Fantastic experience: My 2 boys a rott mix and my lil shihtzu are patients here and I feel we are always in good hands. Staff goes out of their way to help me and set my mind at ease. Always accommodating and kind. I had one serious visit with Hesh (rott) they had me in a room in a flash and Dr Lose was so kind . I was in tears and afraid and he really was compassionate and I saw his love for my dog. This is a great place and im lucky its almost walking distance from my house. Highly recommend.!! Hesh was tail wagging in no time !

Fantastic experience: Posey and her human (me) both had a great experience. Dr. Coletti was very patient and took a great deal of time with Posey, explaining everything to me and putting Posey at ease. Posey and her twin sister, Poppy, will definitely be back!

Negative experience: 6 days since I brought my cat in. Paid 200.00 for a uti test I have been calling daily for results and I have not heard a thing from Dr Hayes will have to take her to another clinic.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Loose is the best! He took his time with us & our new puppy, explained all suggestions for maintaining good health and really bonded with our new girl. He truly cares about his patients.

Fantastic experience: Dr Abe is the best!! The entire staff is great. Very caring and knowledgeable. I always know my pets are in good hands either for vet visits or boarding.

Negative experience: This hospital charges $125.00 just for a bath and to brush your 8 pound dog very over priced

Fantastic experience: Dr. Loose (Low-zay) is one of the best vets I’ve ever had treating my cats. He’s holistic, patient, gentle, and intelligent. He asks very important questions to try to fully understand what’s going on, is very loving towards my cats, and seems truly invested in their care and wellbeing. There are separate entrances for dogs and cats, but I have seen very small dogs on the cat side sometimes. The only reason I can’t give five stars is because the front desk employees aren’t very welcoming. If they’re working on something, they will ignore you (even if you’re standing at the desk for minutes) until they finish whatever it is they’re typing, filing, etc. Not even a simple, “Hello, welcome. I’ll be with you in just a moment.” They just flat out ignore you. Edit: there seems to have been some staff changes and the front desk issues have been resolved.

Fantastic experience: Everyone has been so helpful and determined to help me keep my baby girl around longer. I can't thank them enough for not giving up on us.

Fantastic experience: I love that services like vaccines or gland expressing do not involve an office visit charge. It's affordable, and I can take better care of my dog's routine needs. When he's not well I trust all of the vets and technicians to help him feel better. Last, definitely not least, every member of the staff is helpful to me, and genuinely loving and caring to Rudy. Fantastic experience: The doctors are great. They don’t rush you They answer all your questions and don’t try to upsell you. The assistants and front office staff are efficient and friendly. My dog and I love Inspirada.

Negative experience: We took our cat here for care, and to get some blood work. They did some typical tests, including taking blood (which took 45 mins on its own), then said they’d call in a few days. We’ve heard nothing for nearly 2 weeks now. And we’ve called two more times and were told we’d get a call back. BUT NOTHING! We won’t be going back ever again!

Fantastic experience: This animal hospital has two entries, one for cats and one for dogs. A novel idea that helps both types of owners to feel more at ease if one of their kind is afraid or nervous about the other. The care was great. My 10 wo Scotty was not nervous or had any apprehension that many young dogs might when visiting a Vet for the first time. I knew she was in good hands when I watched the interactions with both the Dr. and the Technicians.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been going to this vet office ever since they opened, Dr. Colletti & Dr. Abe have been so caring for my two cats especially when 1 got ringworm they were attentive and professional and answered all my questions. Their front desk is the best as well! Brianna assisted me a day I came in and she was so very helpful and so kind to me. She was ready to help with anything. I’d give this office a 20/10

Negative experience: We have brought all 4 of our dogs here and it is so close to our home. Sadly the care has gone downhill. We experienced a lack of compassion from front staff Ariana to the Dr that euthanized our elderly dog. Being asked by the Dr ‘how is your day’ with vials of pentobarbital was the most out of touch question anyone could have asked at the time. It’s so upsetting that during an already hard time we were faced with a lack of compassion. The only thing that the staff and team seemed to care about was the bill. I’m sure many will go due to convenience like us, but the care? I’d go elsewhere.

Fantastic experience: Love this place, had a last minute issue with my pup, called and was able to get it right away. They are always so nice, the doctor gave me some meds, and she is so such better. Always clean and they place animals in rooms right away to keep contact with other animals to a minimum which is nice. Dr. Preyer followed up as well.

Fantastic experience: For the past two years our cats have been well cared for. The support staff and doctors are sensational. They are very thorough and greatly appreciated. They made sure that our cats were comfortable and that we were totally informed about all examinations, testing, treatment, and procedures that were performed. We highly recommend Inspirada Animal Hospital.Dr. Gilchrist and her staff are wonderful. Our cat was having some dental issues. In addition to examining and cleaning her teeth, they did blood workup and did an ecg as these studies are good to find out if there is any underlying health conditions. The ecg showed a slight abnormality, which we were not aware of. We now plan to continue to monitor her heart condition. Dr Gilchrist contacted us the day after our cat was put under for the dental procedure. Dr. Gilchrist also followed up a week later to make sure everything was ok. We were very impressed with this office.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Loose is professional, understanding and caring. My little Mia had a growth on her lip mouth and after an agonizing decision had him do surgery. She is 11 years old and still my baby girl, adopted and has been a blessing. I don’t know yet if it is cancer(biopsy pending), but he kept me informed all day and was so patient with me. As I left her that day in tears I felt so comfortable he was taking care of her.

Fantastic experience: Since the first visit with our pup, Tango, we have never entrusted his care to any other Team. The front desk staff is always attentive and kind, even when they are very busy with phones ringing and pets in the waiting area. The Vet Tech and Dr care is great. They are gentle and patient with me and my dog. I've never had any prolonged wait times, and we are always quickly taken to a room. We boarded Tango for several days when we had to suddenly leave town and that was a good experience. Recently I used their grooming services. Andrea is new to the clinic and she's a great addition. I couldn't be happier with the grooming he received, and our handsome man is ready for the holidays! The strongest indicator of their service is that Tango is never nervous or anxious when we arrive or leave. I trust him.

Negative experience: Had an appointment to drop off my dog she was already heavily drugged. Per vets request on Saturday. She had something wrong with her leg and would not let them examine her. I told them I could drop her off, but I had an important doctor appointment that I had to be at 10:45. They assured me this was not a problem Because they needed to sedate her in order to take x-rays so she would be there for a while I dropped her off at Inspirada at 9:45 and by 1015. I had to leave and take her with me. Never saw the vet never saw the vet tech. I walked out and talked to the receptionist and told her it’s a drop off I need to go then she told me to go back to the room. They had to go over the charges with me. I already approved the charges on Saturday. Now my dog has not seen the vet and she’s heavily drugged. I am so disappointed I like Dr. L so much and now I feel I have to take my business elsewhere. I also did not catch the name of the receptionist in the front. She was borderline rude and could’ve cared less.

Fantastic experience: This place is amazing and all the vets and staff really prioritize your pets health and well being I was recently out of town for work and our little guy had a stomach flare up and they helped find a way to keep my guy comfortable until I could get home and get him in. They were so patience with me and the prices are the best in town for someone with no pet insurance! Thank you so much for everything the Haylock family will forever be grateful ❤️

Fantastic experience: Dr.Preyer is by far the best Vet who has graced the world of vets!!! He listens, Ask questions and is generally concerned for the well being of my dog. He’s very thorough and these days that’s not easy to find. Thank you Dr. Preyer for taking such good care of my girl. Oh and I can’t forget Selena!!!! Wow what a sweet heart. I think my dog wanted to stay with her. Thanks you guys.

Fantastic experience: Not the outcome any pet owner ever hopes for, but the team at Inspirada Animal Hospital made an incredibly difficult experience as comforting as possible. Every staff member was kind, patient, and genuinely accommodating from start to finish. Dr. Colletti went above and beyond in caring for my dog. She was thorough, compassionate, and completely transparent, which helped make the entire process smoother and less overwhelming. We never felt rushed, and she took the time to answer every question with care and honesty. The facility was spotless, the service was exceptional, and the level of professionalism and empathy truly stood out. I would 100% recommend Inspirada Animal Hospital to any pet owner. They are absolutely on top of their game.

Negative experience: Such a lack of customer service! I have been coming to this place for five years. We literally walked out yesterday after arriving for our 7am appointment, and at 7:30am we still sat in the same appointment room having never been acknowledged for 30 minutes. This has happened on numerous occasions, but yesterday was the final straw. They make the appointment, you show up on time, they love to stick you in a room, and then you literally sit for upwards of 45 minutes at times. There is a much more competent vet in Inspirada who is timely, more affordable, extremely friendly...called The Edge...check them out.

Fantastic experience: Great people there. They are really good with our dogs. We've been very satisfied. By the way, so are our dogs. They actually pull us toward the entrance when we are taking them there... and that's no exaggeration.

Fantastic experience: I LOVE the doctors here and will never take my dogs anywhere else. Have seen many doctors here and all have been great. Dr Loose went out of his way to ease my mind when one of my dogs required surgery and I felt like he genuinely cared about me and my dog. Dr. Colletti has helped us several times and she is wonderful too! She is great at thoroughly explaining everything and I'm so thankful for her! Staff is always nice and accommodating as well. Great place!

Negative experience: Just walked out and won't be back. This is probably the 3rd time we have made a 7:00 AM appt. only to sit in one of the back rooms, unattended for 30 minutes. No "sorry- we're running late" No "it will be just a few more minutes". Nothing. Taking our business to EDGE animal hospital up the street.

Fantastic experience: I'm new to the area, and I found this animal hospital to be the perfect fit for me.And my two little cats.. I went there for an examination.The staff was very kind and the veterinarian was very knowledgeable and I am very happy..

Fantastic experience: Dr. Prior and the entire staff have been incredibly supportive, informative, and respectful with everything pertaining to Butters care. A plan was put in place, which we all knew would be difficult. Dr. Prior and team executed the plan flawlessly. We are grateful to him and his team is saving Butters. She has been doing great. We have 4 Big dogs. Butters, Ruby, Molly and Lotus and we will not take them to any other animal hospital unless the Inspirada animal hospital refers us to that hospital. Fantastic experience: We are new (just 3 years here) and needed a vet for our dog. We went to Inspirada because a neighbor suggested it. We are so glad we did. Our dog was older 14+ and was suffering from a bad cough. After an x-ray, it was determined that he had a very enlarged heart pressing on his trachea and a bad heart murmur. Treatment was tricky and despite our best efforts, his condition worsened. The vet at Inspirada was compassionate and very gentle with our guy. Unfortunately the decision was inevitable - we had to put him down. The professional and compassionate way we were treated during the procedure was wonderful, giving us all the time and cuddles we needed.

Fantastic experience: Been going to this location for years for care and boarding. They are great, never have had any issues and the staff has always been nice and courteous. They are always on top of her care. I even get email reminders when she is due for a visit. What really matters is how my dog feels about it and she absolutely loves it and specially when we board her. She treats it as a vacation and it seems she has personal relationships with the staff since they know her and she knows them and she becomes overly excited when we take her. Overall great service keep up the good work.

Fantastic experience: The vet tech has been there for years and is so caring. She’s remembered my 2 dogs after a year or two of not seeing them. She’s really the one behind the scenes doing the hard work. Dr. Rodriguez was also amazingly kind and informative.

Fantastic experience: We love Dr. Preyer. My fur babies have been seeing him since he was at Durango Animal Hospital and followed him to this new spot. So much closer to home than the old place. The reason we will travel is just for Dr. Preyer to check up on them. He is amazing with our babies. He knows them inside and out. And always greet them by their name. He is not there to pocket the money from his clients but he truly cares about his clients. Plus my boy Zeus loves him. You're one of a kind, Dr. Preyer. We all love you.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Hayes was so great. She was very good with our Siberian Husky. She was very attentive to our concerns and questions and had great knowledge. I would recommend coming here. The front office staff is very nice too.

Fantastic experience: I cannot express how grateful I am to Dr. Colletti and the entire team at Inspirada Animal Hospital. My husband and I have been bringing both of our pups here for about a year, but recently we had an emergency that showed us just how extraordinary this team truly is. Our sweet Penny needed emergency surgery, and the odds were not in her favor. When she was taken back, we honestly thought we might never see her again. Dr. Colletti and the staff treated us with incredible patience, compassion, and respect during those devastating hours. Dr. Colletti stayed late with another doctor to perform the surgery, called us close to midnight afterward, and continued to keep us updated every step of the way. Penny had to remain hospitalized for a couple of days, and during that time we received thoughtful updates twice a day. They even welcomed us to visit her while she recovered, which meant the world to us. When we went to pick her up, everyone in the office shared how sweet she was, and we could truly feel how much they cared about her. Now she’s home and healing, and every single moment with her feels like a gift that this team gave us. Words really can’t describe how thankful we are for everything they’ve done for us and our family.

Fantastic experience: We just moved here and inspirada animal hospital was recommended to us. The staff is friendly and efficient and have seen two of their vets and are totally satisfied. They are priced very reasonably. Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: I went to Inspirada Animal Hospital for the first time a few days ago. The first thing that I noticed was that there was separate entrances for dogs and for cats. Great idea!! The second thing that I noticed was there was no animal smell. Pretty impressive considering the number of animals in and out of there every day. Upon entering the "dog side", even though the receptionist was busy with another client, she acknowledged me immediately and assured me that she would be with me shortly. The wait time in the outer waiting room was very short, as well as in the exam room. The vet tech introduced herself and was very friendly and treated my dog gently. The veterinarian was also friendly. Additionally he was patient, kind, thorough, and professional. Checking out after the exam was simple and quick. I was in and out of there in no time.

Fantastic experience: Winter is the most dramatic “cat” you’ll ever meet—except he’s actually a golden retriever. He acts like the floor is made of lava every time we visit somewhere new, and don’t even mention the “doctor’s office.” You’d think he was auditioning for an Oscar with the way he resists. Lucky for me (and unlucky for Winter), I’m the boss around here. The team at Inspirada Animal Hospital is always so kind and welcoming, even when my fur-ball acts like a diva at a spa day. Grooming? Vaccinations? Let’s just say… they earn their angel wings every visit. Highly recommend checking them out! Great people, great care, and prices that don’t make you want to fake your own disappearance

Fantastic experience: This was the second time I brought my puppy to the Inspirada Animal Hospital and both times we saw Dr. Preyer. Both experiences were positive. The practice is well managed, clean and all personnel I dealt with were very professional.

Negative experience: Scam❗️❗️❗️❗️❗️ I rarely leave reviews, but this is just unfair and feels like a complete scam to customers. They deserve to know this before visiting. This hospital told us over the phone that heartworm check is $50, (my whole family listened together) but they charged me total $136. The worst part? We had to wait in a suffocating, tiny room for an entire hour, only to see the doctor for barely a minute. (Then why people make reservations?? Respect people time! )

Negative experience: I have taken my dog to Inspirada Animal Hospital for more than three years. I will NEVER be returning. After a $620 bill was presented, I gave them $320 cash and asked them to put the rest on my credit card. I signed the receipt and left. Two days later, when I submitted the bill to my pet insurance, I noticed they put $520 on my credit card and ONLY applied $100 cash towards the bill. I immediately called and the young lady at the desk told me she was glad I called because they didn’t know which patient the extra cash was from. She was, however, unable to issue credit card reimbursements, so we had to wait several days for the office manager to return. Fast forward to then and OMG! VERY RUDE Jamie, the office manager, tells me a minimum of 15 times that it is a trust issue and that no one ever told me they found the extra money and that Dr. Lossee, whom I believe is the owner, will not be calling me. I repeatedly asked for him to call me. She hung up on me. He finally did call and said I could only have credit but not my money back and that it was my word against his employee’s. Sorry, there is ABSOLUTELY NO WAY I would ever go back there again. I had already been told they had my money and then REPEATEDLY told they didn’t trust me the next day! Therefore, the visit ended up costing me $820 and I just took the $200 in treats because there is no way I want to continue a relationship with a business that literally stole $200 from me and called me a liar! Another issue that has always irritated me is the immaturity of some, not all of the desk staff. While waiting in the lobby in front of the desk while my dog is getting his nails trimmed, they VERY frequently trash talk customers either when they walk out the door or they get off the phone with them. I was sitting right there in plain view, and they didn’t care at all! Super unprofessional!

Negative experience: Doctors are nice but terrible at following up. Some of the staff is nice but also not good at following up. I don't think I EVER had one of my calls returned in 2 years, never had an email returned. I called for months trying to get them to send me my pets records because my new vet won't see them without them. On the final call when they finally sent me the records, they didn't say anything, just hung up on me even though I was being nice and respectful. Luckily I never have to contact them again. Additionally, I tried to explain to the staff that one of my cats has PTSD and is extremely sensitive. Yet every time they took her back, she came out extremely agitated and stressed (unlike her previous vet) and sometimes it could take days for her to return to normal. Her previous vet listened to me and took extra measures to meet her needs. This staff, I don't trust how they treat the animals when the owner isn't present. Maybe most of the staff treats them well but at least some aren't. One time when a tech brought my cat back to me, she complained how my cat was being very fussy. She wasn't being fussy SHE HAS PTSD!!!!!!!

Fantastic experience: The staff here, primarily Billy and Briana are both accommodating and professional. Im grateful to bring my cocoa to a vet that is so efficient. These young ladies deserve to be valued and appreciated! Lets goooo

Fantastic experience: Dr. Pryor is amazing! He was very gentle with our dog while checking for injuries, she came in very scared to be at the vet, and by the time we left, she wasn’t shaking anymore and already felt better! He was very thorough with explaining everything to us, very professional, awesome “bedside manner!” He called to check on her a couple days later. He’s really a great vet! We will definitely request to see him next time.

Positive experience: Been taking my dogs there for years and have been seeing Dr. Abe. She’s great and actually all the doctors are all great but this review is for the front desk girls. They’re rude on the phone and act like it’s always an inconvenience for them when you’re calling. They really need to be taught manners and take some hospitality classes. This is a place of business where animals need to be cared for and if you’re not willing to be kind to people that call then this isn’t the job for them!

Fantastic experience: Rating:10 Submitted:Jul 27 Appt Date:Jul 23 I was pleased that I did not have to wait long to be placed in a room with my dog away from all going on in the lobby with other dogs and kids. I was impressed with Dr. Colletti's attention and help with my dog and her suggestion that I could handle the paperwork in the private room rather than have to handle my dog in the lobby with all the other activity going on in the lobby. My dog is an 8-year-old cream colored golden retriever with limping right front paw/leg. Medication was prescribed and appears to be working.

Fantastic experience: We have brought our puppy Nugget to your clinic several times and he is always welcomed with love and treated with compassion and professionalism.

Fantastic experience: Christy has been grooming my dogs here at Inspirada for several years now. I found Inspirada after struggling to find a good groomer for my Chow. This place is great!!

Fantastic experience: I chose Inspirada Animal Hospital because it is AAHA accredited and because it’s open 7 days per week, which is a real plus. Over the years, I’ve found it very easy to schedule appointments (often same day), no office visit has ever felt rushed and the follow up with test results has been fast. My dog has been treated by Dr. Thompson, Dr. Hayes, Dr. Abe and Dr. Ellis and each one was very generous with their time (no rushed visits) and never once seemed pushy about testing or trying to upsell. So far, I’ve been very pleased with the care my dog has received and they haven’t given me a reason to go elsewhere. Also, compared to the veterinary hospital I used in Minnesota, their prices seem quite reasonable. They’ve been very upfront about pricing and I haven’t almost keeled over at checkout. Let’s face it, animals can’t tell you what’s wrong and veterinarians aren’t mind readers … tests have to be done and tests cost money. That said, I don’t think you’ll be gouged at Inspirada Animal Hospital.

Fantastic experience: Very caring staff that helped to reassure my cat as this was her first visit. Dr Hayes was great with my kitty and didn't force her to do anything. I would not hesitate to recommend Inspirada Animal Hospial to any cat-parent.

Fantastic experience: I had been going to a different vet but they couldn’t get him in for almost a week and Inspirada got me in within two hours. My rescue is terrified of the world, but especially men. The only vet available to see him was Dr. Bell. Dr. Bell was patient and compassionate enough that he did the entire vet visit sitting on the floor across from my pup so he would calm down. I’d recommend this clinic & Dr. Bell to anyone.

Fantastic experience: This was our first visit to the clinic. Dr. Loose was awesome with Brandy my old dog. He got down on the floor with her to check her out. He answered all my questions and didn't try to "sell" me on more services than we were there for. The clinic seems great - we will definitely return.

Fantastic experience: This was our first visit and the customer service was amazing from the moment we checked in. The front office staff was friendly and made sure we were taken care of in a timely manner. Dr. Bell was so wonderful with our Vito. Our baby boy has never been so relaxed with a vet that he actually rolled over for him to rub his belly! Fantastic experience: We have used Inspirada twice within 6 months and Gia is well taken care of. She has strange eating habits and the care here has taken every step to make sure they're met it. We aren't Nevada residents. Inspirada is our go to place while visiting Las Vegas.

Negative experience: I can’t believe this place and would never recommend it. We’re new to the area and have been searching for a reliable vet. This clinic had good reviews and was conveniently located, so we decided to give it a try. Unfortunately, our experience was terrible from the moment we walked in. The front desk staff completely ignored us, acting as if we weren’t even there. After a while, I finally said hello to one of the receptionists. She was unbelievably unfriendly and rude. She just seemed to hate her job or something. I couldn’t understand how someone working with animals could be so miserable. We were tempted to leave but decided to stay, hoping the vet would make up for the poor first impression. We were led to a patient room, where we waited nearly an hour without any sign of the doctor. A tech came in twice: the first time to gather information, and the second time to repeat the same questions. There was no apology for the delay or any update on how much longer we’d have to wait. The atmosphere in this clinic was uncomfortable, with everyone appearing unhappy and unprofessional. My little Maltese is always nervous at the vet, and she was shaking the entire time. Leaving her in that state for an hour felt cruel. It was clear they didn’t care about her, so we knew we couldn’t trust them with her ongoing care. We decided to just leave and check out. When we told a different staff member we hadn’t seen the doctor and wanted to settle up, she walked off without a word. No apology, no acknowledgment. My husband approached another staff member, who said they were checking if we owed anything. Eventually, she returned to inform us we didn’t need to pay since we weren’t seen—but again, no apology for the inconvenience. At least they didn’t charge us. Which was the very least they could do. This clinic was a huge disappointment, and such a waste of our morning all for nothing.

Positive experience: I would highly recommend Inspirada Animal Hospital. The doctors are knowledgeable and the front desk staff are friendly. Their boarding facilities are really good. They have also taken my dog in an emergency with no questions asked. Dr Loose takes care of our dogs with great care and compassion and is mindful of the impact of their care for us. I have one complaint. The first one, and it's pretty important, is they do not accept Care Credit like most vets in the area. The loss of business if the client can't afford to pay without it and goes elsewhere is far more than the fees Care Credit would charge.

Fantastic experience: The vets here are the BEST. They take into pets consideration above all else and work with the best plan to move forward with pet parents. My dog had a few GI episodes and every single time I’ve been welcomed by the friendliest front desk staff and Dr. Colletti and Dr. Gamble have handled my boy’s emergency visits with the best care. I couldn’t recommend them enough! Some days they are busy but they always take the time to really focus on you and your pet. Thanks a million Inspirada team!

Negative experience: Long wait times and very expensive for the services rendered. Once left my dog there for three days for their kennel service. He was extremely traumatized and had blood shot eyes from not sleeping and couldn’t bark because his voice was horse probably from crying and howling. Part of the service was to bath our dog and that was never done.

Negative experience: Everyone has been so helpful, thoughtful and careful when answering all of my (helicopter mom) questions without ever making me feel like a bother. Check-ins post-op have been very genuine and aside from that the facility is so clean and welcoming. Being able to sit with my very anxious pup as he was sedated before surgery was not only calming for him, but also for me. Great work, team! HIGHLY recommend! Update - After my dog got kennel cough a few days after surgery I took him back in for meds. Of course the Vet said that it was "unlikely he got it there" but he was not exposed to any other dogs nor pet owners while he recovered from surgery so I am not sure where else he would have gotten it from. Meds were prescribed but no one mentioned that a side effect was excess peeing, which could be so bad your dog may urinate in the house. My dog has unintentionally peed in the house 3 times since being on meds, so after the 3rd accident I did some googling and found it was a leading side effect. Maybe they could have let me know since my 3.5 year old dog literally hasn't had an accident since he was 10 weeks old, and was my easiest dog to potty train. All this cleaning and embarrassment could have been so easily avoided if they would have just said "hey - the side effects of these meds can include excessive peeing so you may want to be extra careful while he's on them the next few days". Sure could I have googled this from the get-go, yes, but every other vet I've gone to for my last 4 dogs has always given me heads up about what to look out for so I don't panic so I didn't even think about it, especially during an already busy holiday time. I can only imagine how uncomfortable he has been while recovering... I feel terrible!

Fantastic experience: I love this hospital. Dr. Hayes is the best! She is a kitty specialist and really took the time to get to know my 3 feline kids. She was so good with them and I feel confident they are receiving the best care possible. The staff is friendly, professional and willing to go the extra mile

Fantastic experience: We've been taking our 2 dogs here since 2022. They have several beers that really care about animals. They come into the exam room and they are totally focused on your pet. Most often, they are down on the floor with your pet. The care. Highly recommended

Fantastic experience: I have a 21/2 year old pug named Hank. This place has a great team of vets and staff, and i have been to my fair share in Nevada, especially clark County. They have always given me comprehensive and clear answer's and options for treatment. Now, while they dont accept care credit they do their best to work with you on the options you can take. They're my go to for tests and for wellness exams for my Pug Hank. I cannot say enough about the team here.

Fantastic experience: My 17 3/4 year old cat needed multiple tooth extractions. Dr Amanda Hayes came highly recommended to us, so we trusted her with his care. He came through beautifully and when I got to take him home, he was pristinely clean. Previous vet clinics have sent him home dirty and smelly. It made me feel that he was taken good care of by the Inspirada staff. I received a text checking on him from Dr Hayes a couple of days after surgery and he has had a one week follow up and will have another in 10 days. The staff were very kind and helpful.

Negative experience: I have been a regular customer of Inspirada Animal Hospital since they first opened. I am posting this negative review, because for the past 4 years it has gotten hard and harder to not only get good service and quality care but they have managed to actually spoil four family trips. When you call they always ask if they can put you on hold. I’ve been sitting in the waiting room and seen four employees sitting at their desk, yet when a call comes in, they put the call on hold. What has me so upset is they are constantly “loosing reservations”. I can NOT express how livid I am to know that once again my reservation has been lost even though I made it a point to call we’ll in advance on September 26, to make a boarding reservation for my dogs for the week of Thanksgiving. Of course I called today 11/09 to make sure my reservation was till confirmed (due to past experience) and what do you know, NO RESERVATION FOUND! Not only is it now impossible to find someone that will have space for all three of my dogs, but the employ whom I spoke with had little to no empathy towards my situation, gave me attitude, and told me that “the office manager could give me a call at HER earliest convenience”. She let me know there wasn’t much more they could help me with and that she was busy. I am tiered of having to bed over backwards to accommodate Inspirada Animal Hospital into my plans. I would NEVER recommend Inspirada Animal Hospital and unless your okay having your furry loved ones receiving a 2.5 to 3 star care I would advise to not use them either.

Fantastic experience: We cannot thank Dr. Loose and the staff enough for saving our new pup!! After determining that he had Parvovirus, Dr. Loose came up with a plan to make sure Yogi would survive & beat the virus. He kept us up to date, giving us progress reports throughout the day. You have gained lifetime patients as long as we live in Vegas. Thank you all & God bless!

Negative experience: Dropping off our two dogs to be boarded before our vacation. They tell us to bring our dogs in and another dog comes out and they bark. They ask us to go out side because our dogs are dangerous. Well first the other staff says to go to the cat side and they were nice. Then Lindsey comes in and tells them we are too dangerous to be in the building that we have to go wait outside. The place is closing…We go outside Lindsey treats us like criminals and says she will take one of the dogs in, that dog jumped up and tried to lick her face, no bark, no growl, just a friendly dog lick. She freaked out and said this is not okay and they have to be drugged the entire time they are there and they will call us if they bark at any other dog and we will have to take them. We have boarded our dogs three other times with not one single issue. DO NOT TRUST YOUR DOGS WITH THIS PLACE. Literally everyone besides Lindsey was nice.

Fantastic experience: Great vets at Inspirada Animal Hospital. They have taken amazing care of our labradoodle every time we've needed a visit. Even referring us to a great surgeon they partner with when she tore her CCL. Every visit at the clinic is pretty fast and has our pup less anxious then when we have taken her to other vets in the past. She use to shake pretty uncontrollably at past vet visits but we've noticed a huge improvement with her while at Inspirada Animal Hospital, much more calm and relaxed. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: Staff was friendly, professional. Took my animal in their as I lost the other due to Kidney failure. Talked with the vet about the type of food that my animal should have. Vet stated she would have the prescription to me by the end of the day. Two days later still don't have it. When I called yesterday staff stated the vet needed to determine what food to get. We already discussed that, so why does it take two days for a prescription for food? If they can't figure something as simple as this, makes me wonder how they will make a more serious decision . **Update on review*** vet had later emailed me with the concern and did apologize for the delay. Being I received the email from the vet that was considerate of them.

Fantastic experience: If you need a vet for your pet you can look no further. When they say they care for your pet like it was their own they are not just words, but words put into action. We were fortunate that we took our Golden Retriever, Louie, to Inspirada when he became very ill. Throughout his stay in the hospital Dr. Colletti and Alexis, and the rest of the staff, nurtured and cared for him while they tried to determine the cause of his infirmity. He was given not just outstanding medical attention, but love. I believe without their over and above care he would not have come home to us, and we are grateful.

Fantastic experience: We love the Doctors at Inspirada Animal Hospital. Dr. Loose has taken care of our sweet Yorkie, Maddie, who loves to eat rocks! The staff has been great both times and he shows how much he loves our pets! Dr. Colletti was fabulous with our sweet 18 1/2 year old kitty last week. Overnight or early in the morning she had what appeared to be some sort of a neurological episode. We knew this was our cue to let her go. Dr. Colletti showed so much empathy and care with our baby and listened when I wanted to tell her a little about what we’ve been through together over 18 years! She was top notch and I couldn’t have asked for more during a tough time!

Negative experience: Paid $160 for a fecal test for my dog. Waited like 3 weeks for them to then tell us the receptionist picked the cheapest test. They then say to come back and they would redo it for “free.” We brought back another sample which they told us after a week and a half that it was not enough, so we then bring ANOTHER sample it and have been waiting now about 6 weeks for a response. We have called multiple times and have yet to get a response. Since having our puppy this is the only vet we have used, but the customer service is horrible. No communication and obviously they do not care about their patients.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been bringing my kitties to this clinic for about two years now and I can’t imagine what Dr Loose can do to make me like him more. He’s an excellent doctor. One thing I appreciate most is that he wants to heal the pet first and foremost. I don’t get the feeling that I’m being targeted for unnecessary upsales. I’m very sensitive to that. I don’t like to feel I’m being hustled and I know that Dr Loose is Not about that. He saved my kitty’s life. I’ve never had a bad experience at Inspirada Animal Hospital. All the staff has been very helpful and professional. They all seem to really care about the animals they treat. I highly recommend this clinic for your pet’s needs. I personally recommend Dr Loose for cat needs. Thats not to say others are not great. It’s just my personal experience is with Dr Loose and I can’t think of any way it could be better. He is a 5 star veterinarian and Inspirada Animal Hospital is a 5 star veterinary clinic.

Fantastic experience: Our little Murphy got his vaccines and the staff did great to make sure he was comfortable and loved on him! They answered all our questions and concerns to make sure we’re going to raise a healthy, strong doggy! I love that this facility is 3 mins from our house and it’s very clean.

Fantastic experience: All Staff Inspirada Animal Hospital are Angels!! September 2023 we received the worst news in a very cruel way! I had been a client for years at SVAH with other pets. My baby got very sick, I immediately took her to SVAH. We did several test. After paying $1,3500 ( only test) and hearing that it might be pyometra which by the way I had NO clue what it was but it did not sound good. After learning how dangerous and time sensitive it was my heart dropped! I cried nonstop and prayed for a miracle! This was my best friend, my companion, my partner in crime, my everything! I blamed my self for not spaying her on time. I received a call 4 days later from new Doc ( I was working) to confirm it wasn't only pyometra, but she had UTI and stones, we were looking at an estimate of $6,000 and plus .. not to mention I had already spent $1,3500. I vividly remember mumbling trying to find every other alternative “could we do surgery for pyometra safe her life, get medicine for UTI and work on diet for stones? She just waited until I ran out of breath to say “ you can’t be cruel, you have to put her down!” Her words had no compassion only $$$ I went into shock and hang up on her. I lost it, my friend at work recommended inspirada animal hospital. Let me tell you, next day on Saturday they did the surgery remove the uterus, gave her antibiotics for UTI and we are now providing special diet C/D food for the stones. They are ANGELS! My family and I will always be grateful for saving my baby! Thank you IAH

Fantastic experience: Clean facility and friendly staff. Visit for suspected ear infection was quick and efficient. Will return for future needs. On our second visit to this vet, our golden retriever had an allergic reaction to her annual vaccines. Her face was very swollen, she was itchy, drooling, and vomited. We returned to the vet a few hours later (when the issue started) and they were quick to get her back and taken care of. Dr. Abe said they would medicate her and monitor her for a few hours and possibly stay the night if symptoms didn’t resolve. She called me a few hours later and said the swelling wasn’t better and she should stay the night to be monitored. The next day, our dog was much better and we were able to take her home. Dr. Abe was understanding and explained everything. She even called a few days later just to check to see how Sadie was doing. Glad to have a great vet nearby.

Fantastic experience: Dec of 2023 one of our dogs escaped being found by somebody they dropped her off at this wonderful veterinarian till we picked her up the next morning. Over a 60 period and loosing our old vet we decided to switch to this place. We just love this inspirada Animal hospital, Dr Colette is our vet now and we love her. Have seen 2 other vets and they also were extremely nice. Thank you for caring so much about our babies.

Fantastic experience: On March 2nd, I had to say goodbye to my precious girl, Bella, after sixteen years together. When the day of the appt came, the power was out at the hospital and surrounding area. Dr. Loose and his staff did not hesitate to assure me we could keep our scheduled time to say goodbye. My parents, my other pup and I had spent the morning giving her foods she loved and saying goodbye at home. I informed the staff that when we arrived I would need help getting my other dog in and Bella’s blanket and toy to be cremated with her. Upon arrival, two members greeted us at the car right away, guided us to a room, dealt with my tears/anxiety and were all around terrific!! The woman who helped me pick the cremation package was equally kind. What I expected to be an excruciating day was made easier by Dr. Loose’s words about me choosing the right time, erasing any doubts I had. My girl looked so peaceful, as I know she had been in pain. I wanted to thank Dr. Loose’s team by name, however haven’t been able to return just yet to accomplish that. I hope they recognize themselves in these details and will know how grateful I am. Thank you all from the bottom of mine and Finley’s heart!!!

Fantastic experience: We are so happy to have found Dr. Loose at Inspirada Animal Hospital! He is an excellent veterinarian, and has taken the time to get to know our pup and bond with him. Flynn is excited to see him each time Dr. Loose walks into the exam room. He is great with pet parents too; Dr. Loose answers all of our questions and clearly communicates everything we need to about our pet’s health.

Negative experience: My dog had Pyometra and needed immediate surgery on Thursday March 7th . My heart was shattered when I learned what could have taken place had my dog not received treatment fast. I almost lost my baby. I was completely stressed out. This past weekend she needed more antibiotics from the surgery. I was reluctant to pick up her medication after closing. While there the interaction with Vanessa was distasteful. I run my own business and work in a customer driven industry; I would never allow anyone to display such unprofessional and discourteous behavior work for my company. Her poor attitude and degrading demeanor is disgraceful and unwarranted. I did not appreciate her tone.

Fantastic experience: I've been taking my dogs here since 2016. I love everyone who works there. They really care about their clients. Dr. Loose and Dr. Hayes are truly amazing. We just added another pup to our family and we are bringing all three to Inspirada for all their needs. Thank you!
