Dr Randolph and her staff were exceptional on our visit with our community duck that had been attacked. She took her time and respected the visit. Every vet we called wouldn’t see the duck. She gave him a shot for pain and sent him home with antibiotics and pain medication. He is doing so good. When we brought him in he couldn’t lift his head. Here is a picture of him and his friend that he was missing. She has nurses him back to health too. It truly takes a community working together to see a positive result. Thank you to Dr. Randolph and her team.
Excellent vet! The staff and the doctors are excellent! Very knowledgeable and love animals a lot. Highly recommend. I take my corgi puppy there and she just loves it! My dog is not the least bit afraid to go.
I brought in a baby Asian water monitor...Dr Randolph and her staff were great. Dr Randolph spent much time with me asking great questions, critiquing my husbandry and offering great help. Doctor noticed issues with my reptile and honed in on a sure diagnosis for the issue at hand. She also helped me understand how to better care
I absolutely love UP Animal Hospital. Everyone is so attentive, caring, & kind. Although my pup gets nervous, he loves everyone there. We’ve seen a couple different vets here, and they’re all very thorough and don’t rush you out of the room. In august we had a scare where my pup had to stay for 3 days. They took such great care of him, updated us, and nursed him back to health. Any time we have an issue, they’re willing to take him even if it’s last minute. We moved farther away, but we’ll always come here!

Fantastic experience: I've really appreciated Dr. Arun, the techs, and front of house staff as 4 of our 5 cats are ill and needed lots of help. 3 had recurring eye infections that turned out to be Chlamydia. They saw a few different vets but Dr. Arun was the only one who did a panel that figured out what it was so we can properly treat it. 1 had a urinary blockage after getting diagnosed with crystals about a week prior. That was scary, with intensive care needed, and lots of follow up. Throughout the process Dr Arun and the team were super helpful in answering our questions and doing additional checkups to make sure our cat was healing as expected. Throughout the process I felt like Dr Arun and team were doing their best to balance our cats getting quality care and making sure we weren't overspending. Only improvement would be providing overnight care, having to go from UP to VEC from day to night care was a bit of a drain and rigamarole, but I get that is a big ask and I'm grateful UP is as open as they are already. Thanks Dr. Arun, Roxy, Samantha, Emma! Sweet Cheeks, Shadow, Brazil, and Xenomorph are doing much better thanks to you. ❤️

Fantastic experience: Worked with us to provide life-saving care to our cat in a manner we could actually afford. Emergency procedures are expectedly and understandably expensive. But this was one of the only places we found that was willing to discuss how we could properly care for our cat within our financial means (aka without spending thousandS we didn't have on a sudden emergency), and they helped make it happen! Stayed late for it too. Felt like they had a lot more genuine compassion than some other places... Shout out to Emma (and Grizzly), they were the best!

Chester lo que tenía era una infección en la sangre de haber seguido con sus recomendaciones mi Bebe pudo haber muerto son abusadores en los cobros y no hacen lo correcto en sus diagnosticos y lo peor que cuando llame explicando como seguia de mal mi perro solo me dieron otro diagnostico por telefono no los recomiendo para nada no saben nada en realidad con respect a la salir de los perritos
Ms.Montes, chester was only sent home with an antibiotic for his skin infection and apparently he has gastric upset due to the antibiotic which we already explained it has to be given with food.We sent a sample for culture which he came back as positive for multiple bacteria for his skin infection. We apologise if there was any miscommunication due to language barrier.

Fantastic experience: This vet has taken care of my family for 2x years. They are friendly, kind and knowledgeable. They also are fairly priced and have nice availability.
Negative experience: I was upset to find that when I had an animal emergency and found this place having urgent care hours (7-9PM), that this was not correct. I tried calling ahead and even driving to the hospital before their urgent care hours ended (9PM EST) with a sick animal and they were closed. I do suggest hours be updated to the correct schedule so that other owners aren't blindsided in an emergency like I was.
Mr.perez, a veterinarian was not available for more than a week for urgent care so unfortunately we had to close during that period. We apologize for the inconvenience.
Fantastic experience: Wonderful Service. Emma and Dr Arun were very helpful to our duck, Quackleen. They made her very comfortable throughout the entire visit and were very knowledgeable and fast. We were able to wait there while everything was happening, and it was a very reasonable price for 3 x-rays, medicine, a stool sample, and the exam. Very very grateful and definitely will come again.
Positive experience: The staff and Dr were knowlegeable and personable. It makes me feel good that my old pooch is in good hands. My outdoor cat escaped before today's appointment and the staff was very understanding.
Positive experience: if you need something basic and cheap such as a specific prescription or a shot then they can help you. when it comes to a diagnosis though it's hit or miss. they don't feel professional and often times i wonder if they're just guessing on my dog. and yes, they prioritize $ over the health of your animal. but i guess you get what you pay for.

Positive experience: Greatful to find an exotic vet that is open on the weekends and takes walk ins, however i cant say they were too much help. Came in with a lethargic baby bearded dragon and they told me they didnt know what was wrong based off the xrays and sent me on my way.
Fantastic experience: Everyone was very nice. Gave me an appointment last minute. Doctor was kind and seemed very knowledgeable. Prices were very fair in comparison to other vets in the area. I didn't feel like my cat was just a dollar sign like I have felt elsewhere. We will be handling all our future vet needs here!
Negative experience: Hello all, please be aware on this animal hospital. I urge you DO NOT GO HERE . The staff is rude, and lazy. They make you go do your own back work such as finding answers to questions (which is what google is for) and if a form needs a signature, good luck because you’re on your own. I have gotten 3 health certificates for my animals to travel with me internationally and domestically since I am a frequent traveler and the USDA just informed me that an animal health certificate is $38. Why is this veterinarian charging $250 AND DOES NOT FOLLOW UP AND EMAIL YOU IF IT IS COMPLETED?? The excuse is he is always on vacation. For 3 times I have paid $250 and have had to call the USDA myself to follow up for the signature for my animals to be able to fly. It’s freaking ridiculous. It’s also a SCAM. Beware of this place. From paying $250 , 3 separate times, that’s a $750 total and if by law as the USDA states, it is only $38, then I should have only paid $114 for 3 separate certificates. This vet pocketed $636 altogether for a piece of paper with some measly sloppy ineligible handwriting. This office should be ashamed of taking advantage of its customers. I urge everyone to take their loved animals elsewhere because in Orlando and this area, Yes, there are plenty of other options. I am glad to be done with my business with this animal hospital and will be taking my animals elsewhere. 0 stars of that was an option.

Fantastic experience: I am incredibly grateful to the entire staff and Dr. who not only saved my dog's life after a botched surgery elsewhere, but also provided exceptional care and support. The surgery you all have done was successful and have been extremely informative and compassionate towards my family and our beloved pet. Negative experience: This place was horrible I took my dog here and his health wasn’t their main interest. All the vet did (Dr. Reddy) was try and make me take unnecessary costly exams and gave me medication for symptoms my dog wasn’t showing may I add the place was very dirty never again beware.
Mr.Rosado your pet had respiratory infection and you declined the diagnostics to know what type of infection your pet had and you wanted us to tell the boarding place that your dog was not contagious which was absoultely irresponsible and we couldnt put other dogs at risk. sorry if we didnt cater to your needs but we care about all pets.
Fantastic experience: The Vet and receptionist (I’m so sorry I can’t remember her name) were absolutely amazing! I was nervous and panicked when it came to taking my sweet Ricky into a new vet for an emergency visit but you both really made a terrible night much better. You both stayed after close to make sure my baby got the best care and even gave us time to mourn before leaving. That’s a level of customer service that is hard to find now. I will forever be grateful for the care and comfort both of you provided for my sweet boy. Thank you for going above and beyond and getting so many paw prints for me when I was too distressed to do so myself. And thank you for getting him home to me in such a beautiful box. We family wish the staff at Union Park Animal Hospital the very best!

Fantastic experience: Suddenly my kitties had fleas! I was happy to get an appointment so quickly even though my kitties weren’t. The staff were friendly and the new Vet was very thorough, gentle, and caring. I will return to Union Park Animal Hospital for future pet needs!
Negative experience: My dog has been going to this vet for 3 years and have never had an issue. My dog is allergic to chicken though and although vaccines are made from chicken eggs, the Vet would always give him a Benadryl shot to reduce the reaction he gets. When we brought him for his vaccines today, we found out his Vet had retired and the owner Veterinarian (what she told us) would take care of him. We were contained his history and she couldn’t locate his file to review but said we would be okay. She administered the vaccine and within 2 min my dog started having his reaction. The Vet suggested we take him to get air? Then he went into anaphylactic shock and the Veterinarian said she doesn’t know what is happening so we tell her that he gets Benadryl. She didn’t believe us and said we should try to walk him as he is now stumbling and panting and salivating everywhere. We are pleading for a Benadryl shot and she finally says that ok but we don’t have his chart but I’ll give it to him. My dog almost died! And then she suggested that we give him 3 Benadryl every 4 hours. He’s 68lbs. I don’t even take 3 Benadryl and I weigh 100 more pounds than him. I will never come back here ever again and I do not recommend you risk your pet’s life. This could have been a devastating experience had my dog died all because this Veterinarian and team is uneducated and complacent!
Fantastic experience: Dr. Arun Katagulla was amazing! I have a very complicated, old, aggressive dog and he was so calm, his voice was so soothing, never showed fear and kept my very difficult dog completely calm without use of muzzle or having to medicate her. This is our new vet without a doubt. Prices were lowest in the area. He is very knowledgeable and professional, I never regretted my decision to take our precious dog there. His practice is one of a kind. Thank you to the staff for helping my senior dog in her time of need, and ours as well. They were so friendly and helpful. Give them a try, you won't regret it!

Negative experience: Approximately over a year ago we went here for less than a year several appts. Vet unprofessional (yeeling really loud at staff and even saw vet throw things and some of the staff un organized. Had my dog there 6 times for eye surgery, petland purchased puppy and eye still not right and coverage for care was only for 1 year so not covered charges if we go back plus wasn't going to put my dog though another surgery

Negative experience: I’ve had nothing but issues with this place- the emergency night team is wonderful but the daytime workers are lazy, inconsiderate, and rude. I placed an order for my dogs medication through another website that was a lot cheaper then what they offer and they took it upon themselves to cancel the order not tell me until I contacted them and they said they cancelled it because they have it cheaper which was not true at all. I called this morning for an appointment for my dog who is sick and was on hold for an unreasonable amount of time I finally just came- got here still on hold and the lady is just standing there doesn’t even acknowledge me being there just stands there then says what do you guys need I then explain I’ve been on hold to get an appointment that I just came and she said well we can’t get you in for another 7 hours… Cannot believe the front desk workers at this place I’ve never had a good experience. There’s so much more but that kind of sums up the kind of place this is…

Fantastic experience: Over the last several years I have taken 2 dogs to this office regularly. The entire staff is great and Dr Randolph is simply amazing. She diagnosed things with my pups that other vets had missed. She is great with all animals including exotics. She really knows animal health. She literally saved both my dogs lives and gave me more precious years with them...one after a stroke, and the other after he ate something poisonous. I will never take my animals to any other vet.
Fantastic experience: Dr. Randolph is GREAT! I've been going to her for the last 10 years for my cats and there's NEVER been a problem. She's always willing to work with people who've been there a while when it concerns payments and she is GREAT with animals. Yes, she's loud and abrasive but honestly, if you can't take her super overwhelming love of animals and zest for life, maybe you should try a quiet librarian type of vet. She's not for everyone but she's great for my pets. I'm okay with it.
Fantastic experience: I am happy to write a glowing review about Dr. Randolph and her staff at Union Park Animal Hospital. I brought my pet chicken in on a Monday morning at 7am for an emergency. It was very hard to find an exotic vet that would treat chickens, much less take one in an emergency drop-off situation. All of the vet techs were professional and very passionate about their work. Dr. Randolph called me at different times throughout the surgery procedure and recovery process to provide updates. I have been bringing my hen back for check ups and bandage changes and like Dr. Randolph even more every time. I have read some of the negative reviews and my honest response would be: Do not be deterred by her direct and honest attitude. She takes her work very seriously and is an extremely intelligent veterinarian. (I would not trust my pet to someone who didn't take their work seriously!) She is thoroughly educated about different treatment methods and some of best tried and true old school methods that work the best and save money! She shared with me that she has experience working with wildlife groups and in my opinion is quite philanthropic. She has rescued egrets, small birds, and many other exotic animals in need. She treated me with the utmost respect and I would absolutely recommend her to anyone looking for exotics or just regular cat/dog vet.
Fantastic experience: Okay, I don't really understand all the poor reviews - she yells, your dog had an allergic reaction, she charged you too much? First of all she gets loud like that because she wants everyone to move and get stuff done, ESPECIALLY in emergency situations. Second, it's not her fault your dog had an allergic reaction, it can happen to any pet. No medication comes without risks/side effects so don't be silly and blame the Doctor. As for the "charging too much for things you don't need comment" -- are you a vet? How do you know your pet didn't need whatever it was? And she PRICE MATCHES. So if you'd taken the time to ask about that you wouldn't really have anything to complain about right now. I took my cat to see Dr. Randolph just before closing hours because I realized there was something seriously wrong. I called and they told me to get there ASAP. They weren't concerned with leaving because it was time to clock out, they were 100% focused on diagnosing and saving my cat. Which they were able to successfully do. Even though it's been months and the progress was slow at first, Cat is back to her charming, feisty little self. I believe in my heart she wouldn't be here today if it was for Dr. Randolph and her amazing staff. I normally don't take the time to write reviews (good or bad).. but the ratings people are giving Union Park Animal Hospital are so ridiculous and misleading. If you want the best treatment for your pet, especially in a crisis, take them here! You will not regret it. By the way, as the 1 star poster below me stated "she has an F on BBB" -- completely not true, she's not even accredited on the BBB which isn't a bad thing. So don't listen to the lies some people tell on here, please do your own research when people make statements like that.

Fantastic experience: I want to be as thorough as possible in this review. My background with animals involves caring for a cat colony in my neighborhood, adding up to about 12. Ventures to a number of vets in the Orlando area have been made over the course of 5 years, and I ended up settling for a vet who seemed knowledgeable and experienced on the front end but was ultimately money driven. Recently, I ran into an ex-employee of his who warned me to stop going to this vet who then recommended that I see Dr. Randolph. Let me just tell you what a big sigh of relief it is to have encountered a vet who is truly passionate about animals. I cannot articulate the correct words to express my sincere gratitude towards Dr. Randolph, especially after the wretched experience I have had with other vets in the past. Even though I have only visited her a few times so far, I am thoroughly impressed by her devotion to her work. Truly, she's an artist at translating the medical details of your pets issues into a simpler words that are much more easy to follow and understand if you're someone who hasn't the slightest grasp of any subject/concept in the medical field, like myself. When she explains things, she gets a little boisterous which can be intimidating, but witnessing her explain the multiple things that have been wrong with some of these cats is truly something. It's really her passion that's showing, I believe. When it comes down to it, it's not about the money. You're never going to find a cheap vet and if you do, you cannot expect real quality from that vet -- so if it's quality care that you want for your pet, you want to bring them to Dr. Randolph.

Fantastic experience: Don’t let the lack of interior design fool you, this place is equipped with caring vet techs and a truly incredible Dr. They were not insanely expensive like some vets I have been to and willing to work with me on unusual requests. The Dr. gave a lot of information explaining why and how things happen, something a lot of bets don’t take the time to do. Well-versed with exotics.

Negative experience: Took my dog with a fever and couldn't walk to emergency. The doctor took xrays, said, looks like he has a mass somewhere in his lungs, he did a sonogram of his belly, didn't see anything, except some small kidney stones. But my dog was doing really bad, he couldn't walk, had a fever of over 104°, But the Dr. Didn't give him anything for it, just sent us home after 4 hrs there and $661 bill. The next morning my dog died
Mr.Roman, the vet recommended overnight hospitalization and medication to stabilize the pet but you declined the treatment plan and took the pet back. We are so sorry for your loss.
Negative experience: I have a 16 year old dog who has problems with her kidneys and needs a specific medication for her bladder regulation. This vet stopped carrying this medicine, and did not bother to tell me about it until i went to go pick it up. They also lied to me and told me things to make me feel better just to get me off the phone that were not true. This vet does not care about your pet, they only care about making money. The staff will lie to you and they might suddenly stop your medication with no warning, be prepared if you decide to go to this vet. I will never come back. They lost me and my old sick dog. You are right, you have other patients on the medication and good management is ordering to ensure you have adequate supply for your patients who rely on you. (As we have for about 6 months now). Also, we were told that we should call another vet to see if they have it in stock, and that if we explained the situation they would dispense it to us even without an appointment. Of course no one would, and by reading your reviews you don't do that either. Seems to me if you were concerned about the condition of our pet, YOU could have reached out to other providers to help get us the needed meds to tide us over until we could get the medication from an online pharmacy. The phone conversations we had with you showed a lack of concern for the health of our dog as well as unprofessionalism and impossible solutions that wasted our time calling around. And quite frankly, your response below with misspellings and poor grammar also shows a lack of concern and unprofessionalism. Good riddance. We have a new vet who went out of their way to help us.
Ms.katy, your pet is not the only one who is on that medication. We cant hold a medicine for specific patient on the shelf and if a pet comes that needs a medication we send them home with that (first come first serve). We had to prescribe to few other pets so we ran out of it. We told you we ordered it and its in the shipment and our vet even wrote you a prescription to get it filled at a different pharmacy until our order arrives. if you cant understand that we are so sorry. you should've called us in advance if you are running out and we could have ordered it for you.
Negative experience: I have a dog who is 16 years old going through kidney failure. I have had her for 11 years and she is my best friend. This vet is heartless. Do not take your animal here. First off, they were so inconsistent with her prescriptions that every single time I came in to pick it up from march - november, it was a different price. Sometimes 35, sometimes 21 and one day it was in the 70s until i complained and someone fixed it... I swear they are trying to scam you in ways that you won't notice. They also did a test on my dog in March to check her bloodwork and told me it was perfect, I feel like they did not check everything because she is now in end stage kidney failure according to my other vet. Ms.Brokke, the bloodwork done in march was normal and you have records with you. for an old dog anything can change within days to weeks. We have only seen your pet twice once in 2021 and once in 2023 and we always recommend bloodwork, ultrasound and radiographs for older pets every 6 months to a year at least. for pets on long-term medications we always ask owners to bring pet for internal organ function and if they cannot afford to do it its not our fault. we try our best to do what's good for pets.
Negative experience: If there was a zero rating, then I would have picked it. The staff apparently need training in their jobs. And, the new owner Vet doctor laughed at my complaint about his staff. And, then turned his back on me, and just walked away without investigating my complaint. Well, after decades of going there seeing a different Vet doctor with no problems, I will now also walk away and turn my back on this new Vet doctor. Yup, his demeanor has cost him a customer.

Fantastic experience: Took us to see my ferret on Thanksgiving day ! Took us in almost immediately and started a checkup. Everyone there was super nice and sweet Doctor was very nice and calm and gave me everything I needed for my ferret. Thank you
Fantastic experience: Dr Randolph is outstanding!!! She practices medicine from the heart and is extremely caring and knowledgeable. She has saved a number of our bunnies from serious situations. Can't recommend her and her staff enough...!!!
Negative experience: When I called them, they gave me a $174 price by phone. When I was going to pay the total was $298 because a piece of paper(certificate) cost $120, no body told me that when I called them. Freaking abusers.
Negative experience: Totally sad that Dr Randolph is leaving the practice but understand. Jax loves her! My dog was seen by the new vet and his staff. I must say the new vet did great with Jax, however it was disappointing the wait time to be seen ( we understand that he was seen without an appointment) but communication is key. Staff could be more courteous and inform that there would be a wait time and practice more customer service. Came back on the follow up visit.Dr Arun was not even there. The “tech” and assistant were going back and forth with text messages to the vet regarding Jax’s’ condition. Not very professional and it would have been nice if staff at least informed the vet wasn’t there. Again I work in public relations and offices that have to deal with patients or even dog owners must be more transparent friendly and informative. People like to understand and be informed of the care that they are receiving this also goes with their furry family members.
Negative experience: DO NOT COME HERE ANYMORE! I come and buy my heartworm medicine for my dog and now they want me to bring in my dog for what? I spoke with a very nice lady 4 times and i think her name was Julie and she did everything she can to figure this out and i told her i have a chow chow and i work m-f and cannot come in. All for the love of money they want me to waste my time. I will be taking my dog somewhere else thank you for nothing new doc…

Fantastic experience: Dr Reddy swiftly and professionally took care of our guinea pig's Medical emergency - prolapsed rectum. Many places in Orlando were closed or no dr available. If we had waited even a day, she would have more than likely not survived. Dr Reddy was kind, attentive. Precise, very thorough, and medically knowledgeable. I will be bringing my dogs to see him too. Sincerest gratitude for saving our baby's life.

Negative experience: At first everything here was good. The front desk was nice and approachable, the tech was sweet and attentive. Experience was perfectly fine until I got to the doctor. My ferret has a primary vet that was unfortunately closed and couldn’t get in for a couple of days, & we just wanted to check the eye and make sure everything was ok. I couldn’t get access to her records since the other place was closed, but of course with a new vet it’s important to let them know what your pet has/meds they take. I tried to explain to the doctor that my ferret has adrenal disease and has an implant to help her, along with certain medications. We have done multiple test and I have paid a lot of money and been to a lot of exotic vets to make sure she’s taken care of. Without any records or any information, this doctor was trying to tell me that she was misdiagnosed and that he would like to look at those records because essentially I didn’t know what I was talking about. I have been working in the field for a long time and if I know about ANYONES pet it’s going to be mine. He was condescending and rude and the only reason there’s two stars is because the rest of the staff was nice. He caused my ferret discomfort during the exam and i’m sorry but there’s no way i would recommend this place.

Negative experience: Very upset with this place! They now claim they changed the management! My dog goes there since we got him for almost two year now. I called them today to get a prescription for ALLERGIES, they want me to set up and appointment to be seen! My dog already was diagnosed with allergies by them! Why do I need to go back just to have the medication refill?! They just want to make money out of you! DO NOT TAKE WASTE YOUR TIME TAKING YOUR DOG TO BE ESTABLISH AT THIS PLACE! Mr.Duncan, with out a veterinarian client patient relationship a doctor cannot prescribe a medicine and we offered you a free office visit for the pet to be seen and the doctor who has seen your pet before is unavailable due to health condition. Fantastic experience: Kelly Randolph is the BEST VET EVER! Sad she is retiring, but I guess she's allowed after so many years. Doctor A is very nice and competent. He was very gentle with our Enzo, and we will continue at Union Park Animal Hospital as a result. Also Emma and the other girl were very good Vet Techs.
Negative experience: For the past 3 weeks I been trying to work with this office for my dogs needs and today is the first time I get a return call. Yesterday I was asked to go to doctors office which I felt was for no reason just to waste my time. The staff nor doctor accepted responsibility for the 3 week delay and even though i was assured service yesterday, I still had to call them today because as of today they had not completed paperwork that would help my furry friend medical needs. Clearly this office no longer put our furry friends needs first, I don’t see myself going back.

Negative experience: Definitely do not come here if you got your dog from petland, if you live in the kissimmee area, its about a 30-35 minute drive, had a appt at 11 and waited an hour close to 2 hours to get called in and the receptionist do not care about my dog at all and my puppy gets excited and barks when she gets extremely excited and when I finally left to take her outside she gave me such a dirty look and pretty much said thank god theyre going outside. Dont work here if excited puppies are annoying.

Negative experience: Update: I came myself after he was sick and it's a free visit so we came. I cannot believe how I heard this vet yelling and the words she said to her employees. The guy who gave my dog his shots was the guy at the front who told his coworker how he hates any dog mixed with poodle bc one bit him and they get so many a week. the other two employees were so scared of vet, and I almost went into a state of panic from hearing that yelling. Do not go to this vet. We went because they were provided for Petland puppy with our purchase. Very unorganized. My boyfriend brought our puppy back from his last round of shots and it included a rabies vaccine and tag, but our puppy had already received a tag and vaccine and tag on his second visit. On the first visit, he said they almost forgot to charge him for a vaccine he got. Would not recommend. We should have gone to our normal vet and just paid for the vaccines. When I called in, they told me he didn't really get the rabies vaccine when they gave us the first rabies tag and just mixed up their prep work and he should be fine because he didnt really received it the last visit. Ive called in 2x and the receptionist sounds stressed and busy. Not a reliable experience.

Negative experience: Took my puppy to get neutered there, came back to pick him up to find out they had pulled some of his teeth without letting me know or calling to make sure that was okay. They just told me they pulled his teeth when I showed up, and they only let me know because I asked what the extra $300 charge was for. I was very upset and they were not apologetic for not letting me know. Never took him back there again.

Negative experience: Prescribed my dog expired eyedrops from 6 months back. I asked for a full refund for the checkup and they were rude and denied me. They said the doctor has to get paid even for bad prescription.

Negative experience: The vets themselves are nice but that's about it. Everyone I speak to on the phone is rude and seems unhappy with their life and job. The processes of obtaining my pets medical records, transferring those records to another vet, and getting their monthly flea and heart worm medicine was the biggest headache I've ever dealt with. You have to call them multiple times to remind them to approve the medicine, everything is done with paper and not digitally which is insane given that it's 2023 and if you've moved away from the vet you either have to go back to the office to sign their forms or they complain about having to send a picture of the forms to you (not even a pdf file, they don't have that since again they do everything with paper). Don't waste your time here and go to another vet. Worst experiences.

Positive experience: I came here due to my ferret getting attacked by a dog. The vet tech and Dr.Kelly were super sweet. I had an appointment for 3:20 but got in at 3:50 but it was only because they were low staff so I understood. I had come all the way here from Virginia to visit family. Dr.Kelly asked me if I was here for college, I told her I wanted to be a vet too and she rattled me up just right to motivate me more.She may have a stern tone and loud voice but she was very respectful. ( the photos show before and after the prescribed meds)

Fantastic experience: Dr Randolph and her staff were exceptional on our visit with our community duck that had been attacked. She took her time and respected the visit. Every vet we called wouldn’t see the duck. She gave him a shot for pain and sent him home with antibiotics and pain medication. He is doing so good. When we brought him in he couldn’t lift his head. Here is a picture of him and his friend that he was missing. She has nurses him back to health too. It truly takes a community working together to see a positive result. Thank you to Dr. Randolph and her team.
Fantastic experience: I took my new Cavapoo puppy here last week & the service was excellent. The ladies at the front desk were very nice. Our tech, who was new to the position, was also super kind & caring. The doctor was very knowledgeable and his love for animals was clearly evident.

Fantastic experience: I've been coming here for almost two years now, Dr.Randolph is amazing! My miniature schnauzer was bought from petland and had a lot of issues. Petland didn't want to help resolve the heath issues she had. Dr. Randolph was the only vet who continued to test and assist with diagnosing what was wrong with my mini Schnauzer, she was very on point with the diagnosis. My schnauzer is now doing wonderful and is healthy as ever. Now we take our labrador to her and she has helped educate us on this breed and helped with a skin condition he's had since we rescued him. I would highly recommend her to anyone, she really cares and wants the best for your pets! We do not live close and every other vet we've seen has given our dogs the wrong diagnosis or wrong medicine.
