff is excellent and caring. I have used most of the veterinarians here, and loved each of them. One even spent the appointment on the floor to comfort my anxiety ridden dog! 2024 Update: I still love this animal hospital and completely trust them with the care of my pets.

Fantastic experience: Got a same day appointment for an acute illness. Dr. Hunter was friendly and had a welcomed conservative approach to our geriatric dog’s issue. We felt supported and educated.

Fantastic experience: I brought my senior dog here and the care was great! The doctor was very thorough and explained everything to me in detail and asked if it was okay if she did something each and every time when it pertained to my dogs treatment plan!

Fantastic experience: This is always my "go to" spot for boarding. The staff is fantastic and they are well trained, They can handle about anything, and - at the same time - they are ready to give hugs and attention. You also know that if there is a problem, a vet is ready to step in. My dogs are really happy here and believe they are at "The Spa...."

Fantastic experience: After being displaced as a result of Hurricane Helene, my animals and I traveled to Raleigh to stay with family. My puppy has had ongoing GI issues for a while and started experiencing problems shortly after arriving in Raleigh. Not only was he able to be seen for his GI issues the same day I called (and received excellent care from Dr. Fear), but I was able to get him scheduled to be neutered. We haven’t always had the best experiences with veterinarians, but our experience with Complete Pet Care was top-notch! Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: I have been in many vets to find the right one. Sometimes, the first visit was good but later you realized is not what you think it is. Fortunately, I am not stress anymore Complete Pet Care is the best for my 2 furry babies and for me. I highly recommend this wonderful place where you can find the professionalism and compassion. They get you checked in and in an examination room and they all are very caring friendly and knowledgeable. The girls at the front desk check with doc as to any thing case based and they aren’t sure. They keep you informed when your pet is undergoing surgery. I only wish my own doctor’s office was this friendly. All the pets are healthy and happy and the humans are smiling and that’s a good feeling. They got a great functioning office. They also have day care!

Fantastic experience: I've been using Complete Pet Care since 2018, and now with my second puppy since last year. I've used all services, vet, boarding, neutering, etc and Im very satisfied with them all. Dr Fear is great, and I want her to continue to follow up with Jamie, our little baby!

Fantastic experience: Moved from out of state and took our Golden with chronic skin issues to see Dr. Conley and his vet tech, Fred. They were both incredibly friendly, thorough and knowledgeable. Dr. Conley really took his time to explain our dog’s treatment options, set up a care plan, and made sure we were comfortable. Really glad we chose this practice! Absolutely recommended!

Our family has gone through a lot of changes since we rescued Billie but one thing that is constant is the love and affection she receives from all the caretakers at Complete Pet Care at Falls Pointe! Negative experience: We have been disappointed with the care we have received here several times with several different dogs, and have made the decision to change vets (even though we live less then a mile away and this is a super convenient location for us). As the owner of several “scary” dog breeds (a pit mix and gsd) I always take extreme precautions to make sure everyone is comfortable around my dogs. My dogs are better trained than most, but one (a foster with a history of abuse) is not good with other dogs. Before choosing a vet, I spent 30 minutes on the phone with one of the techs asking questions about their policies, preferences and precautions they take with “aggressive” dogs. They gave me several steps to follow, and outlined other steps THEY would take to ensure a safe and stress free experience for all involved. However, NONE of these steps have ever been followed on their end. I muzzle my dogs, wait in the car, medicate them, and yet still they put them in completely avoidable positions where they are face to face with other dogs. One time I came in, after providing all vet records, and was made to wait in the lobby as a front desk worker went over alllll my vaccine records to see if my dog needed anything (even though we had gone over this on the phone and I specifically asked to not stay in the lobby longer then necessary). She put me, my dog (who you could clearly tell was very stressed) and everyone in the lobby in a dangerous position for zero reason. Other times, I have been told the lobby is clear of other dogs only to walk out and be met with several. When you are an owner trying to do everything possible to advocate for your dogs, and the safety of everyone else, it is beyond frustrating when a tech completely ignores all instruction. Given the experience I have had with my not so nice dog, I refuse to even bring my friendly dog here because the front desk staff is so incompetent. All dogs deserve to receive veterinary care,, but I would strongly recommend seeking care from somewhere else. Even if your dog is friendly, it should be a red flag that they do not follow proper protocols to keep unfriendly dogs safe because friendly dogs can be put at risk. Furthermore, they clearly do not care to form a relationship with their clients. My dog has PERFECT teeth (they even said so in her last exam, and she’s 2 so no large dental cleaning is needed). Despite this, I get constant “reminders” that my dog is past due for a dental cleaning. If they read her file, they would know she does not need that, but they are more concerned with getting money from an unnecessary procedure than actually giving clients the care they need. As someone who works in the dog industry, I will no longer go here and suggest others do the same. It’s shocking they have such great reviews, but make such critical errors. I only gave 2 stars because the actual vets are ok, nothing special, but the front desk staff and vet techs are awful.

Fantastic experience: Take perfect care of dogs. Reasonable pricing. I do wish we could auto renew our annula plan as it keeps expiring on us and we end up having to pay for things that would have been covered

Positive experience: You used to be a neighbor and everyone knew your dog and the appts were very timely. The vets and technicians are nice, but the delays are terrible. Laat week I sat 35 min until I saw the vet. Today, it's 30 min past my appt and counting. This place is great, just be sure to have a flexible schedule.

Fantastic experience: I had to put my sweet boy to sleep last week ... I cannot express enough how wonderful, thoughtful and caring the doctors and staff are there. Dr. Connelly and the staff made an extremely heartbreaking process a little easier by making us feel that my baby would be well taken care of afterwards until his remains were back. I wish I could give them 100 stars. Thank you again to everyone there. ❤️

Negative experience: I was very disappointed in the services I received here. I initially booked because I saw all of the great reviews, but my puppy wasn't fortunate enough to have a similar experience. From the moment I walked in, the staff provided little to no communication. Especially with this being my first time visiting, I thought there would be more. My puppy left with unfinished services, and I was given a one word answer when I picked him up. I reached out and they offered to have me bring him back in, but after the service we received, I couldn't take the risk of something happening again.

Fantastic experience: Everyone was so nice and helpful. Dr. Winstead was thorough and comforting. I would absolutely recommend this veterinarian to anyone. The fact that they took SPCA vouchers for a spay is also a testimony to their kindness.

Fantastic experience: I continue to be impressed with this office. The staff is upbeat, efficient, and professional. I have had my pets (both dogs and cats) seen by all the doctors in the practice. They are consistently caring and gentle, regardless of whether the visit is an emergency or merely a yearly exam. I feel fortunate to have such a fine veterinary office close by.

Fantastic experience: We love the staff at Complete Pet Care! We use them for vet care, and for boarding, and we wouldn’t think of going anywhere else. Dr. Conley and his staff take such great care of our senior dog, and they have since she was 2 years old. They are very knowledgeable, and always take the time to answer any questions we may have. Fantastic experience: Our most recent visit to Complete Pet Care Animal Hospital at Falls Pointe was for yearly shots.  Christy saw us come in with Carly & Streaker (Tank) and she beelined over to say hello, to share a kind word!  This is typical of the thoughtfulness and compassion exhibited by all Staff at Complete Pet Care.  From the moment we walk in the door with any of our 4-leggeds, it feels more like we are regarded as family, rather than just customers. It has been over ten years since we discovered Dr. Conley and his practice.  For that, we are beyond grateful. Five star rating... I wish I could give 100.

Fantastic experience: Recently our dog had a growth on her back and Dr. Conley removed it. He called soon after he removed it. He is professional, friendly and compassionate. He answered all of our questions and concerns. The staff was wonderful too.

During our recent visit, the nurse (I’m sorry I don’t remember her name) was so kind and provided the most helpful, realistic guidance about weight loss for our dog. Since moving from Raleigh we have tried to find a new vet that’s closer to home, but none compare. Dr. Hunter treats our dog with so much care and compassion. Fantastic experience: Katie was my vet tech and she was so nice and so kind to Heathcliff. I LOVE Dr. Winstead! She was so kind to me as well as Heathcliff. His eye problem had started Saturday night and because of the holiday was not able to bring him in until Tuesday. Neither Katie nor Dr. Winstead made me feel guilty for not bringing him in sooner. You all are really the best! Thank you for taking such good care of my babies always! I also want to put in a good word for Dr. Hunter. I came in for an appointment recently and he explained to me that he might be a bit distracted because there was a pet in the back with a respiratory emergency. Dr. Hunter did not act distracted, he took the time to answer all my questions and never made me feel rushed. He is also very conservative regarding a treatment plan - he always wants to try the simple option first before ordering a lot of potentially unnecessary tests.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Winstead is awesome. Everyone at this practice is so professional and friendly and caring. This is the best vet I have ever used. I am so glad my last vet would not see my sick dog because I found Complete Pet Care. They saw him and took care of him same day and I have been with them ever since.

Fantastic experience: We have been going to Complete Pet Care Falls Pointe for about 10 years for all our kitties. The office is a well-run practice in a modern, clean facility, and staffed by professional staff who are kind and care about the pets and their owners. Dr. Conley is the BEST! We have one diabetic cat and Dr. Conley has been WONDERFUL helping us manage it. We highly recommend Complete Pet Care at Falls Pointe!

The hiring of Dr. Laura Winstead was the primary reason for us to both follow her from her previous employer and become a new client at Complete Pet Care . We feel that they are extremely fortunate to have her as a new Veterinarian on staff. Should you be in need of a compassionate and knowledgeable vet Dr. Winstead is who you should see. A huge thank you to the entire staff at Complete Pet Care Animal Hospital at Falls Pointe for the kindness and care they have shown both me and my Minature Schnauzer "POTUS". Original review: We adopted our malteagle in October 2019, and we take her to Complete Pet Care for all her veterinary care and grooming. I cannot say enough great things about the doctors and staff here. They are a group of caring, friendly individuals. They also try to fit in clients that day for an appointment, which is much appreciated.

Staff was extremely friendly, vet and nurses were knowledgeable and reassuring. Their thoughtful aftercare, including a personalized card, made it even more special. Fantastic experience: Been taking our cats here since we moved to NC this summer. They have been attentive to our pets needs for exams, boarding, and helped us say goodbye to our cat of 12 years due to cancer (cat was already sick when we moved) Dr. Fear and staff were compassionate and understanding. We'll continue to use their services. Update: we adopted two rescue cattle dogs in January of 2023. And a cat CPC had in their lobby for adoption in July of 2023. Complete Pet Care Vets and all the technicians have been fantastic with our new, and old four legged family members as well.

Fantastic experience: Our dogs have been going to Complete Care for over 13 years! We just got a new puppy and he was neutered last week. He came home and did great! It is so wonderful to take our dogs to the vet and they still get excited! We board them too when travel does not allow them to join us. They love the doggy day care! Fantastic experience: I have been really impressed with all of the vets I have met at Complete Health Care. All vets have had a really great balance of warmth and practicality. I always leave feeling like my dog is good to go. I also feel like Complete Health Care is more transparent about costs than other clinics and I appreciate being told the cost of services before accepting them. Ashlynn has been the vet tech helping us on many visits and she is always positive, friendly, professional, and great at getting my dog to cooperate.
