Fantastic experience: All of the doctors & techs have taken great care of my three cats here & I always appreciate their thoroughness. They’re up front about costs & nonjudgmental about your choices regarding which services to perform. They’ve always been able to get me in quickly if any of my cats are sick & have a great system for following up to ensure they’re doing well, even after simple vaccines. Their staff took great care of my cat during her dental cleaning & the price was very reasonable. If I hadn’t moved, I’d be going here for years to come!

Fantastic experience: Took my pet to a room in a timely manner. Provided treats to win his trust. Explained and printed out a baseline cost for his surgery from lowest to highest fees… even cared that I was a Sr Citizen and gave me that discount to help with costs! They couldn’t do enough to make this trying time as comfortable for both of us as possible!!

Fantastic experience: My little Yorkie Toby recently had his annual Dental appointment, and an extraction along with a couple cysts removed from his paw. Everyone at 7Hills from the ladies at the front desk to the Medical Assistants, pre and post surgery assistants are always so kind and caring! Dr Gibbons is amazing! He cares for Toby like he was his own. He is never too busy to give me a call when I have a question or concern. He calls me during surgery to let me know what is happening and keep me abreast of Toby's condition. I have complete confidence and trust in Dr Gibbons and everyone at 7 Hills Pet Hospital. thank you !

Fantastic experience: Updated review: The vet Director Dr. Gibbons called me and let me know that the second vet I had interactions with was a relief vet that came highly recommended, but they will not be ever using again. They only used him because a primary vet that day had a death in the family. He apologized about the interaction and made sure to let me know that was not the type of service or care they strive for. With all he said and the thought and care for reaching out to me, I am changing my review for one star to 5. Even though the first interaction appointment was brief, it was still a very calming and caring experience. Knowing that the vet I saw this second time was not a primary and will never be used again, gives me much confidence and will continue to bring my two kitties back to Seven Hills Pet Hospital. Thank you for reaching out and caring enough to hear me out. Original post and review: I brought my two new kittens here for their first wellness appointment and then a second appointment today for their booster vaccines. I wasn't overly thrilled with the first appointment because they barely looked at my kittens and also didn't ask me any questions or talk about what they eat currently or give any advice on how much they should be eating, etc.. Which I kind of thought was odd. For both kittens I was in and out in 15 mins or less, but the vet was extremely nice and caring no the less . But my 2nd appointment for their vaccine shots today (Which was a month later from first appt) .. he also asked no questions, the front desk along with the doctor was really cold and matter of fact. They checked one of my kittens teeth and told me she had gingivitis. And instead of talking to me about the cause or prevention, I had to ask... "what can we do and what caused it so early." He said, its likely food allergies. And continued on with the check. I had to then AGAIN ask, how do we know what she's allergic to? He says "We don't" . But the most common is chicken and beef. And then gave her shots and left. Didn't talk about any care options, nutritional changes, literally didn’t talk to me about nothing or ask me any questions. Very disappointing experience.

Fantastic experience: Our two dogs Zen & Joey both had teeth cleanings and it went very well! Joey had over 19 (yes, 19!!) extractions done. He's recovering very well, truly a solider. Zen had a standard cleaning and was back to 100% the very next morning. Thank you to Dr. Leavitt, JaVonda, and team for being so communicative throughout the cleanings process and truly caring for my babies. It was a surprise for Joey to get 19 extractions, but communication was clear, specific, and thoughtful during procedure which we really appreciated. And thank you to Yasmin, Mackenzie, and Michelle for answering all my questions over text. Get your dogs' teeth cleaned, people!

The staff was professional, patient, and gentle—Milo did not react to the injection at all and showed no signs of discomfort. Fantastic experience: Been coming here for a few years now with our dog who will be 4 this year. We can always get a timely appointment through the portal, the staff are always nice, the facility is clean and welcoming, and I always have piece of mind bringing my girl here. I always get a follow up text the next day after we come in checking to see how she is doing, and we always get a call back on test results instead of just an impersonal email. Dr. Gibbons is who we like to see and he is fantastic! He spayed our girl and she healed excellently. He is very kind and caring which is hard to find nowadays in any job profession I find. I highly recommend coming for all of your dogs or cats needs!!!

Positive experience: Great veterinary care but astronomical in pricing. Same service as the previous year more than doubled. Then they raised prices again the week before my appointment but gave me a ‘discount’. The price is driving me to find alternative care for my lil one. Insurance covered about 40% of it.

Positive experience: We have always had a good professional experience at Seven Hills Pet Hospital. However, after 4 or 5 visits for various things for our dog, we have only seen technicians. We have never met the doctor. Saturday, we had an appointment for a consultation for teeth cleaning and removal of skin 'bumps'. We requested to see the doctor, but we were told he was busy. I'm beginning to think the technicians run the practice and there is no veterinarian on premises.

Positive experience: I want to start by saying how amazing Veterinarian McDonald was. She truly shows how much she cares about animals and their owners. Her compassion, professionalism, and genuine concern made a very stressful situation much easier, and I am extremely grateful for the care she provided. One of the front desk receptionists was kind and helpful, which I really appreciated. Unfortunately, my experience with the other receptionist—a woman with red hair and glasses—was very disappointing. She was rude, dismissive, and lacked compassion during a time when I was already worried about my pet. The front desk is the first point of contact and says a lot about a business, especially at a pet hospital where people are often coming in for emergencies or emotionally overwhelming situations. Empathy and understanding are incredibly important in that role. I was in a rush trying to get my pet to the hospital and was spoken to harshly for not immediately having my records. After I explained that my pet was already vaccinated for rabies, she attempted to educate me on Nevada rabies law, demanded proof, and stated they would redo the vaccine if I could not provide documentation. This was handled in a condescending manner, with no understanding of the stress I was under at the time. The veterinary care itself was excellent, but the front desk interaction significantly impacted my experience. I hope management takes this feedback seriously, because how clients are treated at the front desk matters just as much as the quality of care provided by the veterinarians.

Fantastic experience: They took great care of my cat, Jameson, who they said may need extensive dental care. They gave me an estimate that included the lowest price up to the highest price. When it came time to do the surgery, they didn't need to do as much and my payment was much lower than I expected. Excellent, honest care! Update: my mom's cat, who we inherited upon her passing, was seen on Sunday in the clinic. We were all treated with care and kindness, especially Bootsie, who is a bit high-strung. Fantastic experience: Have been taking our puppies here for years. We started coming here when we got our first dog Axl back in 2018. They’ve always been great getting us scheduled and are always so supportive and compassionate. Positive experience: Though staff were professional and friendly, I had sticker shock from the price of the two medications I bought. I was also disappointed that the heart medication would only last about 30 days, with no refills. I was grateful to not be charged for the exam, which was the first time I’d been at the practice. I’m wondering if I’ll have to pay for an appointment a month from now to get a refill of the heart medicine. I don’t relish going into the vet frequently (this appointment took an hour, with a lot of waiting time). The previous vet prescribed a two-month supply of the same medication. It’s a nice practice if you don’t mind the cost of the meds.

Fantastic experience: So after much discussion my husband and I finally decided to part ways with the vet our Peach had been seeing since she was just a pup (due to long distance and time) but wanted to make sure she had the same level of care. I am very happy to say how relieved we were with our experience so far with Dr. Gibbons and Tiffany. They answered all of our questions, were very transparent with their prices and how they would be doing any procedures. Because Peach is now in her granny years, we're glad we were able to find a place that obviously puts a lot of care into their work (and is able to humor us when we know we are being worrywarts).

Fantastic experience: Routine vaccination for my cat. Seen quickly by the friendly vet assistant, and then the veterinarian who answered questions regarding my cats health. Negative experience: Don't waste your time. This place only cares about Money. They refuse to help my dog because he isn't a client of this establishment. Fantastic experience: I take my two fur babies there, it's a little pricey but they really take care of them when emergencies have come up. One of my doodles gets the cytopoint shot there.

Fantastic experience: We had to help our nearly 15 year old lab/heeler cross the rainbow bridge. The staff was amazing, Accommodating, loving, supportive. The experience was more than I expected. Even with 6 grown people bawling their eyes out.

Negative experience: The vets here actually great, but their front desk people really need to get a grip. We specifically asked for a Sunday appointment because that's the only day we have off, and at the time of appointment we were told we are scheduled for Monday. They're very rude too when we mentioned we specifically asked for a Sunday appointment.

Negative experience: The staff is nice but the quality of care is TERRIBLE. My puppies provider recommended trazadone for my 14 week old puppy because he is too “hyper” also admitted to coming in and giving shots to my puppy without even looking at his chart and messed up his shots. They never checked a stool sample for worms and I brought one in and because the vet tech forgot to charge me for it she threw it away and charged me a disposal fee instead and told me to bring another one in next visit. They recommended training because my puppy is too hyper in a vet clinic when he can sit, lay down, kennel, he can even dance on command and just gets nervous in a vet clinic when doctors are shoving snacks in there face because they are scared of a puppy biting them. The lead Doctor also said the Lepto vaccine is not a core vaccine so you have to ask for it. I have attached a picture where the national committees have said differently. I would not trust your pets lives in their hands.

Negative experience: One of the techs went out of their way to humiliate me and my pet just for not bringing in a carrier for him. He said in front of other pet owners that my cat could be killed by one of the dogs in a second. I wish he was just kind and brought out a carrier to take care of us but he decided to do that after making sure me and my husband knew what we were doing wrong. That was the only time I didn’t bring my carrier and I’m a regular at their office. I always bring a carrier. The hospital also wanted to charge us up to $500 for a neutered cat. I always ask for pricing upfront but they will never give you a price upfront because its an estimate and the price you pay at the front desk is not the price you are quoted from the vet tech.

Negative experience: I recently visited this clinic with my rescue dog, and unfortunately, I was disappointed with the lack of effort made to make her feel comfortable. Originally, we were scheduled to see Dr. Gibbons, but due to a delay, we were reassigned to Dr. Reza, which was understandable. However, the experience was far from ideal. We came to the clinic for a rabies booster and to have a growth on her tongue examined. My dog, being a rescue, can sometimes be nervous and bark when she’s scared. She can look intimidating, which is understandable for people being initially afraid, but I expect a vet to at least make some effort to help her feel at ease. When Dr. Reza entered the room, she did bark and he looked visibly uncomfortable. He spoke to her in a soft, uncertain voice that did little to reassure her. After this, he asked me if I had sedated her beforehand. I told him I didn’t because her temperament is generally good. Throughout the appointment, it seemed to both me and my husband that Dr. Reza was implying our dog is aggressive all the time. However, we know our dog and are confident that her barking in this situation was just a reaction to fear, not aggression. He didn’t take any steps to help her feel at ease, even after I explained that she was just afraid because she was with a new person in a small room she isn’t used to. I was trying to show him pictures of her tongue for reference, but I didn’t get the chance because I was busy comforting my dog. He also didn’t suggest alternatives, like emailing the photos, which could have been helpful. Instead, he recommended I give her Trazodone and told me to bring her back on another day. When the assistant came back into the room with the Trazodone prescription my dog did bark again, but once I showed her there was no threat, she was calmer. Feeling overwhelmed and eager to leave, I agreed at the time and paid for the Trazodone. However, after reflecting on the visit, I realized I don’t want to give my dog Trazodone after just one poor experience, especially since minimal effort was made to help her feel comfortable during the appointment. Sedation even at a low dose shouldn’t be the first solution when the vet could have tried other approaches, such as taking the time to build trust. To further highlight that her temperament isn’t the issue, when my husband was taking her outside after the appointment, she didn’t even bark at a man who passed through the door during the same time as her. This just reinforced my belief that her reaction during the appointment was simply fear, which could have been alleviated with more effort. This experience was especially disappointing because our first visit to this clinic, with a different vet, was so much better. Dr. Gibbons made an effort to build trust by sitting down on the floor and giving my dog peanut butter, even though she barked at first. That small gesture made a big difference and showed genuine care for her comfort. I understand every vet may have different approaches, but I would expect more effort, particularly with rescues who require a bit more patience and understanding. This visit left me feeling unheard and disappointed. I hope this feedback helps improve future experiences for others.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been very happy with my experiences here! My cat Luna has been well-taken care of. Her primary Veterinarian is Dr. Gibbons but she has also been seen by Dr. Guernick. They and all medical staff we’ve communicated with have been so helpful! I also appreciate that all recommendations have been reasonable. We have not had issues with any unnecessary recommendations. Negative experience: During the 3 years my dogs were patients their care and treatment should have earned the hospital"s head doctor America's number #1 vet. He went beyond that. However I saw a couple of recent reviews and my 6 pound Yorkie mix suffered a recent episode that gives one a long pause. Unless the pet parent takes the initiative to personally schedule a revisit after a serious surgery, there are rarely revisits--i don't mean next day cursory calls from staff- an actual check up, a vet not so overloaded that he can catch a problem timely-- like SEEING that surgery closure stitches he did BURST and your dogs gut was hanging wide open and had turned into a large hernia which needed a revision procedure that nvolves cutting her open again and doing the closure in a a repair as a result, of knowing as you admitted to me that you noticed her skin was extremely tissue thin, and you did this particular closure anyway (which I can only assume you made the decision that you were in a hurry or alternatively had something else on your mind) and that same vet who caught the tear ashamed you regarding the issue. You had no intention of follow-up whatsoever or apologizing at all or admitting that it was an error. The head doctor knew the skin was very thin and kept chopping and whipping her through that surgery but now he would redo it, so that he would know it was okay. Albert Einstein once said in a very famous expression, that if you want to keep getting what you're getting, keep on doing what you're doing. After speaking with the doctor, I decided that I couldn't take the chance since my dog is fragile from the get-go and it's well worth being late with the rent for the upcoming month or drive 16 hour doordash days to have somebody else do ithe clean up ano a prompt phyysical checkup in a careful, caring and timely matter rather than slamming snd banging thru this procedure. If you can't get an apology for this kind of work and that if I wouldn't have scheduled an appointment with another vet in what I hoped was a timely recheck because of the swellingi, in the end result probably would not have been all that great. There have been a couple of other personal incidents that do not deserve attention on this platform. as well, that are unprofessional by staff. We as pet parents have the right to insist upon judicious treatment in services and care, not excuses or smoke blown up our rears by a fast talking office manager such as happened to the pet mom with the dental.

Negative experience: I had an appointment for bloodwork on my dog on October 4 2024 at 10:00 AM. I arrived and check-in at 9:55 AM and waited inside the examining room for 25 minutes and no one showed up and updated me on what was with the 25-minute wait. So I got up and went to the receptionist and told them I would reschedule. Not a happy customer.

Negative experience: Really disappointed in this place. Brand New to the area just moved to Seven Hills. Our first visit was with Dr Gibbons who seemed really great and great with our little Maltese dog, Lola. He convinced us to do a dental exam and cleaning under anesthesia. We were under the impression he would be the one performing the procedure and everything. So I felt at ease. At drop off, i said hello and good morning to the front desk. They heard me and ignored me. Then finally said they would be right with me. But god forbid a hello or good morning back. They later told me they were understaffed. I’m so used to having warm and inviting receptionists at our previous Vet. So it’s definitely a different vibe here. The nurse however, was very friendly and helpful. After I left, I got a call from a completely different Dr. No one told us a different Dr was doing the procedure. It would’ve been nice to have met this Dr ahead of time. The procedure that was originally quoted at around $200, after several calls from this completely different Dr, we ended up at a $700 bill instead. Which is fine if that’s what it takes to give her the best care. This procedure ended up also including a biopsy. I never got to meet this other Dr at drop off or pick up. At check out I only got to meet a tech or something in the lobby where I could barely even hear what she was saying from all the background noise. She just sent me home with antibiotics and liver supplements. I asked about pain and she assured me she would be fine. Well she wasn’t. She cried and cried all that evening and has been awake all night in pain. It was absolutely awful. Around 6:15pm the same day, I tried to contact their office. And they were closed. I can’t believe that after such an evasive procedure like this they don’t offer you an after hours phone number and the actual Dr never calls and checks on your dog. They don’t even inform you of any of this or send you home with any aftercare instructions. Which with the amount they charge, you would think this would all be standard care. My husband who is out of town also attempted to call and left a message. She’s literally been awake all night and even had explosive diarrhea. Which is very unusual for her. My poor dog can’t sleep and won’t stop crying. It’s so awful they don’t even give you anything to give your dog more comfort or at least help them sleep. It’s so inhumane. All I can do is snuggle her and try to calm her down. Not a single person warned me I’d be up all night and worried something worse could be going on. There is no one to call and ask these questions. This is the very first time she’s had this procedure but they treat you like you’re magically supposed to know everything they know. It’s nerve racking enough as a pet parent to put your dog under anesthesia, you would think they would care a little more. She should’ve been given some pain meds or sleep meds or something. Just awful and inhumane aftercare. I guess once they make their money, they really don’t care about you or your babies. I’m so disappointed and wish I hadn’t of gone forward with this procedure.

Negative experience: Please be aware If you are looking for health certificate for international travel. Do NOT go this hospital for travel certificate. They don’t know what to do and very unresponsive. Dr Gibbons keep making same mistake over and over and receptionist doesn’t have any empathy. Of course I asked them what’s going on many times because I already checked out my apartment on my original departure date so technically no place to stay with my cat. I’m ok but I worried my cat she will have 15 hours flight. What they did is they hung up my phone and told me not to contact them until they fin this. So who I am? I’m not client? English is not my first language but just because I don’t speak well that’s doesn’t mean I don’t understand. I’ve never been treated like this in US for 25 years. They didnt tell me if they corrected their mistake on the certificate form so I had to contact USDA my self to ask my application status. Travel certificate process is First decide my departure date and then start process by counting backwards from there. I ended up to stay hotel and had to change my date to leave. They messed up my 25 years stay in US that’s for sure. ……..I can not reply to their answer so I write here…… Please don’t lie I’ve NEVER INSISTED ADDITIONAL DOCUMENTS. Clearly USDA web said FORM AC ( what I asked )is COMPLETEd version of form. Dr file different form that’s why they denied NOT because I asked additional form you know that . If u don’t know please don’t excuse..

Fantastic experience: brought our cat calvin here to be seen, we didn’t realize it then but he was suffering from kidney failure. the tech we had and dr. gibbons were amazing. from start to finish you could tell they genuinely cared to help us and also cared about how we were feeling through the process. we put him to sleep this morning and they made it as easy as they could. as we were leaving, dr. gibbons told us he’d take good care of him. i couldn’t recommend this place enough.

Negative experience: Not bad but scare mongers. If I did everything they recommended to do for my dog it would probable be to the tune of about $80,000 a year. Don’t appreciate that kind of service. Also lacking bedside manners. The three different vets I saw not personalble at all. Visited three times each time came out with a bad vibe from the place. Not a fan

I was 7 minutes late to my appt and was told that the doctor wouldn’t be able to see my pet until at least 3 hours after bc they were behind with their schedule and I am a new patient and it would put the doctor into his lunch. They also said I would have to leave my pet there as a drop off which I didn’t feel comfortable with. This place is very disorganized and unwelcoming towards new patients.

Being 7 minutes late to a 20 minute appointment and still having to complete new client paperwork, means you missed half of your appointment time and trying to fit you in that remaining appointment time would have pushed the rest of the appointments back.
It sounds like we offered a couple of options, but they were not appealing to you. You could have waited and been seen in between the other scheduled appointments who arrived on time, or you could drop off your pet and the doctor would do an exam between the other appointments.
It's unfortunate that this situation occurred and we wish we had been able to see you and your pet at your scheduled appointment time.

Fantastic experience: I came in with my cat due to a possible UTI, and I was honestly very weary of coming to a vet because we have had terrible experiences in the past. This office completely blew me away, from the front desk, vet assistant, and the doctor. I felt completely comfortable throughout the entire process. The pricing was reasonable and they were very honest about what is necessary to do vs what may be more of a suggestion. I will definitely be returning with anything else I need!

Fantastic experience: Customer service was amazing, they sat in the room with my nervous dog, Karma, for as long as it took for her to get comfortable with them. I've been taking my pets here for years, they always give you an estimate on costs and are always super helpful when it comes to making treatment plans for your budget. I always feel like the techs, receptionists, and doctors all love what they do.

Positive experience: I brought my dog in for an updated vaccine and skin issued. I was greeted by Dr. Leavitt and her technician Angela. They both were compassionate and very knowledgeable about my concern for my fur baby. They both made my experience very pleasant and my fur baby was very comfortable. I would highly recommend bringing your pets to Seven Hill Animal hospitals. I would definitely be coming back.

Negative experience: I am shocked that there are so many good reviews. This office is unorganized, unethical, and I will not trust them again. I should not have to call 4 separate times to request records. I should not be told my cat legally cannot be released to me without a vaccine that he already received and I had already given them the paperwork for. I should not be told 3 different lies from 3 different people about a policy change requiring an additional appointment the day before surgery. I should not get a text that I need to set up an appointment when I already have one. So disorganized it is terrifying that I trusted them to do any care on my precious pets.

Fantastic experience: Dr Gibbons is a wonderful vet! He takes care of all of our pets and is very patient with them. I also feel weird when other clinics try to take my pet away for “the exam” and Dr Gibbons never takes my animals away from the room and does the exams and all the shots inside the room. My pets feel more relaxed that way. He also doesn’t try to push unnecessary tests and labs just for the profit.

Fantastic experience: The kindest vet visit ever. Dr Aaron Gibbons is the nicest vet and best pet advocate, I can't recommend him enough. We have a pitty who is very protective of us around other people, and was barking pretty aggressively nonstop when the vet first walked in, but the vet was so patient and sat on the ground to get acquainted with him. He explained everything thoroughly, and laid out price options in order of emergence/importance for possible treatments, and was so sweet to our dog before taking him back to their office. By the time he came back into the exam room with us after his tests, he was all tail wags and smiles. I can't recommend this vet enough, and I can't recommend Dr Gibbons enough. It was such a relief to know I can trust a vet with a breed so many people misunderstand/fear. Thank you so much!

Fantastic experience: I couldn’t begin to say enough positive things about this vet! Dr. McDonald here is incredible, and her staff. My dog Gracie has an immune disorder called IMHA. When she had a teeth cleaning in the past she almost died. Her body lowers her red blood cell count when it is introduced to certain drugs/ treatments. She had to get multiple blood transfusions, and I almost lost her. Due to her previous cleaning. This was a few years ago, and very traumatic. Ever since this incident, I had not wanted to get her teeth cleaned and this became a huge issue. She began to develop an infection in her mouth. I knew that I needed to get her teeth removed, but I did not know who to trust. I found myself online for hours comparing reviews on multiple vets online. Sevenhills Animal Hospital has the best reviews because they are truly amazing. They treated my dog as if it were their own which I truly appreciate. I know that a lot of vets see multiple dogs a week and can begin to treat them as a number. They treated Gracie with such care, kindness, and respect. I am so grateful for the staff at Sevenhills Animal Hospital. Thank you for saving my dog. They went above and beyond during her treatment to make sure that her disorder did not trigger. I could not say more amazing things about the staff even the Front Desk is so kind and so caring, they are true animal lovers, and the only place that will be taking Gracie. If you were considering taking your dog here or any animal. You have made the right decision they are wonderful thank you so much again to Dr. McDonald!

Fantastic experience: My new vet. Moved back to Vegas from Florida. My sister recommended this vet. I'm happy with them so far. I have a pet wellness plan with them. My only complaint is that it's not transferrable to their sister property which is actually closer to where I currently live. Probably not 7 Hills issue, but with the company that administers the wellness plan. The vets are compassionate and they listen. All the vet techs I've had dealings with are very informative and very kind.

Fantastic experience: Update 4/19: On the 2 most recent visits, we have seen Dr. Gibbons and Dr. Mang'eli. We are very happy with the attention and care these two have shown our kitties! And "Kat" kindly texts after the appointments to check on them, too. Clean office and exam rooms. Friendly and courteous staff. Easy to make an appointment.

Fantastic experience: I came in and they put me and my dog in a room right away. We were seen very quickly and they answered all my questions and concerns and helped me understand what was going on with my dog. Although this hospital is very far from where I live, this location was the only location that had a same day appointment available which I was glad because I really needed to take my dog to the vet. The employees here are really understanding and this place is affordable and the service is quick.

Fantastic experience: My dog is a bit nervous about going to the vet but she adores Dr. Gibbons , he’s the best among all of doctors . He doest rush , he takes the time to explain everything, he’s very loving doctor. Also today the assistant and Dr Guernick were extremely patient and kind with my girl . Positive experience: Update: The Practice Manager Debbie followed up after I posted this review and apologized and listened to how my experience went. After us speaking for about 10 mins I can say she ensured me my future visits will be better and felt more at ease that my dog and I will always feel welcomed. Thank you Debbie for reaching out to me listening and addressing my concerns from my visit. After 5 years of coming to this location, this was the worst experience I’ve had here. The receptionists were great, but the assistant and Dr Mostafa truly made me and my dog feel embarrassed. After waiting in the waiting room for roughly 15 mins and then waiting in the exam room for another 10, the assistant came into the room and immediately showed no compassion or care for my soon to be 5 year old German shepherd. After only spending 2 mins in the room, she went back and got Dr Mostafa. When he entered the room, my dog sniffed him and showed no signs of aggression, but yet I was asked to put a muzzle on him because “he looks intimidating.” I even included a video of how “intimidating” he is in the exam room. Truly embarrassing and hurtful to have to place a muzzle on my dog who has no history of any violence, shows no signs of aggression, and is complimented over and over again on how well behaved he is. Will never recommend Dr Mostafa and will more than likely be seeking a new location that will treat my dog and myself with better dignity. Only reason for a 2 star rating is because your two receptionists were attentive and ensured my dog felt welcomed.

Fantastic experience: This office has provided our dog great service since 2019 when we moved to Vegas. He has a disease that requires medication and a monthly injection, so we are there often. The staff is always kind and some that know Bolt will get excited to see him. I'd highly recommend them!

Fantastic experience: Yesterday, we had to do the most difficult part of being a pet owner. We had to euthanize a very senior dog of ours. He had a very long life and gave us 17 years of unconditional love!! Over the years we have lost a few pets, but the experience with Dr McFillin was by far the best you could hope for. I can't explain how gentle and caring she was with JJ. Thank you so much for making a very difficult time for our family, just a little bit better!! ❤️ PS. I feel like I should also mention all the other staff as well. Sorry I didn't get names, from the lady that took my initial call to get us in so fast, to the ladies that were working the desk when we went in. Everyone was very compassionate and friendly.

Fantastic experience: I have been twice so far and both experiences were very positive. All the staff was kind and you can tell they truly love animals. Our kittens were treated extremely well. Wait time was very short, although they mentioned they are short staffed so I hope that gets sorted soon!

Fantastic experience: Dr. MacDonald and her assistant Priscilla were absolutely amazing. We had to take our sweet Kali girl in, it was her time to cross the rainbow bridge. The care they showed for her and us was beyond top notch. No one ever wants to have to deal with the heartbreak of losing a fur baby, But having wonderful people around you when you have to make that choice, makes it sting a little less. Fantastic experience: One of our dogs started having seizures this past summer and it has been a scary thing to have to get used to but Dr. Gibbons has been so amazing with both our baby and us! He’s a great listener and a great teacher as we have been trying to learn the best things we can do to take care of her. He has spoken with us not just as her vet but as a sympathetic fellow dog owner. The techs and the front desk workers have also been so wonderful in answering questions and taking care of our girl!

Negative experience: Took my mom’s tiny 9 year old chihuahua to get evaluated and fixed. They said she wasn’t too small or too old and were happy to help. Shortly after the surgery she went down hill so I took her in to get checked. They said it wasn’t an infection they can only assume that they incorrectly dosed her pain meds and would evaluate it for future clients. They had me sign a price with no explanation for the type of urn. I picked her up and my daughter said it was a bio degradable and tried to call to get it rectified. And was met with a distasteful office manager named Debbie that said we weren’t listening and said can’t help us other than to give us the cremation phone number. Wont ever recommend them again!

Fantastic experience: This is by far my favorite vet that I’ve been to and will stay as our primary vet. They always take the best care of our animals and provides us owner’s with tons of reassurance that our animals are being well taken care of. Whenever I drop my baby off with them, I leave stress free because I know they are doing everything they can for him and taking great care of him. Thank you guys for everything you do!!

Fantastic experience: I can’t express how amazing the staff is! My dog was is in bad shape and I was desperate to find somewhere to take her. They went above and beyond for my sweet baby and now she’s on the road to recovery. Everyone I encountered was kind, caring, and professional. Highly recommend! They have labs and all the equipment right there on site and their prices are very reasonable compared to other places I’ve been in the past. 100/10 ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

Fantastic experience: Dr Gibbons is patient and is always thorough in explaining our cats medical condition and treatment plan. All with success. We have had the opportunity to work together with all of the vets here and everyone is great including the vet techs and front desk team who are quick to return phone calls and answer any questions.
