Fantastic experience: The doctor was great and finally, I got a vet that wanted to help me/my almost 14 yr old cat. I'll go back for further treatment.

Fantastic experience: The only reason I go to this practice is because of Dr, Tracey Dutson. I have followed her for years. I have been impressed with the staff and cleanliness of the clinic. I don't think you could go wrong. I have a 4.5# Yorkshire Terrier.

Fantastic experience: Unbelievable recovery from a TPLO surgery. 115 lb dog. NO swelling or discoloration. No obvious pain or discomfort. Hopping comfortably and playful in 2 days. Using (on limited walks) fully in 6 days. She seems to be at the 4 week level after 1 week.

Fantastic experience: This visit was great! Went in to see Dr Wilson for Tucker’s annual exam and vaccination updates. Dr Wilson is our favorite!! Dr. Burns was also able to get him in same day for a dental cleaning! He did a phenomenal job on Tux’s teeth and great job explaining what I should be doing at home for my little pup. Jocelyn was a great help, kind, happy, and was confident in taking on tasks even as a new employee. She made me feel like I was leaving Tucker in good hands.

Fantastic experience: Amazing staff and service truly. They got us in same day for a hard decision of humane euthanasia for my family’s 16 year old Chihuahua. They explained the options so reasonably. Sage was truly so amazing she had so much patience and compassion to make the entire process less hard. Dr Natalie was also very amazing. I can not recommend this place enough truly , so thankful that our baby’s last moments were with people that showed us and her so much love and care. Thank you Agian to the wonderful staff.

Fantastic experience: We brought our cat in for a wellness exam and it was a great experience. The entire staff was friendly and extremely knowledgeable. The tech was very helpful going over all of our concerns and offered appropriate recommendations. Billing was straight forward, and payment options are available if needed.

Positive experience: I brought in a feral cat about 5 months old. She needed to be fixed basic vaccines, and basic exam. The care was great at beginning. I wanted all the charges and fees to be upfront and all on one bill came to $1115 in that range. I was told to bring back cat in 2 weeks for follow up vaccine. Than when We went there we sat for an hour even though we had an appointment. I reverufued that the follow up vaccine was included and she the vet assistant tells me no it's not included. I do not like bait and switch to get me to spend more money. If I was going to spend over $1200 which was my limit for a cat I did not know I do not like to be played.

Fantastic experience: I've been taking my dogs to see Dr. Bergman for the past few years. She's never let me down yet. She's currently working hard to find out what's wrong with one of them.

Negative experience: They have all bad reviews removed. This place over charges like crazy and is afraid of "aggressive breeds" and treated my sweet gentle boy like he was a criminal. This review will probably get deleted next. They tried to charge me almost 3 times what other places charge for the same procedures. BEWARE

Fantastic experience: I had an excellent experience with LOVET and would highly recommend them. My first dog had surgery here three years ago, and the care was so good that I drove 30 minutes back for my second dog’s surgery. The pricing is fair and honest, and scheduling was simple and stress free. The building may look older, but the care and service are outstanding. From the front desk to Dr. Jessie Wilson, everyone was kind, professional, and thorough. Dr. Wilson always recommended what was best for my dog, clearly explained everything, was transparent about pricing, and personally called with updates before and after surgery. As a nurse, I truly appreciated the level of care and communication. I contacted other locations before coming here and did not experience the same empathy or clarity. LOVET stood out and I would recommend them to anyone looking for compassionate, high quality care at a fair price.

Fantastic experience: Had my little pup spayed. The doctors there were just wonderful. Kept me informed with her surgery and recovery and were really informative about her aftercare.

Positive experience: The veterinarian Dr that was our dog's, Maisey's, surgeon knew who she was what was going on with her and took the time to talk to us not just about her dental surgery but about how to get on the plan for her to help it cost less and to be able to bring her in for check ups for free. He kept us informed of her progress and took excellent care of her. Maisey is doing really well eating and drinking and doing much better after anesthesia this time than the last a couple of years ago. She is 14 years old, in great health and super sunny. I'm so glad it all went well!

Fantastic experience: The greatest vets every. They take the time to make sure you understand all the different aspects fo your animals care. They always check up the day after the visits. I am on my second set of dogs with Arrow. All the vets are amazing but I would be remiss if I did not mention both Stewart Sherrell and Erika Jenkins. This place is second to none.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Jenkins at Lovett in Arrow is truly an amazing veterinarian and an incredible person. She saved my cat’s life, and I and my family will always be grateful ❤️ When my cat Silky was critically ill, euthanasia was discussed as a possibility. Dr. Jenkins was honest, transparent, and compassionate throughout the entire process. She clearly explained our options and recommended medical treatment, which ultimately saved Silky’s life.. Silky is doing great! she recovered and back to her playful nature ☺️❤️ Everyone at Lovett was kind and professional, but Dr. Jenkins truly stood out. Her knowledge, care, and dedication made all the difference. I cannot recommend her enough to anyone looking for a veterinarian who genuinely cares and goes above and beyond for both pets and their families.

From the friendly front desk staff to the compassionate nurses and exceptional doctors, every single person here goes above and beyond. My family and I have trusted them with our pets for over a decade. They’ve been with us through every stage — from caring for our original fur babies who have since passed, to welcoming and nurturing our newest family members. During some of our hardest moments, they handled the cremation process for our beloved pets with incredible sensitivity and care, which meant more to us than words can express. Now, anytime our girls have even the slightest concern, we don’t hesitate — we rush straight to AZPetVet (formerly Arrow Animal Hospital). One thing I truly appreciate is that they offer payment plans and credit options. Fantastic experience: Nice team and Dr. Padilla seems knowledgeable and caring. If I lived in town, I'd bring my dogs here regularly.

Positive experience: I have been taking my dog Loki to the Lovet Scottsdale Hills location for years and recently moved and took him to the Arrow location for his last visit when he had an ear infection. I was a bit disappointed. First, he was very on edge which he was never like at the Scottsdale location. He was so anxious that I had to get him fully sedated to get his ear cleaned and treated. When he was taken back, I was given no instructions on what was happening next. I ended up sitting in the room for over an hour then received a phone call while in the room that he would be ready to pick up in a few hours. I then left. When I came to pick him up, I was told he was a bit “spicy” so I had to go to the back to get him myself. I then waited another half hour for someone to actually bring me to the back. After a few days he was still shaking his head like crazy and in pain. His ears didn't even look like they were treated. I paid $452 for this service. Fast forward to today. I searched for a new vet that had a different medication that was given at Lovet because they didnt carry it. Not only did they have it, they charged me half the price for meds and services, had great customer service and performed the services right in front of me so I knew it was being done right. He was a lot calmer. No sedation was needed. I was very disappointed with the customer service and feel they are a bit overpriced. Im giving 3 stars because they have treated my dog well in the past at their other location.

Fantastic experience: I cannot say enough positives about my experience with this location. My dogs go to another Lovet, but I am highly considering making this their primary location. Earlier this week, my frenchie was attacked by another dog in our home requiring immediate care. I called multiple Lovet locations, including our primary location and no one was able to get my little guy in or even bothered to show an ounce of compassion. I was referred to the Arrow Lovet location and they were able to get me in right away. They were upfront on the phone and said would need to go to an ER if they thought he needed surgical intervention but they were happy to get him in. Everything from the initial phone call, to the staff, to the interaction with the Dr. was such a wonderful experience, especially in such a stressful moment. We had the pleasure of having Dr. Padilla see our little guy, and she didn’t rush us, didn’t judge us, was compassionate and an absolute doll to my pup. She sat down with us, talked us through treatment and next steps and even reached out to me the next day to recommend behavioral specialists to assist with the conflict between our dogs. I have never felt so welcome and like my dog was truly in the best care. I cannot say enough positives about Dr. Padilla, her love for animals is apparent and she is one in a million. We took our guy back today for a follow up and had another great experience. I wish I had caught the name of the tech that we worked with today, but her love for animals was radiating. There is something really warm about this clinic, I cannot recommend them enough. I was reviewing my frenchies chart the day after his initial visit, and they put ‘sweet baby’ in his description. Something about that little note in his chart made me feel like my pups are in good hands there.

Fantastic experience: FIVE STARS!! Every single animal lover that works at Lovet Pet Health Care,…. Formerly known as AZ Pet Vet is amazing! My doctor, Dr. Tracy Dutson Has been caring for all three of my elderly 17-year-old felines With the utmost professionalism, kindness, and unwavering love. She treats my animals as if they were her own. Everybody who works there at LOVET has an amazing kind, patient and loving presence. I highly recommend LOVET Pet Health Care for all of your fur babies needs.

Negative experience: Drove all the way from Queen creek because they told us if our dog needed emergency surgery they’d do it. Our dog was in a lot of pain and apparently she lunged at them when they tried examining her and doing an ultrasound, without me with her btw.. She had a muzzle on too because I knew she was moody, there’s absolutely no way she could have hurt anyone. They tried laying her on her back to do an ultrasound, and because she wouldn’t cooperate they told us they couldn’t see her and this was life and death. To be in this profession you should be trained to handle situations such as these. She was in so much pain, they offered no pain meds!! We left and went to another clinic not too far who did the ultrasound with her standing up!!!! They also allowed me to be there with her which is ultimately what she needed but this place wouldn’t allow it. We showed up at 1:30, they weren’t going to close until 5, there was plenty of time to try to work with/on her but they didn’t care enough to do that. I feel like my girl was an inconvenience, and all because she was in pain and short tempered?? This was not ok, they handled this situation terribly and they gave up on her. We found out she did need surgery, antibiotics, pain meds, etc… Thanks to the other clinic we took her to, not Love Pet Arrow, they cared more about getting out of work on time than saving my babies life!!

Negative experience: Front office staff lacking on scheduling my golden retriever for alternating cytopoint injections and labrella every two weeks. Definitely have to ask for Dr.Dutson to get involved to hopefully rectify the issue. Courtney (front office) especially would not look at the history of my golden (Comet) and schedule accordingly. I’d have to wait till the 10th of December for Dr. to be back in the office for a call back to resolve the issue. unfortunate.

Fantastic experience: My cat got out on Halloween was missing for 5 days when he came walking up the driveway I knew he was seriously Injured on his chest and belly. I took him to an ER hospital and right away bet your ass you're going to spend between $1-2k. And they Don't take payments however they do offer loans options like after pay or affirm ect. I took my cat home $1k later with him still needing seriously surgery and looking for a vet that has the Dr that can perform the surgery he needed and the facility that has the equipment ect. that's when I found LOVET PET HEALTH CARE- ARROW location on N.W corner of 51st Ave and Thunderbird! THEY TAKE PAYMENT PLANS AND EVERYBODY IS APPROVED AND YOU CAN CHOOSE THE LENGTH OF PAYMENTS PLANS! THEY ARE A LIFE SAVER AND I WILL BE FOREVER GREATFUL! THE ALSO OFFER WELLNESS INSURANCE WHICH COVERS ALL VISITS discounts on meds ect

Fantastic experience: All the female staff always treat my boy kitty so wonderfully. I’m always taking him in, and they always take me seriously and offer appropriate tests at reasonable prices with fair payment plans available. And each time I go, they remind me of what else he might need soon. 10/10, these hard workers definitely are passionate about what they do. You can really tell!

Fantastic experience: We have used them for multiple furry friends, canine and feline and been pleased with their services. One night I found a dog in front of my house. I knew it was almost closing time, but I took the little dog to your facility to see if he had a chip. The staff was so kind and patient. Chip found! They used various resources to connect us with the owner's friend. the owner was flying back to Phoenix. The friend was able to pick the dog up before her friend deplaned! I was so thankful the owner didn't come home to an empty back yard.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Burns and Tara were so kind and caring with me and my dog. Dr. Burns took his time to address my concerns and explain everything to me in detail. Neither of them were in a rush to get us out the door, they both took their time. Tara was so helpful with my billing questions, and was even patient with me when I requested some changes. We didn't have to wait very long to be seen either. It was an excellent experience! I've come to find this is common with Lovet. I'm so glad I found them.

Fantastic experience: BobbieKat adores everyone at Lovet Arrow. He even flirts with them! If he's happy, so am I! The doctors and their assistants enjoy working with their patients and it shows! I have 13 furry kids, and eventually, everyone at Lovet Arrow will meet each of them, and I know they will get the same loving care that BobbieKat, Monkey and Shadow have received! I highly recommend Lovet Arrow!

Negative experience: It was a very unbelievable experience Lovet veterinarian arrowhead 51st and Thunderbird location. I took my dog in yesterday for an eye infection Sunday, October 12. They gave her a blood serum that is supposed to be one drop every six hours The bottle that I was given with the serum, the cap looks like it came off an art and craft bottle The bottle leaked on the way From Arizona to my home in California When I call back to find out what I could do if I can get another bottle, I was told there’s “ Nothing they can do” So I’m left with $169 bill, a serum that there’s nothing in the bottle And the biggest problem is that if the serum was so irreplaceable, why wouldn’t they use a better packaging after being in business for 40 years? So now I have to start all over spend the same money for a consultation and try to figure out how to get this problem with my dogs eye infection. Customer service and support is not something I’ve ever experienced in over 50 years of having animals. It’s awful. Is fresh flowers, fresh foods raw fish animal, and human organs sent out every day on dry ice for next day delivery but yet this veterinarian clinic couldn’t do anything to help me ?

Fantastic experience: Having to put my first dog down was so unexpected and heartbreaking but the staff at Lovet helped this process as much as someone can in this situation. You can tell the staff care about what they do. They were kind and considerate throughout our time being there and went the extra mile to send us a card after and addressed him by name, and that meant so much.

Fantastic experience: I can’t even put into words how grateful I am that I came across this clinic. My dog was diagnosed with pyometra. The clinic I went to prior to this gave me an estimate that was way out of my budget and would not work with me at all. I thought my dog was going to die at home until I found this clinic. They have wonderful financing that works for any budget with a reasonable down payment. Thanks to this clinic my dog had surgery and she is doing excellent. Not to mention, they got me in the next day after we came in for an evaluation to do surgery. I will never go to another clinic and will always bring my dogs here. They made me feel so comfortable and they honestly do truly care. Thank you so much Lovet me and my family are forever grateful.

Fantastic experience: I was very pleased with the expertise and care shown by Dr. Jenkins and the staff. We have an extremely fearful dog when getting shots or nail trims. This was accomplished with as little trauma as possible. I would recommend this facility with complete confidence.

Fantastic experience: I brought my xxl large deaf great Dane to the office due to a sore on his face. First, they always get us back to a room before we even have a chance to sit down. From door to scale to room. Second, the dr that attended to him was thorough and fast. Gave me all my options. We decided to go with the least expensive. They gave me my meds and i was on my way. The entire visit lasted about 30 minutes or less. Plus, I made the appointment just a day earlier. They are-always good at getting me in whenever i need it!! Thank you guys!!!!

Fantastic experience: I had to humanely euthanize, my dog, Nickel today. The staff there was friendly, compassionate understanding, and let me remain in the room until her final breath. I’ll forever miss her. She was a good human dog but not an animal lover of any kind. She’ll be missed by me & her loyal brother Steel.

Fantastic experience: I want to sincerely thank everyone at Lovet Pet Health Care on Arrow for taking such amazing care of our sweet pupper, Officer Johnny. Johnny recently had a serious eye surgery, and since he’s an older guy, every medication and procedure can really take its toll. Throughout his healing process, the entire staff has been incredibly caring, thoughtful, and compassionate. I especially want to recognize Dr. Burns and Dr. Bergman — they truly represent what all veterinarians should strive to be: dedicated to patient care and healing above all else. We were never pressured into unnecessary procedures or extras. The only priority was what was best for Johnny’s recovery, and that means everything to us. With six dogs in our family, we’ve seen our share of veterinary offices, but this is the one we trust completely. Lovet treats all of our dogs as if they were their own, and that kind of care is priceless.

Fantastic experience: Cannot say enough good things about their groomer, Amanda! She is a fluffy dog whisperer! We brought our Great Pyrenees to her many times in need of a good washing and trimming and brushing. With mats at times. I am blown away every time. My dog is never fearful or scared when I pick her up either. She loves Amanda! If you have been looking for a great groomer for your dog, make the appointment now! You will not be disappointed.

Fantastic experience: I went as a walkin, it was an emergency on a Sunday, Olivia got me in even without having an appointment! I got there and all the team got to my pup super fast. I’m so satisfied with the service provided, the Dr was so pro-active. Front desk service 10/10. Definitely recommend this place moving forth

Fantastic experience: The clinic that is closer to my home didn't have any appointments, they look in other clinics and Thunderbird location took my Sunny rigth the way. They were so kind and Dr Kang was amazing, he explained everything and give me advice and options to take care of my companion. They acted fast and now he is recovering, I have to be honest, treatment is expensive everywhere but here are more reasonable Emma, explaned and help me with payment plan in the clinic. You don't have to wait to get approved days with a third party that can be dangerous for your companion. Thank you so much for all your help, Sunny is a precious part of our family and you took care of him. Thank you for everything!

Fantastic experience: I was very pleased with everyone I interacted with here. My cat has a chronic problem that a previous vet center didnt seem to give me any answers to. Dr Wilson really seemed to care about my fur baby and after some tests has given me a plan for his future health. Crossing my fingers my baby feels better soon!

Fantastic experience: I have been bringing my fur babies to Arrow for almost 40 years. Recently met Dr. Wilson who my dog immediately loved. She is extremely thorough and kept digging to find the issue with my baby and treated him. She and the staff are amazing and attentive.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been going to this location for 12 years and Dr. Kang has been the best doctor I’ve seen. He’s very knowledgeable and gets directly to the point of the issue. Every problem my 12 year old German Shepherd has had, he has fixed it quickly, with no guessing or unnecessary treatments/procedures. I’m confident my pet is receiving the best care.

Fantastic experience: If you have pets, you know they are expensive and you love them more than the airzona sunshine. I've been bringing my gang of cats here for 5 years. Make sure to call and get an appointment because they can get busy. Sucks they went to a franchise model, but thats life. Overall happy with the service.

Fantastic experience: I love Lovet Pet Health Care- Arrow so much. All the staff are so kind and helpful. They were so helpful and understanding. They helped me make a payment plan so I could get all my dogs checked out. I highly recommend this vet office for your first baby.

Negative experience: If I could give this place Zero stars I would. The staff has absolutely Zero compassion whatsoever came in with my dog ACTiVELY seizing on one of the worst days of mine and his life and was refused treatment till I fought for it. No professionalism at all . Extremely rude staff so bad they were gossiping about me in the lobby . Got nothing but the runaround the whole time , misinformed and lied to. Just a bunch of money -hungry time wasters who don't care about your pet at all .

Fantastic experience: Our fur baby was not eating and had diarrhea. It was concerning. Vitals were taken she was given antibiotics. Within a week she was back to herself.

Highly recommend Edit 6/5/2025: I am even more greatful for the staff and vets at Lovet Arrow. After having to make the toughest decision to put my pet down, I was able to work through all of the next steps with the staff. I was also sent condolences from the staff which were unexpected but totally appreciated in my family's time of loss. I'm happy for my family and other pet to continue our services with this business.

Positive experience: I have been going to Arrow Animal Hospital for many years, with many dogs I have owned. They have always been a great place both with my pets and also my family. I would recommend them as a +++ establishment for pet health and grooming.

Fantastic experience: I went in on a weekend for urgent care for my dog. Everyone was very nice. The price was much better than going to a regular emergency clinic.

Fantastic experience: My very old, very cranky chi had been increasingly vocal with her trachea collapse. Gagging every few hours. They were so kind, reasonably priced, and offered good advice. They told me all my options, and heard me when I said I only wanted conservative care for now. My chi is doing better with the prescription. Fantastic experience: Amanda groomed my GSD. She did a fantastic job. Was molting and a month late clipping her nails. Removed excess hair around her collar and back side. Happy dog.
