Fantastic experience: Amazing care and compassionate staff I recently took my kitten to the Pet Alliance clinic in Orlando, and I couldn’t be happier with the care he received. From the moment we walked in, the staff was warm, friendly, and genuinely interested in Shiro’s well-being. The veterinarians were thorough, patient, and took the time to answer all my questions, making sure I understood every step of his treatment. The clinic is well-organized, and appointments run smoothly without long wait times. What stood out the most was the compassion they showed towards Shiro. They handled him with so much care and made sure he felt comfortable during his vaccinations and checkups. I also appreciated that the prices were reasonable, making quality veterinary care accessible. If you’re looking for a clinic where your pet will be treated like family, I highly recommend the Pet Alliance clinic in Orlando. They truly go above and beyond in caring for animals

Negative experience: This morning, I dropped off my pet for spay/neuter day. The instructions were clear: stay in your car, arrive early, and have forms ready. I arrived at 7:00 to find a line of seven cars ahead of me. While most were prepared, I noticed inefficiencies as the staff chatted and reduced from two to one outside at times. Many owners didn’t have their electronic consents signed or hadn’t made payments. Instead of prioritizing prepared owners, they processed cars in order. I waited from 7:00 until 7:52, when my pet was taken after a quick 1-2 min verification. (I completed drop off by 7:53) I understand it’s good to be in and out in under 45 minutes, but it’s frustrating to wait behind those who weren’t ready. Why have a refusal clause if it’s not enforced? With seven staff members and only two checking in, it felt like a waste of time for those of us who followed the instructions, especially when we have jobs and kids to care for. Staff were friendly and professional, but the process needs to be strictly enforced or revised.

Fantastic experience: I am very happy with pet alliance services . I do appreciate a lot what they do for the community. My kitten was rescued by us in the community with live currently she was homeless and 7 weeks old . Pet alliance provides her with her vaccines she needed at that time . Last week they spayed her she is 4 months and half now and everything went well too . I highly recommend them

Fantastic experience: I used there TNR program and Kathy Houde came over and trapped my cats and also returned them back to me. I really enjoyed meeting Kathy and what a pleasant and polite person she is really takes her job seriously and very caring for the animals. Thanks Kathy for all you did going beyond the call of duty. Also to the veterinarian that did a excellent job.

Fantastic experience: Pet Alliance was recommended to me by my vet as I could not afford their neuter fee for the feral cat I adopted. The process was easy and their prices are great!!! There was a wait time of about 6 weeks so schedule your appt as soon as you can because it won't be immediate but it is well worth the wait. The email communications were very informative and provided all the documentation you needed for electronic submission. Their staff was very friendly, informative and caring.

Positive experience: I only made an appointment for my cat’s vaccines for the year and his 3yr rabies. nothing else. My appointment was 10:30am. i was done by 11am on a Wednesday btw. The check-in including having the vaccines done and waiting, only took 30 minutes. They seem to get really backed up past 10:30am so keep that in mind Overall it was a good and fast experience, but to the impatient people: please be mindful that everyone else in front of you is getting different things done with different animals and there are limited staffing! they cannot rush procedures or their job if you want them to do it correctly the first time. sometimes checking in takes time depending on who’s already in line and etc. many factors so be patient! :) also keep in mind there will be DOGS and CATS in a small waiting room. everyone is more than welcome to stay inside or wait outside. If theres excessive barking they will ask you to wait outside and they will ask you to separate yourselves from other dogs to avoid fights or disruptions especially when they have cats around and are trying to make it a comfortable environment for your beloved pets.

Negative experience: I scheduled an appointment for my pet to be neutered today a month and a half ago. It’s very difficult to get an appointment because they are so busy. So, I finally was able to schedule the appointment. This morning I wake up at 6am to make sure he went for a walk and went potty. We arrived at 7:30am for a 7:45am drop off. We waited for an hour before the tech came to my car to get my information. She told me at that time that because he is 6 years old I need to get his blood work prior to him being able to have surgery. Mind you I have received no less than 20 “ just a reminder” emails and the same texts messages leading up to today’s appointment. He was not allowed to have surgery today and I am very frustrated with this clinic and the staff. Michelle, the manager at this clinic said “ I don’t know how this happened but all I can do is refund the deposit.” No!! Michelle you didn’t care about my time, my gas from the other side of town and the tolls I had to pay. I don’t understand how I can receive so many “reminders” and not 1 says if your pet is over a certain age it will need blood work done prior to surgery. I know you can add it to these nonstop emails you send out. I’m so upset that i got dismissed like I wasn’t even cared about. So, my advice to anyone taking their pet make sure you have everything you need or it will be a total waste of time and, they don’t care!!

Fantastic experience: This is the most affordable, friendly staffed, and professional clinic I have been to. They took great care of my baby and she is healing nicely.

Negative experience: Went in during normal business hours to try to get some flea medicine. The staff were having a lunch party, so I offered to just come back when they were done. Waited for an hour in my car, came back to a sign that said open but the doors were locked and no one came when I knocked. Pretty annoying waste of time.

Fantastic experience: Very caring and kind staff

Negative experience: Today was incredibly stressful. While waiting for my dog to be called, a golden retriever entered, and my dog began sniffing him, as dogs typically do. My dog then got a bit too excited and started jumping around, but someone falsely claimed he was showing his teeth. My dog is not aggressive at all—earlier, he sniffed a smaller dog beside us without any issues. So, why would they lie? I have no idea. Later, a woman who said she was the manager demanded that someone put my dog in a cage. I calmly told her, "Excuse me, but he's not going in a cage." Her response was, "We're not serving you," without giving any reason. I even offered to wait outside, but she just kept repeating, "We're not serving you." After going back and forth with her, I finally lost my cool. Who does she think she is? I was simply sitting there, holding onto my dog. It felt like she was on some kind of power trip. Her treatment of me and my dog was shameful, especially considering the added stress I experienced being pregnant.

Negative experience: I really don’t like how they treat my dog when we come there. They treat him as if he’s a danger to society! My dog is the sweetest dog ever who gets along with other animals. There was a dog there that was growling & barking at my dog like he was about attack him & my dog barked back, they made it seem like he was an issue bc he barked back. Then the leash that they put on, they had it so tight around his neck he started choking!!! My boyfriend had to intervene & tell them to loosen it up! Last time I was there they muzzled my dog after I had specifically told them not to! They took him to a little room that you can’t even see your dog, they probably continued to choke him in there!! Pet alliance does NOT care about your dog, they only care about the money.

Fantastic experience: I took my boy there and I was pleasantly surprised about how everything is so organized and simple. Being a first-rime dad, I was really nervous about the whole ordeal and taught about just continuing to drive. You come in, park around the roundabout, wait for them to come to you and they take them in. Everyone was very nice and my boy was back to his old self in a couple of days. I highly recommend this as it is far cheaper than any vet would charge. Just be sure to plan ahead as availability is very far out.

Positive experience: Their system for spaying/ neutering cats was a little chaotic but also very beneficial to the over population problem. our cat didn't need any pain medication, and was back to his happy self the next day. also VERY CHEAP. so the chaos is worth it.

Negative experience: AVOID THIS PLACE!!! I went take my cat to get spayed and after picking her up I was told that she was given “an injection for the pain that would last three days”. The second day after the surgery my cat wouldn’t move at all and seemed in A LOT of pain. I called Alafaya Pet Alliance and I was told that since it was a Saturday I could not take her in so I had no option but to take my cat to an emergency clinic. At the emergency clinic they asked me if my cat received anything for the pain or any antibiotics after the surgery. I told them that no, that only an injection that would help with the pain. After hearing this, the doctor at the emergency clinic nodded his head and told me that first and most importantly my cat had to be given antibiotics after the surgery and second, that there is no such thing as an injection that would help with the pain for three days. Long story short, my cat received the proper care at the emergency pet clinic (antibiotic injection) for the high fever from the infection caused by her not having any antibiotics to begin with and more antibiotics along with pain medication. Fortunately my cat is okay. Now, the Emergency animal hospital charged a total of $200 for the treatment which Alafaya Pet Alliance Clinic is not willing to pay. I have reached multiple time with proof of the receipt from the emergency animal hospital and they are well aware of this case. However, they never get back to me or transfer me to a line that one one picks up. As a matter of fact, one time I managed to be transfered the director “Kelly” of the Alafaya Pet Clinic who is supposed to be the one in charge of handling this “well known case” (so I was told) is avoiding my messages. I find this extremely unprofessional, disrespectful and most of all low… I share this because these people think they can get away by being careless with people’s pet’s and not taking proper responsibility for it. Had to pick him up by 5 pm. He was a little weak in the legs and looked intoxicated lol. But he is fine . People there are professional and nice. Place is clean! Paid $60 for neutering and he received his rabies shot with tags ..

Fantastic experience: I recently had my male cat neutered at Pet Alliance (Alafaya) and it was a pleasant experience, I had no issues whatsoever and I already go back in 1 week to have my female spayed. It's low cost and I even used their TNR program to save 4 kittens which they placed in foster homes to be adopted and they also spayed & neutered about 18 community cats for free. I highly recommend Pet Alliance for your fur babies :)

Fantastic experience: I've been going here ever since they opened. I used to have to travel a 1/2 hr. to have my cats spayed at their other clinic. I was VERY happy that they opened a clinic less than 10 minutes away from me. Their staff is very friendly & efficient. I have recommended them to anyone who was looking for a place to have their pet spayed or neutered, & I recommend them to anyone who is reading this post. I give them a 10!!

How in the world can most people even take in pets nowadays! With Vet Visits being so costly. I've always had pets in my life and currently have a senior Dog in my home. I'm finding it hard to accept this but this one will be my last. There are no affordable veterinarians anymore and I see even making an appointment to get in to see one is a challenge. Pet Food also is ridiculously High in price. My prayers go out to these animals because they are the ones to suffer.
