Fantastic experience: Awesome place Doc Schrock has been my vet since 1997 when he was in the old place which is now Animals Best Friend. They helped me with donation money when my dog Balou developed kidney failure and passed.

Positive experience: We seen a person grab a dog up by the collar, and they took people in that didn't have an appointment, they could have taken us in early and made the ones without an appointment wait!

Negative experience: I was happy with the doctor. I just was not happy with the price that I was charged. I felt like I was overcharged and definitely was on the pills that I received as she told me she was giving me four pills in reality. She gave me two pills that they broke up to make four pills of the tune of $25 Whereas I could’ve went to chewy and got those pills for four dollars each so that would’ve been eight dollars and with that then I’m thinking how much more have they over charged me . I am definitely rethinking whether I want to continue at this office because I don’t like to be deceived and that’s how I feel., I was totally! and when I discussed it with the doctor, she was like oh I wanted you to have four doses and that was not the conversation Originally.

Fantastic experience: I will never take my animals anywhere but here! Unfortunately my cat binky had an emergency so I had to rush him to an urgent center, I left with questions and felt uneasy thinking my cat only had two options, either amputate or be put to sleep. Thankfully dr. Shrock (hope I'm spelling his name correctly) got me in the morning I called, he ran additional test and figured out what was going on and so far we're on the road to recovery and his foot is much smaller and he's finally eating and drinking. I explained after spending already almost 1200 im low on funds, he did absolutely everything he could within a price I could afford, he showed me how to administer the medication to binky. However today I could not get him to take one of his other medications which is a pill form, and so this clinic is kind enough to help me do it this week until a liquid form comes in. I could not be more thankful for this clinic, their team, nurses and dr. Shrock for helping me and giving me the answers and finding a solution rather than immediately jumping into something that would be absolutely devastating to me and my family. THANK YOU to three trails hospital, take your fur babies here! They deserve the absolute best! Fantastic experience: I called 6 offices and no one would take my Zola she had a ruptured anal gland and Three Trails took us. I’m so grateful. The Doctor was amazing and so kind. The nurses were wonderful with Zola. I appreciate everyone caring for my dog like I do!

Fantastic experience: The staff here is outstanding! They were able to squeeze us in on short notice. Got straight to the root of the problem. And after just three days, I can tell the medication was prescribed correctly because it’s working phenomenally which helps keep the cost down. Definitely going back here from now on.

Negative experience: Fair price for cat to be neutered. Cat started having issues after getting neutered two weeks later, breathing fast, hiding. He passed away from undiagnosed heart disease. I sincerely hope that the lady that wouldn't let me bring my cat in is no longer working there, if she is avoid this animal hospital at all costs.

Fantastic experience: Mazie loves going to the vet! She loves all the girls there and the doctor's. We mainly see Dr.Shrock but have seen the other doctors and NEVER had a bad visit. We get the best care there.

Fantastic experience: I was able to bring in my cat, Callie within an hr & 30 minutes on a walk-in basis after she fell down the stairs. The Vet was very clear with us about what they were suspecting was the issue. She was thorough and gentle. I was pleased with their promptness as well as the treatment.

Staff is always so very kind and nice..my family would not dare take our beloved pets to any other animal care facility unless three trails ever closed..don't see that ever happening.. WE TRUST THREE TRAILS with all our hearts..you can expect to get THE VERY BEST CARE for your pets at all times.. they haven't ever let us down and they won't you !! Fantastic experience: Very thorough and caring vet. Prices are kind of high but, sometimes you get what you pay for. Clean and accommodating hours too.

Positive experience: I had to reschedule due to an issue on the vet's end. When I showed up for the new appointment, I had a lengthy wait. This practice has always taken great care of my pets and they are very good with the animals. I do not have a specific vet that we have to see and once I told them it didn't matter who sees my dog, I was taken care of quickly.

Positive experience: Was greeted as soon as I came in. Only had short wait. Called back in less than five minutes. Everyone treated us well Dr encouraged me to try to brush my dogs teeth m0⁰0ore. My only complaint is no chairs with handles. I have bad joints. Makes it difficult to get up from chair.

Positive experience: My Shiba is never happy to go to the vet, but they are so patient with her, and kind to me. This is our third dog, and we have always used the vets there.

Fantastic experience: They took me in as a walk in and took the time to truly consider my bearded dragon, not just a cursory look over and generic diagnosis. Turns out my 1.5 year old chubby male beardy is actually an overly large female beardy with a growing clutch of eggs in her belly. They even trimmed her nails while they were taking her X-ray. Better experience than I would have thought possible before then. 3 trails, front to back they stand head and shoulders above any vet I've ever visited.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Appling Is amazing! She takes care of 5 of our animals and genuinely listens and cares. She answers any questions I have and treats my animals so well. I will recommend this animal hospital to anyone.

Negative experience: Every one of your front office staff need to take extensive customer service training. They don't smile much, do not interact with customers and just act like unhappy people. My interaction with the vet tech was just the same. She couldn't get out of the room fast enough. I have been patronizing Three Trails for quite some time. The staff has never been overly friendly. Fortunately, my dogs are healthy so I have not had to visit the facility. If you need additional information, feel free to contact me.

Fantastic experience: I took my cat to Dr Vander Vennet at 3 trails when I suspected he might have diabetes. She ran tests on him and did indeed confirm that he had diabetes. She was very informative in explaining all the options that I had if I wanted to treat him and answered all my questions. She explained the plan of what needed to happen in each scenario and sent me a cost estimate for both options. I went into the appointment feeling very anxious and unsure of what was going on with my cat and I left feeling like I was now part of a team of people treating him and that they would give me the right guidance. It made this kitty mama much less anxious and they were very kind and caring to my cat when they needed to draw his blood.

Fantastic experience: Always great to work with, even on complicated cases where they need to collaborate with specialists for things outside their expertise, which they have no problem referring me to.

Fantastic experience: Took 3 puppies and my sons 3yr old in for their wellness visit. i expected a degree of chaos. But found none each dog was given a through exam and any questions or concerns were addressed, then they received their shots and on to the next one. Thank you for making this work it is hard to find time to handle multiple appointments to get everybody seen and taken care of, this worked very well.

Fantastic experience: The care shown for me and my dog was outstanding. The services were expensive, but I wouldn't say they were overpriced. I felt they were necessary procedures, because my dog had gotten so sick. I have been going to Three Trails with all of my dogs for many years. They are great!

They always do an excellent job grooming our Goldendoodle, Clover—she looks great every time and is clearly well cared for. On the veterinary side, the staff has consistently provided thorough, compassionate, and professional care. It’s clear they genuinely care about the animals they treat, which gives us a lot of peace of mind. We’re very grateful to have such a reliable and caring team looking after Clover and highly recommend them.

Fantastic experience: Jo, in the front office has always been very helpful and went well beyond gracious. Through the many years we've had five dogs and a parrot. One year we lost three almost within three months of each other, but the third one died in my arms at home. My husband was out of town and I just called her to say what they can do for me to help as I have large dogs. Jo offered to come to my house and pick up the dog when the office closed. Her and another worker showed up and gave me kind words as I was distraught. They took my dog out on a stretcher to go back to the office. For her actions and the other workers actions we've felt and remain faithful to your office for the care of our pets.

Negative experience: They don't care about your pet.They don't care about the humans.All they want is your money called twenty minutes before close.Because we had a chihuahua that was in desperate need of being put down and they said, sorry.We can't do those services because we are closing so disgusted that they don't care about either.The owner or the pet.Good job

Fantastic experience: Always a great place for my pets! They're very caring and kind. I bring my dogs, cat, and guinea pigs here. Dr. Schrock is fantastic with my guinea pigs! Very knowledgeable, patient, and listens to my concerns. They are a tad on the pricey side, but well worth it for the level of care. They always seem to be on time. Shout out to Autumn and Rae! Fantastic experience: Great vet and techs!! This is not our usual office since they were closed and they didn't bat an eye! She has a bunch of vague symptoms plus temp but they took care of my pup as well as possible!

Fantastic experience: My 6 year old dog has been suffering horribly with skin infections for years. I finally decided to take him somewhere new to be seen. He finally got the care he deserved that his normal vet did not give him. Dr. V wanted to find out the underlying cause of his skin issues, not just put a bandaid on the problem. Taking him to Three Trails was the best decision I've made for him. Dr. V was a very kind and caring person. The staff was all very friendly. This is the only Clinic I will take my pets to from now on. Thank you Dr. V for caring to find the cause of his skin problems. You're the best!!

Fantastic experience: I've been with them for 30 years. When I first went to Dr. Johns vet, Dr Shrock was an apprentice. They treated me like family. Dr. John retired. And Dr. Shrock carried on the family feeling. I've always enjoyed them as my pets adopted family. They love them as much as we love our fur babies. They are very good people/family.

Fantastic experience: I was taking my dog Toby to a different vet. He started to have some concerning changes while getting older and the other vet told me it was just because of old age. I didn’t like that answer so I decided to come here. I can tell all the staff at Three Trails are very passionate and attentive to what they do. I haven’t been going here very long but they treat my dog like he has been going there his whole life.

Fantastic experience: I rescued a small kitten from a raccoon that was trying to eat him. As a result of the kitten's trauma, he had developed an incontinent condition, and he was peeing all over my house. I took the kitten into the hospital to see if anything could be done to eliminate the incontinent problem. I was attended by the head doctor of the clinic, and I was very impressed with the way he examined the kitten. He was very thorough and handled the kitten with extreme care. He determined how to best treat the issue and provided me with proper prescriptions and methods I should utilize to treat the problem. Also, the following day the doctor called me at home to see how everything was going with treatment of the kitten. I was extremely impressed with the treatment and care my kitten got at the clinic and highly recommend this clinic to others. These are very impressive folks at Three Trails Animal Hospital. Fantastic experience: I have a very large dog who has skin issues . He tends at times to break open his skin to a bloody mess and we call the vet right away. Three Trails has been great at getting him in right away. They are great at taking care off him and answering questions.

Fantastic experience: I hate to say this, but dealing with veterinarians can really b difficult at times. Especially if u have a sick animal. Dr. Shaw is the best. I really really wished I would have found him years ago instead of the last part of Eric's life. They are so reasonably priced in a world that cost has went bonkers. I normally do not give reviews, good or bad but it was such a relieve when my daughter found them. Let me give u an example. My female Chihuahua needed an emergency spade or neutered. I cannot ever remember which is what. Anyway, my daughter and I called at least 30 veterinarians to do the procedure on my price range. When I say price range I mean the amount of money I had. My daughter finally found three trails. I cannot say how grateful I am to the people that work there for saving my little girl.

Fantastic experience: Three Trails got me in quickly as a walk in didn’t wait long to be seen Dr Shrock is and has always been good at his job he always checks my animals over thoroughly he ask questions and listens well. I highly recommend him and Three Trails.

Fantastic experience: We love Three Trails Animal Hospital! They have taken great care of all our babies!! We have been going here for almost 20 years. Each vet takes their time explaining everything so we can make informed decisions. They saved my baby Kylo from a bowel obstruction! And were very caring and helpful when he was diagnosed with bone cancer 8 months later. We will always cherish this place for what they have done and extra time they gave us with our boy!

Fantastic experience: We brought in our small maltipoo with big digestive issues and Dr Schrock was amazing. As soon as he did labs and figured it out Wiley was put on an IV of antibiotics for the whole day which was huge - picked him up at days end and and given more antibiotics. It's been two days and he is back to his old self!

Fantastic experience: The doctors and staff are all so amazing and patient. They make you and your pet feel at ease, they listen to any issues going on and they fully explain how to treat the issue.

Fantastic experience: This place has been my favorite vet for YEARS. Even if they can't help with a pet emergency directly they will absolutely and 100% always look at your pet with you and give you their honest opinion. And with them your pet ALWAYS comes first. I even brought them a cat I found hit in the road once and they were incredible. She didn't make it, but I came in crying and they gently took her from me to get checked immediately and offered to take care of the body afterwards. They have only ever been the kindest most amazing people I know in the veterinary business. And I am not someone with a lot of money so getting amazing services that I can trust and afford is the best. Particularly for something so precious.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Reilly gave amazing care to my daughter’s congested rat. I wish the rat were as interested in swallowing the medicine as Dr. Reilly is in helping her get well. This team is consistently warm, knowledgeable, and helpful. I trust them.

Negative experience: I got my puppy neutered Wednesday. The surgery went well thankfully. Then someone from the office called and said he was infested with fleas and asked if I wanted him treated. The sad part is my puppy has no fleas. They tried to scam me.

Fantastic experience: Knowledgeable, caring staff. We had our four kittens seen for checkup and vaccinations. Unlike people doc appointments I have never had to wait beyond my scheduled appointment time. Fair pricing. Nice waiting area.
