Negative experience: Our cat unfortunately passed on the day her usual vet was closed, so we went to this sister clinic- and had a terrible experience. Long wait outside with a deceased pet in my arms, no sort of empathy from receptionists, and it just felt so cold and rushed. The receptionist called to bluntly tell us her ashes were back, so we quickly go to bring her home, only to find the vet/assistant had put MY NAME as the deceased so I now have a certificate of MY cremation. It leaves me with very little faith that our pet was actually cremated properly with her favorite toy. A devastating experience somehow made worse by this place. Very impersonal and inexperienced staff. Even cheap prices can't make up for that.

Fantastic experience: I highly recommend this vet clinic! Everything is very reasonably priced and they truly care about your pet! Wait times can be long but they get you seen as quick as possible! I took my chihuahua here for a teeth cleaning, he really only likes me and can be grumpy with other people, they did wonderful with him and kept me updated about him.

Negative experience: Hate to even put a one star ! They are horrible took dog . my baby went in perfect condition and got spayed and tumor remove on Dec . 03, 2025 . And , she been down since then gave me a diagnosis that exhausted after taking her for another opinion and then had to take to ER ! And all this sickness came from there care Northline low cost pet clinic not caring for her correctly.

Fantastic experience: Carol is AMAZING! She cares for your pet as if it were her own and goes the extra mile to provide peace of mind while you leave your pet for a lengthy procedure. My dog received care for a tumor removal on his leg and vet and staff were great to provide assistance. Glad I came across this facility! I was charged a fraction of the cost that I was getting quoted elsewhere. Thank you Affordable pet clinic!

Negative experience: Unprofessional “Doctor” and “assistants” if you don’t have the money there’s other affordable vets. I advise you to look for another place even if you find one that’s pricy. I personally will never go here again.

Negative experience: This clinic is AWFUL. Instead of “low-cost,” it should be labeled “low quality.” I have been here twice, and both times I had to beg for an actual exam. Even then, the exams were rushed and incomplete. You can call ahead, be spoken to rudely by the receptionist, be told to come in—only to still wait over two hours once you arrive. The front desk staff had no clear understanding of what services the clinic even offers, and the technicians demonstrated a concerning lack of basic medical knowledge. The most disturbing part was watching my dog shake and cry in pain while the clinic continued seeing routine annual visits instead of addressing urgent cases. There is NO triage system whatsoever. If your pet has any sense of urgency, do NOT come here. The doctors were insensitive, unprofessional, and had terrible bedside manner. As a veterinary technician myself, I can confidently say this is some of the WORST medicine I’ve witnessed. I would never trust this clinic with my animals again. Yes, the prices are cheap—but you don’t even get what you pay for. To make matters worse, the clinic itself is in horrible condition: dirty floors, run-down, and severely outdated. It does not feel clean, safe, or professionally maintained. I STRONGLY urge pet owners to look elsewhere.

Fantastic experience: They have always done a good job for my animals and I recently rescue a little puppy what she had worms and she is doing really great I just love her to death she loves to ride in my lap she loves her big step sister the boxer still getting used to her. It's been 7 years I guess since I posted this, I no longer have the boxer she want the dog Heaven let the services at the pet clinic on not too expensive I took my black dog there which is in the picture and she's seven now and I got her 3-year shots for only $70, so if you would like to save money this is the place to go to. This is the puppy now she is really grown.

My dog isn’t the friendliest and I love that the doctor and vet assistants never get scared or are rude about her temper. They always welcome & treat her with a big smile on their face! Today my vet assistant was Katherine and she was super friendly and sweet! Also, their prices are great.

Negative experience: Charged and arm and a leg and didn't properly diagnose what was wrong with my cat. All they said was that my cat had scabies but clearly they missed something. Because I woke up this morning to A DEAD CAT. I called and politely tried to talk to a vet and all the help they offered was they said they'll call back later. Don't go here unless you want sub par services for your pet. *Edit: they never called me back to discuss why my cat died. Absolutely heartless. I wish I could give zero stars and get that $120 back that I spent

Positive experience: I went in as a walkin. The vet tech was just awesome. I wish I would have gotten her name, but she's the one in the knee brace. She was just so kind and understanding. The vet was nice, but it felt like he was very rushed to get from one animal to the next. I had asked about a skin condition & I don't believe he truly addressed it. While the cost of the office visit is cheap, I really wish bloodwork wasn't $200. I was already paying $100 for the visit & meds, and the vet made me feel worse than I already do about not being able to afford bloodwork; it was the vet tech that made me feel better about my situation. The girls that check you in/out were very nice also. One thing I would recommend is a couple more seats in the waiting area. I know a lot of people waited in their cars, but if someone doesn't have that option, having a place to sit would be lovely.

Negative experience: I arrived here today and I understood my dogs was in a bad condition. I have a bandage on his tail where the injury occurred. They didn’t even take the bandage off!!! They just said put to sleep. They don’t care he didn’t give me any options. I won’t be using this vet EVER AGAIN!!!

Fantastic experience: The staff was very polite and nice. I walked in and honestly didn't have to wait long. I was instructed to wait on my car and that I will be called, which for me was convenient, that way my cat wouldn't get stressed being around other pets on top of the stress of being at the vet. They took care of our cat, were patient and caring. And the prices are very fair as well. I will definitely will be coming back for our pet needs and recommending this place!!

Negative experience: They charge to much for meds.and other services. Like to have minor surgery on my small dog .1000 that is way to much.

Fantastic experience: Came here because my cat would go to the litter box but wouldn’t urinate or urinate a small amount. Vet said my cats bladder was completely empty so no obstruction and he did bloodwork for $175 and everything came out good so we ruled it as him being stressed. He gave me antibiotics and medication and my total was around $240. I think $240 is a good price because I know another vet would’ve charged me an insane amount just to tell me my cats stressed.

Negative experience: I was placed on hold for 15 minutes. When I asked if she had forgotten me, she laughed and said no. They are just busy. Who does this? Very unprofessional. Thank God to all of you who had a good experience, because I hung up before I sinned in my words. God bless you, young; I pray you learn better skills.

Positive experience: Nice enough staff, a little bit of an attitude though. In tough times where owners are having pet issues, the staff should be able to handle the stress better. They directed me to a sister location, so I do appreciate that.

Negative experience: I brought my dog in for a routine surgery that they say they do all the time and they did the surgery, but when they put her in recovery, no one monitors your dog and they never checked on her to see if she was OK and five hours later they call me and tell me she has passed away. Don’t use this place for any kind of surgery. They may be OK for shots or routine checkups but that’s about as far as it should go if you love your animal, don’t let them do any kind of surgery or you may end up with a dead animal. if I can give them zero stars, I would. The staff was too busy, taking care of the new money coming in the door to be concerned about my pet.

Negative experience: We carried our lovely lady in to check to find out why she was lethargic. The Dr.told us she needed immediate surgery. He called us back about 5 hours later to say she died in recovery!! What the heck was everybody doing that they wasn't monitoring her. So just like that she's dead. Never ever take your pets here because evidently "care" here is not important!!!

Fantastic experience: Today was my second visit here and the entire staff is very sweet. I had an appointment for 11:20 and they were accurate on getting me in for my appointment time! I took my dachshund Phoebe and one of the vet techs Lillie had was so kind and did a great job at making Phoebe as comfortable as she could be, before she had to get her rabies& parvo vaccinations. Great experience

Negative experience: Never again! I went 2 times to this place and got turned away both times. Saturdays are horrible, no parking and line wrapped around building. I went during the week and guess what, they take last pet at 4. They close at 5:30. They did not inform me of this. Will never be back.

Nobody cared or wanted to help...and that was on a Wed. 9am. Dr. Reddi was great, professional, and cared for our pet. Only downfall is we live further away, in Tomball.

Negative experience: Come to this clinic for heartworm or flea/tick meds or BASIC care. When it comes to diseases, even routine bloodwork, I’d suggest looking elsewhere. After wasting an afternoon (over 90 minutes for a renal panel) — I got the incorrect panel even after mentioning I wanted to compare Creatinine and BUN from a previous panel. The doctor basically is not thorough and does not communicate effectively (telling me the SDMA was enough to show her condition had worsened when in fact it does not show the complete picture — also, it’s normal to have fluctuations +/- 5. On top of that, the “techs” have given false information or information that is outside of their wheelhouse (suggesting for her to be given Pedialyte — or meds with cream cheese) — both of which are not suggested for dogs with renal issues. Today, they stuck my dog 6-7 times using the needle like a yo-yo to draw blood. After the 3rd time, I had to advocate for my dog and request for someone else yet they defaulted to the best excuse they could find “she has small veins” (45 lb boxer/pit mix). I made the mistake of coming here after going to Sugar Land Veterinary Specialist to get follow up panels as it’s simple enough — but my dog deserves better than this. Also, the antibiotics she’s on can be refilled at CVS (as the specialist called in to reduce the cost) — Tidwell would not do the same so I had to get the refill from their pharmacy for 3x the price.

Negative experience: I rarely leave negative reviews, but I feel it’s important to share my experience so other pet owners can make an informed decision. I reached out to Tidwell Affordable Pet Clinic on a Monday, hoping to get help for my pet who was in pain. I initially spoke with someone at the front desk, but unfortunately, the professionalism and communication were seriously lacking. All week, I had to repeatedly call just to get an update, and no one followed up with me as promised. I was constantly told someone would call me back, but that never happened. When I finally got to speak with the doctor on Friday, he was rude, dismissive, and lacked any compassion. He sounded like an Indian man (just to help identify who I spoke with). Instead of helping, he passed me off to someone else and claimed there was nothing they could do — after taking my money. It’s clear that this clinic prioritizes profit over care. The front desk is unprofessional and untrained when it comes to relaying important information or managing urgent cases. If your pet is in pain and you want real help, I strongly advise going elsewhere — even if it costs more. Sometimes affordability comes at a price, and unfortunately, that price was my pet’s comfort and my peace of mind.

Negative experience: Horrible experience first when I was being led to the back to the consultation room the girls that work here didn’t even bother to move or make space for me to go through, they were all in the hallway on their phones. Once in the consultation area, I noticed it was so dirty. Then the doctor came in and he didn’t even wanna open my pet’s mouth to check on him and he immediately wanted to put him to sleep and “try“to get the bad tooth out. Only when I mentioned another doctor was able to open his mouth until then he did the effort to actually look. I immediately just took him out go to an actual vet and I left. On a side note. I understand he’s not from this country, but I could not understand a word he was saying, and he was very cold and rude. To be a vet and be acting like that I do not know how people trust him with their animals.

Negative experience: I do not recommend this clinic under any circumstances. While the low-cost pricing may seem like a good option, the experience I had here was devastating—and I feel it’s important to share, especially for anyone trying to help vulnerable animals. I brought in two stray puppies for a check-up. Both tested negative for Parvo and were going to be treated for worms. One of the puppies was given “fluids” and a shot for nausea, which I was told was free of charge. However, nothing about this treatment was included in my billing or medical records. That lack of documentation raised immediate concerns—because it meant they could have administered anything without my informed consent. Less than 30 minutes after leaving the clinic, the puppy who received the “fluids” and injection passed away. In shock and grief, I contacted the clinic. I was told I could come in to speak privately with Dr. Challa and a vet assistant. But when I arrived, I was met by the entire staff in the front lobby while still holding the lifeless puppy in my arms. There was no privacy, no comfort, and no empathy. I simply wanted to understand what treatment had been administered. Instead, I was met with hostility. When I asked for answers, the staff became defensive and accusatory. A staff member looked me in the eyes and said, “you came to a low-cost clinic because you can’t afford better care,” as if that excused what had happened. That statement was not only cruel—it was demeaning, and suggested that because I sought affordable care, the life of the puppy somehow mattered less. When I brought up the idea of filing a complaint or leaving a review, Dr. Challa told me not to post anything online and warned that he would begin “building a case” against me. Then, a vet assistant followed me outside, took a photo of my license plate, and said they would contact the authorities if I pursued any formal complaint. I was left feeling not only heartbroken and blamed—but actively threatened and silenced. Because of the intimidation I experienced, I later spoke with a local police officer for guidance. He was far more compassionate and understanding than anyone at the clinic. He reassured me that I had done nothing wrong, that my concerns were valid, and that I had every right to file a formal complaint. His support provided more comfort and clarity than the entire clinic staff combined. I had only had the puppy for two days and was doing what I believed was the responsible and humane thing by getting medical attention. Instead, I was blamed for the death, denied information, and then intimidated for speaking up. After reading other reviews, I realized my experience wasn’t unique. Others have shared similar concerns about this clinic’s lack of professionalism, compassion, and accountability. If you care about your pet, please go somewhere else. Even if it means paying more, it’s worth it for peace of mind, ethical care, and respectful treatment. No one deserves to be yelled at, threatened, or made to feel at fault—especially not while trying to save a life.

Fantastic experience: I 100% recommend this vet!! I brought my dog in for an allergy shot, and it was so affordable and fast and he did such a great job. That day, my dog finally got some relief and wasn’t itching. Everywhere else quoted me over $100. This vet gave me a very reasonable price!!

Negative experience: I used to have a positive experience at this veterinary clinic, but it has significantly declined. Even with an appointment, I waited over an hour. As a retired veterinary technician, I was appalled by the unsanitary conditions. My cat and I were placed in an exam room with an unrestrained large dog, and staff members were coming in and out from both doors, creating chaos. Additionally, some veterinary technicians were rude and disrespectful. This lack of professionalism and poor management has left me deeply disappointed.

Negative experience: better than the pet owners. He misdiagnosed my pet , I had to get a second opinion and when I confronted him at second checkup with the real diagnosis. He left the room and never came back. He told his asst to tell me he left for the day. I cried I was so angry . The lady at the desk was rude she told me to never come back I was banned . This clinic lacks empathy for pet owners . Look ,we are already worried and stressed & their attitude and lack of sympathy makes it so much worse

Negative experience: Dr. Challa and all the staff at North Line Low Cost Veterinary Clinic are to be blamed for the imminent death of my family’s dog, Jackson. Due to his age, recently my family noticed issues with his mobility and him being lethargic. He had visible congestion of the nose and eyes and because of his ailments, was not eating regularly over the past month so he was underweight and dehydrated. He also had several lipomas (non-cancerous masses) on him that have formed over the span of years, with the largest one drooping from his abdomen. Many veterinarians, clinics and pet hospitals told us that surgery would be needed to remove it but he would still be okay. They all told us to just continuously monitor it. On June 4th, 2025, my mother decided to take him to North Line Low Cost Veterinary Clinic, as she was recommended by his normal vet due to the high costs for bloodwork, surgery, treatment, etc. My mother arrived around 9 AM, shortly after, they were seen by a Practicing Nurse, Nurse, and Dr. Challa. Without introductions, formalities or even a pleasant demeanor, Dr. Challa comes in and immediately tells my mother that we should euthanize Jackson. To this my mother becomes upset, lets the family know and asks Dr. Challa for alternatives. He says that they will do some bloodwork but the surgery for his Lipoma would have a 70-80% chance of survival as Jackson was underweight and dehydrated. The bloodwork came back and only showed mild symptoms that could have been treated with prescribed medication. After my mother’s suggestion to get Jackson’s weight and hydration up before surgery, Dr. Challa allows for her to purchase the prescriptions that addressed those issues as well as a skin infection he had. They offered Jackson an IV bag of fluid for dehydration and when my mother asked if she could take a picture, they told her that she could not. So they proceed to pump Jackson with a liquid that is unknown to my mother. While they are pumping him full of the liquid, my mom went up front to pay the bill. By the time my mother came back to get Jackson, he was already dying if not dead. His face was pale, he was trembling, and his tongue was hanging out of his mouth, a condition we had never seen him like before. With concern, while picking up Jackson, my mother asks the nurse why he looked so different and they chastised her saying that he came in lethargic like that. Without an ounce of compassion or empathy, they escorted Jackson and my mother out the side door (not even the curtesy of walking her through the front) and sent her on her way. By the time they made it to the car, Jackson had died. My mother jumped out of the car, screaming and shouting. After a few minutes the doctor and the nurse came out yelling at HER telling her not to shout and yell at them! She told them not to chastise her and to check on Jackson, of whom they pronounced dead. After the doctor tried to offer an excuse as to what happened, they left her in the parking lot with Jackson in the backseat. No guidance, nothing, just sent her on her way. Our main issue with North Line Low Cost Veterinary Clinic is their lack of compassion and support for our family during this time. They were disgustingly rude to my mother and whether it was the fluids they gave Jackson, their lack of attentiveness and aid or simply the negative energy surrounding that building, they, without a doubt contributed to Jackson’s death. They took this away from us. We know Jackson was older in age and if that WAS his day to pass, it should have been in the comfort of our home, loved and protected, not some money grabbing clinic, chastised and diminished. To Dr. Challa and all the staff at North Line Low Cost Veterinary Clinic, do not worry, the lord will have his way with all of you for the way my family was mistreated.

Negative experience: Northline euthenized my dog without my concent. They gave him some "fluids." When I left the room to pay the bill and came back he looked worse than he did when I brought him in. When I brought him to my car even a gentleman outside asked me if he was dying. He died in the backseat of my car. And instead of consoling me the nurse and the doctor began chastising me in the parking lot while I was visibly upset. Take your animal to another vet. Worst decision I made. I should've just taken him to my own vet even if it was a $400 difference.

Fantastic experience: I’ve taken my dog Scout numerous times - both routine and emergency. The staff and techs always care for Scout like he’s one of the family. The Doc provides excellent care, and their prices are very reasonable. The fact they take walk-ins is a huge bonus.

Negative experience: I brought my puppy in to get his shots and be treated for worms. The girl told me he couldn't get his shots until the worms were treated and gone. My puppy contracted parvo and passed away. The emergency vet told me that they should have and could have still vaccinated him even though he was being treated for worms. This kind of misinformation costed my puppy his life. Their staff needs to be better educated.

Fantastic experience: I have been coming here for the past 6 plus years with all my fur babies & honestly I would never go anywhere else! I’ve recently had parvo come into my house & affected my fur babies & these guys went above & beyond to take care of my babies & they are now as healthy as can be & I didn’t spend an arm & leg! Fantastic experience: So I took my cat Ryker here today and was treated with the absolute most polite and caring customer service. They were so gentle and sweet to my cat. They completed XRays and prescribed medication for my cats injury and he had no broken bones it was the cheapest prices Ive come across in Houston like 3X cheaper. I don’t know the girls name who was assisting the doctor today but she was younger girl with brown hair with the Nike sweatshirt she was AMAZING with the best vibes shout out to her a beautiful girl with a beautiful personality. Give her a raise !

Positive experience: I needed a vet open on Saturday because my primary vet does not open on Saturday and my dog was suffering from environmental allergies which he usually gets cytopoint injection. I could not wait till monday because he was picking and scratching to the point of making himself bleed. For a quick rescue and needed a vet asap, this place helped. The bad thing about this place is the waiting time. Waited 2 hrs. But at least they call you when they ready for you but give you 5 mins to get there. Here is the price list, fyi.

Place is clean and doesn't stink, less an animal had an accident(one visit, a pet owner brought ,in a wagon, like 8 , weeks old puppies for shots and I guess had an accident). That was the only time it smelled there, until they left. Oh, their prices are Afordable.

Fantastic experience: I can’t say enough great things about this place! They are actually an affordable vet. I brought my old Chihuahua in here twice for emergencies they have given incredible prices both times and on the second time they saved the life of my old lady. I recommend this place to the rest of the world!

Fantastic experience: They have always been good with my two cats. Until now..I made this review before I had my cats microchipped and I've seen all these free places to do it but never really trusted it.then I found out this location does it for 20$ so I figured great they have been good with everything else.well needless to say when they register the chips they put my cats as dogs and when I tried to set up a account to change it. It wouldn't let me. But only to talk to the customer service place of the website and app the vet told me to go to only registers dogs.and then the ladies called me and told me their mistake but wanted me to fix it and when I explained I did everything on my end I could. They basically in ever called me back and now the other place is saying that the chips my cats have inside them are not valid.

Fantastic experience: My dog needed oral surgery-multiple extractions and a deep cleaning. They were so much more affordable than the crazy price the Vet in my area was quoting, like not even half the price! They took amazing care of him, were very caring and supportive through the process. All of the staff are amazing!!! Thank you all so much, you are all so sweet!

Negative experience: I couldnt decied what a good rating is and im only giving it this for the price. I brought my cat in January for an ear hematoma on a Saturday as a walk in, I didn't know she had this at the time or I wouldn't have brought her into this clinic specifically. This clinic is great for QUICK shots or Check ups, anything else leave. Do not leave ur pet in there with out u. My cat got surgery here and I don't think it was sanitary for that. I never saw them use gloves or hand sanitizer at all them visits i had. There is one vet and in all my visits over the month of jan , he didn't seem to like really pay attention to the problems. When i really sit n think about it.Yes he addressed them quickly but it seemed like they're so busy they can only stand w you for so long. They didn't go into too much detail with things which I guess I needed to have the questions however I feel like they could've got more in depth with it. If anything they are more familar with Dogs because when i think one of the times the nurse had put some ear cleaner in her ear roughly n come to think ab it that is how u would do a dog not a cat. (All i saw was dogs) They are our fur babies and we do love them. So in all.honesty if the price is the biggest issue for you come here but if u can spare the extra Do it please.!! I learned from my experience n I hope others can. God has put it on my mind after a month to write this review bc I do use reviews for just ab anything!

Fantastic experience: I took my baby Camila in today because she was super sick had an infection staff is amazing very attentive with me and my baby and the vet doctor was very on it I do recommend to bring your fur baby’s here very affordable but overall very satisfied.

Negative experience: My dog was coughing up blood and we took him here. They determined he had heartworms and immediately prescribed a treatment. The treatment killed my baby. Not because it didn’t work but because in reality, he the heartworms wasn’t causing the coughing up blood and the treatment they gave counteracted and basically poisoned him from what a real vet advised. You get what you pay for with this vet and it could be your pets life.

Fantastic experience: If you’re looking for a low-cost, Veterinarian, this is a great place to take your dog or any pet that you have. It’s low cost but quality is not compromised in the care. I recently brought my Maltese here for dental care. The price was right and affordable.

Positive experience: Now known as Affordable Pet Clinic - Tidwell. Their motto is primary pet health care at an affordable price. My clinic Amigos in Pasadena on 4215 Spencer Hwy is only staffed with an admin staff or two and one tech. Maybe a cleaner. Updated for 2025: So, my choices of affordable clinics staffed with vets are limited this year end. I'll say this about Affordable P.C. on Tidwell. Their medicine Clavamox, a broad spectrum anti-biotic, is $25 for a full 5 ml. container with a plastic applicator syringe. My regular clinic gives a less full Clavamox, in a lesser size of plastic bottle for $28. Clavamox is a synthetic penicillin type antibiotic used to treat infections caused by certain types of bacteria (gram-positive and gram-negative). Neither place was able to prescribe corticosteroids or a simple use of a cat chamber inhaler for asthma attack. With the feline AeroKat aerosol chamber and its plastic mask to fit over a pet's face, to administer the medication directly to the lungs to reduce inflammation and asthma attacks for bronchial conditions, by this day of December 26, 2024. North Line either wouldn't or should have written a prescription for her congestion. An antihistamine as Chlorpheniramine for sneezing, runny nose, itchy skin, watery eyes, itching throat. And some Prednisolone for your senior lady or gentleman dog or cat. It's a steroid medication that treats asthma conditions, allergic reactions, arthritis, and inflammatory bowel disease. So much for their motto here as a primary pet health care provider. There is the reason for just four stars instead of five. I would give them another try if the need ever arose to drive over here across the east of downtown Htown. I still am grateful that I got some medicine for the other pet today. If they ever expand their services more, like treating domestic animals for asthma here, I would improve their score to five stars. By the way, the vet here tried to sell me an extra service by an expensive x-ray for $150, which wasn't necessary because my senior feline was not having an emergency. So, 3.5 stars are all they should get here.

Negative experience: The doctors recommendation for everything is to put them down when he can't perform the work. Took my baby here in October he said the same thing to put him down.... Safe to say he's doing GREAT! My sister took her dog today and you guessed it... same resolution. Low cost shouldn't mean uneducated?? I would recommend Pet Care Express on Holcombe. The wait is long but it's SO WORTH YOUR BABY LIFE!

Fantastic experience: Day after Christmas and every place was marking up last minute appointments for Injuries. I was in and out within hour, everyone was very kind and Doctor handled my dogs hurt paw swiftly with care. Highly recommend. Exam, paw pad care removal, and all the medication this visit was $140. Everywhere else wanted to charge me 450+

Fantastic experience: I was giving my 1st puppy 13yrs ago and I was living in a house my grandma giving me so money was very TIGHT. Well my boxer puppy that my now late father giving me named NinaMarie sprained her paw from just being silly puppy but she hurt herself w/out me knowing and in turn she got sick and had high fever was in pain, her paw was swollen and she wasn't acting her normal puppy self. I had to rush her to the clinic and was so nervous about I might not be able to afford for her to get treatment. I was so worried and tearful and trying not to show how scared, worried, anxious. I didn't want her to know that "mommy was so terr was so surprised that the nurses and clinical doctors were so nice, understanding and showed such care and I was shocked that her visit with medical help and medication was such great price for a person that didn't have any savings put up I haven't been their since but I'm moving bk to NorthSide neighborhood and will be going bk to this clinic I will post later time for update with my new dog BellaAnn who just tern 6

Negative experience: So I took my dog there because she was constipated. My dog was also in her first heat. I explained to Dr Chalia.. My concerns of my dog straing when she would urinate,strain when she tried to deficate, and her vomiting.Dr. Challia basically ignored me. I paid for x-rays that showed that she was impacted with stool. I asked Dr. Challia is there anything that we can give her to help her pass her bowles? Dr. Challia first time he didn't give me anything laxatives just antibotic and a liquid diet. I was billed$263 for this visit. I took my dog back there the day after and spoke to Dr. Challa about the same problems.Dr. Challa did another x ray which was free. He finally listened to me and gave my dog a laxative that I inquired about my first visit! The laxative made her sick. I called again and was told that I would need to pay an additional $90. 00 for a radiologist to have a look because Dr. Challa did not know what he was seeing. I then expressed to him that my dog's stomach was destinded due to all of the feces stored in her stomach. I told him let's do the laxative first to see if she can empty her bowels. When I called the office and let them know that the laxative was making my dog sick. They're like there is no other alternative. The only alternative was to pay an extra $90. Out of frustration, I took my dog to another vet. The veterinarian told me that first we need to address the impaction in her stomach first Before we can look at anything else. To make a long story short. I had to take my dog to an emergency hospital to have her impaction resolved It's cost me about $3500. This could have all been avoided if he would have listened to my concerns. Dr. Challa is incompetent like the rest of his staff. I will be contacting my attorney for Dr. Challa gross negligence against my dog. This is a horrible clinic and I will be contacting the licensing veterinarian board to file a complaint about Dr. Challa practices. He needs to be held accountable for when people pay for services renderd. Instead, he would rather have me go to another vet and pay another exam fee and put my dog through pain and suffering. By the way, I did end up paying the $90 and the radiologist couldn't even specifically say what was going on with my dog. Pet parents beware of this scam!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Negative experience: If this is your dog. She has been found, we called the vet on the rabies tag (this clinic) and when your vets office answered they refused to connect us and didn’t even offer to contact you or help. They also told us she isn’t chipped so no way to find you. It sad anyone spends money with this clinic when they clearly don’t care about your pets or you. It’s just about your money. I hope we find you some other way… your dog really misses you and is crying to go back home.

Positive experience: Very friendly only thing is that if you have appointment at 2 pm they need take u at 2pm I wait 45 min to they see my dog and was only like 15 min prices are good but I really think is to much talking between nurses ,, and running out time, is nice the take walking in I really would love they were more care about timing with the appointment

I advise anyone to realize that getting any pet is a big responsibility..... best of all make sure you get a proper leash for your pet ...This clinic gets busy, all sizes cats & dogs, parking is as best as it can be & some people w\ pets are outside either always coming to, or leaving this clinic. Fantastic experience: 10/23/24: I took my pup in for an unexpected visit as he wasn't feeling well. The staff was so attentive and caring. The Doc came in and checked him out and ruled out what it could potentially be. He didn't try to force any treatment he gave me options and let me decide what I felt comfortable with. I truly appreciated that. I 100% recommend this vet clinic. Original post: Great Neighborhood vet. You can tell the staff love the animals that are brought in. Even when busy, they always stop to show my pup some love. Prices are affordable. Service has been very good.

Negative experience: I am graful for the walk ins and for the prices. However the wait time is horrible. When you ask how much longer is the wait time they look at you like how dare you to complain. The wait is from 1-2 hours long. You can constantly see employees on their phone. Things could run alot faster if you just get off your phone!

Negative experience: My fur baby Toby , died on July 21 after a visit on the 20th , we took him there for x-ray for torn leigments found out he had arthritis and kidney stones he would walk , and slide sometime , we were told that eventually we have to put him down , but I wasn't expecting for him to die when we got home . My baby got home ate went outside played in the backyard , why later he was all swollen breathing strange , I literally watch him die , right to this day we don't know what kind of x-ray would do all that to a dog yes he was old but didn't act old , I called them to get answers , until this day nobody has called me back , so be careful who and where you take your pets , I'm just very angry that nobody called me back after I was told that someone would call , no one never called .

The price was very good but the care was excellent. I am leaving very happy. It is an incredible place to bring your pets. The doctor and the nurses obviously love their job.
