Fantastic experience: Love everyone there! Ive been taking my two golden retrievers here for the past 2 years. The staff are always so nice and thorough. The doctors are above amazing and always make my pups feel welcomed and loved. They’ve been very helpful and knowledgeable with both of my dogs health.

Fantastic experience: I have been coming to this vet since I was a kid. The staff is always so amazing. Special shout out to Dr Charles and Dr Vrla who are always so knowledgeable and answer all my millions of questions with grace and patience.

Fantastic experience: My only complaint is that I didn’t bring my fluff ball here for her very first vet visit. The entire staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming from the moment you walk in. Dr. Lindsay West is a veterinarian whose passion is clear as day! I first came in because of a minor pet scare, and she was so informative, transparent, and patient. She took the time to thoroughly explain everything, especially when I was anxious about my pup. I’m so grateful to have found a clinic that treats both pets and pet parents with this level of care. My fluff angel is in the best hands here Pricing is reasonable and transparent, they share the breakdown and let you know ahead of time if additional services might be needed. 10 stars and highly recommend

Fantastic experience: This office and Doctor Debra Charles is completely amazing and so very helpful. I have two fur babies who have some health concerns. Dr Charles helped me with all my questions, gave me very much needed information and she formed a plan to get them back to healthy. I can’t thank her enough.

Fantastic experience: Took care of my little stray cat as a walk in. They were kind and caring. She was very scared when she arrived and very happy when she left, even after two shots.

Fantastic experience: I took my dog to countless vets throughout her life and boy, am I thankful I found Casa Linda when I did. We started coming here about a year ago. All the vets here are incredible. I’ve never met such caring and committed vets. My dog unexpectedly got very sick last month and Dr Vrla was the unlucky doctor who had to give me the worst news. Dr Vrla is an angel and made one of the worst days somewhat bearable. They are also very up front about costs, etc. I will be bringing my pets here til the end of time!

Fantastic experience: I am so grateful for our new vet Dr. Freimuth. We didn’t know our one cat had any issues with her heart and no prior vets ever ran a test that checks for this with the yearly labs. Now that we know about it, we can monitor her closely and take care of her better.

Fantastic experience: We have taken our pets to Casa Linda Animal Clinic for 15 years and to say they are THE best in town would be an understatement. Dr. Vrla and Dr. Charles have gone above and beyond for us throughout the years as we have added new pets and sadly lost some as well. Their dedication is downright impressive and the level of care they have for animals is apparent when you walk in the door. We love how Dr. Vrla gives us options and discusses pros and cons for each and we love that Dr. Charles has the innate ability to know what the issue is and what to do about it within minutes of looking at your pet. The passion these ladies have for what they do is pretty incredible. You WILL NOT find better care for your pet in Dallas! Also, the staff, yea, they’re pretty amazing and awesome too!

Fantastic experience: I want to thank Dr Bush for helping me get my kitty Sunshine back too feeling great! I had took my cat too another clinic for his bladder issues and the other clinic overall was very expensive and my Sinshine was still hurting and lathargic. We got refered by a friend to go too Casa Linda, and from now on, this is where we will be going~

Fantastic experience: I wanted to thank Deborah Charles and the rest of the staff there at Casa Linda for their helping us with our ol' man Ittybit. Fitting us in for an animal that was in pain. The care from beginning to end never failed us. Dr Charles explaining and discussing with me every part of the bloodwork. Looking Ittybit over more than once to see the whole cat individually made it easier to have the whole picture to make our decision. The whole handling of saying good bye to him was handled with such care by the entire staff to Dr Charles coming out to our car to make sure we were ok was so immeasurably caring and considerate, ty so much

Usually you get calls from staff to follow up, but she personally calls about her patients and I loved that about her.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Buch is very professional, knowledgeable, compassionate, and thorough. She diagnoses proficiently without terrorizing you with all the worst scenarios. She clearly has the client’s best interest at heart. Dr. Charles is the same. They are high quality veterinarians, which is high praise from someone who had Dr. Sarah Husky as my vet for about 25 years and wasn’t sure I would find someone close to her caliber. The office staff and technicians are very helpful and proficient.

Fantastic experience: There’s so much to say about Casa Linda Animal Clinic and Dr. Nancy Vrla — I hardly know where to begin. We had taken our Boxer, Bodie, here back in 2020, but for whatever reason, we started going elsewhere. Recently, we’d been unhappy with our current vet, and when Bodie suddenly became sick, we called them, but the doctor was in surgery all day. They told us he needed to be seen right away or taken to an ER. Most of the reviews for nearby emergency clinics weren’t great, and I remembered how wonderful Casa Linda had always been to us, so I called and described Bodie’s symptoms. Even though they were fully booked, they told us to bring him in and that they would fit us in somehow — and they got him back as soon as we walked in. Thank God for Casa Linda Animal Clinic. Dr. Nancy Vrla was incredibly caring, compassionate, and gentle — both with Bodie and with us. Unfortunately, our sweet Bodie had to be put down, but I can’t express how grateful we are for the way Dr. Nancy handled everything. She was so kind throughout the process, treated Bodie with such love in his final hours, and sat with us, truly sympathizing and giving us the time we needed. They never rushed us. We were allowed to stay with Bodie until the very end, and Nancy’s compassion and kindness that day meant the world to both me and my husband. A few days later, we received the sweetest sympathy card with a personal message from Dr. Nancy — so genuine and heartfelt. When I went back to pick up Bodie’s ashes, everything was handled with such care and respect. The plaque with his paw print was done beautifully; I cried when I saw it. I can’t say enough good things about this doctor and this clinic. I only regret not continuing Bodie’s regular care here, but I am so thankful that, in the end, this is where we brought him — where he was loved on and where we were able to say goodbye in peace. Fantastic experience: Everyone at Casa Linda Animal Clinic loves their job while smiling. All of them were great with our pet Cavalier, Reylan. From Lura at the front desk to Angie (tech) to Dr Vrla and other assistance we were completely and gratefully satisfied. They called me before I left the parking lot stating I had left Reylan's med's. Before I could get out of the car they were on the way out of the door headed to me with his med's. Fantastic experience: I needed to get my cat in because he was limping. I was able to get him in the same day. The vet did a thorough exam and then X-rays. She showed us the X-rays and explained everything and answered all our questions. We were provided an estimate beforehand so there were no surprises in cost. All the staff I interacted with were very friendly and welcoming. My cat is feeling much better now! We are so glad to find a vet that we are comfortable and happy with!

Positive experience: Very nice tech and doctor. The doctor seemed very knowledgeable. I was not impressed by the shape of the offices. Tile and wallpaper falling off wall etc. Prices seem reasonable for the local area. Frontend was not overly friendly and not impressed for a first visit. A week later I took my two pup to Metro Paws down the street and had and exceptional visit.

Fantastic experience: This vet office was amazing! They got us in the same day after a different clinic canceled on us. Every single person from check in to check out was so informative and kind. They weren’t pushy with anything, and they took great care of my baby. Will most definitely be back!

Fantastic experience: One of the best of the best. I love how my Dr comes in and sits on the floor and just examines my dog without my dog even knowing it. If immurations are due she does the same thing. She talks to my fur baby and to me at the same time while playing, petting and examining the pets I have. It is a wonderful clinic to go to. I trust them so much, and love how they treat all the pets. If you need a vet go see them, I have seen another Dr's when Dr Deb was busy, and they were fantastic also. I recommend them highly.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Charles was so friendly and took time to talk to me as a new client. I wasn't rushed through and she was very hands on with my dog. The reception staff and techs were all so friendly and very helpful providing me with more information on how they operate. They run like a family owned business which are rare to find. I'm actually looking forward to our next visit!

Fantastic experience: My family has been using Casa Linda Animal Clinic since 1974, and they have never given us any reason to go elsewhere. The staff is very caring and patient. We have been very satisfied with every situation that we’ve been through with all of our pets through the years. And, we love Dr. Vrla! She’s the best!

Fantastic experience: This was my first visit with this veterinarian, and based on this initial experience, I highly recommend them. From the front desk staff to the vet tech and the doctor, everyone was wonderful. For me, the atmosphere and the way the doctor and staff make you feel truly matters, and they made me feel very welcomed. I’m extremely pleased with my visit and look forward to coming back in the future.

Fantastic experience: Friendly and very knowledgeable staff. I switched to Casa Linda after the second time my single vet turned me away because they weren’t available. It’s an extra measure of security knowing if Dr. West is not available, there are other vets on staff who I feel confident in.

Fantastic experience: Dr. West is one of the NICEST Vets I have ever dealt with, she is so very compassionate towards our babies, and to us! It's not always financially feasible to "FIX" our babies, or to even find out what exactly is happening with them. But Dr West always does the BEST she can to make sure we do everything we can to help us out! The staff has always been so nice and caring as well! Casa Linda VET is my GO TO!

Fantastic experience: I love going to Casa Linda Animal Clinic. Dr Charles is my and my pet's favorite. She is very down to earth, she loves all animals and is so very knowledgeable and experienced. There is not an issue that she can't solve. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I have seen many vets there over the years and they do a great job!

Fantastic experience: The staff is always friendly, helpful and accommodating. Obviously they are great with animals, and Dr. Charles is probably the best vet I’ve ever had.

Negative experience: They have the worst grooming practices. This new groomer they got is not professional at all. She was slurring her words it seemed like she was on something. She also cut my dog and then proceeded to tell me next time she’s charging me extra. The front staff are also super rude and condescending. I will definitely not be coming back and will tell family and friends about this place .

Fantastic experience: I have taken many pets to Casa Linda Animal Clinic and have always been pleased with the support staff and vets. When I needed to bring in an injured cat this week, the staff worked me in and Dr. Charles came out to the waiting room immediately to get the process started. She quickly explained what care the cat would need and provided a written estimate of the expected costs. She answered my questions and worked to keep the costs down as much as possible. Within just a few hours, Dr. Charles called to say my cat had undergone surgery and was ready to be picked up. She also personally followed up to check on him the next day. She is a caring and amazing vet!

Fantastic experience: My visit started with Laura at the front desk when l called. She was great I explaining things and checking me out. She even talked to my dogs. Dr Charles was a great listener. The problem has not been solved but I have faith she will figure out this abscess that is growing. Surgery was the next step to remove the abscess, Dr Bush saw fox tail grass seeds under the abscess! Wow. Healed up and good to go. This staff works together well and solved the problem.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Charles completed a wellness check on our dog and found some issues that our previous vet failed to identify even after my bringing it to her attention on multiple occasions. While the news wasn’t good, at least we are aware of the problems now, and can make decisions based on the diagnosis/testing. Dr. Charles prescribed meds to help, and took all the time we needed answering all our questions/concerns as if we were the only ones in a very busy office. Upon completion of the visit, Dr. Charles called us at home that afternoon to update us on test results, and go over an action plan. We greatly appreciate Dr. Charles for giving us straight forward feedback and returning follow up calls the next day!

Fantastic experience: I felt the vet took the time to fully understand my dogs needs. My dog is always happy to see the vet. It’s obvious that she loves dogs. Instead of telling me what I needed to do, she gave me options. She even helped me save some money. She followed up that night to tell how good our dogs bloodwork was.

Fantastic experience: Our dogs have been receiving veterinary care here since 1987. Our experience yesterday was extremely positive. Joe got an allergy shot and that seems to have done the trick -- no more biting, chewing or licking. He's doing great and that's what counts.

Fantastic experience: The thing that I love the most about this pet clinic is just how amazing and kind everyone there is! And it's been consistent for a long time. My dog can be a handful at times and they worked with me 125% getting him through his checkup and both in and back out when we were finished. I trust all of the doctor's and all the staff who make everything possible in a comfortable environment.

Fantastic experience: Casalinda is the only Vet Clinic I have taken my fur babies to. It’s been about 38 years and I would never take my babies anywhere else. I trust Casalinda and Dr Charles. When I can’t see Dr Charles I trust any other Vet there to examine my babies. I would not go anywhere else. Dr Charles is thorough, gives me options, everyone there treat my babies as if they were their own.

I have been here for both preventative, and emergency care and have found that they always go above and beyond for both me and my animals.

Fantastic experience: Dr Nicole Buch was the BEST. Our original Dr was sick and unable to attend to my fur baby but Dr. Nicole stepped in and honestly was so happy with her energy. (Made an another appointment with her for my other fur baby) I wish the front desk was a bit more communicative about the changes of Dr and the reason for a longer wait but Nikki honestly is why I give this location a 5 star. She was training, answering phones, and also helping us through payment process. Literally an Angel.

Fantastic experience: Casa Linda Animal Clinic has always been great with my VERY scared German Shepherd, Duke! The Doctors and staff members are all great! I love how the Doctors will get down on the floor with my Duke to make him less scared. Dr Charles was the first vet I saw there and found my dog’s heart murmur which in turn turned out to show that he has Tricuspid Valve Dysplasia(TVD)He takes life saving medication which has prolonged his life expectancy!! I ❤️ this place! They also see my kittens Charlie and Leo!

Fantastic experience: I took Kong, my cat in for a Sr yearly visit. Exam, vaccinations, and blood. His sister passed ten months ago from something that can run in families, so I was quite scared. Dr Charles quickly put me at ease, checked Kong's mouth, throat and teeth for signs of illness, it was all good. Everyone from front desk to medical staff and back to the front desk to pay were smiling and worked as one big team. I can’t imagine going to another Vet. They offer us the care and attention I have grown to love and expect. Thanks to Dr Charles and the team.

Negative experience: We used to take our pup here last year when we lived in TX. She had a growth that concerned us and we were told just to monitor it in case it got bigger . Well , our new vet in Chicago took one look at it and had it checked out immediately- it’s SKIN CANCER . We had to get TWO lumps removed IMMEDIATELY . I don’t think I’ve ever been more furious in my LIFE - take your pets somewhere else .

Negative experience: I took my baby boy to vet on 2/28/25 for eye infection, and to get shots he was seen by Isabel L.Freimuth DVM. We left the veterinary and make it to La Prada were my dog passed out . I returned to vet cause he was no longer breathing. Please don’t take your baby to this clinic. The point is HE WHEN THERE ALIVE AND LEFT THERE DECEASED!!! No one ever called to check on me…

She exudes professionalism, knowledge, care, compassion, and of course, humor. In today's world, it's so very rare to have all of these wonderful traits in a veterinary office. Upon meeting Dr. Charles, it quickly became clear, she is our "go to" for the cats health. Fantastic experience: Dr. Charles is wonderful. I have watched her sit on the floor with our pup to calm her which speaks to her caring nature. She is calm, reassuring and very clearly knowledgeable. As a plus, she is all out hysterically funny!

Fantastic experience: I highly recommend Casa Linda to all my friends. I’ve been coming to Casa Linda Animal Clinic for over 30 years with 5 different dogs in that time frame. Also, my extended family sends their pets to Casa Linda for annual check up, health issues, and boarding. Each of the doctors is personable and straightforward with your pets health options, they care about me and more importantly care deeply about my dogs. I’m especially grateful to the care Dr. Charles has provided over the past three decades. The staff is friendly, enjoy their work, and very helpful. While you can take your pet to a newer veterinarian office or fancy boarding facility, it’s the people and quality of care that really matters. Casa Linda Animal Clinic continues to exceed my expectations each and every visit. Side note: Casa Linda Animal Clinic also cares for the City of Dallas Police Dogs. This fact proves they are one of the best in the city for pet care.
