Fantastic experience: I LOVE THIS PLACE! Dr Cichra and all of the lovely folks here have been amazing to work with! I am gladly recommending her to ANYONE looking for wonderful pet care, with love and compassion (and soft music, and treats, and genuine concern). NOWHERE LIKE THIS - THE BEST HOLISTIC CARE for my sweet fur baby. We are life-time fans!

Fantastic experience: They were all the way around super! And if you are truly a holistic person who believes in doing things natural the way God intended. This is the lady to come to. I was very pleased with my visit. Although costly for me. I got things that were needed done. And she listened to me and my concerns so I felt very heard. And I wasn't made to feel like I was a bad pet owner. Or crazy Because I choose to do things differently. But everybody was super friendly and very knowledgeable. I definitely would encourage anybody who seeks holistic care to come to this doctor their place is like going to a spa. In fact I said something to the girl in the room with me, somebody needs have a spa for pets and their owners. We get a massage while our pet gets taken care of. Be nice little package deal.

Fantastic experience: My 13 year old dog Oliver, was showing signs of having a lot of pain. I just wasn't convinced that his vet was doing enough to help him. The medicine they gave him seemed to be doing nothing for his pain. He would frequently, throughout the day, start clawing at me. (it seemed like he couldn't get close enough to me) His eyes would be wide open and he would be panting so hard. I felt so helpless. When I would try to walk him he couldn't go more than one or two houses down the road and he would just stop. He use to love to walk. My neighbor recommended Dr Cichra and I am so glad I came here. Dr Cichra and the entire staff has been great. They treat him like he was their own puppy. I was definitely skeptical but there is no doubt Oliver is feeling so much better. We are now going on our second year of acupuncture and chiropractic adjustments. He is able to walk much further now, his tail is not always between his legs and he actually plays a little with his sister now.

Fantastic experience: I was pretty hesitant to come here at first. Really really wanted holistic care for my aging dog but knew that specialty prices were something I can't really afford. Nobody in my town offers acupuncture treatment (the main reason I wanted to see this Dr) and so I committed to driving an hour to have my girl seen here. The initial visit with exam, bloodwork, thermal imaging, acupuncture, and chiropractic adjustment was a steep cost for me to budget but it was the care I wanted & chose for my dog. We weren't able to afford the Chinese herbal route (everything is 4x the dose when you have a large breed & most supplements or medications are considerably more costly to keep ordering for big dogs) but I'm so happy this vet is here in Central FL to have that option accessible. We didn't keep up with the therapy treatments as often as I would like, due to both the drive & cost, but this vet remembered my dog & treated us with kindness each time we came. She discussed options with me & didnt get a cold attitude when we were "those people" that couldnt afford every thing we'd like to do. She saw that I did what I could for my baby. The staff are friendly people. But the vet earned my trust. A week after our last visit, which I didnt know would be our last visit, Ava took her final breath at home. I have so much peace knowing that we got to come in 1 last time. Ava was as pain-free as possible in her final days. The vet prescribed me 1 last medication that I wanted to try. I have no regrets in being able to provide everything that I could for her. She was actually scheduled for another therapy treatment in the upcoming weeks when her time came to leave this earth. I cannot thank this vet enough for sitting with me 1 last time & looking me in the eyes & asking me how Ava was doing, and actually listening.

Fantastic experience: I had never heard of chiropractic and. acupuncture for dogs. Arriving i took the wrong road but quickly found my way. My fur baby isn't usually this calm at the vet it the atmosphere, aromatherapy and overall "good vibes" had him at ease. I love the holistic approach and natural medicine options for my senior baby and will be back for sure

Positive experience: I took my dog, Haze, to this vet a couple of weeks ago because he was having ongoing GI issues, and I want to provide my opinion of the service. First, the staff there is very helpful and prompt. However, almost all correspondence with them is done through text or email. They do mention they can talk with you over the phone, if needed, but every time I called, I always received their voicemail, and then someone would text me instead of calling back. So, if you are a person that likes to talk over the phone versus texting, this may not be your place. For the first appointment, I was told it would be 90 minutes long. I assumed that time would be spent with the vet doing a thorough evaluation and examination. However, during the 90 minutes, only about 20-25 minutes is spent with the vet. The rest of the time is spent with the staff. During the brief time the vet was in the room, my dog was very afraid of her and the staff, he was shaking a lot, and he was trying to get away from them. I'm not sure if their approach worked best with my dog because I have taken him to other vets in the past, and he has only ever reacted this way one other time. After the vet did her evaluation, she said she would come up with a treatment plan, and she left the room. However, she didn't return to explain the treatment suggestions. She had one of the staff personnel do it instead, and the treatment protocol she suggested was around $700 which did not include the $260 for the initial 90-minute visit. Also, $400 of the $700 fee was for a 1-time chiropractic/acupuncture treatment. So, out the door it would have been almost $1000 if I had chosen to do everything she suggested. I did agree to do a microbiome test on my dog that she suggested, and when the results came back, there were some supplements that were recommended. However, I asked the office staff if the vet had looked over the results and made the suggestions or if the suggestions were made by the company that performed the test. I was told all suggestions were made by the company that performed the test, and I don't think the vet reviewed any of the results. As a side note...... I later found out that anyone can get a microbiome test for their pet through the same company that this vet used (Animal Biome), and you don't need to go through a vet to it. Since the company is providing insight as to a treatment protocol, working directly with the company may save a few $$$$ if your dog is exhibiting GI symptoms like my dog was. In summary, personally I like to use a vet that is a little more hands on, and that's just my own preference. So, that's why I am giving a 3-star review. Again, the rest of the staff was great and this vet may be great, too, but possibly this office is becoming too busy for the vet to spend a lot of time with her patients.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Fassano is an excellent vet. Acupuncture treatments have helped my cat regain strength in her hind legs.

Fantastic experience: I took my Siberian kitty to get checked for some issues he was having and I was blown away by the quality of care we received. They treated him like their own, fully explained the treatment plan, as well as gave me different options for treatment. I highly recommend them for their compassion and care. I’m very picky about who I take my pets number but they have earned my trust and loyalty.

Fantastic experience: When you first arrive it seems like you are going to a house which makes you feel like you're visiting someone that you know which creates comfortability for you and especially for my pet. It's not so busy and crowded so he's more calm. There were ducks and horses which my dog was so curious and loved it. The experience from parking to leaving the facility was beyond amazing. Everyone is so nice, the doctor talks to you like if you knew her. You felt the sincerity with everyone. Ariana and Kayla were so sweet and treated you just so kind. I'm very picky with my furbaby. If you are hesitant on the prices, I'm telling you it's worth it. You're not just paying for a doctor with a degree to see your fur baby, you're paying for her experience and for her knowledge so that you can go home with more knowledge than when you showed up. A regular vet would not do this. They would give you pamphlets and random flyers with things that may or may not help. This staff does not do that. They gave me a cute picture of my baby, a folder with his name on it and that folder was full of information that a regular vet would not. This place is the definition of quality. I also want to add that I am not doing this for any referral credits or whatever, I just seriously want others to know that if you want a quality of life for your pet, this place is it. Fantastic experience: Bowser and I had a wonderful experience today! This was our first appointment and I can’t wait to bring him back. HVC was very accommodating in getting us in for our initial visit, and everyone we interacted with was kind and attentive. Bowser is normally an anxious pup in car rides the second the car starts moving, after his acupuncture and chiropractic treatment he actually was so calm he almost fell asleep on our ride home! Fantastic experience: Mookie is doing so well

Positive experience: The staff is very friendly and doc is knowledgeable and kind. Office is always clean, smells good. Nice outdoor space to walk before entering. Each appointment takes a very long time. We travel from about an hour and 10 minutes away, so that plus 2 hrs at the office and the commute home, it's a half-day event. It also feels like they may slightly overbook their time, which I can understand in case there's cancellations. We usually get into a room quickly, but when there's 2 other patients in other rooms, there's a lot of waiting between treatment types. At another location, you could purchase treatment "packages" such as 6 acupuncture treatments for a reduced bundle price. I'm not aware of that with this office, so it's quite pricey.

Fantastic experience: I was looking for a holistic vet for my 9 month old puppy, this place aligned with everything I was looking for in a vet. Everyone is so nice and kind. It is a calming and peaceful setting. I am very happy with the services and products I received for my puppy. Dr. Cichra and her staff were all knowledgeable and patient with all my millions of questions. Excellent service!

Fantastic experience: Dr. Cichra and her veterinary team are wonderful. I recently changed from my former veterinary practice, based on my excellent experience with Dr. Cichra with her former mobile vet services. Though the mobile service is not available now, I am so glad I made the switch. My 9 year old Golden Doodle was terrified of going to the vet ever since Covid marked permanent changes at my former vet clinic. No longer were the exams done with "mom" or "dad" in the room, and the anxiety experienced by my golden boy was so disheartening. He wasn't even sick or injured at the time, but still had become very fearful at every visit. I also noticed a significant increase in recommendations for pharmaceuticals even without a confirmed diagnosis. Nope - not for our family. What a positive difference with Dr. Cichra and her staff! All of that doodle anxiety has disappeared! The office is calm, inviting, and feels like home. The doctor and staff are all very kind and loving, and it is clear our boy picked up on that right away. Dr. Cichra gave a comprehensive exam and recommended chiropractic and acupuncture treatments to help heal his front leg/shoulder injury. My boy loves it and goes into zen mode. He just had his first laser light therapy and he loved it! Our boy is happy and definitely feeling better! Dr. Cichra and her staff treat their patients like they are family. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: We can not be happier. Not only is the staff absolutely amazing but my 13 year old Yorkie Gordi has so much energy after his chiropractic and electro acupuncture therapy for his collapse trachea. We have been able to reduce the use of conventional medication. He sleeps through the night and walks & runs without coughing. Such a night and day difference. We are so blessed to have found Dr. Cichira and her staff, i wish we would of found her sooner.

Fantastic experience: We brought our dog Lili to get acupuncture and chiropractic care for her back issues. Lili was having trouble sitting with both back legs underneath her rump. Glad to say after some care she is sitting much better!

Fantastic experience: Dr. Cichra and their staff are incredible. They are kind, friendly, and knowledgeable! They are also very attentive and communicative. They make you feel right at home from the moment you walk in! The pet rooms are also among one of the relaxing rooms I’ve seen in an animal clinic. Fantastic experience: Let me start with My Frenchie Trudy wasn’t doing well Dr Cichra saw her on May9,23. Trudy had “some sort if allergies” she had been treated for over 1yr. She get a little better,but then go through breakouts again. I was given the usually Shot an told it might last 6 months. A friend from work told me about “Dr Cichra”… She took her time looked her over talked to Trudy as if that were her animal her furbaby. The doc took some culture scrapes, took a really “Cool” digital thermal reading. My husband did the daily bathes as prescribed and with in a week the dog looked as she was healing!! I emailed the tech-Kyela who is wonderful… All of DrC’s, Vet-technicians are “ Amazing “, Wholly Molly the text me back, they emailed, followed up, called and actually checked in on my Trudy. Yes….”I said, called me to checkout” how my furbaby was doing!!!! they really cared that sheas getting better or not! You don’t see that often. 5 -star’s isn’t enough, I would give her 10-stars and her staff who take the time to explain things and don’t run you out of the office. This is the best Veterinarian that I have seen. Thank you to Dr Cichra and her staff for giving me back healthy happy furbaby

Dr. Cichra is the best holistic vet in Central Florida. The staff that work along with the Doc are extremely knowledgeable, thorough and kind. Fantastic experience: Our dog Pepper was dealing with weakening hind legs. Her energy levels and quality of life were on a steady decline. We decided to give acupuncture and chiropractic treatments a try. After a few treatments the results have been incredible. She hadn’t run in months and now she’s back to chasing squirrels in the back yard. We are so thankful!!

She was awesome, her staff, very informative and knowledgeable and spent so much time with us. My Frenchie has IVDD & was bed ridden and shaking with pain. After her treatments with Holistic Vet care yesterday, today she running , and had jumped which we are trying to keep her from doing, but that’s how good she feels. I loved the whole experience! Fantastic experience: I suspected my senior lab had larpar a few months back and began searching for alternatives to tie-back surgery. Acupuncture came up in my search and led me to Dr. Cichra. With her promising reviews, I gave it a try and I am so happy that I did! I would like to start off by saying that Dr. Cichra and her staff are incredibly kind to Mollie. I appreciate their patience and gentleness with her as she just turned thirteen. I have noticed a significant improvement in Mollie's mobility and energy levels. With continued work along the spine and in the larynx, I'm hoping the nerve cells that have been damaged will regenerate. It can be so hard watching what you love grow old and I will forever be grateful to her and her team for providing more comfortability to my pup. They are miracle workers!

Negative experience: Misdiagnosed my sweet dog with a benign lipoma. After 3 months of visits and following her Chinese herbs therapy, lump aspiration, and diagnosis of "benign lipoma". I decided to take my boy for a second opinion, after blood work (which Dr Chicra did not recommend originally), X-rays (also not recommended), and lump aspiration, the begin lipoma turned out to be cancerous. According to Dr Chicra and her Pathologist Kennedy the lump on his shoulder was a fatty tumor/benign lipoma. I deeply regret trusting her and believing her. My boy would've had options had she performed the correct aspiration and overall taken him seriously, but she did not. In my world, she is not qualified for diagnosis, and should've referred us to a specialist if this was out of her reach and not take our money and continue making us go see her. Unacceptable, beyond sad and disappointed. Update: My dear boy Charlie Brown passed away today, only 1 month after receiving the real diagnose from a second opinion. According to Dr Chicra his "benign lipoma" would shrink with the stasis breaker she recommends, i just threw in the trash the last unfinished bottle we purchased. I will never forget this horrible experience and i hope this helps a future pet parent who only wants the very best for their pets. I truly thought she was the very best, but it is sad to see how it all just turns into business, there is no real compassion anymore, only profit.

Negative experience: Scheduled an appointment for no anesthesia dental. Charged 50.00 deposit but was never told that you have to do a holistic consultation with thermal device to then schedule another appointment for dental. Anesthesia free dental are performed scraping in and not using either ultrasonic or other less painful treatment. My companion is 13 years old. I drove 26 miles and decided that was not the best approach for my dog so I decided not to do the consultation, they kept my 50.00 because I did not complete a consultation. It was not explained clearly from the beginning and pretty much the Manager implied that I lied about what I was told on the phone. Place is under repairs, concealed and not presentable. Doctor or owner never gave the face. Not very pleasant experience after driving 45 minutes. Smiley Dental mobile service is my dental provider but wanted to try a more comprehensive examination. Disappointing.

Fantastic experience: We can’t say enough about this vets. The staff are incredibly helpful and informative. The Holistic Vet is extremely knowledgeable and they have an excellent after care system. Loki has benefited so much from acupuncture and chiropractor treatment and they fill me with confidence by using the best possible meds treatments available on the market. Fantastic experience: Holistic Veterinary Care of Central Florida improved our dogs' quality of life after just ONE visit! Our 6 year old English Bulldog started losing function of her back leg so we were advised by an orthopedic surgeon to try acupuncture. We were referred to Holistic Veterinary Care of Central Florida and saw results after just ONE session of both chiropractic adjustments and acupuncture. We were seriously AMAZED! Lucy started using her back leg again, something she hadn't done in weeks! We could not be more grateful and thankful to have found this place and we look forward to more sessions and watching our girl improve with each one! Fantastic experience: First and most importantly, the chiropractic and acupuncture treatments have been very beneficial for our senior dog. When we started our treatments she was in pain and very discontented. Now we have a much happier dog who shows no signs of pain like before. She's enjoying life. Dr. Cichra and the entire staff are very focused on what's best for our dog. One can easily see that they are very skilled compassionate. Explanations about treatments and expected outcomes were explained completely and upfront. Also all prices were explained upfront. This practice also does general veterinary care and we've had a tough ear infection successfully treated. We don't have to have two Vets, one for general matters and one for the more Holistic treatment. Great outfit.

They genuinely care about what they are doing, how they are doing it and who they are helping - both the human and their fur baby. One of my babies needed surgery and she recommended a great doctor. Fantastic experience: I can't say enough about the quality of care my dog has received from this clinic! The clinic feels like a comfortable home with friendly staff, essential oils, doggie cushions and calming music - Ruca is never nervous visiting. Dr. Cichra takes so much time with us, carefully explaining her assessments, protocols, treatment plans/options, etc - we never feel rushed. Acupuncture and chiropractic treatments have vastly improved my tripod's mobility and decreased her pain. And we've found a successful protocol to manage her allergies which were terrible before visiting this clinic. We are so grateful and Highly, highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: I am greatly pleased with the help that both of my dogs received with Dr. Cichra. I can't seem to speak highly enough. One dog had crystals in her urine. The regular vet recommended a diet of kibble to see if it would alleviate the problem. I researched the condition quite a bit. It didn't seem like sound advise to me. Instead we went to see Dr. Cichra. We used acupuncture and Chinese herbs with Dr. Cichras' care. The condition cleared up. Now a year later, it is still clear. I am delighted with the great help that we received.

Fantastic experience: My 8 year old pit bull had his blood work done last March and his liver levels were high! I wanted to see if acupuncture would help lower levels and after just 2 sessions his levels went down 130 points!!! I also have another pit bull with acid reflux issues and ever since starting acupuncture she has not had any regurgitation! I highly recommend Dr Cichra and acupuncture!!! The results are incredible!!!!

While they only saw our furbaby, Bentley, for a short period before his passing, they were so helpful and created the most peaceful experience for his acupuncture and chiropractic adjustment. Fantastic experience: Dr. Cichra is an amazing kindhearted veterinarian. From the moment you walk into her building to the moment you walk out, you feel calm and at ease. From the essential oils floating through the air to the soft music that has put both Chachi, my dog, my kitties and myself into a relaxation mode. We all know that going to the vet can be stressful on both our fur babies and ourselves. Over the past 8 years I have taken my babies to Dr. Cichra, she has cured my dog of heart worms, in a holistic way, his life didn’t have to change that much unlike conventional heart work treatment. He will be 13 next month and I believe his good health is attributed to his acupuncture and chiropractic treatments he receives. My fur baby Chachi, is in the best hands a woman could ask for. I also take my kitties here for overall wellness and normal care. They too like the aroma therapy and soft music. There tails are up and whiskers are erect and their overall curiosity about the office amazed me, not like taking them to a regular veterinarian office. I can not forget to mention this company is an all women’s company and a small business! Working for an all women’s company myself, I believe in Women supporting women! She was almost to the point where I was afraid I was going to have to make a quality-of-life decision, but Dr. Cichra brought her back around. Fantastic experience: Dr. Cichra is fantastic! Our first visit was both chiro and acupuncture for diabetic neuropathy including adding in some Chinese herbs. We are continuing almost weekly with chiropractic adjustments. My dog already is going farther on walks and wants to play more instead of sleeping. My dog does very well with meeting new people and had no issues with adjustments or acupuncture needles. He does get cranky with nail trimming but Dr Cichra's staff was amazing.

Fantastic experience: We have been with Dr. Cichra for about 3 years and we are very happy. Dr. Cichra is an amazing human being, so loving and kind. Her staff is also very caring and friendly. The space is very peaceful and my 11 year old puggle Desoto loves to visit and get his teeth cleaned without anesthesia. I am so thankful for the holistic vision Dr. Cichra has for animal care.

Fantastic experience: We met Dr. Cichra and her staff about a year ago after my love was diagnosed with cancer and his kidneys were failing. The entire staff here, though they only knew him briefly, treated him like the special man he was. We are now seeing her for my girl, who recently developed some allergies and some mobility issues with her rear. We have started acupuncture and chiropractic adjustments. I called and they were right on it with her. I highly recommend Dr. Cichra and her staff. From pain management to help with diet plans, allergies and so on, the doctor and staff are very knowledgeable and they care about what they're doing.

Fantastic experience: They are so wonderful with my furry kids! One of my babies is 18 years old and they are so gentle with her. They have also found a medication that helps her with the constant itching.

Chiropratic and Acupuncture with her herbs, cbd oil and diet were a game changer for our fur babies. I swear I got extra time becaues of it and there were so happy running around playing till the end. Always helping and healing my boys. Fantastic experience: We contacted Holistic Vet Care because we had a Lynx Point Siamese cat that hated to go to the vet. She behaved so badly that we stopped taking her to the vet . She was an indoor cat, never went outside, and never had contact with another animal (she was the queen of her realm and didn't play well with others). She was 17 years old, and had begun to show signs of her age. Dr. A came to the house and said our cat had kidney disease, which was normal for a cat of her age. Dr. A treated her with kindness and compassion, and eventually the decision was made to end our beloved cat's misery. Dr. A and her assistant were caring and compassionate and understanding of our struggle, and validated our sense of loss. I am a Clinical Psychotherapist specializing in Grief & Loss, and as an expert in the field, can attest to the professionalism and expertise that this difficult situation was handled. I would highly recommend this practice.

Fantastic experience: The exam rooms are set up like a home. There are no stainless steel tables. The air is filled with essential oils and soft relaxing music plays. Dr. Christina and her staff are wonderful. Along with regular checkups and vaccinations Dr. Christina treats Rodney with acupuncture and chiropractic adjustments for pain and prevention. He had a paralysis episode in his back legs a few years ago. The treatments do not hurt and have improved his quality of life.

Fantastic experience: I have 2 other vets I use, who are near my home. I go to Dr. Christie for SPECIAL care. She is 40 miles away. I first went last yr for my semi-rescued Yorkie. I INHERITED him from LIVING relatives He couldn’t walk. She, being a Chiropractic, Holistic Veterinarian, manipulated his spine, knees, and legs. We gave him her-prescribed Chinese herbs bid. It wasn’t long before he could walk again. We ADHERE to her orders for: No fast running Climbing Jumping No steps or curbs. We are trying our best to KEEP HIM FROM HAVING SURGERY, as, these little dogs have to so many times. She, also, does acupuncture, dentistry, and is an herbalist. I am using tumeric drops daily for one of my cats, who has lung issues.

Fantastic experience: To preface this review, I am a human Chiropractor and Chinese medicine physician. There are many vets who are "trained" in Chiropractic and Chinese medicine from reputable organizations. However, they don't truly have a breadth of knowledge in those practices That is not the case with Dr. Cichra. She is knowledgeable and profient and can truly combine Western medicine along with Chiropractic and Chinese medicine for your pet's needs. Additionally, her practice is set up with you and your pet's comfort in mind. It is pleasant and warm and her staff is wonderful. She takes the time to spend with you to chat about the proper care for your pet. If you are reading this review, you are likely consider her has your veterinarian. Call to schedule with her. You will not be disappointed.
